Episode 2: Newbies and Veterans Part 2

Tron VO: Last time on The Amazing Crossover Race 3! I welcomed all the teams old and new to an intense all star season for three million dollars. I was told there was supposed to be twenty-three teams when I mistakenly thought there was only twenty-two. Our first stop was in Pennsylvania, Philadelphia where teams had to kick a ball into a goal in football or lead their blindfolded teammate towards a soccer goal. I get such a joy watching these players fail so many times. Luckily, everyone was able to finish their tasks and made it to the airport to book their flights. Flight number one is already in the air and off with eight teams onboard. The second flight is about to take off right about now with the next eight teams. Meanwhile, the Foxy Friends, Country Cousins, Brains and Enthusiast, Ghost Twins, Electric Twins, Mythical Besties, and Gamers will be on the third flight which won't be leaving for another half hour. Will one of these teams get the ultimate shame and be the first team eliminated? Who knows, but all I know is you don't want to miss another moment of this! Stay right where you are cause it's time for... The Amazing Crossover Race 3!
(She gives a wink to the camera along with a thumbs up and the intro starts.)

Episode 2: Newbies and Veterans Part 2.
Tron VO: 16 teams are already on their way to New York. 7 of them are still at the airport waiting.
(We go over to Sweetie Belle and Button Mash playing each other in Mario Kart.)
Apple Bloom: Turn left Sweetie Belle! Left!
Sweetie Belle: You mean my left or your left?
Apple Bloom: Yours obviously!
Babs: Whoa, who knew your partner was really good at Mario Kart?
Sweetie Belle: I did, but this is gonna be the highlight of the century. The day I beat Button on Rainbow Road!
Button Mash: Not on my watch Sweetie Belle!
Babs: Well I'll be. Look at him go!
(Sure enough the race ended with Button taking first and Sweetie Belle in second place.)
Sweetie Belle: Great match there! I'll go get some refreshments.
(In another section, we see the Electric Twins sitting.)
Minun: *sighs* Man, we're already way behind.
Plusle: Cheer up Minun, we may be tied for last, but we're not out yet! Things look bad now, but we're not quitters. Now are you with me or not?
Minun: I guess so.
Plusle: I can't hear you!
Minun: *a little bit louder* Yes I am!
Plusle: One more time!
Minun: *Louder* Let's do this thing right now!
(Solo in game interview: Plusle.)
Plusle: Yeah, I'm a great motivator.
Rei: Hello! You guys must be excited to be here aren't you?
(Sig and Ciel responded with a shrug and said nothing.)
Rei: Uhhh okay... Nice meeting you guys.
Ciel(monotone): Meh.
(Interview: Ghost Twins.)
Rei: What is it with them? They barely talk and show no emotion.
Yu: Uh huh, and I think I kinda like them.
Rei: You would be interested in them cause I think you can relate to that!
Yu: What gave you that idea?
(Switch to a postcard showing New York.)
Tron: New York City, also known as The Big Apple. One of the most populous cities in the US, and also home to a large number of people and rats. A place with lots of tall buildings and many attractions such as The Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty, and much more. Teams will have to locate the Servbox and collect their travel tips. (Switch over to Flight one landing and the eight teams getting off the plane.)
(The eight teams exit the airport and found the Servbox. The button was pressed many times and the teams get their tips.)
Dragonlord: (reading) I De-spice this challenge. It's a team up.
(Tron is seen at the spice market and has a shopping basket.)
Tron: A team up, requires both team members participate in the challenge. For this challenge, teams will have to make their way to the spice kiosk. When they get there, they will need to pick six different spices. Some are delicious, some are (reaches down but the vendor smacks her hand) Ow! As I was saying, some are sweet, some are delicious, but some may be really spicy, that you need a whole gallon of milk to get that burning sensation of your tongue.
(Switch back to the teams reading their tips.)
Zipp: (reading) It says to take a taxi to the Chelsea Marketplace and find the spice kiosk.
