Digimon Adventure 02, Episode 12: The Good, the Bad, and the Digi
Kari narrated, "The only way we could stop Ken was to defeat our friend Agumon. We found the Digi-Egg of Friendship but Flymon found us and captured Patamon, we all chased after but were stopped by MetalGreymon with Ken riding him in control. Gabumon and Tentomon freed Patamon. Tai and I were then whisked away to strange place that contained Agumon's memories where he begged us to free him without holding back. We all Digivolved our Digimon to comply with his wishes but it wasn't enough and MetalGreymon defeated them one by one. Davis was still having a problem with fighting his Digimon friend but we convinced him that sometimes friends have to make sacrifices for the sake of friendship. Just then the DigiEgg of Friendship activated and Raidramon destroyed the Dark Spirals on MetalGreymon which allowed him to de-digivolve to Agumon but Ken wasn't attempted to finish us off with Megadramon but Tai and Agumon weren't going to back down so they recklessly charged in but as they say, good things can come from the bad because Tai and Agumon's courage gathered in my brother's heart; taking shape of the Crest of Courage and giving Agumon the strength to Digivolve all the way MetalGreymon again but this time it was the real one and he took care of Megadramon. I wonder if Gatomon will Digivolve to Angewomon again one day."

We open up with the DigiDestined arriving in the Digital World, just a few days after freeing Agumon from Ken's control. Knowing en has probably made some more Dark Spirals by now, the Digimon Emperor has grown even more powerful since the Dark Spiral can control an Ultimate level Digimon like the Dark Rings can control Digimon whose levels are Champion and lower.
"Are you sure you wanna do this, Biyomon?" Sora asked.
"I'm sure, Sora. The Digimon Emperor has probably occupied some more areas by now, so I think this area should be free of Control Spires, so when comes in my path, I can destroy them as Birdramon," Biyomon said.
"She's right, so it's only fair that we give that a try," TK said.
"It'll be a cinch since she'd be flying above the Control Spires," Patamon said.
"Okay, Biyomon. Go for it!" Sora said.
"Alright!" Biyomon said.

Birdramon screeched as she spreadsher wings before taking off into the air.
"Don't worry about me, Sora! I'll be on my guard," Birdramon said.
"I'm counting on you, Birdramon," Sora said.
With that done, the DigiDestined left for home. They knew Birdramon had it handled from there.
Several days haved passed as Birdramon has destroyed Control Spires, being careful to stay above the Control Spires. Her assault on the Digimon Emperor has gone unscathed until one day...

The Digimon Analyzer activates.
"We're Airdramon! We're flying dragon-like Digimon in the Champion level! We shpot down our enemies with our Spinning Needle attack!" One of the Airdramon said. The Digimon Analyzer deactivates.
She tried to shake off her pursuers, but they relentlessly gave chased. Once they had her cornered, they fired fireballs, hitting her. When she was being hit, there was one person she was thinking about at this moment.
"Sora!" Birdramon cried as she came crashing down.
In the real world, Sora looked up to the sky, knowing something was wrong. She is wearing a white tennis uniform.
"Huh?" Sora asked. Sora is playing tennis and she had missed her shot. "Uh, nice serve, Gwen. I'm feelin a little dizzy. I'd better take a break."
"Whatever!" Gwen deadpanned.
"Actually, why don't you two play? Huh?" Sora suggested. She walked over to her bag on a bench and saw her Digivice beeping.
"Biyomon's in trouble! But how will I get to the Digital World?" Sora thought.
Biyomon had De-Digivolved from Birdramon after being shot down by the squadron of Airdramon.
"Sora..." Biyomon weakly said before she fell over.
Sora then became determined to help her partner and friend after everything they've been through.
"I've got to tell the others," Sora said, taking out a D-Terminal and uses it to email the younger DigiDestined.
Meanwhile, over in the Kamiya apartment, Gatomon is in front of the mirrior, straightening up her ears.
"That catnip rinse makes my ears look too stiff," Gatomon thought. Kari then walked in.
"So, ready to go?" Kari asked.
"Rome wasn't built in a day. Looking beautiful takes time!" Gatomon said to her partner.
"So, beautiful, can you help me wash the dishes?" Kari asked
"Okay, time's up!" Gatomon said as she quickly jumped off, making Kari chuckle.
"Why are you ears sticking up?" Kari asked.
"It's a new look. It's quite the rage in Katmandu!" Gatomon said.
