Chapter 72: World of Marvels Part 4: Avengers Assemble

Tony was in his suit and was on his way towards his tower, but was having some difficulty staying in the air as his suit was severely damaged, but was still airborne, if only barely while Spyro and the rest flew in their direction, taking the Dragon's Crest to meet up with them if things got out of hand. He spotted the device on top of his tower and Dr. Selvig was there finishing up the devices construction, hovering over the doctor as his suit scanned it for any possible weaknesses.

"Sir, I have shut down the Arc reactor as instructed." JARVIS said. "However, it will do little good. The cube is now self sustaining."

"Shut it down Dr. Selvig." Tony said, the doctor turning to face him.

"It's too late!" The doctor said. "She can't stop now. It wants to show us something. A new universe."

Without warning, Tony tried to fire his repulsers and destroy the device, however a barrier prevented this and reflected the repulsers energy attack, knocking the doctor down and sent the billionaire flying backwards before he regained control.

"The barrier is pure energy." JARVIS said. "It's unbreachable."

"Yeah, I got that." Tony replied, looking down to Loki. "Spyro, if Loki is working with Maleficent, what is her end goal?"

"Probably more Heartless if not something else." Spyro replied. "This world is ripe with hearts and if Loki is bringing an army of Chitauri, it's more than likely she'll use her magic to mess with the device somehow, turning them into Heartless."

"Right, maybe we can use that to our advantage." Tony said. "JARVIS, ready the Mark 7."

"Sir, the Mark 7 is not ready for deployment." JARVIS replied.

"Then skip the spinning rims, we're on the clock." Tony replied.

The multi-billionaire hovered down to the landing platform, walking along it as his machines took the damages suit off, looking to the smirking god of mischief as he walked up the stairs, both of them entering the room at the same time, Tony walking to the bar while Loki approached him.

"Please tell me you're going to appeal to my humanity." Loki said, finding this to be amusing.

"Uh, actually I'm planning on threatening you." Tony replied.

"Should have left your armor on for that." Loki said.

"Yeah, well, it's seen a bit of mileage and you have the stick of destiny." Tony said. "Would you like a drink?"

"Stalling me won't change anything." Lokie replied.

"No, no, no, threatening." Tony replied. "You sure you don't want a drink? You might need one if you're working with Maleficent."

"So you know about her?" Loki asked.

"From what Spyro told us, yes." Tony replied. "Said she's a witch who doesn't;t exactly play nice with people. Stab you in the back when you aren't looking."

"That's my job." Loki said, still smiling. "I'm liking her more and more."

"Yeah, and he also told us she wants Heartless more than anything." Tony added. "Says that if it will get her more Heartless, she'll betray her ally. She'll betray you to get more of them."

Loki didn't listen to him, turning and walked to the window, looking out into the city as he continued to smile.

"It doesn't matter." Loki replied. "The Chitauri are on their way. This world will be mine and then I shall deal with her." he then turned to face Tony, who got himself a bottle of scotch. "What have I to fear?"

"Yeah, there's your issue." Tony said, pouring himself a drink. "Spyro warned us that Maleficent will turn your Chitauri friends into Heartless. All she needs to do is mess with the machine."

"You saw the barrier." Loki said. "Nothing is getting through that."

"Nothing physical no." Tony replied, taking a slug of the scotch he poured himself. "But from what our friend told us, Maleficent can use her magic to mess with it."

At the same time, a dark corridor opened up and from it, Maleficent came out, having returned to find the Tesseract was out in the open and the scientist who was working on it was on the ground, unconscious, but alive, however she just ignored him and walked over to the machine the doctor had worked on, approaching it and used her staff to touch it, but the barrier just caused it to fly out of her hand. The dark fey looked at the machine as she used her magic to bring her staff back to her, scratching her chin as she stared at the machine right as Pete came up behind her.

"You sure it's a good idea to double cross a god?" Pete asked. "You have what you came for, so why betray Loki?"

"Because he is a narrow minded imbecile." Maleficent replied. "He doesn't get the big picture, so bent on revenge against his brother and conquering this world, claiming some measly throne. We, however, have other plans. In order to conquer this world, and others in this new universe, we need an army of Heartless. And Loki was generous enough to provide us with one."

