Hey guys, I returned with a new chapter of this fic and we will go around with the next stage for this world. I really want to get to Saitama parts but it will still take a little longer to get there, I feel we can achieve that with a few chapters as long the pace is good. Now this is the first chapter of this series once Izuku is said to be quirkless now let's go.
At the streets of Musutafu
Tatsumaki was destroying a group of villains that were attacking a cinema. Once joining the Hero Association she had already raised up to the ranks, already a class A hero and if this continue she would reach the legendary class S status. Using her quirk she caught the villains as if they were nothing but marbles.
"Look, I don't waste time with small fries, but I was going to be on break and you all messed up. Anything to add?'' Asked Tatsumaki to the villains as she levitates them.
"Huh!?''' Asked the vilains in shock.
Tatsumaki soon tossed them to the ground, shaking them a little bit and tossed to the ground again, just playing with her food for a minute.
"That's abuse of quirk!'' Scream one of the villain.
"Don't give me this crap, I am just doing this until the police arrive.'' Said Tatsumaki.
While she making them float she received a phone call which she normally doesn't like to get while on hero duty
Beep beep
"Uh?'' Asked Tatsumaki confused.
She saw that it was her mom, and she was a bit confused. What could have happened? All she remembered was that she and Fubuki were going to take Izuku to the doctor to see what was the deal with his quirk.
"Hi Mom.'' Said Tatsumaki answering with no problem.
"Tatsu! Oh dear.'' Said Inko in tears.
"Woah mom, what happened?! Is izuku alright is he hurt? Is fubuki hurt?' 'Asked Tatsumaki.
"No! They are healthy.' Said Inko.
"Then what is going on?'' Asked Tatsumaki now worried.
"Well…'' Said Inko not knowing how to explain the situation.
"What happened? Mom tell me. Was that Bakugo kid, I can go to his house right now!'' Said Tatsumaki already angry.
"No, its…more complicated'' Said Inko.
"So what is it?'' Asked Tatsumaki wanting answers.
"Tatsumaki.''
"What?''
"Your brother is…quirkless.'' Said Inko all sad giving the news straight away.
The information hit Tatsumaki like a truck. She remembered hearing Izuku saying that he wanted to be a hero like his big sister, be brave like All Might and make everyone smile. Now with this new those dreams were never going to happen.
"Where are you all?'' Asked Tatsumaki now worried.
"At home. We arrived right now.'' Said Inko.
"I will be there!'' Said Tatsumaki all serious.
The green Esper soon tossed the villain group to the ground as she was ready to fly off, but not before telling them a little message.
"Listen here! You all are going to wait here until the cops arrive! I have a family emergency and if I learn that you all run away I will hunt you all down and send you all to orbit! UNDERSTOOD!' Scream her now making the ground break.
The villain group just nodded in fear as Tatsumaki fly off to her house at maximum speed.
At the Midoriya household
Tatsumaki soon arrived at her home, she entered as fast as she could looking for her brother.
"Where is he!?' 'Asked her in shock.
She soon saw Inko already with her eyes her, nose full of snot and look of shock. That image was breaking the small green haired woman heart.
"Mom!'' Said Tatsumaki hanging her mom.
"Tatsu.'' Said Inko hugging her back.
"Mom! How could this happened?! Our family never had register of someone quirkless before.'' Said Tatsumaki worried.
"I don't know dear, the doctor said it was like a random selected number. Its rare than I imagined.'' Said Inko.
"Mom where is he?'' Asked Tatsumaki.
"He is at his room and Fubuki is with him.'' Said Inko.
The small Esper saw Izuku room door and was already not sure on what to do or say. She was always brash and direct when it comes to dealing with everyone around her, but with her family she didn't know what to say or what kind of tone.
"How is he holding up?'' Asked Tatsumaki.
"I don't know.'' Said Inko still crying.
The small woman went towards the room, not sure on what to do or say to cheer her brother.
She soon opened the door to check if he was ok.
"Izuku?'' Asked Tatsumaki but then Fubuki appeared first.
"Tatsu?'' Asked Fubuki leaving the room.
The tall girl was also with red eyes and depressed look, it broke even more of Tatsumaki heart seeing her sister in that state too.
"Fubuki, how is he?'' Asked her.
"He hasn't said a word since we return. I don't know what to do.'' Said Fubuki crying some more.
The small woman went inside Izuku room as she left her sister to be alone for a few minutes, she saw her little brother cuddle as in small ball hugging the All Might blanket.
"Hey there.'' Said Tatsumaki seeing him.
"Tatsu?'' Asked Izuku hugging his older sister.
"Listen Izuku, I came here as faster I could. I am here for you, don't worry about it.'' Said Tatsumaki.
"Tatsu, do you think I can still be a hero?'' Asked Izuku crying.
