Chapter 25: Objective: Parker!
Every villain has had a grudge against Spider-Guppy. The masked wall-crawler always manages to thwart their plans. As long as Spider-Guppy lives, none of them can fulfill his selfish ambitions. However, there is one special villain who hates not only Spider-Guppy, but Gil Parker as well. Because he is the only person who knows the secret of Spider-Guppy's secret identity. Eddie Brock, also known as Venom (at least, that's his name when he has the symbiote), was spending the rest of his days in an ordinary cell. Since the symbiote had fled after the defeat at the hands of Spider-Guppy. Without the alien, Eddie was just a normal prisoner like everyone else. We can see him in his cold cell, banging the bars in anger.
"I hate you, Spider-Guppy! I hate you, Gil Parker! I wish I could just get out of this damn cell and finish you off! After all, I know who you really are" Eddie shouted angrily.
"Hehehe! You're still talking to yourself so angry...Hahaha! And everyone thinks I'm the crazy one" On one of the beds was a very disturbing subject. He was a somewhat disturbing guppy man with long reddish hair and scars on his arms and face. He also had a red tail with black camouflage-style details and his orange prison clothes.
"I'm not in the mood, Cletus" Eddie replied.
"Oh come on, Eddie! I really like you. And that's the only reason you're still alive. Didn't they tell you what happened to all my past cellmates?" Cletus smiled in a macabre way.
"I know...But I just want to get out of here to get revenge on someone" Eddie replied.
"Hahaha! Oh boy…you're hilarious. That's why I like you and that's why you're still alive. I'm still waiting to be sent to death row. After all, I was sentenced to death not long ago" Cletus said with a disturbing smile.
"Yes, I heard a little about the trials and the testimonies. You have quite a criminal record, don't you?" Eddie said calmly. His strategy for survival was always to show confidence.
"Heh! I only regret not being able to finish off more people" Cletus said proudly and with madness.
"Eddie Brock…..Time to eat. And you stay here, sick maniac" The correctional officer said before safely removing Eddie. And to make sure Cletus didn't do anything, there were four more officers with pistols and shotguns ready to fire if necessary. Luckily, Cletus didn't try anything out of the ordinary and just stared at the wall in a fixed and disturbed manner.
"I'm sorry you're with that maniac. We're still reorganizing the spaces and we think Cletus Kasady will be taken to death row today" The officer said to him.
"Don't worry, Officer. I think Cletus likes me. Besides, it's not much different than having to put up with my father for over 18 years" Eddie commented. The prison guards escorted him to the mess hall. This was the daily routine for Eddie Brock and many other criminals. Everything seemed like it would be a normal day. However, there was a sewage pipe in disrepair. From there came a mysterious black, slimy substance. That thing started following Eddie and caught him by the tail and began to cover his entire body in the same black substance.
"Eddie Brock! We finally met!"
"You again! I missed you so much! I was wondering when you would come back. It took you so long" Eddie started to talk "alone". But we know who he was talking to.
"I'm so sorry. Spider-Guppy hurt us badly with those damn sound waves. But thanks to the time we spent together, our connection was what helped me find you"
"I don't want to sound ungrateful but...Why didn't you look for another user?" Eddie asked curiously.
"We don't think of wasting a perfect host like you. You are very compatible for us. Both your body and your mind. We both share our desires and passion to eliminate Gil Parker-Spider-Guppy"
"I'm glad you think so. Because I just wanted to get revenge on Gil Parker when I get out of prison" Eddie said evilly.
"And why wait? Let's get out of this place and put Parker in his place"
"HAHAHA! I love your thinking. Let's be one now!" Eddie said with evil and determination. The symbiote covered his entire body and transformed into the supervillain nemesis of Spider-Guppy.
"Stop, Brock! Catch him!" Some guards pulled out their guns to stop him. However, it was already too late.
"I'M NO LONGER EDDIE BROCK. WE ARE VENOM!" Saying that, the monstrous villain showed his enormous fangs and tongue before preparing his claws and launching himself to finish off the guards and escape from prison.
"AAAAAAAHHHHHH!"
We return to a normal day at New Bubble York High School. The Christmas and New Year festivities had ended. So it was time to go back to school despite the cold winter weather. We can see Gil Parker and Molly Jane Watson hanging out together with some of their other friends. There were Goby, Deema, Oona and surprisingly Dash started hanging out with them more. In fact, he had the important topic of conversation.
