Chapter 196: Adventures in Lyoko Part 2: Code: Earth

As the morning sun rose, Spyro and Jeremie had just gathered everyone up in his room, though it was a bit cramped, they had managed to get everyone in the room without being spotted, excited to hear the news.

"So, what's going on?" Odd asked.

"We finally finished it." Jeremie said, holding up the disc.

"No way, you managed to finally finish the Devirtualization program!?" Yumi asked.

"It was Spyro who finished it." Jeremie replied. "He figured out that Aelita has a DNA sequence code as she was actually once human."

"Wait seriously?" Ulric asked, looking to Aelita. "So our Aelita was actually once human?"

"Indeed." Aelita replied. "Spyro somehow found my old code and saw it was severely damaged, but found a way to fix it and to complete the Devirtualization program."

"And with it, we can now bring Aelita into our world." Jeremie said. "All we need now is to get her enrolled into this school and bring her in. After that, it's bye-bye Xana."

"That I can get behind." Spyro said. "And once Xana's gone, we can go home as well."

"Then what are we waiting for!?" Odd asked. "Let's get a move on and bring Aelita here now!"

"Not so fast Odd." Jeremie said, placing the disk case among other cases. "First we need to set the program in the super calculator and then have Aelita get herself into the passage tower in the forest region of Lyoko, where I will begin devirtualizing her and she'll be flesh and blood, appearing in one of the scanners."

"In that case, I'm off to the forest region right now." Aelita said.

"We'll meet you at the factory after class." Jeremie said.

"I'll see you all there." Aelita said.

"And we'll see you there as well." Jeremie said. "Dinner for five."

A moment later, the screen that had Aelita's image on it disappeared and the girl walked to the edge of the platform, falling into the darkness and as she fell, she was then transported into another tower within the forest region, walking out of it and ready to get to the passage tower, but as she stepped out, she felt pulsations on the ground, looking at the ground and saw red ripples on the ground and felt fear.

"A tower's been activated." Aelita said, hearing something roar and look around for Xana's monsters, only for the groud to bulge out and explode as several Grublins appear, growling at her as she backed away and started to run away from them.

"What's going on up there!?" Someone exclaimed, everyone looking to the door.

"Oh no, it's Jim." Ulric said. "He's very strict and really has it out for us. If he finds you guys in here with us, we're all busted."

"Then what do we do?" Ruby asked. "There's no way out of here besides the window."

"No choice, we have to run." Yumi said. "We'll have to split up and meet at the facotry."

"But we don't know where it is." Yang said.

"Don't worry, I'll take you there." Yumi said. "We'll meet yoiu at the factory Jeremie."

The four of them then ran out of the room and down the hall, which Ruby and Pinkie were about to follow after them when Spyro used his arm to stop them, looking at Spyro as he closed the door.

"Not yet." Spyro said, peeking through the crack in the door. "Their teacher is around the corner."

As he said it, Jim, their PE teacher wearing a red athlete jacket with a white shirt underneath and black sweat pants with a red stripe on the side, blocking their way.

"Well, well, well, what have we here?" Jim asked. "Up to no good again are we?"

"No Jim, we were just studying together." Odd replied.

"Studying my foot." Jim replied. "I've had enough of your kids lies, you hear! Now, we're staying right here until you tell me the truth."

"Jim!" A man said. The kids turned and coming down the hall was a man in his forties with greying hair and beard, wearing a brown suit and dress pants with a white dress shirt and a green tie, walkign towards them, which Spyro closed the door so that they didn't get spotted, waiting for him to walk by and then crack the door open to look at the man, seeing he was standing next to Jim now. "What is the meaning of this? What is going on here?"

"Oh, I'm glad you're here Mr. Delmas." Jim said. "I don't have any idea what's going on, but I know these little devils are up to no good again. And I intend to find out what it is they're up to!"

"This again Jim?" Delmas asked, looking annoyed. "Another one of your absurd stories about secret plots and hidden passageways?"

"What do you mean absurd sir?" Jim asked.

"You heard me Jim, absurd!" Delmas said. "Your theories about these hidden passages and about these kids plotting against you is just complete nonsense. I have enough to worry about with these kids getting into trouble."

"But... but it's not nonsense." Jim said.

"Now listen Jim, you're a good teacher and all, but your paranoid behavior and your one track mind concerning these kids is starting to get on my nerves." Delmas said, chewing Jim out. "You're a physical education teacher, not a detective. The next time you come to me with these ridiculous theories, there will be consequences."

Delmas then walked away from Jim, leaving the hallway while leaving Jim annoyed, not believing that his superior didn't believe him, gritting his teeth as he looked to the kids, completely annoyed with them as he turned to face them.

"Well what are you standing around here for!?" Jim asked. "You have classes now, so get going!"

"Alright already, no need to be a grouch." Odd said.

The four of them walked towards the exit, leaving Jim alone as he grumbled to himself as he walked out of the hall while Spyro closed the door to make sure no one saw them if they happened to walk by.

"Geez, what a grumpy mcgrump pants." Pinkie said. "Somepony needs to throw him a cheer up party!"

"We can't throw a party for anybody here Pinkie." Spyro said. "We need to keep Xana from getting out of Lyoko and from gaining access to any of the other worlds. And if we can't, I'm afraid I'll have to lock this world away."

"That's not going to happen." Ruby said. "Once we get Aelita out of Lyoko, we'll shut that computer down for good."

"You're right Ruby." Spyro said. "Well, at least Xana's not commencing another attack right now." However, a moment later, he computer went off, an alarm going off as they all look at the monitor. "I just had to open my big mouth."

"What's going on?" Yang asked.

Spyro walked over to the monitor and sat in the chair, typing on the keyboard to see what was going on when an image of Aelita popped up, looking spooked.

"Aelita, what's going on?" Spyro asked.

"Spyro, where's Jeremie!?" Aelita asked in panic. "We got a serious problem!"

"They went to class." Spyro replied. "Jim sent them there. Why, what's wrong?"

"Xana's activated another tower!" Aelita replied. "And there are these weird creatures I've never seen before."

"Xana's got some new monsters?" Ruby asked.

