Turns out it was Sorel rearing his ugly head. Jason handled it and it felt good to make him pay just like Tom Baker. He wish he could be there but his death was painful and he died like the bitch he was. He knows he pushed her away but he had flashbacks of every time she was hurt and when she held her belly last time saying something was wrong with the baby. The shooting had started because Lucky wanted to pay fucking hero and Jerry set off the bomb he tried to get Elizabeth out of there and he could not make it to the door so he had to go the elevator. He remembers it so vividly.
February 2007
" It is going to be alright I just need for you and your baby to hang on. Conserve your strength." Jason says. " It is okay Jason, it is too late," Elizabeth says. " Don't say that, okay? I need you to live. You are such a good person and the best mom." Jason says. " Watch out for Cam for me and tell him stories about how cool his mom was." She laughs weakly. " No, you tell him and your new baby. I need you because I am selfish. I am a better person because of you. You saved me and you deserve the world." Jason says." Thanks for being my friend and giving me one of the greatest gifts. See ya later Jason." She closes her eyes and he holds her and rocks back and forth.
He held their dead bodies for hours and they had to pry her from him. He cannot do that again. He goes to their bedroom and she is sleeping and facing away. He breathes a sigh of relief she is still there. He already showered and changed clothes. He lays down and pulls her to him holds her and inhales her. Thanking God for her. He now realizes that she spared him the pain of knowing their baby was gone because she loved him that much.
" Please don't leave me. I am so sorry." Jason says. " I thought about it and I had a bag packed and I was even going to walk away. But I couldn't leave you inside of me and you are a part of me. The bag is still packed. I know you are scared but we need you." Elizabeth says and she was pretending to be asleep before. " I was terrified. I had a flashback of when I lost you. I tried to get you both to safety and you were so beautiful and you wanted to spare the pain of knowing it was our baby that you did not tell me and I held your body for hours and they had to pry your body from me. I was being a coward and I am sorry."
" I worry about you but I trust you to come back to us and I am sorry that you lost your other Elizabeth and your child but we are here and we love you. Do you love her more? Do you miss her?" She asks with a hint of insecurity. " No, I love differently because we are different people but you are both beautiful, smart, compassionate, and free-spirited but she was changed when she was attacked and it caused her to be more cautious and make safe choices. She felt obligated to Lucky and she was in a toxic cycle with him. She lost a part of herself. I love that you are more outspoken, you take no prisoners, and you have both still maintained this innocence about you that I have always been drawn to and want to protect. It causes me to react drastically."
" She would want you to be happy just like me. Our sons need their father." Elizabeth said. " Wait a minute we are having twins," Jason whispers. " Yes, fraternal twins. It Looked like one was hiding." She said. He goes down to her belly which is poking out and lifts up her shirt. " Hi, it's Daddy and Mommy tells me that it's two of you. I can't wait to meet you. You have the best Mommy in the whole world and you have a big brother who is excited to meet you. You also have an entire big family who is waiting for you. We love you. Thank you for loving me and staying. I will do better." Jason says. " You better I would hate to have find another hot older mysterious guy who is really good in bed to break in. " Elizabeth giggles.
" Boys cover your ears because Daddy has to teach Mommy a lesson in teasing Daddy," Jason says. " Damn, that felt like a marathon. I lost track ofhow many times I came." Elizabeth says. "Serves you right. Teasing me as if I would allow someone else to have you." Jason says smugly. " Go to sleep, old man. I think I heard something crack." Elizabeth says. " I'll show you old man." and he sure did. " Oh hey AJ and how's my big boy doing?" Elizabeth says. " Hi mamaLizziee I drew you a picture in class," Micheal says. " I love it and I am going to put it on the fridge. I have some exciting news. You are getting two little brothers how awesome is that?" Elizabeth says. " Cool. I mean I love you Mama Lizzie because you are cool but I don't know about little sisters." Micheal. " Hey, what is this about little sisters," Emily says. " OH my gosh Em you are here I missed you," Elizbeth says.
" Of course, Thanksgiving is three days and I wanted to come home. So am I getting a niece or nephew?" Emily says. " You are getting two nephews best," Elizabeth says. " Oh, we are so going shopping while I am here. Oh hey, big brothers. How exciting are those two little ones?" Em says. " I am glad you are home so that you and Elizabeth can stop me from choking Grandfather," Jason says. He has been keeping an eye on her because of the cancer scare and he even told her to get checked regularly he did his research and found a doctor who started on a regimen that helps boost her immune system even more.
