Hi
I find it funny that consistently Naruto is just held in this regard that he's some dangerous monster that is constantly scheming, yet here he is just being a parent to some kids not that much younger than him lmaoo
EDIT: I'm finding that I'm going down the line of Jinx energy from "Get Jinxed". Very Harley Quinn vibes yknow and I like me psychotic women.
EDIT 2: So I got a few guest reviews I had to delete because of their vulgarity, and the one user review currently that was the nicest. I'm gonna state this right here and now, Arcane has no characters given enough to provide all the roles I need at this point in time. I'm not bothering with OCs (this is a CROSSOVER people that means TWO UNIVERSES in ONE). So here is your heads up. I'M USING NARUTO CHARACTERS TOO. If you don't want a crossover but a SI with Naruto as the placeholder, you will not get it. Go away now I'm sick of the people going "oh, you used more than just Naruto so now I'm not living out my fantasy in novella form". That's all those reviews are in essence.

"This is amazing," Viktor complimented as he looked over the device that proved their few hours of equations correct.
"Naruto did say magic was a wondrous thing," Jayce smirked to himself as he sat in his chair. "I had my own experience with magic when it saved my and my mother's life when I was a child. This is a surreal moment for me."
"I have been meaning to ask," Viktor turned to his partner of this new hextech. "How do you know Naruto? You don't seem like you would attend the same social circles, if you get what I mean."
"Hah, that," Jayce laughed humorlessly. "He found me one day. Offered his magic for me to study, showed me how to gather it into objects, and then told me to study its uses and limits. He wants to know what makes him and his magic different."
"His magic is different from this?" Viktor was confused about that, as he didn't think magic could be different.
Their math showed just that. Magic was an unchangeable energy that existed in the world around them. Some had more concentrations of it, others having less, but it was everywhere and it never deviated from its nature. The equations never lie.
"His magic seems to have different properties than the kind that coalesces around the world," Jayce started reading his notes on Naruto's magic off the top of his head. "I studied it a bit and found that it behaves like fire and electricity mixed, a new element of sorts maybe, but it behaved in a way that did not align with my studies on the arcane."
"To my understanding, he is a unique battery for his type of magic. He just… takes in the ambient energy and changes it naturally. I don't even understand why only he can do it, especially since magic needs runes to manipulate in the first place. At least, that's what I think is needed."
Viktor rubbed his chin and silently pondered what Jayce had just told him. He wondered why Naruto was different if the laws of the arcane, at least the observable laws, are unchanging.
"When I told Professor Heimerdinger about him, he got very upset," Jayce rubbed his head. "He called Naruto a Ruin, some kind of being who is able to shape reality and bend the Laws, whatever those are."
Vikto's eyes narrowed at that and stared at the device that proved their work possible. Ruins and Laws. He will have to research more on those, especially if Heimerdinger was worried about it. But Naruto hardly seemed like the person who would cause mass destruction.
He has a vendetta against Piltover like all Zaunites but there seems to be a limit to his anger. He is willing to work with Jayce, whose house was formed from a dying house two generations ago, and shows no hate for the common person. He is rough, aggressively so in his hunt for explanations, but that was hardly a problem for those equally invested in the pursuit of knowledge.
Was his magic a danger in ways they have yet to see? Manipulation of physics and time is already an attribute of their miniature hexgate. Was there more? How much more if not even Naruto has shown his full potential?
Naruto hummed as he was making food for his guests. Vi had decided to come after all since he was not budging on giving Powder up. Ekko was finally up and moving around, talking with the foxes about what they do and what their power is. Powder, after sleeping for an hour, was now up and drawing at the table with some colored oil crayons and paper that was not being used.
"Where did you get the ingredients to make pancakes?"Vi asked as she watched the blonde man cook. "Flour alone is never seen outside of bakery breadlines."
"The dry ingredients are taken directly from some various Piltover House shipments. The milk is from a contributing member of my little family." Naruto answered simply as he flipped the pancake he was making for Vi. "If people are risking their lives associating with me and my vision, I will make sure they will enjoy luxuries they can only dream of."
Naruto paused before glancing over his shoulder with a smirk. "At the expense of those better off, of course."
With that, he slid the pancake onto a large platter. He spun around after turning off the stove and walked to the table where the three kids were situated.
"Okay, here's some breakfast for dinner," Naruto grinned as he grabbed some food. "For the little jinx, here is a pancake in the shape of a grenade."
Powder watched as a large pancake was set on her plate and she pushed her crayons to the side with wide eyes. On top of the pancake, she was given some sausages and thick cuts of bacon.
"For the only man, here is an hourglass, complete with macadamia and white chocolate for the sand."
Ekko's eyes widened as well, his hands gripping his knife and fork in anticipation. He had learned while he was waiting at Naruto's home that the blonde had anything he could dream of. When he wanted to try macadamia nuts and white chocolate, he was obliged with a soft hearted laugh.
"And finally, for the oldest and toughest," Naruto started after sliding some sausage and bacon for the boy. "Here is a fist with a chocolate swirl as the tattoos. Enjoy!"
Vi raised an eyebrow at her pancake, indeed seeing the designs and the outline of the fingers. The question is how did he get the outline in a skillet when it either cooked it evenly or spotty. There was no way that he could get the designs he did.
"Magic," Naruto answered with a grin as he saw the confused look on VI's face. "And culinary practice. It was one of my favorite activities with my mama."
Naruto set the platter on the table for the kids to take when they wanted more before taking a seat at the table. He watched as they ate, taking a piece of bacon after a few moments when he knew they enjoyed the food.
