Chapter 29: A Brothers Love Part 1: Welcome to the Caribbean

The next day, everyone in the Apple Family farm was extremely worried for Spyro as he was beyond frantic trying to find Scootaloo, let alone the whole town when they learned what happened to the Princes little sister, foal napped by the pony that tried to kill the prince and now who knows what will happen. His friends came to the farm to check on him when they spotted Applejack and Big Mac outside collecting apples, but Spyro was no where to be found, believing he was talking with his master for an update on where Scootaloo was, so they walked up to the farm mare, who was coming out after putting away some apples.

"Any word?" Twilight asked.

"Afraid not Twilight." Applejack replied. "His master said they'd do everything they can to find her, but it ain't enough for him. He's out of his mind with worry. Ah'd be to if it was mah that got foal napped."

Everyone looked to the farm house, seeing a bright light in one of the windows that belonged to his room. They went inside to see if they can comfort him, walking up the stairs quietly and as they reached his door, they were about to open it when they heard his voice and the vice of his master.

"Still no update from Sora or Riku!?" Spyro exclaimed in worry.

"They are doing everything they can young prince." Master Yen Sid said. "You just need to be patient."

"I can't be patient at this point." He responded. "She's probably scared out of her mind right now. Who knows what that witch is doing to her."

"I understand your frustration my friend." Master yen Sid said. "Though, I do not understand why you wished to adopt an inhabitant of the world you are in."

"Does it matter why exactly?" He asked, frustration flaring in his eyes. "All that matters now is that I find her and bring her home safely, no matter what it takes."

Master Yen Sid could tell that his student meant what he said, seeing it in his eyes as they became Sith eyes, seeing the rage and frustration that is eminent in him. He looked to his right and flipped a page in a book, showing little emotion, but still understanding what he was feeling nonetheless.

"I promise you Spyro, we will find her." Master Yen Sid said. "And when we do, we'll let you know. For now, rest and relax yourself. Nothing can be accomplished when your mind is clouded by anger and frustration."

Master Yen Sid ended the call, the screen going black, seeing his own reflection, seeing the Sith eyes in the screen as his anger was high and his frustration was critical. He closed the tablet and put it back in his nightstand draw so as to not break it as he really did want to break something to at least try and calm down, but he knew it would be a waste of time and energy to do so. He just sat on the bed, pressing his hoof against his head, feeling his tears about to stream out of his eyes as his friends opened the door to his room, walking in to see him in his current state. They got closer and surrounded him, Twilight sitting on the bed with him as everyone else stood around the weeping prince to see if they could comfort him.

"It's not a good idea to be here right now." He said. "I'm not exactly of sound mind right now."

"We know darling." Rarity said. "We could hear you from the outside of the door. We just want to help."

"I appreciate you girls worrying about me, truly, I do." Spyro said. "But what I need to do right now is find Scootaloo and bring her home."

They wanted to help him relax to give his other friends time to look, but they didn't know what to do as he is too distracted from worry to work on the farm, he wouldn't come out of his room for anything and he was on his tablet all the time waiting for updates from his master of any information about the young filly. Rarity then walked over and used her forelegs to pull him to his hooves, having an idea as she lead him back to the day spa where she hoped a day there would help him to relax a bit and unwind before continuing his search. The Lotus twins got to work on the two of them, giving them the full treatment with massages, mud baths, and any other kind of treatment they had for helping ponies to relax from stress, especially if it concerned their sibling being foal napped.

When they had finished with the treatment, Rarity was feeling very refreshed and hoped Spyro was too, though he did admit it was relaxing, but his mind was still on Scootaloo, walking out of the spa and wondering around town, believing it was just a bad dream and wanted to wake up, find her in her bunk bed and trying to sleep throughout the day. Pinkie gave it a shot with Rainbow Dash, prancing ponies around town, hoping he'd get into it, even the town was informed of what they were doing and were purposefully falling for the obvious pranks, but it didn't seem to work as he just walked away, sadness filling his heart as he walked away. Fluttershy even brought over some of her animal friends to have some time with him, letting them surround him and lather him in kisses, which worked for a little bit, making Fluttershy smile, but he just became depressed again when he saw a couple of foals playing together near the river.

At the park, Spyro was sitting under a tree, looking out at the nearby park to see all the happy fillies and colts playing at the playground, on the swings, near the slides, on the merry go round, having a great day. He however felt a void in his heart, the emptiness of loosing his little sister after only having just adopted her some weeks ago, loosing her like that. He looked down to the ground, looking at the two flowers underneath him, one small and the other big, the same kind of flower, but its leaf was around the other, fate teasing him as tears rolled down his face, having reached his breaking point. The girls were nearby, watching him as he broke down, letting himself cry as sorrow filled his heart, hating to see their friend in such a state, but they didn't;t know what else to do.

