"Thank you, sweetheart." An old woman said as Ochaco finished helping her bring her groceries back home.
"No need to thank me, ma'am, just doing my job!" Ochaco said as she gave the bags to the woman, and let her enter her house. "Ok, back on patrol."
"My my, it's always so wonderful to see heroes not forgetting about the little stuff. Truly heartwarming."
"Huh?" Ochaco looked above her and found someone sitting atop the roof of the building, looking down at her.
She was a girl that seemed to be Ochaco's age. She had horns coming out of the sides of her hair, demonic wings coming out from the back of her waist, and a heart-shaped tail.
Her outfit, if you could even call it that, consisted of black heels, black stockings, no pants or skirt whatsoever, just string panties that left VERY little to the imagination.
She didn't have a top either, just black star-shaped pasties covering her up her nipples, and long black sleeves.
Lastly, she had long black hair, long fingernails painted black, pointed fangs, and star-shaped pupils.
In other words, she looked like a total pervert and was likely up to no good.
Well even if she wasn't, Ochaco would have to arrest her for indecent exposure anyway.
Uravity activated One for All and got ready for a confrontation. "E-excuse me! You can't go around wearing that, what if kids see you!?"
The girl chuckled. "Oh please, the idea of shielding children's eyes from lewdness died the day the internet became popular. But, if you're so intent on arresting me, why don't you come up here and try it, dear?"
This is a trap. Ochaco thought. It was pretty obvious this girl was bathing her. Likely luring her into some sort of ambush.
So instead of going to her, she'd bring her down here.
Ochaco jumped back into the street, and fired Black Whip up at the girl, wrapping it around her, binding her arms together, and dragging her down to street level. "Got you!"
The girl gave a smile that reminded Ochaco of a predator looking at prey. And she could feel a cold sweat running down her back. "Did you really?"
Suddenly, the Black Whip was covered in a purple glow. Then it changed form, the whips turning into black snakes with glowing purple eyes.
The snakes freed the girl, and rushed back towards Ochaco, tying her up in the Rope Harness method. Leaving her in a position that was far, far too lewd for her liking.
"W-What is this!?" Ochaco tried to deactivate Black Whip, but it wasn't working. It's like it was no longer under her control anymore.
"Hehehehe." The girl giggled, as she got back to her feet, dusting herself off before she started walking toward Ochaco. Moving her hips in a seductive manner. "My my, I expected more from such a promising heroine. Looks like you underestimated me a bit too much my dear. I'll have to make sure you don't make that mistake again."
The girl then pulled a whip and moved Ochaco onto her front.
"W-W-Wait a minute!?" Ochaco said, her face crimson red with pure embarrassment. "What you planning on-"
WHAP!
"AHHHHHHH!" Ochaco cried out as suddenly the girl literally whipped her behind.

"Ahaha! Ahahahaha!" The girl cackled as she whipped Ochaco, smiling like a mad woman. Obviously taking pleasure in Ochaco's pain. Far, far too much pleasure.
"ENOUGH!" Light exploded from Ochaco's body, blinding the girl and making her cease her assault. The light was so blinding she couldn't even look at Ochaco.
"Ah, my my I knew you were dazzling, but this is beyond my expectations." The girl said while shielding her eyes. "Still, I wonder how long you can shine so brightly before you burn yourself out."
"Well, thankfully we won't have to find out," Ochaco said.
SMACK!
Suddenly, an elongated tongue smacked her whip out of her hands, and a circle-shaped blast of energy slammed into her, sending her flying into a car, totaling it.
Ochaco deactivated her quirk and looked to her rescuers. "Tsu! Hado!"
Froppy and Nejire came onto the scene. Tsu immediately went over to her friend, to see if she could help.
"It's no use, she's taken control of Black Whip! Don't let her touch you!" Ochaco warned.
"My my, what a lucky day." The girl said as she pulled herself out of the wreckage of the car. Seemingly unfazed by Nejire's attack. "To have such beauties coming after me. Especially you, dear Froppy. I've long wondered about what exactly we could do with that tongue of yours."
