So why am I still here behind my desk? You guessed it, Nancy will start a Store in Tokyo and our firm has to design a System for it. This is a big deal for our firm, a good review from Nancy's Jewels will get us more foreign customers.

The bastards from the other departments dropped another pile of work on my desk to debug, Ori, my curious information Spirit took a look into my PC and started solving one problem after another, when she was done she came out and said: "That was fun! Is there more?"

I stopped her: "Hold on Honey, you completed my work in a few hours that would take me a whole week! I can not explain that! Now I have to look busy without doing something."

Ori blushed: "But it was fun Seiji! It was a puzzle that needed to be solved, so I did. I even went through it slowly. You can always study some free college courses or sign up for some, you have the money… I can get you more money if you want! Yesterday I got into a Yakusa system, if you want a couple of hundred million Yen I can deliver, no problem."

I carefully avoided that offer, "We keep that as an emergency backup, Ori, we can create some new [Spell Stones] I have some in mind for the College Girls."

I put an [Beacon] at my door, that will alert me if someone is approaching my office, then I made a quick pass to New York to update my English Language and made [Magic Stone of Language Acquisition, English], the next one was [Magic Stone of Mathematics 1] I carefully divided the Mathematics according to the college year, to prevent overloading their brains. I got 1 to 6, which included the specialization years and high math.

Another Gem is the [Magic Stone of Eidetic Memory], which will improve everyone's mind. After that, I gave Ori a break and let her loose on the internet.

To keep busy, I took my old course books out and paged through them again, a lot of details became clearer to me. During College, I had a highly demanding Job in a four-star restaurant and had limited time to study. I still had good grades, but I could have aced it. My understanding of System Engineering went up to the Max in a single day.

Having a perfect English Language is a big bonus for College students, some of the professors are foreign and conduct their classes in English.

I warned them: "Girls, these Stones are a One-Time-Use, they disintegrate after you learn it, so take your time preparing to receive that knowledge, sit down, and relax your mind."

I concluded: "I have more, but you need to take them one at a time to prevent overloading your brain. Do the [Magic Stone of Eidetic Memory +3] first, then the [Magic Stone of Language Acquisition, English +2]. Do the rest after a few days, I spread acquiring my knowledge out over years, if you compress it like this, you need to process it before you get another."

Inari and Kacha were the most excited about the [Magic Stone of Eidetic Memory +3], which will speed up their understanding of the more complicated Magics. To be honest, I could make a [Magic Stone of Electricity] or one from the other elements, but the risk of frying their brain is a bit too big. Electricity is so integrated into our society that making that Stone will include half of our world's knowledge.

Also, when they have completed their education they will leave for Beast Country and I kind of enjoy their company, they fuck like wild animals, getting them on all fours and fucking them with their tail in my hand is one of my favorite positions and by the sounds they make during it, they love it too.

Lidia, Inari, and Kacha quit their job at the Merchant Guild, Kacha, and Inari made good money by selling their drops from the higher levels, most adventures could not get past the boss from the sixth floor. Killing a flying whale is a bitch.

More and more voices shouted out to lower the fees to the temples and teachers to teach the elements. Something that was restricted to the Nobles until now. Elena and Lela forced the Temples to lower their access fees, it is 3000 Aurums now, still a lot for the normal Adventurer.

Every day I released some of the debugged programs to keep them happy, while I refreshed my college courses in my office, and shagged my girls at night. We needed a place to do our production skills though, Lydia needs a proper potion lab, and Ringo a Jewelcrafting space. Kacha and Inari tried their hands at Crafting too, being skilled will increase their reputation in Beast Country.

I started on the system for Nancy's Shop in advance, I communicated with her by email to get her demands and preferences for the shop, this is normally done with a full team of engineers and programmers, but I was bored.

All of them are one-time use [Magic Stones] the catch? It needs 2000 Mana to copy, so Kiseri from Ikebu can not [Copy] them.

That night I taught Lidia the [Magic Skill Copy] and gave her a [Magic Stone Replication Tool].

I said: "Lidia, this is a game changer for your country. These four [Magic Stones] grant the Magic Skill of the spell that is on it. That means if someone buys one of these, they are granted the Magic Skill of that Element. For the moment you are the only one with enough Mana that can [Copy] these [Magic Stones]."

Elena commented: "You are going to be a wealthy woman with this, Lidia. If you sell them for 2000 Aurums, you undercut the Temples with a large margin. I bet the [Magic Spell Stone, Fire Ball] will be the most popular, it is hard to get that Magic from the Temple.