Smolder: (reading) There you will pick six spices: mainly cumin, cinnamon...
Soarin: ...paprika, saffron, ginger, and nutmeg.
Bowser: Once you get your six spices, you will receive your next travel tip.
(Teams immediately race to get a taxi and race off to get to the spice market. Switch to one of the cabs with the Pound Puppies.)
Lucky: Well... we're in a race for our lives. I say we're doing good so far.
Cookie: Oh yeah. I guess being in the top half does pay off.
(Interview: Pound Puppies.)
Lucky: I'm Lucky, and this is my partner Cookie.
Cookie: I think they know that, but it was kinda rude how that girl was about to forget about us.
Lucky: She must've thought we weren't gonna show. At least we made it.
Cookie: And Cupcake's here too. Let's hope we go all the way. (Gets a confused look from Lucky.) Oh I meant us and Cupcake and Patches.
Lucky: Oh okay. Just wanted to make sure.
(The scene changes to the Evil Ruler's cab.)
Bowser: Ok, it's time for us to be the team like we were in the first season.
Bowser Jr: Not to mention there are a few players here we still don't like. I think maybe we should target the players we've competed against before, then target the newbies.
Bowser: Sounds like a plan.
(Switch over to the Princess Sisters' cab.)
Pipp: I can't believe we're actually in New York City! I've always wanted to come here! (Turns on her phone)
Zipp: Do you always have to be on your phone everywhere you go?
Pipp: I just want to keep up with my Pippsqueaks and maybe get a few more.
(Zipp sighed and rolled her eyes.)
Pipp: Hey there! It's me Pipp Petals coming to you live from New York City and my sister Zipp is with me!
Zipp: Hello.
(We switch scenes to the second flight in the air.)
Tron VO: As teams from the first flight head to the marketplace, flight number two is up in the air and on its way to New York.
Vaporeon: Wow! I can't wait to see all the places we'll go to! (Hears her brother snoring and puts on noise cancelling headphones.) Much better!
(Switch to the Koopas sitting and eating snacks.)
Koopa: It feels good being back on the plane and racing again. Seems like old times from season one huh?
Paratroopa: Oh yeah. Those were the days.
(Switch back to New York with some of the teams arriving at the spice kiosk.)
Tron VO: In the meantime, teams from the first flight arrive at the marketplace.
(The Dark Figures, Wonderbolts, Dragonets, Evil Rulers reach the kiosk.)
Soarin(looking at the spices): Wait a minute, these aren't labeled how do we know which ones are which?
Smolder: *pointing* How about this one? That. This. That one. We'll take this one and that.
(Interview: Dragonets.)
Ember: So you just picked six random spices on a whim?
Smolder: Yeah, but it hindsight, they should've labeled them. I think we can handle the heat anyway.
Ember: Well you kinda have a point.
Dark Prince: That's six.
(The teams get their spices and the travel tip is attached to the bag.)
Tron VO: After getting their spices, the teams receive their next tip from the vendor.
Soarin: It says that we now have to get to the restaurant in Central Park, via taxi.
Ember: Oh brother more traffic!
Bowser: No way are we going to fall behind! Give us six of any and make it snappy or else!
(The vendor gets scared and hands them their spices.)
Bowser: Better.
Zipp: Does this look like ginger? (Looks at the unknown spice).
Pipp: How should I know? It doesn't say what's what.
Zipp: You want to pick then?
Pipp: How about this one? (Points to a white spice.) Seems ok.
(The vendor scooped it and adds it to their bag.)
Tron VO: The teams from the first flight are off to Central and in the meantime, flight number two has landed in New York with the next eight teams.
(The next eight teams get their tips and get in taxis before heading off.)
Koopa: Hold on wait for us! Come on bro!
Paratroopa: Right behind ya!
(We now switch to the third flight in the air.)
Tron VO: Meanwhile, flight number three is finally up in the air. Which gives time for teams to discuss different strategies.
