Prologue (Part 2) - The Ultimate Plan

The shimmering realm between worlds pulsed with light and shadow, swirling together in an endless dance of cosmic energy. At its center, two forces floated opposite each other: Galeem, a brilliant, radiant entity of pure light, and Dharkon, a monstrous, writhing mass of dark tendrils.

They observed the tournament from afar, their otherworldly eyes focused on the fighters below. The roar of the crowd, the intense clashes, and the unyielding spirit of the competitors were as clear to them as if they were standing among the spectators.

"Do you see, Dharkon?" Galeem's voice resonated, a melodic echo that shimmered with each word. "Look at the strength these mortals wield. Such energy… Such determination. They defy each other; they defy their limits—all for a simple victory. Imagine the potential if we harnessed them for our own purposes."

Dharkon's voice rumbled in response, like thunder from the depths of an endless void. "Yes, they're strong; I'll give them that. But strength alone isn't enough. The world we create must reflect the reality of all things—light and shadow, peace and chaos." His tendrils pulsed, shifting with his malice. "It should be twisted, corrupted by darkness, and molded to a form no mortal would recognize."

Galeem flared in response, his radiant light flaring defiantly. "A world needs balance, but one shaped by order and purity. If we merge these beings' strength with my light, we can create a universe free of strife—a realm of eternal brilliance."

Dharkon scoffed, dark energy rippling around him. "What good is purity if there's no depth, no truth? A world without shadow lacks purpose. No… Only through corruption and chaos can we make a world truly unbreakable. Pure light is weak. It has no resistance. Only by bending and twisting it will it gain real strength."

The two stared each other down, a silent clash of wills that trembled through the very fabric of existence. Finally, Galeem's light pulsed, his tone decisive.

"We'll have to find a compromise. And I believe I have just the means to begin." Galeem turned his gaze back to the tournament grounds, where Master Hand and Crazy Hand were preparing to clear the arena. "Master Hand is loyal to me—he understands order. I'll make him my instrument to bring about my vision."

Dharkon chuckled with a sinister hiss. "Then Crazy Hand will be mine. He already embraces chaos. To him, my darkness is a gift."

Without another word, Galeem and Dharkon extended their power across the cosmic plane, targeting the tournament grounds below. Master Hand floated calmly in the remains of the battlefield, still feeling the echoes of the warriors' intense struggles.

In an instant, Galeem's blinding light enveloped him, wrapping him in a web of control. Master Hand twitched, his movements stiffening, yet his form became charged with Galeem's radiant energy, moving to his will.

Nearby, Crazy Hand trembled and spasmed in delight as Dharkon's dark tendrils reached him, spiraling around his fingers and wrist like constricting vines. Crazy Hand let out a delighted, chaotic laugh as the darkness consumed him, his motions becoming more erratic, more ominous.

With his influence now firmly in place, Galeem turned his gaze upon Master Hand. "Do you understand our goal, Master Hand? The time has come to bring the multiverse under our guidance. The strongest heroes must be united here, under my control. But we'll need a plan."

Master Hand straightened, his fingers flexing as he responded. "Yes, Master Galeem. The heroes will come to us, but only if they have no choice. Dharkon and I will lure them here by corrupting their greatest foes, the villains who know their weaknesses and desires. They will be easy to sway with promises of power."

Dharkon's tendrils pulsed around Crazy Hand, who twitched gleefully. "Then it's settled," Dharkon growled. "I'll corrupt the villains of the multiverse, those who crave power and destruction. They'll do anything for an opportunity to bring their enemies to ruin."

Galeem's voice softened, a slight satisfaction evident. "Perfect. Let the villains lead the heroes to me. Once they're in my grasp, I'll reshape them, bending them to my will."

With a nod, Master Hand and Crazy Hand soared out from the arena, traveling across the dimensional divide. They extended their energy toward several universes, each one containing a powerful villain awaiting his call. As the portals opened, one by one, the villains were pulled into the void, their surroundings melting away until they found themselves in an unfamiliar, eerie space.

Bowser, the King of the Koopas, let out an irritated growl, stomping his clawed foot. "What's the big idea? What the hell just took me away from my throne?"

King K. Rool, his golden crown gleaming even in the dim light, snarled in agreement, swinging his blunderbuss. "Whoever's behind this better have a good reason, or they'll find themselves on the wrong end of my blunderbuss!"

Ganondorf's voice cut through the growing noise, calm yet commanding. "Silence." His eyes narrowed, sensing an otherworldly power beyond even his comprehension. "There's something here... something immense." His gaze shifted toward the colossal forms of Galeem and Dharkon, their lights and shadows filling the void. "That... is who summoned us."

The villains fell silent, eyes widening as Galeem and Dharkon appeared before them, radiating overwhelming power. Galeem's voice echoed across the space, melodic yet commanding. "Welcome, champions of darkness. You are here because your hatred for the so-called 'heroes' aligns with our own designs. You will be given power beyond anything you have tasted."

Dharkon's tendrils twisted and undulated as he added, his voice dripping with dark promise, "In exchange, we only ask for one thing: bring us your mortal enemies, the heroes who have defied you time and time again. Capture them, lead them here, and you shall be rewarded."

Ridley let out a low, predatory hiss, his wings fluttering in anticipation. "So... we get to crush our enemies and grow stronger? This is an offer I'd be a fool to refuse."

Wolf O'Donnell's grin widened, his sharp teeth gleaming. "Finally, a chance to take down Star Fox. I'm in."

Bowser crossed his arms, glancing around at the other villains with a smirk. "Sounds like a plan to me. Mario won't know what hit him."

Ganondorf, still observing Galeem and Dharkon, spoke with a calm yet sinister grin. "This is a deal worthy of my attention. I accept your offer... for now."

Galeem flared in approval, his light growing in intensity. "Good. You will be granted power you cannot imagine. Take it, and use it to bring the heroes to me. With each captive, our world draws closer to perfection."

Dharkon's tendrils lashed through the void, shadows creeping toward the villains. "Enjoy your newfound strength. Go now, and let the heroes' downfall begin."

"One quick question, evil dark monster," Eggman asked, "Do you mind putting your dark energy into this chip so I can power my robots with them?"

"Oh yeah, could you also put it in this mask?" King Dedede followed.

"An easy task," Dharkon replied.

One by one, the villains felt a surge of power flooding into them, a dark energy beyond anything they'd ever wielded. They sneered and laughed, each one gloating in their newfound strength.

In the blink of an eye, they each vanished, transporting to other worlds with a singular mission: capture their greatest enemies and bring them to the hands of Galeem and Dharkon.

The twisted plan had been set into motion. The multiverse's greatest villains now held a dark purpose in their hearts, and the heroes would soon face a challenge like none before.

Galeem and Dharkon floated in their ethereal realm, their combined powers looming ominously over the countless worlds they intended to reshape. They had set their pieces on the board, and it was only a matter of time before the heroes would fall under their control.

The ultimate plan had been set into motion.
