"My my…How your powers have grown." Loki smirked from the cell opposite hers.
"Leave me alone. You're the reason I'm here."
By three degrees of separation maybe.
"No, my dear. You're here because of your friends. Although, can you still call them that after they've locked you up?"
"Shut up."
Loki grinned.
"The bracelets are lovely. A gift from daddy?"
Stella didn't answer. Her anger spiked and another shot of pain rolled through her. She never was any good at controlling her power when she was emotional.
Loki's grin turned malicious.
"I've seen those on animals. What do they call them on Midgard again…shock collars?"
Stella couldn't listen to this.
"Let me out!" She screamed, banging her fists on the partition. Her power coursed through her and the resulting shock brought her to her knees.
"They've turned you into their pet haven't they?" Loki continued.
"I don't belong here!" Stella yelled, resolutely trying to ignore him.
Zap.
"A circus sideshow to gawk at from the other side of the glass."
"I haven't done anything wrong!"
Zap.
"You'll never be good enough for them."
Zap.
"Stop talking," She begged, trying to control her power that surged with every cruel jab. Trying to do anything to stop the electricity from coursing through her again. But she couldn't focus. Not when Loki was mocking her, saying things her own mind hadn't even dared suggest.
"Your own father locked you up."
Zap.
"Stop," She pleaded, plastering her hands over her ears.
"Even Captain America…seems he's sick of you too."
Zap!
"Please," She whispered. She curled in on herself. "I just want to go home…"
The walls were closing in around her, Loki's taunts echoing in her ears. She couldn't breathe. She needed to get out of here.
"Bucky!" She wailed. Tears were streaming down her cheeks. She wasn't sure when they'd started. "Natasha! Wanda! STEVE!" She cried. "Please!"
"They'll abandon you love."
Zap.
"I'm a person." Stella sniffed. "You can't do this..."
"They've already locked you up."
Zap.
"Let me out," She whispered. "I don't deserve this…"
She sat curled up on the floor of the cell for a few moments, the only sound her labored breathing.
He'd stopped. Loki had finally ceased his merciless taunting. Had one of the Avengers intervened? Had they come to let her out?
She opened her eyes, peering outside her cell. No one was out there. With a jolt, she realized she couldn't see Loki anymore. His cell was empty.
She got to her feet, scanning the underground atrium that housed the cells. How had he escaped?
"Looking for me love?"
Stella whirled around.
Loki was inside her cell, advancing toward her with leisurely strides. She backed away.
"How did you…?" Stella's voice trailed off. He was smirking again, getting closer with every step he took. She aimed a fireball at him, expecting the resulting shock that lanced through her. The pain forced her back against the wall. The fireball passed through him and hit the wall opposite Stella, dissipating after contact.
"You're just an illusion." She managed.
"A projection actually. I'm afraid you can't touch…Though the same rules don't apply to me."
Stella blinked and he was gone. She whipped her head from left to right, eyes searching the confines of her cell. Fear was pulsing beneath her skin. The bracelets burned at her wrists.
Loki materialized in front of her, pressing his fingers to her temples. Stella froze, unable to move, unable to breathe. Her eyes rolled back in her head.
"That's right pet…" Loki grinned.
XXX
"Why is Stella in a cell Steve?" Bucky demanded, storming into the conference room where the team was still pulling themselves together. Steve opened his mouth to respond but Tony cut him off.
"It's just temporary, Barnes."
"She's not a goddamn prisoner. I'm letting her out." Bucky snapped.
"She wouldn't be in there if you hadn't told her I asked you to give her some space. You couldn't even do that right…Don't you think you've done enough damage?" Tony snarled.
"She wouldn't be in there at all if you hadn't put her there." Tony and Bucky got in each other's faces.
"Calm down boys," Natasha said, getting between them and pushing them apart.
"What's happening to her? Why does she keep jolting like that?" Clint asked, his eyes watching the screen on which the live feed from Stella's cell was displayed.
"Tony put her bracelets on her," Steve bit out. "The ones that shock her to control her power." He was clearly furious.
"You did WHAT?" Natasha rounded on the man.
"I had to! She was out of control, she attacked you!" Tony deflected.
"She didn't hurt me," Natasha defended. She turned to Sam. "Did she hurt you Sam?"
"No," Sam said immediately.
"She easily could have hurt us with her power if she wanted to. But she didn't Tony. Stella isn't a sadist. She just wanted to leave."
