Lucifer sometimes couldn't believe how lucky he was,the fact that Chloe wanted to be with him amazed him and that afternoon she would be his wife which amazed him even more. It was just their friends who would be attending along with Chloe's mother,he'd invited his family under duress from Chloe.

"I don't particularly like them babe but you still should ask them".

So he had via Amenadiel but he hadn't heard from any of them which a small part of him was disappointed by,no matter how much he didn't want them there. He was in the penthouse having a long relaxing shower and thinking about their honeymoon,one week in Europe with both Chloe and Trixie and then a week,just the two of them in the Maldives which would mean Chloe in various bikinis and if he could convince her perhaps even less.

Chloe was sitting having her makeup done although not too much as Lucifer always told her she didn't need makeup to look beautiful. There were times she really couldn't believe that they'd got here after everything they'd been through and also put each other through they were together and in a couple of hours she would be Mrs Morningstar although she was going to keep Decker as her surname. She was so happy that Lucifer had suggested that Trixie come along for part of their honeymoon. They were going to London, Barcelona and then Paris once that week was up. Dan was flying out to Paris and would take Trixie to Euro Disney and then fly home with her. While she and Lucifer would be flying to the Maldives,she'd even picked out some new bikinis that she hoped he'd like. Then again she thought to herself,Lucifer would be happy if she didn't wear anything.

Amenadiel walked out of the elevator to see Lucifer standing, straightening his tie,while looking deep in thought so he coughed to get his brother's attention.

"Ah Amenadiel you're here, your suit is hanging up in the Urchins room". Lucifer said while going to pour himself a drink

"Thank you Lucifer,you should know some of our siblings will be attending". Amenadiel told him sheepishly.

Lucifer spun around his face momentarily, showing shock and fear.

"What do you mean,I didn't think any of them would come". Lucifer said to him

"Well some changed their minds". Amenadiel responded "if it's any consolation father has told them that they are to be on their best behaviour".

He finished and waited for Lucifer to blow his top but it didn't happen.

"Will he be there?". Lucifer asked apprehensively

"Yes,Dad will be there as will Michael". Amenadiel told him

"If Michael does anything I'll skin him alive*. Lucifer fumed.

"He won't, they've all been warned". Amenadiel reassured him

"That's never stopped Michael in the past". Lucifer told him.

The wedding was at a venue in the hills with a fantastic view. It was a small venue which Chloe had fallen in love with so Lucifer had booked it straight away. The guests had started to arrive, Zadkiel and Azrael were sitting with the couple's friends as was Chloe's mom.

Zadkiel looked around and saw his father arrive with Michael and a few others,this wasn't good thought Zadkiel, Michael was smirking as he walked to the front. Before he could sit down Zadkiel stood and confronted him.

"What do you think you're doing brother?". Zadkiel blocked Michael from moving further.

"I do believe that families sit at the front". Michael said,the ever present smirk on his face.

"Our brother doesn't think of you as family Michael so sit at the back". Zadkiel said to him although he seemed to imply that the statement was directed at most of his siblings.

"Michael I warned you to be on your best behaviour if you wished to attend". God told him.

Michael scowled at Zadkiel and followed his father to the back.

Zadkiel sat back down next to Azrael and breathed a sigh of relief,if his father had decided to support Michael Zadkiel wouldn't have stood a chance.

Lucifer and Amenadiel arrived and began walking to the front,he was only minutes away from marrying the love of his life and he couldn't wait until he saw his Dad and his siblings. With Amenadiel encouraging him he held his head high and walked past them barely even looking at his Father or his siblings.

Michael sneered and said not to quietly

"Ah there goes the unwanted one".

Lucifer didn't even pause he just kept walking which seemed to wind up Michael up even more.

"Why would she want that filth,father?". Michael asked his Father while sniggering.

At this God stood, looked at Michael and then made him follow him. For the first time Michael thought perhaps he'd gone too far.

Once they were away from the wedding party God rounded on son.

"I have let you get away with far too much son". God began

"Father I...". Michael began to say

"I'm not finished,you will be quiet until I'm done" God told him

"I shut out Samael when I ordered him taken to Hell to begin his duties,what you did was not that". God said angrily but not shouting

"What you and your siblings did to your brother will have consequences,I haven't yet decided what they will yet be but believe many of you won't like them ESPECIALLY YOU". God shouted the last part.

"Go home and stay there". He finished.

He walked back to the wedding and took his seat. No sooner had he sat than the music started and Chloe was walking down the aisle Dan was with her as was Trixie.

Lucifer couldn't look away, he couldn't help but stare,no matter how often he saw her clothed or naked she always took his breath away. Before he knew it they stood with him.

"You make her happy man,I don't get it but you do". Dan said and then took his seat.

The ceremony began and then it was time for Lucifer to say his vows.

"Chloe you amaze me,in my entire existence no one has ever made me feel the way I do when I'm around you. You've shown me love like no one has before and while we've had our ups and downs you've always been there for me. I promise you now in front of all these people that I will love you forever, you're my soulmate and no one will ever mean more". He finished

"Lucifer, what can I say that we haven't already said to each other. We've had moments where I thought we weren't meant to be but through everything we've always found our way back to each other. When we started dating Trixie said something to me that I think shows that we're meant to be,she said that since we started dating I smile and laugh so much more. I will love you forever Lucifer,you're my Soulmate". She finished.

The officiant finished the ceremony"you may kiss the bride".

As they kissed God looked on and smiled, soulmates how right they were. One day he would explain everything to his son and new daughter in law but now wasn't the time.