"I know right!" Nejire agreed. "Like just how long is it? Can it grow back if it gets cut off!? Can-
"I'm pretty sure you two have very different questions about this subject," Tsu said. "Anyway, you should surrender now. It's two against one."
The girl chuckled. "You may want to count again."
Suddenly, her whip slithered back into her hand as if it were alive, and the girl whipped a nearby car.
The car glowed purple and started to change form, turning into some kind of monster. Growing a mouth in front with sharp teeth, the top of the car shrinking away and vanishing, and the wheels gaining spikes.
Then the car rushed towards Tsu as if trying to run her over, but Tsu jumped into the to avoid it.
But, then the seat belts shot into the and wrapped around her arms and legs, before bringing her into the car and strapping her to the seat.
Then the air conditioner blasted her with intensely cold air, quickly putting her into a hibernation mood, and knocking her out.
"Tsu!?" Nejire called out, but she had to duck down, to avoid a swipe from the girl's whip.
"Eyes on me Nejire." The girl said
Nejire didn't hesitate and fired a massive blast down at the girl. It was wide enough that despite how slow it moved, most wouldn't be able to run out of the way of it in time.
However, this girl proved to be no ordinary person, flapping her wings and taking to the sky, dodging the beam as it slammed into the ground, blowing up the street below.
Flight, Enhanced durability, monster creation. Either her quirk is way more versatile than we think, or she's been enhanced by an outside force. Nejire thought.
"AHHHHH!" Ochaco suddenly screamed.
"Uravity!?" Nejire looked over to her, wondering if she'd gotten hurt. Only to find that Ochaco had gotten her nips bitten by the Black Whip snakes.
This had distracted Nejire long enough, for the girl to finally land a blow, whipping Nejire in her side and knocking her down onto the sidewalk, hard enough to crack the concrete.
"Ahhh." Nejire powered through the pain in her back and the stunning in her eyes and tried to pull herself up, but the girl slammed down on top of her, holding her down with her heel.
"Eyes on me are gorgeous." The girl teased with a smug smirk.
Nejire shot a blast up at her, but the girl backflipped to avoid the attack, while Nejire jumped back to her feet.
The girl raised her whip up and slammed it down, but Nejire jumped to the side to avoid it while rushing to try and get closer to her.
Nejire ducked under another whip swipe and cocked back her arm as she got close to the girl. Coating her arm in energy before trying to punch the girl right in the chest.
The girl raised her whip, using it to block the punch, but the power of it still sent her skidding back until she hit the side of a building.
Nejire rushed to deliver another powered-up punch, not wanting to blast the building itself, but before she could get close, she heard the sounds of a car and immediately took to the sky to avoid getting run over by the car monster.
Then the girl then used this as a chance to whip a nearby fire hydrant.
The hydrant glowed purple and started growing. The sides expanded towards, the chain wrapping around turning into hands, while the top of the hydrant popped off, and purple glowing eyes appeared.
It immediately started blasting pressurized water at Nejire, which she could barely avoid, maneuvering around them as best she could. She tried to blast it, but the girl wrapped her whip around Nejire's leg and slammed her back down to the ground.
Nejire is in trouble! I have to get out of this! Ochaco knew that trying to break free of Black Whip using her own strength was pointless. Black Whip's power increased with One for All's percentage. Meaning the stronger she became, the stronger it became.
Meaning there was only one way to break free.
Ochaco braced herself. "This is gonna hurt."
Meanwhile, the girl reeled Nejire in toward her. Nejire tried to shoot another blast, but the hydrant monster blasted her with water.
"Glup bah bub bub bub!" Nejire was pinned to the ground by the water, as it entered her mouth and nose, robbing her of her ability to breathe.
After a few seconds, the hydrant stopped, and the girl stepped onto Nejire's stomach, making her vomit out all the water, and letting her breathe once again.
The girl laughed. "Looks like I took your breath away."
KABOOM!
Suddenly a big explosion burst out from where Ochaco was, creating a big cloud of smoke.
"Uravity!?" Both Nejire and the girl cried out in concern, causing Nejire to do a double take, and give the girl a confused look.
But the girl paid her no mind, instead looking at the smoke with a look of pure horror. "I-I didn't-that wasn't me!? Who-"
"SMASH!"