She then used her magic, conjuring up a green flame underneath the device that traveled up the machine and into the projector that would be used to create the portal, the flames entering the projector until a green glow was present, the dark enchantress smiling as her plan was finally in motion. In the tower, at the room the God of Mischief and Iron Man were standing in, Tony had finished his glass of scotch and was walking towards Loki, not afraid of the god of mischief.

"We also have the Avengers." Tony said.

"Yes, I've met them." Loki replied, still smiling.

"Yeah, takes us a while to get any traction." Tony said. "But, we also have the Keyblade Bearer, and his friends, whose weapons are powerful enough to destroy the Heartless and who seems to have a bunch of pony friends, who, from what I saw also have the same weapons."

"What?" Loki asked, fear in his voice.

"Oh yeah, it's true." Tony replied, putting bracelets on. "When I scanned Spyro's Keyblade, his little equine friends all have the same energy reading, so they have one too. And, we also have Thor, the Demi-god, a super soldier, a living legend who lives up to it, a man with breath taking anger management issues, a couple of master assassins, and you... you managed to tick everyone of them off."

"That was the plan." Loki replied, pleased with himself.

"Not a very good one either." Tony replied. "When they come, and I know they will, they'll come for you."

"I have an army." Loki said.

"We have a Hulk." Tony retorted.

"Oh, I thought the beast had wondered off." Loki said.

"You're missing the point of this." Tony said. "There is no throne, no version of this where you come out on top. Maybe your army will come and maybe it will be too much for us, but it's all on you. Because if we can't protect the earth, you can count that we will avenge it."

Loki then walked up to Tony, his scepters power charging up as he had an idea in mind to make sure nothing impeded his plan.

"How will they have time for me, when they're busy fighting you?" Loki asked. he raised his staff and put the tip on his chest, a metal clang was made as the blade of his weapon hit the arc reactor in the billionaire chest, having no effect. He then tried again, but the same thing happened. "Impossible. First the Keyblade bearer and now you?"

"Performance issue." Tony replied. "Not uncommon. One out of five-"

Loki had enough of Tony's talking and grabbed him by the neck and threw him towards the window, intending to throw him out of it, which he walked over and picked him up again, this time he did throw him out the window and watched as he fell, but a moment later, he heard something behind him and turned around, finding that there was a large metal case that shot out of the wall and out the window, zeroing in on the bracelets that Tony was wearing and immediately turned into a suit of armor, giving him flight once again and used it to fly up to the shattered window to see a surprised Loki.

"There is also one other person you angered." Tony said. "His name is Phil Coulson."

They then heard what sounded like laughter behind Iron Man, the billionaire turning to see Maleficent standing in front of them, a dark smile on her face as she watched everything that had happened.

"My, how invigorating." She said. "I must say, you surprised me Tony Stark. I thought you were finished for sure."

"And you must be Maleficent." Tony said. "Gotta say, you're even worse than I imagined you to be."

"Maleficent, is your army here?" Loki asked.

"They're on their way." She replied. "They just needed a way in."

they both then heard the machine start up and looked to the sky, finding a green beam of energy shot up and the portal opened, however, when the Chitauri saw the portal and went through it, a cloud of darkness covered the exit point while leaving an image of the city for them to see. As they passed through, the darkness entered their bodies and came out as Heartless, some big, some small, all of which falling from the sky and the smaller ones disappearing through voids, reappearing on the ground and causing a panic on the streets while the big ones landed with a crash, going around and attacking anyone close by.

"What have you done!?" Loki shouted.

"See, told you she couldn't be trusted." Tony said.

"You betrayed me." Loki said. "We had a deal!"

"And so we do." Maleficent said. "But, your Chitauri are too destructive for my liking. They couldn't harvest the hearts I need, so I decided to change it up a bit."

"You'll pay for this you witch!" Loki shouted.

He tried to fire a plasma bolt at Maleficent, but she deflected it as a corridor opened up behind her, walking through it right as Tony hit him with a repulser blast, flying up to the portal and started to blast the Heartless, taking them out one at a time before releasing mini missiles, destroying more of them. In the city, Spyro had just gotten the Dragon's Crest into the city and saw that the portal was open, but instead of the Chitauri that Thor said would come, a whole swarm of Heartless came out instead, everyone getting out of their seats and watched as they fell.

"What are we looking at?" Natasha asked.

"Heartless." Spyro replied. "A while mess of Heartless."