"I don't think they belong to Xana!" Aelita replied, revealing what was chasing her. "I don't know what these things are, but they're definitely not friendly."

"Grublins." Spyro said.

"What are Grublins?" Yang asked.

"Minions to Malefor, the first purple dragon." Spyro replied. "He's also known as the Dark Master who betrayed his own kind and attacked the dragon race in his own world, discovering dark magic to call forth the Destroyer, who destroys the world itself and allows for the conjurer to recreate it in his own image."

"Wait, seriously?" Yang asked. "And did he succeed?"

"No, he failed." Spyro replied. "Not once, but twice. Once by his own adopted sister who took him down and the ancestors locked him away, but she sacrificed herself doing so. And the second time was by the second purple dragon, Spyro."

"Wait, Spyro?" Ruby asked. "But isn't your name Spyro?"

"It is." He replied. "But it's a name I adopted when I became the Prince of Light and Darkness, forsaking my old name and identity to become who I am now." He then looked to his shoulder guard on his left, seeing the black dragon head with the red eyes, which were made out of rubies. "As the prince, you have to give up your old life to have this new one, one in which it is my duty to ensure all of the worlds are in balance, equal parts light and dark. Should anything try to disrupt that balance, I must fix that disruption or else I must erase it, permanently."

The group looked at him and noticed how unhappy he looked, seeing him touch one of the guards before Pinkie took his free hand, getting him to look at her as she gave him a playful smile, which brightened his day as he smiled back at her.

"Do you wish you ever had your old life back?" Pinkie asked. "Like you could just retyurn what was given to you and live a normal life? No fighting, no monster-"

"And none of you?" Spyro asked, looking at Pinkie. "No way little cupcake. I wouldn't trade this for anything in the world or in any of the worlds."

Pinkie smiled, hugging his arm, which he hugged her and kissed her head, enjoying the moment, though it was short as they looked back to the computer.

"It's touching and all, but we need to help Aelita." Yang said. "Question is, how do we get in?"

"Simple, the factory." Spyro replied, everyone looking at him. "They kept on saying the factory, which must be where the super computer is and where we will find the scanners to get us back into Lyoko."

"Yes, it's the only way in!" Aelita said. "But I am still worried about the tower he activated."

"Don't worry about the tower yet." Spyro said. "Get to the passage tower and become human. Then we'll worry about the tower."

"Alright, I'll do my best to get there." Aelita said. "But I'm going to need some help."

"Don't worry, we're on our way." Spyro said as the image faded. "Though I wish they would have told us where the computer is."

"Hey, maybe youn can track Jeremie's and his friends tracks back to the factory." Pinkie suggested, putting on black shoe polish and a pair of night vision goggles. "Be all sneaky like while we're at it."

"Pinkie, even if Spyro could track their trail, we'd be spotted." Yang said. "Chances are that Jim character is watching our new friends like a hawk to prove he was right."

"Leave that to me." Spyro said. He looked out the window, seeing the clouds above as his eyes turned grey, the clouds moving on their own as they lowered towards the ground, thinning out and creating a dense fog that covered the entire campus. "There, that should do it."

"You used the clouds to make fog?" Ruby asked.

"Hey, if Aang can air bend clouds to mask his escape, I can do the same." Spyro replied.

"Dang, this guy's pretty smart." Ruby said.

"You have no idea little sis." Yang said, playfully punching Ruby in the shoulder. "But wait, doesn't Jeremie have the program to bring Aelita into the real world?"

"We're going in to help Aelita to the passage tower." Spyro replied. "We'll meet up with him when they get done with classes. Come on, we don't have much time before Xana makes his move."

Spyro walked to the door and opened it, checking to make sure that no one was watching and motioned for everyone to come out of the room, rushing down the hall to get outside, but as they ran, Sissy was watching them, wondering what they were doing in the students sleeping quarters and what they were doing in Jeremie's room. Outside, it was extremely foggy out, thanks to Spyro's magic creating a near impossible fog that no one could see through unless they were specially adapted to seeing through darkness or through thick fog, so Spyro made sure that he was neary for his friends to follow him, going into the grounds under the cover of the fog. As Spyro kept an eye on the ground, he could see some places in the grass where their new freinds had been running through before hand, folowing the trail until there wasn't anymore tracks to follow, wondering where they would have gone to if the trail ended there.

"Ok, now what?" Yang asked. "I doubt this spell will last very long and Aelita needs all the help she can get."

"They must have a hidden route towards the factory." Spyro said. "But where?"

"Found it!" Pinkie said.

They looked at her and saw she was pulling up a manhole cover, everyone looking down into the hole and saw a sewer, everyone looking to Spyro as they were unsure of this.

"Good eye Pinkie." Spyro said. "Due to the rust and all the build up, I completely missed it."

"We're really going down there?" Yang asked. "After the last world we were in, I'd like to avoid such things."

"It's the only way to the factory." Spyro said. "Come on, we don't have much time."

Spyro jumped down the sewer, which Pinkie followed after him as she climbed down the sewer after him, but Ruby and yang looked at one another, not sure if they wanted to go down the sewer, but they followed after them none the less, going down the ladder and putting the cover back on to avoid revealing the path. Meanwhile in class, Odd, Ulric, and Jeremie were in their biology class going over how each animal is adapted to the varied environments while Yumi was in a class that was teaching italian, which she looked like she was anxious yet excited for Aelita to come into the real world. However, as they were each in their respected classes, Jeremie snuck a look at his computer to check on Aelita, which Odd looked at him and smiled.

"Hey, calm down bud, it won't be long now." Odd said, seeing the look on Jeremie's face as he saw that Aelita was in trouble. "Hey Einstein, what's wrong?"

"Aelita's in trouble." Jeremie said.

"You serious?" Odd asked. "In the middle of class? Well, what about Spyro and his friends? Will they be able to help?"

"We never showed them the way to the factory." Jeremie said. "It'll be difficult for them to help her if they don't know where to go."

Meanwhile in the sewers, Spyro and the group were running in the sewer, only stopping when they spotted a few skateboards and a scooter leaning on some pipes.

"We're on the right track." Spyro said. "My guess is we follow this sewer all the way to the factory."

