Chapter 14: Reunions 3
Judgement Cave, Exeller Dimension Entrance
The kids had arrived at the place the glitched ring took them.
"We're alive!" Karson yelled.
"But at the cost of Exeller." Precious frowned.
"But he's not dead, sis. Sark said that himself. I'm sure he's ok." Karson assures his little sister.
"Yeah, I'm sure Karson's right. The question now is where are we?" Sarah asked.
Then, the triplets began to cry.
"Uh-oh." Karson said.
"They must be hungry." Sarah stated.
"There's no food anywhere!" Precious exclaimed.
"This isn't good." Sarah gulped.
Elsewhere In The Cave
Sonic, Amelia, and Cream had returned from the Spirit Special Stage.
"Dang, we actually landed close to that stage thing Exetior has." Sonic teased.
"True. Pervision did us a favor." Amelia chuckled.
"So you return successful?" Exetior asked as he appeared near the trio.
"That's right, Exetior. We managed to save Cream." Sonic replied, patting Cream's shoulder.
"However, we did run into one of Sark's assassins." Amelia pointed out.
"I'm not surprised. He's getting more aggressive in his approach." Exetior rubbed his face. "Come with me. My underlings just made a discovery at one of the cave's exits." The demon said as he flew off.
The others followed him.
A Few Minutes Later
"Sir, we found some stragglers near the exit to the Exeller Dimension." Exetior Knuckles said.
"Where are they now?" Exetior asked.
"They were all extremely young, so we sent them to the girls' house." Exetior Tails answered.
"How many were there?" Sonic asked.
"Seven. Two hedgehogs, two rabbits, an echidna, bat, and fox."
"Wait, you don't think..." Cream pointed out.
"Maybe. Amelia, where do the girls stay?"
"Oh, just down this path. Follow me." Amelia said as they made their way to the girls' home.
Judgement Cave, Girls' Hut
"Well, here we are. Home." Amelia said as they walked up to a brown house. It looked like any ordinary home from the outside.
"So you live here?" Sonic asked.
Amelia nodded.
"It's a nice house." Cream said.
"Thank you, Cream." Amelia replied. "Let's head in, shall we?"
The trio headed inside to be greeted by a sight to behold.
"Sarah! Kids!" Sonic exclaimed.
"Daddy!"
"Uncle Sonic!"
"Aunt Cream!" They all cheered as they ran over to the hedgehog and rabbit, hoping on top of them.
"Aunt Cream, you're ok!" The kids said together.
"You can thank Sonic for that." Cream said.
"Daddy!" Sarah hugged him.
"Are you, Carter, and the others ok?"
"Yeah, we're fine. The triplets were hungry, but the two ladies helped us make them feel better." Sarah told him.
"It's good to see you again, Amy." Exetior Sally walked over and pecked Amelia's lips.
"Uh..." Sonic froze.
"Oh, sorry, Sonic, I never told you that I'm gay."
"I don't judge." Sonic smiled.
"Thank you." Exetior Sally told him.
"No, thank you for helping our kids." Cream put in.
"It's no problem." Exetior Cream told them as she walked in and hugged Amelia.
"Hello, Cream." Amelia said as she hugged her back.
"Glad to see you all happy." Exetior walked in.
"Yes, I guess you could say that." Cream said as she held her children close.
"Pervision also informed me that you needed to talk to me."
"Uh, yeah, actually. He wants to know what exactly is going on." Amelia stated.
"Yes. I haven't been fully introduced to the plot." Sonic put in.
"That is true. Allow me to explain. We are referred to as Sonic.exe across the multiverse. I'm actually a demon from the highest power possible, but that means nothing right now. Sark has awoken the Tails Doll from an alternate world where it killed everyone in it except for its version of Sonic, who managed to defeat it and banish it. Now with his help, Sark is trying to conquer every dimension that exists. He's already conquered your world and captured your friends. I have gathered intel that has told me that he's scattered them across his world. He has also sent the minions of the Tails Doll to Exeller's World. The key to defeating Sark is your youngest daughter, Cream."
"Serenity?"
"Yes. She is the Chosen One, which I know you already knew."
"True. Silver told me."
"However, she can not do it alone. All the children play a critical role in order for us to prevail. Sarah, Karson, Precious, Shadic, Carter, Charity, Miles Jr., you will all need to learn your powers." Exetior said. "Sonic, you and Amy must travel Sark's world to save your friends. Cream can join you, but as I filled in upon, the young must stay and feed. As for the young hedgehog Carter, I think he should stay to rest as well. He's younger than you four, so he needs rest as well."
"Since when are you an expert on kids?" Exetior Sally teased.
"Never was, never will be." Exetior answered. "You four will search Exeller's world and hunt down the Tails Doll's minions, but you won't be heading there alone." Exetior whistled and Exeller walked in.
"Exeller!" The kid trio yelled.
"Yes, I'm back and ready to lead you young ones to victory." Exeller stated.
"We're right behind you!" Karson yelled.
"I think you kids are already beginning to grow on me."
"Likewise." Sarah added.
"Well, it looks as if we have all our missions. Be careful, kids." Sonic said.
"We will, Daddy. Find Mommy and the others." Sarah hugged him one last time.
"I plan to."
Exetior and Exeller opened respective portals in which Sonic and Amelia entered one, while Exeller and the kids, along with Shadic, entered the other portal.
