Hi there, I wanted to give you all this one as one of the last of this year. This year kicked my ass in so many ways and this has to be one of my favorite fics that I made over 2024. I mean I love Mash and I wish it got more respect, but hey not even Saitama or Mob can make a crack of being 100 million. He did his job, we had fun and that was it, I am happy that he lasted 18 volumes which is very impressive.

Now lets see Mash best friend and what situation he will get around

At UA

Nothing was special around the general course classes, students did their things, used their quirk and move on. They didn't have any exciting thing to do or anything to gloat about it. If you wanted to go to UA just to have class you can get there with no problem, as long you are not trying to get into the hero course which would be really hard to do. While that was true for 90% of the students of most of the general course some of them were just happy being regular students.

Meet Finn Ames, a relative shy and awkward student. He had a lot to live up considering that his big brother was a big shot in the Quirk Bureua. He had a relatively good quirk, but due to his lack of dedication and not being a fighter he wasn't very good in using it. He didn't mind that it wasn't like he was aiming for the hero course.

Finn Ames Quirk: Swipe- He can swipe places with something that he made contact with for a limit amount. Once he claps his hands, he can swipe places with the object or the person that he touched.

At the moment Finn was at Surviving Class, a class all about surviving until a hero arrive during a crime scene.

"Alright class, if you find a closet to hide what would be the best weapon to fight back the villain after you?'' Asked the teacher.

The class was a bit silent until someone raised their hand that person was Mash.

"Can I just punch him really hard?'' Asked Mash.

"No, it's dangerous and the villain has a dangerous quirk.'' Said the teacher.

"But I have a good chance of beating him up.'' Said Mash.

"Then what do you think will happen if he touches you with his quirk?'' Asked the teacher.

"Couldn't I just keep beating him up?'' Asked Mash as if this was the same question.

"Ok, anyone else?'' Ask the teacher.

The teacher waited for someone else to raise their hand and answered the question, but Mash answered again.

"You could just beat him up.'' Said Mash.

"Shut up!'' Said the teacher now pissed.

Finn didn't know what to make of that guy. All he knew was that he was quirkless and that he wasn't good on the head, kind picking fight with people from the Bureau of Quirks and even Pro Heroes. Finn had no kind of racism, but he was a bit worried on what this student might do.

"This guy really is not right.'' Thought Finn.

The black blonde student just decided to keep to himself, he had already a lot of troubles in his plate and he didn't wanted to add this guy to his mess.

A few minutes later

Finn was looking at his homework, he got 80% right which was good it only took him 3 hours of hard work but he know nows.

"Man, I hope I keep this score for a while. My GPA really needs it.'' Thought Finn.

"Excuse me.'' Said someone going to Finn desk.

"Uh?'' Asked Finn confused.

The shy teen saw Mash was near his desk, he was expecting to be invisible for the entire High School days but he felt that this plan didn't worked out.

"Yes?'' Asked Finn worried.

"I am having troubles with my homework; can you give me some help?'' Asked Mash.

"Oh…sure.'' Said Finn not wanting to say no but eager to help someone.

The two went to the UA library to get some quiet place to study, while that happened a boy with blonde hair watches the two from a distance.

A few minutes later

Finn helped Mash with his homework on Math, it took a little bit of time but he managed to teach Mash and answer most of his questions.

"Did you understood everything?'' Asked Finn.

"Yes, thanks.'' Said Mash.

Finn was now feeling a little better, at first he thought he would have to keep his distance from Mash but after getting to know him for a while he felt that he wasn't such a bad person.

"He is not dangerous, he might a bit off his gears but he is a good person.'' Thoguht Finn.

"You are really smart; Kevin was right about you.'' Said Mash.

"Who is kevin?'' Asked Finn.

"This is Kevin.'' Said Mash pointing to his right chest muscle.

Before Finn could talk Mash continue to name every muscle on his body. He was even flexing them.

"This guy named every muscle!'' Thought Finn in shock.

"What? Is something wrong?'' Asked Mash.

