Midoriya Izuku learned early on that not all men were created equal. "Kaa-chan leaves her alone, it's not nice to make people cry" Izuku shouted at his long-time friend Katsuki Bakugou as he was beating on this girl with his cronies. The girl was curled into a ball as they kicked her. "Stop it, '' Izuku yelled as he yanked Bakugo by the hand back. Both of them missed the flash of green energy that passed from Izuku to Bakugo. Bakugo though found himself infuriated that Deku would stop him! Of all people, Deku thought he could stand up to HIM! Without a second thought, Bakugo reeled back and sent an explosion-powered fist flying into young Izuku's gut. "Boys get Deku, he thinks he can stand up to me, he forgets I'm gonna be the Number 1 hero, not him.'' The bullies turned on Izuku and began to beat him, Izuku thrashed and grabbed at their legs but that only seemed to make them angrier and their hits hurt more. Grasping out for help Izuku only made it worse as with each leg he touched pleading for mercy another resounding kick came crashing down on him. Some of the kids even awakened their quirks at that moment as Izuku felt one of the boy's legs turn hard like stone and another got all slimy. Soon a teacher came and broke up the fight telling Bakugo and his cronies to not play so rough. Izuku, all beaten up, was sent home. His mother, seeing how hurt he was, took him to the hospital. It was time for him to get a quirk assessment anyway.

Inko sat with her son in the doctor's office waiting for the nurses to have patched up Izuku and he was looking much better though Inko was not too comfortable with the looks the female nurses who attended to her son were giving him as they left. Breaking her thoughts the doctor walked in. It was a female doctor with long flowing black hair kept back by a headband. She was dressed in modest clothes and a lab coat.

"Hello Midoriya-San, my name is Doctor Hira, looks like young Izuku-Kun is all patched up, my staff spoke very highly of him saying he was a very adorable and well-behaved boy." the doctor said sweetly

"Ah yea he's always been very well behaved, but some of your nurses were giving him strange looks. I don't think it is very professional of them to be giving such looks to one so young." Inko said a little stern

"…Yes, about that it would appear your son's Quirk has manifested, though it is quite strange considering your quirk as well as your husband," The doctor said a little awkwardly

"Oh sweetie you hear that you got your quirk?" Inko said, hugging Izuku. Izuku for his part had been silent since getting treated, having been feeling weird since the nurses treated him. "Oh yes I have minor Telekinesis and my husband can breathe fire though it does horrible things to his lungs. But are you saying Izuku's quirk is not like either of ours? I was certain it would be something like mine since my quirk went wild all the time when I was pregnant with him, I swear if I had the quirk strength I had when I was pregnant with him I'd have gone pro" Inko said with a chuckle remembering all the time she accidentally would pick up Hizashi when a particularly bad cramp would come along.

"About that, it would appear your son has a very potent Emitter Quirk that allows him to boost the quirks of others," The doctor said as she looked at her clipboard "Oh" was all Inko could say. Izuku, on the other hand, was processing all of this 'Wow that's so cool, I could work with heroes and boost their quirks in situations I could be super useful, I'll be a super awesome hero. I wonder what the side effect is usually they have side effects, I'm not tired, maybe it has to do with that weird feeling'

"It is quite the good quirk but it has some strange effects, if Izuku boosts a male's quirk it seems like it also affects their testosterone levels and makes them much more prone to anger while the boost is in effect. If Izuku boosts a female's quirk, well… it turns up the women's libido…" the doctor finished with an awkward chuckle

Inko was speechless, her son had such a powerful quirk but what were these side effects? He was only 8. Would she have to give him 'THE TALK' so soon? "Ano what's Libido?" Izuku asked innocently wanting to know all there was to know about his quirk "cough, um your mother can explain that when you get home but first I think it been some time since your physical so I'll have a nurse come in here and give you one while I speak to your Kaa-san ok?" the doctor said awkwardly not wanting to explain libido to an eight-year-old.

"Ok," Izuku said as he waited on the bed

"I'll be right back ok sweetie," Inko said as she exited the room watching as the young female nurse went in with a tray and some other supplies and some shots.

"Ano Hira-Sensei, is there anything else I should know about Izuku's quirk?"

"Yes, seemingly using it also causes his hormones' to go out of balance so he may experience fever, increased anger, depression, and … Libido and It activates through skin contact. Though all things considered, his body has naturally adapted to this and will continue to do so, he'll be quite tall when he's older."

