Disclaimer: I don't own any of the original Halo or Naruto ideas. The extra parts are all mine. This will have some crossover elements. The storyline will blend the two with the focus on the Halo timeline. Crossover will have some elements of StarCraft and maybe some Star Wars (no force abilities or characters), ships, and other things from other shows that when blend in naturally. I got this idea from Three Square Meals by donalgraeme and Three Square meals by Tefler.

Prologue:

With the infection of the parasite known as the flood expanding to all corners of the galaxy the plan to use the rings was initiated. All sentinel races have been cataloging and would be returned when the flood has been wiped. The forerunners had all this plan and within a few moments it was done. With the flood having nothing to feed on their numbers had reduce enough for the many machines and sentinels to reduce and eventually wipe out any reminders. With the flood gone from the galaxy reseeding the population went into action. But with the rush of the rings certain protocols and procedures that were supposed to occur were corrupted. It's what lead to numerous repercussions.

The first was the wiping and catalog of additional species which would be repopulated as well. Their original homes becoming no longer capable of sustaining life and forced to be re-seeded in a new location.

The second was the corruption of the human seed. With the corruption taking place humans was re seeded in different locations being unaware of one another.

The third was in result of the corruption the human seeds were not all the same. Humans in certain areas were born with additions that other humans were not.

Over time the humans born on the planet Earth progressed to the point of colonizing other planets in the solar system and then to other places in the galaxy. As the years went on, they learned that they weren't the only sentinel beings in the galaxy. With peaceful negotiations humans learned to live in peace with these newer species who colonized quite a few planets on their own. Some being on their level of technology and others being much more advanced and deadly.

It wasn't until the humans of Earth stumbled upon the planet known as Elemental to the natives that they learned that they were not the only humans in this universe. While not nearly as advance as Earth the humans from Elemental had something that they did not. Chakra. With Earth and Elemental coming together and pooling in their knowledge and resources with the other species they enter a gold age even in the face of rebels and rebellions.

It was numerous of years later that the UNSC stumbled upon an unknown ship who would later define themselves as the Covenant. Their goal was the Great Journey and with that the extermination of humans. While humans have advance with the other species help the Covenant were still very advance with strong warriors and numerous.

1745 hours, February 03, 2526 (military calendar)

Orbit, Planet Harvest

Board Room, ONI Command SHIP "Judgement of Man"

Within a spacious room sat a man with a harden expression behind a large table. Behind him mounted on the wall were multiple monitors showing different personal of high ranks like the man sitting down. He was wearing an ONI uniform with the rank displaying as Admiral. Over one eye was a patch with a scar on his cheek. Displayed on a name tag was the name Shimura.

Admiral Danzou Shimura was staring across the room at a single figure who was dressed in a heavily battle-damaged black Mjolnir IV armor that was dripping blood from many different species. Some was even red signifying that it was humans as well. This was Commander Naruto Uzumaki. He took him when he was young and trained him to become what the galaxy considers him now. Death. You see his face, your life is forfeited. He gave him spartan augmentations, Elemental Shinobi training, scientific experimentations, demon sealing, pilot training, and anything he could get his hands on for additional training. A lot was touch and go but once they got past a few hurdles, everything fell into place.

With Naruto in his hands, he sent him upon all his enemies. Armies, bases, and legions were wiped out, making a blood trail that lead to his rise in ranks. His body count was uncountable. He was his weapon of mass destruction. Then he suddenly wanted out to go his own path. This would make him lose his most effective weapon, so he needed to see the prospectives of this action besides just losing his weapon.

Allowing him to go free would allow Naruto to gain new experiences and build himself up more. He could develop more connections that could be useful for him. He could gain something from him leaving because he knew he would return. He was made to destroy. So he gave him a impossible mission that many would think would be impossible. Drive the new discovered faction off Planet Harvest. A planet that was overrun with Covenant forces with ships hovering low performing bomb raids.

The bodies he pilled could form a mountain. The images that were being reported shows streets and cities littered with Covenant bodies as their ships could be seen in different areas on the ground. Ships split in half, torn to pieces, and some still exploding. The tech and information they could gain from the wreckage would be groundbreaking.

"You have completed your final mission. Losing you would be a tremendous blow to ONI, but we have a agreement. We also know that you will return to us" stated Danzou picking up his pad from the table and signing off on his discharge papers. "Your final requests have been transferred over to you. The amount of 500 million credits has been sent. The A.I. 'Kora' is now officially yours and the Stalwart-class light Frigate now designated as the "Death's Embrace" is yours as well. You are dismissed, Naruto" he finished as Naruto gave him a salute and step off.

