Chapter 724 Nemesis
I don't own Bleach or any of the powers and gear used in this story.
Zack and Jill were walking down the streets and he asked: "Jill what did happen after the mansion?"
"We tried to show Umbrella's secret but the chief said there wasn't enough proof and put it to rest." She said.
"What?!" He got shocked. "After all the stuff they did they got away!"
"I know, but theres nothing much we can do now." Jill said.
"Well all we can do is just continue on and find some answers." Zack said.
"Yes, we Have to go before it comes back." Jill said.
They arrived at restaurant and looked around, they went to the kitchen and Zack said: "Of course they would take all the food."
"Find anything?" Jill asked.
Zack finds a locker breaks the door opening revealing a Fire Hook.
"Found a Fire Hook."
"That's good." She said.
They found a metal cover and used hook to open it.
They heard a sound and looked back.
"Who's there?!" Zack points a gun at the door.
"Don't shoot!" They saw a soldier with a machine gun with a umbrella symbol on his back.
"Who are you?" Jill said.
"Calm down. I'm not a zombie. My name's Carlos, corporal of Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Force. What's your name?"
"I'm Jill."
"And i'm Zack, what are you doing here?" Zack didn't trust a man working for Umbrella.
"We came all the way out here to save you civilians but the mission went bad the minute we landed." He said.
They heard a sound and from the entrance came a monster wearing black coat wielding a bazooka roaring, this is Nemesis.
"No, how did it find me!" Jill said.
Zack looks at the hole. "In the hole!"
They went down the stairs to avoid the monster.
The arrived at the basement but then water starts to fill up the place.
"That darn thing is trying to drown us!" Zack said.
Jill runs foward and finds a hole. "This way."
They went to the hole and went inside to escape.
Nemesis was walking the restaurant.
"Hey!" It looks back.
He saw the Cheetahmen with they're arms crossed.
Nemesis roars and charged at them, Hercules grappled with the monster.
"This guy is strong." Hercules said.
Apollo shoots arrows at him and Aries attacks the monster with his clubs.
Nemesis swings his arms at them and they jumped back.
Apollo sees a gas leak and shoots a arrow at a lamp.
"Run!" They jumped outside before the place explodes.
Aries looks at the restaurant. "It's not dead right?"
"It will take more than that to kill it, let's go." Apollo said and they went.
A shadow appears in the flames and roars.
Zack's group were at a alley and Jill said to Carlos. "What do you mean about saving the civilians?"
"Our mission is to rescue the civilians." Carlos said.
"Are you kidding me, this was all Umbrella's fault." Zack said.
"Look, we're just mercenaries - hired hands. No time for talking. If you can believe me, then join us. Think about it!" Carlos goes away.
Jill looks at Zack. "Should we trust him?"
"I have no idea, he could be just doing his job, but let's keep an eye out, he might be good but what about the others." Zack said and Jill knew what he's talking about.
With Leonidas
He as walking around the station alone.
"I managed to avoid that creature, but who sent it, could there be a Umbrella lab in the city." He said.
He needs to find the lab and the secrets it has, they think they can become kings, well he will take they're experiment.
Then a police man came out from a door aiming a gun.
"Stop!" Leonidas said.
"Oh, a survivor my name is Leon."
"Well i'm Leonidas, it seems you are a police here." Leonidas said.
"Yes, I came to see if anything happened, but one of my fellow officers got infected and died, I can't find others like Kevin. But I went to the city with a girl called Claire, did you meet her?" Leon asked.
"No, but I came with a few of my friends, maybe one of them found her." Leonidas said.
"I hope so too." Leon said. "How about we work together."
"It would be better, I had to avoid this big guy." Leonidas said.
"You saw that thing." Leon said.
"Yes, we gotta be careful." Leonidas said.
At another part of the city
Something was running down the streets, many zombies were moving around as the figures dodged them.
Then they went to a alley and stopped, but they weren't human, the first is a dog that looked like a Yorkie chihuahua mix. He had darkened collar on, concealing the info.
The second is a cat with a white underside, that has black fur with brown spots and the head was brown with two black furr parts around the eyes and white on the snout.
They looked around before they went foward together.
Note: Zack and Jill met Carlos and avoided Nemesis with the Cheetahmen here since Leonidas called them for extra back up, Leonidas met Leon and theres two animals that are avoiding the zombies.
