As the twins get ready to go to school, Madoka didn't even want to get out of her bed, she is complaining about not needing to go since they already know most of the stuff the school year is teaching them.

Tabane was quick to remind them that school is more than just learning stuff from a book, there are social skills, and getting to know how to work and interact with other people, so it was important for them to go to school and start to learn to be more sociable and make friends.

The day was very much like always, they went to school and after Ichika went to his three dojos since he also cleaned the place to earn tuition, Houki is particularly obsessed with beating Ichika for some odd reason, and Tabane often teases her that it is simply that she has a crush on the poor kid, but Houki is quick to deny it and run away trying to stop listening to her sister.

It was not easy since they practically live in the same building, the two were for all intends and purposes neighbors, but the one thing that upset her the most, the thing that made her angry was that Ichika was better than her in one particular regard, Houki hated the fact that Ichika cooked better food than her.

She often tried to outdo him in the kitchen only to end up failing over and over again. Ichika had quite the gift when it came to the culinary arts, he only needed to taste a dish once, and he would be able to make it, and since everyone likes good food, Chifiyu would take him and Madoka to eat out at least two days a week.

So far the only food that has given him trouble is sweet and sour pork, so he decided to have that dish whenever he could to try and figure out why he couldn't get the flavor correctly, as time went by he made a few friends in the school, and became rather well respected in the Kendo Dojo, but the thing was that Tabane and Houki had to leave for a long time just when the regional kendo tournament was going to happen.

Ichika was very upset that Houki was not going to be able to participate, and that means he would have to participate, as the sisters were going too she challenged him to a single fight, and much to her shock he won, upon losing she dropped her practice wood sword and took hold of him and kissed him so hard that they ended up close together sitting on the floor.

"Now that you beat me, you know you are going to be my boyfriend next time we meet, but I don't want to hear that my boyfriend is weak so you better keep up with your training and win those tournaments or I am going to be very upset with you."

As Tabane and Houki left the town, Ichika became rather sad, and a little depressed, his training was the only thing that could help him stop thinking about them. He began to make more friends with people in his school, and eventually became popular with the other students in the dojos, but that had the negative effect of pissing Madoka off.

She decided to beat the living shit out of her brother for daring to ignore her, and they fought constantly, the two fought so much that Chifuyu sometimes was heard saying that they need to show some restraint cause they were causing property damage to their home. She decided to fight them both at the same time, they were not terrible but they were not great either since they were six years old.

"I have some news, I was invited to participate in the next Mondo Grosso, in two years, you two want to fight, alright, then you will fight me, I get some training and you get to blow off some steam, so everyone gets something."

Madoka is glaring at her, and Ichika asked her where is this supposed to happen if their fighting is causing damage to their home, "There is an arena we can go to, and we can do our training there, with very little concern for causing damage or being spied on. I think you two will like it."

As the two ended their fight and went towards each other's room Ichika began to feel a little sore, so he decided to take a bath, and doing so was probably something he really should have discussed with his sisters. Because as he went into the bath with nothing more than a towel and a smile, he decided to take a nice hot bath to relax his muscles.

And as he was relaxing in the warm water, much to his shock his sisters came right in and decided to join him in the bath, Chifuyu was washing his hair, Madoka was putting shampoo on her own, and Ichika was simply relaxing as he felt his sister's hands on his head.

After the bath was over they went to bed because the next day they were taken to an arena that they never expected, on the offshore coast of Japan, the national government had already begun building a training facility to educate future IS Pilots on a man-made island, the arena was large enough to have many spectators, students, and teachers observe, but since they had to use this arena it also means that Ichika and Madoka could finally let loose and use their IS.

Chifuyu had of course the one that Tabane made for her called the Kuresakura, Ichika had of course his Byakushiki, but Madoka had never revealed the IS that Tabane made for her, it was a long-range IS that focused on multiple targets while being brutal at closer range. The current name of it was Silent Zephyr.

When Ichika saw it he simply teased his sister that it is essentially a purple and pink butterfly, that is all the words she needed to start to fight Ichika who was laughing like this was simply having so much fun. Chifuyu decided to join in the fun and the three fought against each other with the two siblings trying to defeat their big sister, but she was not a champion for nothing and she managed to beat them both rather easily.

This is something that they did from that day on for the next two years, Ichika simply loved to fly, Madoka loved to fight, and Chifiyu simply wanted her siblings to get stronger and be happy, as the day of the Mondo Grosso came closer and closer strange things began to happen, more and more people were coming to the arena to watch the siblings fight, which should be impossible.

Chifiyu knows that no matter how much they tried to keep it hidden, people will eventually find out, the day of the Mondo Grosso finally came and both siblings wish their sister good luck in the tournament, as they had to go to school that day. She was not happy since she asked if her siblings could be excused to go and watch her fight, but the school simply would not allow it.