"Whose idea even was it to use the damn bracelets in the first place?" Bucky asked. He rounded on Steve. "And you agreed to this?"
"It was Stella's decision Bucky." Steve said, though he looked sick.
"She's a person and she's been in pain for weeks," Bucky continued.
"Has it been that bad?" Bruce asked, coming forward and looking concerned.
"You've been electrocuting her in her sleep. No wonder she needed a break! She feels like a prisoner."
"Don't be dramatic. I know what's best for her," Tony interrupted.
"You know what's best for her?" Bucky repeated, clearly infuriated. "That's the same thing Hydra said when they punished me. And you know how they did that? Electrocution."
Stunned silence fell over the room.
"Don't you dare compare me to them," Tony said, though he looked unnerved.
"You could have talked to her and instead you locked her up and put a shock collar on her like an animal," Wanda interjected.
"She was trying to escape," Tony answered.
"She's not a prisoner!" Bucky yelled.
"I'm responsible for her. If she hurts someone, it's on me. I'm her father."
"Now you're going to start acting like a father?" Steve sneered.
"She's my kid. I'll decide what's best for her."
"You don't get to start acting like a father now. You haven't even been here." Natasha said, coming forward. "We're her family."
"She could've burned the entire compound down. The lawn looks like a war zone!" Tony was clearly getting overwhelmed by his lack of support.
"Who cares?" Steve snapped.
Everyone was on their feet, glaring at each other.
In the silence, Loki and Stella's conversation became audible over the speaker.
"God…he's egging her on," Natasha said, covering her mouth and walking over to the screen so she could see what was happening. They winced as Stella was knocked off her feet by the force of a shock.
"She's in the Goddamn cell. Take the fucking bracelet off her!" Steve shouted.
Everyone stared at him in surprise. They'd never heard Steve curse like that before, never seen him so enraged.
"She can escape through the outer perimeter, who's to say she can't do the same to the cells?"
"It's hurting her Tony! Take it off!" Wanda pleaded.
"How am I supposed to? It's not like I can get close enough to her when she's hysterical like this."
"Hysterical?" Natasha repeated indignantly.
"I'll do it," Steve volunteered. "Tell me how to take it off."
"The bracelet is keeping her powers in check."
Stella cried out in pain.
"It's hurting her!" Bucky yelled.
"She just needs to calm down and it'll stop!"
"How is she supposed to calm down when that thing won't stop shocking her?" Wanda demanded.
"It will work!"
"Can't you do anything about him?" Natasha asked Bruce, referring to Loki who was still taunting the girl.
"The cells aren't sound resistant," Bruce offered quietly. He looked nauseous.
"I'll shut him up myself," Thor said, striding to the door.
"Just let her out. We can contain her if we need to. We're the Goddamn Avengers, aren't we?" Sam said.
"Bucky!" Stella cried over the speaker. The room fell deathly silent. "Natasha. Wanda…Steve!" She begged, her voice ragged. "Please!"
"God…" Natasha said. She was crying. So were Wanda and Steve. It was horrible to listen to.
"Take them off now. I'm done asking." Steve said, moving to stand in front of Tony. He was tightly wound and ready for a fight if need be.
"You're over stepping Rogers," Tony warned.
"Take the fucking bracelets off Stark." Bucky said, standing beside Steve. He was pale and shaken, but determined. Wanda and Natasha flanked them.
"You're on thin ice Barnes."
"I don't give a fuck." The men glared at each other.
"You won't be able to control her," Tony cautioned.
"Tony, if you don't take the bracelets off, I will." Bruce said quietly. He had seen enough. They all had.
"…Fine," Tony snapped, seeming to realize he was without allies. He tossed the key to Steve.
"Who is she talking to?" Sam asked. He was watching Stella through the camera. The girl was staring into her own cell, her eyes locked on something…though there was nothing there. She froze suddenly, her head thrown back. Then she started seizing, collapsing as her legs gave out.
"Something's wrong. We need to get down there."
Natasha lowered the barrier while Steve rushed into the cell. He took the unconscious Stella in his arms. Her skin was burning hot and she was covered in sweat.
"Stella? Stella!" He tried to rouse her, but it was no good. His eyes flicked to where Loki was laying on his bed in the cell across from hers, looking entirely too innocent.
"What happened?" Steve demanded.
