Meanwhile, back in Paris, France, a middle aged man named Gabriel Agreste was in his chambers until his own Moth Miraculous suddenly started to blink, Nooroo having appeared.
"What is it, Nooroo?" Gabriel asked in annoyance, wanting to eventually continue his conquest of getting the Ladybug and Cat Miraculouses.
Nooroo looked rather concerned. "I had a sudden sensation, Master. Another Miraculous seemed to have been activated," She revealed, wondering who Master Fu would give another powerful Miraculous to.
Gabriel froze in surprise. "Which one did you sense?" He demanded, Nooroo flinching but continued. "It-It is the second most powerful after Ladybug; the Phoenix Miraculous."
Just from hearing that, Gabriel narrowed his eyes. He learned of the Miraculous that had the power of healing, which could probably even bring the dead to life, which he could use on his wife. A sudden smirk appeared now on his lips. "We have to find whoever possesses this one Nooroo. And get the Phoenix for ourselves."
He eventually picked up his phone and began to dial a number for New York. Gabriel knew a man named Radar there and he figured the man would be perfect for hunting down something like a Miraculous. The phone rang and Radar answered.
"Yes, Radar speaking. What do you wish of me Mr. Agreste?"
Gabriel grinned. "I need you to hunt down a very expensive item for me. It is a flame red hair pin that costs a fortune. Whoever is in possession, take it from them." He ordered viciously, Radar on the other end giving a smile. He hoped a gargoyle somehow had it deep down inside him since he wanted to nab one.

Meanwhile Angela had glided back to the castle with deep depression on her, still remembering when Brooklyn swatted her hand away, upset that she couldn't convince him to come home and that living a double life as a super hero could be dangerous. Hopefully somehow Hudson would convince him better.
She manages to land on the balcony, spotting Goliath there with Bronx since they just came back from their own patrol, her father looking up with a smile. "Angela. Did you find him?"
Her tail swishing, Angela swallowed before nodding, afraid to tell the truth but she knew she had to. "Yes. But Father, h-he was the one they're calling Firebird on tv. The mysterious superhero."
Goliath's smile fell from those words, his eyes glowing white. "What…?" He asked slowly but angrily, wondering what went into Brooklyn's head to do something this lucrative. Angela flinched but nodded again. "I tried telling him to come home, that his clan needed him but he completely shut me out. Brooklyn obviously won't listen to someone like me who-who…" She said softly, wings wrapped around herself.
The lavender gargoyle's eyes died down from the glow before feeling sympathetic, going over to take his daughter's hand. "It isn't your fault. I fear it was mine, having lectured him that night. Brooklyn must've felt like he couldn't prove himself to me and decided to turn superhero because of it. We will find him, I promise."
Angela smiles sadly, feeling relieved that Goliath wasn't ready to give up on Brooklyn just yet, giving him a hug, wondering though where Brooklyn is right now.
….
Brooklyn was still where he was at the moment on the gargoyle roof, curled up and feeling rather alone, somewhat missing Blaaze's presence around him.
He decided then to put on the Phoenix Miraculous, seeing Blaaze appear, her face looking worried for him. "Hey." Muttered Brooklyn in a saddened voice, his eyes looking out onto the city and Blaaze giving him a little smile. "I hope you have made up your mind about not wanting to see your family." She said.
The red gargoyle gave a frown but shook his head. "No. I'm just feeling too lost right now to be among any of my clan, Blaaze. When I'm Firebird, humans really do like me."
Blaaze gave a little sigh when lifting up Brooklyn's head gently. "Don't give up on your true self Brooklyn. I know at some point there will be someone out there who likes you as a regular gargoyle."
Before Brooklyn could reply back, there was a sudden shout of fear coming from afar, making him look around sharply. Someone needed Firebird's help again. He gave a little smile to Blaaze. "Blaaze, flame on!" He exclaimed, feeling himself power up, his phoenix wings appearing then flying off.
Radar had decided the only way to lure in this superhero Firebird to get his hairpin was to set up a rescue, after spotting the hairpin in his hair, Radar knew he wouldn't give up until he caught him.
A teen kid named Kenny was faking being mugged by one of his henchman, not really having been told why he had to do it but went along with the plan anyway, fake screaming while the henchman laughed until to their surprise, they heard the flap of wings and a glow in the sky, revealing Firebird himself.
Firebird roared, charging down and landing in front of the kid who was being assaulted, glaring hard at the thug, his hand already having flames on it, ready to burn the guy. "Let the kid go… now!" He hissed, eyes glowing red orange through his mask.
The thug at first was terrified but then wound up giving a little smile. "Well, looks like we've got you know… Firebird!" He cackled, signaling to his gang from behind, who showed up with dart guns. Brooklyn gasped in shock at being fooled like this, stepping backward, seeing the kid slowly standing over with the thugs, now in his head feeling rather foolish about everything he decided to do.
Before he had time to react, one thug shot his dart gun, striking Firebird right into his neck, making him yelp in pain, collapsing to the ground, already beginning to feel dizzy.
The thug leader grinned, going over, seeing the hairpin in Firebird's hair, reaching over and taking it, making the costume on Brooklyn fade away, revealing who it really was; a red gargoyle.
Kenny stared in shock at what was happening. Somehow a gargoyle got hold of some kind of superpower? Two other thugs grabbed Brooklyn's arms, holding him up, Brooklyn struggling to clear his head. "Our boss will be wanting to ask you some very interesting questions Firebird." Sneered the leader, holding up Brooklyn's beak harshly while putting the Miraculous in his pocket.
Brooklyn's vision swam, looking about for his clan but they weren't anywhere, giving a little groan before soon passing out completely, the thugs dragging him along with him to Radar.
