Chapter 15:

(Okay, here we go! We're nearing the end of the first night! I'll figure out a way to include most of the stuff that was in game, later! Anyways, enjoy the chapter.)

Freddy kept Gregory close before walking out of the elevator. Gregory had explained something of disappearances in the news and Gregory noted that a few classmates or even friends were going missing. "So, that is why you were hiding with me, superstar?" Freddy asked. "Yeah…I'm sorry that I didn't tell you sooner, Freddy." Gregory apologized.

Freddy placed a hand on his superstar's shoulder, "It is not a problem, Gregory. I am happy you are not hurt." Freddy said, happily. Gregory smiled, taking a breath, "Okay, come on, the doors are almost open, and we'll get out of here with the others!" Gregory said, keeping his Fazerblaster on hand in case any other bots wanted to try and get him.

Freddy looked like he was unsure of how to break it to Gregory that he could not leave. "We must be careful, Gregory. Moon may try to attack us one last time before you leave." Freddy warned, "But we are nearly there. I will still keep you safe, my superstar." Freddy looked around, staying on guard.

(Meanwhile)

Bonnie checked for a notification and saw what was Asher's response! "Yes! Your uncle's here, kiddo!" Bonnie said, Sammy smiled, happy. "Uncle Asher's here? He knows we brought the car, right?" Sammy asked, wondering if Uncle Asher was trying to pick them up. "Yeah, we'll go and follow him home, okay?" Bonnie said, walking a little faster to the elevator of the atrium. "Keep the Faz Cam on ya, okay? Roxy or Chica might still be around…" Bonnie said, with his son nodding.

"We gotta tell him Uncle Monty's hurt, too. Maybe he can fix him." Sammy suggested, Bonnie looked back at the elevator. "Yeah, you're probably right, rascal. But he'll have to come back and fix him." Bonnie said, noting that there's not a lot of time left to go get Monty, let alone if that was a good idea.

Bonnie kept singing the galaxies song with his son to calm them down from Monty's severe injuries. "I hope Uncle Asher won't be mad…" Sammy said, "He won't be mad at you, but he'll DEFINITELY be mad at me, rascal." Bonnie said, trying to reassure him. Bonnie had walked to the recharge station to give himself a quick charge.

Then, they saw Gregory and Freddy at the elevator. "Guys!" Bonnie said, happy to see that they were okay. "Bonnie! I am glad you are okay! How is Sammy?" Freddy said, "I'm okay, Uncle Freddy. But Uncle Monty got hurt!" Sammy said, which shocked Freddy and Gregory, mostly Freddy. "Bonnie, what happened?" Freddy asked. "Talk later, elevator now." Bonnie said, walking into the elevator, they got in and the elevator started moving.

"Bonnie, I thought we agreed we would—" Freddy was about to say, but Bonnie interrupted him. "It wasn't me. Monty tried to lunge at us and he hit that button that drops the giant bucket." Bonnie explained, brushing a bit of his hair. "He fell off the catwalks, then?" Freddy asked, to which his best friend nodded. "I'm sorry, but someone's gonna need to do repairs on him." Bonnie apologized.

"I am sure Asher will fix him up, but we must focus on getting you out. Moon could still be lurking by." Freddy said, "Anyways, we figured out something about that rabbit lady. Her name's Vanny. She's using a small hideout in Fazer Blast." Gregory explained, "Vanny…Weird name…but something about it is irking me." Bonnie said, Sammy looked over and saw that the elevator door was opened.

The main lobby was hardly lit, now a shadow covering the area. This was it. Only a couple more minutes to 6AM and the doors would open. "There's Uncle Asher!" Sammy said, "Asher is here?" Freddy asked, wondering why Sammy had called him an uncle as well. "Ash!" Bonnie said, running up to the man. "Bonnie, thank the Lord!" Asher said, running up to the two of his family members.

Bonnie let Sammy down and Asher hugged the boy tightly, "I'm so glad you're okay, kiddo!" He said to Sammy. Sammy was tired, but he had enough energy to cry. "What the heck were you thinking, coming here with Sammy? I told you that there was something going on, didn't I?" Asher said, "Ash, shout at me later, we need to get out of here!" Bonnie said. Freddy and Gregory walked up to the man, "Gregory, how are you holding up? Any injuries on either of you?" Asher asked, the boy shaking his head as a response.

