"I am Groot, I am Groot." Casey heard Branchie asking her. It was later that morning after wakibg up and seeing her and Rocket's mom there with their dad which was a bit to process which the female Grootcoon understood sensing her best pal and sister needed sometime to get used to this on top of getting used to New Raccoon City sensing this was one change too many hugging her hearing sniffles
"Too many changes…" Casey mumbled which Branchie got needing Rocket as he'd help being Casey's big brother leaving the room seeing him, their dad and Roxy talking but snuck under the table tugging on his armoured pant leg. "Branchie is something wrong with Casey, show me." he told her as he followed her to the room she and Casey shared making him concerned as she was having a panic attack from the changes that were happening.
"Casey it's okay, itks me your big bro. Don't worry everything's gonna be okay and guess mom coming back was another big change but it'll be okay." he said in a calming tone seeing Branchie putting Casey's headphones on her furry head playing her favourite songs seeing her begin to come oht of her slump relieving him.
"How're you feeling, kiddo, you worried me and Branchie there." he told her.
"Exhausted bro, and yeah it's too many changes." she admitted feeling Branchie and Rocket hug her explaining it would be okay and they'd help her cope with these changes seeing her pass out tucking her into bed.
"Is Casey alright boys, as I wanted to talk to her, maybe bond with her like you two." Roxy asked seeing Rocket nodding. He explained to her that Casey didn't do well with big changes like moving here and how her coming back into their lives was another big change making Roxy understand deciding to let her daughter take her tine with her making Rocket Senior relieved along with Rocket as he was slowky bonding with her.
"You're gonna love her trust me." he told her smiling seeing Rocket Senior agreeing seeing her curious about Branchie as Rocket explained about her impressing Roxy but later, Casey waljed into the kitchen sleepily which Roxy found sweet. "I got this mom." Rocket said making a peanut butter sandwich seeing Casey eating it impressing Roxy.