"You know, most cats were supposed to like mice, not moose!" Kari said.
Meanwhile, in the Takaishi apartment, TK and Patamon are both sleeping soundly in TK's bedroom, snoring loudly. They each had a bubble inflate and deflate from their noses as they were snoring.
Over to the Motomiya home, Davis has just came into his room after eating a big breakfast with his hands on his stomach.
"Ugh, my stomach's full," Davis said.
"You shouldn't eat so much in the morning!" DemiVeemon said. Davis looked at his partner and saw the packages and wrappings of the junk food DemiVeemon ate and a couple of sodas that he drank.
"You ate twice as much as me! If you keep it up, you'll Digivolve into Heavymon!" Davis joked. DemiVeemon just giggle when he receives an SOS from Sora about Biyomon.
"Huh?" DemiVeemon asked before he turned to Davis. "Biyomon!"
"Hmm?" Davis asked as he was eating some junk food despite having a big breakfast.
Over in Cody's bedroom, he receives the same SOS message from Sora as well.
"An emergency call from Biyomon. What's up?" Cody asked. Cody turned around, seeing Upamon wearing his kendo mask and swinging his kendo stick. "It's Biyomon! She needs our help!" Upamon turned to his partner.
"That's nothing to shake a stick at!" Upamon said.
Cody tucks Upamon under his shirt, hiding him from his mother and grandfather. Cody thought he was lucky that he made it out without either one of them noticing.
"Note to self: Think of better wat to sneak Upamon out of apartment," Cody thought. As he made his way down the street, he accidentally bumped into Yolei who is pushing some crates.
"Hey, try to be more careful next time! Cody? What have you been eating? You must have gained 20 pounds!" Yolei said.
"It's Upamon!" Cody said.
"You ATE Upamon?!" Yolei gasped. Cody rolled his eyes.
"Forget it! Sora sent us a message saying Biyomon's in trouble!" Cody said as Upamon made a small sound from under Cody's shirt.
"Your tummy's growling!" Yolei said.
After a brief explanation from Cody about Biyomon, Yolei and Cody head for their school to meet up with the others, so Yolei hides Poromon under her shirt, same as Cody is hiding Upamon.
"The only way not to look suspicious is to sneak quietly," Cody said.
"Right!" Yolei agreed.
With that said, they peeked their heads over the hedge and saw no one around, which is good news, so they opened the gate and head on in. They made it to th computer room where they found Sora and Davis waiting for them, but TK and Kari weren't with them.
"It's about time! Where TK and Kari?" Davis asked.
"It wasn't my turn to watch them!" Yolei said as she took Poromon out from under her shirt as Cody took Upamon out from under his. The two In-Training DIgimon were relieved to being able to breathe. "No TK or Kari?"
"If they were out of town, at least they'd email us," Cody said.
Meanwhile, Kari and Gatomon are riding in the city by bike with Gatomon over by the beach.
"That milkshake was really good, but seeing you drink out a straw was even better!" Kari said They both enjoyed the fresh breeze blowing their way. "Now we can take some pictures!"
"No, wait! The fish market is calling my name! 'Gatomon'..." Gatomon said, feeling peckish for some fish.
"Alright!" Kari said, taking her bike and rode off again.
Back in TK's bedroom, they're still sleeping soundly, so the bubbles popped as TK turned over to his side as Patamon scratched himself. As they slept, they were unaware of the distress signal from Sora about Biyomon.
"Maybe their batteries are dead," Yolei said.
"Maybe TK decided to wash in the bathtub!" Davis said. Sora stands on her two feet.
"Biyomon needs us! We'll just have to go without them!" Sora said.
"Let's see where Biyomon's signal came from," Yolei said, narrowing the source of the signal from a black square. "There it is!"
"Well, now that we know where we need to get, let's get to getting to it, got it?" Davis asked.
"Alright everyone, Digiport open!" Yolei said with so much enthusiam.
Here We Go
They all enter inside the Digi-Port with Davis and Veemon coming in along with Yolei and Hawkmon, Cody and Armadillomon, and then finally Sora.

Upon arriving, they get caught in a sandstorm. The sandstorm had all sorts of metal barrels, a couple of bird cages, and some old cars from the 1970s. It was so intense, Davis had to put on his goggles while Yolei, Cody, Sora, and the Digimon all had to shield their eyes from it.
"Oh, woah there...I sense this place is a cultural desert," Hawkmon said.
