bopdog111: We're here for seeing someone here guys. She was honestly a little hard to figure how to do her right, but thanks to StardustLive5, we managed to find the right Deck for her that works like how the other Bracelet Girls are.

Ulrich362: You and Stardust figured it out, but well... we'll figure out if things work here.

bopdog111: Well unless I'm mistaken this is the first filler chapter for the Interference series.

Ulrich362: Well... huh actually it might be.

bopdog111: And for the first we are seeing the Bracelet Girl of VRAINS doing her time dueling. She had seen her sister get infected with a virus by what looked like Zavala, so she would want to do something about it. At the same time, the Hanoi got a interesting message that Varis wants to take to his father.

Ulrich362: True, so let's see what happens. Enjoy the chapter.

"Father!"

A man in a lab coat was checking over some codes, and typing in when Varis appeared behind him looking urgent. The man turned over surprised seeing Varis looking like he needs something really important to inform this. This doesn't happen often, and the mission of destroying the Ignis is so important that they can't waste time on anything insignificant. If Varis is here then it really must be important.

"What is it, Varis?" the man questioned turning towards him.

"A message for you, directly from the LIGHT Ignis." Varis answered as he frowned. "Asking for a meeting immediately."

"What? The LIGHT Ignis?" the man asked with widen eyes. Then looking serious he held out his hand. "Give me the message."

Nodding Varis handed the man a card with information on how to get in contact with the LIGHT Ignis.

The man enlarged it reading it over. Seeing this he frowned suspiciously. "Why would the enemy want to discuss with us, after all we had done to them...?" He spent some time thinking. He isn't sure what the LIGHT Ignis is planning, and honestly, he knows about it through, and through, so he was for sure that it wouldn't contact him. But to contact him out of the blue like this...

Deciding to bite this bullet, he turned to Varis. "Are we gonna attend this meeting, Varis. But keep your guard up, it could be up to something."

"I understand." Varis nodded as the man entered in the provided codes and a screen appeared displaying a yellow creature with yellow eyes that looked eerily serious.

"Kiyoshi Kogami, and I assume that is Varis? Your son?" the figure questioned seeing them. "I appreciate your quick response, we have something to discuss."

"Tell us then, LIGHT Ignis." the man, Kiyoshi spoke towards him with crossed arms frowning.

"Our common enemy has appeared, you remember it well don't you?" the LIGHT Ignis questioned. "The Ignis were indeed created to be humanity's successor however that wasn't the only reason for our creation... there was a second, far more vital reason for all of it, forcing children to duel for their very lives, ensuring that each of us were capable of out dueling anyone who we faced."

His eyes narrowed as he looked directly into Kiyoshi's eyes.

"The reason that of the six Ignis only I was made aware of."

Kiyoshi's eyes widen hearing that. The second reason was not given out as mass panic can be made from it, and he had kept even his comrades, and son in the dark for it. This common enemy, the LIGHT Ignis spoke of is the same person who ruined his life, and had spent all this time to try figuring a way to stop him. And if he is here then...

"Father, what is it talking about?" Varis spoke to Kiyoshi left in the dark over what exactly the LIGHT Ignis just told them.

"I'll tell you about it when the time is right Varis." Kiyoshi spoke over simply before looking at the LIGHT Ignis. "Do you have any proof that he has manifested?"

"The Silent Heart beats." the LIGHT Ignis answered. Then he looked over towards the Hanoi leader. "Varis, you saw the dragon correct? The Link 4 Silent Heart Link Dragon used against the Hanoi?"

"Zavala?" Varis questioned hearing that remembering the person that used that dragon.

Like Playmaker, they know next to nothing about him, and Varis assumed they are just an annoyance in there operation for locating the Ignis or Cyberse cards, but when they captured the Ignis that is there key into Cyberse World they became a genuine threat. Now the LIGHT Ignis is interested onto Zavala? But why? Why is it speaking to his father that he's an enemy of there's?

"You know what that means Kiyoshi, after what happened if the Silent Heart is once again beating... how long until the threat returns? Can you afford to sit back like you did the first time?" the LIGHT Ignis questioned. Although he isn't fond of working with the people who are trying to kill him this alliance is important. "We were created as a failsafe, but unless you agree to hold off on hunting us down, and keep SOL Technologies at bay we can't do what you designed us to. As much as it sickens me, a truce is our only option to survive."

Kiyoshi hearing that thought it over looking troubled. It is true, the Ignis were a failsafe against this kind of threat. And when it happened back then, he just sat back, and let it happened. Well, he decided to do something about it, and developed the Ignis for the chance of stopping him the moment he returned. But the Simulations, he had seen had made him realize that he committed a grave mistake as humanity will be extinct by the Ignis rather then this threat.

But if this enemy did indeed return, it could mean trouble...

"Father, are you considering accepting it's offer? For all we know it could be-"

"Silence, Varis!" Kiyoshi spoke harshly to Varis who flinched not used to him raising his voice at him. Kiyoshi gives some more thought for a few more moments before he then turned to the LIGHT Ignis. "What you are speaking is really big indeed... however, I can't make a decision yet. As of now, we are unaware of the identity of who possesses the dragon, and don't know how to deal with it outside of Link VRAINS. And the simulations still speak that if you live humanity will be extinct, but if we do destroy you while it's around, it will destroy all us. So give us time to think your offer over. Our final decision will be the next time we meet, but be warned no matter what we choose you, and your kind are next."

Even if this common enemy are defeated, if the simulations don't change, it's up to the Hanoi to stop the Ignis. That is there pledge, and promise. And the LIGHT Ignis didn't get refused at least.

"Very well, a logical choice given the factors but I will leave you with one piece of advice. You should inform your son of the coming danger." the LIGHT Ignis mentioned as the screen shut off leaving Kiyoshi and Varis alone.

