This is the 64th chapter. I don't own the series of My Hero Academia or the series of Justice League.
Gathering Evidence
At the LexCorp of Metropolis, Alex is at his office filing the paperwork that's been at his desk. Some of the papers were bills, finances, funds, and insurance money which he and his secretary were able to organize them in each file. However, Alex mostly has meetings with the military and politics since the Justice League, Teen Titans, and other group of heroes are now protecting civilians and taking down criminal around the globe while teaching the new generation of heroes by using their home base as their own schools since the Government have entrusted them when the JL were founded. But after hearing of their return after the fight against the Legion of Doom decades ago, they decided to put in trust to them and the civilians will be able to defend themselves against aliens, like Doomsday or Darkseid, and criminals.
Alex was able to finish organizing when John Henry Irons Jr., known as Steel, arrived at the office.
John Henry Irons Jr. is a towering muscular African-American with bald head and brown eyes. He wore a LexCorp business suit and an earring on his right side of his ear.
"Is there something you want to share, John?" Alex inquires, going through the papers. "I'm busy on the paperwork at the moment."
"Actually, it's something I found at the shop." John said, placing the blueprints that shows an armor as Alex goes through it. "Dad made that armor that was meant for the police, but..."
"My dad just ignore the warnings since the armor has the effect to make them aggressive." Alex finishes the sentence, turns to John. "While it's a good idea to make an armor for the police but considered how dangerous it is after the incident. What makes you think it'll be any different if you try working on that armor?"
"My dad and my cousin are against it for making it, but it'll be different once I start working on making my own version of that armor." John explains. "I can get Daito to help me with the computer, in order to run some diagnostics and see if there were any effects."
Alex is unconvinced of what John told him, which he does make a valid point after hearing the civilians repeatedly demanding the HPSC and the Government to defend themselves. However, the police also wanted to help the heroes since they've been sat on a sideline for too long and they decided that it's time for them to take action. He was able to deliver weapons for the military in case they need it against aliens along with the pods. But making an armor that could mess the mind and turning them into an aggressive psychopath is entirely different. Alex didn't want to risk it, but with John's determination on making a new armor, he sighs in defeat.
"Fine, I'll give you the funds you need, but you'll have to get the materials for yourself at Steelworks." Alex told him. "You'll only make one armor, nothing more."
"One?" John repeats, confused.
"One armor, I won't take any risk on making more." Alex said seriously. "And once you make that armor, then we'll talk. Understood?"
"Yes, sir." John replied.
"Good." Alex said as John walks away and out of the office, leaving him alone as he continued working on the papers.
While Alex Luthor didn't like the idea of having John Henry Irons Jr. working his own version of armor for the police since it happened before at Metropolis, but he knows that Steel made a valid point about needing some extra hands since the group of heroes are planning to be busy in different continents and somewhere in space. The Pro Heroes might try to gain back the respect and trust from the civilians, but unfortunately, neither of them can trust them after what they're trying to do at the Hall of Justice at DC.
At HPSC HQ in Japan, the HPSC were very upset of the first Batman returned from the dead thanks to the Joker and the Bat Family captured the Terrible Trio since it's been on the media and worldwide. Also, the Hero Provisional License Exam is still on hold until they get a notice from the staff members in different academies in order for the students to be ready. Though, they're still mourning for the loss of their classmates who were murdered by the hands of the Joker and his gang weeks ago, which also left them traumatized after what they have witnessed.
However, they called someone who's well known for the deadly marksmanship and killing someone for money. They called out the first Deadshot, Floyd Lawton, who's a former assassin, former member of the Task Force and Suicide Squad, and now a retired mercenary. Floyd Lawton retired of his assassination and had enough money to give his daughters and his son a scholarship for the university and to buy his own retirement home somewhere.
Now, Floyd arrived at the HPSC HQ since he'd figured someone is planning to hire him for killing, which he doesn't kill anyone anymore, not since he had enough money to retire.
Floyd is currently in his late 50s with some grey hair streaks on each side of his brown hair, and a bread. He's wearing a black shirt with a red plaid shirt above it, blue jeans, a dog tags around his neck, and brown leather boots.
"You better have a reason why you called me here." Floyd said with a scowl, not in the mood for a mission.