"But how will we know when we reach it?" Ruby asked.

"Don't worry, I have a feeling we'll know." Spyro replied. "Come on, we don't have much time."

The four of them then took a run down the sewer to get to the factory, going as fast as they could to get to the facotry, which at that time, Spyro's bracers went off, raising his right arm as a holographic projection of Aelita appeared.

"Spyro, I found the activated tower." Aelita said.

"Aelita, I told you not to worry about the tower Xana activated and get to the passage tower to get ready to come into the real world." Spyro said.

"I know, but I found it and the passage tower at the same time." Aelita said. "The tower Xana activated is the Passage Tower."

"Wait, come again?" Spyro said, stopping suddenly, which Yang stopped and both Pinkie and Ruby ran into her, the party animal waving her arms as she fell into the sewer water. "You said that the tower Xana activated is the passage tower?"

"I'm afraid so." Aelita replied. "I managed to loose the Grublins, but I doubt I'll remain hidden for long."

"Wait, why did Xana activate the passage tower?" Ruby asked. "He can't come into the real world can he? He doesn't have that code thingy you said he needs."

"The DNA sequence code." Spyro replied. "Yes, Xana doesn't have one and I doubt he can make one without knowing what goes into one. The only one that I know to be intact is... oh no." He then moved the screen to the side and immediately called Tron, who picked up to see a worried Spyro. "Tron, has Xana sent any monsters back into the Grid?"

"Not that my scans can detect." Tron replied. "Then again, I haven't had time to adjust my sensors to detect Xana's beasts."

"Tron, listen to me." Spyro said. "Xana's attacking again and has activated a passage tower in the forest region. I need you to set up defenses around yourself and around Pomni, what ever it takes, keep yourselves safe."

"Sure thing." Tron replied, his image disappearing.

"Aelita, don't approach the tower, we're on our way." Spyro said. "Jeremie and the others will be at the factory shortly."

"Alright, I'll be waiting." Aelita said, her image disappearing as the call ended.

"We need to hurry." Spyro said. "We need to get to Lyoko."

"Then what are we waiting for!?" Pinkie asked, splashing sewer water as everyone backed away. "Let's go!"

"Sure thing Pinkie." Spyro said as she got out of the water. "But when we are done, you're getting a bath."

"Why, I'm not that dirty." Pinkie said, who had junk and unmentionables all over her.

A second later, she got blasted with a powerful blast of water, getting knocked into the wall as everything washed off of her, her hair all wet and hanging down as she looked annoyed with Spyro, who was smiling as he had an orb of water in his hand, letting it fall as he continued to smile.

"There, that's better." Spyro said.

"Though it might not help with the smell." Yang said.

"WHO YOU CALLING SMELLY!?" Pinkie shouted, everyone laughing.

Pinkie then twisted herself, showing how much of a cartoon she was as she wringed herself out of all the water that was soaked into her clothing and her hair, shaking it all off before she spun around, returning to what she called normal, jumping over to them and running down the sewer, but at the end, it revealed to be barred off, everyone groaning until Spyro looked up, seeing another manhole cover and a ladder.

"Come on, we have to go up." Spyro said. He started to climb the ladder and pushed the cover off, poking his head out and seeing a run down old factory, which he took a guess to it being the one that jeremie and his friends would go to to get to Lyoko. "We're here."

"About time." Yang said. "Now move your butt already." She pushed him, but accidently discharged her gauntlets, hitting him in the rear, which made him jump into the air, yelling like Tom the Cat from Tom and Jerry, which Yang seemed shocked that her gauntlets fired by accident, looking at the one that fired. "Uh, that wasn"t supposed to happen."

"Why you little!" Spyro said.

He reached down and grabbed Yang be the collar, shaking her back and forth for getting a rear full of lead, Yang and Spyro getting into a scuffle as Ruby and Pinkie climbed up, seperating the two scuffling humans and getting to the factory, which Spyro leapt down and landed without any issue while Yang and Pinkie leapt for the ropes, going down while Ruby turned into a breeze with rose petals trailing it, appearing next to Spyro, Yang and Pinkie running beside them as they looked for the computer, but the entire factory was empty, except for some aging and rusty equipment and a bunch of empty space.

"So, where the heckl is the computer?" Pinkie asked. "I don't see anything."

Spyro looked around, trying to figure out where the computer was when he noticed the lift, walking to lift and putting his hand on the lift, closing his eyes as he felt through the force that it was important, feeling there was still some power going through it before he watched the lift go down through a vision, watching a code being inputted into a keypad hidden behind the lift controls before the door opened and revealed the computer and the scanners below.

"I know where the computer is." Spyro said.

"You do?" Ruby asked. "Where?"

Spyro then pressed the call button, getting the lift to open up and turned to the others, smiling.

"It's below us." Spyro replied. "And below the computer is the scanners." He then walked into the lift, the others not sure it was a good idea to walk in as he turned, seeing how hesitant they were and smiled. "What's wrong? Not up to date on your Tetanus shots?"

"Well, it's just..." Ruby said, looking at the lift. "It doesn't look very stable."

"Trust me, this lift is pretty strong." Spyro said, lightly tapping the floor of the lift to show it was sturdy. "Whoever built this lift made it to withstand years of use, so long as it's not exposed to the elements such as acid rain and such."

"Well... alright." Yang said. "But if you're wrong, I'll use you to break my fall."

The three women walked into the lift and the door closed, pressing the down button and the lift took them down, moving down until it stopped and the panel opened up, revealing the keypad and they all groaned.

"Great, now we need a code." Yang said. "Well, we're in trouble. And I doubt we ever got the code." However, Spyro walked up and inputted the code he saw in his vision, which the door opened up and surprised them all. "Wait, when did you get the code?"

"When I was examining the lift." Spyro replied. "My ability to use the Force allows me to see visions, both past, present, and future. When i was seeing through the force, I saw the code to enter the computer room."

"Geez, you can do that?" Yang asked. "So, how does one get to have the power of this Force?"