The Superintendent mentioned something about violence and causing undue trauma to children, little did she know that these two siblings would get to see much worse violence simply because she didn't allow them to go. Chifuyu was the first woman ever to win the gold medal in the first Mondo Grosso, which made her country rather proud of her but made other countries worry about a repeat victory.

Little did they know that Phantom Task was hired to prevent that from happening, by an unknown group that wanted to make sure Chifiyu lost, getting some revenge was the icing on the cake for them. As the two siblings were about to leave school, Madoka was grabbed by a stranger and she was tossed into a van and began to drive away.

Ichika began to notice that the people around the van were using IS units to push the traffic away so they could escape, he immediately touched his bracelet and took off after them, trying to rush them and slash at them using his sword, which shocked the enemy as they saw him fly a much smaller version of an IS.

Surprised but able to recover quickly manage to counter his attack, stopping in the middle of the street, as people began to record it on their phones and send images of the fight through the internet, as the boy was heard screaming, "Give me back my sister, you kidnappers." The woman who was fighting him smiled, "Who would have thought that woman would have a little brother that could also use an IS, maybe we should take you as well, and experiment on you to see why you can do that?"

Chifuyu was furious at what she was watching, as someone had put the video that was going viral online on the big screen for everyone to see, Madoka was knocked out, Ichika was fighting some harlot, and here she was fighting in the final fight of the Mondo Grosso. Seeing the bitch knock out her little brother and tossed him into the van as the van took off.

She became so furious that she immediately went to the German IS team if they agreed to help her find her siblings, she would train their IS Pilots for seven years, as they agreed, they found that the siblings were being loaded into a clandestine freighter, Phantom Task was quite happy about the deal it seems, they get their revenge, they get their missing lab rats, and two free IS Units.

The four IS Units left after the brats had been loaded into the ship and left armed guards to keep an eye on the brats, as the ship was about to leave port, the German Military showed up to blockade the port exit, but the one thing the thugs were more scared off was Chifuyu in her IS which was giving off such killer intent that every single thug lost controls of their vowels.

As she went through them all, making them suffer so much that they wish they could die, she finally found the compartment where her two siblings were tied up and she ripped it open, "No need to be scared, big sis is here." after their gags were removed they mentioned that they took their IS Units, to which she laughed and showed them the two bracelets.

"You mean these two? Don't worry. I got them back." For some weird reason, Ichika began to apologize to his sister for failing to keep Madoka safe as he kissed the sleeping form of his IS. Madoka complained that if he was going to kiss anyone it should have been her. Hearing this made Chifuyu laugh as she took off from the ship with her two siblings in her arms.

After a week after the incident the governments of the world wanted to have an opportunity to study and experiment on the two siblings to find out why could this boy pilot an IS? They wanted to do studies on both siblings, Tabane finally getting sick and tired of them hounding Chifiyu and her siblings decided to make it public her research on the subject.

"The fact is that Madoka and Ichika are fraternal twins, it is according to my research that as long as a boy is born with a twin sister, that boy should be able to pilot an IS just like Ichika because essentially neurologically speaking they are so similar that the IS can be used by the brother and the sister. This means that the children born as fraternal twins can be IS Pilots."

This news caught the world by storm, this means that the IS is no longer something only women can pilot, seven years have passed since that day, and the IS Academy was in full swing, students from all over the world had come to the man-made island where the Academy was, to learn and practice to be IS Pilots.

Chifiyu finally was allowed to leave the German Unit she had been training and was going to be a new instructor for the first-year students of the IS Academy which Ichika and Madoka were enrolled in that very same year. Ichika and Madoka were assigned to classrooms that were right next to each other, classroom 1 and classroom 2. Houki was furious that she couldn't get tickets to see Ichika fight in the National Kendo Tournament.

Ichika in the last seven years had become something of a celebrity among IS enthusiasts. Since he was technically the first-ever male IS Pilot, this was both a positive and a negative, people had unrealistic expectations of him, and the constant idol treatment was a bit much. He however was at least recognized for his achievements.

As he entered the classroom he finally found his seat and sat down waiting for the others to get there, the Assistant Teacher was writing things on the board, and as she did that Ichika decided to mention one of the items on that list had a typo. She looked embarrassed as he told her that since the original term was written in English.

Houki finally made it to her classroom and she was glaring at Ichika who was standing rather close to the Assistant Teacher Houki didn't like the way that she was dressed, so she walked over to Ichika and without a single warning punch him and dragged him away from the teacher.

As she started to drag him out of the classroom, a very pissed-off Chifuyu was seen standing in her way, as she asked her where do they think they are going? Houki tells her that she just wanted to have a private conversation with Ichika, to which Chifiyu told her she can do that after class, and get back to their seats.