Lela nodded: "The Army will be good customers too. We demonstrated the use of high-level Magic, and they are eager to learn it. 2000 Aurums is cheap."

Mai said: "Seiji, can you teach the [Magic Skill Copy] to us too? Lidia will be swamped with orders these first months, we can help her for let's say 1000 Aurums a piece. That will give us some spending money that we earned ourselves."

They definitively are not having money problems, I gave each 200 000 Aurums to do as they please with it. I shrugged, why not? Inari and Kacha were the ones that benefited the most again, when they move to Beast Country they have the power to grant [Magic Skills] they can give four tails to any beast they want, therefore totally disturbing the power balance.

Elena warned them: "This can get you killed if you are not careful. The Temple only gives you a chance to learn it. This is a sure way to get a [Magic Skill], other countries have different methods to teach Magic to their people, the Empire to the South have schools in their Major cities and an Academy in their Capital."

She added: "And yet they will be rushing here to buy these [Magic Spell Stone] to jump start their students, once you get the Magic Skill, learning new spells becomes easier, being a Four Elemental Mage is rare, with this it will become common."

Lela sighed: "We will need to set a quota aside for export, or they will come to get it by force."

Ayla pointed something important out: "We need a method to let people advance in their Magic, just a [Fire Ball] doesn't mean much in the Tower of Sunrise, worse, they get cocky and reckless. Some guide books perhaps."

Yurie interrupted us and said: "Before we do something, think about it tomorrow and we decide then, now I need a pussy on my mouth and Seiji's rod in mine. Or, Seiji? Mai grew a lot after she took that [Elixir] Do you think she is ready for you?"

Mai was suddenly the center of attention, she grew a lot alright, from a Lolli size to an early teenager, fourteen or fifteen approximately.

Mai nodded: "I am not fit to have children yet, but my body can handle it now. That [Elixir] made a big difference, for mother too."

That night, Mai got her first, second, third, and fourth, she passed out at five. She woke up with a smile. My Spirits were moaning all night.

Lidia opted to rent a workshop in our world, the Stones are nothing more than pretty colorful stones in this world. We found a workshop for rent close by, the workshop was only two blocks away from our home and ready for action in a week, Inari and Kacha can practice their Crafting in there, and Ringo can have her workstation there. Soon everyone claimed a corner to try their skills out.

That left me in my office… bored. I am way ahead of Canon and could take it easy, Nancy told me she will visit our company next month for the contract, although the program is almost completed, Ori was eager to please and took almost all the work out of my hands.

Anyway, now that Hilda speaks, writes, and reads Japanese perfectly, I got her up to date with Elementary school education, I offered her the choice.

"Hilda, now that you live here with me, you are expected to go to school. I listed you to be home-schooled until you get the language right, there will be people demanding that you take tests to judge you are doing your best. You can finish this school year at home or take a test and enter Junior High school. The school year is barely a month in, it is easy to catch up with our help."

Hilda looked at Elena and asked: "What should I do?"

Elena smiled: "Whatever you want, Hilda. But you better ask the girls that grew up here for advice, this world is full of wonders that I have yet to discover."

Ayla commented: "Junior high can be great or Hell for foreigners. Although Hilda will have no problems dealing with bullies, in fact, she needs to be gentle with them. Her English and Japanese are at College level, she only needs Social Sciences and History. There is a school close by, we can check it out if you want, Hilda. Ayla brought us back on track: "I made good friends in Middle School and High School, I plan to invite them here a lot."

Elena smiled and said: "Maybe you should, Hilda. You are our future Court Magician, having knowledge from this World can only benefit our world. Just looking at Lord Seiji's progress proves it, Magic combined with modern knowledge is the strongest."

Hilda looked at me: "Brother Seiji? Can you come with me to see that school?"

I nodded: "I will Hilda, we will make an appointment and I take a day off. I am ahead of my work anyway."

Inari asked: "Master Seiji? Can you take us to the Temple for the Lightning Magic? We think we are ready for it."

I nodded: "If we hurry we can go now, it is still open. I can visit the church while I am there."

Yurie and Mai came along to the church, I dropped Inari and Kacha at the Temple and waited until they came back with [Lightning Magic] Level 2, and ported to the Temple with the girls. The church looked more maintained, life seemed to be improving for the orphans. Inari and Kacha went directly to Minya, they bonded with that little girl when they first met.