"Oh my what a strange quirk, it is nothing like mine or Hizashi's quirk, though it does explain some things."

"What do you mean?"

"Well when I was pregnant with Izuku, I was much more… active with Hizashi, but also when Izuku was little Hizashi began to struggle with anger issues which resulted in him working overseas. We never divorced but it was always so strange to me that it happened so suddenly. I'm sure he'll be happy to know it's not his fault."

"Ah that does make sense, well I'm glad that this cleared things up. Does young Izuku have plans for the future? I'm sure in a couple of years we would love to have him work here with some training, having someone who can boost the quirks of individuals, especially doctors, could save so many lives." The doctor said imagining all the lives that could be saved by having the boy around, completely ignoring the issue of libido and anger issues.

"Ah well you see Izuku wants to be a hero," Inko said before considering all the good he could do in a hospital "Though maybe I should see if he would consider something in the medical field he has always wanted to save people with a smile, and it's much safer than being a hero"

Before they could continue they heard a squeak from inside the room before the nurse walked out of the room giving them a closed tight-lipped smile as she walked away the two were none the wiser of what transpired. When they entered they found Izuku with his shirt off and a bandaid on his shoulder from the shot. His face was a little red but smiled at them.

"Ok sweetie let's go home"

9 years later

Life had certainly changed for Izuku since he got his quirk, after getting home from the Doctor's his mother gave him 'The Talk' which was super awkward. But when Izuku worked on controlling his quirk he learned that he couldn't control the activation of his quirk so he had to start wearing gloves. Things weren't great at school. The boys were extra mean to him as he would accidentally bump them activating his quirk and the girls were extra friendly to him which now that he knew why made him uncomfortable. His mother pulled him from school, deciding that homeschooling was a better option due to Izuku's unique circumstances.

Hizashi also would visit more often still working overseas as the job paid very well and helped sustain their little family but would visit and be more a part of their lives. Though he was extra careful around Izuku, always wearing gloves as he was afraid of what he would do in anger accidentally.

Izuku also realized while his quirk was useful, he couldn't do much for himself, he couldn't enhance his abilities only others meaning he had to fight quirk less. He begged his mom to let him train in martial arts and after a lot of begging and a little convincing from dad she allowed him but told him he had to wear long sleeves at all times along with gloves so as to not accidentally activate his quirk. With that he began training in a Muay Thai gym which was going well he hadn't had more than a handful of incidents in a few years and he learned that it was his hands that were the main form of transference for his quirk so he only had to keep his gloves on no longer having to worry about wearing long sleeves all the time. But if there was one thing lacking in Izuku's life was a social life he and Katsuki didn't talk anymore after he found out his quirk as Katsuki said all his quirk was good for was being a sidekick. While being homeschooled also didn't help out his situation either. But he continued to train every day trying to improve his body.

One day on his way home from the local market he was passing under a bridge writing in his notebook 'Hero Analysis for the Future No. 14' having watched Mt. Lady and Kamui Woods fight against that villain with the gigantic quirk. Izuku was speculating how his quirk would affect them. 'Maybe Mt. Lady could get even bigger or maybe it unlocks a new part of her quirk where she could shrink, maybe for Kamui..' lost in his thoughts Izuku did not notice the manhole behind him open and he was soon enveloped in green slime as it entered his mouth suffocation him.

"Fantastic a new disguise," it said as suffocated the boy. Izuku thrashed and writhed trying to fight back and as things were growing black suddenly the air pressure changed in the bridge underpass as he heard "SMASH" the slime villain was blasted back. There before him was All Might in almost civilian-like clothing, a white tank top, and green cargo shorts. "ARE YOU ALRIGHT YOUNG MAN?" All Might said as he scooped up the sludge villain into empty soda bottles.

"Cough cough, yea thanks All Might, um could I have your autograph?" Izuku said nervously

"HAHA OF COURSE YOUNG MAN" with a quick scribble he handed him his notebook back. "NOW IF YOU WILL EXCUSE ME I MUST RETURN THIS VILLAIN TO THE POLICE" with that All Might made to jump but Izuku still had something he wanted to ask the No. 1 Hero and grabbed onto his pants as he took off.