"Well, everyone has the ability to use the Force." Spyro replied. "It's in everyone and everything, living or not. There are some who have the natural ability to weild the force, like myself for example. Other times, it takes training, lots and lots of training, physical and mental discipline, and a whole lot of patience."

"Something that Yang doesn't have." Ruby said, Yang leering at her.

"Alright, I'll be on the computer guiding you girls." Spyro said. "You get down to the scanners and I'll send you to Lyoko."

"Okie dokie lokie!" Pinkie said.

Spyro walked out of the lift and went to the computer as the lift door closed, getting intot he chair as the girls went farther down the lift to another room with three scanners in it, approaching the large machines and wondering what to do.

"Ok girls, just step into the scanners and I'll send you to Lyoko." Spyro said. The three girls looked at one another, shrugging their shoulders before each stepping into a scanner, the doors closing as Spyro started the scanning process. "Scanning Ruby, Yang, and Pinkie." A moment later, three cards, each containing their images popped up. "Virtulization."

In the scanners, a light enveloped all three of them and a moment later, they appeared in Lyoko, looking around at the forest region they had appeared in, seeing the vast forest around them.

"Wow, this place is beautiful." Ruby said. "Better than that desert anyway."

"Alright girls listen." Spyro said, looking at the computer. "Aelita is thirty degrees north by northwest, as is the activated tower."

"Right... and which way is north?" Pinkie asked.

"Just follow us Pinkie." Ruby said.

The three of them went in the direction that Ruby went, following it to the tower. Meanwhile at the tower, Aphara was standing before the activated tower with several Cubes guarding it along with some hornets and a couple of those jellyfish creatures, looking up as one of the jellyfishes levitated down to her to get her attention.

"Preparations are set." Xana said. "The connection has been made, though it wasn't easy. Someone's really trying to keep me out."

"I'm not surprised." Aphara said. "My master did say that the prince is very smart and can get out of any situation. Anyway, did you find the coordinates that we need?"

"I have, but there's a problem." Xana replied. "I had the coordinates, but somehow they disappeared and the file that had the coordinates for all the other worlds locked itself."

"But how can that be?" Aphara asked. "How can a file lock itself?"

"It can't." Xana replied. "Not without some outside help or a command, thus how computers work."

"Then who locked the file?" Aphara asked.

"I have one idea who." Xana replied. "But I'll worry about him later. Right now, we need to find the coordinates you requested."

"And?" Aphara asked.

"Well, as I was finalizing the download, something unexpected happened." Xana said. "And it had something to do with that girl appearing before the prince and his friends."

"Wait, the girl who... you mean that Ruby kid?" Aphara asked. "How could she have anything to do with the disappearance of the coordinates?"

"They didn't just disappear, but were transfered." Xana replied, surprising Aphara. "The coordinates were transfered to that girl."

As he said it, the three of them was running in Aelita's direction, getting closer to the tower, but as they did, Ruby's scythe started to glow, revealing that the coordinates that Aphara needed were on her weapon, a set of coordinates on the blade and a couple sets of coordinates on the shaft of her weapon, disappearing to remain hidden. Meanwhile in the real world, classes had just ended and everyone was running to either get lunch or to hang out with their friends, Jeremie, Ulric and Odd running to the secret exit out of the school with Yumi running right behind them, all running together towards the factory.

"What's going on?" Yumi asked. "I got your call during class."

"Aelita's in trouble." Jeremie said. "A tower has been activated in the forest region. And the unfortunate part is that it's the passage tower."

"The passage tower?" Yumi asked. "Wait, if Xana activated the passage tower, wouldn't that give him access to the world Spyro told us about? The Grid?"

"Indeed, and if Xana goes after Tron, then it's all over!" Jeremie said. "We have to get to Lyoko and shut that tower down!"

"But wouldn't that mean Aelita wouldn't be able to come into the real world too?" Odd asked. "Xana know's it's the end and he's probably trying to keep us from bringing Aelita into the real world. What if this is his plan."

"Don't worry, we'll figure something out later." Jeremie said. "Right now, we need to get to the factory."

As the group was running, Jim was watching them from a distance, having been given a tip from Sissy about their mysterious guests, running after them while making sure to not get spotted by the kids, but was doing badly as he was spotted by Jeremie and right as Jim went into the bushes to stay hidden, but as he looked out, he saw that the group was gone, shocked to see they were gone. In the sewer, the group was getting their boards and scooter, riding on them down the sewer all the way to the ladder, going up and to the lift. They then took the lift down and arrived at the computer room, and when the door opened, they saw Spyro at the computer, surprised to see him there.

"What the... how'd you get here before us?" Odd asked. "We didn't show you to the facotry."

"We followed your trail." Spyro replied, confusing them. "I trained to be an expert tracker and found signs of your hidden entrance out of the school and to the front door of the factory."

"But what about the code!?" Jeremie asked. "How'd you figure it out!?"

"I hold power outside of Lyoko as I hold great power that no one can understand." Spyro replied, getting out of the chair. "But we don't have time for an explination. Aelita needs help. I already sent Ruby, Yang, and Pinkie into Lyoko, but I'm worried Xana will send his monsters after Tron and Pomni again now that he has activated the passage tower."

"Then I'll send you into Lyoko along with the others." Jeremie said. "I just hope we're not too late." Spyro nodded his head and walked to the lift as Jeremie went to the computer, hopping on as the door closed, lowering them down to the scanner room, everyone getting out and walking to the scanners. "I'm sending you all to the forest region, just south of Aelita's position of the passage tower."

"You three go in first." Spyro said. "I'll follow after you three when the scanners are ready."

They nodded and each got into the scanners, which closed as soon as they got in and the machines started to scan them.

"Scanning Ulric." Jeremie said over the loudspeaker. "Scanning Odd. Scanning Yumi. Virtualization" A moment later, a light enveloped all three of them, transporting them into Lyoko. "Alright Spyro, It's your turn." A moment later, one of the scanners opened up and Spyro walked in, turning to see the doors close behind him as the scanner scanned him. "Scanning Spyro. Virtualization."

A moment later, the same light enveloped him, sending him into Lyoko as his data was transfered into the world, falling to the ground and landing on his feet as he looked to to the group, who were waiting for him.