The pro hero didn't know what to say, she wanted to say Yes to make him feel happy but feared for his safety. She had to be honest.
"I don't know.'' Said Tatsumaki.
The small boy soon went to cry even more in his sister's lap, Tatsumaki wanted to know why her brother would never be able to achieve the dream that he always envisioned, to be a pro like his idol and big sister. That really hurt her and she even started to cry too.
Later
Once Izuku was finally put to sleep all the others from the Midoriya household were having a difficult time to get some rest. Inko managed to get some sleep once she had some medicine, same thing with Fubuki, Tatsumaki decided to spend the night there to make sure Izuku was ok. The thought of a quirkless life never came across her mind and she was beyond horrified, since she heard stories about the quirkless being second-class people.
"It cant be this bad? Can it?'' Thought her.
Uncertain of the situation Tatsumaki decided to make some research, looking at what was the rate for the quirkless. She always thought that they were regular people that just couldn't be heroes, which is fair not everyone wants that sort of life. Once she did the research she saw only bad article after bad article.
Quirkless people are more likely to commit suicide.
Couple drown their kid on the tub because it couldn't have a quirk.
Kid abandoned at orphanage for 20 years because nobody wanted a quirkless child.
Tatsumaki was seeing those news in horror, she didn't expected things to be his bad for the quirkless and she worries for a second if her brother would ended up like that.
"No!" Scream her in shock.
The scream was enough to make enough pressure to destroy the computer where she was reading. Tatsumaki felt that she now had a new purpose and this one she wasn't going to mess up.
A few days later
Tatsumaki had just finished defeating some robot theme villain, while he other heroes were making sure there was no damage Tatsumaki was doing an interview.
"Well Tornado of Terror you did a great job again.'' Said the report.
"Of course, I mostly don't do interview since I find you people annoying but I made an exception since I am want to make an announcement.'' Said her.
'What is it?'' Asked the report
"I am creating a center to help quirkless people. We are getting sponsors to help me fund this center where will help Quirkless people in shelter, food and work related issues. Just because they don't have powers it doesn't mean they are not people.'' Said Tatsumaki.
"Wow! This sounds incredible, no hero has ever done something like this and I bet no one expect you to care so much about the quirkless people.'' Said the report.
"Just because tabloids say I am heartless it doesn't mean I don't care about it.'' Said Tatsumaki.
"So the center is already working?'' Asked the report.
"Correct, we have already 20 sponsors, but I want to get even more.'' Said Tatsumaki.
"There you have it folks, if you know Quirkless people that need help just go Tornado of Terror Center, their staff will help you with all your necessities.'' Said the reporter.
"If you are also threating quirkless people you better stop! Or I will go after you!'' Scream Tatsumaki making a huge threat on national television.
The reporter just backed away a little bit in fear while this news had already gathered some trending on social medias. Tatsumaki didn't care for backlash or criticism, she wanted to make sure that the Quirkless life was made better.
At the Midoriya home.
The rest of the family was seeing the news, and they were surprised to see Tatsumaki statement, izuku in particular.
"Mom why is Tatsumaki doing this?'' Asked him.
"She is doing it because she want to make sure the less fortunate have a good life. Your sister is a good person.'' Said Inko.
"Just because I was diagnosed disable?'' Asked Izuku.
"You're not disable Izuku, stop saying that.'' Said Fubuki angry.
The little boy just looked down at the floor all sad, he didn't mean it to say but it just came out of his mouth.
"Sorry.'' Said Izuku.
"It's ok dear.'' Said Inko hugging her son.
Fubuki saw her younger brother still in a state of sadness and depression. She was very concerned for his future and how would things play out for him, so she wanted to make sure he was always safe.
"Izuku don't worry I will make sure you are never hurt.'' Thought Fubuki.
The girl saw her old sister dealing with more villains and defeating them as if they were nothing. Fubuki knew her quirk was strong but was still no way near Tatsumaki level.
"I will be my own hero, even if I am not as strong as big sis I will be strong. Don't worry Izuku you will be safe as long as I am around too.'' Thought Fubuki
The girl still had a few years before attending high school, she would start today training more seriously than ever before so she could reach UA level. Tatsumaki made a huge mark on UA, so she wanted to make her own mark. If she wanted to make a name and make sure that her brother was safe and happy she was going to put a lot of work in.
So yes, Tatsumaki heard the news and is a huge supporter of Quirkless people which I think would be a very interesting idea. I know that Izuku will not be quirkless forever, but even after all this she will still support and help them. Tatsumaki might be cold and bratty but she is still more likable than season 1 Bakugo from a mile away.
Next chapter will focus on Fubuki and meet up with the girl who will one day be Psychic. We had a good amount of information during the Monster Arc and the Psychic Sister art. I will have some fun dealing with this and I hope you all enjoy, bye bye.