Eevee: Ok, try throwing it up with an arc.
Fennekin: If you do, then you'll make it.
Felicity: Go on Miguel, you can do this!
Miguel: Well, what have I got to lose? (Tossed a peanut over his shoulder backwards and Eevee was able catch it in her mouth.)
Eevee: Nailed it!
Miguel: Hey, I'm getting good at this. Let's go for two.
(Switch to the spice stand with the Pup Friends, Dino Duo, and Pound Puppies.)
Yoshi: Hmmm... let's see here.
(Interview: Dino Duo.)
Yoshi: Whoa, I didn't think there would be a lot of spices we could choose from. Personally, I'm very calm when it comes to these.
Yoshi: WHY DO THEY ALL LOOK ALIKE?! AAAAHHHHH! (Ran in circles screaming and panicking.)
Birdo: Oh yeah, real calm.
Patches: Whoa, there's something you don't see everyday.
(Lucky and Cookie look at each other.)
(Interview: Pound Puppies.)
Cookie: Ok is it me? Or that guy crazy on a whole different level?
Lucky: It's better not to ask if you don't really want to know.
Cookie: Yeah, fair point. Don't want to get involved.
(There was suddenly a swarm of cabs coming their way.)
Cupcake: Uh oh here come the other teams. We're about to lose our lead.
Lucky: In that case, we'll just have to pick out any random six.
Birdo: Yeah we'll go with that too. Give us the six that are in the middle. (The vendor get confused.) Come on man get to it! My partner will eat anything. He once ate one entire gold trophy in my trophy case.
Yoshi: I thought it was chocolate wrapped in gold foil. Can you blame me?
(Three taxi cabs stop. It shows the Pen Pals, Schoolgirls, and Teachers getting out and heading inside.)
(In-game interview: Schoolgirls.)
Ringo: We kinda predicted an eating challenge like this would be involved, so picking the right spices is pretty essential.
Ringo/Ms. Accord/Twilight: *pointing at the corresponding spices* Cumin, cinnamon, paprika, saffron, ginger, and nutmeg.
Twilight: Wow, that was almost like we are all completely related to each other.
Ringo: I know right?
Ms. Accord: My thoughts exactly.
(The vendor hands all three of them their spices and they leave. Koopas, Evolution Foxes, Eeveelution Siblings, Singers, and Fairies reach the kiosk.)
Tron VO: As more teams reach the spice kiosk, flight number three has landed in New York. They'll have to hurry and catch the teams that are in search of the culinary.
(The teams from the third flight exit the airport and get their tips from the Servbox before hailing a cab. We switch over to the Pound Puppies in their cab which suddenly slows down.)
Lucky: What's going on? Why are we slowing down?
Driver: We got a flat.
Cookie: Yep. Tire's flat alright. We'll have to catch another cab. (Both of them hop out.)
Lucky: Ok, maybe we can wait a few minutes, or if that doesn't work, we'll ask someone for directions and walk.
(Switch back to the kiosk with the Singers looking for one more spice.)
Brittany: Let's see *thinking* which one is ginger?
Jeanette: *pointing* How about this one? This looks good.
(The Foxy Friends are coming up to the stand.)
Brittany: There's no time for guesses. Uh maybe... (pointing) That one?
(The vendor scoops the unknown spice she picked.)
Jeanette: How come you get to guess but not me?
(The Singers get their bag of spices they picked.)
Brittany: Mine is an educated guess. Just don't complain like you usually do.
(Jeanette gives a confused look before leaving with her partner and sighed. The Foxy Friends approach the kiosk.)
Fennekin: Could this one be cinnamon? *sniffing then prepares for a sneeze* Ah-CHOOO!
(Fennekin sneezes on that spice and it flies all over the place and Eevee ends up getting some in her eyes.)
Eevee: AAHH! MY EYES! I GOT SOME SPICE IN MY EYES!
