A little heads up, when it comes to Hinata's weapons, unlike in the novel, my descriptions and explanations of it are gonna be a bit more simple, or sometimes, I might not even give any explanations. I'm sorry if that upsets you, that's just how I write.
Shu stares at the multiple hyverias that are ready to pounce on him, in his hand is the new weapon Hinata had made for him. It was a hammer, with a long handle that had four sections on it. On one face of the mallet was a hole and on the other side had a sharp pike sticking out and multiple compartments under it. Also, after some shopping in Brooke, rather than his Haulia tribe clothing Shu is now wearing short brown pants, along with a short sleeved white shirt with blue vest, on his hands were black fingerless gloves.
Shu and the hyverias charge at each other, Shu swings his hammer, normally a huge hammer would be too heavy for most people but Shu enhanced his physical strength using the spell Body Strengthening, which lets him use mana to strengthen his entire body.
He initially dodges the monster, jumps up and brings his hammer down, smashing it's head. More hyverias come flying, Shu smiles in excitement as he uses his mallet's other function.
He turns the handle upwards, as he did, the compartments under the pike also comes out flipping out and attaching it to the front of the mallet showing a sort of barrel sticking out of the hole on the mallet. Meanwhile the bottom of the mallet's handle is connected to the top of the pike with a trigger appearing after the transformation.
Shu aims and pulls the triggers, with each pull a small silver canister is fired as it flies through the air leaving a black trail of smoke. The canisters hits the hyverias and instantly explodes destroying their bodies.
"Looks like you're getting the hang of it." Hinata said while she, Meld ,and Akira were watching. They had decided to let Shu do most of the fighting since they got to Reisen Gorge so he can get used to his new weapon.
'Man that thing was hard to build.' Hinata actually managed to suprise herself being able to replicate a certain ginger's hammer from a popular american animated show. 'It packs a lot of power and great for short and long distance battle, rest in peace Oum. You thought of some really crazy ideas.'
Meanwhile Akira watches in jealousy and sighs. "She worked so hard to make that for Shu, and yet all I got was a simple rapier." But he did get a ring no matter how much she says its only for mana reserve.
Just then a strong grip lands on his shoulder he turns around with a sense of dread to look at Meld smiling but with a dark aura seeping out of him. "I would appreciate it if you didn't make light of the way of the sword." Even with a calm tone it was still enough to scare Akira.
They are all currently sitting around a campfire while Hinata keeps furiously looking at a piece map. "Grr, where the hell is this labyrinth?!" She screamed.
"Patience Hinata." Meld advised as he and the others watched Hinata.
"I thought the liberators wanted the labyrinths to be found."
"Well perhaps they just want to prevent bad people for finding it"
"They didn't bother to hide Oscar's labyrinth, I don't see why this one would be different "
Just then Shu stood up fidgeting. "Uh... excuse me but I need to um...pick some flowers"
Hinata immediately replied. "Dude, I'm not your teacher, if you need to piss just go." And so, Shu left without another word while the other continued their talk.
"Well, we have to keep looking, Oscar's notes specified that there is definitely a labyrinth in Reisen Gorge."
"Well that's not exac-"
"HEY GUYSSS, COME HERE QUICK!"
They immediately followed the rabbits voice, he seemed quite excited for whatever it is he wants to show. "Here, look here!" Shu points toward a small hidden cave as the go inside they find a strange carving on the wall.
"Welcome to Miledi's super amazing labyrinth."
The group stares at the writing surrounded by hearts and other child like drawing it looked like a middle schooler's notebook.
"Is this really a labyrinth?" Hinata asked uncertain.
"It's gotta be." Shu assured as he starts inspecting the walls. "This is definitely what you're looking aren't you glad you have m- woah!" Before he can finish his self boasting he suddenly falls through a wall that smoothly slid back while it's other slid forward eventually rotating completely. The other three just sighed as they see the revolving wall and they enter it as well.
And then...
"Ah!"
Hinata easily catches the arrow flying straight to her causing concern for Meld and Akira. "Gah! Are you ok?"
"Relax, it's just one arrow."
"Wait a minute, what happened to Shu?"
As they look around for said rabbit they found for who they were looking for behind them to them as Shu is crying while being pinned to the door by multiple arrows though fortunately none of them actually hit him. Unfortunately as the other three looks down a small puddle right below him along with Shu's wet pants.
