"There are many ways to be there but this for us is our path to Melile." Rafiki says as the group stops seeing a snowy mountain in the distance.
*Timeskip*
"Weather is shifting. There's not enough fresh snow." Mufasa says as the group is walking through the snow.
"He's right. If my father and the rest of the Outsiders find our tracks they'll follow them to Millele." Alexis says.
"Zazu only you can help us." Mufasa says as he looks at Zazu.
"Are you quite sure about that? Now I was actually thinking that Rafiki looks all pretty handy and with the stick." Zazu says as he gestures to Rafiki.
"Zazu you can use your wings to cover our tracks as we head up the mountain without leaving a trace. Hey you can do this." Mufasa says.
"Oh yeah. Yes sir you're right. I've got this." Zazu says as he takes off flying and begins using the snow to cover the tracks before the group stops at the top of a mountain.
"Zazu did it work?" Alexis asks as Zazu flies over to the group.
"I have a report. The outsiders are completely lost. Well played Mufasa." Zazu says.
"Great job Zazu. I knew you could do it. We did it." Mufasa says happily.
"No you did it. Great thinking Mufasa." Sarabi says as she nuzzles Mufasa as Alexis notices the way Taka is looking at them and nuzzles him.
"Thanks Alexis." Taka says as Alexis smiles at him softly as Rafiki falls in the snow and begins rolling in it laughing.
"Still strange baboon." Alexis says as she chuckles and walks alongside Taka.
"I got you, Rafiki." Mufasa says as he lets Rafiki ride on his back.

Later as Alexis is sleeping she notices Taka walking around the edge and sees he is watching a singing Sarabi and Mufasa who have found love with each other.

"Taka!" Alexis then sees Taka fall down the mountain and lands near Kiros and the Outsiders and runs down behind hiding behind a rock as Taka approaches them.
"There wasn't much to eat on this mountain. Until now. Tell me. How did you cover the tracks snow?" Kiros asks as the lionesses circle Taka.
"A bird helped us." Taka says.
"Lions getting help from a pet?" Akua asks.
"Just as I will help you." Taka says as Alexis's eyes widen hearing his words.
"You will help us?" Amara asms.
"You think we need help from a wounded coward?" Kiros asks.
"I may hold the blood of a king. But it was Mufasa who killed your son. It was Mufasa who trapped you up here. Outsmarted you at every turn. Now I will lead you to him and to Melile." Taka says.
"Melile. Melile is nothing but a dream. A vision told to cubs." Kiros says as he growls.
"Ah well tell that to the monkey. He leads them to it. Look at you. A pack of starving wolves clinging to the side of a mountain. No tracks to follow. Only one chance at revenge. Me!" Taka says as he growls.
"Revenge? What about your father?" Kiros asks as he laughs.
"Because of Mufasa, I have no father. He did this." Taka says bitterly.
"Yes. You lost a father. And I a son. Even my own adopted daughter has turned against me. Taka will you join us? Together we can both have our revenge." Kiros says as he sees Amara drag Alexis by her scruff out from behind the rock.
"It will be my pleasure. King." Taka says as he bows.
"Taka don't!" Alexis shouts.
"Silence! I will deal with you shortly. As for you Taka return to the strays. Leave a trail for us to follow." Kiros says as Taka nods and runs off.
"Taka stop!" Alexis shouts in alarm.
"Now as for you my dear. What shall I do with a traitor like you?" Kris says as Amara and Akua circle Alexis.
"You can't! They'll notice I'm gone and raise suspicion. And I'm your daughter!" Alexis says alarmed.
"You were my daughter once. But you decided to travel with the strays. Instead of seeking revenge for your brother and my son Shaju." Kiros says angrily.
"Please don't do this!" Alexis shouts fearfully.
"She did have a point. They will raise suspicion if she does not return." Akua says.
"Perhaps she is better to us if we allow her to stay with them for now. She can keep an eye on the male." Amara says.
"Fine then. Go. Make sure that stray stays loyal to us. Otherwise I will kill you and him along with the others when we find you all." Kiros says sternly.
"Y-Yes... Yes father..." Alexis says sadly and runs off to catch up to Taka.
