Land of Fire, Konohagakure, Hokage Building, Council Chamber

Naruto looked at the council as he zoned out and started talking to Kurama and Ōjo Ōkami Senshi while both sides of the council began arguing.

"So how long do you think it would take for them to realise that it will not go their way?" Kurama asked as he watched through Naruto's eyes.

Sasuke looked at Naruto with a scowl as Kakashi walked in. "Sorry, I'm late, Hokage-sama. I just came back from my mission," he told his leader, who nodded.

"That's alright, Kakashi," Hiruzen said as Naruto returned to the meeting. Did you find out?" He asked the members of the council, who looked confused while Inoichi looked down.

"Yes," Kakashi said as his visible eye showed a darkness within them. It was him," he told Hiruzen, who nodded.

"Alright," the Sandime said as he looked at the others in the council, "Now, I gave Kakashi a mission last week as we gained knowledge on why the Kyūbi attacked Konoha thouse thirteen years ago," Hiruzen said as all members of the council looked at him.

"And how did you get this information?" Koharu asked as she looked at her old teammate.

"The Kyūbi, or as the Rikudō Sennin named him, Kurama, took control of my body to speak with the Hokage and told him what happened that night, and he said that he was controlled," Naruto told them. Some of the council scoffed, but then Shikaku narrowed his eyes.

"There have only been two people who have managed to control the Kyūbi, or Kurama," he said as the civilian side grew quiet at that information. The ninja side started to get the same brain wave as they all turned to Sasuke. "What was your clan thinking?" Shikaku asked with a scowl.

"What are you talking about? My clan did nothing," Sasuke scowled at Shikaku, who looked sceptical.

"I gathered a team of Earth Release users so we could check out Kanabi Bridge and see if what had been revealed to us was true," Kakashi said, paying no heed to the conversation between his student and the head of the Nara clan. And after removing rock, stone, and mud, I can confirm that Obito Uchiha is both alive and is the one behind the attack," he told them as Sasuke looked shocked.

"And with the Uchiha planing coup d'état on Konoha, they could have been working with Obito," Hiruzen said as Sasuke looked shocked by what Hiruzen said.

As did the civilian side while the elders looked at Hiruzen with shock and anger, "But that is why we are here, is it?" As he looked at Sasuke, he said, "You want Naruto to hand over his Zanpakutō to you, am I right?" Hiruzen said as he looked at Sasuke, who nodded.

Hiruzen looked at Naruto. "Can we get this part over with so that we can move on to more serious matters?" he asked, and Naruto nodded.

"Sure, it's not like he can use my Zanpakutō anyway," He said as he pulled the sealed form of Ōjo Ōkami Senshi out and handed it to Sasuke.

"What do you mean?" The head of Konoha's bank asked.

"Oh, nothing. Well, not nothing; it's just that Sasuke will not even be able to release Ōjo Ōkami Senshi into Shikai," Naruto told them as they looked confused while Sasuke scowled at Naruto and snatched the sword.

"What the fuck do you mean?" He growled at Naruto.

"Oh, it's simple. All out her release command and do what I did to release command, and she should turn into her Shikai," Naruto said as Sasuke looked at him in confusion. Spin the blade around your hand while calling out: Break your chains, swallow the sun; Howl in the night, hunt the moon. And then call out her name," he said as he rolled his eyes.

And so Sasuke unsheathed the Zanpakutō and spun it around his hand, "Break your chains, swallow the sun; Howl in the night, hunt the moon, Ōjo Ōkami Senshi," He called out.

But nothing happened.

He tried again.

And again.

And again.

But nothing was happening, "Here let me try," Naruto said as he took the Zanpakutō back.

So Naruto spun the sword around his hand, and it glowed black. "Break your chains, swallow the sun; Howl in the night, hunt the moon," Naruto called out as the shape of the blade grew and changed into a large crescent moon blade. "Ōjo Ōkami Senshi," he said as he looked at Sasuke.

"A Zanpakutō is part of their user, part of their soul," Naruto told his teammate, who was glaring at him with eyes of pure hate.

"So only you can use your Zanpakutō?" Danzo asked as he looked at Naruto.

"Yes," He told the bandaged elder.

"I see, and you having the Rinnegan if I am not mistaken, how did you get thouse eyes?" Danzo asked as he looked at Naruto.