(Break)
(Break's over and we see Eevee rubbing her eyes and Fennekin coughing.)
(Interview: Foxy Friends.)
Fennekin: I definitely shouldn't have sniffed those spices if they could be spicy
Eevee: Next time you try that again, please give me a warning cause you got a lot of it in my eyes.
Fennekin: Sorry about that.
(The Electric Twins arrive at the stand.)
Plusle: Hello, what would you recommend?
Tron VO: The last few teams prepare to gather spices, and hope to catch up with the competition.
(Switch to the Fairies in their cab.)
Lip: We got ourselves a long journey ahead of us.
Windy: You think we'll get at least one win?
Lip: Maybe if we're lucky, we'll get two this time.
(Back at the stand, the Ghost Twins got their spices and leave. Shortly after, the Electric Twins leave too.)
(Interview: Electric Twins.)
Plusle: Well I think we might be in last right now.
Minun: Turns out we took a longer route than the others thanks to you.
Plusle: It's not my fault. I told the driver that was a stretch but he thought I was pointing right and made a right turn.
Minun: Which happened to be a one way street.
Plusle: Not my best moment.
(Switch ahead to Central Park and a Servbox right by the restaurant. There were two chefs at the counter and light up the stove. The Wonderbolts are the first team to make it there.)
Tron VO: Looks like the Wonderbolts are the first team to make it. Can they hold onto their lead?
(Spitfire pressed the button and gets the tip.)
Spitfire: (reads) It's a solo challenge. You can stew it!
Soarin: We already know that's a challenge one of us does.
Spitfire: Obviously. (continues to read) Give your spices over to the one of the chefs, and he'll prepare them in a delicious bowl of stew which one of you must eat.
Soarin: We better have gotten the right spices or else it's not gonna be pretty. Believe me!
Spitfire: As soon as you finish your stew, race on foot as fast as you can to the finish line in Times Square because-
(We go to Tron standing on the finish line in Times Square.)
Tron: The last 'two' teams to make arrive here, will be cut from the competition. Yeah you heard me, I said two. Must be twos-day or something. I don't get paid enough for saying things like that or for this job.
(One of the chefs hand them a fresh hot bowl of stew.)
Spitfire: Let's do this!
Soarin: By we. That must mean you.
Spitfire: Obvi.
(The Dark Figures and Dragonets are the next teams arriving. Somewhere in the city, Lucky and Cookie are still trying to find their way to Central Park. A cab passes by them which turns out to be the Ghost Twins.)
Rei: Not to be a negative nancy, but it helps taking a taxi instead of travelling by foot. Just sayin'.
Lucky: Well thank you so much for the tip.
Yu: Not a problem.
(The Electric Twins pass by.)
Minun: You guys need a ride?
Lucky: Nah we're fine. We'll probably follow you and maybe get there.
Plusle: Suit yourselves. I mean if that's what you want.
Cookie: We're fine little guy. You go on ahead now.
Tron VO: With the Electric Twins trying to get out of last place, the race for first place is on as more teams dive into the second challenge or try getting to Central Park.
(The Dragonets and Dark Figures get their stew. Ember is eating for the Dragonets and Dragonlord eats for the Dark Figures.)
(In game interview: Smolder.)
Smolder: Wow! Look at her go. Yeah, I'll admit doing the race with my partner is cool and whatnot. I did see my three other friends compete last season and it was epic. Now I understand how hard it really is winning the million dollars on this show. Who in their right mind would come up with something like this?
Ember: All done!
Smolder: Whoa, you did it that fast?
Ember: Like I said: Not a problem! And we're in first! Let's go!
(The Dragonets leave and Dark Prince notices that.)
Dark Prince: They just finished already? Hurry up!
Dragonlord: I'm going as fast as I can. There! Finished!
Dark Prince: Let's move it and beat those fire breathers.
Braixen: Let's go!
(More players arrive at Central Park.)
Flareon: Hurry up Sis!