"It's no use girls." Applejack said. "He ain't gonna be happy until he learns where Scootaloo is at. Best we can do is let him be for the time being. Hopefully we'll learn something in the morning."

The girls left to return home, leaving Spyro alone in the park, leaving him alone in the park as he let himself be vulnerable, let his emotions out as he cried for his little sister, spending hours there as the sun was setting, night coming to the land of Equestria. He returned back to the farm, head hung low as he walked in, the apples already eating dinner as he walked in, but he didn't join them as he walked past the table full of food and went back up to his room, the Apples getting more and more worried for him as the day went by.

"We need to do something." Apple Bloom said. "We can't leave him like this."

"Ah'm afraid there isn't much we can do little sis." Applejack said. "The only thing we can do is hope and pray that his friends find Scootaloo."

Everyone sat in silence, eating their dinner, but the atmosphere at the table was bleak and not as happy as it was before, not the same without their friend joining them. Applejack decided to take him some dinner, filling a tray full of food and carrying it in her mouth as she went up, being careful not to trip and spill the food as she approached his room. She knocked on his door and opened it, finding him in his bed, looking out the window, not even acknowledging her as she walked past him, placing his dinner on the nightstand.

"Spyro... sugarcube." Applejack said, seeing the depression in his eyes. "Ah brought you some food. Ya need to keep up your strength for when they find her."

"If they find her." Spyro responded, using his magic to bring the tray to him. "Knowing May, she probably found a way to keep the her hidden or got rid of her all together." He took a bit of his food, chewing slowly as he looked to Applejack. "I can't stand it anymore. I need to go out there and find her."

"But where would ya start at?" Applejack asked, hopping up on the bed with him. "Ya'll just be flying aimlessly without any hint as to where she'd be."

"I'd find her." He responded, eating more of his food. "I'd be able to feel her fear."

"The Force?" Applejack asked. "Ah'd doubt ya'll be able to sense her out of this world. Ya'll would be lucky just to sense if she is still alive. Ya just need to wait. Ya need to be patient."

He knew she was right, but felt in his heart he needed to go out there and find her, not caring what Master Yen Sid said and not caring about how he'd find her as long as he found her. Applejack remained with him a while longer, talking to him and reassuring him that they would find her and they would be back together in the end. Once he was done with his food, Applejack took the tray of empty plates and left the room, leaving him alone in the room as he laid down, closing his eyes to get some sleep and hope that in the morning his friends will have found her.

In another world, May was sailing on the ocean of the world she arrived in and approached a port where dozens of sailors were waiting for them to dock ship, sacks full of their personal belongings and hope for a bright future out at sea.

"Seems our new crew is here." May said. "Time to bring them aboard."

"Ay, Captain." The helmsman replied, steering the ship into the docks and making anchor there.

As the anchor breached the surface of the water, the loading ramp lowered onto the dock, letting the new sailors come on board and look at the ship, only for all of them to feel like the vessel they were on was cursed, some wanting to just leave and forget about the contracts, but the loading ramp was raised, cutting them off from the dock as the ship set sail. As the ship was leaving, May walked down, wearing a blue captains outfit with a red shirt, black pants, and a holster on her left hip along with black leather boots. The new crew starred at her, wondering who she was until she lifted her head, revealing her yellow eyes and felt chills running down their backs, but stayed their ground, not wanting to appear weak towards a lady, but couldn't;t help but feel like they made a mistake.

"Welcome aboard the Dark Ark." May said. "My name is May and I am your captain from here on out. You obey my orders and my commands, and we will get along just fine. Treason and betrayal will not be tolerated. Those who betray me will not receive any mercy from me or any rights from the pirate code. Are we clear?"

"Yes ma'am!" The sailors replied.

"Good." May responded. "Find yourselves a place to sleep and put your things away. Tonight, we feast to the beginning of a glorious adventure. For freedom. For infamy. For treasure!"

The crew cheered as she finished her speech, inspiring the men as their fear and bad feelings were replaced with joy and confidence for the promise of gold and riches. The crew went below deck, finding many hammocks and bunks for them to set up to sleep in, but three of the youngest sailors still felt unsure about this as, even though their new captain had promised them a life where they can be rich for them to plunder, they couldn't shake the feeling that they were tricked into crewing a cursed ship. The three brothers found a triple bunk bed and went over, putting their bags on the floor as they unloaded their belongings on some of the barrels and night stands they could find that weren't already being used, putting everything they owned on top of them or in them for safe keeping.

"I don't know about this Jacks." One of the brothers said. "Maybe signing onto this ship was a bad idea. I got a funny feeling going across my back."

