Himari advanced the same, she already learned a lot watching the fight, and my tutoring and sparring with Lela was a revelation. She was giddy with anticipation for the next tournament.

She said: "Thank you so much, Lela San, if I win the next tournament it will only be because of you and Seiji San."

"Think nothing of it, Himari San, it was educational for me too. The improvement you made is of your own effort and willingness to learn." Said Lela, "I had fun too."

Kacha said: "I am willing to have a spar, Minato? Himari?"

Minato jumped to the occasion, having a spar with a gorgeous black beauty was a dream come through.

Minato got intense, he did not face a black beauty, he faced an enemy. The fight escalated into a brutal fight for survival, a fight to protect his friends, in the end, he used his other hand and feet to hurt Kacha and tried every dirty trick he knew to win the spar. Under the amazed eyes of Reina and Himari, Minato turned into a brutal fighter under my guidance, Kacha ended it fifteen minutes later.

Panting, Minato said: "Thank you, Kacha San. I felt the difference between sport and reality. They are worlds apart."

Kacha smiled: "I could feel your Killing intent on occasion, Minato san. You did well."

Inari said: "That is high praise, Minato San, treasure it. Himari San, you are up next. This will be a fight for survival, you are cornered by me, behind you is a cliff, in front of you is a slave trader who wants to capture you and sell you to the highest bidder."

I added: "Change your mentality, Himari San. You are your own woman, and nobody will get that away from you. This will be a fight to define who you are, an amazon, a Valkyrie, a Kunoichi, an Onna-bugeisha our Ancient Women Warriors. Show her that you are more than what they see."

Enough pep-talk? It seems that way, Himari turned into a fighting demon, she seriously impressed me, Himari used all her Skills and invented some of her own.

After the fifteen minutes were over, she sagged down: "That was incredible, Inari San, this was completely different than a tournament. Thank you for this lesson."

Elena helped her up and removed some of her fatigue, as she did with Minato, and said: "Both of you are very skilled. It is hard to impress us, Lord Seiji? I feel that this deserves something, don't you think so?"

Rin, Mai's and Yurie's friend said: "I agree, that felt the same as when Mai, Yurie, and Ayla are sparring at our dojo."

Tsumugi nodded: "Yes, when those three let loose they can be scary."

Hilda told them, "You fought well, go take a shower, before your sweat dries up. Minato San, you can use the shower in that room, Himari San, use the shower in my room."

Too bad that Inari and Kacha's clothes are cleaned and stored in their [Magic Stone of Transformation +3] so the classic panties hanging to dry in the bathroom did not happen, Minato has to use his imagination.

When the excitement settled down, they focused on their studies again. An hour later when they went home, Nancy showed the girls what she discovered.

I shook my head, "That would be useless for them, it would end up on a wall and collecting dust."

Yurie said: "A Bokken, Kendo students can carry those with them. If you add a [Magic Stone] to it to increase some skill, put their name on it and they will be happy. It is not that they won the world championship."

Elena smiled: "That is a good idea, Yurie, Lord Seiji? Can you make a stone that increases sword skills and add it to a Bokken?"

Kacha said: "In the Tower of Sunrise I saw a special kind of tree, the wood is very dense and hard, and has a beautiful structure. I will make the Bokken if that is ok."

Inari smiled: "I agree, that tree is growing in Beast Country too, and is used for fancy training weapons and furniture, those trees are rare."

Elena said, "All that fighting made me hot and tingly, Lord Seiji, we need our Hero in the bedroom, please."

Nancy said: "I'll pass, I had my fun today."

After a shower, I started breakfast, once everyone was set and gone, I asked Nancy: "Did you have something special on your mind today, Nancy? I am at your disposal these two weeks, your wish is my command."

Nancy nodded: "I want to explore Tokyo with You, Elena, and Lela. Elena and Lela need to feel what our world is like. They need it to start reforms in Delaidos."

"That is not a job, that is a pleasure," I said, "dating the women I love and getting paid for it is something that does not happen every day."

