The Long Trip To Enchancia

Dragon was flying behind the royal coach where the party was riding.

Jane looked up to meet the king's gaze.

"Sire?" Jane asked.

King Caradoc looked up from his paper, "Yes, Jane?" he answered.

"I have found out something." Jane told the king.

"What have you found out, Jane?" King Caradoc asked.

"It is a rather delicate situation." Jane said to the king with all honesty.

"I see, Jane, perhaps it would be best to tell me, then, I can make a decision." King Caradoc said.

"Very well, Sire, I have discovered that Princess Lavinia wishes... to be a knight in training." Jane revealed.

The King of Kippernium was surprized and saddened, "What! Are you sure, Jane?" he asked.

"She told me herself, Sire." Jane reasoned.

"I had hoped that Lavinia would follow in the royal tradition." King Caradoc observed.

"Dear, since Cuthbert will be king one day, Lavinia will need to find her own path, it would appear that she has already chosen that path... as a knight." Queen Gwendolyn said.

The King of Kippernium softened up, "You speak wisely, as always, I will allow Lavinia to be a knight in training." he said.

Yes! Yes! Yes! I can be a knight too! Princess Lavinia thought.

"Your highnesses, with your permission, may I ride the rest of the way to Enchancia on Dragon's back?" Jane asked.

"Me too? Me too? Please?" Lavinia asked.

"I don't see why not." King Caradoc said.

"Stop the coach, please." Queen Gwendolyn said.

Jane and Princess Lavinia got out of the royal carriage.

Dragon landed behind the royal carriage.

"Are you girls ready to go?" Dragon asked Jane and the princess.
