Many of us know the story of Miraculous, but what if their story was different. In the Pokémon world, Arceus infused the power of his plates to 19 Pokémon to create the Miraculous, which grant humans the powers of Pokémon. When one of these Miraculous falls into evil hands, it's up to Ladybug and Cat Noir to save the region of Paldea.

Miraculous Pokémon: Scarlet/Violet

Season 1 Episode 5: Lady Wifi

We start today off in Miss Bustier's classroom at Naranja/Uva Academy; Adrien, Chloé, Ivan, Juleka, Mylène, Max, Alix, Nathaniel, Nino, Rose, Kim, and Sabrina (each with their respective Pokémon partners) are preparing for class while Alya cuts out a picture of Ladybug. Alya uses the Ladybug cutout as she puts it over their faces, hoping to figure out the hero's identity. Meanwhile Miss Bustier announces to the class, "I'm very pleased with how you all did on your last assignment. Some of you have really stepped up, and I do appreciate it. Now it's time to move on to our next assignment." As Alya continue to move the cutout over different students' faces, she sees Chloé who points over and soon sees Miss Bustier through the picture as the teacher asks her, "Is Marinette still in the girl's room?"

Alya gets confused as she replies, "Uh, I don't know, Miss."

The bell rings and the students prepare to leave the classroom as Miss Bustier tells them before they leave, "Tonight I want you all to read chapter three of 'Of People and Pokémon' Then, answer this simple questionnaire." She passes out papers to each student on their way out and gives two to Alya as she tells her, "See to it that Marinette receives her homework." Alya nods in acknowledgement as she exits the classroom.

She tries to call Marinette, but gets her voicemail instead as she hears, "It's Marinette, leave a message. Beep! He he."

Alya and her Fennekin start searching for Marinette by checking the bathroom as she calls out, "Marinette?" Without a response, continues searching through the academy. Alya soon walks Rose (holding her Tepig) and Juleka (holding her Litten) and asks them, "Uhh, have you guys seen Marinette anywhere?" Rose and Juleka shake their heads as Alya keeps looking. She eventually enters the locker room, where she sees Chloé and her Quaxly as she is taking something from her locker; it's a Ladybug costume and yo-yo. Upon seeing this, Alya whispers to herself, "Chloé's Ladybug?" Fennekin gives her a confused look as they start to follow her.

Outside the academy, Chloé and Quaxly rush as they board her limousine, Alya tries to follow them but it already drove away. As she and Fennekin stand by the entrance, Alya tries calling Marinette again, but doesn't get through so she left a voicemail. "Hey, Marinette. Ring me ASAP. We gotta talk." Nino and Squirtle casually walk by when she stops him and says, "Nino, wait!"

"Yeah?" Nino asked as Alya grabs his wrist.

"Come with me, I need your help!" Alya said as she drags him away. They run off so fast that Fennekin and Squirtle could barely keep up.

As the two sit down at a nearby bench, with their Pokémon sitting next to them, Nino tries to say something, "So-" but Alya shushes him.

Alya tries to call Marinette again, but instead hears... "It's Marinette, leave a message. Beep! He he."

"Ughh." Alya sighs with annoyance, "I hate when she goes AWOL. She's not calling me back! Where is that girl?!"

Nino said with agreement, "Seriously. My man Adrien's the exact same way. But I guess you gotta be sly when Mr. Control Freak is your daddy-o."

Suddenly Alya's phone rings, as she, Nino and their Pokémon watch a special news report broadcasted by Nadja Chamack. "Once again, Ladybug and Cat Noir have saved Paris from the clutches of a menacing villain."

While the video plays, Alya squints and sees Ladybug's yo-yo. This made her think and say, "Hey! I think I've just sniffed out who the real Ladybug is!" She pulls out Marinette's tablet and writes on a sticky note before she whispers to Nino, "Chloé."

Hearing this, Nino and Squirtle start laughing hysterically as Nino tells her "Chloé? Seriously? She's too self-absorbed to think of anyone but herself, much less save the world. You are cray-cray, lady!"

"I am so not! You'll see!" Alya said with irritation as she puts the tablet in her bag and gets up before she turns and sees Fennekin quietly snickering as well. "Really? You too?" Alya asks as Fennekin just sat their awkwardly. She then grabs Nino's hand again and drags him along as the Pokémon follow their trainers.

Ladybug is seen running through the city, jumping above rooftops and swinging from building to building before she reaches a billboard and detransforms into Marinette. She starts walking casually down the street in her civilian attire when Tikki pops her head out of her purse and says, "Time flies fast when you're saving the world. Day's already over!"

"Tell me about it. I missed an entire half day of school AND half day of seeing Adrien!" Marinette said as she's walking.