Koopa: Here we go baby!
(Switch over to Spitfire eating the stew.)
Soarin: You almost done?
Spitfire: Just a little bit more. (Finishes the last bit.) All done!
Bowser: I'm not going down that easily! Finished!
Spitfire: That can't be good! Run!
Soarin: Right behind you.
(Interview: Wonderbolts.)
Spitfire: It's bad enough to race with those two again. They'll probably try to slow us down and make us lose again.
Soarin: I'm guessing they're still mad at us for stealing their win at their own castle. Talk about holding a grudge! Sheesh.
(We switch to the Dragonets running.)
Smolder: Any idea where we're going?
Ember: I hope so, don't want to end up getting lost in the city. I think we're getting close!
(Not too far behind them were the Dark Figures.)
Dark Prince: Wait, let's follow them.
(Interview: Dark Figures.)
Dark Prince: All part of the plan, we're gonna let those fire breathing lizards lead the way to the finish.
Dragonlord: When their guard is down and they find it, we sprint ahead them and win this thing!
Dark Prince: They won't expect a thing.
(Pipp is the one eating the stew but after every few seconds she wipes her mouth and sips slowly. Zipp waits for her sister to finish and gets impatient, then she snapped.)
Zipp: Ugh! Why must you eat slow like a turtle? Speed it up.
Pipp: I'll have you know that this is how you eat properly like a civilized mare. I'm not a messy eater!
Zipp: This isn't the time for slow and steady. It's a race for a million dollars! (Shoves the bowl into her sister's mouth.) Sip faster! (Seconds later she held up the empty bowl) There! I mean, done! See? No problem. (Saw Pipp with a messy face.) Oh right, let me help you with that.
Pipp: I can do this myself. (Wipes her mouth.)
(Majority of the teams dive into the second challenge.)
Patches: Huh? I wonder where when they'll show up.
Cupcake: They should've been here by now. Hope nothing happened to them.
Patches: Wherever they are, I hope Lucky and Cookie make it in time. (Continues eating the stew.)
(Close by we have Raffina, Rozatte, and Sunset eating the stew for their teams.)
Ms. Accord: So how did you guys meet in the first place?
Twilight: We first met on the first season of this and we had quite a lot in common.
Ringo: Yeah, so we actually teamed up to go all the way but we didn't make it to the finale.
Ms. Accord: Well at least you tried.
Twilight: I know when I first met Sunset, she was a human in a different universe but it's best not to talk about her past.
Ringo: How did you and Rozatte even meet?
Ms. Accord: Turns out we met at a teacher conference and shared our different thoughts and perspectives, and well, here we are.
Twilight: Whoa.
(Yoshi was the one eating the stew and his face is red and sweating.)
Yoshi: Oh man this too hot! I think we picked the wrong spices!
Birdo: Ok, you are really picky when it comes to food. Just keep eating!
(For the Mythical Besties, Miguel is the one eating the stew.)
Miguel: Not half bad, but it could use a little chorizo.
Felicity: Keep going Miguel. You're doing great.
(With the Singers, Brittany is the eating the stew but goes slowly and almost gags on it.)
Jeanette: You doing ok Britt?
(Interview: Singers.)
Brittany: Not really because I think we picked a few of the wrong spices.
Jeanette: Um no. You picked all of the spices. (Gets an angry glare from Brittany.) And that's good cause I was gonna guess. (chuckles nervously) Whew.
(For the Evolution Foxes, it was Delphox eating the stew.)
Braixen: Don't you think you should slow down a little bit? You don't want to get anything on your fur.
Delphox: Oh yeah, that's a good point. Also, I think you're a bit distracted.
Braixen: Yeah, I kinda get the feeling that Fennekin over there reminds me of my son Flare. (Points to Fennekin eating for her and Eevee.)
Delphox: You miss your kids don't you?
Braixen: Yeah, but I can't let this keep us down. I just need to focus right now.