We explored several tourist spots, Tokyo is too bloody big to do them all, I love all the jealous looks the males give me, two super hot blonds and a cute brunette are hanging on my arms.

We did some research when we visited a museum about printing and paper. To keep our conversation private we spoke Delaidos, Nancy pointed some details out that would be helpful for Elena's ruling, and explained the organizations that make our world function.

Nancy said: "Communications and transport. Those are the first two you should focus on. Hard roads that connect your cities are increasing traffic and trade, fast communication, not only warns you on time for danger but also delivers news and information. That is most important for your army."

Elena nodded: "We already have a fast way to communicate with our Twin Stone phones, but they are nothing compared with the Smartphones Lord Seiji bought for us."

"There is a way you can use [Earth Magic] to create roads," explained Nancy, "Magic can be used in construction and other functions besides battle. A good Earth Mage can build a house in a week, I bet Seiji can do it in a few hours. You can build sewers and drains faster than we can with our technology, those are some examples of a good Earth Mage can make a good living without having to battle monsters."

I suggested: "You can add them as a civilian part of your Army, the engineering force. Our armies have them, they can build bridges over streams, help with floods and calamities, or help to move the army faster to the battlefield. And that way you keep the mages under control."

"We can test it out tomorrow in Delaidos," proposed Nancy, "There are a lot of different ways we can try."

Elena checked the time, "We need to return. Hilda is about to come home."

Kacha and Inari took me apart and showed the Bokken they made today, they handed them to me: "They were fun to make, Master Seiji, we cut two branches, dried it with [Water Magic], cut it in shape with [Wind Magic] and sanded it with [Earth Magic]. Then we engraved their Names with [Fire Magic]. We even got new [Crafting Skills] and [Magic Spells] from it. It raised our MP a lot.

I took an [Empty Magic stone] and asked Ori to assist. Together we made [Magic Stone of One-Handed Sword +1].

Yeah, I better not make one of +5, I attached the Stones in the hilts of the Bokken, recessed in the hilt and out of sight, the Bokken was still a work of art.

I handed the Bokken back and said: "You can give them yourself, these Bokken are beautifully made, they are perfectly balanced, and it shows it took a lot of time to create them."

When the dinner table was set, Kacha and Inari presented the Bokken to Minato and Himari, Kacha said: "These are the rewards that Mistress Elena spoke of, Inari and I made them just today. You have to take it in your hand and make a few moves with it, so we can see if the balance is perfect. Concentrate on the skill."

Minato admired the blade and took a stand, fast as lightning he made a series of moves, turned, and looked dazed at the Bokken: "Kacha San, this is the finest Bokken I ever held in my life, thank you, I will treasure this for the rest of my life."

Himari did the same moves, she felt the Bokken connect to her and raise her skill while she made her moves, "Thank you Inari San. Somehow I felt myself connecting to the Bokken as if it is a part of me now. I will treasure it just like Minato San."

Hilda hugged Elena: "Thank you Sister Elena, and you too, Sister Kacha and Sister Inari."

"Dinner is ready!" I broke the sappy moment up with good food, soon everyone was eating and talking about their day. Nancy made everyone jealous when she told them she took me, Lela, and Elena, to visit the tourist spots in Tokyo.

Aya said: "I have been visiting Seiji here for years and did not see half of what you have done today."

Reina said: "Mother works in a travel agency, she said locals tend to overlook the beauty of their hometown because they see it every day."

"The grass is always greener on the other side." I commented, "It is a popular saying because it is in our human nature to feel that way."

After dinner, Aya said: "Seiji, Mai, Yurie, and the girls are going in the Jacuzzi, can you show us how to fill the tub and start the water jets?"

An explanation of ten minutes later, the six college girls were soaking, Aya called out, Hilda? Do you and your friends want to join? There is plenty of room!"

Hilda answered: "If Brother Seiji has some swimming trunks for Minato and Haruto, then we will, thank you. Boys, you can change in that room, girls, come with me."