"Whoever's behind all of this sure is keeping us on our toes!" Tikki responded while crossing her arms.

Marinette laughs as she says to her kwami, "But you don't have any toes!" Marinette enters the bakery and sees her mom working at the register.

As her daughter walked in, Sabine says to her, "Alya brought your school bag home for you, Marinette."

Marinette yawns as she says, "Hey mom..."

Seeing her so tired, Sabine says to her daughter, "You seem so forgetful these days. Maybe you just need some fresh air and extra exercise for that growing brain of yours!"

"Good idea, mom. I'll start tomorrow." Marinette tiredly said as her mom kisses her on the cheek and groggily entered her house.

Marinette enters her room and casually threw Piplup out of her Pokéball, in a flash of white light Piplup appeared next to her. "Sorry I took so long Piplup" Marinette said exhausted as she sits at her desk chair and pulls out the homework from her schoolbag. "Ladybug saved Paris from destruction once again, but who's gonna save Marinette from her homework?" Marinette asks aloud before she sees a sticky note on the tablet. "What's this? 'Call me. I know who the real Ladybug is'?" Hearing that made Marinette, Tikki and Piplup open their eyes wide with astonishment.

"No way! You think she knows?" Tikki asked with worried tone in her voice.

Marinette replied with calm in her voice, "I doubt it. Alya's always jumping to conclusions before she has her facts straight."

Tikki, still worried, tells her, "But just in case..."

"No worries Tikki. I got it covered." Marinette tries to call Alya, but there is no signal. "Dang. No signal."

She goes to the balcony to see if there is any signal, but sees a man and his Electabuzz working on the cell tower. The electric worker sees Marinette and tells her, "Sorry, miss. Cell tower maintenance. The whole neighborhood's down. No signal for the next hour!"

"Come on, Marinette. Try again later. Let's head down and finish your homework." Tikki says to her as they head back to her room and get started on her homework.

The next day at the academy, Sabrina helps Chloé and Quaxly exits their limo as they enter the school. Along the way, Chloé says comment to some students as she walks by them, including Aurore and Mireille, "Hey there! Hi! You look totally fab! Uh, no, not you. Hey, it's still a month from Halloween, you know?"

Hidden aside from everyone yet still seeing Chloé's behavior, Alya and Nino are talking as Nino says, "You need to have your head examined. If she's a superhero, then I'm the Wizard of Oz." [Pokémon Wizard of Oz? Maybe an interesting crossover idea]

"I'm telling you, she's Ladybug!" Alya angrily responded before running off.

"Can you prove it?" Nino asked before getting dragged by her.

Meanwhile, in Marinette's room, Marinette, Tikki and Piplup are sleeping at Marinette's desk before they slowly start to wake up. As all three wake up, a half-asleep Tikki asks, "Uh... what time is it?"

"Uhh, school starts in..." A groggily tired Marinette said as she checks her phone and sees the time, "An hour ago?!"

Back at the academy's locker room, Alya grabs Nino's face and says to him, "Now don't mess up your lines." She then pushes Nino to the lockers towards Chloé.

Nino sees Chloé and tries to get her attention by pointing and saying "Oh, uhhh... Ladybug! Look over there!"

Chloé looks over her shoulder but she turns back at him in confusion, "Uhh, what kind of lame joke is this?"

Nino tries to correct himself by saying, "Uhh, well, that was... Did you see Ladybug yesterday? Isn't she amazing? I wonder who she really is."

"Uhh... up too late DJ-ing, Nino? Obviously you didn't get your beauty sleep." Chloé said with attitude while going through her locker.

Alya takes a photo of Chloé's locker but Sabrina sees this and says "Uh... Chloé! Alya's looking in your locker!"

"Uhh... that's a lie! I so was not!" Alya stammered as she hid her phone behind her back, but Kim steals her phone and tries to keep it away from her as she says, "Hey! Give it back!"

Chloé motioned Kim to hand her the phone as sees the photo and say to Alya, "Who's the little liar now?"

The students are in Principal Damocles's office, Chloé fake cries to the principal as she says, "She's guilty of invasion of privacy! I have proof!"

Surprised to hear this and looking at her phone on the principal's desk, Alya tried to defend herself by saying, "What?! Seriously! All I did was take a measly photo!"

Denis Damocles tried to respond to Chloé by saying, "I'm sorry, Chloé. But there's no school policy on invasion of privacy."

"Then... then breaking and entering!" Chloé tried to argue.

"I didn't break into her locker! It was open!" Alya rebutted.

Mr. Damocles then asked, "And nothing was stolen then?"

"Only my very soul! My locker is my secret garden! He who enters uninvited burglarizes my inner being, steals my life force!" Chloé said as she fake sobs onto Kim's shoulder.