Then suddenly, a pink blur rushed out of the smoke, and Uravity decked the girl in the face, sending her flying, skipping across the street like a rock, until she slammed into a building, getting embedded into the brick wall.
Then Ochaco jumped up into the air, before coming back down with a powerful kick, slamming her food down on the hydrant monster, shattering it. Making water rain everywhere.
"Whew." Ochaco breathed a sigh of relief, before collapsing onto one knee. "Agh."
"Uravity." Nejire immediately went over to check on the girl, and she wasn't in the best shape.
Her costume was all torn up and burnt, exposing her bruised and burnt skin underneath.
Exposing it far too much to her liking.
Nejire used her energy to act as censor bars. Allowing Ochaco to keep her dignity…kind of.
"Thanks, Hado Senpai," Ochaco said, as she forced herself to stand back up.
CLICK!
The two looked back over to where Ochaco had punched the villain. And found she had pulled herself out of the wall, and was now walking towards them. Her heels clicked against the street.
As she walked, blood leaked from the top of her head, and yet a smile was on her face. Getting bigger and bigger as she approached.
"Heh. Hehehehe. Ahahahaha! AHAHAHAHAHAHA!" The girl giggled madly, as she looked up at the heroes, her eyes somehow even crazier than before. Filled with so much madness and desire it made both the heroines supremely uncomfortable. "Wonderful. How wonderful! I knew you wouldn't disappoint me, Uravity!"
WHAP!
The girl whipped the street they were standing on, making it glow purple.
"This is what I fucking live for!" The girl laughed maniacally, as the street started to melt, and she sunk below it.
Before they too could sink, Nejire took to the sky, and Ochaco rushed over to the car monster which was also sinking, tearing the seat belts off of Tsu, before jumping onto a nearby rooftop, and setting her down.
Meanwhile, the melted asphalt started bubbling, before a massive lump of it rose up, and grew two glowing purple eyes.
The girl popped out of the goop, standing atop the monster as it finished developing, and grew its mouth. "RAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
Black tendrils rose up and tried to grab at Nejire, but Nejire destroyed them all with her quirk, before shooting a massive blast at the monster.
The girl flew into the air, as the swirling energy slammed into the monster, destroying it and sending melted asphalt flying everywhere.
But then, the monster rose again behind Nejire, and more tendrils came up, surrounding her before trying to grab her all at once. But Ochaco rushed in, grabbed Nejire, and brought her to the rooftop on the opposite side of the street.
"That's twice you saved me, really not doing my job as you're senpai huh?" Nejire joked as she got back on her feet.
"You're doing more than enough. This girl's just tougher than anyone could have expected." Ochaco said, looking up at the girl in question.
"RAHHHHHHHH!" The monster turned to face them, sending more tendrils after them, but Nejire just blasted them all away.
"I'll keep this thing busy, take care of the villain," Nejire told her.
"Right." Ochaco upped her One for All percentage and launched herself up at the villainess. Aiming to punch her in the face, but barely missing as the girl flew to the side.
While Ochaco was falling back towards another rooftop, she turned to face the girl and flicked her finger sending a blast of air, that smacked the girl in the side, sending her flying a few feet before she stopped herself.
The girl winced, clutching her side, before smiling, and using her whip to bat away the other blasts of air Ochaco shot at her from the rooftop.
Ochaco was going to continue shooting at her, until finally, some more backup arrived, in the form of three Midoriya Foundation helicopters.
"Freeze! Yokuba Nureta! You are under arrest!" Announced one of the Midorya Foundation soldiers via megaphone.
"Wait! Get back!" Ochaco shouted as she rushed to try and hit Yokuba before she could take control of the helicopters, but Yokuba saw her coming and whipped her back to the ground.
Ochaco immediately started sinking into the goop, she tried to get out of it, but hands rose out of it, and pulled her under.
"Open fire!" The helicopter commander ordered, but before the guns could fire, black tendrils rose up, and grabbed the copters, holding them in place. Making them easy prey.
WHAP! WHAP! WHAP! WHAP! WHAP!
Yokuba whacked the copters with her whip, making them glow purple.