"But how's that possible?" Twilight asked. "Why are they falling from the portal instead of appearing from the voids?"

"I'm guessing that is supposed to be Loki's army, the Chitauri." Spyro said.

"Sir, we have incoming." AIVA said, pulling up multiple Battleships and Air Pirates.

"Looks like we got ourselves a fight." Rainbow Dash said.

"AIVA, activate all weapons and bring the shields to full power." Spyro said, activating auto pilot. "The Dragon's Crest is yours after you drop us off."

"Yes sir." AIVA replied.

The Dragon's Crest flew down to the ground, landing in a large open area where the boarding ramp lowered down, allowing the group to get off and saw as Heartless began attacking the civilians, some of them being killed by the Heartless as their hearts were taken into darkness, creating more Heartless of different kinds. The Dragon's Crest then took off into the sky and began engaging the Battleships, drawing them away from the group and took down what ever was flying, leaving the group alone in the middle of the square as the Heartless began to surround them, Barton drawing his first arrow as Widow pulled out her guns, both began their attacks as they took down a few of the Shadows before Soldiers and Armored Knights came, approaching the group. Spyro and the Mane Six then called on their Keyblades and engaged, the girls staying in a group as they used their blades to strike down Heartless, Rainbow Dash handling all the airborne Heartless, which included: Green Requiems, Yellow Operas, Red Nocturnes, and Blue Rhapsody's while also taking care of the Air Soldiers and Air pirates. The rest took care of the Shadows, Soldiers, and the Armored Soldiers.

The Captain also got into the fight, throwing his shield and knocking a few of them in a daze while also grabbing one of the Armored Knights weapons, using it to destroy some of the Heartless while making sure civilians were evacuated from the streets, guiding them to the nearby buildings for their own protection while they dealt with the the endless horde. As Applejack was fighting, she struck down a few of the Heartless Shadows while being backed up by Twilight when she noticed a green circle on her Keyblade, looking at it from her angle, she could tell it was a tea cup and looked over to Spyro, rushing to him as she took down an Armored Knight right as Rainbow Dash landed next to the lavender Unicorn to provide back up.

"Spyro!" Applejack shouted, getting his attention. "What's this green circle mean?"

"It means you got an attraction!" Spyro replied, finishing another Armored Knight. "If you have one, you use it. It's perfect for these large groups. And there six attractions, all with a different symbol. A train for Mountain Coaster, a pirate flag for the Pirate Ship, a tea cup for Mad tea Cups, a laser blaster for Blaster Blaze, a carousel for the Magic Carousel, and a wave of water for Splash Run." He then struck down another Armored Knight and a green circle appeared on his Keyblades guard, looking to it to find it had a pirate flag on it, smiling. "Just repeat what I say and it'll activate." he leapt back and raised his Keyblade, the circle growing bigger as the attraction activated. "Give me strength! Attraction activate! Pirate Ship!

He then jumped in the air and dove into the ground, which turned into water for a brief moment until the entire ground erupted into a flurry of water, revealing a pirate ship covered in colorful lights swinging back and forth and as it swung, it created large waves that pushed back some of the stronger Heartless while destroying the weaker ones in a single hit, continuing to swing back and forth until it then spun around in a circle, creating massive waves that tore through the enemy lines, releasing dozens of pink hearts. Applejack watched how he did it and tried it herself, tossing the Keyblade into the air as the circle started to glow a bright green.

"Give em Strength!" She shouted. "Attraction activate! Made Tea Cups!"

As she said it, three massive tea cups in a different colored light shot out of the sky, the orange farm pony hopping in right as Twilight and Rainbow Dash jumped in a separate one, spinning around as they moved through the heartless, mowing over them as they tried to get away, but had no luck as the cups were too quick for them to get away from the spinning china set. When it was coming to an end, the three cups came together and they spun rapidly, releasing sparks of light and magic as they spun together in a large circle, destroyed dozens of Heartless right as more took their place. During the fight, they all got to use an attraction or two, which made the fight a lot easier for them as it kept the Heartless busy while also reducing their numbers before finishing off the massive wave of dark creatures, letting them all have a breather while Barton collected his arrows from the ground.

"These things don't seem to like us very much." He pointed out.

"That's because they fear the Keyblade." Spyro replied. "They know it's the only weapon that can completely destroy them. Thankfully, it'll keep their attention on us rather than on the civilians."