"I don't know. She just started seizing." Loki shrugged.
Steve pulled the key out of his pocket and unlocked the bracelets. They fell to the floor with a clatter, smoking passively.
The skin beneath them was mottled, raw and red. Steve brushed his fingers over the enflamed skin. The bracelets had scarred her, almost like burns…
"They weren't supposed to hurt her."
Steve looked up to see Tony lingering in the archway.
"Her powers, she must have fried them…" He said desperately.
"Stop making excuses." Steve snapped. "Bucky, get her to Bruce. See if he can find out what's wrong." Bucky nodded, picking up the girl delicately and rushing her to the hall. Steve stood, walking over to Loki's cell and standing before it.
"What happened?" He asked the God.
"I told you. I have no idea."
"You're lying."
"As you can see Captain, I'm quite incapable of doing anything to young Stark." Loki replied, gesturing to his surrounding cell. Steve watched him for another moment before turning away.
"The power is becoming too much for her."
"What?" Steve said, angling back to the man who'd spoken.
"She's crumbling under the weight of her abilities. I've seen it happen before," Loki said, sitting up.
"…As if I'd believe anything you said." Steve shot back.
"Ask my brother. He's seen it happen himself."
Steve looked at Thor who was standing beside him.
"Thor?"
The God seemed to be thinking something over in his head.
"Stella is nothing like Hela," He said finally.
"Who is Hela?" Steve asked.
"Our sister. She was sentenced to Hel by our father." Thor hesitated. "Her power corrupted her, drove her mad."
Steve didn't speak for a moment, processing this. Was that what was happening to the woman he loved?
"You'll see in due time." Loki said.
Steve couldn't process this right now. He needed to check on Stella. He took off for Bruce's lab, shooting a look at Thor and ignoring Tony completely. Thor followed shortly after.
Tony lingered, wringing his hands. The significance of his actions was weighing on him.
"What the hell is wrong with me?" He muttered, pacing the length of the cells. "She's my daughter for Chrissakes."
Loki watched from his cell, a slow smile forming on his face.
"Something wrong?" He queried.
Tony ignored him.
"Parenthood not all you thought it would be?" Loki continued.
"Stop talking. I need to think."
"Oh come on. What is it that's making your relationship so hard? Is it her powers? Perhaps you still have feelings for her mother?" Loki asked casually.
"Camilla is dead," Tony snapped. "I never knew her long enough to have feelings for her."
"Is your daughter's presence causing issues between you and the redhead then? What do they call her? Pepper?"
Tony strolled over to the partition so he was almost nose to nose with it.
"Don't. Talk about Pepper."
Loki smirked. "If not that, then what?"
Tony turned away, still lingering. The whole team was furious with him, he was utterly alone.
"Why did she have to choose him of all people?" He relented.
"Captain America?" Loki raised a brow. "You don't approve?"
"Not him. Rogers, I could understand at least…But Barnes?" Tony continued pacing in front of Loki's cell. Loki swelled with power, feeding off of Tony's pain.
"Ah…The other soldier. The one Hydra controls."
"So you agree? Hydra's still inside his mind." Tony said.
"Oh it took very little to break him," Loki continued, egging Tony on. "What they did to him doesn't just go away. It lingers. Forever."
"The team say it wasn't him that did it…" Tony said, his expression conflicted.
Loki raised a brow. There was something that he was missing…Stark clearly didn't like Barnes. As a matter of fact, he loathed him.
All he needed was a push.
Loki was better at this when he could touch his subjects. Not to mention he was still weak from projecting into Stella's cell. He gathered his power, mustering as much anger and pain as he could.
As Tony passed Loki released the ball of feelings. It coursed seamlessly through the cell wall, intangible yet dangerous. The energy melded with Tony, enveloping him like a hug.
The man ceased his pacing. His expression turned livid.
"Well?" Loki probed.
"He doesn't belong here." Tony muttered under his breath. "After what he did he doesn't belong anywhere."
"What can you do?"
Tony took off in the direction of the stairs. Loki grinned a Cheshire cat smile.
Bucky POV
Bucky sat at Stella's bedside, her limp hand gripped between his own.
The girl was still unconscious, the only indication of life the steady rise and fall of her chest as she breathed and the beep coming from her heartrate monitor.