Aria led us in: "We made a lot of improvements to the church thanks to your generous donations, Lord Seiji. The profits of the food stall are getting bigger too. The [Candy] is very popular, every time Minya has a batch ready, it is sold out in seconds."

I nodded: "It will stay a luxury for a long time, Sister Aria, the Sugarcane for the [Candy] is only found on the eleventh Level of the Tower of Sunshine."

Yurie commented: "We can look for the option to cultivate the Sugarcane outside of the Tower, I'll search the web for information on how it is grown and what climate it needs."

Mai said: "If I remember it right it needs a warm climate, but there is an alternative, Sugar Beets they can stand a colder climate and are easier to grow."

I shrugged: "Both need time to grow first, and it need processing, both are too much for a ten-year-old. Maybe it is better to outsource it, perhaps in Ikebu Town at the Tower of Sunrise, they will need the [Candy] the most.

Aria sighed: "I agree, money is not a problem anymore, but Minya is working herself to the bone, I have to force her to take a day off, even though she is studying to get Wind Magic."

Yurie suggested: "Can you hire some local kids to help out? There are bound to be some that are needing the money."

I thought for a bit and made a decision, "This weekend I will set a way to get Sugarcane, you can ask around for a location for the Sugar extraction, in the meantime, let Minya visit the Wind Temple, with the way she is studying she is bound to have [Wind Magic] Level 2."

Inari and Kacha caught that last sentence from me, when they came in with Minya, Kacha offered: "For as long as we are in the country we are willing to harvest Sugarcane on the Eleventh floor for Minya. It is a small effort for us, and Minya is a student of Master Seiji. We are honored to aid our little sister."

I smiled grateful to both and said: "I will create a [Magic Stone of Teleportation] to that location, and one to the Church. That will reduce travel time." I faced Minya and said, "Minya, you have to rest sometimes, but I understand that as my student there is a lot of pressure on you, and people expect that you are perfect. Therefore this weekend I will take you a day with me, there is more than cooking that I can teach you."

Minya bowed: "Thank you, Lord Seiji. I will be waiting for you."

I quickly made some [Magic Stone of Teleportation +3] in a corner of the room. I explained: "This corner must be kept clear. It is the arrival point of these [Magic Stone of Teleportation]. Inari and Kacha will use these to bring the Sugarcane here."

When we arrived home, Ayla and Elena finished researching the school for Hilda. Dalton Junior and Senior High School is close by and with good recommendations. Ayla already mailed a request to make an appointment.

To be clear, I hacked into their system to see if there were foreign students from New York in that school, she could expose herself if she didn't know a thing about a City she was supposed to have lived in for twelve years. We are in luck, nobody is from NY, some are from the States, but not that many.

The girls used the rest of the evening, to teach Inari and Kacha what they could do with [Lightning Magic], Ringo demonstrated how she can make Mithril with [Lightning Magic] and [Earth Magic].

Ringo explained: "Mithril is only the beginning, if you research the Net about Alloys there are some that you can make that are very useful for your country. Aluminum comes to mind, the ores are plenty available but it has to be refined first. There are plenty of other alloys to choose from."

Inari and Kacha are overwhelmed, with this knowledge they will be able to take a top position in their country for sure. The tank you sex was awesome! Getting shagged by a Kitsune and a Nekomata is the best! I hate to see them leave for Beast Country.

The next day Dalton School answered and made an appointment for the next day, Friday. Hilda took this day to page through Ayla's old schoolbooks from elementary to the first years of Junior High. On an educational level, Hilda is up to date, her worldview and how to handle the outside world need more work.

My work? I took my Laptop to work and entered a few online college Courses, Energy Systems, and Engineering Design to start with. From time to time I sent fixed bugs to the departments to keep them happy, and the rest of the day I studied. Even though that was easy, my [Information Magic] Level 6 [Increase Skill Mastery] made me understand the content of the course faster than usual, combined with the [Eidetic Memory], I plan to complete the courses in less than half the time.

The next morning I took Hilda and Elena to the Dalton school, the school was brand new, it only opened its doors in 2019 and I suspect they only accept top students. But, they are the closest to our Home, and it is worth the effort to get Hilda a taste of Japanese School life.

At first, they were a bit weary to accept a girl who had only a few months in Japan, but after Hilda proved that she was fluent in speaking, writing, and reading, I convinced the student counselor to give her a few tests. The counselor took her laptop and presented Hilda with last year's first-term exams. Hilda took the chance to complete a few tests.

From the moment she got her own Laptop, Hilda took a Typing course, inspired by Ayla, who could type at an incredible speed. She finished the tests in record time, most of the questions were easy for her anyway.