"I managed to get the police captain in the radio." Steve said. "Told them to set up a perimeter down to thirty ninth street while also letting them know to evacuate the civilians to basements and the subways."

"Good, the less civilians there are, the less Heartless we'll be dealing with." Spyro said. they then heard something roaring out of the portal, looking up to see what it was, but it was a Chitauri Leviathan, a massive armored monster than came out of the portal, but as it came out, the dark energy over took it and replaces the steel armor it was wearing with black iron, tendrils of darkness coming off it as the symbol of the heartless appeared on it's head, eyes glowing yellow as it roared out, releasing more Armored Knights and a few Magnum Loaders. "Oh you have got to be kidding me."

A moment later, more knights appeared, everyone getting ready for another fight, but all of a sudden a massive amount of lightning shot down from the sky, electrocuting the Heartless and destroyed them, releasing pink hearts as Thor came down from the sky, looking a little worse for where's, but still standing.

"Thanks for the save Thor." Spyro said.

"Any time." He replied.

"What's the story upstairs?" Steve asked.

"The barrier surrounding the cube is impenetrable." Thor reported.

"Thor's right." Tony added. "And the Heartless are pouring in like it's Black Friday. We need to take care of these guys first."

"No, we need to shut down the portal." Twilight said. "The longer it remains open, the more Heartless that are going to come through. We need to shut it down."

"So how do we do this?" Natasha asked.

"As a team." Steve replied.

"I have unfinished business with my brother." Thor said.

"Yeah, get in line." Barton said.

"Save it." Steve said. "Loki's going to keep this fight focused on us and that's what we need."

"They'll focus on us anyway." Spyro said. "The Keyblade is basically a Heartless magnet, if they sense it's here in this world, they come towards us, ignoring anything else."

"Then we can use that to our advantage." Steve said. "Right, we got Stark on top, so can-"

He was then interrupted, hearing a motorcycle coming their way and immediately thought it was a Magnum Loader, but it turned out to be Bruce Banner riding in on a motorcycle, looking to be ok as he got off.

"So... this all seems horrible." Bruce said.

"I've seen worse." Natasha replied.

"Sorry." He said.

"No, we could use... a little worse." She replied.

"Stark, Banner is here." Steve said.

"Good, then tell him to suit up." Tony said. "I'm bringing the party to you."

They then looked up and saw him rounding the corner and following him was the Leviathan, roaring out as purple lighting was shot out of it's back to try and hit the flying suited of iron, everyone but Spyro backing away as soon as they saw him. The doctor then turned around and walked a few feet towards the Leviathan, Tony making it fall to the ground and slide towards them as he flew up.

"Dr. Banner." Steve said. "Now's a really good time for you to get angry."

"that's my secret captain." He replied, stopping and facing it. "I'm always angry."

As he said it, the shirt ripped off him as he grew larger, turning green and then punched the Heartless Leviathan, doing some serious damage to it's armor as it's tail flew into the air, threatening to fall on top of the whole group as the armor fell off, but Tony arrived just in time and released a mini rocket trio the recently exposed body, causing an explosion that finished it off and caused an outrage with many of the Heartless, all roaring and seething in anger as Hulk roared out, everyone all accounted for as they got ready for the fight to continue. They then heard more roaring and looked to the portal, finding that more Leviathans were coming out of the portal and heading around the city, releasing more Heartless that they could shake a stick at to spread chaos and destruction.

"Call it cap." Tony said.

"Alright, until we can close that portal, our priority is containment." Steve said.

He then turned to Spyro, nodding to him to let him take over.

"The Heartless maybe mindless, but they will attack in large groups, so we must remain on guard." Spyro said. "Armored Knights are tough, but not invincible. They can be destroyed like other heartless, but Magnum Loaders are fast, they'll do drive by's of you aren't careful, so stay in groups and attack wherever you can."

"That means we'll need to work together as a team." Steve said. "Barton, you and Rainbow Dash have the roof tops and the sky. Call out any enemy positions and strays you see. Stark, you got the perimeter. You and Rainbow Dash make sure nothing gets past more than three blocks. You either turn it back or take it out."

"Mind giving me a lift?" Barton asked.

"Right." Stark replied. "Better clench up Legolas."