Kiyoshi looked down hearing this while Varis turned to him. "Father?"

"Varis... it should be about time, that you learn the truth. The truth, why the Ignis were created." Deciding to take the LIGHT Ignis' advice as he knows a bit now, Kiyoshi decided to reveal the truth to him.

"I understand father." Varis nodded turning to Kiyoshi.

"See Varis... would you believe me if I tell you this entire world, the world outside of Link VRAINS is only one piece of a world?" Kiyoshi asked him.

"One piece, what do you mean?" Varis questioned hearing that.

"This world is a piece of a single world that split to 6 counterparts." Kiyoshi told him. "I am a resident of this single world, The Original Dimension."

Varis's eyes widened hearing that. "Six counterparts?"

"Ritual, Fusion, Synchro, Xyz, Link, Tribute... all of them are different summoning methods, and they each are the namesakes of each of these Dimensions." Kiyoshi explained towards him. "There existed a man within the Original Dimension named Leo Akaba, he developed the Solid Tech Vision that we had left in place of Link VRAINS when it was released. His design had allowed us to feel, touch, and interact with monsters as if they are really there. It was a Golden Age as us able to interact with our monsters allowed us to duel in ways we can only dreamed of. And there was one duelist, who stood above the rest named Zarc."

Zarc, Varis couldn't explain why but just the name sent a chill down his spine... as though just saying it was pure evil.

"He was the best duelist within the Original Dimension, he had wielded dragons, special dragons as the strongest ones of every summon method. He always amazes the crowd with his skills, and willing to put on a show for others. However one day in a duel, he had accidentally injured one of his opponents... but the crowd didn't care they wanted more violence." Kiyoshi frowned over his face darkening as he told Varis the truth. "Since that happened, Zarc began a violet conquest to be the best, all who challenged him were defeated, and were even hospitalized. Soon no-one was left to challenge him, but he wasn't finished. So he unleashed his dragons onto the innocent civilians."

"That... what happened?" Varis questioned as he had a bad feeling but he needed to hear it.

"He didn't stop destroying... everything was left to ruin where he went... but he had combined together with his dragons. Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon, Starving Venom Fusion Dragon, Clear Wing Synchro Dragon, Odd-Eyes Dragon, Forgotten Soul Ritual Dragon, and lastly Silent Heart Link Dragon all formed together into one being." Kiyoshi looked at him as he reveals a picture he kept locked in his gallery. "Supreme King Z-ARC!"

The picture was revealed showing a large shadowed black, and green dragon with red eyes attacking a destroyed city with large wings. Varis's eyes widened seeing the dragon as he physically trembled, despite it only being a picture the sense of dread from that dragon was enough to freeze him completely in fear, a reaction that Kiyoshi had seen countless times and experienced himself firsthand.

"We were all powerless when it was formed. Some of us believed, that the nightmare will never end, and we are all destined to be destroyed... but someone found a way, from what I seen some woman had appeared, and used some spell cards to split Zarc, and the Original Dimension apart." Kiyoshi explained to Varis before making the picture vanish. "I had awoken here, and I appear to be the only one here. From that day, I swore to make up for my inaction, and spent all my time trying to develop the Ignis for them to be the ones to stop Zarc if he ever returns. The part where they be Humanity's Successor was another reason, and a cover-up for the real reason, but when I checked the Simulations, I knew I created another threat. But if Zarc really did returned, this alliance must be the only option we had to stop him."

"And Zavala has one of those dragons, which means he's connected to Zarc?" Varis realized before frowning. "Then we have no need to align with the Ignis, Zavala and Playmaker are connected which means if we can deal with them we can destroy his dragon and avoid another catastrophe."

"We have time to decide to accept, the LIGHT Ignis' offer or not. For now Varis keep a close eye on Zavala, and inform me if anything happens. This just means that Zavala is the bigger target, not the Ignis." Kiyoshi instructed him.

"Of course father." Varis nodded as he vanished leaving Kiysohi alone with his thoughts.

At the same time at Den City High School...

Yuta and Yusaku were running to the roof to try and find Skye, only to arrive and find that her body was missing.

"Where is Skye?" Yuta asked worried looking around.

"I have no idea, someone got to her before us." Yusaku frowned. "We should head to the hospital, just in case."

Yuta nodded as they both ran out making a beeline straight to the hospital. After leaving Link VRAINS from the duel, they headed to where they can find Skye so they can help her. If her body isn't here then someone already discovered her by now, and they need to see if she's alright.

From the distance they arrived at the hospital, and the receptionist looked over. "Evening. Can I help you?"

"We need to know the condition of a patient."

"Of course, who is it?"

"Skye Zaizen."

The receptionist blinked in shock hearing that. "Miss Zaizen was just admitted, her sister brought her here."

"Sister?" Yusaku blinked hearing that. "I see, thank you."

He then turned to leave.

"Wait, Yusaku we should still check on her!" Yuta spoke towards him. Guilt racked in his mind from what had happened so he wanted to see Skye personally if she's alright, and besides he won't feel better unless he knows for sure she'll be fine.

"I know, I was just letting Cal know we'll be late." Yusaku explained.

Yuta slowly nodded as Yusaku walked out before Yuta turned to the receptionist. "Where is her room?"

"120."

"Thank you." Yuta nodded as after a moment Yusaku came back in.

"He said it's fine and that we can meet him when we're done here." Yusaku explained.

Yuta nodded as they both headed off together heading to the designated room number. After the elevator opened they both ran together heading over quick. They see someone waiting outside worried, and when she heard the running footsteps turned over blinking.

Seeing them she blinked. "You both are... Yuta, and Yusaku aren't you?"