The helicopters turned purple, growing mouths on their fronts, and eyes on their lights. The doors sealed, and the seatbelts trapped the now powerless soldiers inside.
BOOM!
Suddenly Ochaco exploded out from the goopy asphalt, having used 100% of One for All to break free, and rise up into the sky.
Breaking her legs in the process.
Ochaco used her quirk on herself, knowing that she wouldn't be able to stand, she'd have to rely on floating. She looked down at the copters and clenched her fists. "Darn it! I'm too late!"
"I wonder how you're going to deal with this, Uravity!" Yokuba said, before sending the copters after her.
The copters opened fire, launching a hail of bullets at Ochaco. Of course, they did little damage to her, leaving only minor bruises.
I don't know if she still has control of Black Whip, so I've been avoiding using it. Ochaco thought, as one of the copters came over to try and bite her. But it's now or never!
Ochaco launched her Black Whips out and captured the helicopters, holding them in place.
Meanwhile, Yokuba had gotten behind her, and prepared for another whip strike to the behind, only for a blast of energy to slam into her sending her flying once again.
Before she could go far, a giant goopy hand rose up and caught her.
"Sorry, we're late. Looks like you girls were having a bit of trouble."
Ochaco looked over to her left and saw none other than Gamma 2 flying next to her. "Gamma 2!"
"Get those soldiers to safety, I'll take care of this." Gamma 2 said as he performed a scan on the villainess.
Yokuba sighed. "Looks like the fun's over. And it was getting good too. Oh well."
Then, the hand pulled her under neith the asphalt.
"Oh no you don't!" Gamma 2 dived down, to try and follow her, only for his scanners to pick something up. "What? A space distortion! Did she-"
And just like that, she was gone.
Suddenly, all the monsters went lifeless. The helicopters turned back to normal, and the street monsters fell apart and hardened again.
Gamma 2 sighed. "Great, she can open portals. Because of course, she can."

Later that night, Ochaco was back at the Midoriya Foundation. A quick trip to Vera healed up pretty much all of her injuries.
Although her butt was still sore for some reason. Something that she was trying very hard not to reveal, as she sat with Izuku, All Might, and Nezu. With Gamma 1 and 2 standing over them.
"Her name is Yokuba Nureta. Her quirk WAS called Monster Creation. It allowed her to turn anything she touched into a monster. However it came at the cost of her own vitality, and it had a terrible conversion rate. Her monsters were weak, and creating more than one of them would greatly drain her. To the point she had to stop using her quirk altogether lest she risk permanent damage to her own body." Nezu explained "She was a normal high school girl. With a weak quirk, and weak body. Until about two weeks ago, when she suddenly vanished. Afterward, there were two reports of attacks on lower-level heroines, in which the attacker's description matched Ms Nureta. Both cases involved her targets getting beaten, and S# assaulted. But they were left alive, and no permanent physical damage was done. And no damage was done to the surroundings or nearby people."
"Her body was radiating negative chaos energy." Gamma 2 explained. "If I had to guess, this is the work of our old pal Syn Shenron. Man, that guy's pain in the ass."
"So Syn Shenon corrupted her, enhancing her quirk and physical capabilities just like he did with All for One and Stain." Izuku's fist clenched tightly. The more people that got hurt by the Shadow Dragons, the more guilt weighed upon his shoulders.
"We're calling her new Quirk, Domination. Not my idea, but I suppose someone at the police force has a sense of humor." Nezu explained. "She can now turn things into monsters freely. With seemingly little to no drawback, and what's more, she can even channel her power through objects like that whip of hers."
"She even managed to turn Black Whip into a monster." Ochaco brought up, her face turning crimson as she recalled being bound in such an embarrassing position.
"Then there's her ability to create portals." All Might said. "I don't get how that's possible with a quirk like hers, not to mention the warp dampeners were still active."
"I have a theory about that," Izuku spoke up. "Rather than simply turning things into monsters, now she's bending whatever she touches or whips, to her will. Therefore it's possible that she was able to affect space itself, forcing it to bend creating a portal."