Suddenly voice is heard behind the students, "Quite a serious accusation there Ms. Bourgeois." The students and Principal Damocles look to see the director of the academy, Director Clavell.

With astonishment, Mr. Damocles says, "Oh, Director Clavell, I'm surprised to see you hear."

"Just here to oversee this accusation of Ms. Cesaire here." Clavell responded. "With a crime like this, surely the accused has a right to defend against the claim."

"Excuse me?!" Chloé exclaim, "This thief tried to invade my sacred space!"

Alya angrily replied "I did not—" But Director Clavell raised his hand to seize the arguing.

"You both know the academy rules," The director said, "'Any student accused of any misconduct has a right to defend their claim through a battle between them and the accuser.'"

"Sounds fine by me!" Alya said with anger in her voice.

Chloé responded with disgust in her voice, "Ughh, if I have to."

"Excellent." Clavell said as he led the students out of the office. "To the battlefield girls."

Soon, Chloé and Alya were standing on different ends of the battlefield in the schoolyard as other students watch. Principal Damocles stood in the center acting as the referee for this battle as he said, "This shall be a one-on-one battle between Alya Cesaire and Chloé Bourgeois! Girls, send out your Pokémon!"

Alya pulls out her Pokéball and calls out "You're up, Fennekin!" She threw out her Pokéball and a glowing white light came up, summoning her Fox Pokémon, Fennekin.

"Time to be fabulous, go Quaxly!" Chloé said as she threw out her Pokéball and sent out her Duckling Pokémon, Quaxly.

Mr. Damocles then calls out, "Let the battle begin!"

As the two trainers begin to battle, off in the distance a cute little Pokémon is watching the battle, the Electric Mouse with a heart shape at the end of its tail, a female Pikachu. [No, this is not the mysterious Pokémon from the Origins episodes]

Alya called out the first attack, "Alright Fennekin, use Howl!" The fire fox let out a loud howling soundwave that soon created a red glow around her, increasing her attack stat. "Now, use Scratch!" Fennekin's claw extend as she scratches towards Quickly with her front paws.

Chloé calls out to her Pokémon, "Use Detect to dodge!" Suddenly Quaxly's eyes briefly shine and emit a trailing blue spark of energy as she dodges the attack. "Now use Pound on that ridiculous fox!" Chloé said as one of Quaxly's wings glows yellow and slaps Fennekin back to Alya.

"Are you okay Fennekin?" Alya asked as Fennekin reassured her that she was okay. "Alright, now use Ember!" She called out as Fennekin fires a blanket of small orange sparks from her mouth towards Quaxly.

An unimpressed Chloé saw this and commanded, "Pathetic, extinguish those losers with Water Gun!" Quaxly soon released a stream of water from her mouth and the two attacks cancel each other out, surrounding the battlefield in steam and covering all of the Pokémon's feet. In the confusion, Chloé nodded over to Sabrina who then snuck away to the other side of the battlefield with Chespin at her side.

Alya then took the opportunity to attack Quaxly in the steam, "Fennekin, get in close and use Scratch!" Fennekin tried running towards Quaxly but tripped and was unable to move, leaving Alya confused.

Chloé then smiled as she commanded "Quaxly, finish them with Water Gun!" This time, Quaxly's attack hits Fennekin head-on, sending the fox Pokémon flying back towards her trainer, leaving her soaking wet and knocked out.

"Fennekin is unable to battle, Quaxly wins!" Mr. Damocles announced, "Victory goes to Chloé Bourgeois!"

"Looks like I win, you little thief." Chloé said which irritated Alya. Seeing what was happening frustrated Pikachu, especially because it saw what truly happened. When Fennekin tried to use Scratch, Chespin snuck its vines (Vine Whip) underneath the steam so no one could see and grabbed hold of Fennekin, causing her to trip.

Mr. Damocles walked over to girls and said to Alya, "Right, looks like it'll be an hour of detention for you, Alya."

"Are my ears failing me?" Chloé responded hearing this, "Did I hear you're giving one miserable hour of detention to a... a heinous criminal? Sabrina!" She called over as she snapped her fingers.

Sabrina pulled a book and read aloud to everyone, "Academy rules clearly state that any student guilty of theft should be suspended for one full week."

Mr. Damocles said in response, "Yes, but she's hardly stole anything."

"I'm not sure that my father would share your point of view." Chloé said as she prepares to call her father.

Hearing this, Mr. Damocles nervously said, "Uhhh, well, now, Chloé, let's not bother your father, I mean, the honorable Mayor with a minor locker situation..." Chloé starts calling her father when Mr. Damocles suddenly clears his throat and says, "Ehhh... what I mean is, you're suspended for a week, Alya." Satisfied, Chloé hangs up the call.