Tony then grabbed Barton by the back of the collar, flying up right as Rainbow Dash followed after them.

"Thor, you need to try and bottle neck that portal." Steve continued. "Slow them down if you can. You have the lighting, light them up."

Thor then spun his hammer around and took off into the air, heading for one of the skyscrapers to get a vantage point on the portal.

"Romanoff, you and me will remain on the ground, keep the fighting here." Steve continued.

"AJ, Rarity, Pinkie, remain with them." Spyro added. "Provide support and make sure you top off your mana, use your healing spells if things get hairy. Twilight, Fluttershy, you're with me. We're heading up to that portal to figure out how to shut it down while also taking out some of the Heartless before they hit the ground if they get through."

"And Hulk." Steve said, getting his attention. "Smash."

The Hulk smiled at Steve and then looked to Fluttershy, the lemon colored mare smiling at him, giving him a boost of confidence before leaping into the air and onto one of the buildings, crushed several Powerwilds that were climbing down before doing the same thing to a few others, leaping building to building before leaping in the air and crashing through a Battleship, turning it to ash as it's heart escaped. Spyro, Twilight, and Fluttershy were rushing towards Stark Tower, slicing and slashing through all the Heartless while also using Blaster Blaze to go through the Heartless along the Streets, blasting through dozens of them while Tony was being chased by multiple Air Pirates, which Spyro shot at to give him some breathing room, looking to the roof tops and saw that Rainbow Dash and Barton were doing ok, the cyan Pegasus striking down all the Heartless that got too close or were coming in from above while Barton used his arrows with special tips to take out groups at the time. They managed to reach the tower and saw that it was surrounded by Heartless, so they combined their fire spell together, charging it up and unleashing a massive fireball into the middle of the group, eliminating a large portion of the attacking force before Spyro combined his fire and wind magic, creating a fire Tornado that cut through much of the defending force, giving them a chance to get through.

However, when they reached the tower doors, they found it was blocked by debris and impossible to get through, so Spyro did the next best thing, picking up Twilight, which she yelped at suddenly being picked up and he force jumped onto the roof, doing the same thing a few times to passing Heartless that flew by until they reached the machine that was making the portal, finding the doctor was awake and his eyes were no longer White Walker colored, feeling relief.

"Dr. Selvig?" Spyro asked.

"Yes?" He asked, starring at the unicorn and Pegasus as he sat Twilight back on the ground.

"I'm Spyro, director Fury sent me." Spyro said, calming him down. "We're here to shut the portal down."

"That's going to be impossible." Selvig replied. "The barrier protecting it won't allow anything through, unless you get Loki's scepter."

"Found it." Fluttershy said.

She flew down to where it was lying, which was the balcony of the building and used her mouth to pick it up, though to her it seemed very heavy, she pushed through and brought it up to the group, putting it on the ground in front of Spyro so they could have a chance to get past. On the Helicarrier, Director Fury was watching everything going down, the Avengers fighting by the ponies side to destroy the heartless and the military working to evacuate as many civilians as possible while also speaking with the council.

"Director Fury, the council has made a decision." The female councilor said.

"I recognize the council has made a decision." Director Fury replied. "But given it's the stupidest decision, I elected to ignore it as what I'm seeing right now gives me cause to do so."

"Director, you're closer than any of our subs." One of the other council members said. "You scramble that jet and-"

"That is the island Manehatten councilmen." He replied. "Until I know my team can't handle it, I will not order a nuclear strike against a civilian population."

"If we don't hold them here, we loose everything." The councilman replied.

"Spyro and his friends, along with my team have them corralled in the city." Director Fury said. "From what I head from their earpiece, the Keyblades a magnet for these things. As long as it's on the planet, the heartless will be drawn to it, creating the perfect perimeter."

"We can't risk it director." The council woman said. "We need to send the strike now while they're busy."

"No, they got this." The director said.

He then ended the transmission, bent on making sure the nuke wasn't sent out while his team worked on the portal and the thousands of heartless that were coming through. back on the tower, Spyro was about to pick the scepter up and shut the portal down, but he then heard an explosion, looking up to see that Loki was falling down, hitting the balcony right as Natasha landed on the roof, finding them there.

"Nice of you to join the party." Spyro said.

"Didn't want you to have all the fun." She replied. "What's the plan?"

