"So," Ricardo teases, putting his phone down after reading the article she'd directed him to before stretching out on top of him and dozing off. "Vix Crow, huh?"
Alicia looks up groggily, then nods. "Yeah, do you like it?"
Ricardo breathes out a chuckle, playing with her hair. "Hm," he sighs. "I think the important thing is how much you like it."
Alicia nods. "I do. It's something different, but still feels like it represents who I used to be, while preparing for who I hope to become in the future."
Ricardo nods, lost in thought. "If you're happy, then I'm happy," he says. "I guess I'm just surprised because I... well, I thought..."
"You thought I wanted to try to have another baby once I was healed up enough to," she finishes for him, and he nods. "I did think about it," she muses. "I thought it'd be good timing, let them all be young, grow up close together, we would have less stress because of it. But I guess once I was officially freed of my WWE contract, I just... I felt like that part of my life was still incomplete, I still needed some level of closure there." She searches his face. "I'm so sorry if this disappoints you."
"No, not really," he says. "We both have a lot going on with the twins, and Andre, and my teaching and wrestling. It doesn't mean we can't revisit the topic in a couple of years, if that's what we want."
"Exactly!" Alicia says with a beaming smile, leaning up to kiss him. "I just... this feels right, for me, right now. And I knew you would support me, no matter what I chose to do."
"Always," he tells her, brushing some of the hair out of her eyes.
She grins at him, leaning up for a slow, heated kiss. "I love you so much," she sighs against his lips.
He hums. "I love you too," he murmurs, before pressing her closer and kissing her again.