Angry, Alya stands up and says, "What?! That is so unfair! I am so gonna protest this on the school blog!"

Mr. Damocles looks at Chloé, who's smugly shaking her phone, and sighs as he replies, "The school blog is hereby suspended as well."

Alya looks at Chloé angrily, "She's no superhero, she's super-psycho!" she says as she returns her fainted Pokémon to her Pokéball and storms off.

Soon, the window of Hawk Moth's lair slowly opens as Hawk Moth is heard saying aloud, "Ahhh... School life. Such a science experiment. A petri dish of cultivating secrets, lies and betrayal, the thriving vivarium for my evil akumas." A butterfly flies into the palm of his hand as he begins to swirl his other hand around, which collects glowing purple dust and moves it over the butterfly. With his hands pressed together over the butterfly, the glowing dust infuses the butterfly as it turns into an akuma. "Fly away, my little akuma, and evilize her!"

Outside the Naranja/Uva Academy, Marinette is seen running through the front door as she says to herself, "I'm late, I'm late, I'm late, I'm so, so late!" As Marinette enters the academy and runs up one of the sets of stairs, Alya walks down the other sets of stairs and runs away from the school.

She tries to call Marinette but once again gets her voicemail, "It's Marinette, leave a message. Beep! He he!" She starts to cry as the Pikachu watched but before she could get in close to comfort her, the akuma enters into Alya's cell phone and evilizes her.

As a light mask forms on Alya's face, Hawk Moth can be heard saying, "Lady Wifi, I heard through the grapevine that you're seeking to unmask Ladybug... I'd like to help you by giving you the power of the Plasma Pokémon, Rotom, that is… if you agree to help me too."

"I'll expose the lies of anyone who covers up the truth! Sign me up!" Alya said as she becomes surrounded by dark purple clouds and turns into Lady Wifi. Pikachu ran off in a panic upon seeing this.

Lady Wifi has a very deep violet butterfly-shaped mask on her face, and her eyes are a unique shade of blue with a dividing line across them. Her hair became a brighter orange with light pink streaks, and she wore a very dark purple supervillain jumpsuit, her lower arms, and legs white with three stripes that were white above each. Her whole body glows with a pinkish aura of electricity and on her chest was a glowing light brilliant rose Wi-Fi symbol, and a thin white line went around her waist, with the line creating a semicircle above a short vertical white line in the front, resembling a power button. [As per usual, my character descriptions are not too good]

Marinette tries to sneak into Miss Bustier's classroom and takes her seat behind Adrien and Nino. She notices Alya isn't there and taps Nino on the shoulder as she whispers "Where is she?"

Nino whispers back to her, "She's been suspended..."

"What?!" Marinette yells out in surprise.

Miss Bustier turned around and said to her student, "Marinette, if you're going to come late, would you please do it discretely?"

"Sorry..." Marinette said sheepishly before she continues whispering to Nino, "What happened to her?"

Nino again whispers back to her, "The short story? Accused of breaking into Chloé's locker. I mean, Ladybug's locker..."

This made Marinette even more surprised and she yells out, "WHAT?!"

Annoyed by the interruption, Miss Bustier angrily says to Marinette, "That's it, Marinette! Go to the principal's office!" A sad Marinette takes her bag and she leaves the classroom.

As she walks out, Adrien whispers as he asks Nino, "What are you talking about?"

"Exactly what I said, bro." Nino responded to his friend, "Alya says Chloé is Ladybug! She is crazy!" Adrien looks over and sees Chloé; she winks at him which confuses him so he turns his head towards his tablet.

Marinette arrives at the principal's office and knocks on the door as she says, "Mr. Damocles? Sir?" She opens the door but sees that Denis Damocles is frozen, and a pink stop icon is in front of him. She goes over and waves her hand in front of his face but nothing happens, leaving her confused.

The computer screen lights up, revealing Lady Wifi as she announces, "I'm Lady Wifi, revealer of the truth! For our first exposé, your principal would like to share a little tidbit with you. So, Denis Damocles, is it true you wrongly suspended a student named Alya today?"

Mr. Damocles, feeling ashamed, says "Uh... yes, it is."

Lady Wifi then continued to ask, "So, you were biased? Unfair? Totally unjust?!"

"Yes, I was." Mr. Damocles answered.

Marinette notices the phone Lady Wifi is holding and the ladybug charm on it. "Oh, no! Alya!" Marinette said with panic and says to her kwami, "Tikki, time to transform!"

"You're going to have to fight your best friend!" Tikki says to her.

