GINERVA POTTER, HOUSEWIFE, DIES AT 40
By Franklin Snodgrass
LONDON
Ginerva Molly Potter, housewife, professional quidditch player, reporter, and veteran of The Battle of Hogwarts, died in St. Mungo's Hospital on Tuesday. She was 40 years old.
Her husband, Harry Potter, said the cause of death was unknown but probably curse-related. He provided no further information.
"Ginny was a kind and competent woman," her brother George Weasely said. "She could be a terror when crossed but always a devoted friend. And she could lie better than anyone I ever met."
Ms. Potter was no stranger to controversy. During her first year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, she was rumored to be in communion with the spirit of Voldemort himself. Three years later, she became a member of the student group Dumbledore's Army, which was decried by then-Minister for Magic Cornelius Fudge as a renegade organization. At the Battle of Hogwarts she cared for the sick and injured.
After graduating, she briefly played as seeker for the Hollyhead Harpies. After retiring from the Harpies, she became a quidditch correspondent and later Sports Editor for the Daily Prophet.
In addition to her husband, she leaves behind three children.
Her burial will be held at Godric's Hollow Thursday next.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to The Second Wizarding War Memorial Foundation.

Frank,
Replace HOUSEWIFE in the title with HOLLYHEAD HARPIES SEEKER
Ginny fought at the BoH. I saw her take on Bellatrix myself.
Strike the line about her "communing with Voldemort." She was his victim.