"You can keep the armor and Naruto. I'll be waiting for you to return home" added Danzou as he approached the doors making him pause for a second before continuing out of them.

A female admiral on the screen frowned once he left before speaking her mind. "While I don't care about the credits, I do care about the fact you just gave him a military ship, an expensive and high tech armor, and a smart A.I." she voiced.

"A ship that has no nukes or ammo and has numerous damages and outdated machines. It was set to be scrapped before I gave it to him. A damage armor set that he doesn't know how to repair and a A.I. that has 4 years of life left before rampancy claims it. On top of all this I will have a prowler and team shadowing his every move. Any risk that endangers us or our assets will be removed by them" he answered leaning back to look at his tablet again.

Naruto could now be seen walking the halls with a double bag in his arms after stopping by his room. He didn't have many personal belongings so everything could fit in his single bag. With every step he took, everyone could hear the wet and metallic noise combining. They all knew who he was and stayed clear out of his way. He is a hero and a demon. Some even called him the Demonic Hero besides the callsign Death.

Exiting through another set of doors in was now in the hanger bay that was still full of activity. The Covenant may have retreated but they will be back again. They always did. Making a straight path to a waiting pelican, he hopped into the back, and gave the pilot the go ahead to take off. With the signal given the pelican took up into the sky and headed out if the bay and into the space, leaving the Punic-class Carrier.

Watching from behind the pilot's seat as they traveled through space, they came across a Frigate orbiting the planet with a cruiser nearby as guard. Coming closer they recognized it as the one that was given to him. They could see that the ship was heavily damaged with numerous of battle wounds. Pulling to the side the pelican went underneath the ship and into the hangar bay.

Upon entry they could see parts floating about and numerous lights flickering on and off. They could tell gravity was offline, but they weren't sure about the oxygen. "Seal your door and open the back. You can take off once exit" ordered Naruto to which the pilot gave him a "yes sir".

Grabbing his bag after the hatch opened up, he leaped out of the pelican and floated across the bay. Behind him the hatch closed up and the pelican took off leaving the bay as the hanger doors closed after it. Moving through the wreckage, he approached the door to leave the bay to which they opened upon sensing him. Floating through the halls, it took him some time to get around to finally reach the bridge.

Moving to the doors they only slightly opened up forcing him to wrench them open with his hands. Pulling them opened he was greeted to a wrecked bridge. Lights were flickering, wires from all over were hanging about, sparks came out in certain sections, bridge viewing screens were cracked, dust littered the area, and some consoles were cracked and ruined. Floating to the holo table in the middle of the bridge, he removed a chip from his helmet and entered it into the console.

Upon its entry some parts in the ship started activating, including the table which projected a orange female who was shown to be going through some files. She had short hair and gave off a tomboy appearance filled with tons excitement.

: Damn, they really fucked you over on this one. Brace yourself, I'm restoring gravity : she stated as a jump was released throughout the ship restoring it as everything within fell with a thud. : You can take your helmet off. We have oxygen as well : she added

Pulling off his cracked and damaged helmet with a hiss, he revealed his face to show his buzz cut red hair, blue eyes, and a scar over his right eye and face. Placing his helmet on the Captain's chair he looked over to Kora. "Report".

Blinking out and back in to face him she started off. : We really got fucked over on this one. We have damages reported on all levels, ammunition is on black for all weapons, food and water is at 5 percent filled, fuel is at 25 percent, and supplies is at 20 percent. Slip space drive needs replacement but still functional for only a few more jumps. Hull integrity is at 10 percent. Our engines are running at 50 percent at the moment. We have one slightly operation pelican and two heavily damaged pelicans. 1 damaged warthog and no pods available. We also have a thousands other problems that have to be addressed eventually : she finished making him frown as he rubbed his head in frustration.

: Do you regret leaving now? : she asked as Naruto glared at her with his eyes turning red with a black slit as a ripple move underneath his skin. Closing his eyes and calming himself, he opened them again to show them blue once more.

"No. I needed to be away. After all they put me through, it was only a matter of time before I snapped and lose control. Even more so because of their experiments they done to me" he warned

"I love what they have done to you. Makes me so proud and excited" purred a feminine voice in his head. 'Not now Kurama' he thought.

"Kora, scan and fry any trackers on the ship. Let's make what repairs we can on the ship in order to leave this sector". Removing his armor to put it next to the Captain's chair, she asked "To go where?"

"To the nearest human colony that we can buy what we need to fix this ship fully" he finished for a hand seal. "Kage Bunshin no jutsu"