"Relax Jones." Jacks replied. "Sure, this vessel may be a bit peculiar, but you heard what the captain said. Adventure awaits."

"I gotta agree with Jones on this." The third brother said. "This ship gives me the creeps. We should just jump ship and swim for the closest port."

Jacks just ignored them, setting up his belongings on the nightstand, setting up a picture of the three of them as children with their mother, who passed away a year ago, and their father who died out at sea. The three brothers finished setting up their belongings and went to the deck of the ship, jointing the rest of the crew as the feast began, roasted pig, fresh fruits and vegetables, fish, the works. Everyone got their fair share of everything, finding the food to be most enjoyable and the best thing they had in weeks, but as soon as it started, the food was all gone, everyone getting their fill as they pitched in and cleaned up everything, cleaning the dishes and ditching the remains into the sea as they went to bed for the night. As everyone slept, Jones was having a hard time going to sleep as he still had a bad feeling about the ship they were on, but decided to just get some sleep and not dwell on it, but just as he was drifting off to sleep, he heard the slight sound of a chain rattling and a little girl calling out for help.

Jones sat up, looked around for the crews quarters, wondering where it came from, but thought to himself he was just imagining it and went back to bed, but heard the chain again, but this time it was louder and the girls voice again, making him sit up in the bed, wide awake as there was probably a stowaway onboard. He got out and put his boots back on, getting out of the bed and took a lanterns off one of the posts, following the sound deep into the ship, following the sounds as it got louder and louder until he came to a door, Black in color with red moss all over it, but there was no lock to it, so he pushed it open to see what was inside, but to his surprise he saw a small orange pony with a purple mane and tiny wings, which turned out to be Scootaloo. The filly looked up to the human and tried to back away from him, terrified when she saw him, backing into a corner to try and hide from him, but he was more amazed by the creature he was seeing, getting over his shock and slowly approaching her.

"Wow, what are you?" He asked, slowly approaching the terrified filly. "Are ye a horse? Cause ye sure look like it."

He reached out to pet her, but the filly tried to bit him, making him retract his hand to avoid a handful of teeth.

"You keep your hooves to yourself pal!" Scootaloo said.

"Wait, you talk!?" Jones asked, shocked by the revelation.

"Yes I talk." She replied. "And if you know what's good for you, you tell that witch to let me go and take me home now or I'll-"

"Wait, witch?" Jones asked. "What do you mean by a witch?"

"I mean that... thing that calls herself May." The filly replied. "She foal napped me from home and took me to, who knows where!"

"Shhh." She said, lunging forward and covering her mouth.

A minute later, they heard foot steps over head, hearing someone was patrolling the deck above them, both be extremely quiet as the foot steps went by. After a minute, the footsteps were gone and Jones removed his hand from the fillies mouth, letting her talk again as be backed away.

"Alright, start from the beginning, tell me everything." Jones said, sitting down to listen to the Scootaloo.

Scootaloo just starred at the strange creature, wondering why he would be willing to listen to her in the first place, but opened up about her home, her friends, where she was from, even about her big brother who adopted her almost a month ago. As she talked about her home and her family, Jones couldn't believe what he was hearing, believing he was asleep and dreaming, he pinched himself to see if he would wake up, but found that he wasn't;t dreaming and this was very much real. When she finished talking, he couldn't help but feel sorry for the little filly, his heart aching for the kidnapped filly and wanted to give her a hug, but heard footsteps above them, getting louder as it passed over head. When the steps were gone, Jones got up and was about to leave, but turned to face the filly, seeing how sad she was and how desperate she was to get out.

"Don't worry, I'll find a way to get you out of this." He said. "I promise."

He left the room, leaving the young filly alone in the room she was held prisoner in, lying on her stomach to get some sleep, but outside of her room, Jones couldn't help but feel like he needed to do something to get her away from the ship and decided to act. Without making a sound, he moved through the crew quarters back to his bunk, rummaging through his stuff until he found a small hairpin from his mother before she passed away. He turned to head back, but his brothers were already up, both had their arms crossed and looked equally annoyed.

"Jones, what are you doing?" Jacks asked. "Why are you awake in the middle of the night? The Captain will skin you if she catches you."

"I know, but this couldn't wait." He replied. "I need to do this."

"Do what?" The unnamed brother asked. "What's so important that you are willing to risk your own life to do?"

"He knew he was going to be seen as a crazy loony if he told them what he saw and heard, knowing his brothers will just ignore him and not believe a word he say form that point forth if he did talk about it, but took a chance, motioning for them to follow him. They followed their younger brother further below deck, following him to the strange door and into the room whee they saw Scootaloo and who was wide awake, cowering in the corner again until she saw Jones, feeling relief in her heart.

"This is it?" Jacks asked. "A horse? You'd risk your spot on the crew for a horse!?"