"Did you say dessert?" Veemon asked.
"This sandblasting sure makes my shell look real shiny!" Armadillomon said.
The sandstorm ceases and it is revealed to be an old ghost town.
"Woah!" Sora said.
"Check it out! It look like the old west!" Davis said.
"Where's the Spire we saw on the monitor?" Cody asked.
"I don't see a Control Spire anywhere!" Yolei said.
"Well, what are we waiting for?" Davis asked. Not needing to be convinced any further, they all started to make their way toward the ghost town.
"Fear not, Yolei, for I shall save you from any danger that may be thrust upon us," Hawkmon said.
"Instead of guarding my life, try finding some cold water," Yolei said.
"Speaking of which, how do we find some cold water?" Cody asked.
"It's not like we can just find a swimming pool or a humongous water fountain around these parts," Armadillomon said.
"You could be right, pal," Cody said.
"Huh?" Where's Biyomon?" Davis asked.
"She can't have gone far, Davis. She's here somewhere," Sora said. She then hears the sound of a piano playing. "Where's that music coming from?"
"It's coming from over there!" Cody said, pointing to a saloon. They all rush to the sound of the piano music playing. Upon entering inside, they didn't see any patron inside the saloon. What they heard is the player piano.
"Well, how do you like that? It's just a player piano. I'm starting to think there's nobody here," Davis said.
"I don't know," Sora said.
"Yer came to the right place, yer just sit right where ya are, so says the mon behind the star!" A voice said.
"Huh?" The DigiDestined asked. They turned to see a humanoid star-like Digimon wearing a stetson hat.
"Howdy! Welcome, Digi-pilgrims, to the safest town west of Sirus. I'm Starmon," the Digimon introduced himself.
The Digimon Analyzer activates.
"Starmon is a law and order Digimon who keeps the peace. But, if you break the law, his powerful Meteor Shower will rain down swift justice upon you," Hawkmon said.
The Digimon Analyzer deactivates. Starmon filled some mugs up with some milk for them to drink.
"Now, belly up to the boss, so I can welcome you all with a cold mug'a welcome milk!" Starmon said, sliding the milk down the bar.
"Huh?" They all asked as Starmon walked down the bar.
"Didn't spill a drop, did I? My way of being neighbourly to strangers. So, here's to ya!" Starmon said.
"What is welcome milk?" Sora asked, not feeling so sure.
"It's 100% homogenized moo juice, little missy!" Starmon laughed. "Welcome."
"Now that you mention it, I'm kindy thirsty" Davis said.
"My mouth feels like a clothes dryer full of cotton balls," Yolei said.
"My tongue is a dusty tank train," Armadillomon said.
"Thank you!" The group said as they started to drink the milk. Starmon chuckled a bit.
"Hmm...tourists...you gotta love 'em," Starmon said to himself. Sora stopped drinking hers and looked at the star-like Digimon.
"Uh, Mr. Starmon? Have you by any chance seen a cute little pink bird-link digimon named Biyomon?" Sora asked.
"Did you say Biyomon? That kind of rings a bell. Yep, I've got a feeling I've heard that description before," Starmon said as he snapped his fingers. A bunch of wanted posters appeared with Biyomon's picture on all of them. The DigiDestined were horrified by what they saw, but Sora was especially horrifed, knowing Biyomon was on the run.
"Biyomon wanted? What did she do?" Sora asked.
"That DigiDesperado is on the run from the Digimon Emperor! But they haven't caught her yet," Starmon said.
"Well, I hope she's somewhere safe now, but I know I'll feel a lot better when we find her. Sir, maybe you could help find her, We heard she was last seen near here," Sora said.
"You are right about that, ma'am," Starmon said.
"And if Biyomon were in trouble, you'd help her," Sora said, making Starmon stop drinking his milk. "You being a lawmon, I know you'd save her from that Digimon Emperor!"
"Ma'm, there's something I gotta tell you, Starmon took off his hat to reveal he's wearing a Dark Ring.
"Huh? He's wearing a dark ring!" The DigiDestined exclaimed.
"Well, I knew behind that tin star was a gutless, lowlife lackey of the Emperor with jelly for a spine!" Veemon said.
"You could have told us! And what did we say about name-calling?" Davis asked.
"Look's like the jury's still out on Starmon. Think he's a good apple, or a bad one?" Armadillomon said.
"People are like milk. They can turn bad," Cody said. Starmon threw his hat into the air.
