Tala felt her eyes begin to open as she felt her body laying on a soft surface and soon remembered what last happened to her 'Lex killed me!' she thought as she shot up and soon tapped into her senses and felt primordial magic near her 'Where.' she thought getting up and saw she was in a rather nice room and soon saw next to her bed was water and some eggs, bacon, and toast she felt it seeing it was still warm, she guessed whoever brought her here was kind and not anyone in Lex's circle, she ate the food having expended a lot of magic and was very hungry, she quickly finished and left the room 'A Japanese primordial?' she thought seeing many Japanese style art and items and soon found a kitchen where she saw a blonde man with spikey hair.

"You have impressive magical talents to bring back the dead, especially one like Darkseid." Naruto said to her turning around and holding up two plates of French toast "You should eat to regain your strength." he said placing it down and motioning to the seat at the table.

"Are you going to punish me?" Tala asked as getting the attention of gods was one thing even for someone like her, but a primordial was another thing entirely, to get one's attention was risky and often always a death sentence.

"Only if you want me to." Naruto said jokingly and saw she wasn't laughing "No Tala I am not going to punish you in fact I saved you from being atomized." he said as what was happening to her was as she was being drained of all her power and it was literally ripping her apart cell by cell.

Tala was curious as gods were always tricky, especially the likes of Aries "Who are you?" she asked wondering if she could place him.

"Tough question." Naruto said to her "You can say I am a reincarnation of a god named Ashura." he said as that was the simplified version of a complex story.

Tala knew the name as Ashura was a demon war god, the man before her was nothing like Aries who was also a war god, this man was calm, his power was enormous, and she sensed if she angered him there would be wrath unlike any she had seen before "Where are we?" she asked curiously.

"A pocket dimension space same deal as the Tower of Fate." Naruto said to her.

"Can you help me get revenge?" Tala asked him as she wanted to pay Lex back for nearly killing her.

"I'm more a god of peace." Naruto said to her seeing her gaze weaken "Lex is dead, he died taking out Darkseid." he said to her seeing her shock "What will you do now?" he asked her curiously.

Tala was at a loss for words as she had nothing, no allies, no friends, not even a grudge to keep her going.

"You know after I saved you I looked into your past." Naruto said to her "Can not believe you dated the hack Faust." he said as she had the decency to look down.

"I was eager to learn." Tala said not denying it and was still disgusted to this day.

"Well, why not learn from me." Naruto said to her seeing her surprise "Trust me I get bored and taking on another student will be fun." he said to her seeing she eagerly accepted.

Tala was having a blast as her magic was nothing compared to what Naruto was teaching her, she was now able to harness the elements and their raw power, she had taken offense when Naruto said she reminded him of his grandfather, but till she got context she now knew it was of the highest compliments as the man was known as 'The Professor' and had learned from each of the elements as she was now, Naruto believed she could do much with her powers and that meant a lot as no one believed in her before only used her.

Tala lay in her bed exhausted as Naruto had been training her physically, her body retained its slender and curvy appearance, but she was now leaner and had adequate muscles on her body, but in the time she had been here, she had fallen hard for Naruto as he was everything the men that previously had her affections weren't, he was kind, compassionate, listened to her, treated her with respect, she honestly wished she felt worthy too even approach him as she was human, immortal, but still, he was a primordial, he may have been teaching her, but there were things he could do which she would never be able to, she could honestly say, she'd never be his equal.

Tala awoke and left her room seeing Naruto making breakfast, it still amazed her a man like him needed to cook or didn't have someone doing it for him.

"Hey c'mon eat up we have a big day today." Naruto said to her serving her a plate.

Tala raised an eyebrow.

(1 hour later)

"A carnival?" Tala asked currently in the opposite type of clothes one would expect her to wear, she was wearing black skinny jeans and a purple T-shirt, but the most noticeable change was her hair was crimson red and her glassy blue eyes were now as blue as Naruto's.

"Hey, you gotta have fun wherever you can get it." Naruto said to her.