"Who you calling a horse!?" Scootaloo retorted, shocking the older brothers.

"It talks?" The third brother asked.

"Yes, she talks." Jones replied. "She was taken away from her home. And, our captain is an actual witch."

"Wait, for real?" The third brother asked. "You better not be kidding me because if you are..."

"Look around you James." Jones replied. "This ship is made from solid rock, it's floating like its made of wood, there are these black crystals all over the hull and interior of the vessel, and there is a talking Pegasus in front of us. If this vessel doesn't shout witchcraft then I don't know what." Jones then walked over to Scootaloo with the hair pin, using it and a small needle he found to see if he could pick the lock. "What I know is this filly is a victim of the captains foul magics and I am not letting her stay here a moment longer."

The brothers looked at each other, considering what they have just seen and the talking filly in front of them, they came to the conclusion that what their younger brother is saying hold more truth to it than what they cared to believe, so the went over to see if they could help, providing light so their brother could work on unlocking the fillies collar.

"Almost there." Jones said. "Almost..."

They then heard a gun shot, James being hit in the shoulder and collapsing to the ground, groaning in pain as the searing hot shot went through his shoulder. The brothers turned around and saw their captain standing in front of the door way with a few members of the crew, their pistols loaded and aiming at the three brothers.

"I'm disappointed in you three." She said. "You should be in your bunks sleeping. But here you are playing with the animals."

"It's not playing if you're liberating them from their shackles." Jones said. "And we know what you are... witch."

The crew members behind May looked at their captain, confused to why they'd call their captain a witch in the first place, but they saw a smile creep across her face as she walked forward, clapping her hands as she laughed.

"Bravo gents, bravo." She replied. "So you figured out this ship is magic."

"Wait come again?" One of the crew members said. "Ye sayin' yer an actual witch?"

"Whatever you want me to be." She replied, waving her hand to the ground as black mist emerged from her legs. "But I'm afraid you and the rest of the crew won't have the opportunity to mutiny."

A moment later, the mist reached the crew members behind her and traveled up their legs, making them howl in pain as their bodies were being torn apart and replaced with the black stone the ship was made from, the same moss growing over their bodies as they screamed in pain. When they stopped screaming, their eyes turned red as they groaned, snarling at the brothers as they looked in horror at the their new friends being turned into stone like zombies, eyeing them with murderous intent.

"I was really hoping not to have to do that." May said. "Now the whole crew will need to die just to cover this up. Shame."

"You're a monster." James said. "Worse than that, you're a-"

"Yes, I've heard all the insults before." May replied. "But who are the ones who broke into this room, tried to free a key prisoner of mine, and who told members of the crew that I'm a witch?" He motioned for the corrupted crew members to go back upstairs, letting the mist follow them as they went up. "You three seem to be bright lads, so I'll give you a choice. Either come with me and you won't share their fate, or try and fight me, in which you will die and still serve me. The choice is yours how you wish to serve."

The brothers looked to each other, horrified at what they had just witnessed, not wanting to be like that, but also not wanting to serve under her for what she just did to some of their friends and what she is doing now. They knew they needed a miracle to get out of it, praying for one to come when the bell topside sounded, distracting the captain as something hit them, rocking the vessel and knocking May off her feet and into the side of the ship, getting trapped under a pile of boxes. Now being their chance, the two eldest brothers bolted for the door to get away, but Jones remained behind and finished picking the lock, freeing the frightened filly, but was grabbed by May, thrown against the nearby wall as the same dark mist enveloped him, screaming in agony as his body was being torn apart and remade like what happened to the others.

"Such conviction, yet misplaced." May said, removing the makeshift lock pick from the lock. "Such a good heart, so kind and pure, makes me wonder if he had what it took to actually pull it off." She then turned around and went back to the door, turning to close it and to look at the frightened filly. "In the end, no one can save you. You are all alone, your brother doesn't know where you are, you're far away from home, and you have no friends to call on for help. Let it sink in, because that is how I felt when he abandoned me almost two years ago."

She hen closed her door and locked it, locking the filly in her prison as she just looked down at the ground, tears going down her cheeks as she felt all hope was lost, feeling nothing but fear and terror in her heart as she laid on the ground, wondering if she will ever get home.

"Spyro, brother, where are you?" She asked, hoping he could hear her. "I'm scared. Please, come find me."