'Huh I feel heavier than usual' All Might thought before he looked down and saw the young man from before holding onto his leg for dear life. Hastily he made his landing not wanting the boy to fall. "YOUNG MAN THAT WAS VERY DANGEROUS" All Might scolded the boy as they landed on a rooftop. 'Crap I'm out of time' with that All Might poof out of muscle form in a cloud of smoke "I know All Might but I wanted to ask….You're not All Might?! IMPOSTER!" Izuku shouted seeing All Might disappear into this skeleton of a man. "SHHH, it's me All Might this is just my weakened form, I got injured a little while back fighting a villain and so I can't be All Might all the time." Small Might said as he pulled up his shirt revealing a nasty injury. "Toxic Chainsaw did that to you?"

"No a much stronger villain but I defeated him. It was never made public, now what was it you wanted to ask, young man? I have to get back to the station."

"Oh yea, is it possible to become a hero without a combat quirk? My quirk is really good. It lets me boost the quirks of others but It does nothing for me so I would have to fight Quirkless. I feel like I could never be a true hero, nothing more than a sidekick."

"Young man, there is nothing wrong with sidekicks and other professions, but if you think this way then I can't advise you to become a hero, a hero has to be brave and sacrifice themselves no matter the consequences or limitations. There are many other noble professions such as a doctor or police officer that you could do well in." With that, All Might left, leaving Midoriya in shock. The No. 1 Hero told him that he couldn't be a hero.

Suddenly he heard explosions off in the distance quickly he ran down and out of the building to where the explosions were coming from. He saw the slime villain in a one-lane street causing explosions and fire all around. He also saw who the villain had hostage, it was Katsuki. The heroes weren't doing anything though.

"Can't get in too small," Mt. Lady said as she couldn't get in even a foot into the small one-lane street.

"He'll burn away my limbs I can't get close," Kamui Woods said

"He's too slimy for me to get a hold of," said Death Arms

"I have to keep the fire's under control until the fire department gets here," Backdraft said, trying to keep the fires at bay.

'Oh no, I caused this' Midoriya thought 'I have to do something with that without thinking he stormed past the heroes taking off one of his gloves and tapping backdraft a flash of energy passed through him into Backdraft as suddenly his hoses started to expel nearly three times the usual amount. Midoriya ran at the villain, throwing his bag of produce at the villain, dazing him before trying to pull Bakugou free.

'Here I am not practicing what I preach' Small Might thinks from the crowd watching this brave young man risk his life. In a poof of smoke, he becomes All Might and charges forward.

"DETROIT SMASH '' He yells as yet again he blows the villain away and extinguishes all the flames 'Master I think I found him he thinks as he looks at the exhausted teen before he is swarmed by paparazzi.

Quickly the hero checks on the two. Then just as quickly they begin to scold Midoriya for his reckless behavior. Midoriya just hangs his head and walks back home.

"YOUNG MAN" Midoriya hears and turns to see small might chasing after him coming to a stop and coughing a bit of blood. "I am sorry young man but I was wrong, I was too quick to dismiss you but after what I saw today you have the true heart of a hero. Young…" "Midoriya" "Young Midoriya you can become a hero and I will help you I will train you and give you my quirk"

"WHAT?" Midoriya's mind froze. First, the number one hero apologized to him and now he said he'd give him his quirk? Was that even possible, the internet always speculated what All Might's quirk was.

"Yes my quirk is like a sacred torch passed from one user to the next to cultivate power, and now I wish to pass it on to you. Young Midoriya I don't have long, my time limit on my Muscle form grows shorter and shorter as time goes on. Do you accept"

"Yes," Midoriya says without hesitation this was his shot to become a hero.

"Fantastic, meet me at Dagobah Beach tomorrow," All Might said before they parted ways.

What followed was a year's worth of hellish training as All Might explained that his body wasn't ready to take on One For All. So he trained and continued to study Muay Thai and underwent his transformation. The doctor had certainly been right when she said he would be big; he now stood at 190 cm with a toned athletic build. He lost all his baby fat over time and was lean and muscular from all the training. And he also had some growth in other places… while he never paid much attention it certainly now was hard to miss. At 7 in when flaccid and 10 in when hard and had a hefty amount of girth he certainly was well equipped. His libido was also nothing to scoff at; he'd often have to masturbate at least once every other day to stay functioning. Speaking of his health, his check-up this year was coming up. It had been a while since he went to a check-up after learning his quirk it became something he avoided somewhat. But UA mandated all want-to-be students must get an updated physical. So, unfortunately, he had to go.