Three days later, Quartermaine Mansion
" Hello, my dear you look radiant," Edward says. " Thank you, Grandfather, you are looking dashing as always," Elizabeth says. " Thank you, my dear. So I hear you going to tell us if I am shopping for a great-granddaughter or great-grandson." Edward says. " Stop flirting with my Grandfather Elizabeth," Jason says. " Someone has to keep you on your toes." Elizabeth winks as he helps her take her coat. She is wearing a red long-sleeved dress and Jason is wearing a red long-sleeved dress shirt with black pants. He wanted to match her when they shared the news.
" Hello, Alan and Monica. HappyThanksgivingg." Elizabeth says. " Hello Elizabeth, you are glowing as always dear," Monica says. " Thank you, elegant as always." Elizabeth replies." I am impatient and I want you guys to hurry up and tell the family before I do it, Mama Lizzie." Micheal says. " He must get his patience from you," Jason says. "Oh shut up nerd." she continues " Since my big boy here is impatient and he will tap his little foot all dinner and pout I will tell you all that we are having fraternal twins due in March." Edward says " This causes for celebration of two more Quartermaines from our beautiful granddaughter and grandson." Jason says "They are going to be Morgans." Elizabeth says " Are they because that would require you to marry me?" Jason whispers " But baby" and he pouts. " Jason, stop pouting, our sons can have both names since they are both," Elizabeth says as she starts to eat food.
Shockingly Thanksgiving there were no mishaps but he was still grumpy out of the names and Aj introduced Courtney nope not in this lifetime. " Fix your face, Jason," Elizabeth says. " I can have my face however I like. I want you and them to only have my names." Jason says. " You know when I changed my name I thought about yours but I figured that should be reserved for your wife," she said. " Well if you would just marry me that would solve it all," Jason mutters. " We talked about this and I want to wait until after the boys are born and then we can revisit this conversation." She says. " Fine." He said.
"Something else is bothering you." She says. " Do not get mad at me. Because I didn't do it. AJ's girlfriend who happens to be Sonny's sister. Remember when I said that you were mad and we broke up and I slept with someone? That someone was Courtney." he says. " Excuse me, that blonde bimbo," she said. " It gets worse she was married to AJ because he paid someone to stalk her because he wanted to be her hero. They divorced and I married her. Ouch, don't hit me." Jason said. "That didn't hurt. Do you have a thing for married women? You screwed me and got me pregnant while I was married and you screwed her while she married. Did you knock her up too?" Elizabeth says. " Yes I did but to be fair you got pregnant by someone else and married him," Jason says.
"Well, where he is? Have I met him? What happened to that child?" she says. " No you have not met and you will not meet him and he cheated on you and his mistress pushed you down the stairs and met it looks like Sonny did it and he snapped and kidnapped a pregnant Carly and you found out and he poisoned you with birth control pills and you almost died. But you took him back because you slept with Zander while you were separated from him and he was married to Emily but she was in love with Nikolas and cheated with him." Jason says. " Oh, my fucking goodness. I slept with a psycho who kidnapped another psycho but a psychotic bitch killed my child and I slept with my best friend's husband because she was in love with Nikolas and I got pregnant by him. Your timeline fucking sucks and no is fucking you but me." She says. " That much we can agree on., Jason says.
" You stay away from Courtney. She mentioned she is friends with Carly so I do not trust her now, especially with your situation that you had with her." Elizabeth says. "I have no problem staying away and it is funny because you were friends with Courtney as well," Jason says. " I was friends with her and she took the man I loved. What a fucking backstabbing bitch did she do anything else." ELizabeth says. "Don't make me say it," Jason says. " If you ever want to get laid again you will tell me." She said. " That is not fair, damn it. You asked for it. She lost our baby and was high on painkillers that she was addicted to and hit you with her car without realizing it." Jason said.
" There is more so stop stalling." She says. " Remember how much I love you now and then. Carly found out first and this guy who was obsessed with her helped cover it up for a price and I found out and paid a guy to take the fall and then I got her checked into rehab. I came to check on you and you said you trusted me again and you forgave Courtney for the accident and for you being temporarily blind." Jason says. " I forgave the bitch who stole you, hit me, caused me to be blind, and you helped cover it up and I forgave you and slept with you and let you knock me up. I needed my head examine in that universe because there is no fucking way I would ever forgive her, you, or Carly. She was really in love with you and you took her for granted. No wonder she did not tell you about the baby. It probably made her feel like an obligation." Elizabeth says. "Is that why you won't Marry me?" Jason said.