"Something wrong! Do I have to ask?'' Asked Finn.

"Not really, but can I ask a question?'' Asked Mash.

"Sure.'' Said Finn know not knowing what he got into.

"How does someone become a Visionary?'' Asked Mash.

The shy teen didn't know why he got stuck with this question in particular, but he had enough knowledge to explain.

"Well, you had to be affiliated with the Bureau of Quirks, know the main rules but I guess there is one main thing you have to do.'' Said Finn.

"What is it?'' Asked Mash.

"You need to get strong, to a certain level that you can beat a pro hero.'' Said Finn.

"Sure, this should be easy.'' Said Mash.

"This is not easy!'' Thought Finn.

"Well, thanks for the help see you around class Finn.'' Said Mash.

The mushroom hair student soon left, and Finn was surprised on how polite he was, he expected this guy to have no sense all the time but he was actually really interesting.

Later

It was time for P.E for Class 1-C, a subject that made everyone eager because it was their time to shine and show their quirks.

"Ok everyone, be prepared for today tasks.'' Said the teacher.

The entire class was on the UA P.E uniform and that included Mash who was already doing push ups when the class wasn't even started. Everyone else was already making fun of him.

"He is actually doing pushups?''

"Yes, lack of quirks makes you go desperate.'

"We are going to eat him alive. Hey you! Mushroom head!'' Said a student with red skin to Mash who stopped doing pushups.

"Can I help you?'' Asked Mash.

The red skin teen just smirk at Mash who continues having his standard face.

"Sure, let's make a race. The teacher wants to see our speed limit so what better way than with a race.'' Said the teen.

"Ok.'' Said Mash all calm.

The two soon prepared as the teen was already smirking on his mind.

"With my quirk I would be able to be as fast as a beetle with no wings. I can pretty much fly so making this quirkless weirdo eat dust will be easy.'' Thought him.

Mash didn't even notice the smirk, he was just focusing on getting ready.

"Alright! Get set!'' Said the teacher.

"He is going to cry! This will be hilarious.' Thoguht the teen.

"Go!'' Said the teacher.

Before the red skinned teen could even run Mash was already at the end of the finish line, he blinked and saw that the quirkless teen had already won.

"Uh!'' Said the red skin teen in shock.

"WOAH! This is the fastest that a regular course student has ever been! School record!'' Scream the teacher.

Everyone saw that and was beyond shock by that.

"Did you see that? The quirkless kid beat Ricky in a race!''

"He was faster than an engine!''

"How do you do that? I mean not even an athlete can do that!''

"He must have cheated! This must be the reason!''

While everyone was arguing about what had just happened, Finn was the only one who knew what was going on.

"I saw the whole thing. He was paying attention for sensei to say Go. He really went above and beyond. It was kind of scary.'' Thought Finn in shock.

The red skinned teen wasn't having none of that so he went to confront Mash.

"You cheated! Your Quirkless trash you cheated!' Said the red skinned teen all pissed.

"I didn't cheat, I just ran.'' Said Mash.

"Oh shut up your…'' Said the red skinned teen already insulting when something started to happen.

Some kind of string appear around his lips and started to sew his mouth. Making him look like a no mouth doll much to his horror.

"My my is that how you treat a hard working student. Such a shame. I am sorry for that my friend.'' Said the responsible for this a blonde boy.

"Oh thanks.'' Said Mash.

While Mash was just glad that someone stopped that jerk he didn't sense the overaul atmosphere of area. Everyone was with a look of afraid or angry of this blonde that was talking to him.

This was Llyod Cavil, a student with a kind useful quirk but he had no interest in Hero Business. The reason that he was at UA was because his parents were big donors for the school and kind pulled some strings to get his son in there and since it was on the regular course no hero could see the complete lack of sympathy that he brought to every smile he had. His dad was also a important person in both the Bearu of Quirks and the Hero Public Safety Commission which gave him a lot of vantages and apparently he was close friends with the Vice Principal of UA who looked over everything non hero related so Nezu didn't brain all over the place. There were already rumors that he wasn't a nice person and some kind of a bully, but Mash couldn't sense none of that.