"We can use Loki's scepter to shut the portal down." Spyro said. "It's the best course of action to cut off the enemy reinforcements."

"But that will leave us with thousands of Heartless in the city." Natasha pointed out.

"Leave that to me and my friends." Spyro replied. He looked over and saw the god of mischief was getting up but ended up being tackled by Hulk right through the building. "I'm going to help Hulk smack the snot out of Loki. See if you can get the portal to close." He then jumped down from the roof onto the balcony below, leaping in right next to Hulk and saw the big mean and green ready to pound Loki when he looked over to him. "Mind if I join in? I owe this guy a few broken limbs and ribs for killing Coulson."

"ENOUGH!" Loki shouted. "You are all underneath me! I am a god you dull creature, and I will not be bullied by-"

He was interrupted when Hulk grabbed him by the foot, smashing him around like he did in the movie, throwing him around like a rag doll before smashing him into the ground a final time, leaving him dazed and in complete shock, air slowly escaping his lungs as he was in serious pain.

"Puny god." Hulk said.

"Hulk, you just became my new best friend." Spyro said, making him smile.

"Where's Fluttershy?" Hulk asked.

"She's on the roof with Natasha and Twilight." He replied. "They're working on shutting the portal down." They then heard what sounded like another leviathan, but it wasn't. Instead, it was a Darkside, rising from the ground as multiples of it appeared throughout the city, making him groan. "Darksides."

"Not issue." Hulk said. "More to smash."

"But these ones are very powerful." Spyro responded. "Brute force won't be enough. We need reinforcements."

Right as he said it, a Twilight Thorn came out of no where, punching one of the Darksides to the ground, appearing from behind the building as he saw Nobodies come from voids, engaging the Heartless while helping his friends.

"Did someone say reinforcements?" Someone asked.

The two of them turned around and saw Demyx behind them, smiling as he walked to them.

"Demyx!" Spyro said, putting his hand on the Hulks shoulder. "About time you got here."

"Hey, sneaking out of HQ with a massive army isn't easy you know." Demyx replied. "Looks like I got here just in time. My Nobodies are at your service."

"That's great to hear." Spyro said, reaching up to his earpiece. "Cap, you seeing the white suited creatures?"

"Yeah, I am." Steve replied. "What are they?"

"They're Nobodies." He replied. "Don't worry, these ones are on our side. My friend Demyx arrived with reinforcements."

"And we're going to need them." Steve said.

"Demyx, think you can dispatch some Heartless while i work on closing the portal?" Spyro asked.

"You kidding?" Demyx asked, summoning his Sitar. "This will be fun."

Demyx opened a new corridor and walked through it, heading into the fight to help his friends while hulk leapt out of the room and back into the fray, wanting to smash more Heartless and at least take down one of the Darksides. As Spyro was walking out, watching as all the Nobodies started to overwhelm the Heartless, he watch Tony go through a Leviathan and cause an explosion inside of it, destroying it while also knocking the billionaire out of the sky.

"Stark, Spyro, you hear me?" The director asked.

"We ready you." Tony said. "What's going on?"

"You have a missile heading your way." Fury replied.

"A nuclear missile?" Spyro asked.

"Afraid so." Fury replied. "The council authorized it."

"That's another reason I sometimes hate politicians." Spyro said. "Always wanting to go the nuclear route. How long?"

"Three minutes." Fury replied.

"We need to do something about that missile." Steve said.

"Only way is if we give it another target." Spyro said, looking to the portal. "And I think I might just have it. Natasha, have you closed the portal yet?"

"Trying to, but something it interfering." She replied. "Some kind of green flame is preventing me from doing so."

"That's Maleficent's magic." Spyro said. "I can purify it, but I have a plan about that missile. Stark, think you can redirect its course to the portal?"

"I think I know what you're planning kid." Tony said. "I'll be there in two minutes."

Spyro didn't have a lot of time, so he leapt back up to the roof where the machine was at, finding that Natasha was holding the scepter steady, creating an opening for him, so he reached out with the Force, making the opening bigger, though it did put a strain on him, he just pushed though it, making it big enough to where he can put his Keyblade to where the green flames were, focusing his energy and turning the blade to the right, the flames dying down as he dismissed his blade, loosing focus, but happy he got it done. He looked up and watched as the green portal turned blue, seeing Chitauri heading their way. Spyro looked to the ground and saw that the Heartless and Nobodies were now evenly matched, the three Darksides having destroyed the Twilight Thorn and were now mowing through the Nobodies, but saw that Stark had the missile and was pushing as hard as he could towards the portal, everyone holding their breath as he was redirecting the missile, just barely missing he tower as he flew through the massive wormhole and towards what appeared to be the mothership, everyone cheering as he successfully completed his goal.