"That's right, we recently joined the dueling club, and when we heard Skye wasn't feeling well we wanted to check on her... how is she?" Yuta asked turning to look at the door.

The girl frowned looking over towards the door. "Not well... all attempts to log her out of Link VRAINS ended in failure." She then looked angry punching her hand. "It was all that Zavala's fault! He put her through this!"

Yuta frowned. "Zavala, what do you mean? Why would he attack Skye?"

"I don't know... but he had done something to her." the girl spoke upon remembering that Skye's persona as Blue Angel is a secret. "And I will have him release her from his control!" Then she gritted her teeth. "And to hell what Akira says, she's my sister, and I will help her out!" That said she stomped out leaving them alone.

"Didn't know Blue Angel had a sister." Ai spoke from Yusaku's Duel Disk.

"Quiet." Yusaku whispered before turning to the girl. "I understand your feeling but there is another explanation, and I have three reasons its the more likely one."

He sees she already left. He frowned at that. "We should head to Cal."

Yuta nodded as they turned to walk out only to nearly bump into Akira Zaizen himself.

"Oh sorry, I almost bumped into you." Akira apologized that he almost ran into them from him rushing here after Emperor told him to go. "This is Skye's room isn't it?" They nodded as he looked around before looking at them. "Was there another girl here?"

"Yes, she just left." Yuta nodded.

"Iris..." Akira let out a frustrated growl with his teeth together rubbing his head hearing that before he nodded. "Thank you for coming to check on Skye, but I must ask you two to head back home. She'll be fine, once they find what is wrong."

Yusaku nodded as they left. Arriving at Cafe Nom, they are alone with Cal who turned over to them. "Well? How is she?"

"In the hospital, her sister brought her in." Yuta answered before frowning. "And... she's blaming Zavala instead of the Hanoi.

"Well, I can't blame her. A virus activated during the duel, and she was dueling Zavala. Although the Hanoi are the ones who gave it to her." Cal admitted to them. Then he shrugged. "Well give her some time, and she'll calm down."

"I'm not sure if that will work, from Zaizen's response when she left, she seemed to be the type to get into trouble." Yusaku spoke to them.

"The Hanoi might go after her." Yuta frowned.

"Yeah, that is a possibility..."

"So what is she gonna do. She's probably all bark, and no bite!" Ai spoke over to them not thinking Iris is someone they need to worry about.

"I doubt that, we should be cautious." Yusaku frowned.

At the Zaizen Residence...

Iris burst into the house walking in telling to the robot butler. "Ignore all calls from Akira Zaizen to me. I got some important business to do."

"Yes miss Iris." the robot nodded.

Arriving into Skye's room she readied herself laying down on Skye's bed. "Skye... I WILL avenge you!" She readies herself raising her Duel Disk. "INTO THE VRAINS!" The Duel Disk glowed bright as her mind transferred to Link VRAINS while she herself changed in appearance.

At that her hair glowed changing into a long rainbow colored mane in several hair ties. Her eyes changed from pink to red while her outfit evolved. She is wearing a flowing white gown with a matching color sash around her waist, and sparkled stars around the bottom of it. Alongside it were pink glass slippers with a flower onto each of them. Her Bracelet is still on her wrist, and she gained freckles on her face. Lastly she is wearing white fingerless gloves with a star like her gown does readying as she got on a cloud like Duel Board flying into Link VRAINS. Looking around she finds the people she tried looking for. "Hey, you two!" She flew down to which the people she is looking for is the frog avatar, and the bird, the same reporters trying to find Playmaker, and Zavala.

"Huh, who are you?" the frog questioned.

"I've never seen her boss." the pigeon admitted.

"My name is Fiora, and I am someone close to Blue Angel. I am also a less known budding Charisma Duelist." Iris spoke towards the two. "Now you two, you're budding reporters right?"

"Budding, I'll have you know I'm one of the best reporters in Link VRAINS. What did you want us to promote you or something, shouldn't you talk with SOL Technologies about that?" the frog questioned.

"I can give you a check of 10 thousand right now, if you work with me for something." Fiora isn't in the mood for games so she worked with bribing them for what she has in mind.

"Ten thousand? What's the catch?" the frog questioned. The money was tempting but he wants to be sure there aren't tricks. "You're not with the Knights of Hanoi are you?"

"No. But I have a score to settle with Zavala... and I need you two to scoop that I am challenging him, and will not take no for an answer. And you will also film the duel." Fiora spoke towards them.

Both of there eyes sparkle. 10 thousand dollars? And a chance to interview/catch a duel with Zavala, and Playmaker? Oh the perfect gig to go over! And all they have to do is first have her challenge be broadcasted where Zavala will need to come? Easy!

"Consider it done young lady, though... if he's anything like Playmaker I doubt he'll accept." the frog mentioned to her. "We can't exactly force him to show up, nobody knows who either of them are."

"He will come, I'm sure of it." Fiora held her hand staring at her Bracelet seeing it glowing a bit. Both here, and the real world, she knows that whenever acts like this, she is sure something will happen. And now she hopes it's her duel with Zavala. So she looked at the two. "Okay, which of you uses the camera start filming, and get it broadcasted live for everyone at Den City to see!"

"Yes miss!" the pigeon nodded. He readied in position before his camera blinked. "Rolling!"

At Den City all the TVs, and news apps turned to static surprising everyone before Fiora appeared looking serious with her hands at her hips. "Zavala!"

Everyone looked at the screen wondering who this girl was.

"I am Fiora, a Charisma Duelist hopeful who will one day join them. But a while ago, you had brought a virus onto Blue Angel! She was my dear friend, and you made the grave mistake in infecting her with some type of virus, when she had done nothing to you!" She pointed at the camera as if at Zavala himself. "So now, you have a debt with me, and it's time I collect it! We duel here, and now, and I am not taking no for an answer! Don't keep me waiting for you!" She then nodded towards the pigeon. "Alright, cut it off."