He was an idiot for listening to Stark. If he'd never listened to the man, Stella would've told him sooner about the bracelets and he would've put a stop to it right away. Instead he'd given in, hoping this would be a step in the right direction to mending their relationship. Who was Bucky kidding? Their relationship was unsalvageable.
Now Stella was lying in a hospital bed after having been imprisoned. Only time would tell if she'd ever forgive the team. Bucky's gaze fell on the now scarred skin on her wrists; burns from the bracelets.
It wasn't likely.
Sensing another presence in the doorway, he looked up. Tony stepped inside, his gaze locked on Bucky.
"Where's Steve?" Bucky asked.
"Talking with Bruce."
Bucky's grip tightened on Stella's hand.
"You really think you care about her don't you?" Tony asked.
"Excuse me?"
"Do you honestly think you're capable of that? That the ability to love still exists inside you? After what they've done to you?" Tony stalked around the bed, so he was standing opposite Bucky. Bucky cased him from head to toe.
"I know what you're doing."
"Do you? You could never understand the things I'd do to protect her from you." Tony spat the last word.
"I get that you hate me Tony. And I'm so, so sorry for what I've done to you. To Howard and Maria."
"You could never understand my pain. Why I want to-, need to keep her away from you." Tony almost seemed deranged in his anger. His skin was sweaty, his eyes bulging.
Bucky stood. "Are you really trying to pretend that you care about Stella? After what you just did? Locking her up? Shocking her into submission?"
"I have her best interests at heart."
"Look at where those intentions got her," Bucky snapped, nodding towards Stella's still motionless form.
"At least I'm not the reason she'll never meet her grandparents. Don't you think you've done enough?"
"You can't scare me away from her."
"Do you honestly think you deserve her?"
Bucky took a step back.
He knew he didn't deserve her.
"What if you hurt her?" Tony continued, seeming to realize he hit a nerve.
"…I would never hurt her."
"It's only a matter of time. Just like you did my parents. Just like you've destroyed everything you touch. How many lives have you destroyed? How many families have you broken irreparably?"
Bucky took another step back.
What could he say to that? It was all true.
But he'd been under Hydra's control when he'd done those things. Isn't that what Steve had told him time and time again?
But he'd still done it. And the Winter Soldier still lived inside him. Waiting for a moment of weakness to take over, to kill.
"Leave. Don't ever come back." Tony snarled.
Bucky swallowed.
"Please let me wait until Stella wakes up. I need to make sure she's okay. She needs to understand why I'm leaving."
"No. It'll be cleaner this way." Tony turned to leave. "Be gone before she wakes up."
Bucky crumpled into the chair beside Stella. He glanced at her face, her sunken cheeks. He reached out to stroke one.
"I'm so sorry doll."
Steve POV
Steve had gone to the lab where Bruce was running an analysis on Stella's bloodwork. He'd checked on her first, of course. The girl had been resting under Bucky's watchful eye. He'd made the man swear to come get him if anything changed or she woke up.
Bucky hadn't looked good. Steve surmised that seeing what Stella had been subjecting herself to was weighing heavily on him and probably brought back some unpleasant memories from his time with Hydra.
While Steve would do anything for his friend, he couldn't worry about Bucky right now. He needed to make sure Stella got better and got the support she needed. Then he could focus on Bucky.
"What're the results of the bloodwork?" Steve asked.
"Her blood is in the centrifuge. I should be able to test it shortly." Bruce was sitting in front of his computer screens, his face heavy.
Not you too. Steve thought, seeing the man's expression.
"Steve." Bruce's eyes met his. "You have to know…I had no idea what the bracelets were doing to Stella. I knew how they worked of course but I never in a million years imagined…"
"I'm not the one you should be telling this to." Steve said as gently as he could under the circumstances. He still had mixed feelings regarding Bruce's involvement. "Tell it to Stella when she wakes up."
"I should have checked in on her. Tony and I got lost in the search for Hydra and it slipped off my radar. I feel awful."
"She'll understand Bruce."
Steve could tell his words were doing little to comfort Bruce, but he doubted anything other than talking to Stella would placate him.
"Can you pull up the footage of Stella's cell? I want to see what happened before she started seizing."
"Sure." Bruce seemed glad to be able to do something. He queued up the footage to a few moments before Stella's episode.
Loki's baiting of Stella replayed over the speakers.
Steve's fist clenched. His eyes slid shut in pain as Stella screamed his name, desperate with need.
