Zek-Resh: I know. Nothing like that is going to happen anytime soon. It's all about bonding and developing that kind of relationship.
Dinokid11: Thanks.
Guest: Thanks.
Glasses Writer: he's not the Indoraptor from Fallen Kingdom, but he is the same species since Velociraptor and Indominus DNA was used in the serum that transformed him. He's essentially the first Indoraptor, but with a red stripe rather than the yellow one.

ZodiacWanderer: I hope I'm doing well in showing his struggle between being human and the instincts of a predator.
Disclaimer: I do not own Jurassic Park/World. I only own the OC Jason Grady.
Unaware of what has become of his nephew, Owen was at the Raptop paddock today, in the middle of another training session with the raptors which was beginning to wrap up now as Owen walked along the catwalk, clicking the clicker to get the attention of the girls.
"Hey! Eyes on me!" He called, getting their attention. "You did damn good today, girls! And because of that, you get a special treat! While you were busy here, we had some pigs sent into the paddock and now they're out there, waiting to be feasted out. Go get them!"
With excited roars, the raptors shot off into the jungle, though Blue stopped for a moment and looked back at Owen.
"What's wrong with Blue?" Barry asked, coming to stand next to Owen.
Owen shook his head. "I don't know." He said, watching as Blue looked from him, then to the vacant space on his left, then back to him before she looked around as if looking for something... or someone. Owen's eyes widened in realisation. "She's looking for Jason."
With her heightened hearing, Blue heard the name and looked towards Owen.
"But why?" Barry asks.
"They're raptors, Owen. They don't care about anyone beyond their pack."
"He is pack, Barry, I've told you. They've accepted him."
"But he is human. They would sooner eat him."
"I'm human."
"Yes, but you are the alpha and you imprinted on them at birth. Though I'm still not convinced they won't decide to eat you if given the chance."
Owen glares at him resentfully. "Gee, thanks, buddy."
"I'm sorry, my friend, but you forget that they are simply animals."
"And you forget they're unlike any animals we've ever worked with. They're not simple, definitely not simple-minded. They're extremely intelligent and that doesn't just mean smart. They're capable of having respect and loyalty for others, even humans. We just have to earn it."
"Owen-"
He holds up a hand to stop him. "I know. I know. That doesn't mean I can just walk around in their paddock whenever I want, and I'm not stupid enough to try it. I'm just…," he sighs heavily, "I guess I'm just trying to say that they care. They really do care. I mean, look at them, Barry. Look at Blue. She keeps staring at the space beside me, because she knows Jason would be there. What do you think that means?"
Barry's mouth presses into a thin line. "I don't know. She could be wondering where he is because she cares, as you say. Or she could be wondering where her favorite potential meal is."
"Do you really believe that?"
Blue chitters quietly, staring at the space beside Owen, then with a soft snort, she darts off into the jungle after her sisters.
Barry hums. "Perhaps it's because Jason is related to you. Relative of their alpha means they have to be cordial towards him."
Owen shakes his head. "What I saw the other day when he was feeding them wasn't that. They were entertained and enjoying themselves. He's established a bond with them." He smirks. "He's like his dear uncle in that way."
Barry rolls his eyes in amusement. "Now don't get too big of a head, my friend. Your ego is enough."
"Perish the thought of me having an ego!" Owen mock gasped, the two men laughing. Owen then sighed. "But I hope he's okay, wherever he is."
Barry put a hand on his shoulder. "We'll find him, Owen. I promise."
Before Owen can say anything, his phone rings which makes him sigh before he takes it out and answers without looking at the caller. "This is Grady."
"Owen, it's Claire." The voice of the one woman that knew how to brighten his day without even knowing it came through on the other end. Even though their date did not go so well as he had wished.
A playful smile comes onto his face. "Claire! Haven't heard from you in a while. You calling for a second date?"
Barry snorts.
"No." Clarie said dryly and with agitation. "But I need your help."
Owen got serious, hearing the seriousness in her voice. "What's up?"
"get to the control room. And hurry, this is an emergency!" With that, Claire hung up, leaving owen baffled and a little annoyed.
"Could've just told me what the problem is." He muttered with an eye roll before turning to Barry. "Can you handle things here while I'm gone?"
"Sure." barry gives him a thumbs up.