"Guys, I think I'm trying my best...And I still can't get Zooli Hardy to notice me. I even prepared her Christmas present and she didn't accept it" Dash said in disbelief.
"That's nice of you. What did you get her?" Oona asked.
"Well, I thought I'd give her something cool. So I gave her... A picture of me with my autograph!" Dash said proudly.
"How romantic" Deema said sarcastically.
"I see why she kept rejecting you" Goby added.
"Why? You said I should give her the best and that's what I did" Dash said bothered.
"Do you at least know what she likes?" Molly asked him.
"Huh? W-W-Well….." He said nervously.
"Listen to me, Dash...I see what your problem is...well, one of the many you have...You don't know how to listen to the other person. When you like someone, you should always be attentive and give her what she likes" Gil explained calmly.
"Seriously, Parker?! That sounds so cheesy and cliche!" Dash commented bothered.
"It worked for me" Gil said proudly as he hugged his girlfriend with a smile and a look saying: I told you so.
"Hmpt, good one, Parker" He crossed his arms.
"Look, man...You're just trying to approach her as a friend. You don't have to rush things and that's probably why she's been rejecting you" Goby advised him.
"Hmmmm probably you're kinda right….Oh! I think she's coming here!" He said nervously.
"You just act natural and you'll be fine" Gil said quietly. At that point, Zooli came to greet some of her friends.
"Hi, guys! I hope you enjoyed the holidays and New Year- Ohhhh you're here" Zooli's joy left her when she saw Dash. She greeted everyone except him. That's when he decided to talk to her.
"Hello, dea- I mean, Zooli! I hope you liked my gift" Dash tried to be confident.
"Yeaaah…It has not been the worst" She rolled her eyes.
"I was thinking that...Well...maybe we could..." Dash wanted to invite her to a date.
"(sigh) Look, Dash...I'm not interested in dating you, much less getting to know you better. We all know what kind of guy you are" Zooli crossed her arms.
"I know! I know! But I still want you to know me better... I'm trying to be a better person…" He tried to tell her.
"That's what everyone says. Look, Dash, I'm not interested in being with someone who only thinks about himself. You don't care about picking on all the guys weaker than you. And we know that one of them is now a supervillain on the run. And you've also never been a spectacular boyfriend to my friend Molly. Just...leave me alone, will you?" Saying that, she left the classroom upset. Dash felt bad and the other kids could only watch all of that in silence.
"I'm so sorry Dash...You just have to give it time" Goby tried to calm him.
"But she's right. I was a complete idiot all my years in high school and high school... God, have I really been that stupid?" Dash said sadly.
"That doesn't matter anymore. The important thing is that you are realizing it and you are starting to be a better person little by little... You just have to wait for others to notice it... Not by your words, but by your actions" Gil comforted him.
"I guess you have a point, Parker...Well, I'm off. See you in algebra" Dash said goodbye and headed off to class. Deema and Oona left as well, probably to the bathroom. And Gil, Molly and Goby stayed together a little longer before heading off to class. The three friends decided to go straight to class, while talking to each other.
"I haven't seen you in a while, Goby" Gil commented.
"Hmmmm….You've been very busy with your girlfriend, I see" Goby rolled his eyes. They both noticed a strange attitude in Goby.
"Are you okay...I mean, I thought you were okay with Deema" Molly asked him.
"I have no problem with her...It's all about dad...Can you believe I spent Christmas and New Year alone?! Dad has always been more busy being a businessman than a father...But this is the last straw. He always respected special occasions...but this time he didn't care. At least I spent Christmas with the Stacey family...But New Year I was alone" Goby said bothered, and with certain pain.
"Friend, if I had known I would have invited you to spend the holidays with us" Gil said.
"For what? To be ignored like always! Gil, you're never there when I need you! I asked you for help with algebra and you never helped me. Dad had to pay for an after school tutor for me. You always disappear all the time and when I need you, you're never available! I helped you win over Molly and now that you two are lovebirds, you leave me behind and now you two disappear often to... God, I don't even want to know!" Goby said angrily, remembering all his friend's broken promises. Both Gil and Molly were shocked. It was clear that the double life as Spider-Guppy had been time consuming and in the meantime, he had neglected his best friend.
"Goby, I didn't know you felt that way..." Gil tried to calm him down.
