Back in the ballroom

The remaining nobles can only sadly watch as their emperor, considered to be the strongest, stood there bound, stripped of all his weapons and artifact. The Haulia had flashlights that they used as makeshift spotlights and one was shining down on Gahard, meaning it was the only thing everyone can see.

Then another light is shone, showing Cam in front of the emperor, looking at him with cold unmerciful eyes. "You know why you're still alive right?"

"You've got demands."

"Good, you understand." Cam narrows her eyes. "But you're still too defiant for my taste." Cam snaps his fingers, a third spotlight comes down on one of the nobles, and that same man's head was chopped off.

"You bastards!" Gahard scremed as he trashed around, though it really looked more like flailing due to the poison weakening his body.

"Tsk tsk tsk, you should've controlled your tone." Cam snaps his fingers again and same as before another noble is beheaded under a spotlight. And after it was done...

"Hahahaha." Everyone can hear a hardy laugh coming from the darkness.

"That voice... Hinata Nagumo! Are you behind all th-"

"I suggest you keep your eyes on me." Cam interjects and holds his finger up, ready to snap them. "Unless you wish for more heads to start rolling."

"..." Gahard finally managed to hold his tongue.

"Good." Cam pulls out a necklace from his pocket and shows it to Gahard. "This artifact is called the necklace of vows. Should you break your promise, this artifact will kill you. The same will be applied to your bloodline."

The necklace was a courtesy of Spirit Magic. It would bind a person's soul to the promises they make. There are multiple necklaces so that it would be linked with those who share Gahard's blood. The necklace will also kill anyone that takes it off.

"Here are the demands. The first, you will release all beastmen slaves. The second, you shall never invade Haltina ever again. The third, you shall not turn anymore beastmen into slaves. And the final one, you make the previous three demands into imperial laws."

"And if I refuse?"

"I believe I have showed you your answer earlier."

Instead of submitting to fear, Gahard remained resolute. "Hah! Do not underestimate the empire. Even if my family dies, my soldiers can still rally together to destroy Verbergen."

"But you haven't, that is because you needed slaves."

"If you understand that then stop this now!" Gahard regained his cocky smile. "It's not too late, i still wouldn't mind having you all work for me. You'll all be treated kindly."

"Shove it, Hoelscher." Cam shot his offer down immediately. "Your words mean nothing to us. As if we'd ever believe you. If we did, we wouldn't need this damn necklace on the first place."

"Yeah, you're words are crap!" Hinata cheered.

'Hinata!' Meld mentally yelled.

As much as he wanted to yell at Hinata, Gahard kept his eyes on Cam, still filled with defiance. "I will not meet your demands, all you get from me is war!"

"So you still refuse, what a shame." Cam snaps his fingers. Another light comes down, this time on none other than Baius. The prince was unsurprisingly cursing all the rabbitmen to let him go. But just as he was about to he beheaded.

"Wait!" You would think it was one of his parents that screamed, but no, it was Hinata. Hence why the rabbits actually stopped. Just then something comes out of the darkness...and stabs Baius's eyes.

"AAAAAAAAHHHHHH!" The prince screams in agony. Hinata had thrown the fork she was using to eat the cake earlier

"Asshole. Ok, you can do it now." Hinata said

A single swing, and so another head rolls.

This time Meld didn't scold Hinata, considering he enjoyed it and so did Lily in a non psychotic way.

"Still defiant?" Cam eyed the emperor.

"I told you, even if my family dies, the empire will not fall!"

"You still act like this even when you're own flesh and blood beheaded in front of you? I guess that's just how people are in this empire." He actually seemed more angry about the nobles than Baius, if anything. "Now last chance Emperor, heed our demands or the empire will suffer."

"I will not repeat myself!"

"Your loss, Alpha, Delta do it." Cam signaled through communication artifact.

"Ohohohoho, this is gonna be good." Hinata grinned as she rubbed her hands like a classic villain.

Gahard was confused by Cam's words and Hinata's excitement, whateve-

BOOM

Everyone in the ballroom heard a loud explosion in the distance. "What did you do?!" Gahard angrily asked.

"We blew up the barracks for your slave overseers. Many people died because of your choice."

"You bastards are the ones who did this!" Gahard accused back.

"I believe I had told you there would be consequences, and you chose to ignore my warning.' Cam activated his artifact yet again. "And since you continue to resist, next target."

"Wai-"

BOOM

"What was that?!"