"We were waiting for you." Odd said.

"Sorry to keep you kids waiting." Spyro said. "We better get going. My friends should be with Aelita by now."

The four of them then started running in the direction of the tower, which wasn't very far from their position as Aelita was hidding in the base of an elevated, hollowed out tree trunk where everyone else was waiting for them.

"Alright Jeremie, we're here." Ulric said.

"Great guys." Jeremie said. "I'm launching the materialization program now. Get ready." Jeremie then put the disk into the section of the monitor where it was pulled into the computer, but instead of it being the program, it turned out to be a video of Odd singing, shocking him. "Oh no, what have I done!?"

"What's wrong Jeremie?" Yumi asked.

"I inserted the wrong cd." Jeremie replied. "I picked up one of Odds dumb videos instead of the program as we left. I have to go back to the dorm and get the right one."

"Alright, but hurry." Yumi said.

Jeremie then got out of the seat and started running to the lift, getting in and going up while everyone else waited in their hidding spot.

"You made a video?" Ulric asked.

"Yeah, and it's pretty good too." Odd said.

"Not from the way Jeremie sounded when he put it in." Ruby said.

"Ruby." Yang said, giving her sister a dirty look. "Now what?"

"Well, we wait." Spyro replied. "And hope that Xana doesn't find us."

"And if he does?" Ulric asked.

"Then that will be where the fun begins." Spyro replied. "But right now, we wait."

"But what about those monsters?" Yumi asked, pointing to the cubes and the jellyfish. "What's the jellyfish thing?"

"I don't know." Spyro replied. "We saw two of them in the Grid trying to take access codes from Tron and Pomni's DNA sequence code."

"Geez, Xana's just evil." Odd said. "Stealing a girls sequence thingy runs up with him paralyzing me with music."

"Wait what?" Yang asked. "Back up there, how the heck could he paralyze you with music?"

"Believe me, Xana has his ways." Odd replied. "He somehow found a way to paralyze people with music and found a way to reverse gravity using eletricity, threatening to send everyone into space. Dude loves to do these things."

The group was silent, the four outsiders starring at Odd with horror and surprise, Spyro's blood turning cold as he felt his heart slow down while Yang took her sisters hand, unconsciously taking it to keep her safe while Pinkie grabbed Spyro's arm, feeling nervous at the moment as she held onto him for safety.

"How can Xana do that?" Yang asked.

"It's possible when there's enough eletrical buildup and polorization that the pull of gravity becomes nonexistent." Spyro replied. "This allows for weightlessness, even within the planets natural gravitational pull, causing those outside to go into space and suffocating from the lack of oxygen."

"Scary." Pinkie said.

"Hence why we have to stop Xana." Spyro said. "But the appearance of Grublins in this world is worrying. It means Aphara is here."

"Who?" Ulric asked.

"A dragon who has sided with Malefor." Spyro replied. "And if she's here, then she needs something from this world. But what?"

At the tower, Aphara was waiting patiently for Xana to get back with her, pacing back and forth as one of the Honrets came down, hovering in front of her to talk.

"The connection remains stable." Xana said. "My Scyphozoa's are ready to acquire what I need. The Blocks and Hornets will remain here to keep the tower safe. As for the coordinates, they're nearby."

"How do you know?" Aphara asked.

"I have my ways." Xana replied, looking to the trunk that Aelita and the gang were hiding in.

Meanwhile in the real world, Jeremie had just left the factory and was on his way back to the school, running as fast as he could to get the materialization program that is needed to bring Aelita into the real world, but as he was running to his room, Jim noticed him while teaching a class, watching him run back into the dorms.

"I got you now kid." Jim said, kicking the ball to his students.

However in Lyoko, everyone was waiting for Jeremie to return, waiting patiently for him with Spyro leaning on the side of the trunk while the others were doing their own thing, Ulric and Odd watching Xana's monsters while Yumi was talking with Yang and Pinkie, Aelita and Ruby sitting together having a conversation while Ruby was sharpening her scythe, making sure it was ready to go when they needed.

"I hope Jeremie returns quickly." Aelita said. "If Xana sends his monsters to another world-"

"He did so once, but he won't be doing it again." Spyro replied. "What I'm more concerned about is what Aphara is after. According to Jade, Malefor's trying to free the thirteenth prince and if successful, I don't want to even think about what he'll do."

"But what would he want from this dump?" Ulric asked. "Our place is boring and there is hardly anything of use here in Lyoko that he could use."

As they were talking, Ruby was finishing up taking care of her weapon when the coordinates started to glow, catching her offguard as she looked at them.

"Uh, could this be what they're after?" Ruby asked.

They all looked to her, seeing the scythe was glowing green, so they went over to have a look and saw what Ruby was talking about, seeing the coordinates on the handle of her scythe and on the blade.

"What are they?" Yumi asked.

"They're coordinates." Aelita replied. "Three sets of coordinates for three seperate locations."

"Not just locationsd." Spyro said, kneeling down. "They're for three different worlds. That must be what Xana and Aphara want. They want these coordnates."

"But why?" Odd asked. "They're not gonna do Xana any good since he's trapped here."

"I don't know, but I'm not waiting to find out." Spyro replied. He then activated his bracers and tried to contact AIVA, which the signal was extremely weak, so he tried to boost power, finally getting a stable enough signal. "AIVA, you there?"

"Yes sir, I am here." AIVA replied. "How can I help you?"

"I wanted to check the status on the garage's repair after the Xana attack." Spyro said. "How are things going?"

"The repairs are still in progress sir." AIVA replied. "Unfortunately it will take far longer than I had first anticipated. It will be another couple of weeks to fully repair the garage without your help."

"Understood." Spyro said. "Are you able to store some extra coordinates into the backup drive? I don't want Xana getting them incase he tries taking over again."

"Affirmative sir." AIVA replied. "There is enough room for a few more sets of coordinates."

"Perfect, I'm scanning them now." Spyro said. "Have them saved and lock them down in a secure file. I'll have a look at them later."

He then raised his bracer and immediately started scanning the coordinates with a beam of blue light, downloading what was on the scythe before the light disappeared.