"Of course, because it's always about you and your tragic life...Poor Gil Parker, always living from one misfortune to another...As if I didn't have any problems" Goby rolled his eyes.
"Goby, but you should try to understand it..." Molly defended him.
"Obviously you're going to defend him because he's your boyfriend! But you know what... It seems like my only real friend was Nonny... And we all know how that ended..." Goby said resentfully before walking away from them. Gil wanted to go after him, but she stopped him by gently taking his hand.
"I think he needs some time alone... Gilly, don't you think things might calm down if... you just told him the truth?" Molly considered this idea.
"Molly, I can't. You know the less people that know my secret the better. I don't want to put him in danger. It's enough that you and "him" know my secret" Gil said seriously.
"I know. I understand the clear superhero rule...but, if you would just tell him…." She tried to think about it.
"It would only put him in danger. Please don't say anything to him...Please" Gil told her.
"(sigh) Okay" Saying this, they both decided to go to class together.
It seemed like classes would start as normal and with some mixed feelings. On one hand, there was a noticeable tension between Zooli and Dash. On top of that, there was the tension between Gil and Goby. All of them had different motives, but it didn't help that they were all in the same classroom. Which was slightly uncomfortable for their friends. Still, Algebra class started normally and the teacher was explaining new content.
"And if we follow this procedure, we will have the result in a simplified form...Are there any questions up to this point?" The teacher asked. Everyone seems to be paying attention and doing some math exercises. At that, Molly notices her boyfriend distracted.
"Gil….Gilly….Everything in order?" She asked him.
"Mmm, I think so. I have a strange feeling" Gil answered.
"Hmmm, isn't it "your spider instinct"?" Molly whispered at him.
"No, it's different. My spider sense only activates when there's danger. But what I feel is a bad feeling. It's something more" Gil whispered at her.
"Ahem! Parker and Watson….Do you two want to share something with everyone in the room?" The teacher scolded them in front of the class.
"I wonder what it is. I mean, if it's nothing bad... They won't have any problems saying so, right?" Goby rolled his eyes
"Oh! It's nothing, professor..." Gil said nervously.
"I was just clarifying a part of the process that he didn't understand and he was embarrassed to ask out loud" Molly supported his lie.
"Hmmmm, I see. But remember that I am the teacher and you must pay attention so as not to miss important details" The teacher said calmly. However, something very strange happened. Someone opened the classroom door and entered the class.
"Good morning, Professor. Sorry for the interruption, but there is a small adjustment in the schedule. I will teach the class for today" A mysterious subject said suspiciously.
"Strange, the principal didn't tell me anything about it" The teacher replied confusedly.
"Oh believe me...today's class will be different" The guy simply grabbed the professor by the neck and slammed him against the wall, knocking him unconscious "Don't be scared. He's still alive... But how about a little class first?" Some of the students were able to find out his identity.
"E-E-Eddie?!" Gil said it surprisedly, but with a low tone of voice.
"It-It can't be?!" Molly was shocked too. Eddie Brock had his civilian clothes on, but he had a scary vibe.
"Good morning, kids. Your teacher took a little nap so I'm going to replace him. We won't be talking about math or anything like that. The topic I want to talk about is secrets. Everyone has secrets... And everyone here has secrets. From simple things like lying about a bad grade or who ate the last cookie... To bigger things like hiding an affair from your partner or something silly like that... And you're wondering: What do I have to do with all this? Well, I want to tell you a secret. I know who Spider-Guppy really is... And one thing is certain: Spider-Guppy is here among us. That's right, one of you, one of your classmates, is the masked Spider-Guppy" Eddie explained this with a confident and mocking tone. He also wanted to provoke fear and distrust. Although he knew who Spider-Guppy really was, he wanted to play mind games with his prey.
"But...Eddie already knows who you are...What does he want?" Molly asked Gil, whispering at him.
"He wants to play" He deduced.
"Hey Eddie...I think you're exaggerating...None of us here are Spider-Guppy. I'm sure of that" Goby answered.
"Yeah, it's kinda ridiculous" Deema added.
"Hehehe...That's the fun part. The real Spider-Guppy would hide his secret well. Alright...Look at this, your beloved hero wouldn't let innocent civilians die...So, whoever Spider-Guppy is, reveal your secret identity...Or else I'll start killing each and every one of you...ONE-BY-ONE!" Eddie wanted his threat to be taken seriously, so he turned both of his hands into Black Blades and some tentacles came out of his body.