"It was during my training, during a night, and in a dream that I was pulled out of my dream and into my inner world, or underworld, and I met the Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki, the Rikudō Sennin, who gave them to me at their full power, and he told me about what, who I now know as Obito Uchiha, is planning something," Naruto told them as everyone looked at him, "From what he said Obito is in control of something called the Gedō Mazō, and it is the husk of the first Bijū, the Jūbi," He said as they all looked at him.

"What can this Jūbi do?" Shikaku asked as Naruto summoned a clone.

And the clone gained red slit eyes as its hair and whiskers became wilder, "I would be the best to answer that," Kurama said as he looked at the man.

"True," Shikaku said as he looked at the possessed clone.

"And the Jūbi's power is nature itself," Kurama told them as they looked at him. "They could create and destroy mountains; it boiled and froze the sea; my father could not beat it as it would be like fighting chakra itself," the fox told them, as the ninja did not like that answer.

"How did the sage beat it?" Hiruzen asked Kurama, who looked over.

"He used a Senjutsu Juinjutsu that separated the power from the husk along with nine of its tails," Kurama told them as Shikaku wrote this information down. "From the tails, my siblings and I were created, along with Father, splitting the power of the Jūbi into nine and giving it to us to give us life," he told them, as they did not like what he told them.

"Can the Jūbi be reborn?" Inoichi asked as Kurama nodded at him.

"Yes, by having the Gedō Mazō devour chakra from my siblings and me, the Gedō Mazō will then turn into the Jūbi once more and start it's reign of terror and destruction," Kurama told them as the members of the council looked at each other.

The ninjas nodded at each other before they looked over to Hiruzen. "Obito Uchiha must be hunted down and killed for all the evil that he had done," Hisashi Hyūga, the leader of Konoha, told him.

"We agree," the elders and members of the civilian side of the council also nodded.

The clone went up in smoke as Hiruzen looked at Kakashi, "Do you know where your former teammate would go?" He asked as Kakashi.

"No Hokage-sama," Kakashi shook his head.

"I see then before this meeting is concluded, I have something to say," Hiruzen said as they looked at him, "I am going to stand down as Hokage, and I am going to send out Jiraiya along with you Naruto to get the Godaime Hokage," he told them as everyone looked at the man in shock.

Danzo looked over to his former teammate.

"And who is it that both of them are getting?" Danzo asked as Hiruzen looked at the bandaged man.

"Tsunade," the Sandaime told them as they nodded at him.

Everyone looked at each other before they nodded. "Tsunade will be a good idea for the next Hokage," Shikaku said, as did the others.

Naruto returned his Zanpakutō to her sealed form before sheathing her and putting the sword back at her side.

"Shall I get the perv and head out?" Naruto asked him as Hiruzen tossed over a black flack jacket.

Naruto caught it, and he saw that other than black, unlike the normal green, it had orange stitching outlining the flak jacket, with the pauldrons having wolf-like markings on them. It had three scroll pouches on each side of the chest; it did not have a neck guard and had extra padding over the shoulders, which was fastened by steel buttons that looked like Uzumaki clan symbols, and a zipper down the middle.

"It looks nice," Naruto said as he took off his cloak and put on his flak jacket before putting his cloak over it.

Inoichi looked at him before he smiled. "You look like your father," he told Naruto, who smiled.

"Thank you, Dattebayo," he said, blushing and rubbing his head before cursing after his verbal tics.

"Just like your mother," Tsume Inuzuka said as Naruto smiled at that.

As Naruto went to the door, Danzo started speaking once more. "One more question before your mission, Chūnin Uzumaki," he said as Naruto turned to him. "You said that the Rikudō Sennin gave you the Rinnegan; can you pass them on to your children?" Danzo asked as Naruto let out a sigh.

"Yes, and I can pass on the ability to create Zanpakutō as well," He said as he looked at the elder.

"Then I put it to a vote that Naruto Uzumaki should be put in CRA," Homura said, along with the others. "Those in favour raise your right hand," He added as the council members started thinking about it.

Naruto looked at Hirzune, who gave the blond a slight nod as all the council members raised their right hands.

"Then it looks like Naruto, you are here by now under CRA and have to marry multiple wives, and the number of wives you must have will be told to you after your return to Konoha," Hiruzen told Naruto, who nodded at the man before he walked out.

While Sasuke glared at the door in pure hatred.

Two Hours Later, Gate of Konoha

Naruto stood there, waiting for Jiraiya to turn up before the sage walked over. "I'm sorry. Sensei wanted to speak to me about something," he told Naruto, who nodded.