As Ichika heard this, he flat out said, "Oh Hi Sis, huh what am I doing on this chair?" Chifuyu who was upset began to clench her fists, and looked at Ichika, "You will address me as Ms. Orimura in class." Ichika was quick to say that she is still his sister, why would he want to talk with her like that. She proceeded to punch him so hard that he flew up an inch off the ground only to have his head slam against the flat surface of his desk.

"I trust that the instructions of how to properly address your teacher have sunk in." The teacher looked at her assistant who was checking on Ichika for some odd reason, "Did you have to hit him that hard? At least your meeting with the principal is over. Why don't we introduce ourselves, and make the class feel more comfortable."

Chifuyu stood in front of everyone, "I am Chifuyu Orimura I shall be your instructor for this class, the lady who spoke before is my assistant teacher Maya Yamada, we shall train you and teach you to be able to stand on your two feet by the end of the year, which include theory, science, and practical exercises. If you slack off or piss me off you will be kicked out of this class faster than you can blink."

This would have made any other class worry about their future, but apparently, this class got excited after hearing her little speech. Ichika just wanted to get this whole introduction thing over and done with, since according to him he didn't need an introduction since everyone pretty much knows about him.

The students began to do their introductions, until they finally made it so that Ichika would have to introduce himself, " Hi, my name is Ichika Orimura, brother to our benevolent instructor, my little sister who is a representative candidate for Japan, I like training and reading, I hope that we can all get along, thank you for your time." Ichika sits down on his chair.

One of the girls asked if he had a girlfriend, after hearing that he didn't answer Houki stood up and glared at the other students, "Enough, we still have class, you can ask your stupid questions after class." Chifiyu saw her and told them that indeed they do have to get through the class material and she was technically correct.

Maya began a lecture on the history of the IS being once a project for a spacesuit, but since it could be used for so many things, the world government made it illegal to be used by the military, and thus IS Pilots are considered participants of a professional sport.

In a way, she explained to think of the IS as your big metal buddy, think of the IS as your partner, one of the students trying to embarrass her asked her if she means partner as in boyfriend or lover? Well she said, technically both which shocked the girls, "I don't know why you are so shocked, ever since what happened seven years ago, IS Pilots have formed relationships with other pilots, some have even gotten married, but it is more open than your typical marriage since there are so few male pilots they do tend to form harems."

She goes further that the nations of the world have made it legal for people to enter into previously taboo relationships. The nation's desire to produce stronger IS Pilots made it so that some pilots married members of their own families, and have multiple wives, as a means of producing as many new pilots as possible.

Maya asked if there were any questions, to which Ichika rose his hand and said that he was really confused about why would the governments allow this? Maya said that due to the dangers of the sport and outside interference having more available pilots became a necessity to maintain national pride, and not to mention that many companies are researching the IS that require test pilots.

As soon as the class ended Houki stood up and walked over to him, standing in front of his seat, "We need to talk." As he didn't want to spend time arguing they decided to take their conversation to a small garden that was on the roof. "So how have you been? I heard that you won the kendo national tournament, but you sort of went missing for seven years after that, so I wanted to know have there been any changes in your life?"

Ichika smiles, "Quite a bit, but I also heard about you winning the Kendo Nationals last year? However I knew exactly who you were, you still have the same hairstyle. As for changes well I sort of had to help my sister get through some stuff, and well apparently both of them want to form a harem with me."

Houki begins to get nervous and said, "I thought my sister was joking about that." Ichika told her that sadly no, she was not joking, and she has made her position on this subject quite clear, he even suspects that many of the laws that allowed this were influenced or written by her. "I am sorry, I remember the bet, since I won you don't want to you don't have to be my girlfriend, since you are not likely willing to share me with other women."

Houki began to laugh and then she became quite serious, "I don't know, give me a couple of days to think about it, but it is rather cute that you still remember our bet." Ichika tells her that she will always be special to him, that he would love her and those that are part of the harem even if they choose later to leave him.

As they return to the classroom he sat on his seat when a blonde girl decided to introduce herself, "I am Cecilia Alcott, England's representative candidate, but you have no actual piloting experience, so as the number one student I would not be against teaching you if you beg with tears in your eyes. Considering that I beat the instructor."

Ichika looks at her, "So what? I also beat an instructor. She dashed at me, I evaded and counter-attacked slamming her into a wall and knocking her out." Cecilia is shocked that she thought she was the only student who defeated instructor, to which Ichika said she might be the only female that beat an instructor. Ichika told her that in two other classes his childhood friends beat their instructors.

Getting mad she told him that since the class was about to restart they will continue this conversation later as she walked back to her seat, after class was over he is told that he needs to see the principal about something she needed to explain.