"Nope! I'm gonna have to save my best friend!" Marinette responded as she activates her transformation sequence. "Tikki, spots on! Yeah!" Marinette then transforms into Ladybug.

"For my next scoop, I'll be taking you to meet the girl who's been hiding behind the Ladybug mask! Thunder Wave!" Lady Wifi said as she fires a stream of pink electricity from her phone which surrounds Mr. Damocles and creates a pink stop icon, paralyzing him in place, "Stay connected!"

As the screen turns off, Miss Bustier tells the class, "Everyone, for your own safety, go directly home right now! And don't forget to read chapters four and five!" All of the students grab their stuff and run out as fast as they can.

Adrien heads to the school bathroom and says to his kwami "If Chloé is Ladybug like Alya said, then Lady Wifi's gonna head straight for her house!"

"And it also means you must have a crush on Chloé!" Plagg teases his holder as he laughs.

Adrien grunts in protest as he starts his transformation sequence. "Plagg, claws out!" Adrien soon transforms into Cat Noir.

In the city, Cat Noir runs along rooftops and sees the hotel Chloé's father owns. He takes his staff and uses the camera to zoom in on Chloé's room. There he sees Chloé dressed as Ladybug spinning her yo-yo with Quaxly playing along. Surprised by what he's seeing, Cat Noir says to himself, "What? This can't be!"

Suddenly he hears Ladybug's voice telling him, "Who's being a sneaky kitty now?"

"Oh, Ladybug. But—" Cat Noir said with both relief and confusion.

"Come on, you don't actually believe she's the real Ladybug." Ladybug interrupted him as she pulls out her yo-yo to use the camera to see Chloé still playing with her yo-yo and ends up tying herself up.

Cat Noir sighs in relief as he replies, "Yeah, of course not."

"And besides, who would believe that she's the original Ladybug?" Ladybug said as she closed her yo-yo, "She's obviously just a die-hard fan. A copycat?"

Cat Noir chuckled as he agreed, "Right."

Meanwhile in Chloé's room, Quaxly is trying to help untie Chloé (dressed as Ladybug), when they hear Chloé's cell phone ring. She hops over and answers her phone, "Hello?" Suddenly, her phone starts to emit bright pink electrical sparks and she throws it in a panic. After the phone lands on the ground, Lady Wifi appears in a flash of light and sparks.

"Well, hello there, Ladybug!" an overly confident Lady Wifi says as Chloé and Quaxly try to run away. But Lady Wifi fires a "Thunder Wave" which paralyzes the two and creates pink pause icons on both of them, stopping them in their tracks.

"We got Wifi!" Ladybug says as she and Cat Noir head to the hotel.

Lady Wifi flings out a camera icon above Chloé as she says, "Well, well... So my hunch was correctamundo." She then broadcasts herself all over screens in Mesagoza as she announces, "Everyone thinks the girl beneath the Ladybug costume is a little angel. Think again, people! The real Ladybug is..." She tears off Chloé's mask to reveal her face, "Chloé Bourgeois, everyone!" Ladybug and Cat Noir burst through the doors on Chloé's balcony, seeing two Ladybugs, Lady Wifi asks "Who are you?" The two heroes look towards each other, Ladybug looks at the villain with confusion as Cat Noir poses in front of them. Lady Wifi turns towards Chloé and angrily says to her, "But I thought you were Ladybug!"

Cat Noir chuckles as he says to her, "Sorry to bust your news story. Next time, double-check your facts."

"You'll be sorry." Lady Wifi says as she uses her cellphone to delete the pink icons, releasing Chloé and Quaxly who then proceed to trip and tumble. Lady Wifi then cuts the feed to her broadcast to deal with the heroes.

Chloé and Quaxly are both upside-down as they hear Ladybug say to the villain, "Alya?"

"Alya's been disconnected. I'm Lady Wifi. News flash! Ladybug, let's find out who you really are! Electroweb!" Lady Wifi exclaimed as she fired a pink glowing orb of electricity from her phone which opens and expands into a circular net of electricity.

The heroes dodge the attacks as Ladybug calls out, "Follow me!" They soon exit out of Chloé's room and run down the hallway.

The two make their way to the hotel stairwell, still dodging Electrowebs, as Cat Noir asks "So what's the plan?"

While running down the stairs, Ladybug says "She gets her powers from her phone, so let's lead her to the basement, where there isn't any service!"

"No service, no power. Nice one, my lady!" Cat Noir says as he runs past Ladybug while she checks to see if Lady Wifi is still chasing them.

From several floors above, Lady Wifi attacks her with another Electroweb, but Ladybug dodges it. "We've gotta go lower!" Ladybug said as they keep running.