"You're right! You might think I'm lower than a snake's belly for saying this, but I DO work for the Emperor, and I got orders!" Starmon said as his eyes turned red.
The Digimon Emperor stood up from his seat, giving his orders to Starmon.
"Hunt them down, and punish the DigiDestined!" Ken said.
Starmon walks to the end of the bar.
"What's the earth-reject up to now? Pulling wings off butterflies?" Davis asked.
"You can bet he's experimenting with something evil!" Starmon said as he laughed evilly.
And Starmon was right. He is making more Dark Spirals just so he can control more Ultimate level Digimon.
"It's almost finished," the Digimon Emperor said.
Starmon continues to laugh evilly.
"Earth-reject! I'll have to use that at the next company picnic and team-building seminar!" Starmon said as he turned around and found that the DigiDestined were gone from the saloon. "Well, don't that beat-on. Trying to escape." The DigiDestined are running to retreat, but Starmon had some other plans of his own. "It's no use trying to high-tail it out of her! Time for a weather report. Meteor Shower!" Starmon summoned a meteor shower and the falling stars hits the ground, making the ground explode underneath them, and making them scream.
"I've heard of heavy showers, but that was too much!" Davis exclaimed.
Starmon has captured them and then tied them up. Starmon then threw the prisoners in a jail cell.
"Now you'll enjoy your stay. Here's the rules: No cookies in your cell, no loud music after eight, and no chucking oysters during a month without an 'R'. Enjoy!" Starmon said as he left.
"No way!" Dais growled in anger.
"Sora..." A familiar voice weakly said. They all looked around, knowing they weren't alone.
"Huh? What was that?" Sora asked.
"Sora..." The voice spoke again. Sora knew who it was right off the bat.
"Biyomon!" Sora cried.
Later, Sora had Biyomon rest her head on her lap.
"I tried to get away, but I just didn't have the strength," Biyomon said.
"Shhh, don't talk. What happened?" Sora asked. Biyomon laughed.
"You just said not to talk, didn't you? I wish you'd make up your mind," Biyomon said.
"Kay. You can talk a little," Sora said, knowing she was right.
"When I first came to this town, I had no idea it was under the control of the Emperor! I had been shot down b his flying dragons, and needed food! I was tired, hungry, and very, very thirsty," Biyomon explained.
(Fllashback)
It was after Biyomon had De-Digivolved from the Airdramon attack. She is wondering through the desert when Starmon saw her.
"Welcome, stranger! Your throat must be parched! How about a cold drink of milk?" Starmon kindly offered, holding up a mug full of milk. Biyomon's face lit up, needing something to help lift her spirits.
"Why thank you! I am thirsty. Thank you for your hospitality!" Biyomon said as she happily hopped over to Starmon to drink the mug of milk, but she was unaware of it being a trap. Starmon's red eyes are shown as he threw the mug of milk, making it shatter onto the ground. He raised his hands.
"Meteor Shower!" Starmon shouted.
"Oh! Oh no! Oh!" Biyomon gasped in horror, realizing Starmon is now a slave of the Digimon Emperor. She is struck by one of the falling stars and knocked out. Starmon approached his soon-to-be prisoner and placed a foot on her head.
"Glad you can stay awhile," Starmon said as he laughed evilly.
(End of flashback)
After hearing Biyomon's story, the DigiDestined decided to make a jailbreak, and they knew they had to make it happen fast. Davis gets an idea about destroying the walls just by headbutting though it,
"Vee Headbutt!" Veemon shouted as he launched himself at the wall. When he did, the wall proved to be too strong even for his hard head. "Ow! I think I used a little too much 'vee' and not enough 'headbutt'!" Veemon said in a daze as he stumbled backwards and fell on his back. It turns out that his Vee-Headbutt left an imprint shaped like his forehead and shit eyes.
"Nice try, buddy!" Davis said.
"That wall is as hard as his head, and just as thick!" Cody commened.
"You said it," Armadillomon said.
"But it should be no problem for you to drill through that wall. Digivolve to Digmon," Cody said.
"I'm too weak to do it," Armadillomon said.
"I forgot we haven't eaten," Cody said, remembering they skipped a meal in the haste to make it to the Digital World.
"I could do something if I had food," Armadillomon said.
"Boy, Yolei, I sure wish we had some snacks from your store," Cody said.
"I'll call my dad. He delivers," Yolei said.
"But Yolei, we're imprisoned in the Digital World," Hawkmon pointed out.