The feed ended as the frog frowned.

"What happens if he doesn't show up?" he asked her.

"Oh he will... I know he will." Fiora spoke crossing her arms starting the waiting game.

At Cafe Nom they all seen the broadcast over. Now a friend of Blue Angel is after them? Yusaku felt annoyed that first it was Gore that pretended to a Hanoi to get after them, Blue Angel who challenged him that he had no benefits for but later a Hanoi virus infected her, and now Fiora is challenging Zavala thinking they are the ones who infected her. They need to focus on there mission.

For Yuta he was contemplating what to do... a part of him feels guilt for letting Blue Angel get infected, and his inactivity to do anything to rescue her to keep her from getting in a coma, and now a friend of Blue Angel's is challenging him. And she's not gonna stop until she's satisfied.

"Zavala, what are you gonna do?" Cal turned towards him wondering what he'll do.

Yuta gets some time to think before he heard a roar in his head that he blinked looking at Silent Heart's card he pulled out. 'Are you sure, you wanna battle with her? We don't have too...'

"I don't think it's a good idea, we don't want too much attention after all." Cal pointed out.

Yuta ignored him focusing on Silent Heart who he is talking too in his mind. Ai staring at this blinked before he turned to Yusaku. "Why is he staring at a card like that?"

"Yuta has... a special connection to his dragon." Yusaku explained towards Ai. "I'm not sure exactly why they talk to each other in there minds like that."

"Talking in each other's minds, that's strange." Ai frowned. "Are you sure he's all-"

"Cal, I'm going in." Yuta mentioned suddenly.

"What?" Cal asked blinking hearing that. "Yuta, it probably be best to leave her alone. She thinks you're the one who hurt Blue Angel, and we still need to find out what the Hanoi want her for."

"I know, but I need to explain that to her in person and... there's something else about her." Yuta admitted.

Yusaku frowned, and while he thinks it's a bad idea, his instincts are telling him he should be there. So he raised up. "I'll head in with you. Just in case she's not alone."

"Hold on, what if this is a trap by SOL Technologies or the Knights of Hanoi?" Cal frowned.

"Yuta looks like he will take that chance. If it is then there are 3 reasons why we should." Yusaku raised his fingers. "1. If it is a Hanoi trap, we can get information what they wanted Blue Angel, and now Fiora for. 2. If it's a trap by SOL Technologies, we can figure out what they want Ai for. And 3. We can get better against what tricks, or abilities they gained, and learned from them."

Cal sighed. "Well, just be careful and this time take the back door if you need it!"

"No promises." Yuta spoke as they walked readying over calling. "INTO THE VRAINS!" They both glowed there minds transferring over to Link VRAINS.

With Fiora she is sitting at the edge of the building having passed 5 minutes already. Frog, and Pigeon are waiting also but feeling a bit impatient about waiting over. Pigeon whispered to Frog, "Hey boss, should we bail? I don't think Zavala is coming."

"What, leave before they show up! No, I just know if we leave, they will show up, and we will miss an opportunity!" Frog snapped towards him. "We are staying as long as it takes here!" He then checked a imaginary watch which he sighed. "Well... at least until dinner."

"20 thousand, if you stay with me the whole way, and keep quiet." Fiora spoke up suddenly as a way to both get some peace growing annoyed from there conversation, and have them stay.

"Consider our traps, shut." Frog mentioned.

"Good." Fiora looked up waiting more. She knows Zavala will show up, her Bracelet was never wrong when it glowed, so it can't be wrong now.

While waiting she notices something. Squinting her eyes she sees two figures flying over. She widen her eyes before grinning standing up. "They're here." They watched as nearby on the building Zavala, and Playmaker jumped down in front of her looking over. "Zavala... Playmaker..."

"Are you Fiora?" Zavala asked her calmly.

"Yes, I am Fiora." Fiora glared over towards them. "I can see you came here as soon as my broadcast came out. Now I can have you regret for what you did to Blue Angel."

"I didn't hurt her, it was a Hanoi virus... if I didn't end the duel it could have been much worse." Zavala told Fiora. "They're the ones who hurt your friend."

"Still you are the one who put her in a coma." Fiora glared over at him. "Even if the Hanoi placed that virus, you are the one who had it activate. And that makes you just as guilty!"

"Sounds like she has anger issues." Ai spoke bluntly from his position at Playmaker's Duel Disk.

"Now I hope your ready Zavala, cause I will beat you here, and now!" Fiora spoke to Zavala who narrowed his eyes. 'And once I beat him here, my way of being a Charisma Duelist will be closer, and I can be with Skye once she's cured. Of course, I need to beat him first.' "But Zavala, we are having a change on it."

"A change?" Zavala asked her.

"No more Speed Dueling here. We are having a Master Duel!" Fiora called as a field appeared in between them. "Here in Master Duels, the Monster, and Spell & Trap Zones are extended to 5, and we have 5 cards in our starting hands. There is a Main Phase 2, and we don't use Skills here. Master Duels can bring out the true abilities of Link Monsters, so I can face you with all the strength you have." Then she turned her eyes over. "If you two are ready to start filming, go ahead, and start."

"Right." the frog nodded as the pigeon started filming.

"A Master Duel? That's different." Playmaker noted.

"I can handle this." Zavala readied over. 'This will be a bit interesting but I'm ready...'

"MASTER DUEL!"

Meanwhile...

"Akira! Akira!" Hayami was running over with a tablet at Akira at the hospital who just exited Skye's room so he was unaware of what just happened which he turned seeing her.