Aya grinned: "What is stopping you from getting naked, Yuki? I bet Minato and Haruto would not mind."

Yuki shook her head, "But, Himari, Reina, and Hilda would, Aya. And stop teasing them, they are about to blow."

Minato commented: "We don't mind, Yuki san, we know the difference between friendly banter among friends and teasing."

Reina nodded: "All these evenings studying together made me see you as big Sisters, being here makes me feel… like we are a part of a group somehow."

Aya smiled: "We are in the [Hero Party]! Can't you feel it? Seiji is the leader, Elena and Lela are the commanders, the rest is divided into Melee and casters. What do you think? It can work, no?"

"That makes Minato and Himari melee, and Haruto, Hilda, and me Casters... We don't know any Magic, Bows perhaps?" said Reina.

Rin got in the spirit: "Yuki as a caster, Tsumugi and I as unarmed fighters. We would make an awesome raiding team."

Aya joked: "It isn't always fun though, the Dungeons can be a hostile environment, like a jungle or a swamp. Dissecting the prey for the Mana cores can be messy too." She glared at Hilda and continued "Or the monsters are too cute to kill and you want to pass them without hurting them, cute little penguins."

Hilda shrugged: "Brother said you watched too many cartoons. Those penguins were good XP."

Minato asked: "You are gaming together? I saw your laptop, Hilda San, there wasn't any game on."

Mai said: "It is the old-fashioned Dungeons and Dragons, Minato San, we played it a few times to see if we liked it. We focus on study now."

Twenty minutes later they dried off and put their clothes back on. Reina bowed before Elena: "Elena San, thank you for your hospitality. Both my parents work late, and being allowed to study and have a meal here means a lot to me. Thank you."

Elena smiled: "There is no need to thank me, Reina Chan, you are good friends of Hilda, that makes you important to us too. We love to have you here, otherwise, Hilda would be the only young girl among us.

Ringo commented: "Elena likes to collect good friends, she can't have enough of them."

Nancy agreed: "Growing up alone makes you appreciate any friend you can make."

Aya announced: "Mai, Yurie, and the girls are having a sleepover at Yurie, don't wait up for us."

Elena smiled: "Have fun, all of you."

Hilda took me aside: "Brother can you watch out for Reina and Himari? They must pass some shady places. Minato told me that some of those men began to call out to them. He is afraid it will escalate."

I put beacons on all four of them when they left. I have enough MP for it. That made me think and check the map, it was full of Red dots again.

I went to the bathroom and [Shadow Travel] behind them, [Sleep] and a [Electroshock] later they ended up in my inventory. I stored twenty guys again, being invisible rocks! I wonder how many I have to kill before they back off. Do I sound cold? Meh, they are after Nancy, that is enough reason to get rid of them.

Back inside, I monitored the kids when they went home, I saw the trouble spot they had to pass and took my shady laptop out. It took a few minutes to get all their information, and the combined efforts of Ori and I to find their dirty laundry, some hints, and documents in the right place, and a few hours later the place was raided by the police, the evidence was easy to find and some good cop bad cop later, three quarters could call a nice cell home for a couple of years.

Tonight it was Ringo night, she was spoiled from all sides, and with me inside of her, she got over the top multiple times, Kacha needs to be careful with licking lately, her tongue began to be more raspy and rough. I woke up early and spotted a lot of red dots again. Thirty of them, ten minutes later the coast was clear.

I prepared Breakfast and lunch and watched the girls follow their noses to the table. Elena said to Hilda, Lydia, and Ringo: "Today we go to Delaidos with Nancy, so we are out of reach, Hilda, you can call Aya in case of an emergency."

"Hilda, I took care of your friend's problem. They won't bother them again." I told Hilda, "Most of them are behind bars by now."

"Thank you, Brother Seiji, I was worried for them." smiled Hilda "You are the best."

Elena looked at me with a question in her eyes, "Himari and Reina were harassed on the way home." I explained, "Nothing serious at first but Minato told Hilda it was escalating. I took care of it."