"What will we do? We can't reveal the secret...but we can't let our classmates and friends die either" Molly said scaredly but with a low tone of voice at her boyfriend.
"I'll think of something" Gil answered quietly.
"Come on, Spider-Guppy... What's more important? Your secret or the lives of innocent citizens? If you don't show up right now, I'll start killing them one by one" Eddie mocked them. Many students were terrified and fear did not let them act. Eddie could easily finish them off using his symbiote powers "Okay...So...I'm going to pick them at random. Who will be the first unlucky one? Eeny, meeny, miny, moe…Catch a tiger by the toe….If he hollers, let him go,...Eeny, meeny, miny, moe!" Eddie transformed one of his hands into a giant claw and grabbed a random student. The unlucky one was Zooli.
"Ahhhhh! Agh! Let me go!" Zooli screamed as she was caught in Eddie's claw. He pulled her closer to look into her eyes.
"You're the lucky one. I've seen you before. Molly's friend, aren't you? Anyway... I'll ask you three questions and you'll probably live... Tell me... Are you Spider-Guppy?" Eddie asked evilly.
"Grrrr…N-No….We all believe he is a boy...Even the press believes that" Zooli said weakly. Although she could fight for her secret abilities, she also had to protect her secret identity, but as Black Cat.
"Hmmm good one...So second question: Do you know who Spider-Guppy is?..." He asked another question.
"Grrrr…..N-No….And even if I knew who Spider-Guppy was, why would I tell a maniac like you?!" Zooli replied.
"Hmmm low blow...Then you are of no use to me...Oh, and last question: Do you have any last words?" Eddie said before turning his other hand into a black blade ready to stab his victim fatally. Out of fear and helplessness, she couldn't open her mouth "Speechless? Very well…" The evil boy prepared the execution. Everyone was terrified. Gil was almost ready to fight him now. It would be risky to expose his secret, but there was no other way... or was there?
"STOP! Leave her alone!" It was Dash who faced him bravely.
"Oh hoho! We have a hero here... Don't waste my time, you silly boy" Eddie said before releasing Zooli.
"Ugh….Dash….What do you think you're doing?" Zooli asked weakly.
"Listen to me, Eddie! Listen to me, everyone! I know who Spider-Guppy is! In fact, everyone is watching him! I am Spider-Guppy!" Dash confessed.
"HUH?!" Everyone was confused, even Molly and Gil.
"HAHAHAHAHA! You can't be Spider-Guppy. He's a selfless hero... But you're one of the most selfish people I know" Eddie said. It is possible that the symbiote gave him that knowledge thanks to Gil's memories.
"Haha! Exactly! That's my facade! Everyone thinks I'm just a stuck-up popular kid when in reality I save the city from villains and criminals. In fact, I can prove it!" Dash said confidently and showed his companions his "Spider-Guppy suit". It was too similar to the original, but it was obviously one of those costumes that you buy in stores "I even have the web shooters here" Dash pulled out a "web shooter", which was a very similar toy. However, he had a plan up his sleeve. He quickly used the toy web shooter and shot peppermint paste right into Eddie's eyes.
"AAAAAAAGGGGGGHHHHHH!" Eddie covered his eyes. The paste stung his eyes and left him temporarily incapacitated.
"RUN! GET OUT OF THE CLASSROOM NOW!" Dash screamed loudly.
"You heard it! RUN! RUN RUN!" Molly helped him and all their classmates were able to run out of the classroom.
"Come on!" Dash bravely helped Zooli up. Gil, Molly, Goby, Deema and Oona joined them, ready to flee.
"AAAGAGGGGGHHHHHHH!" Eddie glared at them and couldn't keep up the facade any longer. He let himself be transformed into his alter ego. He became the monstrous Venom thanks to his coordination with the symbiote.
"What the heck is wrong with him?!" Deema asked scaredly.
"Less questions and more running!" Goby shouted. Venom tried to go after them, but the teenagers left the room. Dash and Goby managed to push some lockers to block the door.
"Do you think that will help?" Oona asked them.
"That will at least give us a few seconds of time...Let's go now!" Zooli said loudly. The teenagers obeyed, although they noticed something worrying: The entire school was decorated with dark, slimy spider webs. The hallways had a lot of this web. It was obvious that Eddie had planned the attack, since any of them could fall into one of the slimy spider webs.