Other than Ekko and Powder eating, Vi was playing with the other half of her pancake. He noticed that she was bothered but something but just let her work it out herself. If she needs to voice it she will.
He's a good role model that doesn't hang around them and push for them to speak about their problems.
"Not that I don't appreciate the food you're giving us," Vi finally said, interrupting Naruto's musings. "You said you wanted to talk to Powder when she woke up. We need to get back to Vander so he doesn't worry."
Naruto nodded his head at that and sipped from his cup of juice. "Indeed. What I wanted to ask Powder is if she wanted to come down here and learn more about her gift."
"Her gift?"
Naruto nodded his head at the eldest's confused question. "Yes, her gift. You see her mishaps and mistakes as jinxes, you and the boys, but I see her for the creative mind she has. She's young, she's not old enough to understand cause and effect consequences, and all of you other kids either try to keep her in the background or get angry when she messes up."
Vi's face turned red at the accusation while Powder looked down as some sore feelings were struck with his words. Ekko, on the other hand, awkwardly continued to eat but not with as much gusto or excitement.
"Vander finds himself a little detached from helping you kids with your problems from what I can see and hear. For that, I want to offer Powder a place where she can learn how to channel her gifts and mind to something beneficial. To herself and those around her."
Naruto turned to the young girl and tapped his finger in front of her to get her attention. "What you decide I will support and make sure happens. Do not think of what Vi or Vander thinks, only of what you want for yourself."
"I have some right to make the decision, too!" Vi shouted in anger.
"You will not be there to protect her all the time and letting her sit in the background watching you do your thing will not help her." Naruto did not raise his voice and simply glanced at her when he spoke. "She will not benefit by being in your shadow. She deserves the right to become her own person. Or would you rather she struggle?"
Vi grit her teeth but did not speak. How could she? She either becomes belligerent and deny the accusations, giving way for no further argument, or she doubles down and shows no care for if that happens. She didn't like either option in her mind and simply sat back in silence.
"I don't want to leave my sister," Powder mumbled quietly to herself.
"You won't be leaving her. I will work out the arrangement with Vander," Naruto assured her gently. "Would you like to learn how to make your bombs, make them more controlled and safer to handle? You'll also do well to learn how to use firearms from some of my foxes."
"Well… I don't…"
Naruto watched as Powder trailed off in thought, her eyes looking down into her lap as she fidgeted in her seat.
Naruto sighed and smiled at her. "Don't make your decision right now. Think it over. I'll have a fox watch over you and if you want to give me your answer just call out my name."
He stood up from his seat and stretched. "As for you, Ekko, you're free to stay here and learn from my foxes and from me. Or I can send you to Vander for him to look after you. I've got to go talk to someone so please enjoy your food and drink, a fox will be with you in an hour to take you back home."
Cassandra chewed on her lip in worry as she looked over the report sent to all council members. Naruto you fucking idiot.
She knew this was all Naruto's doing. Who else could cause this much chaos and hysteria than him?
After the burning of the enforcers base station, it's now been found that three teams of enforcers are missing. Of those, one included Sheriff Grayson and the other had her deputy. They were last seen heading to Zaun, so that pretty much gave away what happened to her.
Next is the fact that an explosion was felt from down in Zaun and a pink-blue smoke had risen above the smog ceiling for everyone to see. That alone did not make Naruto guilty but come on. Who else will be causing destruction of this scale at this time!
"Hello, my darling fox."
She hissed through her teeth before whipping around to glare at the boy. "Stop doing that! And explain this!"
He raised an eyebrow and looked at the paper shoved into his chest. What he found made him grin and his blue eyes twinkled mischievously.
"I was handling some problems."
"The enforcers' main station?"
"Grayson was supposed to be there," Naruto shrugged and set the paper down. "But this works out! Now, I can start making Piltover into my new playground!"
The casual way he said that made Cassandra bite her cheek and take a hesitant step back.
"Oh, don't look so surprised and scared, Cass," Naruto grinned when he noticed her behavior. "You always knew this would be the plan. My plan is to make Piltover and Zaun equals, not to destroy one and make way for the other."
She was only slightly assured by his words but she noticed something was different about him. He seemed… focused. She wondered if Grayson's death really did do something for him.
"By the way, with the sheriff and deputy now dead, they will need to appoint a new one," Naruto rummaged through his pockets before finding a folded paper. "This is who you will be supporting as the new sheriff."
He placed it on her desk before taking a step back. "That will be all for now, so just do as is required and we will have a few months or so of calmness. But that's only if the person I want becomes sheriff."
The threat was clear; make it happen or I will continue.
She nodded her head and waited for the boy to leave, breathing when he finally did. Once he was, she grabbed the paper and opened it to find two names, first and last, written neatly. When she saw them, her heart dropped as she realized that this would be more difficult than she thought.
The first name is a well known name but not for the right reasons. He was Grayson's former deputy but he was relieved of his duties when he refused to carry out her orders to fire on the protestors on the bridge. He was arrested for insubordination and even treason and is currently sitting in a cell in Stillwater.
The second is a more respectable name but is still tied to a precarious person. He is a rookie in the enforcers but has been vocal in the logistical and logical fallacies of the current handling of Zaun. His father is the captain of the Fissures enforcers west precinct and has been there after upsetting a vindictive council member a decade ago.

"Why?!"
Little did Cassandra know, Caitlyn had been passing by her mother's room when she heard someone inside the room talking to her. She didn't know at first who it was but the more she listened the more she felt shocked that her mother was associated with a criminal. Was she being blackmailed? By the end, she was not too sure about that anymore.