"Coordinates downloaded." AIVA said. "Sir, the coordinates have a strong encryptian algorithm around them. I was barely able to download them and put them into the secured file."

"Intriguing." Spyro said. "I'll worry about the algorithm later. Right now, continue what you can do. We'll return home as soon as possible."

"Affirmative sir." AIVA said, ending the call.

"Wow, that's neat." Odd said. "So, who's AIVA?"

"My personal AI unit." Spyro replied. "I made her to help me when I need help."

"And she's friendly?" Ulric asked.

"She is indeed." Spyro replied. "But unlike Xana, she's the one AI unit besides Tron that I trust with me life."

"Wish Xana was more trusting of humans." Odd said.

"Well one thing's for sure, we aren't gonna get anywhere fast if Xana has control of the tower we need." Yumi said. "We need to clear out all of Xana's monsters and get Aelita to that tower."

"Agreed." Spyro said. "We can't wait for Jeremie to come back with the program. We need to liberate that tower and keep Xana from going back to the Grid."

"What's the plan then?" Ulric asked.

"Aelita, you and Pinkie remain here for your own safety." Spyro said. "Pinkie, keep Aelita safe. We'll charge ahead and clear out all of Xana's little minions and clear a path to the tower. Once cleared, get into the tower and await for Jeremie."

"The direct approach, I like it." Odd said.

"Split into two teams and flank them from either side." Spyro said. "Ulric, you take Yumi and Odd, and flank left, you three work well in a team. I'll take Ruby and Yang with me and we'll flank right, catch those blocks off guard and split their forces, thinning them out to give us an edge."

"Good plan." Ulric said. "We better hurry. Xana may launch his attack any second now."

The two groups then ran out from underneath the trunk and split up, both teams running to the tower as the Blocks noticed them, two blocks firing at Ulrics team while only one fired at Spyro, who took the hit and Force pushed the block off the edge while Odd and Yumi hit the other two, destroying them as the Hornets came in, firing their lasers, but Ruby took aim and fired, hitting a couple of them while Ulric leapt up as Yang did, both taking out the last three with Ulric slashing one of them while Yang punched the other two, releasing shot gun blasts and destroying them instantly.

"Heh, that was easy." Ruby said.

"Yeah, too easy." Spyro said.

"Just think guys, this maybe the last tower ever." Odd said.

"Aelita, it's clear for now." Yumi said.

A moment later, Aelita and Pinkie came out of hiding, running towards the tower, but as they ran, several more hornets appeared from the trees and started firing on the group, prompting them to defend as Aelita and Pinkie stopped, turning back to run for their hiding spot, but several Blocks appeared and blocked the way, making ti difficult for anyone to escape as they opened fire on them. Back in the real world, Jeremie was running for his dorm room, running up the stairs and towards his room before barging in and looking for the program he needed, looking through the mess of cd cases when he found it, breathing a sigh of relief as he walked out of his room and closed the door, only for Jim to be standing there waiting for him.

"So, caught you in the dorms again." Jim said. "Playing hooky are we?"

"No, I, I, I, I forgot something I needed Jim." Jeremie replied, walking backwards. "I have to get back to class now Jim."

"Not until you tell me what you have been plotting since the beginning of the year." Jim replied, looking determined to get to the bottom of it. "And this time the principal is not here to bail you out again!"

The two had a stand off, jeremy determined to not let Jim get in his way of getting Aelita out of Lyoko while his teacher waited for an answer, which Jeremie mad ehis move, sliding past Jim and running for it as Jim ran after him, telling him to stop where he was as they both ran down the hallway, reaching the stairs. But as jeremy was running down the stairs, he wasn't paying any attention where his feet were going and ended up slipping, tumbling down the stairs and landing on the ground, which Jim came running after him and saw that the kid was hurt, feeling worry well up as he rushed down the stairs. Jeremie then tried to get up, but then fell, yelling in pain as he held his ankle as other kids came running after hearing the yelling, Jim feeling his heart racing after what had just happened.

Back in Lyoko, things were getting pretty heated as the Blocks fired on Pinkie and Aelita, forcing them back to the others as they fought to protect the tower, Spyro having both his personal saber and the inquisitors saber out deflecting the laser blasts that Xana's monsters were pelting them with while Yumi threw her fan and Odd fired his arrows, destroying the flying hornets while Ulric ran to the two fleeing girls, slicing through a couple of Blocks and destroying them as Yang launched herself, smashing another block while Ruby fired her rifle with precision, hitting more hornets and forcing the survivors to back off, giving them some breathing room.

"That was unexpected." Spyro said.

"Why'd they back off like that?" Odd asked. "They usually don't retreat from a fight."

"I don't know, but I don't like it." Spyro said. "We better get in the tower and wait for Jeremie."

"Speaking of, he'd been gone for a while now." Odd said.

"Yeah, forty-five minutes is a while." Ulric said. "Hope nothing bad has happened to him."

In the real world, Jeremie was getting hsi ankle taken care of by the school nurse, who was wrapping it to keep the swelling down while Jim and the principle had a talk.

"I told you to stop playing detective Jim, and now look what happened!" Dalmas said.

"But... but sir." Jim said, trying to explain himself.

"You went too far this time." Dalmas continued. "Your paranoia has caused an accident."

"I... I'm sorry sir." Jim said.

"So am I Jim." Dalmas said. "I'm going to have to let you go."

As he said that, Jim felt his whole world collapse, feeling his heart stop as he didn't know what to do now. In the nurses office, Jeremie was wincing as the nurse put the last of the bandage on his ankle, being careful not to make the injury worse.

"That, that should do it." The nurse said. "Does it still hurt?"

"No, it's ok now." Jeremie said. "I can walk now Dorothy."

"Not with how your ankle is currently." Dorothy replied. "You're going to have to sta off of it for at least a week."

"A week!?" Jeremie asked.

"And if you complain about it, I might not give you crutches t get around with." Dorothy replied.

"Can I at least go to the bathroom?" Jeremie asked.

"Sorry Jeremie, but you must remain off your feet." Dorothy replied. "I'll go and get you a basin."