"Good. Come on, we have to hurry." Asher looked at the doors, they had opened up. "Freddy, it's open! Let's go!" Gregory said, pulling Freddy but to no avail. "Superstar…I…I cannot." Freddy said, placing his hand on his arm, awkwardly and sadly.

"Sure you can, we can go with Bonnie and Sammy." Gregory said, grabbing his hand. Bonnie knew what Freddy was worried about. "Gregory, if I leave now, it may cause some alarm. Which will most likely cause trouble for Asher and the three of you…" Freddy said. "Please. If what you said to me was true, please do not return to the Pizzaplex. It will not be safe." Gregory looked upset, "Freddy…if we leave now, nothing will change, will it? There will be more disappearances." Gregory said, Bonnie looking stunned by that, the robo-rabbit placed a hand on Sammy's shoulder, cautiously, while Sammy looked confused. "Yes. That is…correct. Asher, you must get them out of here." Freddy said, the technician nodding.

"Like I wouldn't, that was the plan." Asher said, snippy. "We can discuss this another time. Come on, boys." Asher said. Sammy picked his mask up, "B-But, Uncle Asher, Uncle Monty is—" Sammy said. "Sammy, we have to go." Bonnie and Asher said, regretfully and sternly.

Bonnie picked up his kid and patted his back as a comforting gesture. "Freddy, we're not leaving without you, you're free from whatever's going on, so—" Gregory looked like he was about to cry, until he did when he hugged Freddy. "I will miss you, my superstar. But you will be safe and that is all that matters to me." Freddy had said, looking up at Bonnie and Sammy. Freddy gave a sad smile.

"A family group hug?" Freddy asked, Bonnie put Sammy down. "I'm gonna miss ya, buddy. Tell Roxy, Chica and Mont I'm sorry, will ya…?" Bonnie said. "I wanna come back to see you, Uncle Freddy." Sammy said, sad. Freddy chuckled and patted Sammy's head. Haha, I will look forward to it, once it is safe, my nephew. I look forward to seeing you all once we have made sure it is safe." Freddy said. The four of them had hugged, like Freddy's suggested, it was a family group hug.

Asher looked ashamed, "Freddy, I'm gonna need you for something later. Whatever you do, do NOT connect to the main network." Asher said, Freddy looked at how Asher seemed. Part of him seemed unfocused, but he nodded to this command anyway. "Very well. Now. I will return to my room." Freddy said, turning to his family and his child. "I must go, but when it is safe, I will notify you. Farewell, Bonnie." Freddy said, walking back to Rockstar Row. Gregory dried his tears and focused himself to stay strong. "Let's hurry. Vanny could still be following us." Gregory said, "Who's Vanny?" Sammy asked.

"The rabbit lady. Time's up, come on!" Gregory said, running outside. "Bonnie, get behind the wheel and follow directly behind me." Asher said to him, "Right." Bonnie said, "Get in with Asher, kids." Gregory and Sammy nodded, getting in the side of the van. "Keep your heads down in case anyone sees you." Asher wanted the boys.

Bonnie got back into the car he used to get here, and thankfully he didn't think anyone could see it. Bonnie shifted the gears before realizing there was a passenger. "Umm…hello, Bonnie." Moon said.

(Later)

Asher drove onto the driveway of the summer house. Sammy had fallen asleep with Gregory a little lost in thought. He saw Bonnie pull over and had nearly hit the mailbox. "Okay, come on, let's get you inside." Asher said, picking Sammy up. "Gregory, come on." Asher said, "O-Oh, right." Gregory had a lot on his mind, he was sad because Freddy couldn't come with them, and he's scared if he gets caught and he's still feeling the anxiety of how the night at the Pizzaplex was, and now he was thankful that he and Sammy made it out alive. "Bonnie, you all right?" Asher asked.

"Yeah, and I should tell ya we had a stowaway." Bonnie said, seeing Moon awkwardly behind him. "Moon, how did you—" Asher said, Gregory immediately stood behind him. "How?! Asher, we have to get inside—" Gregory started panicking.

"No no, it's okay, supernova!" Moon said, "I do not wish to hurt you. You have my word." Moon said. "It's okay. I reset the Daycare Attendant's system. Sun and Moon weren't connected to the main network, so they can't be infected." Gregory had hoped that Asher was being serious, while it's not like he had any reason to lie, Gregory needed to stay wary of anything threatening.