"There is, and we need you to kill someone." Madam President complied, showing the photos of Batman and his team along with the group of heroes. "We want you to kill them since they've been a thorn on our side for interfering our line of work for the Pro Heroes. Thus, they committed a crime for vigilantism and without hero license, which we were able to get their locations. And they're having a potential political candidate who wanted to shut down the Hero Society. Do it, and we'll give you the locations. Also, we'll pay you for the amount you ask."
Floyd sighed, figured they wanted to kill those heroes who've been fighting crime longer than the Pro Heroes which it's no surprise since he heard about them and disappointed of their actions. Though, he taught his son, Zane, and his daughters, Zoe and Suchin in combat, military tactics, and weaponry ever since they're kids. Zane has been enrolled in the US Army when he's 16, stayed in 5 years and being discharged after losing his right eye, Zoe learned about her father being the first Deadshot and decided to learn in martial arts and firearms from him and his brother, becoming a vigilante known as Liveshot, and Suchin have also learned about her father and decided to learn martial arts in Korea while taking up the name of Oracle because she's more of a tech-geek thanks to Barbara helping her learn about computers and technology. Though, Suchin isn't helpless since she learned martial arts and firearms.
Before Madam President could ask a question, Floyd raises his hand to stop her and given her the answer.
"I'm not killing anymore; I retired." Floyd told her. "After the war against the Legion of Doom decades ago, I'm done killing people. Also, I'm not down on killing innocent lives anymore."
It got Madam President, and the others frown at his respond.
"You're gonna have to find someone else to do your dirty work." Floyd said as he left the meeting room, leaving the HPSC members alone since they're disappointed of his respond.
Floyd knew the HPSC won't take that answer very well, decided to call on a phone to let his son know what's going to happen.
"Hello?" Zane answered.
"Zane, it's me." Floyd told his son. "Listen, I need you to do something for me."
"You're kidding. I thought you retired from your work." Zane said. "What got yourself into it this time?"
"I'm in Japan, the HPSC wanted me to kill someone, and I don't think you're or anyone going to like it if I tell you." Floyd said as he begins given him an explanation while Zane listened carefully.
After a few minutes of explanation, Zane then understands why his father being called by the HPSC in order to kill someone.
"I see. I'll be sure to let Nikita know since she'll be pissed about this." Zane said which make his father chuckled a bit.
"But, I have a feeling something is off about them. I'm heading over to the office in order to find some information. If I find anything, I'll let you know." Floyd told him.
"I don't think it's necessary, Lawton." The voice of an HPSC agent informed him, earned his attention as an agent turned himself into Plastic Man who grins.
Plastic Man has a lean muscular appearance with black hair and blue eyes. He wears white goggles, red and black bodysuit with yellow and black striped belt.
"Everything is right here on the hard drive." Plastic Man said, extends it to him. "Now, hurry up and go before they find out about us."
Floyd has a question, but since he got the information, he needs which it's coming from Plastic Man. He nods, place it in his pocket and leaves the behind while Plastic Man went back to his disguise.
"Good luck, Deadshot." Plastic Man said, heading out by slipping through the ventilation system since his work is done and inform the Justice League.
At Belle Reve, Nikita Waller is doing her paperwork since she finally has some time for herself. Most of her times, she spends her days on keeping an eye on the convicts, help the military take down the most wanted criminals in different continents, meetings with politics and military, and working with the Justice League at the Watchtower. Some days she had was eventful and some days were mostly annoying since it was enough to give her a terrible migraine. She was about to finish her work when the phone rings, causing her to sigh in annoyance and had enough as she picks up the phone.
"Waller here." Nikita said.
"Nikita, before you hang up on me, hear me out. Listen, the HPSC are planning to kill the League and all of the heroes who are claimed as vigilantes." Zane explains. "They were planning to hire Dad, but he turned down on them."
Nikita decided to hear him out since he got a reason to call her.
"That's not all, they're planning to kill a political candidate who wanted to shut down the Hero Society." Zane continued, causing Nikita to harden her glare.
"I see." Nikita said. "There's no surprise of their actions, considering of that stunt they've pulled on Lobo. And now, they're planning to hire Floyd for killing a potential political candidate?"
Zane can only respond in silent since his boss is pissed about HPSC planning to kill not only a group of heroes, but a potential political candidate who's planning to shut down the Hero Society since the Pro Heroes are losing their reputation, fame, and popularity.
"I'll inform the League about this." Nikita said with a sigh. "And I assume your father stayed at the facility to look for more information?"
"I think so, it may take a while. You know my old man; he's always looking for something important that involves terrorists or politics. If anything, he's probably looking something to get dirt on them." Zane explains. "It may sound suicide, but this is Dad we're talking about."