"Hayami, what is it?" Akira asked her.

"Here, you need to see this!" Hayami handed him the tablet that has a video paused on it.

Pressing play upon recognizing Fiora it played where he sees her declaration for challenging Zavala for Blue Angel's coma.

"Iris? What is she thinking?" Akira frowned. "I'm heading to log her out before she gets hurt."

"Sir... I'm afraid that isn't possible." Hayami admitted over to him which he looked at her wondering what she means. "Bishop... he... had a code placed on the sector they are in. As long as they are on the building they are dueling on, they are prevented from logging out."

Akira's eyes widened. "What!?"

"I'm sorry, Bishop told me to just keep an eye, and protect the code." Hayami spoke apologizing. Akira ran passed her to head back to SOL Technologies as fast as he can. "Akira!" She ran after him to head back.

Back at the duel...

Fiora 1st Turn:

"I'll be going first!" Fiora called over to Zavala already forming her strategy. "And I will start with this! The Weather Forecast!" A spell appeared before it glowed where they looked around seeing the area changing that they don't see with most Field Spells often anymore. They appeared in a cloud like area where several monsters looking like girls are floating on clouds just giving out elements with the sun blaring above them.

"Huh, what kind of deck is this?" Ai asked Playmaker.

"I don't know, I've never heard of it before... then again, it's likely a powerful one." Playmaker answered.

"When it activates, I take 1 The Weather Spell or Trap card, and place it on the field!" Taking her selected card she showed it. "The Trap Card, The Weather Rainbowed Canvas!" Alongside the trap appearing, her gown also turned into a rainbow color like her hair.

"Huh, wait a second you can put a trap card face-up without setting it first?" Zavala questioned.

"Under normal conditions however from my Field Spell, I can place on the field without setting it from my Deck." Fiora spoke to him before taking another card. "Next, I summon this little artist! The Weather Painter Thunder!"

From that raising from the clouds was a small girl. Fiora's gown turned orange with a yellow thunderbolt on it as the girl grinned over readying herself. The girl was a young girl with red hair having purple tips around with all yellow eyes, red ears on her head, with purple boot like shoes having a yellow thunder bolt on them with a bead necklace black tank top, and a large hoodie that's somewhat brown with purple clouds at the bottom with thunderbolts on it. In her arms was a large oversized crayon that has a clear tip with a thunderbolt in it.

"Next, I activate the effect of The Weather Forecast!" Fiora raised an arm as her field spell glowed bright. "Once every turn, I can summon another painter of the clouds from my hand even if I already summoned!"

"Two summons in one turn, that's going to be a problem." Ai admitted.

"Maybe." Playmaker noted thoughtfully.

"Now come, the Weather Painter Cloud!" Fiora's gown changed to green with white clouds around as clouds rose showing another girl who smiled readying on the field.

This one has green hair in a ponytail with clouds around her while wearing a green coat under a white undershirt, and blue green shoes with clouds on them. She is holding a large old-fashioned ink pen that is blue, and black swirled.

"She changed the weather, why would she do that?" Ai questioned.

"Then I activate Painter Cloud's effect! She digs back a Weather to place it back!" Painter Cloud reached in the graveyard pulling out a canvas she smiled before raising it where Rainbowed Canvas appeared back on the field.

The Weather Rainbowed Canvas: (face-up/Middle Spell & Trap Zone)

"Whoa, this girl is good, she might even beat Playmaker and Zavala... make sure you don't stop filming!" the frog told the pigeon.

"Now I activate a new Canvas! The Weather Sunny Canvas!" Both Cloud, and Thunder worked onto a new painting before presenting it with proud smiles.

"And now appear the Circuit of the Weather!" Fiora rose an arm as the circuit appeared above her. "The summoning conditions are three The Weather monsters!"

While both Zavala, and Playmaker blinked from this Ai was the only one who argued from this. "Time out! You only have two monsters!"

"Yes I do... however, I still got enough cards to use." Fiora spoke as her Field Spell glowed. "Except of using just monsters, The Weather Forecast allows me to use my Spells and Traps as well!"

"Wait what!?" Zavala cried in shock hearing that. He never heard of this method of Link Summoning so that is quite surprising. "Spell and Trap cards as Link Materials!?"

"I set the Weather Painter Thunder, and Rainbowed, and Sunny Canvases! I set them in the Link Markers!" The monster, and two cards flew up entering the bottom arrows.

"Within the Rainbow is the skilled artisan who constructs the Weather in nature! She then rises to form the Rainbow itself! Link Summon! Link 3, The Weather Painter Rainbow!"

Fiora's gown charged to complete white with a Rainbow on it. From the Link Circuit lowered a rainbow as something lowered down that they all watched in awe. It was a long haired woman with blonde hair with a blue tuff at the front held by a hairband. She is wearing a gray cloak on her form while she holds a painter's palette on her hand. She then grinned as she materialized 7 paint tubes each a different color as they spurt light from the Rainbow.

"She's... beautiful." Zavala admitted.

"Link 3 at turn one, and with Spells and Traps... it's possible to Link Summon without monsters?" Playmaker questioned not sure if what he saw was real, and hardly anything takes him by surprise.

"So... Zavala can handle this... right?" Ai asked nervously.

"I place 1 card down to end my turn for now." Fiora sets a card ending her turn for now. She then glared at Zavala. "It's your turn Zavala. But let me warn you, you hold back, you will regret it."

Zavala 1st Turn:

"I won't." Zavala drew to start his turn.

'Be careful Zavala, there's something strange about her.' Playmaker thought.

Zavala checked over his hand seeing what to do. This girl certainly knows what she is doing, Link 3 at turn one, setting up a Master Duel, and get her Field ready for something like this. He hasn't sure what else she can do, since she haven't revealed what her Spells and Traps card do yet, so he needs to be ready in case they are disruption effects...