"I've got you now, Ladybug!" Lady Wifi's echoed voice is heard as she laughs. But suddenly the attacks stop as she checks her phone and notices she has low signal.

At the bottom of the stairs, the heroes prepare to fight as Ladybug tells Cat Noir to "Get ready!"

"So, what do you do when you're not Ladybug?" Cat Noir asks without hesitation.

Hearing this, Ladybug gets a look of shock, when she recovers she says "Can't you see we're a little bit busy right now?" But they hear the door upstairs open as she sees that Lady Wifi is no longer above them and says "She's gone back into the hotel!" The two then head back up the stairs.

Cat Noir sees that pink electric webs have been put on all the doors "She locked all the doors!" The two continue running as he once again says to her, "Hey, you realize we might actually know each other in normal life."

"Doubt it." Ladybug replies as they run past another door, "It's locked!"

They reach the top door, which doesn't have a pink web on it and Cat Noir comments "She's left this one open."

Ladybug then says to him, "Get ready for an ambush on 3. 1, 2, 3!" They burst through the door to the dining room, only to find that Lady Wifi is nowhere to be found. But there are phones on all the tables.

"Ahhh... So much for the ambush." Cat Noir said while sounding a little disappointed.

"Follow me." Ladybug said as they walk into the dining room. "Where is she hiding? And what's up with all these phones?" Suddenly, pink lights come out from the phones and multiple Lady Wifis appear (Double Team) as they all attack the heroes with Electroweb attacks.

"How now, brown cow? I thought it was you she was after!" Cat Noir said as he is being attacked by the clones before he gets hit and entangled by one of the webs.

Ladybug fires a Swift attack at the duplicates and the stars cause each one to disappear until only one is left. Knowing it was the real one, she swung her yo-yo and tied up Lady Wifi, but she disappears back into the phone. Suddenly more duplicates start re-appearing over each phone as the Lady Wifis say in unison, "Ha! You can't get me!"

"Yes I can." Ladybug said as she starts breaking all the phones with her yo-yo, with each broken phone, a clone disappeared until there was only one left. With all her clones gone, Lady Wifi runs into the kitchen. When Ladybug follows her in, Lady Wifi fires an Electroweb which locks the door, sealing them in.

"No, no, no... Hold on in there, Ladybug!" Cat Noir said as he struggled to open the doors. With no luck, he checks the hotel map in his staff and zoom in. "Of course! The service elevator!" He then runs through the stairwell to an opening to the service elevator.

Back in the kitchen, Ladybug dodges Lady Wifi's Electroweb attacks until her hands get pinned to the wall by two pink electric webs. With the hero locked in place, Lady Wifi puts a camera icon in front of her as she broadcasts a livestream to a projection in the sky over the city. "Who is Ladybug? Is she a superhero or a super-weirdo? How can we trust the girl when we have no idea who she really is? We have the right to know!" She then tries to remove Ladybug's mask, but it won't come off. "Why doesn't it come off?"

"Uhhh... because it's magic?" Ladybug smugly says to her.

The service elevator door opens, and Cat Noir comes through as he says, "You're out of minutes, Lady Wifi!"

Lady Wifi then says "Oh, how romantic. Tomcat's come to save his love bug."

"I am not his love bug!" Ladybug protested.

"We'll come back to that later." Cat Noir responded trying to be charming.

Lady Wifi fires more Electrowebs at him and one of the hits him and knocks him into the freezer room. He gets shocked by the electricity which causes his ring to come off, releasing Plagg, and Cat Noir turns into Adrien. "My ring!" Adrien says as he struggles to find his Miraculous.

"Ooh... so chilly in here." Plagg said as he shivers.

On the floor, Adrien keeps looking for his ring as he says "Where is it? I could use a little help!"

With the freezer locked by an Electroweb, Lady Wifi says to Ladybug, "Well, well... what am I gonna do with both of you?"

A light mask appears on Lady Wifi's face and Hawk Moth's voice can be heard saying, "Get her to use her Lucky Charm! It'll force her health to deplete, and her true identity will soon be revealed, and her Miraculous will be mine."

"If you don't get him outta fast, your crush will soon be slush. Ha ha ha!" Lady Wifi says as she laughs and removes the webs from Ladybug's hands. "Good luck with your cat popsicle! I have other news to cover!" She then disappears in a surge of electricity, leaving Ladybug perplexed.

Outside the hotel [unsure of the Pokémon version of the name], the mayor and two police cars are there as Chloé exits the hotel and André calls over his daughter by saying, "Come on..." as Chloé hugs her father. Suddenly her phone starts ringing and as she checks her phone, which was Lady Wifi comes out from it and flies into the sky.

