bopdog111: This is another of our fics from back then getting remade. We have everything on the original made, and even started a sequel but... things happened, and it stopped.

Ulrich362: Admittedly the fault lies with me but hopefully things work out better this time.

bopdog111: Actually the blame was mine. I was too lazy to post it all.

Ulrich362: Well either way hopefully that won't happen this time. And actually we have someone to thank for this story being retried.

bopdog111: Yeah, this guy doesn't have a FanFiction Account but he contacted me on Deviantart, and not only convinced me, and Ulrich to remake this, but is also drawing a picture of Hikari for us. Also yes, I am on Deviantart, and make custom cards with TCGEditor, so if anyone has any requests be sure to let me know on here, or Deviantart. His name is StardustLive5, and he makes good character designs, and comics so please come check him out.

Ulrich362: Well, with that said ready to start over Bopdog?

bopdog111: Yeah if your ready.

Ulrich362: Enjoy the new story.

Flashback...

Two little twin girls one with blonde hair, and one with white hair were standing at the door frame watching as a baby started crying before the machine to measure vital signs went down completely.

"Oh no." the white-haired girl panicked seeing that.

Just then a man walked holding the baby where the girls moved to beside the door where he looked at them before saying, "Grace, Gloria... we done all we could but... we only saved your new sister."

The blonde girl frowned. "Can... can we see her?"

The man softly nodded before lowering down to where they see a peacefully sleeping baby with white hair a little lighter then the white haired girl's was there peacefully snoozing.

"Gloria... it's her, our baby sister." the white-haired girl whispered.

"I know Grace." the blonde girl mentioned. "Did... our mom give her a name before she..."

The man looked before answering, "Hikari."

"Hikari, that's beautiful." Gloria smiled softly.

"If only Dad was around to see her..." Grace frowned looking around, "Not bothering to come..."

"We'll be ok, the two of us will take care of Hikari." Gloria mentioned.

"Well your mother wanted me to give you two a message." the man said to them.

"Mom?" Grace asked. "What message?"

Giving Hikari to Gloria he took out a note before starting to read:

"To my lovely daughters, Grace, and Gloria. Right now, I'm probably up at Heaven with your Grandparents. I'm not gonna bother taking much of your time as now with Hikari you need all the time you got to take care of her. What I want to say is simple, you both need to stay by with your sister, and stay together. I cannot bear the thought of you three being upset at each other, or worse. Your father may have left us but you three need to stick together in this world. Hikari my little girl, I hope that one day, you will help your sisters one day, and know that I will be watching you three."

He paused for a moment to look at them. Grace was tearing up as Gloria was trying to keep a brave face but was clearly upset. Seeing this he continued to read.

"To my lovely daughter Gloria, you always were the strong one between you, and your sister. You stood by Grace whenever she's in trouble, or when people are picking on her... rather painfully I might add. Despite all of what you done for her, I am proud you always stood by her side. You help Grace with Hikari cause like you two, she might need help from her big sisters themselves."

He stopped to check Gloria's reaction. Gloria was trying to avoid crying hearing that. "Mom..." The man turned to Grace reading another part.

"To my lovely daughter, Grace. You always were kind, and help others even to those who don't deserve it. Your smile was the highlight of my day, where during troubled times you never stopped to put a smile on your face. I can tell that you might not be now, when I'm gone but please take care of Hikari. I trust you, and Gloria with her. Grace don't stop being the kind girl you are, and always support your sister like how Gloria done for you."

He looked to her after reading that part. Grace was openly crying. He kept reading,

"To my lovely daughter, Hikari. I'm so sorry that we never got a chance to meet. The doctor's said this pregnancy could mean trouble for me, but I didn't care as long as your okay. So please, don't you ever think this is your fault, I want you to be healthy, and happy. So now please help your sisters in whatever they need, and don't be afraid to ask them for help, their all you got now. I hope that you'll be a lovely woman."

He looked to see while Hikari doesn't understand she does have some tears. Grace tearfully hugged her baby sister hearing that. Finally the man finished reading.

"Gloria, there is something important, I want to tell you. Now that your leading your sisters, their will be people who will try to take advantage of your situation so don't fall for their lies, and help your sisters. When you, and your sister turn 18, I want you both to use half of my fortune to start a Duel School for children who don't have scholarships to help them decide their future. The other half of my fortune are all three of yours, your free to use it as you wish, I only have 1 condition: You are not to give anything to your father, or his own family so that they learn their lesson. Thank you, and goodbye."