Seeing his hand, Zavala takes a card. "Alright here I come! Guardian Ghost!" At that Guardian Ghost rose in front of him blinking it's eye.

"Perfect, now he can squash that Link Monster of hers, the sooner we finish this the better." Ai mentioned.

"I doubt it's that simple." Playmaker frowned.

"Alright, Titan Guardian! Attack the Weather Painter Rainbow with Sweet Business!" Titan Guardian raised the gattling gun rifle readying before starting to fire a barrage of bullets towards her.

"Mistake! I activate the Weather Cloudy Canvas' effect!" Fiora called as her continuous spell glowed on the field. "It allows any monster within my Main Monster Zone in the same column or beside that monster to use an effect!"

"What?" Zavala questioned.

"So I banish Painter Cloud to use it's effect!" Painter Cloud grinned waving before jumping into the canvas. "So now Titan Guardian's attack points are cut in half for the turn!"

Titan Guardian was enveloped in clouds as the interference made him lose focus.

Titan Guardian: (ATK: 3000 / 2 = 1500/Can attack directly)

Ai's eyes widened. "Wait, but that makes her monster more powerful!"

"On the otherhand, you're allowed to attack directly now." Fiora spoke towards Zavala which made him blink. Titan Guardian able to see Fiora aimed the Sweet Business rifle firing over blasting Fiora who grunted loud from the barrage of bullets looking over. (Fiora: 2500/Hand: 0)

"I should have known she'd lose, still an up close video of Zavala's dueling talent is still worth filming." the frog mentioned dejected only to pause as his eyes widened. "Wait a second forget the duel! Hey Playmaker, I need to interview you!"

"Not interested." Playmaker shot down the interview offer. "If Zavala loses, then I will but that's a big if, don't take your client out yet, she has something up her sleeve if she was willing to take all that damage for her monster."

"Hey, whose side are you on?" Ai questioned Playmaker hearing that.

Fiora raise up glaring over towards Zavala determined while Zavala stared over surprised. He hadn't seen much people who are willing to take large hits for there cards, but she had done so. Which means she had a strong bond with her cards... he respects those who are willing to defend there cards while taking some damage like she done. So he nodded checking over. "Okay. He takes his selected card showing Clip Ghost before then raising an arm. "And as I did so, the effect of Titan then deals you damage equal to the Defense Points of that monster!"

Titan Guardian pulled out a grenade throwing it landing in front of Fiora who blinked as it glowed before detonating that she shakes her head. (Fiora: 1500/Hand: 0) Zavala checks his hand before setting a card. "I end my turn here."

Her shoes are the same like her other painters except they are lighter blue with cotton snow like cuffs at the top, and she is wearing a sky blue like gown with the same cloak as Thunder but it's dark blue, and the clouds are darkened blue with dangling snowflakes on it. Watching the duel from SOL Technologies Akira frowned. "Iris, what are you doing?"

"She's the other sister, you have?" Emperor asked as he watched after he had been explained somewhat. Zavala grunted over before he raised his arm. "Alright then, but if you seen my duel with Blue Angel you would know my characteristic!" He raised an arm as Ogden Ghost opened it's shell glowing in light. "As the Guardian dies while the Ghost lives, it revives it back to battle!"

"I doubt she'd have forgotten that." Playmaker frowned.

"Yes, I wouldn't. I protected Painter Rainbow for a reason!" Zavala blinked as Fiora called over. "Alright Rainbow help out Aurora!"

Painter Rainbow grinned readying as she ready some paint over towards Painter Aurora who swiped her paintbrush striking Ogden Ghost who started shorting out before self-destructing as Painter Aurora then turned turning to light into one of Painter Rainbow's paint tubes.

"Wait, what just happened?" Ai questioned.

"The effect of Painter Rainbow. If a painter is linked to her, she gives them the effect where if a card effect is activated, they can banish themselves to negate the effect, and destroy that card." Fiora grinned over which Zavala widen his eyes from this. "Your signature ability is bringing back your Link Monsters the moment they are destroyed, and use them for higher Link plays! I found a way to cut that off from you!" Titan Guardian's body vanished since it can't be revived now.

"Wait but that means he's wide open!" Ai panicked again.

"And now Painter Rainbow attack him directly!" Painter Rainbow readied as the paint tubes readied aiming towards Zavala who braced himself from this attack. "Rainbow Paint Barrage!" The light blasted from the paint tubes striking Zavala all over who winced a bit backing off slightly before he looked up. (Zavala: 1900/Hand: 3) Fiora then called towards Zavala. Zavala looked up with a stare that Fiora blinked from the look. "You ready Fiora?"

"Why are you staring at me like that...?" Fiora asked wondering what his look is about feeling a bit nervous all of a sudden.

"You claim, you know my strategies... but you probably don't know the true strength here." Zavala raised his drawn card up. "The Field Spell, The Last City of Earth!"

"What?" she questioned at that.

At that around them they appeared on some sort of base where they see a large city around erected by a large wall while outside of it looked like a wasteland with darkness around. Floating above it was a damaged white orb, the same orb that was on Zavala's spells, and traps.

"That won't be enough." Fiora mentioned though she was looking at the monster cautiously.

"I know. Battle!" Zavala called before pointing. "Alright, Zavala attack Painter Rainbow!" Zavala aimed his rifle at the Link Monster.

Fiora grunted from this but called. "I activate effect of Cloudy Canvas from Painter Cloud! By banishing her, your monster loses half his points but can attack me directly!" Cloud waved smiling flying into the canvas.

Zavala: (ATK: 3600 / 2 = 1800/Can attack directly)

"Not again!" Ai frowned.