"Come on inside the house. I'll put Sammy in bed." Asher explained, telling Gregory that they'll set up a bed for him. Gregory nodded, looking through the quaint house. Bonnie took a deep fake breath.

"Home sweet home. Sorry we were out so late…" Bonnie apologized. "Oh, you've got more to be sorry for than that, Bonnie." Asher said, hushed and sternly. Bonnie's ears mechanically drooped, understanding of why Asher had said that, but it still felt mean spirited. "Moon, what happened to your eye?" Bonnie asked.

"Oh, this was my original eye color. My blue eye is how I used to be." Moon felt great to be back, but he felt shame for any memories he picked up during many nap-times. Gregory looked at the red and blue eyed jester. "So, they made a robot-heterochromia?" Bonnie joked, "That was a design pitch for another animatronic, I believe." Moon said. "Well, if we're deciding to bury the hatchet, name's Glamrock Bonnie. Though, your bro already spoke to ya about me." Bonnie said, cheerfully for a moment. "A pleasure. My name is Moon, and all I gathered from interacting with you is that you don't seem like the type who takes things seriously." Moon had said, "Yeah, Freddy used to tell me that a lot."

(More later)

Gregory and Sammy were fast asleep in the bedroom. Asher poured himself a drink of water, "Moon, what were you thinking?! There's going to be a huge problem if they find out you're gone." Asher scolded him, "I know! But I didn't want to risk falling under that glitch again." Moon felt his assertiveness getting worse and worse during the past few years. "I reset you, Moon. You shouldn't be under the virus's control anymore…" Asher explained.

Bonnie looked up at that, "A virus?!" Bonnie asked. Asher sighed, upset. "I wanted to make sure I dealt with it before telling you, Bonnie, but you really had to force my hand in the WORST way possible." Asher said, "You're right about me going there being a mistake, but if you'd have been straight with me, maybe I woulda taken that more seriously." Bonnie said, annoyed with barely hearing the answers he wanted for nearly 8 years.

Asher brushed the side of his hair and took a sip of water, "I may as well tell you everything I know, then." Asher said, pulling out a newspaper. The headline had read about the disappearances of many civilians, most of which included children. Bonnie looked terrified at that, "You're…You've gotta be kidding." Bonnie said, barely registering this.

"Yeah, this has been happening for a while, but someone I used to work with realized where it was coming from…" Asher explained, "It wasn't long before the others became much more eerie than entertaining. You saw it, didn't you?" Asher asked.

Bonnie tilted his head and shrugged, "Garbage eating, breaking stuff, egomaniac…attempting to shove NyQuil down my kid's throat." Bonnie then turned to Moon, Moon looked to his side. "I-I…I'm sorry." Moon apologized, "I had realized my own mistakes were causing Eclipse and Sunny problems as well. Mostly Sunny's anxiety." Moon explained. "Right. This was under the effects of a virus that was connected to the main network. I don't know who implanted it, but my best guess was another techie…" Asher explained, before looking at the time.

"Listen, I have to get to work and I have to make sure Cassie's safe. We'll finish this tomorrow." Asher said, "But if you put Sammy or Gregory at risk again, Bonnie, I will have no choice to make sure you aren't near them. Got it?" Bonnie had felt threatened, if he had a heartbeat, it would sting even more.

He didn't want to be out of Sammy's life, but he knew Asher made these calls, not him. "Right…I got no excuses or rebuttals there, buddy." Bonnie had said, trying to calm himself with the non-serious tone. "Don't try to joke right now. Moon, since you're here, you can stay. It'll be safer for you and anyone else that was being hunted." Asher explained, Moon played with his nightcap. "Yes sir. I understand." Moon said, politely.

"We'll talk more, later. Make sure Sammy and Gregory are okay when they wake up." Asher said. Asher had walked out the front door, leaving Bonnie and Moon in a time of awkwardness before the next morning.

(Okay, that's all for the first night! I'll try to handle this whole spiel the normal five day sitch we're all used to. I know this was more fanfic-ish than expected, but I hope it was good. Now that we established the virus's existence, what's next for Gregory and everyone else. See u next time for then, stay strong and awesome!)

Hebrews 4:12 KJV:

For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to even the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