"Thanks buddy." Owen runs down the stairs and over to his bike, starting it up and driving off towards the main street of the park where the control room was located.
Arriving at the control room, he found it occupied with people as always. Monitors of various areas around the park, a large on-screen map showing the dinosaurs due to the trackers in them.
He walked towards Claire who was staring at the screens, looking quite distressed. "Claire!" He called, announcing his presence as she turned to him.
"Oh good, you're here." She said with relief.
Owen nodded. "What's going on?" He asked.
Claire swallows. "A raptor is loose on the island."
Owen's eyes widened at that. "No way. My girls are in containment."
"This isn't one of your raptors, Owen. This is a new one." Claire said and pressed a button that displayed an image of the raptor in question. "This one was created by the lab. They were experimenting, trying to make a new one to be put on display since your raptors aren't ready for that. But somehow-"
"It escaped." Owen concluded, staring at the image that was displayed. The raptor was big, a bit bigger than his girls. A red stripe very similar to Blue's going down the sides of it's face, to the sides of it's body and to the tail. It was definetely not a normal type of raptor. "What is this thing?"
Claire sighed. "The lab came up with the name not too long ago. The Indoraptor."
Owen raised a brow. "Indoraptor? What's this thing made of?"
"The lab didn't give that much detail. But it has Velociraptor DNA in it." She points to the red dot that was located in Gallimimus valley. "It's been there for the past hour and hasn't moved. We've made sure to close the valley down from tourists."
Owen nodded. "Good idea. Last thing you need is someone coming across the predator while it... is it a he or she?"
"A he." Claire said.
Owen nodded again. "Last thing you want is someone to come across the guy while he's marking his territory or feels like he's being threatened."
"We need to get him into containment before he goes anywhere else." Claire pointed out. "We don't need a repeat of Jurassic Park."
"Hey, hey." Owen put a hand on her shoulder. "Look, it's far from the park or anywhere that would have it come across people. Right now, this guy is seeing all of this for the first time and is curious about it. If he's in Gallimimus Valley, he's most likely already snacked on something, so he won't be hungry."
Suddenly, the sound of clapping was heard, causing Owen and Claire to turn and see Hoskins stroll out of the elevator with a shit-eating grin on his face that made Owen want to punch him.
"Well, isn't this perfect, Owen?" He laughed. "Looks like your raptors won't be needed. Not when I have that big boy as a potential asset to the military."
"No way." Owen shook his head. "For one, that hasn't imprinted on anyone like my girls have. He's wild and more like the raptors on Isla Sorna. He will kill to defend himself and not be controlled."
Hoskins shrugged. "Then we'll just have to rectify that, won't we?" He said.
"You will not be turning any raptors into weapons." Owen said with a glare. It was bad enough he was trying to take his raptors from him, he wasn't going to let Hoskins take this... Indoraptor. Just from looking at it, he knew it was built to be a perfect killing machine. And he didn't want to imagine it as a weapon for the military.
Hoskins raised a brow. "And how are you going to stop me?" He challenged.
Owen stared him in the eye. "Simple. I'm going to capture it myself and bring it into my pack."
Claire looked at him in shock. "You can't be serious! Your men aren't trained to capture a wild raptor!"
Hoskin then decides to speak up. ''Well, your men might not be trained for that but I'm pretty sure your girls can deal with their own kind.'' He says, hinting at his idea.
Claire looks at Hoskins angrily. ''You want to release more raptors on the island, just to capture one!?'' She asks him.
He holds his hands up in defence. ''Well if Owen wants that raptor then, he isn't getting any help from my men. Simple as that.'' He finishes with a smile on his face.
Owen stares at Hoskins, then looks away as he ponders. He hated to admit it but Hoskins was right. The minute any human gets within the Indoraptor's vicinity, the second he smells humans, he will bolt or go into hunting mode. But if it's a fellow raptor, they would be able to catch him before he could do anything, hopefully without bloodshed.
Coming to a decision, he looked at Hoskins. "If we do this, we do it my way." He determined. "This is the only time I'm allowing this to happen."
With that, he walked past Hoskins towards the elevator when Claire stopped him by grabbing his arm. "You can't be serious about doing this, Owen!"