"We all failed her," He murmured to himself. "I never should have let Tony put her down there."
"Steve you were in shock after what Tony had done. To use the bracelets on her in such a way..."
"It's no excuse. I'm her mentor. How could I let him do this?" He trailed off. "She's never going to forgive us for this."
Bruce didn't respond. The video continued playing. Steve forced himself to listen as Loki taunted Stella and her desperate pleas for help. As she crumbled to the ground and curled in on herself protectively.
Oh Sweetheart…Steve desperately wished he could turn back time; that he'd stormed down there and released her from her cell, that he'd beat Loki to a pulp, that he'd never let Tony lock her up in the first place.
Steve realized Loki's taunts had ceased. He leaned forward to get a closer look.
The video blurred, becoming grainy. Steve squinted. He could see Stella's mouth moving, but no words were coming out.
"Can you play that again?"
Bruce replayed the clip, but the footage remained unchanged. Something had warped the video.
"What happened to the clip?"
"I don't know. It's like the footage is corrupt or something interfered with the frequency." Bruce typed rapidly on the keyboard.
Steve watched the footage again, focused on Stella's lips.
"Who is she talking to? Loki?"
"She's not looking in the direction of his cell," Bruce answered.
"Pull up Loki's cell." Steve instructed.
Bruce did as told. The clip showed the God reclining on his bed staring up at the ceiling, seemingly oblivious to what was happening in the cell across from his.
Steve watched the side by sides of the footage. Stella was talking to someone…but who? There was no one inside her cell but her. In fact, it looked like she was talking to the wall.
Seemingly out of nowhere her head snapped back, frozen. Then she was falling to the ground, in the throes of a seizure.
"Something's off. Loki's attitude is too cavalier for what's happening in the cell across from his."
"Steve…"
"What?"
"I don't think Loki did this. How could he? He's trapped down there."
"What about the tampered footage?"
"We don't know for sure that it's tampered. It could just be a faulty camera feed."
"That was faulty at a very opportune time." Steve shook his head, trying to make sense of it. "What do you think happened Bruce?"
"This is all probably psychosomatic or stress related. She's been under a lot of strain lately and hasn't been sleeping. One of the symptoms of sleep deprivation is hallucinations, which would explain why she was talking to herself."
"And the seizure? Is that psychosomatic?"
"I'm hoping her bloodwork will tell us more but it's not unheard of for an unusually high amount of stress to cause a seizure."
"Is it common?"
"…No."
Steve debated telling Bruce about what Loki had said about the power becoming too much for Stella, but he decided to keep it to himself for now.
"And what about the faulty feed?"
"Stella fried the bracelets Tony and I made. My guess is the seizure caused her powers to go haywire which affected the feed."
"But how?"
"It probably got too hot inside the cell."
Steve looked down at the screen.
"I don't know Bruce…"
Something was off, Steve just wished he could see it.
"Okay, say you're right. Loki somehow tampered with the feed to Stella's cell from his own cell which he's been trapped in for months. For what aim? Why would he want to do that to Stella?"
"…I don't know," Steve said. "I just know something doesn't feel right."
"Steve…do you think the way you're feeling right now might be guilt related?"
"What?"
"Maybe you feel guilty that you didn't notice what Stella was going through so now you're trying to make up for it."
"Bruce, I'm telling you something is off here."
"Well, when Stella wakes up she'll be able to tell us what happened."
"Okay," Steve said, slightly mollified for the moment.
Bruce wasn't entirely wrong. Steve did feel guilty. How could he not see what was happening? He'd been so wrapped up in his own bullshit that he'd completely ignored the signs.
He wouldn't fail her again.
XXX
Turns out the bloodwork held no answers other than revealing Stella was low on some electrolytes and also slightly iron deficient.
Steve was returning to his room to change when he ran into Bucky waiting for the elevator. Steve coughed awkwardly to announce his presence.
"Buck."
"Steve."
"How's Stella doing?"
"No change. Natasha's in with her now. Did Bruce have any updates?"
"No. He thinks this is all stress related."
"You don't sound convinced."
"I'm not. But I don't know what else it could be." Steve sighed. "I guess we'll have to see what Stella says when she wakes up."
"Right." Bucky stared pointedly at the elevator doors. They opened and the two men stepped inside.
The first few moments started in silence as they ascended.