"We're trapped!" Oona said very scared.
"Let's keep calm... Let's move forward and avoid these cobwebs. We can still get out of this" Molly calmed them down a bit and began to lead her friends through the hallways filled with mysterious black substance. Venom had created them earlier. The teens were able to leave that hallway quickly before Venom managed to destroy the door. He lost sight of his future victims.
"AAAAAAAGGGHHHH I WILL FIND THEM AND EAT THEIR GUTS" Venom screamed loudly.
The high school scenario was drastic and even terrifying. A vengeful monster with macabre desires was stalking them. And the teens were extremely vulnerable, giving them an uncomfortable feeling of being part of a twisted game of cat and mouse. Add to that Gil Parker's helplessness of not being able to go fight it as Spider-Guppy so as not to expose his secret in front of his friends (and much less with Goby who has not very pleasant feelings) so they simply had limited options and resources to survive.
"Okay...This is worrying. We are alone with no protection and a monster stalking us. This is definitely a horror movie. The bad thing is that the first to die are the secondary characters...What if I am a secondary character?!"Dash was panicking until he got slapped.
"Silence! No one here is going to die, do you understand?" Zooli took his face and made him look her in the eyes seriously. He just nodded and she let go of him and moved away a little.
"Wow…..I'm really in love" Dash said with a low tone of voice.
"Be quiet or that thing will find us. We must remain unnoticed" Goby calmed them. They walked discreetly to avoid too much noise. At that moment, Molly and Gil decided to talk to each other in whispers so that no one would hear them.
"Gilly, this is an emergency... Don't you think you can be Spider-Guppy now? We're in grave danger with Eddie around" Molly whispered to him.
"I know. But I can't expose myself like that. They would all find out. And I would put them in greater danger" Gil defended his point.
"Please, they are our friends...They would keep the secret" Molly tried to find a way.
"It's not easy. Goby is having a problem with me. In a moment of anger, he might reveal my secret to Norman or someone else. Or maybe one of them could be forced to talk by some criminal or supervillain. It's enough that you're risking your life for me. That's not the kind of life I want for them" Parker explained his point of view. Molly understood his point of view, and although she didn't completely agree, she knew he was partly right.
"I think you have a point there" The pink-haired guppy commented.
"Great…..There isn't even a signal here. No wi-fi or anything" Goby complained.
"That was the easy way to ask for help. That Eddie thought of everything" Deema commented worriedly.
"Let's not lose hope and look for a way out. Let's not separate or make loud noises" Oona said. Everyone followed the advice and remained discreet. Gil tried to find the perfect moment to separate from the group, but he had to be very discreet if he didn't want to be discovered. They managed to reach the cafeteria: a very open and empty room. Many tables and benches were destroyed or overturned.
"Okay. At least we're in the cafeteria now. We can use the emergency exit" Molly said confidently.
"It's useless. It's covered in that black, slimy stuff" Goby answered.
"Let's try to break it" Dash proposed and he started to use his strength to tear off the pieces of the web. Although it cost him a lot, he managed to break the barrier a little.
"It's working! Let's help him!" Zooli joined him. At that, the other guppies started to help him. But something bothered them. They started to hear deep and heavy footsteps. They all knew that Venom was nearby. The worst thing was that Gil couldn't use his spider sense, since Venom is immune.
"It can't be! He's close!" Oona said scaredly.
"What are we going to do? It's the end!" Deema panicked. At that moment, Gil had a plan.
"Listen, guys! You guys keep smashing that thing. I'll go distract the monster. I'll give you time" Gil said bravely.
"Are you crazy?!" Goby asked worriedly.
"I'll go with you, Gil! You'll need someone to cover your back" Molly joined him and winked him discreetly.
"What part of not separating didn't you understand?" Zooli questioned them.
"Trust us. It's the only way out or we'll all die" Molly said at them. Although his friends were not very convinced, they knew it was a better chance.
"Okay...But take care of each other!" Deema begged them. Gil and Molly nodded their heads up the stairs and walked together down another hallway. Molly grabbed a broken chair leg and started banging it against a metal locker to make noise.
"Hey, monster! Come get us! We are Molly and Gil...the ones you are looking for!" Molly screamed at the intention and ran away to her boyfriend. They both heard Venom's footsteps heading straight to where they were.