Back in Equestria, Spyro was asleep in bed, still worried about Scootaloo as he dreamed of her being found and coming home, holding her in his arms again and promising everything was over, but the dream then cut off to something else, looking around as the peaceful scenery changed to one where he was on the ship that took his sister, looking around at all the humanoid like monsters fighting across the deck as royal navy men were fighting them to take the ship, but failed, seeing two boys run across the deck, looking back as one was shot in the back, dropping instantly while the other managed to reach the rail of the ship before being hit as well, dropping into the ocean below. The scene then shifted to where he was on a familiar vessel, black wood and sails with a Jolly Roger flag. He looked to the helm of the vessel and saw a familiar being there before being pulled back into his body, waking up in the crack of dawn as the rooster was crowing, waking up in a cold sweat as he realized where she was, sitting up in his bed and reaching to the draw, pulling out the tablet and contacting Master yen Sid to let him know what he saw.

"I know where she is." He said to himself. "I know where she is."

Applejack came to his room a moment later and entered, seeing him on his device, she was about to leave when his mentor picked up, seeing the excited look on his face.

"Good morning young prince." Master Yen Sid said. "You seem to be in high spirits this morning."

"Yeah and for good reason too." He replied. "I had a vision last night. I know where she is."

Applejacks ears perked up, hearing that he knew where she was, her own heart skipped a beat when she heard Spyro knew where Scootaloo was.

"You did?" Master Yen Sid said, surprised by this revelation. "What did your vision reveal?"

"It showed me the ship that took her." He replied. "A battle was being fought on it. It then took me to a familiar vessel and the captain who commanded it. Sir, she's in the Caribbean."

"Hm, it does make sense." Master yen Sid replied, stroking his beard. "A vessel like that is more suited for open waters than anything else."

"Sir, I want to go and get her." Spyro said. "She's probably waiting for me to come and save her. She needs me."

Master Yen Sid remained silent for a minute, thinking about the best thing to do in this situation as Riku and Sora joined the call.

"Sorry to interrupt master, but I think we might have something." Sora said.

"We're getting a strange reading on our scanners that is coming from the Caribbean." Riku said. "I think that's where this Scootaloo is at."

"Indeed." Master yen Sid said. "Spyro contacted me saying he had a vision that she was there. Sora, you will assist Spyro in rescuing the filly and bringing her home."

"YES!" Spyro shouted excitedly, jumping off the bed and landing on all four of his hooves. "Thank you master! Thank you!"

"Just a moment Spyro, I am not finished yet." Master Yen Sid said. "The World Order has always been the one thing that we have to maintain. Letting others know the existence of other worlds puts the order in jeopardy. But in this case, we can bend the rules a little. You are allowed to take your friends with you." The three of them were in complete silence, hearing that Master Yen Sid was willing to break the rules, even though he knows that it was a risk that should never be taken, but is willing for that one unbreakable rule to be broken was unheard of. "You have proven time and time again that you are strongest when you have your friends by your side. The princess has kept me informed of your progress in your strength and the lessons you are learning with your friends, and I believe having them with you for this journey is crucial."

"But master, isn't that meddling?" Spyro asked. "I mean, I admit I took my friends to other worlds, I will not lie, but it was usually just one or two, but all six? Isn't that stretching it way too far?"

"It is a risk we need to take." Master Yen Sid said. "Your sister may not recognize you when you are in your human form, but may recognize them if you're lucky enough."

"But she knows my voice." Spyro said. "And she knows my Keyblade. Won't she recognize those?"

"Not if she is around humans who are cruel and wicked." He answered. "You know what human nature is like Spyro. Especially in that world. She may not recognize you at first and might just run away." When he thought about it, what his mentor said made sense as he knew how cruel some humans can be, even towards animals, but believed that he can help her recognize him, even if he was in human form. "I wish you luck young prince. And I wish for the fillies speedy return home."

The feed from Master Yen Sid went off, leaving Spyro speaking with Riku and Sora as he was setting in their coordinates for the Caribbean.

"I wish the two of you luck on this." Riku said. "And be careful. May is strongest when she is near water. The Caribbean is basically her playground with the open ocean. I have other matters to attend to, but if I can, I'll come to assist when I am able to."

"Don't worry Riku, we got this." Sora replied. "We will have this done before you know it." Sora then look to Spyro, giving him the goofiest smile he could before addressing him. "And you, better turn that frown upside down because this adventure only runs on happy faces."

He didn't reply to Sora as he looked down to his hooves, thinking about his sister and about what he was going to tell everyone as he didn't want to put them in any more danger than he already did, but knew they were going to come along whether he wanted them to do or not. Sora and Riku got a bit worried when he didn't respond, thinking he was having seconds thoughts or something, but a moment later, his head shot up and he gave his biggest and goofiest grin, which broke Sora and Riku as they both laughed at the same time, even Applejack couldn't help but chuckle at the silly face he was making.

"Now that's more like it." Sora said. "I'll meet you at Port Royal and I should have an old friend able to help us."