"I couldn't hold it." Shu cried
Hinata immediately fell to the ground holding her stomach as she laughs uncontrollably for 20 whole minutes.
After Hinata stopped laughing and they got Shu off the wall and gave him a new pair of pants. They go to the stone tablet in the center of the room. Trying to ignore what just occurred, Shu steps forward and reads the words on it.
"Bet ya got scared didn't ya? Haha, only idiots would get caught in that trap."
Shu immediately pulled out his hammer and smashes the tablet completely. Just when he thought he was satisfied he sees another another writing on the floor after lifting his hammer.
"Hah! Sorry but the tablet will regenerate itself, too bad so sad."
After Shu's short screaming session with Hinata laughing the whole time it was happening they move on. Like Oscar's, this labyrinth lives up to word labyrinth seeing multiple doorways and staircases.
Finding the right path was hard enough but making it through any paths alive was even harder. As proven when two giant buzzsaws came out of the wall and would have cut them all in half if they had not ducked.
Due to them being in Reisen Gorge their magical capabilities have been almost completely restricted. When Akira managed to cast any spell it would immediately be reduced to a lower rank and Hinata couldn't even sense the traps with her skills of a synergist.
That meant that they had to rely on mostly two things. The first is all the weapons Hinata has in her Treasure Trove, and the second was their magically enhanced physical strength. And fortunately they had just included a certain rabbit to their group which would make this Labyrinth much easier. That is as long as he doesn't mess it up.
"We're counting on you, he said." A voice with a mocking tone is accompanied by the sound of sliding. "WAY TO JINX US, MELD!" Hinata yelled as she, Akira, and Shu all hang on to Meld as they all slide on the trap they had just fallen on. "AS SOON AS YOU SAID THAT SHU WAS GUARANTEED TO MESS UP DAMMIT!" Hinata continued to scream at the knight.
"Now isn't really the time Hinata!" Meld countered.
During their bickering the four of them finds the end of their "ride" as they slip off the edge and see a floor filled with spikes. Hinata acted quickly pulls out a grappling gun, unlike her usual gun this one has an arrowhead coming out of it's muzzle. She pulls the trigger , the arrowhead flies straight to where she aimed with a black wire connected to it.
As the arrowhead hits the wall Hinata hands the gun to Meld which he grips with all his strength and everybody does the same with him. Instead of falling to their doom they swing to another doorway on the wall across.
After retracting they all fall through the doorway after getting up they found another tablet.
"So lame, if you freaked out from that, there's no way you'll make it."
That tablet just added more fuel to the fire, except for Hinata, who actually didn't care much for the taunts Miledi gave, but of course she was still angry about something else.
"I told you, you shouldn't have said that."
"I still don't understand what you mean I just said to Shu that we would be counting on him. "
Even Akira was confused why Hinata was so angry, after all, Meld wasn't exactly wrong. This labyrinth makes it so that we have to rely mostly in physical strength which Shu excels in.
"Because, when you say shit like that, you're inviting the world to screw you over. Gah, whatever! Just don't say dumbass things..."
"I don't think there's any traps here." The rabbit spoke as he stepped on a hidden button on the floor.
"...Like that." Hinata facepalms
Then immediately a giant round boulder falls from the ceiling and starts rolling to them. Meld quickly steps forward. "Hold on! I got this." He reels back his fist channeling all of his internal magic onto his knuckles. Although they couldn't cast magic that doesn't mean that the magic they had was gone, they just couldn't utilize it outside of their body.
Using Body Strengthening, Meld punches forward shattering the ball he then turns to the others with a smile "See Hinata things aren't as terrible as-"
CRASH
Another boulder came.
And they all ran.
All four them continue to pant as they are trying to catch their breath. The doorway they had just gone through immediately shut close.
"I guess that means we can't go back."
"Whatever."
They all get up and walk to next tablet but before that they all start to notice something.
"Is it just me or does this room seem..."
"Familiar."
"Yup, there's the puddle." Akira pointed out.
They look at the tablet and sees the same sentence they read before just then more words shine on the floor.
"Haha guess you're gonna have to start from the beginning again, you must feel terrible oh and don't try to go back the labyrinth is always changing."