With him finished reading he looked.

"I... understand." Gloria choked out weakly.

Just then Hikari started reaching for her eldest sister.

"I'm right here Hikari." Gloria whispered taking her hand.

"It will be hard for all three of you." the man said to all three of them, "You got a large responsibility on your hands, so if you need anything let me, or one of my family know."

"That... thank you." Gloria whispered.

He nodded with a soft smile.

Flashback: 5 Years Later...

A young Hikari ran into a room jumping on the bed giggling while Grace ran in playing with her while Gloria walked in holding a small box both with smiles.

"Hikari, no jumping on the bed." Gloria told her.

"I'm so just excited!" Hikari said to her with a big smile.

"Well you little rascal your excitement meter just went up." Grace giggled ruffling her head which Hikari giggled back.

"What did you two got me for my Birthday?" Hikari asked excitedly.

"Who said we got you anything?" Gloria asked with a smirk. "You've been a lot of trouble lately little girl."

"Ah please?" Hikari asked her.

"Well, I don't know." Gloria mentioned. "Should we give her anything Grace?"

"Well if she says she's sorry or... she'll get the tickle monster." Grace grinned raising her hands moving her fingers.

Hikari backed away not in fear before saying, "Ah, I'm sorry big sis!"

Gloria and Grace smiled before hugging her.

"Ok, here." Gloria smiled as they handed her two wrapped boxes.

At that Hikari takes one of them unwrapping it. It was a small box that when she opened was holding a locket.

"Whoa..." Hikari said in awe.

"Open it." Grace told her with a smile.

"Do you like it?" Grace asked with a smile.

Hikari opened to see Grace, Gloria, and Hikari as a baby were in a Family Portrait together on the locket. Hikari stared before smiling hugging them, "Thanks big sis."

"You're welcome." Grace smiled.

"You still have one other small gift." Gloria reminded her with a chuckle.

Hikari looked taking the box, and opened it. Her eyes widened as she saw a closed deck box.

"Is this..." she looked at Gloria.

"Your own personal deck." Gloria nodded.

Hikari pulled out one of the cards looking before widening her eyes, "These were the ones... that I made in my drawings."

"What, you thought we'd give you some random deck?" Grace asked her. "I mean, I still wish you followed in our footsteps but we want you to be happy."

Hikari started tearing up before hugging Grace close, "Thank you big sisters. Thank you."

"You're welcome sis." Grace smiled hugging her back.

Hikari pulled back before giving Gloria one, "You two."

"Of course." Gloria smiled hugging her. "We love you Hikari."

"I love you two, to."

Flashback 3 years later...

Of course life for them has their ups but they also have their downs. Right now it was close to 8 before Grace checked the clock, and asked her sister who was working on dinner for them, "Shouldn't Hikari be back by now?"

"Yeah, she should." Gloria frowned.

Just then the door opened as Grace turned, "Hikari, why we're you-WHAT THE HELL!?"

This shocked Gloria since Grace never curses like that unless it concerns their sister.

"Grace?" Gloria asked walking to the front door.

She was stunned by what she's looking at.

Hikari was soaked from head to feet with the rain but also has what looks like pie filling all over her with something sticky, and her eyes were red from crying.

"Hikari, what happened?" Gloria asked as Grace hugged her.

"They..." Hikari sniffed tearing up, "They... kicked me out of the bus..."

"What, but why?" Grace asked in shock.

"The driver... said that I was too much trouble cause of... how much the other students were picking on me... and one threw a pie, and poured a soda on me... so he stopped, and told me to get out." Hikari started crying again in her arms.

Grace hugged her as Gloria frowned.

"Who did it?" she asked.

This really pissed her, and Grace off. NOBODY messes with their little sister, and gets away with it.

The next day...

Grace, Gloria, and Hikari were in the supervisors office with the bus driver, and the student who picked on Hikari before Gloria showed pictures to the man in charge, "These were pictures of Hikari soaked to her feet with the rain. You can also see the whip cream, and fruit filling on her. One of these brats threw a pie on her. Then you can see her hair sticks to her clothes. It's cause of a soda. You can check her LunchBox, but all you find is plain water, and fruits, or anything that doesn't involve pie. And that driver, he left her on the side of the road. Left her alone in the rain, forcing her to walk back all the way home."

"It was her own fault." the bus driver tried to justify, "She wouldn't get them to stop picking on her, and she annoys me a bit cause she kept talking to me about it. She's making herself a target for these kids instead of protecting herself."