The councilor was impressed: "That was very fast, Hilda San, are you certain you have the answers right? You will be evaluated on these three tests, not only on the correct answers but also on the way you answered the questions."

Hilda nodded: "I am confident, Councilor Suzuki San, the questions were not difficult."

I commented: "Our Hilda is blessed with an Eidetic Memory, combined with a bright mind she has no problem with the theoretical courses. We hope she can integrate better into our society if she goes to school as soon as possible. We are financially secure, so the tuition is no problem."

Councilor Suzuki smiled: "She at least has my vote, this afternoon our school board has a meeting and I will present your application. We will notify you by mail. I can give you the list of programs our students need to have installed on their laptops. Hilda San, I hope to see you here next week."

Elena smiled: "I am very impressed with this school, we hope Hilda gets accepted."

I ruffled her hair: "I am proud of you, Minya, now I have to make you stronger. First, do you see that blue screen? Think of pressing Yes. Minya obeyed without questioning and a small [Fire Ball] hit the tree, she panicked when the Stone crumbled.

I smiled at her, "Don't worry, Minya, it is supposed to happen that way. What it did was give you [Fire Magic], point your hand out like you just did, and cast a [Fire Ball] just the way you cast [Wind Bullet]."

A [Fire Ball] left Minya's hand, she turned to me and asked: "Lord Seiji? I can do [Fire Magic] now. How? I didn't visit the Temple!"

"That is a new invention of mine, and you are the first one to get it. Practice [Fire Ball] a few more times, then we go Hunting."

We got a lot of curious on-lookers watching Minya practice her [Fire Magic], then I placed My [Magic Stone of Earth] on the ground. The Golem that opened the fourth floor dropped that Stone, with the Stone as the center, plants, and flowers started to grow and bloom, a circle of almost a half mile was covered in flowers.

I grinned and said: "We are going to target practice on Bees, are you ready? Take a [Candy] first. You notice that [Candy] is very useful, isn't it? Ah! There they are, Guys? If you want to kill some, be my guest, I will keep an eye on things."

I stood behind Minya and let her use her new Spells on the hundreds of bees that came to the smell. Panic broke loose when the adventures saw the swarm, I observed them to see how they handled it. Some were professional and lined up in battle formation, most tailed out and made a run for it.

I heard an older Adventurer say: "Fools as if that man will attract monsters that will endanger his pupil. He has the means to keep her safe, so we will be safe too. This is an opportunity we can not miss. Tank, go for it."

Five teams got in formation and waited for the bees to arrive. The bees only had eyes for the flowers, I commented to the teams: "Pull them away from the swarm, three or four at a time with a ranged attack, the rest of the swarm will ignore you. Minya, try it."

We spent two hours culling the swarm, the teams were tired, and still the bees kept on coming, finally I cast a [Fire Wave] that killed almost the whole swarm. With all the XP going to Minya, she gained a lot of levels, she is up to Level 20 already.

I turned to the Adventures, and asked: "Are you guys OK? Do I need to take care of the rest?"

The old Adventurer said: "We can clear the rest, My Lord. Are you perhaps the Hero that cleared the Tower, My Lord?"

I nodded: "Yes, I am. Together with Warrior Princess Elena and Iron Wall Lela together with our other companions cleared the Tower. My advice to you is to learn different kinds of Magic. The four first Levels and the four levels below ground are about [Earth Magic], from Level Five to Twelve is about Water Magic, Thirteen to Twenty-one is about [Wind Magic]]."

I tried to explain, "Each Level has secondary Magics involved, just forcing your way through without Magic won't get you past Level Six."

This may be an opportunity to promote the [Magic Spell Stones], "Hmm, because you were brave enough to stay, I will grant you something. I see that each party has a Magic caster… each party gets four [Magic Spell Stones], the Red one is [Fire Magic] the Blue one is [Water Magic] the Brown one is [Earth Magic] and the Green one is [Wind Magic]. Divide them among each other, take the Stone in your hand, and cast [Fire Ball], [Water Bullet], [Earth Bullet], or [Wind Bullet] with it. When the Stone crumbles, you have learned the Magic. Enjoy, These [Magic Spell Stones] are for sale very soon."

I took Minya and ported to the eleventh Floor next to the Sugarcane field, "Minya, we are on the Eleventh Floor, and this is the Sugarcane field, turn around, see that big eel? Minya, you can tell Sister Aria about it, the rest doesn't need to know for now."