Delphox: That's the spirit! (Continues eating.)
(Switch to the Princess Sisters running but Pipp slows down and has a cramp in her stomach.)
Zipp: Why'd you stop?
Pipp: Stew cramp! It hurts!
Zipp: Can't leave you behind! Carries her sister on her back.)
Pipp: Ow! This hurts!
Zipp: Not my fault you have no meat on your bones.
(Up ahead the Dragonets were still looking for the finish line.)
Ember: Any sign of the finish line?
Smolder: No, I don't where we are. Do you think we're.. lost?
Ember: We have to be in Times Square! We just have to be!
Smolder: There! I can see it!
Dark Prince: (off-screen) So can we!
(The Dark Figures run past them.)
Dragonlord: See ya!
Ember: Not on our watch! Run Smolder!
Smolder: Gotcha!
(Both teams race neck and neck and in a last second attempt, the Dragonets make a leap for it and plopped right down on the rug before the Dark Figures.)
Tron: Welcome to the finish line Dragonets! You're the first team to arrive! And it looks like the Dark Figures have to settle for second!
Ember: Oh yeah! (Does a victory dance in front of the Dark Figures)
Smolder: What's the matter? Not doing your victory dance? Maybe cause you didn't win!
(They scowl at the Dragonets.)
(Interview: Dark Figures.)
Dark Prince: Rrggh! We almost had it! First place was ours!
Dragonlord: I simply despise those fire breathing scaly lizards!
Dark Prince: You and me both!
(Interview: Dragonets.)
Ember: Coming in first is pretty cool.
Smolder: We make a really good team and came out on top! This is kinda fun if you ask me!
Ember: I guess it is!
(Yoshi continues eating the stew but stops immediately with his face still red and hot from it.)
Yoshi: I... NEED... WATER! (Saw someone with their dog which happens to be slobbering.) Ah thank goodness!
Birdo: Uh Yoshi that may not be a good-Oh god!
(Unfortunately, Yoshi began sipping the saliva from the dogs mouth.)
Yoshi: *relieved* Aah. That hit the spot!
Vaporeon: Ugh, I think I'm gonna be sick! (Notices her brother gagging and was about to throw up.) Flareon don't throw up or we're going to lose!
(Interview: Eeveelution Siblings.)
Vaporeon: Ok, that was so gross.
Flareon: Yeah, who seriously thinks it's ok to drink dog spit?
(The thought of that made Vaporeon gag and immediately threw up.)
Vaporeon: You just had to put that thought in my brain huh?
Flareon: So you're allowed to throw up but not me?
Vaporeon: I'm not doing the challenge.
Vaporeon: Come on swallow! Swallow!!
(Flareon was about to keep it back and swallowed.)
Flareon: Turns out it was less spicy the second time going down rather than the first.
(Several other players eating the stew gag as such as Ciel, Paratroopa, Fennekin, Brittany, Patches, and Delphox. The Electric Twins, Fairies, Ghost Twins, and Pound Puppies arrive.)
Rei: Do we seriously have to eat our own barf?
Cookie: If we do, count me out! I'm not doing that!
SPLAT*
Lip: Uh Windy, you got a little-
Windy: *shivering in fear* I know. (Just realizing what it was.)
(Switch to the Wonderbolts running.)
Spitfire: Keep it up Soarin!
Soarin: I'm going as fast as I can!
Bowser Jr: Out of the way losers!
(The Evil Rulers pass them.)
Spitfire: You gotta be kidding me!
BANG*
(Bowser crashed right into a mailbox and his son went flying hitting two more and slammed into one more before falling to the ground.)
Bowser Jr: *dazed* So many mailboxes.
(Spitfire and Soarin pass them again.)
Spitfire: Well, we 'shell' see you losers at the finish line! See what I did there?
Soarin: Yeah.
Spitfire: They have shells on their backs and they're part turtle.
Soarin: I'm pretty sure I know already.
(Switch back to some teams finishing their stew.)