"That's alright," Naruto said as they got ready to go, but a shout stopped them as they saw Sakura walk over with a backpack. "Where in Hades' name are you going?" he asked her.

"I'm going to help you," Sakura said as Naruto looked at the sage, who nodded.

"It's alright with me," Jiraiya told Naruto, who sighed before they walked out.

Naruto summoned a clone, and the two turned into animals; the original turned into a dire wolf, and the clone turned into a bear. Jiraiya and Sakura jumped on their backs, with Sakura getting on Naruto's back.

Both animals started to run as Jiraiya and Sakura held on. "Can you track Tsunade's sent?" Jiraiya asked the clone, who nodded. Then, when we're in a town where my spy network had last seen her, we'll have you try to pick up her sent," he told Naruto, who nodded as they ran.

As they moved through the forest, Jiraiya looked at Naruto. "Have you summoned any toads? You still have the toad summoning contract with them," he told Naruto, who looked up and shook his head. "I see, and I can see the bond you have with the dragons, so make the toads your secondary, and I have just the toads for you to summon," Jiraiya said as Naruto looked at him.

"You can have more than one summoning contract?" Sakura asked the sage as Jiraiya nodded.

"Yes, you see, there are three types of summons," Jiraiya told them as they moved through the forest. The first is the animal; they are creatures like the dragons that Naruto summoned or the snakes that the Oto ninja summoned," he told her as Sakura nodded at him.

"The second type is known as none living; they are like the Rashōmon of the Shodaime," Jiraiya said as they moved in the woods, Naruto and the clone slowing down to a walk. "And the third type of summoning is known as part summoning," he said as the wolf looked at him confused.

As did Sakura, "Part summoning?" She asked.

"You summon a part of the summoning clan or object," Jiraiya said as Sakura looked amazed. "I have a jutsu that does that. It is called Kuchiyose: Gamaguchi Shibari, and it allows me to summon part of a giant mountain toad," he explained to them as they both nodded at him.

Two Hours Later, Golden Town, Red Fire Inn

Naruto and Sakura sat on the beds in the hotel as they waited for Jiraiya to return from chasing a woman around the town. Sakura looked over to Naruto, who flipped through a book. "What's the book about?" she asked him as Naruto looked over.

"It's a book one of my adopted sisters told me about," Naruto said as he flipped the page. She then gave it to a child of Athena to translate it into the language I can read before she sent it to me," he told her as Sakura nodded at him.

"Can you teach me that language?" She asked him as Naruto looked at her.

"Why?" He asked as Sakura looked at him and then down at the floor.

She said nothing for a while, and as Naruto was going to return to his book, Sakura answered, "Ever since I found out we're soul mates, I've been looking at the village another way; hell, I've looked at how I've been treating you," She told him as Naruto put the book down and looked at her, "And it got me thinking, why did I do that? Was it to prove to myself that I wanted Sasuke? Was I trying to make Sasuke like me more? and many other questions popped into my head," Sakura said as she started to hug her knees.

He said nothing as he looked at her, "And then I asked Kurenai-sensei for a favour, to put me in a dream Genjutsu," Sakura told him.

"What dream Genjutsu was it?" Naruto asked her.

"I don't know the name of it, but it allowed me to see what my heart wanted my future to look like," Sakura told him as she then turned to Naruto, "And in it, I was in a house, I knew I had four children, and voice called out saying that he was home and when I saw that it was you, I knew who my heart beloned to," She told him as Naruto said nothing.

"I-I know that you don't want me to be forced to marry you, but I want it," Sakura told him as she looked at Naruto before she got up, walked over to him, and kissed him. And unless you say right here and now that you don't want it to be with me, that I'm your girlfriend," she told Naruto, who looked at her before a small smile formed.

"Then it seems like I have no choice," Naruto said as he kissed Sakura, and the two fell onto the bed.

But before anything could happen, a knock came at the door, halting anything.

They both looked at each other before they walked over to the door. Naruto opened it, and Naruto and Sakura looked at two men standing outside the door.

One had pail skin while the other had blue skin, and they both wore entire-body black cloaks with red clouds on them. "Naruto Uzumaki, we would like for you to come with us," the pale-skinned man said as Naruto looked at him before he reached for his Zanpakutō.

"Hello, Itachi Uchiha," Naruto said as Sakura pulled out a kunai.
