Months later buzz was created for the mysterious artist and her paintings are selling and people want to know who she is. She decided to wait until she was 18 to reveal herself. She has enough money to support herself and sometimes she thinks about taking off and disappearing but she can't seem to do it. She knows why it is because she is hopelessly in love with someone who she can never have and his little boy. Jason and AJ had combined forces after the stunt Carly pulled to drive Robin out of town and they have shared custody. It is unconventional but it works. Micheal calls him Daddy Jason and AJ Daddy.

She stays at her penthouse more often than anything to get away from her sister and Gram's impossible standards. She sends the cops to look for her sometimes but she never finds her. Her grams got desperate and asked the Quarteramine if they had seen her since she was best friends with Emily and if their grandson Jason knew her whereabouts. But seriously they lie to her and she thinks it is due to Grandma Lila who never says it but she knows how suffocating and how her family does not really love her they want to control her and mold her into what they want.

It got really bad today and her parents are here they are saying if she does not fall in line they are sending her to boarding school again she wishes she could emancipate herself but they have never hit her and they made sure she was fed and clothed. " Hey Elizabeth what's wrong?" Jason asks. It's AJ night so it is just him tonight. " You can completely say no but my family is trying to ship me off to boarding school and not just any. It is a military one for girls if I don't fall in line. Until I turn 18 I need your help disappearing for a while. I would emancipate myself but I don't think I have a strong case." She said.

" How long do you have before they say boarding school?" Jason asks. " They are giving me one month before they do." She said. " How about I ask Alexis and you two to get together and discuss becoming a legal adult? You can cite neglect and abandonment. Your parents left you with neighbors you did not know while they sent your sister to your grandmother without warning. You got a plane and they did not know anything about it. You were almost assaulted and they did not show up. I think you can make a strong case and you make more than enough with your paintings to support yourself. I will put the penthouse in your name and I own the building now so I can be your landlord I know you are independent so I will charge you but it will be at a heavily discounted rate. When we show paperwork to the judge I will say it is full rate and change it later. So I will try that first and if that does work then we can talk about making you disappear." Jason said.

She says " Okay I will try your way first but I want plan B set up in case this does work." Jason says " I have a secret Island and it is not under name so no one would ever look for you there. Trust me I have it covered." Elizabeth says " I trust you more than anyone. So let's do it." It takes a lot of work but he does not tell her that he bribed the judge so that it would go in her favor and she even changed her name. She asks for their permission but she goes with the Quartermaine last name since they have been more supportive and loving than hers. She thought about Morgan but that should be reserved for his wife one day and she did not want to make it weird. She officially lives in the penthouse and he only charges her five dollars a month. She tried to argue with him but he was more stubborn than her.

The world now knows she is the artist and she is working on new paintings because she is looking to open another gallery and Jason has been helpful of course. It is New Year'sEvee and they are going over options for the second location. She refused any more gifts from him but he still gave it to her anyway. He got her a pendant with her birthstone, a week on his island all paid trip and he got her the most beautiful red vase handmade in Italy. For his birthday she got him the watch he was eyeing when he did not think she noticed and she ordered his favorites from Kelly's. She also got Micheal something: a teddy bear with a motorcycle jacket that makes vroom noise. He goes to sleep with that thing. He just turned two and he is so adorable.

" So we have narrowed it down to three places. We have Los Angeles, Venice, and Paris." Elizabeth said. " Which one calls out to you?" Jason said. " I have to say Venic," Elizabeth said. " Okay, so what is the problem," Jason said. " The problem is that I would have to go there for at least a year to get everything up and running. We have to pick a location and then set up that location and then have to network and all that. I would have to go alone because you can't leave Micheal." She said. " Just take a moment and relax." He said. " Plus you have your businesses as well," she said.

" I can split time and I will send help as well so you are not alone. Sometimes Micheal can come. I just have to be clear with AJ when it is my week to have him. It is going to work out, Elizabeth, trust me." Jason said. " I know trusting you has never been the issue. It is trusting myself. I mean I know I am only 17 and I have my whole life ahead of me. Okay I choose Venice and by this time next year I will be 18 with a second art gallery and since I am legally an adult the place is mine now which is still weird." She said. " You earned it. So I will make phone calls and I have contact and you can explain what you want and they will find locations and narrow it down to five." Jason said. " Sounds like a deal Morgan." She said. " Then it is a deal Quartermaine," he said.