Rozatte: Done!
Delphox: Done!
Apple Bloom: I'm done!
(The teams that finished race to the finish while a few of them have yet to finish. Switch back to the Wonderbolts almost at the finish line.)
Spitfire: Almost there! We're gonna make it!
Zipp(off-screen): Coming through!
(The Princess Sisters are catching up with them with Pipp still on her sister's back.)
Soarin: Whoa, where did they come from?
Spitfire: No time for that. Just keep running!
Pipp: Please put me down! It hurts so much!
Zipp: Can't we're almost there!
Bowser: Get out of the way!
Zipp: Over my dead body!
(The three of them race as fast as they can. Spitfire and Soarin both jump for it and Zipp does the same thing in a last attempt and they all touch down on the finish line.)
Tron: Oh my. Did someone call in the air strike or maybe even a reign storm? (laughs) Man I'm hilarious! You're both team number three great work!
Spitfire: Yes!
Zipp: Alright! Wahoo.
(Pipp gets off her sister and still has a cramp. The Evil Rulers arrive next.)
Tron: So as a team that competed here in the semifinals on season one, here's something you haven't heard when you were here. Fifth place!
Bowser Jr: Give us a moment!
(Interview: Evil Rulers.)
(Bowser Jr screams offscreen in fury as he throws things and Bowser just sits there.)
Bowser: No comment at the moment.
(Team pictures are shown with all the teams that made it to the finish line and appear in the order shown.)
Tron: 6th. (Teachers), 7th. (Mythical Besties), 8th. (Evolution Foxes), 9th. (Pen Pals), 10th. (Schoolgirls), 11th. (Dino Duo), 12th. (Koopas), 13th. (Country Cousins), 14th. (Pup Friends), 15th. (Singers).
Brittany: 15th? (turns to Jeanette) You should've done more!
Jeanette: But it was a solo challenge! I wasn't allowed to help you, but I will do more if you give me a chance!
Brittany: Fine, but I will only tell you if I need to. Hmph!
Jeanette: *Sighs sadly*
(Switch back to Central Park with the last two teams getting their stew.)
Lucky: Let's hope we got the right spices.
(The chef hands them their bowl of stew which spews up a fire pillar killing a fly.)
Cookie: I'm guessing we didn't.
Yu: Yikes! That's rough.
Rei: I'll say. (Gets their stew) Thank you.
(Sweetie Belle held up the empty bowl.)
Sweetie Belle: Button's all done!
Button Mash: Wait, don't run so fast!
Vaporeon: Finished!
Flareon: (clutches his stomach): Oh my stomach hurts!
Vaporeon: Yeah that's what happens when you swallow your vomit. Let's go!
Flareon: Wait for me!
(Interview: Pound Puppies.)
Lucky: In retrospect, picking six random spices that could burn my tongue, may not be a good idea.
Cookie: Well we're in a dangerous spot, and you know it. Since we are, I really don't want us to be the first team kicked out.
Lucky: I guess that would be really bad.
(Fennekin and Eevee reach the finish.)
Tron: 16th.
Foxy Friends: Wahoo!
Tron: 17th. (Brains and Enthusiast), 18th. (Gamers), 19th. (Eeveelution Siblings). (We switch back to the remaining four teams doing the solo challenge.) It comes down to the Fairies, Ghost Twins, Pound Puppies, and Electric Twins. I can't wait to see who will be heading home. (Minun is eating for the Electric Twins, Yu for the Ghost Twins, Windy for the Fairies, and Lucky for the Pound Puppies).
Plusle: How much do you have left?
Minun: Halfway through.
Plusle: Alright, just keep going you're almost there!
Cookie: We're finished!
Lucky: Yep. Oh no I can't see! It must be temporary blindness.
Cookie: Just follow the sound of my voice!
Lucky: Alright I'll try.
(Both of them run off.)
Yu: I have finished!
Rei: To the finish line we go!