"Very well...And now what is the plan?" Molly asked him while running together.
"We have to go to the men's locker room...There I have my suit and accessories. Today I didn't have time to put the suit on under my clothes" Gil said quickly.
"Ugh! And and until now youre telling me this. This was definitely bad luck" Molly whined as they continued to run away from the footsteps. They were lucky that there was no sight of Venom. Although that could also be bad. Luckily, they managed to reach the men's locker room and locked the door and a locker. Both of them were finally able to catch their breath.
"Ughhh…Ughhh…Wh-What a run…." Molly said agitatedly.
"That's right. There's no time to waste" Gil said before unlocking his locker with a code and began to undress quickly, starting with his shirt and by mistake, Molly saw it and blushed.
"W-W-Woah….." Molly covered her mouth with her red face "Those...pectorals...Where did they come from?!"
"Oh? These well...were side effects of the radioactive spider bite...Advice: Don't try it" Gil said with a small funny smile. They both laughed a little "Hehehe well….Can you….you know….Could you turn around?" He asked with a nervous smile.
"But what are you talking abo-Oh! I get it, I get it" Molly blushed and became nervous as she looked at her boyfriend's ripped body. She turned away to avoid seeing him and Gil took advantage of that to quickly undress and put on the Spider-Guppy costume and accessories. We can't deny that Molly felt ashamed for having seen him like that, although deep inside she wanted to have seen more. But it was neither the right place nor the right time. Finally, Gil became Spider-Guppy.
"There I go! Now it's time to teach Brock how to pick on someone his own size. Molly, help our friends out of there. I'll take care of him now" Spider-Guppy said brevely.
"I'll, but be careful" Molly advised him and he nodded and they both left the locker room. It was time for action.
Meanwhile, Venom got tired of following Molly and Gil and decided to go after the other guppies who were about to break cover.
"We're almost there! Just a little more" Goby, Deema, Oona, Dash and Zooli were about to break the slimy web to open the emergency exit. But just then someone arrived.
"GRRRRRAAAHHHH HAHAHAHAHAHA! YOU ALL ALMOST MADE IT! BUT NO ONE WILL GET OUT OF THIS ALIVE" Venom came to finish them off.
"AHHHHHH!" They all screamed in terror. Although one of them grabbed a baseball bat ready to fight.
"Over my corpse, you horrible monster!" Dash said before preparing his bat. However, Venom caught him with a dark web and pulled him towards him. He tried to break free and fight with the bat, but Venom bit the bat and broke it in half effortlessly, something that scared everyone.
"WELL, IF YOU WANT TO BE THE FIRST, SO BE IT" Venom said before showing his terrifying teeth and tongue before eating his head alive. Luckily, he couldn't kill him because someone attacked him from behind with a powerful kick and caught Dash with his webs "GRRUAAHG!"
"Are you eating teenagers now? Trust me, those calories are not healthy for you" The hero appears with his sarcastic joke.
"Spider-Guppy!" All the guppies screamed with joy.
"SPIDER-GUPPY!" Venom screamed furiously.
"You guys get out of here. It's me he wants" Spider-Guppy said quickly. Luckily, Zooli and Goby were able to break the dark web and open the emergency exit. Goby, Deema, Oona, Zooli and Dash finally got out of that horror while families and emergency teams of police, ambulances were waiting for them outside. This way, it was only Spider-Guppy and Venom face to face.
"I SEE THAT DESPITE EVERYTHING, YOU MANAGED TO EVADE OUR TRAPS AND OUR PLAN. WELL, IT'S A SHAME...WE WANTED TO EXPOSE YOU IN FRONT OF YOUR FRIENDS, PARKER" Venom said evilly.
"Hmmm….This should stay between you and me. Don't bring my loved ones into this" Spider-Guppy said seriously.

The rematch has begun! Spider-Guppy vs. Venom once again! Both began to fight aggressively. The extraterrestrial and monstrous version of our hero used brute force and tricks such as turning his hands into spiked balls or scythes or dark blades to kill him. In addition to also using dark spider webs to trap him or move around the battlefield. Spider-Guppy evaded those big attacks with his excellent agility and reflexes. "HAHAHA! YOU'RE RUNNING OUT OF IDEAS...THIS TIME, YOUR GIRLFRIEND WON'T SAVE YOU. AFTER I TAKE CARE OF YOU, SHE'LL BE NEXT!" Venom said evilly. Bad choice of words. Never mess with the superhero's love partner!