"I'm aware of his background." Nikita remarked. "Anyway, I'll inform them and let them know what happen. But they're not going to like it."
"I know and I don't think any of us are expecting to, considering they've been on bad terms with the first Suicide Squad." Zane points out. "I'll let Zoe and Suchin know what's going on, even though they had the right know what he's up to."
Nikita agrees since Zane had been able to get along with his sisters and been on good terms with them, but he never got along with his mother because she drove Floyd away and filed a divorce which made him decide to live with his father. Like his father, Zane was able to earn money to give for his sisters in order to get them in for scholarships at college during his time working many odd jobs, bounty hunting, and military. Even though, Zoe was able to graduate at Havard School and became a lawyer while Suchin became an IT Technician since she's more into computers and other equipment. However, Zoe and Suchin learned in combat and firearms from their father while becoming as vigilantes and members of the Justice League.
She and Zane ended transmission, then Nikita calls the Justice League to gather the members and meet up at the Hall of Justice since the situation is very serious.
At the Hall of Justice in Washington DC, the members of Justice League and Teen Titans were gathered at the meeting hall. Nikita explains to them about what the HPSC was planning and why they wanted Floyd Lawton, the first Deadshot, kill the entire heroes, which happens to be the Justice League, Teen Titans, and other group of heroes, and a potential political candidate who plans to shut down the Hero Society.
Soon as Nikita finished her explanation, neither of them wanted to find Floyd since they've been on bad terms with him since he causes the sabotage at the Watchtower along with the Cadmus incident. However, he did sometimes work with the League in order to earn the money, but everything changed during the war against the Legion of Doom. But like any other survived members, Floyd survived the fight, but it left him to suffer PTSD and forced to retire from his work as a mercenary.
"And you're expecting us to go find Floyd Lawton and give him protection from the HPSC?" Green Lantern (John) asks with a scowl on his face.
"Not only he almost killed my husband decades ago, but he also sabotages the Watchtower with his team!" Mera adds which Nikita is expecting that.
"Nikita, I understand the HPSC are planning to assassinate the political candidate, but what's Floyd has to do with it? Doesn't he actually accept the job?" Superman (Clark) questions seriously.
"He used to, but he doesn't anymore. He retired after the war against the Legion of Doom." Nikita answered. "He may not kill any more innocent lives, but he's looking for information about the HPSC's past incident."
They glance at each other, confused, but Batman (Ethan) and his team figured out a reason why Floyd is looking for info. Both Nikita and Alex turned their heads to them since they know what they're thinking.
"Something you like to share?" Alex inquires.
"We have a pretty good idea what he's looking for." Batman (Ethan) said. "He's looking for the files that goes as illegal tactics for keeping the public image of Pro Heroes. Even train children to become soldiers and ordering assassination on potential threats."
It got their attention when Batman (Ethan) mentioned of HPSC's dark secret.
"He's right on the mark." Lady Nagant said, crossed her arms. "I was one of the assassins after being scouted by the HPSC since they saw my talent of my Quirk and my marksmanship. I felt guilty for all the bloodshed I've caused, and it made me snap that I kill the first President of HPSC."
"Kaina, what happened isn't your fault. You're being misguided by the HPSC after what they've put you through." Wonder Woman (Diana) told her sadly. "But what you did is the right thing since they're the ones held responsible for covering up the truth."
"She's right, you were only following orders." Rex adds. "Take it from me and John, we were following orders during our times as soldiers."
John nods with an agreement, looking at her with sympathy while Lady Nagant did the same.
"Was there anyone else trained by HPSC?" Flash asks.
"Keigo Takami, AKA, Hawks." Batgirl answered as the image of Hawks is shown. "He stopped the car crash when he's only 6 and the HPSC trained him while providing a home for the family. However, he cut ties with his mom and given her a home, but unlike Kaina, he's willing to get his hands dirty and become part of the top 10 Pro Heroes before the age of 20."
"No surprise, he's willing to get his hands covered in blood while remaining optimistic." Dabi scoffs. "Not to mention the rumors of illegal methods they're using."
"And relying on All Might too much isn't helping, either." Shayera points out.
"I say we get out and kick those HPSC's butt!" Flash suggested.
"No! It'll cause a major outbreak of war between the Pros and all of you." Nikita said. "We got this going for a long while, and thanks to that, the crime rates are going down in different continents. However, the Legion of Doom are still planning somewhere along with the League of Villains."