Llyod Cavil. Quirk: Mouth Sew- He can sew the mouth of anyone he ever see. All he need is a string and some contact and that person mouth will be closed as long as he feels like it.

"Calvin has a new prey.''

"Guess Mushroom head is cooked.''

"Sweet, I am off the hook.''

Calvin was someone that always wanted to meet new people so he could break them both emotionally and physically. This guy didn't had a quirk and people already didn't like him so he was the person target.

"I have to say you are really strong for someone with no quirk.'' Said Llyod.

"Huh thanks.'' Said Mash.

"I'm Llyod Cavil. Nice to make your acquaintance.'' Said him.

"Roid? Is that your name?' 'Asked Mash confused.

That little error alone would make Llyod wanting to sew Mash mouth for a moth, but the teacher was coming by so he had to think of something else.

"What is going on?'' Asked her.

"Sorry teacher, we were just chit chatting. We will return to our activities.'' Said Llyod all calm.

Before they could go to different directions Llyod said one last thing to Mash.

"Huh, say Mash could give talk to me after class? I need to show you some cool things. Wouldn't that be nice?'' Asked Llyod giving a huge creep vibe but Mash didn't sense any of that.

"Ok, see you later Roid.'' Said Mash.

Most of the class just looked at that in horror, some of them just felt pity for poor Mash who would be bully senseless after today.

Llyod even went to grab the red haired student and berate him and make him beg, just for kicks while the teacher had no knowledge of that.

Later

Mash and Finn were walking around the halls of UA, just talking about what just happened.

"Why was everyone weirded out by that guy?'' Asked Mash now getting that everyone was scared of Llyod.

"Calvin-san is someone with a lot of protection under his name. He can basically do whatever he wants with most students, his parents are rich, his father has high standards in both the Bureau and the HSPC and he is good friend with the vice principal.'' Said Finn.

"Can't someone tell the main principle? I mean the rat guy?'' Asked Mash.

"Principal Nezu is beyond busy with the Hero course students. He is already one of the smartest heroes in the country and he had to endure this huge headache, I believe he has no time for some bullying concern. I don't blame him, he deals with criminals while people like Llyod can get away with his crime due to money and influence. I heard that he got his entire middle school class expelled and even got some parents fired just because he didn't like the way their kids act towards him. I have no idea on how to win against someone like him.'' Said Finn.

Mash upon hearing this stody felt he had a lot to think about it. After a few seconds he had an idea.

"Come with me.'' Said Mash.

"Uh?'' Asked Finn.

Later

Finn didn't expected to be taken to a Home ED class where Mash would use their oven and make a ton off Cream Puffs.

"This is pretty fun.'' Said Mash.

"Why are we making Cream Puffs?'' Asked Finn.

"To eat them.'' Said Mash.

"Ok.'' Said Finn getting one of Mash batch.

The teen never had a Cream Puff before so he was surprised on how good they were. Mash was actually a really good baker.

"Its pretty good.'' Said Finn.

"Thanks, its my own recipe and…uh.'' Said Mash now feeling a bit lost.

"What is it Mash?'' Asked Finn.

"I feel like I am forgetting something. I bet it isn't important.' Said Mash returning to baking more cream Puffs.

The two kept making cream Puff until their time limit, after that they went home with enough cream Puffs to fill a bakery, but what Mash forgot was actually kind of important.

He forgot to meet Llyod who kept waiting for him and just started to grind his teeth in angry for having his time wasted.

"I will kill that mushroom idiot!'' Thought Llyod in angry.

So yes, we had the first villain set up and we had some quirks already given. I like Finn quirk, it would be really useful in combat but since Finn doesn't have the determination or dedication his quirk isn't very useful.

Don't worry we will get to My Hero stuff when we reach the Sports Festival and it will be pretty epic. Mash is not like other quirkless people, and he will make sure that people eat their words. Thank you all and have a good time.