Tala had to admit, she thought this place was for children, but after an hour she was coming around after the rollercoaster and the cotton candy.

Tala had heard the sound of a little girl crying at a stall, she saw Naruto gain a look in his eyes.

"Hi are you alright?" Naruto asked the girl seeing her sniffle.

Tala watched as Naruto talked to the girl actually talk to her as if she were more mature and not how a parent or adult would, she had to admit he certainly gave people more respect than someone of his station would, she listened and heard that the dart game she had played where she hit all the targets, but none popped.

"Give me two rounds." Naruto said paying the man and got two sets of darts and with blinding speeds, he launched all of them popping many balloons.

(few minutes later)

Tala had a small black fox and saw Naruto hand the little girl a unicorn seeing her cheer.

"You know all these games are rigged right?" Naruto said to her as the darts were dulled and made of plastic, the balloons were of a higher quality and wouldn't normally pop "I just showed them what it means to win with actual merit." he said a bit cockily as he didn't use any powers to win only natural talent.

Tala actually chuckled at that as she admired his confidence.

(1 week later)

Tala had been reading diligently as he master was teaching her combat spells, those of which that worked with her body letting her battle up close and not at a distance, he was even teaching her his signature technique the Rasengan, the problem was she was having trouble doing it.

The sorceress had been blown back by her own power each time she made a sphere, it didn't help each explosion burned her hands a bit and to make matters a bit worse it cut up a bit of her clothes as well leaving the usually scantily clad woman naked.

(2 weeks later)

"You do know I can give you tips right?" Naruto said seeing Tala have her head in her plate of food exhausted from lack of sleep, he smiled seeing her arms in bandages, he was proud of her effort.

"I will master this." Tala said as she raised her head slightly.

'I wonder if this is universal for my students, how incredibly stubborn and prideful they are.' Naruto thought in amusement.

Naruto was writing his book and it became amusing every time he heard an explosion from Tala's room.

"Fuck!" Tala screamed in pain.

Naruto chuckled as he remembered his own injuries when he trained, Tala was talented in magic, but she had yet to realize something he did when he was much younger, he could do things a different way than how others did it, he showed Tala a Rasengan with one hand and that was how she was trying to do it, but his master used two hands, and he used a clone in his earlier days till he mastered it himself, he had seen Tala cast spells with one hand and both.

Tala had a sphere in her hand but it had bumps appearing on it as she was barely able to keep it contained.

'Power, rotation, and form, I am doing that in spades!' Tala thought to herself in frustration once again having blown her clothing off…again.

Tala stopped hearing knocking at the door, she looked down and realized she was once again naked, she cast some magic, and her clothing was restored.

"You ready for some tips?" Naruto asked her curiously.

Tala wanted to glare at him, but knew she was going to keep blowing herself up if she didn't get more insight from the basic steps.

(1 hour later)

'Ok, two hands.' Tala thought focusing her magic and seeing the purple energy gathered together and started to spin between her hands, as it spun it took on a ball shape.

"There you go." Naruto said to her as it was impressive how easily her magic blended with his technique.

"Yes!" Tala said unknowingly losing her concentration and soon the sphere blew up again, this time given that it was further along the explosion was bigger as well.

Naruto released a cough seeing his shirt was blown off and he was covered it ash.

'Not my greatest moment.' Tala thought to herself realizing she was naked and Naruto was now seeing her naked, she magicked up her clothing and was blushing brightly.

"Well, you got the technique down." Naruto said with a chuckle still seeing her blush, then saw her run off.

Tala was still embarrassed after flashing her master as she ate her breakfast.

"Listen if it makes you feel better I have flashed literally scores of people." Naruto said seeing her look at him and then looking at a certain part of him lower "I can transform into a woman." he said to her seeing that was even more, he did a signature sign and transformed into a woman.