Hinata can only laugh seeing the boys raise their killing intents on Miledi Reisen.
Meld stares at the Labyrinth's walls. They have been here for a week but they managed to get on the right path by marking every single wrong answer. Due to his habit of analyzing things he has noticed something, like how this labyrinth is far different from Orcus's labyrinth.
He tried thinking back to Orcus's and remembered the sheer quantity and quality of it's difficulty. People had been going to it for years and yet he and Hinata cleared it in a matter of months, but of course they couldn't have done it without Akira and giving up their...humanity.
Without having this power, he can't imagine clearing it while still being his old self. It's almost as if the labyrinth couldn't be cleared without breaking through normal human limits. And then there's Reisen's labyrinth, it doesn't feel anything like Orcus's other than the fact that there are no monsters so far there is the restrain on their magic.
They already know that the labyrinth is a form of test, but that means there must a subject for the test. So Orcus's make people have to break their limits, Reisen's makes you rely on physical strength and perhaps patience. And then there's Haulia's based on the requirements it would most likely...
"You might want to stop staring into space."
Meld turns and is a bit shocked seeing Hinata sit next to him.
"I've been sitting here for 3 minutes." Hinata clarified.
"Uh sorry, I was just deep in thought."
"Oh I thought you were just cursing Miledi."
"Huh?"
"Well I mean...I haven't seen you that pissed off before."
"I'm actually more surprised of how tolerant you are of this labyrinth."
"Well, can't blame you for thinking that, but let's face it, if I made a labyrinth, I would probably do the same thing as her."
That got a laugh from both of them.
"Besides, to be honest I've always felt that life itself is trolling me, so something like this doesn't really bother me"
"Really?"
"Yeah, you know like how I got suddenly summoned to another world"
Meld nervously laughed "W-well that's not so bad anymore right?"
"What makes you think that?"
"Well... you look a look a lot happier than you were on that day."
"Huh, I guess I do."
"I'm glad."
"Don't get too happy, don't forget I got shot off a bridge after you made your promise."
"And yet here you are with more determination than ever."
Hinata chops Meld on his head.
"Ow! What was that for?"
"Meld don't get the wrong idea." Her voice turned more serious. "You know I meant what I said that day, and the only reason I tried so hard to get through Orcus, was because like hell I was gonna let that bastard who shot me be the death of me. It was pure chance that I found out the truth of Ehit."
Hinata gets up. "Now come on let's wake up the two bozos and move on."
She then walked over to Akira and Shu who were sleeping together they had both tried to sleep next to Hinata but she moved them together while they were asleep.
She gets closer and proceeds to kick them both.
Hinata opens the door and as soon as she did everybody can see a room with a massive staircase leading to another door and across the rooms there are multiple big suits of armor. Hinata, Meld, and Akira immediately noticed the door's similarities to the one in Oscar's place.
The group felt both relief over seeing a different area for the first time and worry over what traps Miledi has set. Just then the armors started to move and make their way to the group.
"Golem's huh? Guess that means we're getting closer."
Everybody then pulled out their weapons except for Hinata who instead activates her Treasure Trove and pulls out a chainsaw. When she activates it and the blades starts to turn, and gave a very intense noise.
"I've been wanting to test this baby out."
"I thought you told me that was for cutting firewood."
"Bite me, I didn't say "only" firewood."
"That seems a bit extra."
"That's what I was aiming for."
Hinata then notices Shu fidgeting while holding his hammer. The boy was nervous because he had no experience fighting these kinds of monster.
Hinata sighs. "Shu."
"Y-Yes" he stammered
"Dude, you're strong as hell, there is no way you'll lose to a bunch of golems"
Shu was shocked but happy by Hinata's sudden compliment before Meld places his hand on his shoulder. "You need to have more faith in yourself like when you wanted to join us"
"Y-You're right! I, SHU HAULIA WILL SMITE THEM ALL." WIth a rush of energy Shu jumps down and smashes his hammer right down onto the front golem crushing it completely to the ground. Everybody else joined him and started mowing as many golems as they can.
"Don't go too far from the others we can't let yourself get surrounded. Stick together so you can support each other!" Meld ordered.
"RIGHT!" They all replied.