As he walked he began to wonder what the hell could the principal want to talk with him about, it was his first day, as the secretary buzzed him, in the end, had to sit in front of the desk, "Mister Orimura I hate to be the bearer of bad news, your roommate has not arrived, and to make matters worse we need to do some major repairs in that room. Someone was trying to hurt you when they planted a bomb in it."

Ichika told her that it was actual, not strange at all, his life has been threatened quite a few times already, by the evil group called Phantom Task, so he told the principal not to worry, he would just need to find an alternate room assignment. She was more relaxed after hearing him say that told him that they had already had one for him, but sadly it was in the women's dorm.

Ichika asked if he will have the same roommate? The principal told him that indeed he would still have the same roommate once he arrives from France with his twin sister, they are both rather well-recognized children of a major French IS research company. "You will be assigned to the female dorms, for now, you will be staying with a female student for some time."

Ichika asked if he was going to be placed in the same dorm room with his sister, the Principal simply mentally said that she could technically be called his sister, 'You plan to marry her big sister in the future, she will be technically his sister eventually.' The principal simply told him, yes.

As this was supposedly resolved he decided to go to his dorm and try to get everything in order so that he could turn in for the day, as he was halfway to the dorm, the Principal and Chifuyu were having a meeting, "Did you have to blow up the room?" Chifuyu said that she has no clue what she is talking about since apparently, the explosion happened due to a gas leak. The Principal scowls at her, "Sure, a gas leak, it had nothing to do with the fact that you wanted to have the fourth member of your supposed planned harem near him."

"You better hope that he wins her over before the Dunois twins arrive in our school from France." As Ichika finally made it to his room, he was shocked to hear that Houki was taking a shower and was doing her little welcome to her new roommate, which she thought was another girl.

Ichika began to freak out and was trying to leave the room when Houki got out of the bathroom with only a towel, she immediately went to grab a practice sword and try to beat him up, "Ichika what the hell are you doing in my room? Don't you know that sharing a room with a girl past the age of six is wrong?"

He immediately grabbed another sword and blocked her attack, "Hey it's not my fault, you have an issue with this take with the principal, she is the one that gave me the card key for this room." As he kept on blocking her attacks he began to notice something odd was sticking to the sword he was using, until he noticed that it was a cream-colored bra. "So you started to use a bra." She grabbed it away from him and called him a pervert.

As they finally got to set some ground rules, they both decided to go to sleep, he took the bed by the window, and she took the one near the door, as he was getting ready, he told her that she looks rather nice in her nightwear, which caused her to blush and told him to shut up.

The next morning they were having breakfast in the dorm cafeteria, he was having potato, egg, and ham, with a glass of juice, and she was having rice with a hard-boiled egg, and lemonade. Three fellow students asked them if they could sit with them, Ichika said that it was no problem which made the girls rather giddy for some odd reason.

Houki not saying a word just finished her meal and was ready to leave, "Ichika, I am done with this, see you for morning practice, don't be late." Ichika continued with his breakfast, and the girls asked him if that isn't a little much for breakfast, Ichika told them no, it's a typical German breakfast, and he mentioned that he was surprised that they were eating so little for breakfast.

The first girl said that it was perfectly fine, and the second girl said we don't eat that much for breakfast, the third girl told him not to worry because they do tend to eat a lot of snacks. The first girl asked if he knew Houki that well, and he told them of course he does, they went to the same Kendo Dojo for years and are childhood friends. That is when Chifuyu was heard screaming about how pilots need to be more efficient so stop talking and finish their food or else she will make them run fifty laps.

As Ichika and Houki got to their classroom there was a bit of excitement from the other students, as they were gossiping about something, as the class started Chifiyu mentioned that they still need to choose their class representative, so if anyone has any nominees they should mention them now, one girl suggested Ichika, one after another said that it would be wonderful if that was the case, but Cecilia was not happy to hear this.

"Do you honestly expect me, Cecilia Alcott, to have to listen to the orders of a boy for an entire year? It is bad enough that I have to study in a country with such poor cultural development as this." Ichika was now furious, "England doesn't have much to brag about either, how many times has England won the worst cuisine award?"

Cecilia looks at him with a glare, "How dare you make fun of my country, England has many delicious dishes. This calls for a duel." To which Ichika simply glared right back at her and said it would save them a lot of time if they could skip all the arguing. "Maybe to be fair we should have a handicap match," Ichika asked how much of a handicap is he going to have to give her.

This caused the other girls to laugh, one of the girls mentioned that he might be underestimating her capabilities, he looked dead serious when he heard that, "I am not underestimating anything, and when I give my word I will keep it. But let's make it more interesting, whoever wins is the class representative."

Chifiyu said that the arena will be ready for their fight in two days, as the class got started on the technical aspects of an IS unit.