Lady Wifi begins broadcasting herself and says to all of Mesagoza through her broadcast, "What's up, peeps! Listen everyone! I present you with the award-winning news story you've all been waiting for!" In an alley, the female Pikachu was one of the ones viewing this broadcast. Out of concern, she decided to sprint over to the hotel.

In the kitchen, Ladybug is trying to break down the door to the freezer room by kicking it and even firing a barrage of Air Slashes and Swifts, with no luck. "I'll get you out of there, Cat Noir!" Ladybug:

"Take your time!" Adrien said as he is shivering while trapped.

Lady Wifi, still broadcasting, says to those watching, "Don't blink, 'cause Ladybug's about to drop the bomb on her real identity!"

"Lucky Charm!" Ladybug called out which activates her superpower and a strange box appears that lands in her hands. "This better be some lucky box..." She said as she looks around the room and her Lucky Vision notices the locked door and the microwave oven, "Of course, the microwaves!" She then puts the box in the microwave, places it on a moving cart, puts it in front of the freezer and uses the radiation to melt away the web.

"Gotcha! Gotcha!" Adrien said as he finds his ring with a frozen Plagg floating next to him.

As the microwave does its thing, Ladybug says "Come on, micro-thingies, jam this signal..." An explosion from the microwave emanates, indicating it worked and the freezer door opens. She pulls the cart aside and Cat Noir falls out while shivering and Ladybug catches him as she asks "You okay, Cat Noir?"

"You used your Lucky Charm...your health is draining fast." Cat Noir said as he sees her Miraculous beep.

Lady Wifi saw all this happen through a projection and excitedly says "Exactly!"

"Night Slash!" Cat Noir calls out as his claws begin to glow light blue and his slashes at the door with no avail. He turns towards Ladybug and says "Try to zap open the kitchen door again!"

Ladybug told him the, unfortunately, "We can't, microwave's busted." Looking at the camera icon, she whispers a plan to Cat Noir, "Here's what we'll do, listen to me..."

"Got it." Cat Noir says as he giggles while he puts a pan over the top of the camera icon, blocking Lady Wifi's screen.

"What is she up to?" Lady Wifi angrily asks.

The light mask appears again as Hawk Moth says to her, "Don't let my Miraculous get away!"

Lady Wifi agrees as she says "Right!"

Cat Noir gets in the service elevator and says to his partner, "I'll go and jam the Wi-Fi antenna."

"Good luck!" Ladybug said as she pushed the button, sending him up.

Lady Wifi rides the elevator and fires more Electrowebs as Cat Noir exits the service elevator. Thankfully he skillfully dodges her attacks as he reaches the top floor of the hotel.

Cat Noir sees the Wi-Fi antenna and says "Here you are!" as he activates his superpower, "Cataclysm!"

Before he could destroy the antenna, pink electricity surged through as Lady Wifi and said, "Nice idea, kitty cat, but I'm not gonna let you cut me off so easily! How about we try something a little more… interesting?" She then proceeds to conjure up dark purple wisps of energy as flings them towards Cat Noir as she calls out "Hex!" He does everything he can top dodge the attacks flying towards him.

In the kitchen, Ladybug's Miraculous starts to beep again (indicating her health draining fast) as she says "Hurry, Cat Noir..."

Back on the roof, Lady Wifi keeps attacking Cat Noir with Hex attacks, but he keeps dodging her until she hits hit with a direct hit. She laughs as she goes close to him to fire a quick Electroweb, but suddenly a series of four transparent square barriers appear and surround Cat Noir, protecting him from the attack. The hero looks and sees the female Pikachu, leaving him surprised. "A Pikachu?" Lady Wifi asks as she angrily grunts and as she tries to fire more Hex attacks at the Pikachu. She dodges each attack until she unleashes an expanding field of electricity from her body (Discharge) which hits Lady Wifi. [I wanted to try something different than the traditional Thunderbolt] Before the villain could retaliate, she looks over and sees Cat Noir is about to destroy the antenna. "Nooooo!" Lady Wifi called out as Cat Noir destroys the antenna, causing it to fall over and Lady Wifi stumbles out of the way. The pink symbols disappear, and Ladybug exits the kitchen as Lady Wifi angrily says "Lost the signal!"

Cat Noir jumps down next to Pikachu and says "Thanks little cutie." He then turns to Lady Wifi and says "Gimme that phone!" as Cat Noir tries to take the phone away from her, but she dodges. She then pins the hero to the ground ready to strike, but thankfully Pikachu charges at her with a powerful tackling attack that surrounds her body with glowing electricity. [That's right, it's Volt Tackle] The impact knocks Lady Wifi over and sends her phone flying back as it is caught by Ladybug.