The party begins the onslaught, with Meld opening with swinging his sword down and creating a massive shockwave that blew the golems away made an opening for the group, and the proceeds to start knocking away golems left and right, even with his own hands.
Unlike the paladin, Akira had to focus a bit more on quality than quantity. He needed to use his rapier to slice the golems to pieces while still dodging the others. He's using everything Meld taught him back Orcus, about focusing more on speed and technique rather than strength and ferocity.
Hinata wielded her chainsaw like a sword, she was spinning around like a top as her chainsaw cut the demons to pieces with ease. She even tripped one golem, pinned it down with her foot and then casually mutilate with a chainsaw, while her other hand fires her gun at the other golems.
'She's so brutal...' Meld internally commented. He was dreading how that looked like if she used it on a person.
As the battle continued, Hinata then noticed something in the midst of battle as soon as she did she pulled a black thick goggle out of her Treasure trove, she immediately puts it on and after observing the golems and taking the goggles off.
"Guys, change of plans forget about these guys get to the door!"
"Why?" Meld asked
"Look over there." Hinata points toward the empty crater on the floor that was made by Shu moments ago. "The golem Shu crushed is gone the bastard probably regenerated somewhere"
"But that doesn't make sense, the core of the golem should've been crushed completely."
"That's exactly because they don't have cores I checked with my magic goggles, none these guys have a core which means..."
"Someone else is controlling and regenerating these golems."
"Yup, and my guess is that they're in that room, I'll clear the way." Hinata pulls out a couple of grenades and swings her chainsaw at a golem, making a big gash on the armor. She pulls the pins off the grenades before throwing them into the golem, and then kicking it back to it's allies The golem explodes, the ones nearby were either blown away and destroyed as well. Nonetheless, Hinata now had a clear path towards the door.
Hinata summons her sick as hell railgun, aims and fires it, blasting a hole through the door. As the party run through it they can only see small step to nothing just pitch darkness but they did see a massive platform across not questioning the current situation they immediately jump onto it as the golems chase them only to fall to the endless void.
With a moment of relief they finally take a look around their surroundings and they can see multiple platforms like the one they're standing on.
"What is th- W-Woah!"
Hinata Is cut from her sentence when Shu suddenly picked her up and threw her over to a nearby platform before she anyone can say anything Shu proceeds to pick up Meld and Akira and jumps over.
Just then a massive beam of light appears and completely destroys the platform they were previously on. As the others watch in shock Meld turns to see where the bean had come from , and he sees 2 glowing orbs. "There's something over there!"
The other three turn to where Meld was pointing eventually sees the 2 glowing orbs and also see it coming closer along with what looks like a massive suit of armor approaching them much more different and more powerful than the other ones they've fought, unlike the others this one was only the top half of an armor and it's currently floating.
Once the golem was in full view they all hear an odd voice "YAHOOO, IT'S YOUR FAVORITE GIRL, MILEDI REISEN!"
All of them just blankly stare at the golem, that just talked a high pitched little girl.
"WHAT'S UP WITH THAT REACTION?"
Hinata finally decided to talk back. "Hold up! Miledi Reisen is supposed to be dead. Oscar's note says that she was human there's no way she could've lived that long."
"OH, YOU CLEARED OSCAR'S LABYRINTH? WELL I CAN DEFINITELY SAY THAT I AM THE ACTUAL MILEDI REISEN, YOU CAN THANK GOD'S AGE MAGIC FOR THAT"
"But what kind of-"
"OK, MY TURN TO ASK A QUESTION, WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO WITH GOD'S AGE MAGIC?"
"Speaking for myself, I'm not from this world. Your asshole of a god forcefully summoned me here." Hinata points back with her thumb at Meld. "He's from this world and he just wants to protect his kingdom." She then points at Akira and Shu. "And these two are just…..hitchhikers I guess."
Akira and Shu are dismayed. "Hinata how can you say that!? I am your lover."
"You're so meannn!"
Meld just awkwardly watches while two adult men whine cry onto a teenage girl, while Miledi was laughing it up. "HAHAHA, YOU GUYS ARE A RIOT!"
Hinata pushes the two blubbering buffoons aways and pulls out her gun. "Ok thats it, time to kick your ass!" She fires her gun and hits the golem but it didn't even leave a mark.