"I can take this up a notch! I activate Zavala's effect! During battle he gains points equal to the Defense Points of a Ghost on my field!" Zavala called as the Zavala on his field energized.

Akira's eyes widened hearing that as he was watching the duel. 'Emma, you need to make your move now!'

'That's 800 points... was he waiting for that? If that succeeds, and he attacks me afterward, I will lose!' Fiora thought with widen eyes realizing that Zavala placed her in a predicament. She was saving Painter Rainbow's effect for that Ghost but now she can't avoid it. Plus, she is having a feeling that using Rainbow Painter's effect is a bad idea, her instincts are telling her to not use Rainbow Painter's effect. So she decided the alternative. "Alright, I activate the effect of Cloudy Canvas that Aurora gained!" She notices her Bracelet glowing which lets her know she made the right decision. "So now Zavala is further weakened!" The move did take them off guard as Aurora vanished further weakening Zavala.

Zavala: (ATK: 1800 / 2 + 800 = 1700)

She didn't negate the effect with Rainbow Painter? Although, Akrooma Ghost will revive Zavala, she would still not take that much damage. But Playmaker, and the Zavala dueling both have different reactions on it.

'Did she somehow know that Ordeal of the Traveler prevents a Guardian or Ghost on my field from getting destroyed...?' Zavala thought that the odd move had prevented him from doing his final attack to end the duel there. If she used Rainbow Painter's effect to negate the effect, and destroy Zavala, the effect would be negated, but Ordeal of the Traveler banishes itself to keep Zavala on the field from being destroyed, and allow him to beat her with a direct attack. She's good, real good...

On the roof the mysterious observer got a message as her avatar began to change.

"Okay Zavala attack!" Zavala aimed before firing from his rifle that Fiora grunted stepping back. (Fiora: 0800/Hand: 0) Zavala on the field then takes a card. "Alright then, I shall use this! Fiora's eyes widened as her bracelet glowed even brighter.

"Appear the circuit of the Traveler!" The circuit appeared above them. "The summoning conditions are at least 3 Effect Monsters including a Link Monsters!" The three flew up entering the arrows as it glowed bright.

"Within the Heart of the World emerges the light shrouded in darkness! Now come forth to guide the light using the power of darkness! Link Summon! Come out, Silent Heart Link Dragon!"

Emerging was Zavala's signature card roaring loud above him as Fiora looked over with it above Zavala.

"His ace card, this duel is over now!" Ai cheered.

"Unfortunately from Traveler's Guidance's effect, I cannot summon another monster." Zavala said before pointing. "But I can take out your monster now! Go, Dark Heart-Break!" Silent Heart charged a blast readying before firing over piercing through Rainbow Painter who yelled loud destroyed while Fiora stepped back. (Fiora: 0700/Hand: 0)

She looked back up seeing it staring at her. Fiora isn't sure why... but seeing this dragon felt like something... sinister is staring at her. And isn't sure but she felt, she's kinda familiar about the dragon although she never seen it before.

"Nothing more, I can do here... I end my turn." Zavala ended his turn there.

Fiora 3rd Turn:

Fiora stared over as the dragon growled over towards her. She grunted over shaking her head... she can't get scared here, she can do this! She will win, and help Blue Angel. 'Alright keep it together, I'm still winning, I can do this!' She drew over. "I draw! And Painters Cloud, Snow, and Aurora are back again!" Said Painters rose up readying onto the field.

The Weather Painter Snow: (Attack Position/Rightmost Main Monster Zone/Gains effect from The Weather Cloudy Canvas, & The Weather Sunny Canvas)

"This duel is nearly over." Playmaker frowned.

"Yeah in your buddy's victory!"

Fiora ignored Ai before looking at Zavala. "You took out Painter Rainbow... not many people can do that... but she's not the only best card I have." Zavala blinked from that. "See for yourself! Again with The Weather Forecast, I can Link Summon using not just monsters but Spells and Traps on my field! Sunny, Rainbowed, and Cloudy Canvases!" The Link Circuit appeared as the three Spells and Trap flew up entering the bottom arrows.

"Wait what's she doing now?" Ai questioned.

"Within the Moon is the skilled artist who constructs the Rainbow even in night! She will then design the most beautiful Moon Rainbow to shroud the world in beautiful night! Link Summon! Link 3, The Weather Painter Moonbow!"

Fiora's gown charged to complete black with a yellow crescent moon on it forming a Rainbow. Moving down was a woman that is almost the same like Rainbow Painter but they can feel she is different. She has on a black gown with decorate golden pieces of a crescent moon over alongside blonde long hair with this time a black handled yellow bladed sword with a box of paint alongside the same tubes of paint.

"Moonbow now?" Ai frowned. "No problem Silent Heart will beat her."

"I hardly bring this card out, consider yourself lucky. Cause I can take you out now! I activate the effect of Painter Aurora that Moonbow gave her!" Fiora called as Aurora meditated as a purple rainbow appeared around Silent Heart as it looked around roaring. "By banishing her, I can banish a monster on your field until the next Standby Phase!"

"Wait what!?" Zevala cried as Silent Heart roared again. "No!"

Silent Heart vanished as Zavala stared in shock where his dragon used to be.

"Now for the big finish!" Fiora called as Zavala turned over grunting. "Moonbow finish him off! Moon Rainbow!"

Moonbow readied over. "Ah yeah! I'll double my pleasure by doubling your pain!" She readied the Paint Tubes as they glowed pink before blasting over at Zavala who yelled out landing on the ground beaten.

Fiora wins!

As the field vanished Fiora stared over with some breaths before she then smiled. "I... I did it..." She then cheered jumping up. "I did it! I beat Zavala!"