Tala opened it and saw it was an outfit, she used magic to put it on and saw it was shinobi clothes, she had on functional heeled shoes, and a combat kimono that was similar to her with a dress in length and feel, but she felt it had more protection, and on her head was a headband with a spiral on it and a black mask that covered her mouth.

"Congratulations Tala, you graduated from my training." Naruto said as Tala excelled in her training learning all he could teach her and help her develop her already existing skills.

Tala felt pride, but also sadness, her master was congratulating her and had felt pride in her achievements, no one had trained her before had ever given her such respect only seeing her as a woman or trying to sleep with her, but Naruto never tried and was always a gentleman, it made her heart ache receiving such kindness "Master will you go on a date with me?" she asked deciding to be bold.

'Really should figure out if he has a thing for redheads?' Tala thought placing on her disguise as Naruto was taking her to Metropolis given there was less chance for something to go wrong in a place like say Gotham, she often wondered what her master's type was, she wondered if she should change her hair to this shade as while she liked her unique hair color people often thought she was Circe, it was both flattering to be seen as a goddess and annoying she was not recognized, and it made her wonder if she could catch more of Naruto's attention, she thought against it as Naruto appreciated her for being herself, something no one ever wanted from her.

"Hello Tala." a female voice said catching her attention.

"Waller." Tala said as Amanda Waller was not a friend or an enemy, they were associated at best, business partners at worst "Why are you here?" she asked seeing Naruto reach the bathroom and prayed he took his time knowing men took less than 2 minutes in there.

"I've been monitoring you, have to say I'm a bit impressed you went from evil-neutral to occasional good." Waller said to her showing her pictures.

"I changed and last I checked my 'record' is clean." Tala said to her as Waller cleaned it for her before she joined Grodd.

"You still stole millions in gold." Amanda said reminding her of that "Don't worry as far as anyone knows you were a spy." she said as she jumped through a few hoops for that one.

"Why the kindness?" Tala asked as Waller was rarely kind without some benefit to her.

"Aliens, Atlantis, Gods, Magic, Heroes, Villains, and other nonsense." Waller said making Tala raise a brow "Whenever a new power emerges Cadmus is and will be there to find ways to counter them, Naruto Namikaze is seen as beneficial even more so than Superman." she said as an immortal who helped people and could go toe to toe with the man of steel was a good thing to have in someone's pocket, she tossed photos toward Tala.

Tala saw many some in color, some in black and white, and even a few sketches all of Naruto.

"You are someone we can negotiate with and given your previous occupation and alliance to Cadmus we felt it would be best to reach out and form an alliance, especially if you can convince Naruto to keep doing what he does." Waller said as while approachable she felt it was better to talk to Tala instead of Naruto, she walked away after that.

Tala used magic and inspected the entire table looking for bugs, bombs, and the regular suicide squad package, as Waller was not someone to underestimate EVER.

(10 minutes later)

"You…actually agree to project Cadmus' existence?" Tala asked having told Naruto about Waller and what Cadmus was.

"Sure, I mean it's better to have people who are paranoid in a controlled environment." Naruto said as they did have their points, but their tactics were on the extreme side "But the cloning thing seems a bit extreme." he said knowing full well that people who messed with things such as life and creation things would often turn out bad.

Tala had to admit that was a more mature viewpoint than other people and a cautious one at that.

They were interrupted when they heard a loud explosion.

"I'll seal our food." Naruto said as their food arrived not even a minute ago.

(few seconds later)

"Can we please let the building burn down?" Tala asked as the building in question was Lexcorp.

"Not with people inside." Naruto said as his body began to spark up with orange whisps.

Tala watched in awe as her master had shown her this form once before and it was truly pure power, she saw him become a wisp of energy and began dashing throughout the building, she began to assist him, but out of spite, she shot down every picture of Lex Luthor she passed.

Tala sighed in annoyance "So was this the worst date you've ever had?" she asked him truly hoping it wasn't as she was covered in ash.

"Eh I've had worse, I mean I literally once had a girl who wanted to marry me after we fought." Naruto said with a chuckle.