"The warp dampeners work by reinforcing the fabric of reality. To simplify it. Most warping quirk create a hole in space, and as such the warp dampeners strengthen space, making it difficult to make a hole." Nezu explained. "However Ms Nureta isn't breaking a hole through space, she commanding it to open up. Bending it to her will."
"Which of course brings up the question. Can she use her quirk on people?" All Might asked.
"She hit Nejire multiple times with her whip, but she never took control of her or turned her into a monster," Ochaco said.
"That's true, but that might not be because she couldn't but because she chose not to," Nezu said. "After investigating more about her personal life, and gathering details about her attacks, I've come to a conclusion. In short, Yokuba Nureta had an obsession with heroes, or the female ones specifically. She was known by her peers and family as an avid heroine otaku. However, upon investigating her room we discovered that her interest in heroines was more…perverse than it would seem. Normal for a girl her age. However, once she reappeared after being corrupted, she started targeting female heroes exclusively. Ripping up their clothing, while encouraging them to attack her, taking great pleasure in fighting them while not doing any sort of permanent damage to the heroines or civilians."
Nezu stopped for a moment to take a sip of his tea, before continuing. "We've seen with both Stain and All for One, that while Syn Shenron can influence people's actions he can't control them. Meaning that to some extent, is still herself. With all this in mind, I believe Ms Nureta is seeking out battles with heroines, for some kind of…thrill so to speak. As such, taking control of them in an instant or seriously hurting people, would ruin her fun."
"So she's doing all this, for kicks?" Ochaco grimaced, as she recalled the look on the girl's face while they were fighting. She definitely seemed to be having the time of her life. As unnerving as it was.
"That would seem to be the case. Especially since she doesn't seem to be getting anything else out of these fights." Nezu said. "She doesn't steal anything, she's not trying to peddle some kind of ideology, and she doesn't seem to have any personal grudges against any of her victims. So given what we know this is currently the only possible explanation."
"But why would Syn choose some random high schooler to corrupt?" Izuku asked. "We know he wants to cause chaos and destruction so he can feed on the negative chaos energy, but his previous victims were all villains. And the ones he's ever given THIS much power were high-profile villains."
"Maybe he simply saw potential in her." Nezu theorized. "Her powered-up quirk is certainly versatile. And we've only seen a fraction of what it's capable of."
"Either way, I've got a bad feeling about all this," Izuku said. "Right now Syn Shenron is waiting, hiding. But I have a feeling he's not going to just lie in wait forever. It feels like he's preparing something. Something big."

"Heh heh heh heh." Syn Shenron cackled, as he watched the news on his throne, inside his underground castle.
It looked like Lust was finally making real moves. And already he could feel the increase in negative chaos energy.
He'd taken a bit of a risk with that girl. Unlike his other targets, she lacked even a shred of malice.
But what she had instead, was the most twisted form of love. A perfect candidate for the position of Lust. And the more she gave into her power, the more of a villain she'd become.
Now Pride and Lust were active, but Syn couldn't rest on his laurels. The Midoriya Foundation was powerful and only grew in power as time went on. If he gave them time, they stamp out all his forces and take him down too. Meaning he needed to get the rest of the seven deadly sins active as soon as possible.
He was still looking for candidates for Envy and Gluttony. Sloth would have to be approached carefully. And Wrath still needed a bit more time to cook.
But Greed was still alive. He could feel it. He was in a strange place. One that was hard for him to pin down exactly. But he was getting closer every day. And once he had him, Syn would be able to accelerate his plans.
Soon the Midoriya Foundation would fall. And the age of chaos would rise.

Every day, I feel like I lose myself a bit. More and more. I'm afraid of what I'm going to become. But I can't stop.
That monster made me the worst I could be. Who knows what he has planned for me. Who knows if I'll end up helping him?

So please forgive me, for having some fun before it all ends. Forgive me for indulging my darkest desires.

So yeah, we see more of Syn's plan coming forth.
And if you didn't figure it out, Yokuba Nureta is based on Utena from Gushing Over Magical Girls.
Now I don't intend to get as…risky as that show gets. Not even close. But she is the general of Lust so expect some anime lewdness.
Something that's not exactly alien to MHA. Looking at you Midnight and Momo. And especially Toga.
Although she's not the exact same as Utena.