"What?" Grace questioned. "Are you kidding me right now?"

"If you got a problem then why not get her to defend herself?" the bus driver asked with a glare.

"You're the adult, if someone is being bullied it's your job to intervene." Gloria told him.

"She's not my kid, why should I bother?" the bus driver turned away arrogantly with a sneer, "And my job is to take children to school, or home, not break up petty squabbles."

"You're disgusting." Grace frowned.

"No, he's right Grace." Gloria told her. "He isn't Hikari's father, and her family should handle this."

The supervisor who was staring sighed before looking at the two, "I'm really sorry this had happened to your little sister."

"It's quite alright, but tell me. Is there time for a duel?" Gloria asked him.

"I already got something in mind." the supervisor told her, "After this you can have your way with him."

Gloria nodded before hugging Hikari. "It'll be ok, I promise."

Hikari hugged her back before the supervisor turned to the bus driver, "Well sir, I am very disappointed by this series of events."

"What?" the bus driver looked surprised.

"These children are our responsibility."

"But their not-"

"I don't care if their not our kids, their parents, sisters, brothers, or anyone trust us to teach them right, from wrong." the supervisor cut him off sternly, "I also received several complaints from your record too, and you don't like children. If you don't then why would you pick a job that involves them?" The bus driver stayed silent before the supervisor sighed saying, "I had enough of this. Clean out your desk, and hand over any property here, your fired."

"What, your taking their side instead of telling her that if she couldn't defend herself this happens!?" the bus driver asked shocked.

"Believe it or not these kids while not ours, are our responsibility plain, and simple. As a bus driver, the kids need your support, or teach them what their doing is wrong, but you crossed the line this time." the supervisior explained calmly before turning to the kids, "As for you lot, I'll be calling your parents, and telling them about this. I'm sure they'll love, that you bullied a young girl, and then left her to freeze outside covered in food."

Grace hugged Hikari gently. The bullies started to complain but the supervisor shut them off with a simple, "I don't want to hear it." Then Gloria, and the fired bus driver walked off together where Hikari, and Grace sat together for a couple of minutes while several parents came to pick their troubled kids up, and apologized to them.

"Are you ok Hikari? Why didn't you tell me and Gloria?" Grace asked her.

"I... I wanted you, and Gloria, to think I can handle it." Hikari softly admitted looking down.

"You don't have to do things by yourself." Grace whispered. "We want to help you."

Hikari looked up at her with tears. Grace hugged her gently. "It'll be ok now, I promise little sis."

Hikari hugged her back before Grace noticed Gloria walking over.

"Grace?" she asked.

"How much did you do to him?" Grace asked her.

"I didn't do much." Gloria answered.

Hikari pulled back looking up at Gloria before looking down saying, "I'm sorry."

"You don't have anything to be sorry about." Gloria smiled softly.

They all shared one last hug.

Flashback: (2 years later)...

Both Grace, and Gloria dressed in blue blazars were looking on as Hikari was dueling a masked man wielding ancient machine creatures called Ancient Gear, and Hikari was breathing at the losing edge.

Hikari: 1100

Obelisk Force (Yellow): 2900

The man has a large centaur like Golem on his field having just destroyed one of Hikari's own monsters with her now on her last legs.

"Any last words?" the masked man asked Hikari with a smirk.

Hikari at that drew her card looking before turning to him, "You really want to know?"

"I like that." Grace grinned.

"True." Gloria agreed.

"I activate the spell, The True Light!" Hikari raised a card it glowed before a monster in a glowing silhouette popped up roaring before attacking earning Hikari the win.

"Not bad sis." Grace smiled.

Hikari sighed a bit before turning to her sisters with a smile. Gloria has a proud smile while Grace was grinning. Hikari then noticed something before blushing turning away. Blinking they looked in the direction Hikari was looking. It was a sleeping boy about Hikari's age with short gray hair wearing a ragged Blue Blazer close to the door.

"Really?" Gloria asked. "Hikari you can't be serious."

Hikari looked to her at that, "About what?"

"Him, really?" Gloria asked. "He can't even take care of his clothes."

"Wait wait, Gloria doesn't he look familiar?" Grace asked her sister.

"Huh, what do you mean?" Gloria inquired taking a second look.

Upon a closer look she realizes who that boy was; Belowski, the kid that the Academy took in since he was a baby, and a top student. Frowning she started to walk over only for an old man with white hair to walk over to them getting her attention.

"You, what do you want?" she asked him.

Hikari looked over seeing him only to whimper hiding behind Grace.

