Chapter 11: Sneak Attack on Silent Hill
Silent Hill, Exeller Dimension
The kids popped out of the red warp ring to another area similar to Green Hill Zone, except the ground was autumn brown and the sky was a mix of sunset and night.
"Where are we, Exeller?" Sarah asked.
"My world's Green Hill Zone, now named Silent Hill." Exller answered. "Spirits can be visible when it's nighttime, which I know it looks like it now, but it's not for another three hours."
"So why are we here again?" Karson then asked.
"Well, I need to take you to meet Exetior. He'll be able to enclose more info about what we need to do."
"Except you'll never make it there alive." A voice said.
"Who's there?" Precious jumped.
"Sark." Exller growled.
"Who else were you expecting?" Sark teased.
"Are you the one who hurt Aunt Cream?" Sarah asked.
"Why, yes, that was me, and all of you are next, starting with the Chosen One." Sark answered as his fingers turned into claws.
"I can't let you do that, Sark!" Exeller stated, standing in front of the kids.
"Move aside, Exeller. Obviously, you've been around Exetior too long. You've both gone soft and have forgotten what being a demon really is." Sark said.
"What we're doing is making sure you don't get what you want."
Sark laughed.
"That plan is too far in motion to stop, even for me. There's nothing you, Exetior, the Chosen One, or anyone can do to stop me!"
"Then why are you trying to kill Serenity?" Karson asked.
"It's a precaution." Sark answered.
"Run! I'll hold him off the best I can!" Exeller told the kids as they took off.
"You don't honestly think you can beat me, do you now?" Sark teased again.
"Yes, I do, actually."
"You're nowhere near my level, demon."
"We'll see about that!" Exeller said.
With The Kids
"Sarah, slow down! We know you have Uncle Sonic's speed, but come on!" Karson complained.
"Ok, I'll slow up,but not much." Sarah sighed.
Then, they reached a clearing.
"Here we are, some- whoa!" Precious, along with her brother and friends, fell through a hole in the ground.
Silent Hill, Undergrowth
"Ouch!" Precious moaned after the landing.
"Where are we now?" Karson added.
"The undergrowth." Exeller appeared.
"Exeller! Did you beat Sark?" Sarah asked.
"No, but I bought you some time. Go now! There's a glitched Red Warp Ring at the end of this trail! Go no-" Exeller was cut off when his head went flying.
"Oh my goodness!" The kids yelled together.
"Foolish demon, thinking he stood a chance against me." Sark scoffed.
"You killed him!" Karson exclaimed.
"No, I didn't kill him! He's a demon, his spirit can't die. I can't kill him as I don't have that ability just yet. I only put his spirit in limbo, so he'll be back in a while. But in the meantime, I'll just finish what I started." Sark grinned evilly.
"Run again!" Sarah yelled as the kids took off running as Sark have chase.
"There's no escape from me!" He proclaimed.
The kids managed to stay ahead of Sark, but he was slowly closing in.
"Darn! Sarah, he's going to get us!" Karson called out.
"No, he's not!" Sarah said as she quickly changed directions. She jumped up and pulled out her orange hammer.
"Ha! A little mallet? I'm so scared!" Sark taunted.
Sarah rared back and swung the hammer, hitting Sark in the face and sending him flying back.
"What the hell?" Sark shook his head.
Sarah hmphed and took off.
"There it is! The Glitched Red Ring!" Precious said.
"Let's go!" Sarah added as they entered the ring.
"Grr, they escaped. I'll let them go for now!" Sark laughed evilly before transporting back.
