In the little city of Maplewood, out in the middle of nowhere, two college kids are preparing to get out of the city and make a name for themselves. But something is revealed to the two of them that might cause a change in their plans. Read "The Blood of a Vampire" to see how their lives intertwine and what their new futures look like. 1. Introduction

Hello to anyone coming across my new piece of work.

It will follow two students entering college, coming from similar yet so very different backgrounds.

If the tags of this story didn't give it away, there will be vampires and werewolves within the story, but to everything else, I will keep you in the dark for now.

Within this story, I am experimenting with some newer ways of writing, changing perspectives throughout between first, second, and third.

In addition, I've recently read some books that don't always have the person speaking outright stated, which makes you need to follow the conversation and put together who is speaking yourself. I will NOT be putting it to the extremes that those books did, but I will not outright have the speaker stated for every line.

I would also like to just give a little fun fact about this story.

It is just a completely random dream I had one night, and I just wrote down the concept. Then, it just grew and grew, and I felt that I could keep myself working the creativity in my brain somewhat by writing this during my winter break.

If you haven't checked out my other stories, don't feel obligated to, but if you enjoy Danny Phantom, it's not a terrible read.

I am currently working on another story as well, one about the Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir.

I also have stories on How to Train Your Dragon AU, but I am not sure whether to pursue finishing those or not. If the time comes, I might.

Anyways, I hope you enjoy what I have written, and please give me your feedback throughout if you would like. Who knows, you may even inspire me to change some aspects of the story if it makes it better! :)

And definitely let me know if there's any confusion or typos in it, I hate coming back and finding them later, and I feel they can sometimes take you out of a story.