"You're right. If it's more than 5 miles, there's a delivery charge," Veemon said.
"And he has to cross dimensions to get it here," Davis said. Sora, Cody, Yolei, and the Digimon all looked at him. "What? You should know even I would know that just as much as you; and even Izzy."
"You know, he does have a point. He would do all that," Cody said.
"Whatever," the girls and the Digimon all muttered. Then, Biyomon hears the sounds of a horse whinny.
"Huh?" Biyomon asked. The group all looked at her.
"What is it, Biyomon?" Sora asked.
"It sounds...like a horse!" Biyomon said. And they listened as the whinnies goes off again and it's followed by the sounds of galloping.
"He needs new shoes," Yolei said.
"I said whoa!" A voice in a cowboy tone said. "Never fear, the protecter of justice is here." Stepping in the door is a Digimon that resembles a revolver, holding two revolvers in his hands, and dressed a stereotypical cowboy getup. "Holy guacamole! Just who in tarnation are you?" They stare at the strange-looking Digimon. "Howdy, folks."
The Digimon Analyzer activates.
"Deputymon is a barrel-chested Digimon that shoots from the lip. But, usually he's helpful and harmless," Armadillomon said as the Digimon Analyzer deactivates.
The DigiDestined and the Digimon all stare at him, unsure if they should trust him like they did with Starmon before getting captured. Deputymon approaches the cell.
"From the look on your faces, I feel like I squashed your favorite hat! What's the story?" Deputymon asked.
"We got put in the dungeon for doing nothing by your partner, Starmon!" Armadillomon said.
"Where's your justice?" Cody asked.
"Yeah, that's all that's in here, just us! So let's see it, where's your Dark Ring, Deputy?" Veemon demanded.
"See for yourself! I ain't got no ring. Nobody controls me, I control myself," Deputymon said, taking off his hat and shows them.
"There's no Dark Ring!" Veemon said.
"Right-toe, ya varmants!" Deputymon said, taking off a boot and shows he's wearing a sock with a hole by the toe.
"We're sorry to have been no suspicious, Deputymon, but put yourself in our boots!" Yolei said as Deputymon continues to prove he's not a slave of the Emperor. And we take a shot of his clothing and revolvers.
"There, you see any Dark Rings now?" Deputymon asked.
They all yelped as they see Deputymon naked (keep in mind, we can't see it either) Deputymon quickly redresses.
"Sorry. I guess I got a little carried away," Deputymon's hands are seen grabbing his gear. Yolei is shown to cover her eyes.
"We didn't see anything. Uh, Deputymon, are you here to keep us in jail, or to set us free?" Yolei asked as Deputymon has completely redresses
"No need to fret, lady. Soon you'll be free!" Deputymon said.
"Yay!" The kids and Digimon all cheered.
"'Course I'm only freeing the girls," Deputymon said.
"Huh?" They all asked, confused.
"I need card players, but not boys, 'cause they cheat," Deputyon said.
"Say what?" Davis asked.
"Did I mention I don't even cheat at solitare?" Veemon asked.
"Strictly women-folk, only. And that's final!" Deputymon said.
"Didn't ever you ever hear women, children, and Digimon first?" Armadillomon asked.
"Could you find it in your heart to make an exception and let us all go, just for the fun of it?" Cody asked. Deputymon opens the cell.
"Ladies only. Scoot!" Deputymon said. None of the girls have moved. "What is this, the petrified desert? I said SCOOT!" Deputymon said.
"But we're not boys!" Biyomon and Hawkmon said in unison.
"Move!" Deputymon demanded. Deputymon takes the girls and their partners out to carriage where it was revealed to be pulled by an invisible horse. "Giddy-up, doll face!" Deputymon said as he snapped the reigns.
The invisible horse neighs and pulls the carriage.
Starmon then returns to the station, humming to himself. He was unaware that Deputymon has closed the cell and placed all kinds of locks and some handcuffs on the cell to make it look like nothing happened. (Like that would fool anybody for real)
"Well, it's lunchtime. Being a ruthless villain sure works up an appetite," Starmon said as he brings out a lunch box and sat down to eat. The lunch box has a picture of the Digimon Emperor's face on the front, and "LOVE" stitched above it. Starmon removes it to reveal to be full of sandwiches. "And after lunch, a little nap so I'll be my mean old self again!" He stretches his arms as he turns around. He saw that his prisoners weren't there. "What? They're gone!"