"YOU'RE GONNA HAVE TO DO BETTER THAN THAT DON'T FORGET WHAT YOU'RE UP AGAINST." one of Miledi's massive hand moves and points up, they all see multiple golems of the ones they just fought are floating above. "HEHE COOL RIGHT? BET YOU NEVER SEEN FLYING GOLEMS HAVE Y-"
BANG BANG BANG
All of the golems are immediately shot down. "So what? They're still easy to destroy." Hinata then puts on her goggles and sees something glowing inside the massive armor. "And unlike them you have a core at your left breast."
Hinata takes off her goggles and readies her weapon along with everyone else after the hell she put them through they were more than eager to kick her ass.
They immediately leaped off the platform and went to higher platforms to get to Miledi's blindspots. Once there Shu launches jumps off to attack but unfortunately MiledI had raised her other hand which was holding a massive Morning star which blocks Shu's hammer.
"OOH, YOU'RE STRONG, BUT YOU NEED MORE THAN THAT TO STOP ME, OH BY THE WAY DID YOU FORGET MY GOLEMS CAN REGENERATE? Just as she said that a golem appears behind him ready to strike only for itself to be slashed in half by Akira. "Of course we remembered."
"Thanks Akira" Shu said while preparing to strike Miledi again.
"YOU TWO MAKE A GOOD TEAM BUTTTT..." Miledi challenges Shu's strike with her own fist "YOU STILL CAN'T BEAT A GOLEM IN MATTER OF STRENGTH."
After Shu gets blown back, a bullet flies into The golem's helmet visor. "Beating and killing you is two different things bitch." Hinata pointed out.
"HEY, DID YOU TRY TO SHOOT MY EYE OUT? THESE ARE JUST FOR SHOW DID YOU FORGET THIS IS STILL GOLEM'S BODY."
"Nope." Hinata smirks "MELD, NOW!"
After hearing her shout Miledi notices a small light, she looks down and sees Meld jumping up towards her his sword he swings it up with all his strength and lands a hit on Miledi knocking her back.
As the four of them regrouped and sees Miledi's body hoping that it was knowing it wasn't true.
"YOU GUYS ACTUALLY GOT ME WORRIED THERE." As Miledi gets up all of them got a clear view of Miledi's body and realizes what it was, Azanthium the strongest ore in this world. Most,if not all of the weapons Hinata were made of it.
"NOW FOR ROUND TWO."
The group braces for what's to come as they noticed they were all covered by a massive Shadow. They look up and see one of the massive cube falling straight to them. Of course they all immediately leap away but suddenly another cube dashes at them which they barely dodge.
After finding a place to land safely Hinata figures it out. "Guys, her magic is gravity that's how she making all these things float!"
"CLEVER GIRL, THAT'S RIGHT, WITH GRAVITY MAGIC I CAN ALSO DO THIS." She points her morningstar at them. After it glowed ,the spiked ball comes off the handle attached to chain and goes straight at them.
Meld steps forward "I'll handle this stand back!" Meld reels back his fist punches the spiked ball stopping it in it's tracks even cracking it just like the boulder trap from before "Now!"
At his command Shu and Akira runs up towards Miledi on the chain. Miledi tries to stop them with her other hand only to be blasted by Hinata who is now holding a massive sniper rifle. While Hinata blows the rest of her arm off Akira proceeds to slice the other one. With no arms Miledi had no way to defend herself from Shu who lands a massive blow to her and knocks her down to a platform below.
Miledi kept laughing in arrogance. "HAHA I CAN JUST REGENERATE MY ARMS." But Hinata already thought of that, she summons a massive amount of water from her Treasure Trove above Miledi. It drops, covering Miledi's whole body .
Akira then held out his hand. "Freeze." And in an instant Miledi's body is covered in ice. "WHAT,HOW DID YOU CAS HIGH LEVEL MAGIC!?"
"Oh please." Hinata and Meld lands on the platform along with Akira and Shu. "Freezing water is something a fridge can do , you don't need high level magic for that."
Hinata walks closer to the golem. "Alright bitch, we win so give us the ancient magic." Miledi gave no reply Hinata was confused as to where that loud mouth went to unless...
"AH, guys look up!" Shu suddenly yelled. "I saw the future it's gonna fall on us!" Following what he said Hinata, Meld , and Akira can't believe what they were seeing. The sky was falling or rather the ceiling had been separated into cubes and are now coming down.