"A hospital."

"You son of a bitch!"

Cam rolled his eyes. "It was a military one, only soldiers and military doctors died. Should you continue, it will only be a matter of time until we reach a civilian one."

"You'd go after civilians?! How could you?!"

"The same way you enslaved any women and children beastmen. You saw us as nothing more as slaves to be oppressed and we see you all nothing more as enemies to be killed." Gahard can see the pure hatred in Cam's eyes. "Next t-"

"Wait!" Gahard called out. He wracked his brain trying to think of what to say. If he said something wrong Cam had no problem killing everyone in the empire, which he saw as an enemy as a whole.

Or so Gahard thought. The last explosion was just the drawbridge, in order to seclude the castle. There are other bombs, just not in civilian areas, Hinata didn't drive them that bloodthirsty.

"You said it yourself, the empire would still stand even if you die. That just means we have to kill you and everyone in the empire. Having all of you die as the assholes you are seems quite fitting." Cam said to the now visibly nervous Gahard. His prideful and rational side fighting each other, trying to decide wha-

"Hurry up and talk, stalling won't do you any good. Ne-"

"Wait!" Gahard called out again. This time he slams his head to the ground in frustration. "Gah, fine! You win, I'll give in to your demands. Just stop!"

"Hmph finally, say the pledges." Cam ordered.

Gahard grits his teeth as he turns to the other nobles. "Sorry guys, but the Haulia has proven strength. We have to follow the rules we set."

And so Cam puts the necklace on the emperor's neck and Gahard begrudgingly swears as Hoelscher's representative and list all the demands Cam told him. And a little something that came from himself at the end. "If anybody has a problem with that, you can fight me for the throne! Then you can do whatever you want."

After the necklace glows, Cam smiles as another spotlight comes down revealing Gahard's family, all wearing the same necklace. "You remember what happens if you take it off?" Cam teasingly asked.

"Yeah yeah.."

"Good, now just release the slaves and make the announcement. By tomorrow."

"What?! Do you know how ma-"

"Next ta-"

"Alright, alright. Gah, fine!" Gahard frantically said.

"Oh, you also have to take the slaves back to Haltina and come with us to repeat your oaths with the elders." Cam added.

"What?! They'll all be itching to kill me."

"Relax, we won't let that happen. Should it does, then all of this would have been pointless."

"...To think that little girl made you all so strong. If she had done the same to the beastmen of Verbergen..." Gahard grimaced.

"You needn't worry, boss Hinata has only given this strength to us. And now that it's ours, we'll use it how see fit. It would be good for you to not ignore our determination."

The spotlights all turn off and the room is plunged into darkness again. Shu had already gotten back, and he, along with all the Haulias celebrated their victory. But even with this big accomplishment they all know the battle is far from over. The empire has submitted but that's no guarantee other countries will. Not to mention, it's highly doubtful that Gahard and the empire won't take this lying down. But it's fine, they won't be a threat of any kind due to the necklace.

Hinata happily hears the Haulias celebrate over the transmi-

"Hey, did they leave me here?!"

Oh yeah.

"Dammit, everyone's injured or de- Wait, Hinata Nagumo, you're still here right?"

To answer Gahard's question, a single spotlight comes down. This time showing Hinata. With a smirk, she messes up her hair, which covered her right eye again. She then looks at Gahard. "Hey emperor, how's it going?"

"Grr, you finally showed yourself. Why did you do this? Do you hate the empire or something?"

"Actually I kinda do, you people suck more than Heiligh. No offense Meld, some offense to you, princess." Hinata bluntly said while aiming her eyes at the dark part of the ballroom.

"Seriously?!"

"My name is Lily!"

"Eh?" Gahard wasn't expecting her to give such a straight and harsh answer, he was actually a little hurt.

Ignoring Meld and Lily, Hinata slowly walks forward with the spotlight following her. "You people all boast so much about being strong, why? Because you enslaved children and have gross sex 24/7 ?"

It was dark, but she can sense the noble's angry glares and she was relishing it. She reaches Gahard. "Or maybe you think you have bragging rights, just because your precious emperor beat Amanogawa- I repeat, fucking Amanogawa?"

"Oh come on!" Shizuku nervously laughs as she pats an upset Kouki's back.

Hinata and Gahard glared at each other. Gahard started to understand why Hinata hated the empire, however. "Look, this isn't the time. I've already surrendered. So save the other guest."