"I hope he'll be willing to help." Spyro replied. "Knowing him, he might want to run the other direction." The call ended and Spyro closed his tablet, putting it back into the draw and turning to see Applejack at the door, walking up to him. "I suppose you heard all that?"

"Every word." Applejack replied. "And don't;t ya try and talk me out of it. Ah'm coming with ya and so are the others. We're more than ready to help ya as ya'll helped us many times."

He smiled to himself, glad to have a friends like the Applejack and the rest as it made life much easier for him. Getting up form the bed, he walked over to the window and looked out to the town, seeing some of the Pegasi flying around and taking some clouds to repair the ruined stadium and then seeing their friends coming up the dirt path, his heart doing a flip when he saw them.

"Tell them we leave in the afternoon." Spyro said to Applejack. "And tell them to pack only the essentials like food and canteens of water. No clothing or accessories of any sort unless absolutely necessary. We leave in two hours."

Not waiting a minute more, Applejack ran out the room and down the stairs, leaving Spyro alone in his room as he got everything he needs ready to move out. Outside, Twilight and the rest of her friends had just reached the fence line of the farm, hoping there was some news about Scootaloo's whereabouts when they saw Applejack run out of the house towards them as Spyro came out shortly after, running to the Gummi Garage, a spark of hope lighting up in their hearts.

"AJ, what's going on?" Twilight asked. "Has there been any update about Scootaloo's location?"

"Yer darn tootin' there's an update!" Applejack replied, happy to say that. "He saw her through the Force and his friends confirmed his vision, she's in another world, the Caribbean Ah believe he calls it."

"Who cares, when we leaving?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"He said in a couple of hours." Applejack replied. "He also said pack the bare essentials for the trip, food and as much water as yer bags can carry. No clothings and accessories except if it's necessary. That means you Rarity."

"Me?" She asked, gasping. "Whatever do you mean? A lady needs to look glamorous for the trip."

"And make sure ya find yerself a sitter for Sweetie Belle as well." Applejack said. "We don't exactly know how long we'll be gone fer and Ah don;t want her to be left alone."

"My parents are visiting this week, so they should be able to take care of her." Rarity replied.

"And I can ask Spike to take care of my animals like I did last time." Fluttershy said. "So I should be ok."

"And I can talk with my bosses, tell them we located Scootaloo and that I volunteered to help get her back." Rainbow Dash said.

"I will need to inform the Princess about what we are doing." Twilight said. "But I don't think she'll object to us getting her back."

"And it sounds like fun." Pinkie said, hopping up and down. "This is going to be the best adventure ever!"

"Then get everything ya need." Applejack said. "We leave in less than two hours, so meet at Spyro's garage when yer ready."

Everyone then took off back into town to get what they needed, stopping by various stores and shops to get everything they need for the journey ahead. Twilight however was busy writing to the princess what she has been told from Applejack and what they were planning to do and that they didn't know how long they would be gone, but would return once they got Scootaloo back. When it was sent, she spent the rest of the time getting food and other things she needed for the trip ahead.

Back at the farm, Spyro was busy getting everything ready, making changes to the Dragons Crest and improving the weapons systems on it to improve its firepower as he knows that the journey there was going to be dangers there that were worse than what he faced getting to Equestria. It took him some time to finish the modification, but he managed to finish them in time as the girls were coming to the entrance of the garage, saddle bags full of food and water, which he hoped they were full of those things as they might not get good food for a while. As they were entering, they heard the royal trumpets and behind them the princess walked up behind them, a serious look on her face, which wasn't a good sign, but she then looked over to Spyro, who was walking out of the garage, knowing what he might say.

"Princess, what are you doing here?" Spyro asked as his friends bowed to her.

"I came to wish you luck on your journey." Princess Celestia replied. "And pray that you bring the young filly back home safe and sound."

"Don't worry princess, nothing is going to stop us from our goal." Spyro said. "And I promise to keep them safe. May will not get away with what she has done."

The princess then turned to look at her star pupil and her friends, fearing for their safety, but knew deep in her heart that Spyro wasn't going to let anything happen to them. She walked over to her pupil and hugged her, the two embracing each other like it was the last time they would see each other again, but everyone knew they'd be back. They all went into the garage just as the Dragon's Crest comes up, this time with two Thundaga-G cannons and two Ultima-G laser cannons for extra fire power along with a backup shield generator. The girls followed Spyro into the ship as the loading ramp closed, following him to the cockpit where six new seats were waiting for them, just behind the pilots chair where Spyro sat in, each of the girls finding a spot to sit for the journey. As the engines powered up, they looked out and saw the princess waving to them, again wishing them luck on their mission, taking the ship out of the garage slowly as the girls waved to the princess just as he took the ship into the air and out of the atmosphere, giving the girls a look at the stars, which amazed those who haven't been up there yet.