"Oh glitch, what are we going to do now?" Ai panicked.

"Boss, she actually did it!"

"Yeah, she did, I knew she would!" the frog grinned over from pigeon's shocked look. He then went to Fiora who turned to them. "Okay the 20 thousand right now, as promised!" He held out his hand.

Fiora stared before smiling. "Of course, you kept your end." She typed in before a check appeared that she placed in his hand.

"We're rich! Rich, rich, rich!" the frog, and pigeon hugged each other real happy that they became rich now from this. "What a day!" Suddenly pigeon taking a close look at the check noticed something odd. It does say 20 thousand... but in pennies.

"Um... boss, I think you should look at this." pigeon admitted nervously.

"Huh, what are you talking about?" Frog asked as he looked and his eyes widened as he turned to Fiora angrily. "What kind of joke is this!?"

"What?"

"What's the deal here! You said we have 20 thousand dollars here if we help!"

Fiora chuckled over from this. "Yes, I did say 20 thousand... but I never said 20 thousand DOLLARS. My allowance couldn't make up that kind of money so I save by pennies daily which that is something I can save." Both Frog, and Pigeon recall that from the entire time they are together that she said 10 thousand or 20 thousand but she never specified what kind it was. "But hey all those pennies are 200 dollars so which is still a bit of money."

"You tricked us!"

"I didn't trick you, you misinterpret what I meant by 20 thousand." Fiora spoke over with a sly grin.

"Uh... is that what you humans call a scam?" Ai questioned seeing this knowing for sure that is a cruel trick.

"It isn't nice to trick people, or to fight someone else's battles Fiora."

Hearing that they looked seeing someone jumping on the roof walking over. Fiora blinked over seeing her. "Blue Angel?" Indeed it was Blue Angel looking well out of her coma with her smile.

"Playmaker, Zevala." Blue Angel nodded seeing them. "We have some unfinished business."

Zavala, and Playmaker stared over towards her Zavala surprised while Playmaker stared at her a bit suspicious.

"Oh god Blue Angel!" Fiora called running over, and hugging her close. "Your out of your coma! But..." She pulled away looking at her. "How'd you recover so fast? I didn't get a chance to get the anti-virus yet."

"Fiora." Playmaker spoke over to her which she turned. "That's not the real Blue Angel, it's an imposter." He has a suspicious feeling about this Blue Angel, the real one is in a coma which takes a while to recover, and despite looking pretty convincing, he wasn't fooled.

Fiora widen her eyes looking towards 'Blue Angel'.

"Aw, what gave me away?" Blue Angel asked as her Avatar shifted only to throw a pair of flowers at Playmaker and Zavala which turned into skeletal hands that were squeezing them tightly as another figure appeared on the roof.

"Ah!" They both yelled as the building roof broke down having them all to the bottom floor where they see Blue Angel, the real one, laying down with a stained glass window.

Fiora shook her head turning seeing the identity of the Blue Angel imposter, and the person who just came in. She widen her eyes. "Ghost Gal? Akira?"

Ghost Gal was a woman with pink hair, and wearing a black short sleeved jumpsuit with purple gloves, and a mask on with purple bangs, and pink links on her jumpsuit.

Akira meanwhile looked like normal, nothing changed about his Avatar.

"Fiora get away from them." Akira told her simply as he clenched his fist coated in energy and the skeletal hands squeezed tighter. "What did you two do to Blue Angel?"

They noticed the unconscious Blue Angel was behind Akira and Ghost Gal. Zavala, and Playmaker grunted over in pain from the hands squeezing them tight. Zavala spoke over to try talking to them. "As... I told Fiora... at the start of our duel... The Hanoi were the ones... that really did something! They placed... a virus on her... intended for me, and Playmaker!"

"The Hanoi were nowhere near her." Akira glared tightening the grip even more.

"They planted a card in her Deck, that started the virus! When she used it, it activated! Zavala stopped it from doing more damage, then it was doing!" Ai spoken over instead of them to speak up when the pressure is getting too much for them to speak.

Fiora's eyes widened before they heard laughter.

"Who was that?" Akira looked around before a large lightning bolt struck the ground as they yelled backing up.

Looking over they see it was Varis himself as he rose up staring towards both Playmaker, and Zavala while ignoring the crowd behind him.

"You... You're a Knight of Hanoi aren't you?" Playmaker questioned seeing him, and can feel this one is stronger then all the others.

"Yes, I am... But I am the one, you two had been looking for." Varis smirked towards them. "I am Varis, the leader of the Knights of Hanoi!"

"The leader of...?" Playmaker's eyes widened in shock as Varis smirked though inwardly he was frowning as he stared at Zevala.

Zavala stared over in shock himself unaware of the way Varis is looking at him. The person they been looking for the whole time they worked together is now right in front of them. Time for some answers...

bopdog111: Well our method of keeping track of the Weather cards was a bit difficult the more cards there are but at least it worked out right?

Ulrich362: Definitely, but what is Varis planning?

bopdog111: Since he now knows of the Original Dimension, he will be on guard against Zavala here but his goals are the same at destroying the Ignis. Of course, with the agreement that Lightning (name not revealed here yet but we already know that is his name) offered to him, and his father, he be a bit more cautious here. It doesn't really change much until the Ignis Warfare Arc though.

Ulrich362: It doesn't change Varis's actions here, but it might change his motivation, and his later actions in this arc and the future arcs.

bopdog111: And that bit with Dr. Kogami explains another DETAIL that will come in the other Dimensions when we get there.

Ulrich362: Exactly, oh and as he mentioned Dr. Kogami does know of Zarc, he doesn't know about the girl who stopped him. That said, see you in the next chapter.

bopdog111: Be sure to review!