"I have my own tricks, Brock!" Spider-Guppy gave him a quick right hook to stun him for a few seconds. At that moment, our hero took out a small sphere from his launchers and threw it to the ground.
"HA! WHAT KIND OF COBWEBS IS THAT?!" Venom mocked him.
"Just wait..." He smirked under his mask. The device began to activate and it was a powerful sound amplifier. The noise was too annoying for Venom and the sound began to hurt them, small tentacles came out of them, showing their pain and instability.
"AAAAGGGHHHHHH! BUT WHAT THE HELL IS THAT?! WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO US?!" Venom shouted with pain and hatred.
"I've gotten better, Brock. It's not always about powers or abilities. I've been designing some toys to take on enemies stronger and more powerful than me. That's one of those gadgets. A sound amplifier: The symbiote is vulnerable to powerful sonic waves. That leaves you vulnerable. So...how about I dedicate this piece of music to you?" Spider-Guppy said before starting to punch Venom. Even though Venom were weakened, they were still a tough opponent. These blows even hurt Eddie. "ENOUGH!" Venom screamed in anger and beat the shit out of Spider-Guppy. Now that the noise had stopped, he was furious and had no intention of letting go. The wall-crawler fell weak.
"AGH!" Gil was very weak.
"HAHAHA! DON'T YOU HAVE ANOTHER TOY FOR US, CLOWN?" Venom smirked, preparing his dark hand-blade.
"Ugh…..I knew I had to build another one as a spare. I hate it when Molly is right" Spider-Guppy said this joke despite his pain.
"THAT WAS YOUR LAST STUPID JOKE, PARKER!" Venom was going to run our hero through with his daughter, but something stopped him.

The fire alarm started to sound very loud and that sound began to stun them horribly.
"AAAAGGGGHHHHH!" Venom screamed in pain.
"What a stroke of luck" Spider-Guppy got up slowly.
"So I made it in time, tiger?"
"Molly! Was it you?" The masked boy asked after hearing his girlfriend talking to him through the earpiece. That's right! While Spider-Guppy fought Venom, Molly went to the principal's office to activate the loudest fire alarm. Because she also knew Venom's weakness.
"Thank me later. Take care of Eddie now" Molly said.
"Yeah…I won't waste this chance" The battle turned in his favor. Now Spider-Guppy began to hit him with fast and effective techniques. Venom reacted violently but not at all intelligently, since the pain caused by the sonic waves left him vulnerable. And Gil used all his strength in each blow, so that finally, Venom fell and continued to suffer from the pain of the sound. Venom screamed in anger and decided to break through the school walls to escape. Eddie wouldn't accept losing the symbiote, so he made a deal with the alien and they both fled together as one. When the supervillain fled, Molly turned off the alarm and Spider-Guppy fell to the ground on his knees to regain his breath and strength.
"Ugghhh….Ufff…Phew…..That was close….." Spider-Guppy said tiredly.
"You saved the day again, my hero" Molly arrived in time to verify if he was okay. He took off his mask after making sure nobody was near.
"And you saved me...As you usually do...Hehe...I knew these devices would work" Gil said tiredly.
"If the bad guys update, we should do the same, right?" She winked at him.
"Well, I'll go change and let's get out of here together. I don't want our friends to notice our absence for too long" Gil said before quickly leaving to change into his civilian clothes. She waited for him and finally they both decided to go out together to the emergency exit, being greeted by friends and rescue teams.
"Are you okay?" Their friends asked them.
"We're fine. We managed to distract the monster, although we almost got killed. If it weren't for Spider-Guppy arriving…" Molly invented the story and he supported her.
"(sigh) That's a relief! You guys were very brave" Deema congratulated them.
"Thanks. But we were all brave in our own ways. Especially Dash who dared to confront Eddie in the classroom" Gil flattered him. Well, it would be a good idea to highlight his heroic act in helping him with Zooli.

"AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" The three girls screamed happily at the same time.
"Looks like Dash has a chance...and a date" Goby said with a smirk.
"You think so? But nah...Let's not exaggerate...She made it clear that she just wants to get to know me and be friends. Still, I'm strangely happy" Dash admitted.