They can tell the Director of A.R.G.U.S. is making a valid point since the Justice League and other group of heroes just made their return ever since the war between them against the Legion of Doom, went into hiding for decades while using their base as a school for new generation of heroes to learn their powers, combat, making gadgets, and tactics.
"She has a point; we had to play it smart if we want the HPSC shut down." Batman (Bruce) said with a brooding glare.
"And with Floyd having the information and hiding God knows where, we need him alive. The HPSC is planning to hire a Pro Hero to find and kill him." Nikita adds, making a valid point. "Which is why I've assigned Zane, Zoe, and Suchin to locate and find him. Emilia is going with them along with Aiden and Chris."
"And you're asking us to help them, why?" Catwoman questions.
"If the Pro Heroes somehow found them, and if the mission is compromised, I need some extra hands in case if it happens." Nikita clarifies. "Look, I know all of you had personal grudges on the Suicide Squad, but you all will have to put the differences aside to stop the HPSC."
They glance each other, not liking the idea of finding Floyd Lawton since he's a former member of the Suicide Squad, but with him having the information of the dark secrets of HPSC using illegal methods, assassinations, framing Heroes when they refuse to follow orders, creating false stories, turning a child into a soldier, and killing corrupt Heroes. And the HPSC are hiring a Pro Hero to find the first Deadshot and kill him to prevent the secrets from revealing.
"We will only send two members, nothing more." Superman (Clark) told her. "And I know someone who can help."
Nikita complied with an understanding since they still had grudges on Floyd, but decided to tolerate it until it's over.
After the Justice League sending one member with the Task Force X, Deadshot informed them that his father is hiding somewhere out in the woods in Michigan. With Deadshot's tracking skill and Cheetah's animal instinct, they'll be able to track Floyd, but apparently, the first Deadshot is probably a few steps ahead by setting up traps in the woods. Oracle stayed at the javelin to give them support with her tech by using her drones to keep an eye on her team and scouting.
Now, Cheetah sniffs the air to see if there were predators lurking around in the forest while try to track Floyd down. Deadshot and Liveshot are tracking their father while looking out for traps just in case.
Liveshot is a slender young woman with a tomboy appearance, brown wavy hair, and brown eyes. She wore a cyan shirt with Kelvar vest, black cargo pants with hard shell knee/shin guards, combat boots, elbow/forearm pads, visor, and fingerless gloves. She carries a combat, takedown bow, and quiver filled with arrows.
"Okay guys, I found him. He's hiding at the cabin 3 miles South-Southeast you're heading." Oracle informing her team.
Oracle is a young woman with black bob styled hair and green eyes. She wore black shirt that has a logo said, 'NIRVANA' with a dead smiley face logo on it, a leather coat, blue jeans, and black shoes.
"Any sign of the Pros?" Peacekeeper asks.
"Not yet, but I'll let you guys know if anything comes up." Oracle replied, ending transmission.
"Well, let's hope your dad is still there. Because he owes me a new slice of pepperoni pizza with anchovies and jalapeno!" Vigilante (Aiden) grumbles.
"How could you eat that stuff? Those are bad for your health!" Vigilante (Greg) complains in annoyance, glancing at Aiden.
"Oh that's rich, coming from a cowboy fighting at high noon with Clint Eastwood!" Vigilante (Aiden) retorted.
"You'd better watch what you say about Mr. Clint Eastwood, or you'll be eatin' bullets for breakfast, partner." Vigilante (Greg) warned him, aiming his revolvers at him.
"Will you two shut up for a few minutes!" Liveshot shouts, annoyed. "God, why do we have to work with these two?! They're acting like kids fighting over a toy!"
"Easy, Zoe, Aiden may be an idiot, but he has a one crack mind with strange taste in pizzas." Peacekeeper said which made Vigilante (Greg), Deadshot, and Liveshot snorted a bit.
"Hey! Who side are you on?!" Vigilante (Aiden) shouts, resenting that offense.
Cheetah overheard the conversation, smirked in amusement but noticed something as she caught a scent. Deadshot and Liveshot uses their hand tactics, ordering them to stop as they complied while readying their weapons. Deadshot used his cybernetic eye to scope further and saw guns hanging up by the trees along with barbed wire fence and pit traps on the ground.
"'Kay, guess yer old man sure did give us a warm welcome." Vigilante (Greg) said sarcastically. "Hey, Oracle, were you able to get 'em to stand down?"