"HAHA TIME FOR REVENGE!"
As the cubes came down Meld quickly ordered all of them to hang onto him Akira and Shu holding onto his arms and Hinata wrapping her arms around his neck activating his Supersonic Step skill he instantly leaps from cube to cube in great speed and agility.
When one cube suddenly appeared in front of them Hinata acted quick and brought out her railgun that had just finished recharging and fires it blasting through it and some other cubes.
Meld manages to land on one of the cubes but that break was short lived when a piece of rubble suddenly hit Hinata near her eye. Hinata lets go and falls onto the cube. Concerned, everybody checked on her. "Are you ok?!"
"Yeah, I am, guess that bitch can control the rubble too." That rubble had actually hit her head quite good her brain has been shook and she's having trouble thinking.
Just then more cubes Shu and Meld stepped forward while Akira proceeded to cast some low healing spells to ease the pain. While Meld and Shu were smashing the cubes Miledi is intending to use the same trick twice and makes two pieces of rubble fly towards them only to be shot down by Hinata who had regained her senses.
Once again Hinata,Akira, and Shu clings on to Meld as he starts leaping through the cubes again. But there was a problem Meld knew he couldn't keep this up the battle with Miledi already
Had him somewhat exhausted. Not to mention if all he does is dodge they'll never beat the labyrinth.
So he needed to come up with a plan. He need to think of something. He had to be stronger. He had to be faster. He needed to... Break his limit.
All the cubes centered at them completely burying them. Miledi celebrates as she finally regenerated her arms and break out of the ice "MILEDI IS BACK." she announces excitedly as she looks at the pile of cubes "WELL...GUESS THEY DIDN'T MAKE IT. WELL, IF THEY COULDN'T BEAT THIS THEY WOULD'VE GOTTEN KILLED BY THAT GOD ANY-"
Suddenly a massive explosion goes off at the pile stopping Miledi in her sentence there she can see Meld standing with a red aura surrounding him along with the others climbing out. At this moment, Meld's strength has been multiplied threefold, but there is a catch...
"OH, I SEE YOU USED THE LIMIT BREAK SKILL. WELL LET'S SEE IF THAT'S ENOUGH TO BEAT ME." Miledi gets ready to punch them only for Meld to charge at her first lading his own punch and knocking her down the third time as she was about to get up she suddenly felt at both of her hands being punctured by something. She looks and sees Akira and Hinata pinning her down with their sword and chainsaw. "W-WHAT WHEN DID YOU GET THERE?!"
Miledi then sees Meld falling straight at her, with his sword in hand. After landing hard on her, Meld thrust his sword right where Miledi's heart should, only to stop midway as he suddenly falls to his knees and is heavily breathing in and out.
"HAHA GUESS YOU HAVEN'T MASTERED THAT SKILL HAVE YOU?"
Meld just smirks. "I wouldn't celebrate if I were you" He throws himself off her just as Shu came down hitting Meld's sword causing it go deeper through and stab Miledi's core.
"AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!" The glow of the core started dying down, along with Miledi's scream.
The group can finally breath after they made sure Miledi stopped moving. Shu jumps off the golem, and Meld retrieves his sword by simply opening his palm, and waiting for the sword to fly into his hands, another function Hinata had implanted.
Hinata walks closer to the rabbit. "Shu...you did great."
Hearing those words, Shu immediately felt pure excitement. "Kyaaa, Hinata thanked me!"
WHACK
Which immediately got him hit on the head. "You ruined it."
As Shu holding his head wound Akira walks closer and tries to heal it "Shu, you did well."
After healing the wound Akira proceeded to pat Shu's head giving another feeling of excitement. "Waaaaah, Akira I was so scared!"
Meld and Hinata watches the heartwarming scene when suddenly. "UH EXCUSE ME, I'M SORRY FOR RUINING THE MOMENT"."
"Crap, she's still alive!"
"Stand back I'll kill her with fire!"
"W-WAIT! DON'T WORRY, YOU'VE CLEARED THE LABYRINTH. I'VE JUST USE THE LAST OF MY MAGIC TO TALK FOR A WHILE."
"Talk about what? It better not be some crap about us fighting the gods for you cause like hell that's happening."