Spyro felt the familiar change to his body, reverting back to his human form, flexing his fingers as he pushed a few buttons on the panel, not paying attention to the shocked faces from Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, and Rarity. He swiped the screens a few times before finding the map of all the worlds he's been to and flipped through them to find the one he was looking for.

"Wow, is this what you look like when you aren't in Equestria darling?" Rarity asked.

"That's right." He replied. "My real form is human. In Equestria, I'm a hybrid."

"Wow, never thought I'd get to see an actual human!" Pinkie exclaimed. "I mean, I heard rumors that they existed, but never thought I'd see one. But there was this one time back when I was a filly that I-"

"Pinkie, not now." Rainbow Dash said, getting out of her seat, looking. "Man, that's what our world looks like?"

"It does." Spyro replied. "At least, from this ship. And you might need to take your seat Rainbow because this is gonna be a bumpy ride."

Rainbow Dash Looked at Spyro, wondering what he meant, but the engines started to charge up and went into warp speed, throwing Rainbow Dash down the hall as she screamed, crashing down a couple of stairs, crashing into something that made a cloud crash. As the ship was going through Warp Space, Spyro got up from his seat and went to check on Rainbow Dash, to make sure she was ok when she came in, covered in flour and in random different food items. When everyone saw how she looked, they all burst out laughing, finding her to be ridiculous with how dirty she was.

"Sorry Rainbow, I told ya to get back in your seat." Spyro said, walking to her.

"Ha ha, very funny." She said, wiping off some flour from her eyes. "Got a bath tub in this place?"

"Yeah, follow me." Spyro said, leading her down the hall to the bathrooms.

As she went in to get herself cleaned up, Spyro went back to the cockpit and sat back down, keeping an eye on the screens as they went through warp speed, listening to the girls as they talked about the world they were heading to, what they would get to see, the creatures they'd get to meet, whatever kind of topic they could talk about to keep their minds occupied. When rainbow Dash came back from the shower, she was as clean as a whistle and got back in her seat, sitting down and spun in her seat, bored out of her skull.

"Man, how long will it take to get to this Caribbean?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"It's gonna take some time to get there." Spyro responded. "The distance itself will overheat the engines if we remain in warp space for too long. In the mean time, you girls are free to roam around the ship as I have a library, a simulation room, basically whatever you need to keep yourself occupied as we go."

"Did you say library!?" Twilight said, running out the room to find it.

As the other girls left the cockpit to see where in the ship they can be to keep themselves occupied, Spyro remained in his seat keeping an eye on the screens in front of him for any enemy readings if they appear. About a couple of hours of flying, the engines started to over heat and he came out of Warp Space over The Land of Dragons, letting the engines cool off while he grumbled to himself about a flaw in his redesign.

"AIVA, remind me never to take the Holy-G engine off this ship ever again." Spyro asked. "The Firaga-G engines can't handle these kinds of warps."

"Reminder set sir." AIVA replied. "Time until engines can warp again: Five minutes."

"Might as well see what the girls are doing." Spyro said, getting out of his seat. "Need a good reason to stretch my legs anyway."

He walked throughout the ship to see where everyone was and found a majority of them in the simulation room, Rarity using the room to show her dress designs from earth that she could get inspiration from, jotting down notes and drawing designs to make improvements to ones she deemed in need of rework. Fluttershy was in the same room, enjoying the nature setting she had set to enjoy some peace and quiet, which he didn't want to disturb so he backed away out of the room to let them enjoy themselves while he went through and found Applejack and Rainbow Dash had found the theater room that he installed when he was coming to Equestria the first time. The two of them were watching the old Spider-man movies, captivated by the action and the random bits of comedy as they watched, which he chuckled that the farm mare would be easily hooked to movies as she was a hard worker, but imagined her sneaking into his ship to watch movies from this point forth.

He continued checking on his friends, finding Pinkie in the kitchen baking some pastries from some of the supplies he stocked up on, though he did have to stop her from from sprinkling some dark powder into one of her spicier concoctions as, instead of pepper, she almost put gun powder into the pie, nearly making a bomb flavored pie from SpongeBob, though he did admit that if she did make those they might come in handy. The last place he stopped by was the library where he saw Twilight reading, or trying to read, every book in there and enjoying every page she was reading. He then went back to the cockpit, finding the engines have cooled off and went back into Warp Space again, sitting back and pulling up another screen to watch something as they flew.

Another couple of hours went by and a minute later, the alarm went off, letting him know that they have arrived at their destination and put the screen away, pausing the YouTube video he was watching to watch later as he got out his microphone and tapped it a few times to get everyone's attention.