"Spyro, there's still thousands of Heartless in the city." Rainbow Dash said.

"That's where we come in Rainbow." Spyro said, looking out. "Girls, it's time."

Twilight and Fluttershy knew what that meant, Natasha looking to them and wondering what he meant when he clouds above the city went dark, different colored bolts of lightning arching through the clouds as a sign of what was coming. Before anyone could ask what was going on, Spyro and the Mane Six were all surrounded by a dome of light, the domes spinning a few times before they shattered, releasing the ethereal and ponies, the six ponies circling the dragon as it roared out into the sky, everyone on the ground who could see watching as they collided, a flurry of colors shining out as Spyro activated his drive form, his coat turning the colors of the rainbow as his hair grew out to be a long as Applejacks, elegantly done like Rarity's while two sets of Pegasus wings grew on his back, opening his eyes to show the eye color of all seven rolled into one. He then reached out and the Keyblade he got when he first used his Harmony form appeared, the Elements of Harmony flying from the sky and inserting themselves in their rightful positions, Honesty at the tip, followed by kindness, laughter, generosity, loyalty, and finally magic. Then the six Keyblades he gets from fusing with the girls came down from the sky and formed into a circle, the tips pointing outwards as they spun behind his back.

He flew into the sky as the Elements of Harmony all glowed at the same time, the six ethereal ponies appearing again as they reared up, making the sound horses make as they turned into light, flying into the elements as he thrusted it into the air, releasing a rainbow and directing it to the ground, hitting the earth as a wave of light and magic washed over the streets of the city, Heartless and Nobodies alike caught in the magical aura and destroyed while Demyx managed to get to safety, watching as everything but civilians and their friends were destroyed, leaving the buildings and vehicles in tact. When the wave had finished, it created a dome around the city, releasing a Sonic Rainboom that shot throughout the city and across the entire world, leaving eveyrone in awe at the color and magic that went with it. When it vanished, they all turned to the portal, waiting for Tony to come out of the portal, but saw nothing, so the captain gave Natasha the order to close the portal, which she used Loki's staff and shut it down, watching as it started to close, but from it, Tony was free falling out of the portal, everyone cheering as he had done it and was back, but saw he wasn't slowing down, so Spyro was about to go for him, but the Hulk beat him to it, grabbed him and using his own body to shield Tony.

Everyone on the ground rushed to the two of them, Spyro flying down to them as Thor and Steve arrived, the god of thunder pulling the mask off and throwing it away right as they dismissed the drive form, returning to normal. They saw that his reactor was off and all feared the worst until Hulk roared out, spooking him away.

"What the...?" Tony went, finding everyone smiling at him. "What just happened? Please tell me nobody kissed me."

"Don't worry playboy." Spyro said, sitting down. "No one did. Good news is, we won."

Stark let out a sigh of relief, laughing that they had won while Hulk walked over and gently patted Fluttershy on the head, the lemon mare leaning against Hulks leg as she smiled.

"Alright, yay." Tony said. "Alright, nice job guys. Let's just not come in tomorrow. Let's all take a day. Hey, have you tried shawarma before? There a shawarma joint two blocks from here. Don't know what it is, but I'd really like to try it."

"Tempting, but it's not over yet." Spyro said, drawing attention. "We got to deal with Loki first."

"Shawarma afterwards then, ok?" Tony asked.

Loki had finally gotten his bearings, trying to climb out of his crater and up the stairs, feeling pain throughout his body after being Hulked, but then noticed someone was right behind him, so he looked to his right and saw the Avengers and the Keyblade Bearers, their weapons drawn and ready for him.

"If it's all the same to you..." He said, struggling to move. "I'll have that drink now."

Back on the helicarrier, everyone was congratulating them on a successful mission, Pinkie having thrown a party with her Party cannon, which Tony was questioning how she did all this right after they got back, but everyone told him not to question it. As they were unwinding, Spyro handed out a couple of cards to both Tony and the director, both taking them and examining them.