Hinata remained silent, as if she was expecting something else.

"...Please."

Hinata smiles. "I would, but your nobles are probably pissed off at me. If I heal them, they might attack." She then pulls out her knife. "I wouldn't mind another bloodshed." She gives the emperor a terrifying smile. "But do you?"

"Kh! Of course I do. Hey everyone, whatever you do don't fight this girl, it's an order!"

"Okay then." She brings a out shining rock and throws it up in the air where it stays, illuminating the whole room. Gahard can now clearly see the damage, every noble on the ground and injured.

Some passed out during the initial attack and others passed out after seeing Shu, meaning the Haulia manged to carve fear onto the hearts of the empire.

"Seiji, do your thing."

"Got it, Aetherflow." Every injured person was covered in a green aura. Their wounds all closed and they were all able to stand again, aside from those who fainted. Some of nobles walked to over to Hinata, visibly pissed off.

"Oh? It seems that not everyone was listening to you emperor." Hinata once again brandishes her knife.

"Oy oy, I told all of you not to fight her!" The emperor stood between the nobles and the girl.

The nobles stated their protests. Not only did Hinata help the Haulia kill the prince, but she also humiliated them and insulted them. The anger of their pride was not one that can be put out by orders alone.

"Would you all quit your bitching!? Our kingdom's number one rule is that the weak serves the strong. And this time, we are the weak ones. The Haulia and this girl has proven their strength. If you've got a problem with that, then you will have go through me. Take my throne and change the law as you see fit." The nobles backed away after hearing Gahard's declaration.

Hinata smiles and puts her knife away. "Now that that's out of the way. Come on you dumbass emperor." Hinata starts dragging Gahard away. "Time to make a dumbass speech that your dumbass subjects will believe."

"You would seriously kick a man when his down?"

"I would kick you if you were dead or standing up, I don't care!" Once they reach the entrance, Hinata proceeds to literally kick Gahard out of the ballroom. "See?"

And so Meld chalks up another thing he never expected to see, Hoelscher's emperor getting owned by teenager half his size and her army of rabbits.

Hinata's airship soars through the sky, carrying many, many amazed former beastmen slaves. There were even more new passengers consisting of Gahard, Lily and her attendants.

After the ball/massacre, Gahard gave his Hinata approved speech to his people. Of how it was Ehit's will that warrants the beastmen's liberation from being slaves. It was made more believable with Seiji posing as an apostle and Hinata bringing the beastmen home with a flying ship instead of using her gate key.

Gahard had to repeat his oath in Verbergen and Lily will a witness to it. With two royalty on board, Hinata had a fun chat with them.

"Oy Hinata Nagumo, this airship is amazing. Make me one too, name your price." Gahard asked while looking around in wonder.

"Beat Amanogawa up again, then we'll start talking." Hinata answered while not even looking at the man.

"Can you please not do that?" Lily nervously requested.

Yeah...like that.

"So princess...what's gonna happen to the wedding? Considering, your fiance got decapitated and all."

"And who's fault was that?" Gahard glared at Hinata.

"Oh..um...well..." Lily stuttered.

Hinata turns to Gahard. "Her next husband better be someone less disgusting or is all of your offsprings a bunch of perverted retards?" Gahard nervously gulps, it seems not even the once prideful emperor can stand up to Hinata's insults.

"About that...considering what the Haulia did, we are not in any position to hold political marriage." Gahard explained. "With all the soldiers that the Haulia killed and us losing our source of labor, we also can't send any reinforcement."

"Oh I see..."

"Your empire would probably have more than enough time to recover if they weren't all busy being petty horny pervs." Hinata commented, earning a flinch from Gahard, who still can't find a comeback to her insults.

Lily looks right down depressed. She was supposed to be trying to get help for her kingdom but...

"It's fine." Meld spoke up.

"Meld..."

"Princess, do not forget that the kingdom still has Aiko and her students. It's also still protected by the barrier Hinata made. You not marrying anyone, did not make the kingdom any less safe." He assured her with the utmost confident. This was actually the exact thing Meld was afraid of, and yet he doesn't really feel bad, especially not after Hinata told him what Baius tried to do.

"He's right my lady." Helina chimed in. "Your happiness is also a massive importance to us, so do not worry."

"Helina..." Lily starts to feel joy at their comforting. In truth, she was actually happy that she did not have to marry Baius.