"I did, he knows you guys are here. He's about to...Uh, guys, we've got a problem!" Oracle informed them.
"What? What's going on?" Liveshot questions.
"We are compromised, the Pro Heroes are heading that direction! There were only 8, and Endeavor is coming along with Elecplant and Hawks!" Oracle told her sister. "You might want to hurry up and head inside! Dad is gonna need some help since guns and traps aren't enough to take them down!"
"We're on it!" Deadshot replied, ending transmission. "Well, you heard her, let's move!"
And with that, Deadshot and his team quickly ran through the gates that's automatically opened as they went inside of the cabin, garrisoned and ready their weapons since they'll be in for a fight against the Pro Heroes. Oracle informed the Justice League and the other heroes the Pro Heroes are here with Endeavor, Hawks, and Elecplant, which they're sending someone who can help.
After a few minutes of garrison the cabin while finding good spots to hide since they'll be relying on guerilla tactics while the League are sending some reinforcements since the rest of the heroes are stationed in different continents. The Pro Heroes were at the forest, looking for Floyd after being informed by the HPSC about him stolen the information few days ago, but he didn't do it without the help of Plastic Man who's been a double agent the entire time.
They then notice a cabin a few yards from there, but just before they could continue further, one of the Pro Heroes got shot in the shoulder and the other fell into the pit. The remained Pro Heroes, except Endeavor, were shocked and stopped themselves for going to the cabin as they readied their Quirks. However, Deadshot (Zane) fired his weapon at one of the Pro Hero and Liveshot fires her arrow at the other, leaving one screaming in pain while the other knocked out thanks to the blunt arrow.
Endeavor readies his flames with angry look on his face.
"Where are you hiding?! Show yourselves!" Endeavor yelled. "Come out so we can arrest you!?"
Then suddenly, a punch to the face was heard and Endeavor is sent flying out of the forest, screams in pain when lightning strikes. The Pro Heroes turned and saw a young version of Wonder Woman who goes as Elizabeth Prince, known as Trinity.
"You called?" Trinity asks with a smirk which it got their attention.
"Oh Hawks~!" The voice of Cheetah called, earned his attention when he notices her at the branch. "Looking for me?"
"If I was, you'd be saving me a lot of trouble for capturing you." Hawks remarked with a smirk, readying his feather blades.
"Only if you catch me first." Cheetah said with a smirk as she leaps down to the ground, starts running with cheetah-like speed while Hawks chases after her.
The rest of the Pro Heroes, including Elecplant, were about to fight against Trinity when the gunshots were fired, and it causes them to fall to the ground with grunt in pain. The Task Force X and Vigilante (Greg) revealed themselves, slowly approaching them with their guns aiming at the Pro Heroes.
"Before you try anything stupid, we will put a bullet on your heads if you activate your Quirks." Emilia warns them with a serious look on her face. "Floyd is in our custody, give up and we'll leave."
"Now that won't do." The voice of Weather Wizard said, revealing himself from the sky with a smirk on his face. "I believe I'll be taking that information now. Hand it to me and I'll let you go or fall victim to nature disaster."
The new Weather Wizard is a man in his 20s has a lean muscular appearance with black hair reaching down his shoulders, black fu manchu mustache, a beard, and blue eyes. He wore the Weather Wizard attire that has green and yellow full bodysuit, yellow knee-high boots, and black trench coat with yellow shoulder accents. He carries a Weather Wand.
"How about to take that warning and shove it up your ass!" Vigilante (Aiden) retorted.
Weather Wizard just scowled at that respond, which it didn't surprise him at all. But just as he's about to use his power, he turns and saw Endeavor flying down to them with pure anger.
"Oh, seems we have another one who wants to die from nature disaster." Weather Wizard said with a smirk as he readies his wand, conjuring the black cloud with a roaring thunder.
Endeavor can hear the sounds of thunder roaring, but then the weather is starting to call out a wind blowing along with thunder strike. He turns and saw Weather Wizard using his wand to conjure the weather. He's about to fly after him, but a tornado is conjured and getting sucked away. Weather Wizard then smirks as he watches Endeavor gets blown away while spinning from the tornado. He then turns back to the Pro Heroes, Task Force X, and Vigilante (Greg).
"I'm giving you one last chance! Surrender and hand over the documents or die!" Weather Wizard suggests.