"I know things have been weird between us," Steve said because he couldn't help it.
"Steve…"
"Bucky please."
"I can't talk about this with you. Not now." Bucky ran a hand through his hair.
Steve knew what he meant.
Not with Stella lying in a hospital bed downstairs.
"Right. Of course…I just…" Steve trailed off. "I hope you know how much I care about you," He said, turning bright red.
"I never doubted that for a second Steve." Bucky finally looked at him and the pain in his blue eyes was so pronounced Steve wished he could stop the elevator and take the man in his arms.
"Bucky…"
"You know I care about you too, right? You and Stella are all I have."
Steve pulled the corner of his mouth up in a smile.
"Yeah, I know." And because he couldn't help himself he said, "If we can't talk now, when?"
"Someday. I hope."
The doors opened and the men stepped out, walking towards the residential wing.
"Steve…you love her don't you?"
"…I do," Steve said and it was the truth. He didn't understand everything about his feelings toward Bucky. The principles of his time held him back. But he knew he loved Stella.
"Good. She's gonna need you when she wakes up." With that Bucky turned and began walking toward his room.
"She needs you too, Buck."
Bucky froze, his back still turned. Then he continued down the hall without looking back.
Steve watched him go. He would make time for Bucky. To talk about what they'd put off for too long. To make sure he was okay after witnessing what Tony had done to Stella. But Steve had to give his focus to Stella right now. To make up for these past weeks when he'd failed her.
XXX
Steve returned downstairs minutes later to find Tony hovering outside Stella's recovery room. Steve stood beside him, staring inside at Stella's unmoving form. The heart rate monitor beeped steadily beside her.
They stood in silence for a few moments.
"She'll forgive me, won't she?" Tony asked finally. They still hadn't spoken since Steve snapped at him earlier.
"I don't know Tony."
"Tell me how to fix it." Tony turned to him and Steve had never seen this look in Tony's eye before. He was clearly desperate, distraught over what he'd done. "How do I get her to understand I had to?"
Steve shook his head at the man. He had no pity for him.
"Tony…I think the best thing you can do right now is leave the compound. Stella isn't going to forgive you anytime soon. She needs time to heal. Away from you."
"Talk to her for me," He beseeched. "She listens to you."
"I can't." Steve wouldn't do this for him. He'd always believed having Tony in her life would be the best thing for Stella. But he didn't know if that was the case anymore.
None of them were guiltless. She'd felt alone for weeks with no one to turn to, no one to tell how much she was suffering. How alone, how desperate must Stella have felt to run over glass, to fight her dearest friends to leave this place?
All Steve could do was try to be better. Try and be the person she needed these past few weeks. And that meant no more favors for Tony.
Tony looked inside at the girl. Natasha, who was sitting at Stella's bedside, saw them standing there and glared at Tony. She walked over and opened the door.
"Come inside Steve. You should be here when she wakes up."
Steve made to follow her.
"I mean it Tony. You should go."
And he turned his back on the man, closing the door behind him.
Bucky POV
Bucky stood outside the recovery room in the exact spot Tony had stood just hours before. He dropped his bag at his feet before stepping inside.
Steve was asleep at Stella's bedside, his head resting on the edge of her bed, her palm gripped in his.
Bucky watched them for a moment. It pained him to leave them, his best friend and the girl that he loved, but what choice did he have?
He pulled two letters out of his pocket, placing them next to Steve's unoccupied hand on the bed so he'd see them when he woke up. Bucky longed to touch him, to wake him up so Steve could stop him from leaving. But he didn't.
Bucky turned to Stella. There had been no progress, not yet. She'd been asleep since her seizure, catching up on the rest she desperately needed. Bucky wished he could wait until she woke up so he could say goodbye in person. At the same time he was glad she wasn't. He couldn't stand to see her heart break all over again and know he was the cause of it.
"I'm so sorry doll," He whispered. He leaned down and kissed her forehead. "I love you," He murmured. It was the first time he'd said it out loud.
And then he was gone.
A/N: Yes I know Tony is kind of the worst in this chapter. Per usual, he's the cause of all the Avengers problems. Also I know that emotional manipulation isn't one of Loki's powers in the movies but it doesn't seem like that much of a stretch since in Ragnarok he was able to see inside Valkyrie's mind. Please drop your thoughts in a review if you're liking the story so far! They really mean so much to me. Thanks for reading!