"What's this?" The director asked.

"The frequency you can reach me on." Spyro replied. "If the Heartless show back up, or any of the Organization members, you can reach me on this frequency."

"I guess we can count on you as an ally?" Director Fury asked.

"And a friend." He replied, looking to everyone having a good time as they play games, danced, and had some of the cake Pinkie brought. "Loki may be beaten, but. Maleficent is still out there. She's after something."

"Don't worry." The director said. "If she so much as sneezes anywhere on our world, we'll be there with a hanky and a pair of cuffs."

"But, seriously, do you really have to go?" Tony asked. "You're not staying for Shawarma?"

"Wish I could Tony." He replied. "But with the Heartless for the time being, we need to return home."

"Well, not without something for your troubles." Tony said.

He gave Spyro what appeared to be a data pad and on it was what appeared to be armor designs for himself and the girls, looking to him in confusion, but saw a smile on his face, raising a glass in a toast to their new friendship. After they had their fun, the Avengers and Keyblade bearers escorted Thor and Loki to where they needed to be, finding the Nordic runes on the ground and putting the Tesseract in a device, which Thor and Loki were holding, the god of mischief bound and gagged as they teleported back to Asgard, letting everyone go their separate ways. Spyro and his friends had gotten to the ship, finding that Demyx was standing there, waiting for them with a smile.

"Well, that was more excitement than I bargained for." Demyx said.

"Just glad you could make it, even if I had to blow your army away with the Heartless." Spyro said.

"Ah, don't worry about it." Demyx said. "I'll just tell Xemnas that you were in the world I was planning to invade. Barely managed to escape."

"Still, you aren't their puppet Demyx." Spyro said. "You're a good guy, despite being a Nobody. You can come with us, leave the organization. You can do more good with us right now it Equestria."

The Nobody smiled, a corridor opening up and he backed away.

"Wish I could." He replied. "But, who else is going to feed you information about incoming Nobody attacks?"

Everyone laughed as he reached the corridor, walking through as he saluted his friends, the dark passage way closing as they walked into the ship. When they got into the cockpit, the ship took off, flying above the worlds atmosphere and putting the coordinates in for Equestria, looking back to see his friends were asleep in their seats, exhausted from the fight, which he didn't blame them as he gave the confirmation for the ship to jump into warp space on their way back home, setting it to auto pilot as he got up and went to the lab, which AIVA was waiting for him.

"Sir, scans reveal that the World of Marvels has no signs of any remaining Heartless." AIVA announced. "However, the probability of their return to this world is high."

"I think I know what Maleficent is really after." Spyro said, taking his jacket off. "And if she find them, we're all doomed."

"Shall I leave probes behind to keep an eye on their locations?" AIVA asked.

"No, we leave them be for now." Spyro said. "Until further notice, we've meddled enough in this world." He then took off his shirt and revealed he had on armor underneath his shirt, taking it off and putting it on the table. "AIVA, how did the test go?"

"Integrity of Beskar body armor: 100%." AIVA replied. "No visibly damage detected. No micro damage detected. Test successful."

"Perfect." Spyro said, putting his shirt and jacket back on. "This pleases me." He then took out the data pad Tony gave him, putting it on the table as it uploaded the information into his ships computer. "Tony gave me some armor designs to try out. Must have noticed I was wearing armor when we met."

"Shall I begin construction of the armor sir?" AIVA asked.

"No, that's my task." He replied. "I would like you to redesign the armor Tony provided for me, redesign it with a bit of Mandalorian flare to it, but I'll work on the helmets design."

"Affirmative sir." AIVA said, a small alarm going off. "Sir, we will be arriving in Equestria in thirty seconds."

"Thanks AIVA." Spyro said. "Hide the body armor. I want the girls armor to be a surprise for them. And download everything you can from the pad into the main data node please."

"Affirmative sir." AIVA said. "Everything shall be done."

"Thanks AIVA." Spyro said, smiling to her. "What would I do without you?"

"Is that a rhetorical question sir?" She asked.

Spyro chuckled a bit, shaking his head as he allowed everything to be processed and completed, the machinery taking the armor and hiding it as it began to download all the information, the young prince heading into the cockpit as they approached Equestria, deciding to take a break from training for a while as the girls, they earned it.
