Hi everyone, sorry about yesterday, I lost track of time during reading.

it made me realize I'm more of reincarnater, so I've decided to give this a try.

for those who don't know, dead island is a action pack, horror game with zombies.

I've decided to start with Sam B, because he's, last I checked, dead island 1's favorite character to play as.

it's been a while since I played the franchise, so I'm a bit rusty. I'll just wing it for now, ok?.

as Sam lays in the realm of nothingness, he wonders how it ended like this.

'(hard to believe i died by zombie bite... damn, I hope the others made it out alive)'. Thought Sam.

just like that, a bright light shows up.

'greetings Sam B. I am Bol, that's short for ball of light'. Said Bol.

'hey, what's up, where am i?'. Asked Sam.

'your in the nothingness so far, but fear not, you shall be reincarnated'. Said Bol.

'great to hear, i was starting to get bored'. Said Sam.

'you shall be reincarnated, into the world of one piece'. Said Bol.

'ain't that some manga turned anime franchise?'. Asked Sam.

'yes'. Said Bol.

'but... I don't like anime, nor manga'. Said Sam.

'how come?'. Asked Bol.

'it just ain't me really'. Said Sam trying to be honest.

'i see. Will, sadly, I can't change your fate, I just do what is told'. Said Bol.

'I understand, ya got to do, what ya got to do'. Said Sam.

'thanks for understanding. Ok, remember, your mission, is to find a young boy, by the name, of Luffy. He, is your mission. Follow him to the end of his goals and dreams, that'll help you live a great life'. Said Bol.

'ok, i got it, thanks Bol'. Said Sam.

'welcome, oh btw, would you like to have an ability?'. Asked Bol.

'what kind?'. Asked Sam confused.

'given the fact, your no otuku, i think it's best you have a devil fruit, it grants a super ability, but takes away the user's ability to swim forever'. Said Bol.

'i guess, I never really cared about water'. Said Sam.

'perfect, in that case, I offer you, the hard hard fruit. It grants limitless invincibility, as well heats up your body, to any degree'. Said Bol.

'I like the sound of it'. Said Sam.

perfect, ok, I'm letting you go now, make sure, not to die easily, ok?'. Asked Bol.

Sam just gives Bol a thumbs up for the go.

'btw, your going to be starting out at your 18 year old self'. Said Bol before sending Sam away.

just like that, Sam is sent to one piece.

Next thing Sam knew, he wakes up on a beach.

'regaining his thoughts, he looks around to find a town near by.

'(ok, got to find the one named Luffy. Then ask what his dream is)'. Thought Sam.

just like that, Sam finds a strange looking fruit in his left hand.

'this better be the fruit i was told of'. Said Sam as he bites down on the fruit and swallows.

'this is gross!, how can i person eat this thing?!'. Asked Sam as he threw it away.

just like that, Sam started heating up.

looks like it worked, i no longer can swim now. Now to find Luffy'. Said Sam getting up and dusting himself off.

As Sam walked around his asks for Luffy, getting answers by being told to go to the docks to wait.

so Sam went to the docks and found a straw hat wearing kid.

'excuse me. I'm looking for someone, by the name of Luff, i was told to find him'. Said Sam.

'well I'm monkey D Luffy, hi there'. Said Luffy with a smile.

'(this kid, is Luffy??. Damn, he's just a kid, all well, i can go back on my word)'. Thought Sam.

'name's Sam, Sam B, i was told by a fortune teller, that my goal, is to see the world with you. Ya ok with me tagging along?'. Asked Sam.

'sure, I don't mind, welcome to my crew, sisisi'. Laughed Luffy happily.

'crew??, what crew?'. Asked Sam.

'I planning on forming a pirate crew, set sail to the grand line, and find one piece. I'm going to be, king of the pirates'. Said Luffy smiling.

'(damn, can't believe it, this kid aims to be some pirate, not only that, but the king of them??, the hell did i get myself into this time?)'. Thought Sam.

'so ya coming or what?'. Asked Luffy still smiling.

'aya aya captain'. Said Sam.

just like that Sam climbed onboard the small boat. And the two set sail.

'so captain, what's the grand line anyway?'. Asked Sam.

'it's a sea, that has the greatest treasure of all, one piece'. Said Luffy.

'what's so great about it?'. Asked Sam.

'it's said, whoever finds it, because king of the pirates'. Said Luffy excited.

'i see, you sure it's real?'. Asked Sam.

'the first king of the pirates found it, so it's gotta be real'. Said Luffy.

'ok, if it's real, then it's real'. Said Sam.

just like that, a giant sea monster comes roaring at them.

'(holy crap!!)'. Thought Sam in fear.

'so it finally showed up. Perfect, it's payback Time'. Said Luffy showing no fear.

'w... what are ya doing, captain??'. Asked Sam in fear.

[gum gum... pistol!] yelled Luffy as his left fist stretched behind him, and then was sent to the sea monster.

just like that, the sea monster gits hit hard and is sent flying.

seeing this, Sam had one thing in his mind...

'(i need to work out a lot)'. Thought Sam feeling weak for doing nothing but being afraid.

just like that, the two kept on sailing.

'so... where to firt captain?'. Asked Sam.

'wherever the wind takes us'. Said Luffy.

'(aka, he sucks at navigating)'. Thought Sam.

as the two drift along the waves, Sam wonders how far they'll go, before reaching land again.