It turns out that Dais, Cody, Veemon, and Armadillomon are still inside, coming out from the darkness in the cell.
"Deputymon freed the girls said boys cheat at cards," Davis said.
"I imagine they're enjoying some delicious snacks right about now," Cody said. Starmon was furious now.
"That's it! I'm going to let that pop gun have it with both barrels! Huh!" Starmon angrily exclaimed as a bar with "STARMON" appears above and goes from blue to red and begins flashing while Starmon erupts into flames of rage. Starmon leaves and after Deputymon, leaving the prisoners and the food unguarded. Veemon and Armadillomon starry eyed the lunch box as they drool, thinking about the tasty food inside it. The drool comes down like a waterfall.
"Just look at that," Veemon said.
"At what?" Davis asked.
"His lunch!" Veemon answered.
"I can smell it!" Armadillomon said. Davis and Cody looked at the lunchbox. "If I can just wrap my lips around that lunch, I can Armor Digivolve."
"I've got an idea!" Cody stated.
"What's your plan?" Armadillomon asked.
"Pretend these ropes are pasta, and help yourself to all-you-can-eat!" Cody said.
"Mamma Mia!" Armadillomon said.
Meanwhile, Deputymon is shuffling a deck of cards as Sora, Yolei, Biyomon, and Hawkmon are sitting at the table in the middle of a field.
"I just love cards. Credits cards, greeting cards, you name it!" Deputymon said.
"What a show off! After a couple of hands, let's try to sneak away!" Yolei said.
"Maybe we can get him to fall asleep by talking him into playing Canasta" Sora said.
"Ever played 52 Pickup? Ah, skip it. Yahoo! Welcome, ladies and gentle-mon. Welcome, to toe world championship of Old Maid. Winner take all. Ah, come on. Let's hear it!" Deputymon said.
"Yay!" The girls sarcastically said as they clapped. They then lean at each other.
"Know any ways of cheating when it comes to playing Old Maid?" Sora whispered.
"Follow me," Yolei whispered back.
Back at the station, Veemon is untying Davis's ropes after Cody and Armadillomon have untied their own ropes.
"I almost got it, Davis. There!" Veemon said as he succeeded. While Veemon was untying Davis, Cody and Armadillomon are putting their ropes together to make one long lasso.
"Now, to figure a way to break out!" Davis said.
"Chocolate always works," Veemon said.
"Well, that about does it. We're almost free!" Cody said.
"Delicious ropes!" Armadillomon said.
Back to the field, Deputymon is holding up a hand.
"Alrighty, you're first. Now, don't try anything tricky, or no fruit cup, ya hear?" Deputymon asked as something went flying passed Deputymon, surprising him, Sora, Yolei, Biyomon, and Hawkmon. "Huh?" He saw it was Starmon who was respsonsible for it. "Starmon!"
"Well, if it ain't that namby-pamby poor excuse for a sidekick, Deputymon. Playing with the girls again, Gorgey-Porgey?" Starmon asked.
"Stop that talk! Ya got no right!" Deputymon said.
"For once, you're right. The time for talking is over!" Starmon said as he approached Deputymon. Deputymon drew out his revolvers and jumped off the table.
"Let's settle this, once and for all!" Deputymon said, making the girls and the bird Digimon gasp.
Back at the station, Davis makes a lasso, and throws it to Starmon's lunch. He successfully snags it.
"Gotcha! Come to papa!" Davis said, pulling on the rope.
"Oh, boy!" Veemon said once Davis pulled the lunch box all the way to the cell.
"Those ropes were just a high-fiver appetizer. Now, bon appetite!" Cody said.
"Looks might tasty," Armadillomon said as he starts to eat the sandwiches. Veemon was anxious.
"You know, the easiest way to escape is to dig out, You can help out later!" Davis said. Armadillomon said.
"You can have some," Armadillomon offered.
"Great!" Veemon said with glee. He began to eat up the sandwiches along with Armadillomon, building up their energy. Davis and Cody smiled at each other.
"Just this once, it's okay to gulp our food. We've got to help our friends!
"Mmm-hmm!" Armadillomon agreed.
Cody's D-Terminal extends.
"Digi-Armor Energize!"
The Digi-Egg of Knowledge comes out.

"Cool!" Davis and Veemon said as Digmon heads for the wall and drills a way out Once the wall was down, they stepped out.
"Alright!" Cody cheered.