She then walked out of the room, leaving Jeremie alone, which it was his only chance and tried to egt up, but the pain was too much and he fell back in his bed, making it clear he was ni no condition to walk any time soon. A little later, Jim walked in, looking depressed as he walked over to a angry Jeremie, moving his head away to not look at him.

"Jeremie, I... I'm sorry about what happend." Jim said, Jeremie looking at him as he said it. "I was so sure you and your friends were up to something that, I guess I got carried away." He then got up, walking to the window and looking out, sorrow filling his eyes and he looked out. "I deserve to get fired." Jeremie sat there, wondering how he was going to get to the factory now, but then he looked at Jim, thinking of a way to get to the facotry and looked back to Jim. "I was so convinced that you and your friends had a lot of secrets that you were hiding. I'll miss you guys."

"Hold on Jim." Jeremie said, getting Jim's attention. "You weren't far off from the truth. We are keeping a secret."

"Then that means I was right!" Jim said, hopeful to redeem himself. "Tell me, what's the secret."

"There's a super computer hidden underneath the old factory, which holds a virtual world that has a very dangerous virus that's wanting to destroy all of humanity."

"Wait, are you serious?" Jim asked.

"Yes, and the only way to stop it is to shut down the computer permanently." Jeremie said.

"Well why didn't you shut it down?" Jim asked.

"We can't." Jeremie replied. "There's a girl trapped in Lyoko and we've been trying to bring her into the real world throughout the year while stopping Xana." He then pulled out the cd, Jim looking at it before looking to Jeremie. "I have the program to bring her into the real world, but due to the injury, I can't get there. But if you help me Jim, I'll tell the principal everything and you'll get your job back."

Jim thought about it for a bit, seeing the benefit of helping Jeremie and smiled.

"That sounds good to me." Jim said. "So, how do we get you to the factory?"

"There's a sewer grate behind the oak tree a little ways away from the school." Jeremie replied. "Carry me and I'll get you there."

"You sneaky little devils." Jim said, picking Jeremie up and giving him a piggyback ride. "Hang on Jeremie, I'll get you there no sweat."

He then opened the window, knowing that if he was seen carrying Jeremie, he'd be in bigger trouble than he already was in and leapt out right as the was returning with the basin, leaving her stunned at not seeing her patient there. In Lyoko, everyone was waiting patiently in the tower for Jeremie when the tower shook, everyone getting thrown off as the shaking stopped.

"What was that?" Aelita asked with worry.

"Trouble." Spyro said.

The group ran out of the tower and there before them was a Mega tank, firing at them again as they all dodged out of the way, but Pinkie jumped too far, almost falling into the digital sea if Ulric hadn't pulled her back in.

"Thanks new best friend!" Pinkie replied.

"No problem." Ulric said. "But you need to be more careful. If you fall into the digital sea, you're done. You won't be able to return into the real world. You're trapped here forever."

"Could have told us that sooner!" Spyro shouted.

A moment later, the Mega Tank fired again, but Spyro ignited both sabers at the same time, blocking the blast and sending it back, leaping up and igniting the other side of the Inquisitors saber and throwing it, the golden blade spinning as it went straight for the tank as Odd fired his arrow, but the tank closed up, deflecting both.

"Geez, that shell is tough." Odd said.

"You're telling me." Spyro said, using the force to get his saber back. "The only thing that i know of that can resist a lightsaber like that is Beskar, which is what I'm wearing for me armor. "Protects me from lasers and absorbs kinetic energy to redistribute later as i see fit."

"Ruby!" Yang shouted.

Spyro and Odd turned and saw that Ruby was captured by a Scyphozoa, the tentacles trying to steal soemthing from her while Yang was pinned, hiding behind the tower for protection.

"Save Ruby, I got the tank." Odd said.

Not waiting to be told twice, Spyro then ran to the Scyphozoa to Ruby, but as he ran, the tank charged up it's beam again, firing, but just missing both Odd and Spyro, but ended up almost hitting Pinkie, but she lost balance while using her Keyblade to send fireballs at the hornets, falling and screaming before grabbing the side of the platform, making Spyro stop.

"Pinkie!" Spyro shouted.

He then stopped and turned, leaping for Pinkie as she slipped, grabbing her hand to hold onto her while the beam hit Yumi, defeating her as Odd leapt to finish it off, but the tank fired again and beat him as well, sending them back to the real world.

"Ulric, Spyro, you ok?" Jeremie asked.

"Jeremie, you're back!" Spyro said, looking to Pinkie. "Quickly, virtualize Pinkie! I have to help Ruby and Yang!"

As he said it, the tank fired again, hitting him and sending them both tumbling down to the digital sea. Spyro tried to call his wings, but as he tried, the hornets fired at them both, trying to keep him from trying anything clever as they got closer to the digital sea.

"Spyro, Pinkie!" Jeremie said, seeing the screen and seeing them fall.

As they fell, Spyro grabbed hold of Pinkie, bracing for impact when he felt lighter, opening his eyes and seeing they were inches from the sea and looked up seeing Sombra holding onto them as the dark pony smiled at him.

"Need a hoof?" Sombra asked.

"Oh no." Jeremie said.

"What's wrong?" Jim asked, looking at the screen.

"Spyro and Pinkie fell into the digital sea." Jeremie said. "They're gone forever. They're..." he then looked at the screen, seeing them floating in the air as they cards appeared. "They're ok!? But how!?"

A moment later, two more cards appeared, spinning to show one was Sombra and the other as the hatchling, the four coming together and fusing to make a single card, revealing Spyro in black and pink armor with an earth pony shoulder guard on his left shoulder with sapphire eyes, the right shoulder guard being a black unicorn head with gold and red trim. In Lyoko, Ulric was doing his best to keep everyone safe, running to the Scyphazoa while dodging the Hornets shots, deflecting a few back to the Scyphazoa and forcing it to drop Ruby, which caused her to drop her weapon, hitting the ground as it laid motionless ont he ground.

"Ruby!" Yang shouted.

She then ran for her sister as the Tank took aim, aiming straight for Yang as it charged it's beam.

[Unknown voice]

Rhyming, Rising, Risen!