"Then would you mind telling us where the other labyrinths are, Oscar's records didn't mention it."
"UM, OK, BUT IT'S BEEN SO LONG." and so Miledi lists down the locations of other labyrinths. Grand Gruen Volcano, Sunken Ruin of Melusine, Divine Mountain, Sea of Trees Haltina, and finally The Schnee Snowfield.
"AND THAT'S ABOUT IT."
"Someone's suddenly being supportive, where was the massive bitch that tried to crush us earlier?"
"AHAHA, SORRY I JUST THOUGHT I'D GIVE YOU A TASTE OF WHAT IT'S LIKE TO FIGHT ANNOYING GODS."
"Hey, I already told I couldn't care less about the gods of this world."
"YEAH, I KNOW YOU DON'T, BUT YOU WILL FIGHT THEM ONE DAY, BECAUSE YOU'LL ALWAYS LIVE THE WAY YOU WANT TO."
As Miledi's body started glowing and disappearing, Meld walks closer. "Miledi Reisen, I speak as Meld Loggins, a denizen of Tortus " Meld than prostate himself and bows. "For years I believed the concept of you and your fellow liberators being mavericks and although I cannot speak for all of us, I wished to apologize."
"AWWW, YOU'RE SWEET."
With that the last remains of Miledi dissolving to sparkles of light all of them looks up. "Guess she wasn't so bad." Shu said
While Hinata had an unamused look. "We'll see about that."
The group then sees a platform floating to them the guys thought a nice gesture Miledi but Hinata had other impressions of it.
The platform takes them to a small room with a tall door in it, they got off the and opened it expecting to walk into an empty room.
How wrong they were.
"Yahoo, you're here!" An annoyingly high voice greeted them they then see a small golem wearing a robe with a white round smiley face as it's head.
"I fucking knew it!" Hinata exclaimed.
"Fooled ya, did you think I was dead, too baddddd." Miledi's constant gloating was met with silence as the guys started walking giving her sense of dread. "Uhhh, did I go too far?" The guys cracked their knuckles. "Sowwie." Miledi said in a cutesy voice while playfully hitting head.
Meld raises his fist hits her head for real. After Akira and Shu got a good hit in Miledi started the magic circle and just like in Oscar's hideout Hinata, Meld , and Akira felt something imprinted on their brains.
"Blondie and Meld would be perfect for this, but you two not so much." Miledi explained while pointing at Hinata and Shu.
"Aww I can't use it?"
"Bite me, you don't know."
"Oh anyway, here" Miledi throws a ring at Hinata which she catch. "It's proof you cleared my labyrinth good luck on the next one."
"Hold on Reisen, one more thing." Hinata said.
"Yeah?"
"Give me everything you have."
"What…..?"
"Give me everything you have, the proof is nice and all but you gotta have some other treasures right? Oh, also tell me how those golems work, now." Hinata said more like a threat now.
"H-Hey, what's up with the demands, I thought you liked my traps."
"Tolerating your traps was one thing but you also tried to kill me so morality calls this in my favour so..." Hinata picks up Miledi and brings her closer. "Give it up bitch."
Normally, Meld would not condone shaking someone down, but it's Miledi, so he decided to let it go. After Miledi presented most of her belongings, including some of the golems she used. Hinata then put it all in her Treasure Trove.
While she was enjoying her loot Miledi walks closer to a rope hanging from the ceiling. "Well I'm done with this." She jumps onto the rope and hangs on it causing it to go down. "Get the hell out."
Suddenly multiple hatches open across the walls and one on the ground. Water starts rushing in quickly filling the room causing everyone to swept by the waves. Hinata then realizes what this mechanism is.
"You would usually flush things to get rid of annoying things." Miledi said.
As they all get sucked onto the hole on the floor they didn't leave without cursing the same thing "DAMM YOU MILEDI REISENNNNNN!"
In case you didn't get the reference at the start, Shu's hammer is the same as Nora Valkyrie's , a character in a show called RWBY, which was created by man named Monty Oum, who has sadly passed away. Also, in this AU, Hinata never lost her eye like Hajime did, hence the goggles.
Also, please do not hesitate to comment, even if it's criticism, I know I'm not the best writer, and part of the reason I posted this story was too see other's opinion of this kind of setting.
