Kanto, Route 1
The group of Ninja walked into and through a massive city. Skyscrapers and apartment buildings dotted the city.
"This blows the Land of Snow out of the water," Sakura said as they looked around the city.
They saw large vehicles that would go on four wheels around the city.
But they soon found what they were looking for.
It was a large white building with a large 'P' on it, resembling a Pokéball.
"So that must be a Pokémon Centre," Tenten said as they walked up and into the building before they found a woman behind the counter.
She was tall, with olive skin and pink hair, but her hair was lighter than Sakura's. She wore a light creamy pink nurse's outfit with a small apron.
"Hello, you four; I'm Nurse Joy, and I run the Veridien City Pokémon Centre," she told them as they approached her.
"Hello, I'm Naruto. I'm here to register Indigo League," Naruto said as the woman smiled at him. "Oh, and I sometimes go by Naruko," he said as the woman looked at him confused.
"Why is that?" Nurse Joy asked him.
"I'm genderfluid, and when I'm female, I go by Naruko," Naruto told her as she nodded at him,
"Alright then, if you scan your Pokédex right there, I can enter you into the league," The woman said as Naruto aimed his dex.

"Is anyone else looking to register for the league?" the woman asked, but they shook their heads.
"I would like to register for the contest circuit," Ino said. The woman nodded before telling Ino to do the same thing Naruto had done.

Downloading Data Please Wait...Downloading Data Please Wait...Downloading Data Please Wait...Downloading Data Please Wait...Downloading Data Please Wait...Ino Yamanaka is now a competitor in the Kanto Contest Circuit," Ino's dex said as a hologram of Ino appeared above the diamond face plate, showing five outlines next to it.
They walked over to the canteen and food, "So where to next?" Ino asked as Hinata pulled out a book.
"Na-na-naruto-kun's fi-first g-gym bat-battle is in Pewter City with th-the o-o-one he-here b-b-being th-the las-last one," Hinata told them as they raised a brow.
"So it sounds like we're heading for Route 2, then Viridian Forest before we get to Pewter City," Naruto said as the girls nodded at him.
"That sounds good," Tenten said as the Pokémon ate food beside them.
Well, the small ones did.
Oceanus, Naruto's Gyarados, had to have his food a little further away.
Land of Wood
Itachi walked around, following an Oto ninja before his partner walked up. "Itachi, what are you doing?" he asked as Itachi looked at him.
"Wiping out Oto," He replied as the shark man looked confused.
"Why are we not going after the Jinchūriki? That is our mission, so why are you going after Oto?" he asked as he looked at the teen.
"It is because of Oto that Naruto Uzumaki is lost; he has disappeared, and no one knows where he is; for all we know, he could be dead, so I am doing this to see if they know where he is," Itachi lied. Kisame nodded, and the two continued following the Oto ninja to the base.
They both broke in and started to kill everyone in their way, with the Oto ninja running from them but being cut down before they could even move.
When it was over and just as they were going to leave, Itachi pulled out a kunai and cut Kisame's throat as he started to bleed out, "What are you doing?" He asked as he tried to stop the bleeding.
"Unlike you, I do not see a point in that madman's mission and dream for the world," Itachi said as he looked at Kisame, turned on his Mangekyō Sharingan, and looked at the skinned man. So vanish, Amaterasu," he called out as black flames formed on Kisame's body. He started to scream in pain as the fire began to eat away at him.
"So you are turning on us?" Itachi heard behind him as he saw a humanoid with a flytrap-like head emerge from the ground.
Itachi looked over before an orange chakra blade formed out of the man's chest, "What did you do?" He asked as he looked down.
And out stepped a clone of Itachi, "I think you know the Sword of Totsuka that my Susanoo uses," Itachi said as he turned to look at Zetsu, who could not move. At the same time, Kisame burst to ash behind him, "It can seal away anything for the rest of time, and now that means you," He said as Zetsu was sucked into the blade.
But not before screaming out, "MOTHER!" And with that, he was gone.
The clone vanished. Itachi then looked at the burnt remains of Kiame before sealing away Samehada.
"It looks like my next stop is the Land of Water," he said sadly as he placed paper tags.
Kanto, Route 2, Viridian Forest
The group walked through a dense forest as they looked around, and Naruto had a look of peace on his face.
"Now this is beauty," Naruto said as he looked around with a calming slime on his face.
The girls did not know what to say when they saw the look on his face before they looked around the forest once more.
But their serine walk was stopped as two Pokémon walked out.
One was a Bulbasaur.
While the other was a short, chubby rodent Pokémon. It is covered in yellow fur with two horizontal brown stripes on its back. It has a small mouth, long, pointed ears, black tips, and brown eyes. Each cheek is a red circle that contains a pouch for electricity storage. It has short forearms with five fingers on each paw, and its feet have three toes. A patch of brown fur is at the base of its lightning bolt-shaped tail.