In all the happiness, Gahard kept his eye on Meld mad kept his thoughts to a Himself. 'Loggins...you've changed.'

Little did anyone know, Meld had actually visited Gahard while he was dealing with paperwork on the new imperial laws.

Flashback

Gahard was in a rush to finish filling out the paper work. The Haulia's threat and his own frustration were very good motivation.

KNOCK KNOCK

"Ugh, come in." The emperor groaned.

"Excuse us." Meld and Lily walks in.

"Huh? Oh, Loggins, Princess. Did Hinata sent you? Look, I'm already d-"

"Get up." Meld suddenly ordered.

"...What?"

"Get up and come here." Meld's voice got lower. Seeing his eyes, Gahard nervously walks forward. Meld was being much more intimidating than the Haulia were. Even the princess was a little bit scared.

"Meld...why.."

"Princess." He gives Lily a quick look. "Please remain quiet."

"Ok, what the hell is this about? I've got a lot of work. So make this quick."

"Get on your knees."

Lily and Gahard's eyes widened as they look at Meld. "Excuse me?"

"Get down on your knees...and apologize to the princess." Meld continued his previous command.

"For what?"

"For trying to have her marry that disgusting son of yours."

"Loggins...have you lost yo-"

"Now!" Meld activates his Intimidation skill cutting Gahard off and freaking him out. Even against the Haulia, Gahard had kept arrogance. But now he felt something he hasn't felt in a long time, fear. Lily even took step back and nearly fell when she felt Meld's aura.

Deciding he has enough to deal with, Gahard follows Meld's command and bows down to Lily.

Present

After he apologized, Meld had finally seemed to calm down. Well after his last words that night. "Know this emperor, should Hinata had not interfered and your son had his way with the princess, I would have given him a much more painful death."

'Loggins...' It was inconceivable, an off duty knight commander ordering royalty. After he was just defeated no less. 'He's definitely not the same man.' The Meld he knew, although strong would never talk like that to royalty. His gaze travels to Hinata. 'It was probably her. It seems the rabbitmen weren't the only people she changed.'

They eventually reached Verbergen, Cam had been sent ahead using Hinata's gate key. He had told Ulfric of their arrival and the Haulia's accomplishment. As wonderful as it sounded, Ulfric and the other elders find it hard to believe. Cam enjoyed the sight of their faces when their doubts were crushed.

Everyone watched the heartwarming scene where the beastmen families all reunited. Ulfric once again expresses his gratitude to Hinata and she also once again didn't care. Cam had actually taken advantage of the situation in order to rally the other rabbitmen and recruit them. Wjem the rabbitmen started coming, the elders start sweating.

After that they went to the conference hall with Gahard and Lily hiding their faces with masks. And so begin the historical discussion for peace between Verbergen and the empire...

Or at least it should've been.

"You might want to watch your attitude buddy."

"What are you gonna do, kill me? We both know that won't happen."

With Gahard retaining his pride and the elders getting angrier, things weren't going anywhere. And unfortunately for Hinata, she was sitting in the middle of it, literally.

"Can't you guys just say "peace", and then shake hands?" The synergist asked.

""It's not that simple!"" Ulfric and Gahard replied simultaneously.

"The empire has hurt Verbergen too much to simply be forgotten. Do you realize how much grief you've caused us?"

"No and I don't care! I didn't come here to ask for forgiveness. Besides, the Haulia is the only one whose strength I recognized, not Verbergen!"

The others awkwardly watched the conflict, they wanted to stop it but didn't know how cut in middle of it...until...

SLAM

Hinata slammed her face onto the conference table stopping everyone and making them look at her.

"Uh...Hinata...you...ok?"

They all can hear muffled sounds coming out of Hinata.

"Is she... laughing?"

"Uh oh." Her party knew what that laugh meant. It means that she was going to verbally destroy someone. Hinata gets up with a very soft smile that unnerved everyone in the room. "You know what Ulfric? You're absolutely right."

"Uhh..."

"The empire has caused so much pain and suffering to Verbergen that you can't possibly just let go of it." Hinata said in very concerning cheerful tone.

"Yes...that's right." Ulfric responded nervously.

"And that's why you should definitely continue the pain and suffering."

"Huh? Thats not-"

Hinata threw her head back and playfully putting her hands in the air. "Who cares about making a better world for the next generation? All that matters is that you old people get your vengeance, even if it means prolonging the conflict with the empire."