Owen put his hands on her shoulders. "Look, the second my girls capture the Indoraptor, they'll all be tranqued and placed back in the paddock. Trust me, I know what I'm doing."
Claire sighed, pinching the bridge of her nose before she glared at him. "If this backfires, it's on you."
Owen smirked. "Don't worry..." He stepped into the elevator. "i'll take responsibility."
With that, the doors shut.
Blue let out a soft groan as she gradually began to awaken. The last thing she remembered was feasting on a dead pig before feeling something hit her side. Something sharp. One of the humans' pointy needles that made her drowsy and want to sleep. As she opened her eyes, she saw she was trapped in some metal cage that didn't have bars. And the same was said for her sisters.
And none of them were particularly happy about being caged like this.
Her attention shifted as Owen approached her. "Alpha." She chirped, even though he couldn't understand her. If he did, it would've made things a lot easier to communicate with.
Owen patted her contained muzzle. "Easy, Blue. Everything is fine." Owen assured, then moved onto Echo to calm her down.
As she watched, Blue's eyes darted around, seeing the other humans were mobile and preparing for something with their metal machines. Her eyes continued to look around, searching for that one human who had caught her interest. Her Alpha's nephew. Jason. She wanted him here. She rather enjoyed the little game he played with her and her sisters the other day, and it helped them accept him into the pack.
'I hope he's okay.' Blue thought. She didn't care for any other human save for Owen, and Barry to some extent, yet Jason earned a place for the humans she did care about.
After Owen calmed down the other three raptors, he stood in front of their contained doors and got their attention. "Alright, girls, I'm not gonna be subtle about it. There's a raptor loose on the island. And I need your help to find it and capture it."
"Another raptor?" Delta would've tilted her head if she could.
"It's located in Gallimimus Valley. You remember that place, don't you?" Owen said, smiling as the raptors let out excited chirps. He used to take them there before they grew bigger, less dangerous. It was a nice spot for them to run around in.
"I miss that place." Charlie sighed. The memories. The chases.
Blue snorted in full agreement.
"Alright Barry! Release them!" Owen shouted while running for his bike.
A buzzer sounded, followed by the doors opening, and the girls shot right out and into the jungle with the humans following behind in their vehicles.
After a nice, calm, relaxing sleep, Jason woke up and yawned before snapping his jaws shut. He sat up onto his feet, shaking his body. It was still an odd feeling with this new body of his. He was still getting used to being a dinosaur, yet while there was trepidation, fear, and still some small amount of panic, he couldn't deny the excitement of working this body out. But he did not forget the seriousness of the situation. That this was forced onto him.
Glancing at the sky, he saw the sun was out in full effect compared to an hour or two ago, so he must've been sleeping that long.
Thankfully he didn't feel hungry. That was one part of him that he didn't know how to handle. The hunger driving his new predator instincts. Making him become a lethal killing machine that could kill anything in it's way.
He just had to hold onto the human part of him and try to find balance with the raptor side.
As difficult as it may be.
He lifted his head up and sniffed the air, smelling nothing, but suddenly froze as he heard the faint, distant, but familiar roar of a Velociraptor.
'Don't tell me there's another. Unless Owen's girls had somehow gotten... loose...' Jason thought with realization. Although he doubted that they had gotten loose, the raptors were out from their paddock, and were in the area. He didn't want to know what the outcome of them meeting him like this would be, so he only had one option at the moment.
Run.
So he bolted.
Blue and her sisters ran as fast as they could as the scent of the other raptor getting closer. He was nearby.
The forest came to an end for a second as they found themselves in a clearing in the jungle with a carcass of a Gallimimus. Beside it was a circular patch of flattened grass.
They quickly sniffed the spot and determined that the other raptor was just here. Blue looked in the direction that the scent went, the hum of the engine let her know that her Alpha was still behind them
"In a line! Don't let him flank us!" Blue commanded as they started running in a line with about five feet in between them. However, as they ran, Blue made a quizzical sound that got Delta's attention.
"What is it, Blue?" She asked her Beta.
The smell is... different compared to our own." Blue stated, confused as she tried to get a good grasp at the smell. It was foriegn yet at the same time very familiar. "It smells like..." Her eyes widened. "Jason."
"Jason?" Delta barked in confusion, knowing the name belonging to their Alpha's nephew. "You're telling me this new raptor is Jason?"