The tank then stopped, looking around as everyone else did as the vortex appeared and a cyan colored beam of energy shot out, heading straight for the Digital Sea and leaving everyone else confused. The tank then rolled to the edge, looking down to see what was going on as a purple ethereal dragon appeared, taking a bite out of the tank as the pink ethereal Earth pony and a dark grey unicorn galloped after the dragon, all three colliding as a light shined out and revealed Spyro in the armor that was on the card, with the Keyblade he normally got from fusing with Pinkie and Sombra, Sombra's blade in his right hand while Pinkie's was in his left.

All hail the King,

Of light and darkness!

King Dragon,

MA-JE-STY~!

The light disappeared and Spyro was standing before everyone, his eyes opening to reveal they were green, purple, and blue, starring at the Scyphazoa as he held up the blade in his right hand.

"Xana, your days are numbered." Spyro said.

A moment later, the injured Schyphazoa backed away, but not before lookign down and seeing Ruby's weapon and the coordinates glowing on it, so it reached down and scooped her weapon up, backing away as Ulric ran to attack the jellyfish, but several Hornets appeared and blasted Ulric, defeating him, but Spyro leapt into the sky and raised the blade in his left hand, spinning it around as a glowing balloon appeared and hundreds of smaller balloons came down, the Hornets getting caught in them as the balloons exploded, destroying them instantly. A second later, several Blocks appeared and started to fire on him, but Spyro just raised his hand and froze the shots, turning them around as several red crystals grew fromt he ground and released the lasers, heading straight for the crystals, turning into several dozen more that cut through the Blocks and destroying them. He then set his sights on the Scyphazoa that was retreating, connecting both blades together as he threw the blades, the two blades spinning and creating a vortex ghat started to suck the Scyphazoa into it, the creature trying to escape and used it'a tentacles to hold onto the side of the ledge, the vortex shooting out several red crystals that hit the creature and made it screech, hanging on for dear life as a hole opened up and Spyro popped out, seeing the weapon in the creatures clutches and smiled.

"I can hold onto that for you." Spyro said, which the Scyphazoa handed it over to him to get a better grip. "Thank you."

He then turned it into it's sniper form and fired at the tentacles, making it screech as the vortex sucked it in, dozens of crystal blades appearing and shredding it into sushi, destroying it in an instant. The Vortex the closed and the blades disappeared, looking to the others who were watchign him as he held up Ruby's weapon in victory, smiling at them.

"Nice going Spyro!" Yang said.

"Way to keep Xana from gettign what he wanted." Ulric said.

Spyro continued to smile, lowering the weapon down as he walked over, but then got hit in the back by a laser shot, getting pinned as more Hornets appeared, blasting him to keep him down as a Krab appeared, firing at the group and forcing them to hide behind the tower as a second Scyphazoa appeared, taking the weapon and leaving. After it left, the Krab continued to the group to destroy them and get Aelita, but the Kinetic energy in Spyro's suit had built up and he released it, seinging a shockwave of pink and black energy, sending the Hornets into trees as they exploded while the Krab fell into the Digital sea, a pillar of light shooting up as Spyro defused and fell to the ground, he and Pinkie breathing heavily as they ran over.

"You ok bud?" Yang asked.

"I'm fine, but Xana got Ruby's weapon." Spyro said, sitting up and looking at them. "He has the coordinates."

"Guys, I'm initiating the program now!" Jeremie said. "We can't wait any longer."

"Don't worry about it Spyro, we'll get another one." Ruby said. "Right now, we need to be there for Aelita."

Spyro looked up at his friends and nodded, getting up as Jeremie worked on the program.

"Aelita, it's ready!" Jeremie said. "You ready?"

"Ready." Aelita replied, getting to the center of the platform.

"Here we go." Jeremie said, pressing the enter button. "Code: Earth."

A second later, Aelita flew into the air, going into the upper section of the tower as screens of data flew by, Aelita feeling herself disappearing as she closed her eyes and vanished, everyone else in Lyoko materializing in the real world and looked to the scanners, seeing that the device was active and a moment later, one of the scanners opened, revealing Aelita in it, lying down int he fetal position with regular preteen clothes on as they all gathered around.

"She's here at last." Jeremie said, Aelita waking up and looking at everyone. "Welcome to Earth."

Jeremie held out his hand, Aelita taking it as they all cheered for her arrival, Spyro smiling, but then frowned, looking down as he felt like they had failed.

"What's wrong Spyro?" Pinkie asked. "Aren't you happy? Aelita's here."

"I'm happy, yes, but also worried." Spyro replied. "Xana now has Ruby's scythe, which has three sets of coordinates for three worlds. No telling what he has in store for them."

In Lyoko, the Scyphazoa was floating all the way to the desert region, presenting the Scythe to Aphara as the coordinates glowed.

"As promised." Xana said.

"Finally." Aphara said, smiling before looking to Xana. "You have upheld your word, now I shall uphod my masters."

She extended her wings as her eyes turned yellow, dark mist pouring out of her wings and going into the Scyphazoa, which it screeched for a moment before the mist disappeared, revealing it to be three times as big as it was before, bladed tips on each tentacle with the eye symbol blazing red as it looked at itself, the regular maroon colored body now black and the blue color of the tentacles and head were now dark purple.

"I feel it." Xana said. "Power. Pure, unlimited, ultimate POWER! Now nothing will prevent me from destroying humanity!"

"But how will you do so?" Aphara asked. "The prince will more than likely stop you."

"Let him try." Xana said, looking at her. "But when we meet again, it will be where he and these Lyoko warriors least expects it." As he said it, the scene shifted to the Grid, where it was a full blown war as thousands of Xana's monsters were attacking the Grid, which had deployed automated defenses from various games and shows, doing everything they could to stop them, but as one fell, five more took their place, slowly destroying each defensive line as Tron was doing his best to fend off those that got through, Kinger helping however he could with his shotgun and Jax, finally getting into it as he used bowling balls to attack, lobbing them and using them as blunt instruments to do serious damage while Ragatha and Gangle stayed close to Pomni and an unconcious Caine to keep them safe, not noticing the two Scyphazoa's hiding in the shadows, coming out while their backs were turned. "Where they least expect it."