"Let's move it!" Veemon said.
"You got it!" Davis said.

He blasts off and does a loop before landing back.

Back to the field, playing cards are blown in the wind as the girls and the bird Digimon are standing and Watching the fight that was about to begin. Starmon and Deputymon are facing away from each other.
"This ghost town isn't big enough for the both of us, even if we had it on!" Starmon said
"I saw a movie like this once. The good buy won," Yolei said.
"Which one's good?" Sora asked.
"We'll take three steps, then turn around and fire, Ready?" Starmon asked as he and Deputymon take their steps. Starmon does the counting. "1...2..."
"Go, whoever," Sora and Yolei sarcastically said.
"2 and six seventeenth..." Starmon counted as Deputymon turned around and shot at him. "Hey!"
"That's right. I've already turned around, and I already fired!" Deputymon said.
"Hold on! Good guys aren't supposed to cheat!" Starmon hissed.
"I'm not that good. Besides, I've never won at nothing. But today, win, lose, or draw, I'm coming out of this a winner," Deputymon said.
"It seems like this has become a battle of wits, and it look like Deputymon's out of ammunition," Sora said.
"Check, please," Yolei said.
"Semi-good always triumphs over evil, so go ahead, Starmon, give me your best shot!" Deputymon dared his opponent.
"No!" The girls said.
"Fine. We'll see how this fortune cookie crumbles! Meteor Shower!" Starmon shouted, summoning meteors from the sky again and brings hem down. Davis and Raidramon saw the meteors coming down, knowing where to look.
"Whoa, let's move!" Davis said as Raidramon takes him to the sourse.
Deputymon is hit by Starmon's attack and lands on the ground, beaten. The girls groaned, knowing Deputymon had lost.
"Well, I dropped him like a bad habit. Looks like one down, two to go," Starmon said. The girls are worried, but Biyomon and Hawk on get in front of their partners to protect them.
"Not quite!" Biyomon said.
"What she said!" Hawkmon agreed. Suddenly, Davis and Raidramon come riding in.
"I'll handle this!" Davis said.
"That's where you're wrong. Meteor Shower!" Starmon shouted, sending out more meteors down. Raidramon is hit by the attack, making his De-Digivolve. He falls from the sky, along with Davis, and the rest catch him.
"Too much chocolate!" Biyomon said.
"I'll try to cut back. Davis, Digivolve me into Flamedramon! He's a better fighter!" Veemon said.
"Right, Veemon!" Davis said.
Davis's D-Terminal extends.
"Digi-Armor Energize!"

Let's Kick It Up
"Huh?!" Starmon exclaimed in shock and surprise.
"Starmon, you're fired. Fire Rocket!" Flamedramon shouted as he launched himself at Stamon like a flaming meteor, slamming into Starmon successfully.
Starmon screams as he goes flying.
"Look, a control spire!" Armadillomon said.
"Let's go!" Cody said.
Starmon smashes into the Control Spire, which has been hidden by a water tower.
Starmon's Dark Ring comes off, freeing Starmon from the Digimon Emperor's control.

After the battle, Flamedramon has De-Digivolved back to Veemon. Starmon stood before the DigiDestined, feeling regretful for what he did while as the Digimon Emperor's slave.
"Well, thanks to us, your town won't be under the Emperor's control anymore!" Davis said.
"It was a tough job, but someone had to do it!" Sora said.
"I guess I just went plum loco. Hope there's no hard feelin's, Biyomon," Starmon apologized.
"There's no need to apologize. I'm glad things are normal now!" Biyomon said, accepting Starmon's apology.
Not too far, Deputymon shows up as the sun began to set.
"Yoo-hoo! Tarnations! Good that I caught ya. All of you didn't think you were going to skidaddle without saying adios and playing some more cards, did ya?"Deputymon asked.
"We wouldn't do that!" The group sighed.
And so, the DigiDestined are playing cards with Starmon and Deputymon with the sound of piano music playing.
"So, what have you got, Cody?" Sora asked.
"I've got two pair. A pair of aces, and another pair of aces. Is that good?" Cody asked, unfamiliar with the rules.
"That beats us all!" Sora said.
"Now, that does it!" Deputymon said.
"Now, we're switching to my favorite game: Go Fish!
"Go Fish!? Aww..." The DigiDestined groaned as Biyomon laughed.
"Hm. Those Digi-dim-wits have no idea what I've got up my sleeve," Ken said.