"Now hold on-"

"Oh Gahardddddd." The emperor gulps as Hinata slowly turns to him. "People are entitled to their own ideals and way of life. Someone like me completely supports the line of reasoning."

"Alright...?" Gahard narrows his eyes.

"Your free to live life in any way you want, even if that ideology led to you to getting your ass handed to you by a bunch of rabbits. But hey, what are the chances of that eeever happening again." Hinata eerily taunted.

There was a long moment of silence until Gahard gets up and extends his hand. "So peace?"

Ulfric takes the hand and shakes it. "Sure." The others were astounded over the fact that Hinata had just made peace between to kingdoms that have been in conflict for centuries. And she did it with nothing but sarcasm.

"Alright, now that that's done you should probably go back before someone here kills you." Hinata pulls out her gate key and opens a portal right behind Gahard.

"Huh? Wai-guk."

"Shut up perv!" Hinata promptly kicks Gahard through the portal. The beastmen all enjoyed that scene. She was about to leave with her party, until...

"Please wait, Hinata Nagumo. " Ulfric spoke up. "What are you planning to do?"

"Hm... I'm just gonna rest up for the day, driving the airship with that many passengers tired me out. I was just gonna stay with the Haulias, is that cool Cam?"

"Of course boss Hinata, but I'll be busy with the new recruits. Also it'll take some time to reach our new settlement."

"Then why don't you rest here? It is closer to the labyrinth." It was odd that the elders all took a 180 towards Hinata. The first time they were here, the elders wanted nothing more for Hinata to leave yet now they want her to stay so badly. "It would be the least we can do."

"I told you I didn't do it for you, thank the Haulia."

"Of course we plan to thank the as well. But we still owe you a great debt, we would not be able to live with ourselves if we did not repay you."

"Then just di-mpf." Meld immediately covers Hinata's mouth.

"Oh no you don't." He has known Hinata long enough to know that she had no problem telling anyone to go die. "What she means is we accept your gratitude, but we do not need anything at the moment." Hinata rolls her eyes.

"Would you at least accept food and lodging?" Ulfric continued to plead. Meld still can't believe these were the same elders that held such disdain for them when they first came to Verbergen. "That would be helpful Ulfric, thank you." The others also had no problem with that.

Ulfric breathes a sigh of relief. "Now Cam." He turns to the rabbit. "Verbergen also holds a great debt to Haulias. We, the elders have unanimously agreed to rescind your tribe's exile. The decision was already made after the demon's invasion. You and the all members of he Haulia are free to come to Verbergen any time. We are also ready to prepare quarters for your kin."

"Oh, cool." Cam flatly responded, which made everyone felt awkward.

"A-And in addition to that, i would like to propose another gift. Something I came up on my own." He turns to the other elders. "I'm hoping you all would support this idea. I propose that we add a new seat and have it filled by Cam."

The beastmen inside all gasped. The number of seats and type of beastmen for the elders has never been changed for centuries. What Ulfric was suggesting would a historical event. As shocking as it is, they understand why, considering the Haulia has made history themselves.

After a short discussion, the other elders all smiled and nods to Ulfric. "So Cam, what do you say?"

"Why the hell would I want something like that?" The rabbit immediately answered. And just like that Cam completely turned atmosphere in the room around.

"Ehhhhhhhhh!" Everyone but Hinata and the Haulia shouted.

"M-May I ask why?" Ulfric stuttered while asking.

"I just don't want to be part of your dumbass council. Look, let me make this clear." He glares at the elders. "Just like boss Hinata, we didn't do it for any you. We did it for our fellow rabbitmen and nothing else. The other beastmen could die for all we care."

The elders were flabbergasted by Cam's words as he continued. "The Haulia is not Verbergen's ally. You can shove your cultures up your asses. We won't hesitate to kill any of you if you guys get in our or the bosses' way."

A certain bearmen was now enraged by Cam's threat. "You would point your blades at your own people?! That's madness."

At Jin's protest, Cam devilishly smiles. "Wowwww Jin." Suddenly everyone felt as if they were looking at Hinata. "I knew you were a dumbass, but I didn't know you were also hypocrite. Or did you forget about the fact that you bastards tried to kill us?" Cam pulls out his short sword. "Perhaps you still want to try and finish the job?" The other rabbits did same thing as him.

Everybody felt a course of fear, afraid of what a brawl happening right here. And Hinata was getting giddy at the development of this meeting.