"Attention ladies, this is your captain speaking." Spyro said. "We will be arriving at our destination shortly, so if you can pause your movie, turn off the ovens, deactivate the simulation room, and put your books away and meet me in the cockpit, we will begin landing procedures. Also, be sure to tip your attendant on your way to the cockpit and put your tray tables in the upright position on your way up. Thank you for flying Air Dragon Crest and hope your journey was a pleasant one."

He put the microphone down and took them out of Warp Space, hovering over the Caribbean, which was a massive pirate skull and crossbones with the Black Pearl on top of it with squid tentacles underneath the skull. The girls started coming into the cockpit, Rarity looking over her new designs, oogling over the new lines of fashion she was going to come up with, Fluttershy following behind her looking more relaxed than when they first started out. Twilight and Pinkie were the next two to come in, twilight sitting in her seat, looking very disappointed to be interrupted from her study session while Pinkie was wheeling in carts full of pies and cakes, some of which Spyro didn't like the looks of.

"Pinkie, you better not have made what I think you did." Spyro said, feeling a lump in his throat.

"Nope. Left that stuff alone after you took it away from me." Pinkie said, picking up one of her pies and giving it to Rarity.

"What was it you were sayin' sugarcube?" Applejack asked, she and Rainbow Dash walking in. "What was it ya didn't want her to make?"

"She almost made a pie with gun powder in it." Spyro replied.

"WHAT!?" Everyone but Pinkie said in unison.

"What are you doing with gun powder in this ship?" Twilight asked. "That's dangerous!"

"Eh, it was a good idea at the time." He replied, swiping the screen. "Never know when you need to might end up being trapped in a cave. You might need to create your own exit."

The mare was in disbelief that he would have such a dangerous powder in his cargo bay as one stray spark would be enough to take this whole ship down and them with it. A little bit later, they noticed another ship close by, which was the same vessel from Kingdom Hearts 1 when you first leave Traverse Town and the one Donald and Goofy piloted before meeting Sora.

"Oh good, the Highwind is here." Spyro said. "That means Sora, Donald, and Goofy are already here."

"Who?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"They're three of Spyro's friends." Fluttershy replied. "They're really nice. But a little goofier."

"So, where we landing?" Rainbow Dash asked, excited to get to be on a new world.

"We aren't." Spyro replied, confusing the girls. "The inhabitants in this world are highly superstitious and don't have hangers. So, we're doing this like we did in the Pride Lands."

Spyro got up and moved to the center of the room, all but Fluttershy and Twilight confused what he meant, but watched as the two mares got out of their seats and stood next to him as he summoned his Keyblade and pointed it in the air, light shining in the whole room in light, making everyone cover their eyes as the spell was being cast.

On the worlds surface, in the middle of the ocean, Jacks was floating on a piece of drift wood he managed to get after the royal navies ship that attacked the ship he was previously on, but got destroyed as it got too close. He was on the verge of death, seagulls above him ready to tear at him, but a shadow casted over him, making him look up to see a ship colored black with black sails come by him, a rope being thrown to him, which he took and was hauled up onto the deck of the ship, summing the strength to see who his rescuers were, finding them to be pirates. The captain was wearing a brown jacket with a brown leather Tricon hat, his hair wild and in braids, brown leather boots with grey pants and a white dress shirt with a grey vest. The captain looked down at the cast away, looking him over and handing him a canteen of water, which Jacks took with pleasure, drinking as much water as possible before stopping to get some breath.

"So, how did you end up stranded in the middle of the ocean mate?" He asked.

"Attacked." Jacks replied. "Captain... witch... talking horse... monsters... royal navy..."

The pirate captain looked at the shipwrecked boy, looking between him and his crew, wondering what he was on about, but some of them just shrugged their shoulders, some twirled their finger next to their head hinting he was crazy.

"Mate, I think ye been hitting the rum too hard." The captain said. "That's my job, savy?"

"no, the captain of the ship I was on... she's a witch." He repeated. "She turned her crew into monsters. Blew up a ship of the Royal navy with a magic spell... has a talking horse prisoner."

"And that's where I'm gonna be stopping you." The pirate captain said, cutting him off. "Tell ye what, we'll take ye to Port Royal and you can tell them all about your talking horse and witches and I'll just be on me merry way, savy? Mr. Gibbs!"

"Aye Captain!?" Gibbs replied.

"Set course for Port Royal! We're dropping of this loony git off and let him be their problem." The pirate captain said. "In the mean time, take him below deck and, keep him away from the rum."

"Aye Captain." Mister Gibbs replied. "All hands, batten down the hatches, trim those sails off the yard arm and chart a course for Port Royal you bilge rats! We're dropping off a shipwreck!"

The crew of the ship got to work doing as they were ordered while Jacks looked out tot he sea, keeping an eye out for the ship, believing that his former captain is coming for him, coming to finish the job and do who knows what to him.