"Thank you, Pikachu!" Ladybug said as she smashes the phone on the ground and the akuma flies out. She then opens up her yo-yo and starts swinging it. "No more evil-doing for you, little akuma. Time to de-evilize!" She says as she captures the akuma. "Gotcha!" She then releases the purified butterfly and it flies away. "Bye-bye, little butterfly. Miraculous Ladybug!" Ladybug called out as she throws the Lucky charm in the air, reverting all the damage as everything returns back to normal.

The dark purple clouds surround Lady Wifi as she turns back into Alya. "What?" A confused Alya asked until she saw the heroes.

"Pound it!" Ladybug and Cat Noir said as they fist bumped each other.

Excited, Alya goes over and says "Ladybug! Wow! And Cat Noir! Can I get a quick interview? Just let me grab my phone!"

As Alya left, Cat Noir notices Ladybug's Miraculous beep as he says "Uhh... gotta go. Your health's critically low." She nods in agreement as the two runs down the stairwell.

"So- oh, no! Where did they go?" Alya said in disappointment when she turned around. But then she suddenly noticed the female Pikachu come up close to her. "Well hello," she said as she pet the Pokémon, "What are you doing here?" The Pikachu then looked into Alya's eyes with sincerity as Alya figured out what was happening. "By any chance, would you like to come with me?" Pikachu becomes excited as Alya pulls out a Pokéball and Pikachu bops the button with her nose and got absorbed into the ball as it shakes and then dings. With disbelief at what just happened, Alya shouts out with excitement, "I just caught a Pikachu!" [In all honesty, I couldn't think of a more detailed way for her to capture it, she didn't even heal Fennekin yet.]

Meanwhile, downstairs, Ladybug is about to enter a room to detransform, but Cat Noir stops her. "Stay!" Cat Noir says as his Miraculous beeps, "I won't tell anyone who you are. Cat's honor."

"Nobody must know who we really are. Not even us." Ladybug says as she closes the door. Cat Noir considers opening it as Ladybug detransforms, but he stops himself and closes it all the way.

"Phew, that was too close for comfort!" Tikki said in Marinette's hands.

Marinette replied, "Tell me about it." She then opens the door and checks to make sure nobody is outside mas she starts to leave.

As Adrien leaves the hotel, Plagg flies out as says to his holder, "That was the chance to find out who the love of your life really is! What were you thinking?"

"That's the thing, Plagg. I wasn't thinking." Adrien replied, "I was following my heart."

In Hawk Moth's lair, Hawk Moth monologues to himself, "Your mask will fall one day, Ladybug. You'll have no choice then but to hand over your precious Miraculous!" The lair's window slowly closes.

Later at the Dupain-Cheng House, Marinette is in the balcony with Piplup and Tikki as Tikki asks her, "Is that true? You're gonna tell him? Is that what your heart's saying?"

"Sometimes your heart tells you one thing, but a great superhero always listens to her head." Marinette said as Tikki and Piplup give her a hug.

"Got it!" Alya shouted out which makes Marinette Piplup freak out (and Tikki hid) as Alya continues to say, "Wanna see my new smartphone? It puts my old phone to shame! Just look at these pics!"

As Alya is swiping through the pictures, Marinette stops her and asks, "Huh? What's with all these photos of Adrien?"

Alya then explains herself by saying, "Well... with a mask and a costume, don't you think he looks a little bit like Cat Noir?" She swipes on her phone again to show an edited Adrien picture with him looking like Cat Noir.

Marinette then argues by saying "Are you out of your mind? He's tons more legit than Cat Noir!"

"Hey! I happened to think that Cat Noir is pretty slick." Alya says to her friend before she stopped to realize, "Oh, but that's not all I got." She pulls out a Pokéball and debuts her new Pikachu.

Marinette looks at the yellow electric mouse with admiration in her eyes as she says, "Ahhhh, so cute!"

"Oh she's more than just cute." Alya said as she shows her friend more pictures. "After discovering Chloé cheated, Director Clavell gave me the opportunity to rebattle her to undo my suspension, thankfully this little cutie is more powerful than Chloé expected." She then shows more pictures including ones where Alya poses with Pikachu while Chloé and Quaxly are behind them crying with their hair all frizzy (result of being electrocuted).

"Looks like Chloé got what she deserves." Marinette said, "But anyway, stop taking photos of Adrien. Well, unless you give them to me, afterwards." She then snatches Alya's phone.

"Give it back!" Alya says as she runs after Marinette.

"Nope!" Marinette says as she runs off with Alya's phone as Piplup and Pikachu laugh.

"Oh, come on, Marinette! What if you drop it? Everyone knows how clumsy you are!" Alya says as all four of them head down through the door to Marinette's room as all of them laugh.