Nancy nodded: "And we probably don't want to know how you did it."

"Probably," I nodded, "We have to lose your tail before we can go to Delaidos, Nancy. The subway again?"

Nancy nodded: "That is probably the best way to loose them. I bet their bosses won't be happy when they lose us for the second time."

We ditched Nancy's tail in the subway and [Teleport] to the church and Aria. Aria was glad to have a talk with us, things were growing over her head.

"Princess Elena, the Sugar Factory, and I heard there is going to be a Paper Mill and a Book Factory, that is too much for me, My calling is to tend the church and look after the orphans of this city." Aria explained, "Now Miss Kacha and Miss Inari are managing the Sugar and [Candy] factory, but they let it known that they leave for Beast Country eventually. We need permanent managers for all that."

I nodded: "You are right, Aria, but capable managers are hard to find, I remember that when I sold my potions in the Merchant guild, only Lydia, Kacha, and Inari could count further than a thousand. Or do you have someone in mind?"

Aria answered: "Two actually, both are in their fifties and worked for years in the Merchant guild. They replaced them for younger and prettier girls at the front desk."

Elena said: "We will give them a try, Aria, when you recommend them then we can trust that they are capable. Lord Seiji will teach them what they need to know, call them here tomorrow around this time and we will seal the deal. We have other matters to deal with today."

We [Teleport] outside the city to the hidden valley where we eliminated the Orc warband, and I started to teach new ways to use [Earth Magic].

"The trick is to know what type of stone you want, from Compressed Mud to Granite. You have to know the stone before you can reproduce it with Magic, the harder and complicated the structure of the stone is, translate it in the difficulty of conjuring it."

I demonstrated it by conjuring different types of rock, I saw the dollar signs in Nancy's eyes when she realized that Diamonds are rocks too, Rubies, Sapphire… Leveling [Earth Magic] up to Level 5 has become a priority now.

"The next step is combining types of rock, Pebbles, Sand, and branded Limestone are combined to make concrete, like many of our roads in our world. Like this."

I changed a strip of dirt into a concrete road, "With [Metal Control] you can reinforce the Concrete with iron bars to carry heavier loads without breaking, you saw the buildings of our world, all are made with this concept. It is tricky to make it work but the result is something that can last for years."

I conjured a two-story high building, completely made of reinforced Concrete, "Sadly enough, Concrete doesn't last for centuries, so we use natural stone on the outside and concrete on the inside. With some imagination, you can create a beautiful mansion."

I dug a big hole in the ground and made a basement, two floors deep, Granite on the outside and underneath, Reinforced Concrete on the inside to make smooth floors without vaulting the ceilings, I left gaps for stairs and on the ground floor, I turned the floor into polished Granite.

The outer walls were conjured Granite in different colors, from green at the bottom to brown on the first floor, and green and brown combined for the upper floors. With this coloring, the Mansion faded into the background and made it hard to spot. The doors and windows are harder to do.

"Glass is basically molten sand. Window frames can be made from metal, aluminum for example. Doors from metal and glass are common in our world and there are a lot of models to choose from. So is the roof. People used Copper and Lead for centuries in our world, with [Earth Magic] it is possible to do here."

When I was done with my lecture four hours later, a big mansion was in front of us, with Granite walls a Copper roof, and a lot of rooms.

I commented: "The inside needs more work, though. This can be our secret mansion if you want."

Elena gasped: "This is the valley where we killed all those Orcs! The Valley with that small entrance! Lord Seiji, this is perfect for us!"

"I locked everything up, we can come back later. I'll make a few [Magic Stone of Teleportation] to this place for us and set a beacon to guard it." I told them.

Nancy sighed: "You are so a broken character you know, Seiji? This type of house can be sold for a lot of money in our world too. A house made of Granite is priceless, the decorations you made on the windows and doors cost a fortune to make in Granite. Elena? Lela? Are we going to baptize this house or do we bring everyone here for that?"

Elena smiled brightly: "We need everyone here for that, Nancy. This needs a big celebration."