(Interview: Electric Twins.)
Plusle: You getting nervous?
Minun: Yeah, I can't believe we're close to losing. Now we're going to be eliminated because of me.
Plusle: Hey don't blame yourself. I'm to blame too because of that long route. No matter what, win or lose, we do this together!
Minun: You're right! Together!
(Minun sudddenly chugs down the rest of the stew as Plusle was left speechless.)
Plusle: Cool.
Lip: We're done!
(The Fairies leave and Minun suddenly finishes up.)
Minun: All done!
Plusle: Great job buddy! Come on!
(Right now the Pound Puppies are ahead with the Ghost Twins close behind them. The Fairies are gaining on them.)
Lip: Almost there! We're getting close.
(Interview: Fairies).
Lip: It's our second chance and way too early for us to lose now.
Windy: With all that's going on, I agree. It would be nice to explore many different wonders of the world.
Rei: They're gaining on us!
Yu: Rei..
Rei: We can't let them pass us.
Yu: Rei..
Rei: We need to go fa-
CLANG*
Rei: OW!
Yu: I was trying to tell you to watch out for the mailbox.
Rei: Now you tell me. (The Fairies pass them.)
Plusle: Minun, I've got a plan. Hold hands!
Minun: What for?
Plusle: Trust me! (Both of them hold hands) Now let's roll. Literally!
Minun: What? (Both of them are seen rolling on the path towards the finish line.) This is your plan?
(All the remaining teams race towards the carpet to stay in the game. A few seconds later, the 20th team arrives.)
Tron: Lucky and Cookie, you're in 20th.
Lucky: Is there anything in the way? I can't see anything!
Cookie: Pretty sure you're alright!
Tron: What's gotten into him?
Cookie: It's best not to ask if you don't really want to know.
Tron: Yeah, fair point.
(They both leave while Lucky was still temporarily blind. Shortly after, the next team arrives.)
Tron: Fairies, you take 21st.
Lip: Ok.
(Interview: Fairies)
Lip: Well we pulled it off. We gave it our all and survived.
Windy: That was close but we did it.
(That was the moment Plusle and Minun arrive and released hands before landing on the finish line feeling extremely dizzy.)
Minun: I am like so dizzy right now.
Plusle: Me too.
Tron: Dizzy or not, you guys are in 22nd.
Electric Twins: *still dizzy* Yay. *fell back in exhaustion*
(That was the exact moment Yu and Rei arrive at the finish.)
Tron: Ooh. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but I'm just gonna go out and say it. Ghost Twins, as the last team to finish you've been eliminated
Rei: Double oof.
Yu: Aww no.
Tron: But I have some good news!
Rei: We're not going home and we get to stay?
Tron: *laughs* No. Plusle and Minun are going home with you! This leg is a double elimination!
Plusle: *snapped out of it* Wait a minute, what?
Tron: Oh did I not mention this to you? Surprise, both of you are going home!
Minun: You're kidding right?
Tron: Do I look like I'm joking?
(Minun lowers his head and Plusle puts his hand on his partner's shoulder. He smiled as they walk off with the Ghost Twins.)
(The best of Yu and Rei: Ghost Twins) & (The best of Plusle and Minun: Electric Twins).
Scenes of both of these two teams play as they reminisce everything throughout the race.
Yu: I wish we could've done better.
Rei: There were a lot of things we did here we haven't done before.
Yu: It was nice while it lasted.
Plusle: It was a great experience for the both of us.
Minun: You're not upset with me are you?
Plusle: I'm not mad! You did your best and that's all that matters. I'm proud of you.
Minun: Thanks Plusle!
(The clips end and both teams are seen walking off.)
Plusle: Any idea where we're going?
Rei: No clue! Why do we even have to walk home anyway?
Minun: Beats me.

There we go that's two down and twenty one to go. As much as it pains me to do this, I decided to make this season a little bit harder than before. Not sure how many more double eliminations there will be.