Naruto raised his arm and scanned the yellow one. "Dex Entry 25, Pikachu, the Mouse Pokémon, and the evolved form of Pichu; Its nature is to store up electricity. Forests where nests of Pikachu live are dangerous since the trees are so often struck by lightning, " the Pokédex told them.
"Hey, son of the wild, we challenge you to a fight," the Bulbasaur said as they sounded female to Naruto, who nodded.
"Alright then, Amaterasu, Diana, come on out," Naruto called out his two Pokémon.
Naruto then crossed his fingers and summoned a clone. "I'll lead Amaterasu; you lead Diana," he told his clone, who nodded.
"Tast my vine," The Bulbasaur called out as it sent out a vine whip at Amaterasu.
"Get in close and use slam," Naruto called out as Amatarsu moved around the vines as she advanced.
"Feel the thunder!" The Pikachu yelled out as he sent a blast of thunder at Diana.
"Move to the side and use Ice Fang," The Naruto clone called out as Diana rushed forward, chilling mist following off her teach.
"Take this," Amaterasu called out as she jumped in the air and swung her tail at Bulbasaur.
"Go cool off," Diana said as she bit down on Pikachu's tail as ice formed on the tail.
He then looked at Diana with big doll eyes as she stilled.
Pikachu then spun around and hit her with his tail.
"Take that you-" Pikachu was saying before he saw the look on Diana's face, "Well I'm fucked," He said as he started to shake.
"Diana, Play Rough," The Naruto clone said as the Poochyena jumped onto the Electric-type Pokémon and started to bite, scratch, and kick them.
"Not bad, but take this," Bulbasaur called out as her bulb glowed bright yellow and released multiple bright pink petals in a twister-like fashion at the opponent from the opening in its bulb.
"Use Ember to get rid of the pettles," Naruto called out as Amaterasu set out small pellets of fire that took out the pettles.
When Diana walked up to Naruto and sat down, the clone dispelled, and Naruto looked over and saw that the Pikachu had been knocked out.
So he tossed a Pokéball over and caught it.
"You have caught this Pikachu. This Pikachu is male with the ability of Static and the hidden ability of Lightning Rod. This Pikachu has the Tera type of Ghost. Turn the dial clockwise to see the moves that Pickachu knows," Naruto's dex told him as he looked down and back at Bulbasaur.
And it looked to be a stalemate.
"Amaterasu, use Dragon Rush and then Dragon Tail," Naruto called out as his Charmander nodded. Then, she started to give off a cyan aura in the shape of a dragon before she rushed forward.
"What the Reverse World?" Bulbasaur asked as Amaterasu was on her and knocked her back with a tackle.
Then she jumped into the air, swung her tail down, and hit Bulbasaur with a cyan-scaled tail.
Naruto narrowed his eyes before he tossed out a ball, and luckily, he caught the Bulbasaur. "You have caught this Bulbasaur. This Bulbasaur is a female with the ability to Overgrow and the hidden ability of Chlorophyll; this Bulbasaur has the Tera Type of Poison; turn the dial clockwise to see the moves that Bulbasaur knows," the synthetic voice of Artemis said as they then saw a boy walk out.
He wore jean shorts, a jest top, and sandals with a bug net. " Normally, I challenge people I see in the forest, but after seeing your skill today, I know I would lose, so I wish you luck in the future," he said before walking away.
"Well that was strange," Tenten muttered as they walked.
"So, we both now have a Bulbasaur, how are you going to train her?" Sakura asked as Naruto looked at her before he looked into the forest.
"I'm gonna train her so that she can handle gyms," Naruto told her as she nodded at him.
"I see. I'll help you out as much as I can," Sakura said with a smile.
"What's with her," Tenten whispered to Hinata, looking at the older girl.
"I th-think that-that Sakura i-is try t-to r-r-right the wron-wongs that her former future wa-was go-going t-t-to ma-make," Hinata stuttered out as Tenten nodded.
"I see," she muttered before she turned to Hinata. "We must get rid of that stutter, as it brings you down. I know some guys like the whole shy thing, but you need some confidence," Tenten told her as Ino nodded.
"That's so true, and I'll help, as I'm the one who brought Sakura out of her shell," she told the two of them, and they both looked at her before they shook their heads.
"No, I think that I can do this one," Tenten said as she saw the results of Ino's help.
They then found something called Diglett's Cave, so they all walked through the cave.
They passed groups of Pokémon that poked their heads out of the ground before they reached the other end of the cave, where the group found the first stop Naruto had to take, "So this is Pewter City," Sakura said as they walked in.
"Hey there, kids, do you want to buy something? " a man called out as he showed off gemstones.
And Naruto felt drawn to one of them.
Before he bought it and asked for the gym directions, it was a green, orange, and dark blue cat-eye marble.