"He has his scent, unless..." Blue's eyes widened as a thought came to mind. "Oh no. What if he encountered this rogue and the rogue killed him?!"
"Calm down, Blue." Delta said calmly. "We'll find him and get our answers."
Nodding, Blue continued the chase with her sisters behind her.
A few hundred yards away, Jason was starting to panic. Humans were looking for him, and he knew he had no way to communicate with them to tell them who he was, they would just see a dangerous predator and have to take him out. And then there's the fact the other raptors are loose in the area.
"Fuck my life." Jason muttered under his breath as he walked, having gained some distance. However, he stopped as he heard the barks of a raptor, and the rumbling of vehicles. He turned to look at the hill, then started moving as he saw the forms of four familiar Velociraptors come over, followed by a few vehicles.
Now, Jason broke off into a sprint, running on all fours as the raptors caught up but were still a bit behind him. The vehicles were also getting closer as one was on his right.
"I got him!" He heard some guy shout just as he felt a prick hit his side, bringing an agitated snarl from him and he looked in time to see a needle fall to the ground.
'Was that a tranq?' He thought but shook it off as he felt his mood become consumed by the instincts of a predator in a fight or flight situation. He roared at the vehicle on his right as it got closer to him, and so spun around to smash his tail into the windshield, sending the vehicle driving off to the side as he kept up his run.
"Woah!" Owen and Barry exclaimed as they saw the Indoraptor slam his tail into the ACU van windshield, sending it careening out of control.
"Smart animal." Barry commented.
Jason kept running and running, his eyes shifting to his left and right as he found himself surrounded on both sides by Owen's raptors, and his eyes locked with Blue's.
"Stop running!" She called.
"Then stop chasing me!" He retorted.
"This guy is so frustrating!" He heard another, Echo, shout before she snarled and leaped. "I got him!"
Jason pounced ahead, and Echo ended up colliding with Delta, the two tumbling across the ground. Jason glanced back, just to make sure they were okay, then kept running with Blue and Charlie on his heels.
He registered Blue right at his side, and glanced at her. "We aren't here to..." She trailed off as her nose inhaled his scent and her eyes locked with his. "Jason?"
At that, Jason came sliding to a grinding halt, forcing Blue and Charlie to do the same, their claws digging up trenches in the grass beneath them. Jason's eyes were on Blue as she stared back at him.
"Jason?" She asked again, stepping closer to him and looking straight into his eyes, which she noticed were the same as Jason's. She leaned close and sniffed, her nose pressing against his side as she kept up her sniffing while he remained perfectly still, allowing her. Charlie edge closer and sniffed him as well before her eyes widened.
"It's you!" She gasped.
Blue pulled her head back, her eyes wide. "It is. Jason?"
Jason ducked his head. "Hey, Blue. Guess we'll have to hang fire on that game of catch the rat, huh?" He joked weakly.
blue now knew that this was him. The scent confirmed it, even if it was a little altered she could still smell and identify it as his. She stepped closer. "What has been done to you?" She asked softly, and watched as Jason's head lowered further with tears brimming.
"I don't know." He hiccuped, trying to hold back the sobs. "I don't... I don't even know who I am anymore. I just want to go home."
Her eyes soft, Blue stepped closer and nuzzled his cheek, purring softly as a form of comfort and assurance. Jason just let her, very thankful for the comfort from something that nobody would've ever believed could provide that kind of comfort.
Suddenly, they were each hit with tranq, causing them to look to the parked human vehicles were Owen stood with an apologetic expression.
"Sorry." He apologised, just as the Raptors tipped over and were unconscious. However, Owen noted, that Blue and the Indoraptor fell together with Blue's head using the Indoraptor's back as a pillow.
"I think Blue might have a boyfriend." Barry joked, getting an eye roll from Owen.
And that's it for this chapter. Jason finally meet the Pack... as an Indoraptor. I tried to make the chase a little entertaining, even watched the 1998 Mighty Joe Young just to take some notes down, so that was a little help. If you've watched that film, you'll probably know what chase scene I'm talking about.
Anyway, yeah I went with the Raptors knowing the Indoraptor was Jason because his scent would stay the same, even if it's altered due to the raptor side of things.