"Waitwaitwaitwait HOLD IIIITTT!" Ulfric quickly interjected, waving his arms in a panic. "Cam, that is definitely not what we want to do!" He frantically expressed.

Cam slightly chuckles as he and the Haulia put their weapons away. Ulfric composes himself. "Now Cam...you are correct." He admitted with a heavy heart. "What we did to you and your tribe was unforgivable. We know that we can't ask for forgiveness, but we still wish to form a relationship with the Haulia. So, how about this? We will recognize Haulia as an independent tribe that is equal to Verbegen. You are free take the seat at the council, therefore you can influence the politics without following Verbergen's customs."

"Oho...I like the sound of that." Cam had actually hoped for something like this.

"Hold on Ulfric, isn't that a bit too much?!" Jin's protest was joined by the other elders.

Ulfric was too tired to even look at them when responding. "We were at the mercy of the demons and have been victims to the empire for generations. And the Haulia dealt with both of them by themselves. Considering this, my proposal doesn't seem misplaced, does it?"

That explanation made the elders begrudgingly accept the facts. Ulfric is finally able to relax when Cam officially agrees to the conditions and the two of them shake on it. Ulfric is just glad he can now re-

"Oh also, we're taking the area near the great tree. And also you need permission to come." Ulfric twitched at that, containing his emotions. As for everyone else, Shizuku swears she sees two Hinatas, and Shu buried his face in his hands while being comforted by everyone.

Soon after Lily finishes her conversation, Hinata also opened a portal to Heiligh.

Lily stands in front of the portal and looks at Meld. "Meld...th...tha...thak you...for everything." She shyly said.

Meld simply smiles. "Do not worry, it's my job."

"Yes, but-Kya!" Lily was cut off as she was promptly pushed through the portal by Hinata.

"Princess!"

"Hurry up and go already."

"Hiiiiinaaaataaa..." Meld growled.

"Bite me, what's her name was taking too long. Now all of you." She turned to Lily's royal attendants, who all flinched and started trembling as Hinata walked closer. Meld and and the others can only painfully watch as Helina and the other attendants are thrown through the gate. After the last guy's scream, Hinata closes the gate. Meld can only hold his as he sighed.

Hinata was walking through the forest with Cam. Off the distance, she can still hear the sound of joy room the beastmen that's been partying till dark.

She was actually resting in the quarters Ulfric gave with her party

Except for Shu, who said he went to meet some family.

Until Cam showed up on their window and asked Hinata to come with him. As usual Meld held back the guys who "insisted" on coming with her. He had also held them back like when they wanted to "help" Hinata rest.

Cam had led Hinata to the Haulia's old village. There, they can see Shun standing in front of a big tree. Hearing them coming, he turns around.

"Hinata, what are you doing here?"

"Cam asked me to coooo..." Hinata trailed off once she realized Cam was gone. "..me...So that's it." He just wanted her to be alone with her son. Another attempt to ship them.

There was a moment of silence, before Hinata suddenly brought out her chainsaw and started walking.

"Hinata, please stop!" Shu begged while grabbing Hinata's legs. The girl looks at him without an ounce of compassion.

"What were you even doing here? And why were you looking at a-Huh?" She looks at the tree, that Shu was looking at a small gravestone in front of it.

She puts her chainsaw away. "Shu, is that where..."

"Yup." He stands up. "That's where my mother is buried." They both go to the front of the tree. Apparently it was tradition for beastmen to be buried under a tree. It was a way of them being one with nature again.

Shu looks at the grave, filled with emotions. "Mom..." He began. Hinata listen as Shu tells his mother of all that he and his tribe had accomplished, and all the friends he's made.

As he talked, Hinata's mind drifted elsewhere to...a distant memory. It was the last time she stood in front of a grave, her own mother's grave to be precise.

She had visited it with...with...with...

"Hinata?" Shu called out.

Hinata snaps out of her reminiscing. "Huh, what...?"

"I'm done."

"Oh...good, then let's head back, I still need to beat up the father that raised you with love and care."

"Hahaha..ha...ha...ha..." Shu's laugh died down, though it wasn't really alive to begin with. "You're not joking, are you?"

"Nope."

"Just... don't kill him, please."

"I'll try." As they left, Hinata throws one more look at the grave. She shakes the memory from before away, she needs to focus on her next task.

The Haltina Labyrinth.