"The Professor has a task for you two." the man stated. "Sanders has requested assistance with... a potential student. You two are to test his potential firsthand, and no carding the poor boy."

Grace frowned before Hikari looked up to her, "Do you, and Gloria have to go?"

"We won't be gone for long." Grace reassured her. "We'll be back in time for me to make something special for dinner."

Hikari nodded as they walked off before she turned to the boy blushing before slowly walking over. He was snoring. He softly placed a hand on his shoulder shaking him.

"Huh, oh... hi." he smiled.

"H-Hi." she said with a blush, "I'm... I'm Hikari Tyler."

"Nice to meet you, I'm Belowski." he smiled before pausing. "Tyler?"

"My... my sisters are Grace, and Gloria." she answered.

"Whoa, that's really cool. They're supposed to be some of the best duelists here." the boy mentioned.

Hikari nodded before saying, "Well now... I'm a member of Duel Academy." Hikari admitted.

"Really, congrats." he smiled.

Hikari smiled with a blush before asking, "And... can we... meet up together?"

"I don't know... the Professor only let me come out for a little bit but I'm supposed to head back to my room now." he admitted. "I might take a little nap."

"Can I visit sometime?" Hikari asked hopefully.

"I don't see why not, my name's Belowski." he mentioned yawning. "I'll see you later."

With that he walked off. She watched before smiling a bit walking off.

Flashback: (1 year later)...

It was now the time where Duel Academy Students get together, and now Grace was helping Hikari with finding a good dress for her to wear.

"How is this...?" Hikari asked wearing a small yellow dress that looked a bit much on her.

"Well, that might be a bit much." Grace admitted. "Then again, if you want to catch a certain someone's eye he'll certainly notice you in it."

Hikari blushed bright at that.

"Then again, we could go with something a bit more form fitting and low cut if you'd prefer." Grace teased. "What do you think Gloria?"

"Don't forget to let her show off her legs, that would get the guys looking especially him." Gloria added with a teasing tone.

"H-Hey, Gloria!" Hikari cried easily flustered at that.

"What? Don't you want to get Belowski's attention?" she asked with a smile.

"I-I don't really need to show off like that!" Hikari told her blushing bright.

"Well, how about this?" Grace asked showing her a dark purple dress cut across the left shoulder.

"Whoa..." Hikari looked in awe taking the dressed, and walked in the changing room before exiting wearing the dress showing her sisters it.

"You look incredible." Gloria smiled.

Hikari blushed but has a smile asking, "Would Belowski like this?"

"He'd better." Grace nodded.

With them now ready they entered the main area for dueling to join the party in their dresses looking around.

"There are more people here than I expected." Gloria frowned.

"Just means more time to party right?" Grace asked her with a smile.

"For Hikari, the Professor wanted to talk with us remember Grace?" Gloria reminded her.

"You think you be alright by yourself?" Grace asked Hikari.

Hikari softly nodded, "I think so."

"If anything happens, just message us alright?" Gloria asked her.

Hikari nodded as they all walked off. She was looking for Belowski looking around. That's when she saw him laying against a wall sleeping like usual. Shaking her head with a smile she walked softly shaking him. He blinked opening his eyes. "Huh, oh Hikari. Whoa, you look really nice."

Hikari blushed but smiled. "Thanks Belowski. You two." He was wearing a small tux himself.

Stretching he stood up. "You want to grab some punch?"

Hikari nodded with a smile, "I'd like that." She softly takes his arm in hers.

Smiling he walked over before getting her a cup of punch and taking one for himself. She smiled before saying, "Cheers."

"Cheers." he grinned as they took a sip.

After a drink they walked together before music starts to play as Hikari smiled before asking Belowski, "Belowski, may I have this dance?"

"I can try, I'm not the best dancer." he admitted.

They walked together on the dance floor before started to dancing together. Belowski was really bad at dancing as Hikari noticed him bump into people a lot. Hikari only giggled helping him move more carefully.

"Thanks." he mentioned. "You're good at this."

"I practiced a bit hoping, I be good for you." she admitted to him, "You almost never go out of your room so I want to be ready for then."

"You did all of that for me? Thanks." Belowski smiled.

She giggled a little at that.

Flashback End...

bopdog111: Well that was a Flashback prologue.

Ulrich362: True, but what's in store for Hikari Tyler?

bopdog111: Well next up is a filler arc after the Birth of Pendulum. Hikari will be involved like before but she won't be Yuya's sister this time.
