It was around 1 AM when Finn locked himself inside the house. He knew Pixie was still awake since the light in the living room was on. He kicked off his shoes and hung up his jacket before walking into the living room. She wasn't in there but the sliding door to the garden was open.

He walked over to the open door and looked outside. What he saw immediately put a smile on his face. Her shoulder long hair dyed orange, blue and purple was the first thing he saw. He moved his eyes to the wooden post she had put up. There sat the owl she had befriended a while back while she gently stroked it.

"You're a real life Disney princess," he said.

She turned her head and settled her green eyes on him. She was one big smile and he smiled back at her.

"I can't believe my girlfriend befriended an owl," he chuckled.
"She's a good friend," she said.
"You live up to your name, Pixie. You must be a fairy," he said.

She giggled and it only made him smile even more.

"Have you given her a name yet?" He asked.
"Of course," she answered.
"Of course you have. I wasn't fooling anyone with that question," he said.
"Xya," she said.
"That's a beautiful name," he said.
"It means mysterious and intriguing," she said.
"That's the most perfect name for an owl," he said.

She stroked the owl for a few more seconds and then removed her hand.

"Goodnight, Xya," she said.

She turned around, walked over to him, and moved up on her toes for a kiss.

"I love you, Finn," she said.
"I love you too, Pixie," he said. "My real life Disney princess."
"I prefer fairy," she giggled.
"My real life fairy," he grinned. "How about I take you to bed and you can play with my magic wand?"
"Finn!" She laughed.
"It shoots fairy dust," he said.

She snorted in laughter and gently pushed him away before stepping inside the house. He laughed behind her while following. He closed the door and took a quick look at the owl outside as it took off to the nearby forest. He still couldn't believe she had managed to befriend an owl but he was proud of her skills when it came to animals. She had a way with them that he would never truly understand.

"Are you coming or what?" She asked.

He turned around and saw she had pulled her t-shirt off and was in the process of opening her jeans.

"Or does the offer to play with your magic wand no longer stand? Or doesn't it stand up?" She teased.

He ran to her and swung her over his shoulder while she laughed out loud.

"It'll be up for as long as you need, love," he said.