"Let me think on that!" Vigilante (Greg) said, twirls his revolvers and fires at Weather Wizard which he was able to blow them away thanks to the wind.
Trinity then uses her Divine Power, looking at Weather Wizard with her eyes narrowed which it got his attention. Weather Wizard calls out thunder to strike, but Trinity throws her own lightning to cancel each other's attack. Trinity flies out of the smoke, delivering a straight jab to the face which made Weather Wizard stumble back a little. She didn't give him a moment to breath as she flew after him and delivering a two-punch combo, causing the Weather Wizard to be on defense by cross blocking the attack.
Weather Wizard decided to level the playing field, placing the wand onto his utility belt holster and charges after her while Trinity did the same. Both Trinity and Weather Wizard starts trading blows between punches and kicks while blocking each other's attacks. Little did they know, Floyd is at a far distance while aiming his gun at the two in the sky.
While at the forest, Hawks is still searching for Cheetah from the trees, which she made it hard for him because of her traits of a predator. He stops himself, looking at the sky which turned into a storm which left him confused. It got him wondering that it was coming from a villain who uses the weather Quirk, but his thoughts were interrupted by Cheetah who lunges on him while grabbing hold of his wings in order to prevent him from flying. Hawks tries to swing his feather blade, but Cheetah leaps off of him and lands on the tree branch as she watches him crashed into a tree and fall into the ground.
"How does it feel for being preyed on by a predator?" Cheetah asks with a smirk, causing Hawks to stand up with a grunt. "Not so fun on being the other way around, huh?"
Hawks was about to fight her when Endeavor crashed into the ground, causing a crater.
"Maybe we should put it on hold until we find a villain who causes the weather." Hawks suggested.
"That won't be necessary, that weather turned into a disaster is causing by none other than Weather Wizard." Cheetah told him, turning to the sky and watches Trinity gaining the upper hand. "And it looks like he's having trouble with the Amazon."
And it looks like she was right, Trinity is able to give Weather Wizard a run for the money and leaving him a few beating and exhausted because he's having a hard time with his powers. Weather Wizard was able to deliver a punch when a shot was heard, causing him to look down and saw the wand got broke into pieces. Trinity took a chance as she delivers a hard punch to the jaws, making him grunt and then crashes down to the ground, causing the weather to turn into normal.
Weather Wizard spits blood out of his mouth as he turned and saw the Task Force X, Pro Heroes, and Vigilante (Greg) looking at him with a glare. He decided to use his power to conjure a thick fog, covering them while escaping.
But just as soon as the fog clears, Weather Wizard is no longer here, and Floyd revealed himself from the forest. The Pro Heroes were about to go after him when they aim their guns at them.
"I wouldn't do that if I were you." Vigilante (Greg) warns him.
"Unless you want your head filled with holes." Vigilante (Aiden) adds.
The Pro Heroes stands down, not wanting to get killed and Floyd walk towards to his kids.
"Here's the evidence." Floyd said, extends the hard drive to them. "Got help from Plastic Man. And it's enough to shut them down for good."
"We'll be sure to look into it." Emilia said with a smile, leaving them shocked. "Guess our work is done. Cheetah, how's it going on your end?"
"Oracle and I already left, they'll teleport you guys to the Watchtower. See you there." Cheetah replied, ending transmission as they're now teleported and leaving the Pro Heroes alone.
At the Watchtower, the Justice League, the Teen Titans, and Nikita were at the conference room with Floyd, who places the hard drive and documents on the table.
"Everything in this documents and hard drive has everything you need to know about the HPSC." Floyd told them. "Should be enough evidence to shut them down."
"We'll look into it, and we'll call a lawyer, see if we can get a trial." Nikita informing him.
"Oh, I'm already ahead of you, Director." The voice of Question said as he revealed himself.
Question is a muscular young man with short strawberry blond hair and blue eyes. He wore a Question attire.
"I called a lawyer and he'll be eligible to help us." Question said. "And I'll be there to assist by going through the documents to find something important."
They can tell that Question is determined to help out since he's been a journalist and an investigator for years after graduating in college at Gotham City. Question takes the documents and the hard drive as he heads to his room to collect some information.
"Let's hope the candidate is up for the task." Catwoman said.
"I'll better head back and inform what happened." Nikita said as she heads to the teleporting pad to get to Belle Reve.
Then, they decided to officially end the meeting and head back to their home base to get some sleep since the trial will come in a next few days and the event of Provisional Hero License is about to start by 2 days.
