Medoriya Island, Hannger
All members of International Rescue stood there looking at Thunderbird 3, a giant red SSTO (Single Stage to Orbit) space rocket that did not have wings,
"Now I know it dose not look it; Thunderbird 3 is capable of agile atmospheric flight and handles well in situations where gravity is powerful thaks to the thusters," David told them as Ochaco looked up at the red rocket with amazement, "Now it is designed for space rescue missions, and after laigh it can move freely in space using it's vernier thrusters built around its whole body to perform delicate maneuvers," He said as they looked at the rocket in awe.
"Now the engine array at the base of Thunderbird 3 includes an incredibly powerful central ion engine for extremely long-distance space travel and three rocket engines surrounding it," David told them as they nodded at him as they kept their eyes on the rocket, "Now if you look at the joints to where the engines are, those beams are grappled arms that can grab debris in space, or another rocket, and when the arms are deployed it allows the engine to fire frontward, He said as Ochaco loved the sound of this Thunderbird.
David saw Ochaco's look and knew that she picked herself to be the astronaut of Thunderbird 3, "With all elemental damage from space, Thunderbird 3 has highly advanced heat and radiation shielding, allowing it to get very close to the sun without suffering a meltdown in its systems, and with its ion engines enable travel to other large nearby celestial bodies in a relatively short time," The scientist said as Ochaco looked ready to piolet the red rocket, "Now then as you all know the Mars and Moon Races are back on, and with I-island making engines that will reach both of them within the last few months, Hisashi and I saw it as a challenge, and so we created this engine that can reach the sun in a few hours, and Jupiter in a few days, while the other engines will take months for them to reach either," David told them with a large smiled as Melissa smiled at her father.
"Can she do anything elce?" Ochaco asked as she looked up at Thunderbird 3.
"Yes, she sports a cargo bay above the engines that can carry and assemble one pod specialised for outer space rescue, and while we are making one for Thunderbird 2 within each of the other pods, the one that is within Thunderbird 3 was finished first," the man told them as Izuku and Kaina nodded, Melissa raising a brow at her father.
"Why not put one in Thunderbird 1?" She asked him.
"The cargo bay of Thunderbird 1 is not big enough for a 'pod factory', as we call it," David told her as Melissa nodded at him. "Now, the cargo bay is large enough to carry more than a dozen people, even with the Pod in it. But, it is ill-suited to doing so as it has only large bay doors instead of airlocks," he informed them as they nodded in understanding.
"And for the last part is the cockpit and it is located in the upper middle of the Thunderbird 3's body, and it has 4 seats, making it the most enormous cockpit among all the Thunderbirds," The scientist said as the three piolets bristled at the insult at their respective Thunderbird, "Windows form a ring all around the fuselage, and the cockpit can rotate so that Ochaco can see all around the outside and this cockpit is home to both an airlock exit and a Space Surfboard," David told them as Natsuo looked at him.
"So that was why we had to pick lots?" He asked as the man nodded at him, "Dame," Natsuo said as he looked at the rocket.
"So, Dad, why did you show us Thunderbird 3?" Melissa asked as she looked at her father.
"There are two reasons," David said as he looked at his daughter. First, Hisashi and I wanted to test Thunderbird 3 to see how it works. We have tested it out in space, so we know it works, but we want to know if Thunderbird 3 can reach Mars," he told them as they nodded.
"The second reason is more like a bet between me and the boss of I-island," Hisashi said as he walked into the hangar. "We want to know what the atmosphere is and if it can support life, so we will send you the equipment," he told them as they nodded at him.
"So is going?" Shoto asked the man.
"Well as Thunderbird 3 can hold three other people, that means Ochaco and who ever elce wants to go," Hisashi said as they looked at each other.
"Everyone, there seems to be a forest fire in America, and we have been alowed to act," Rei's voice sounded.
"Alright, Thunderbird 2 is needed for this rescue. That means Kaina and I are not going, and whoever drives Fire Engine can't go either," Izuku said as he rushed off with Kaina to get changed, leaving Fuyumi behind.
Kaina sat in her chair, which went down as Izuku slid backwards on his track. Fuyumi was in the small elevator in the living room.
Izuku slid backwards down the shaft as his suit was put on to him, with the black flight suit being first zipped onto him.
Fuyumi stood on an elevator heading down as boots were put together on her feet.
Kaina, who was on an underground track, held out her arms as the jacket was put onto her before it was zipped up.
Izuku had gloves and boots put on him.
Fuyumi put her arms down as the belt and bandolier were put on her, hers being crimson.
Kaina just sat there; the helmet formed on her head, and the interface appeared on the screen.
Izuku's track then turned him belly up; as he reached the end, a pair of bars appeared that he took hold of, dropped into Thunderbird 2, and started to get everything ready.
A high-powered tractor pulled out the massive green model as Izuku lowered Thunderbird 2. The others appeared in the cockpit, with Kaina going over to her seat.
A section of the mountain opened up as Thunderbird 2 started to make its way out, and a ramp elevated the large plane. Behind the engines, a blast shield popped up.
Hisashi looked at the screens, seeing both ready for launch and nodded at David, who put on a headset. "Blast off is in, 5," he said as a louder version sounded from the pool.
"4," Thunderbird 2 passengers heard in the cockpit as Izuku and Kaina started to get ready.
"3," The engines started to come to like as the navigation lit up.
2," David said once more before he looked at the planet's hologram. "1," he said finally, as thunder and a rumble sounded as Thunderbird 2 took off from the island.
"1," Izuku and Kaina took off with a roar of the engines and into the air.
"Thunderbird 2 is Go," Izuku called out as both flew off.
Thunderbird 3 Cockpit
Ochaco was on the steering, with Shoto acting as her co-piolet, Natsuo being his brother, and Tsuyu sitting behind Ochaco. Everyone was in their uniform, "How are the skies free?" Ocahaco asked as she got ready to launch.
"Your skies are clear, Thunderbird 3," David told her as the blast door closed. "Counting down from 5," he said as Shoto put in the right conditions.
"4," Natsuo looked over the instructions they were given for the equipment.
"3," Tsuyu let out a ribbited with a smile.
"2," David said as Ochaco got ready to push the ignition button, "1," He said as Ochaco started up Thunderbird 3. She piloted her rocket out of the blast hole.
Austria, Vienna, Donaustadt, Vienna International Centre, Main Chamber
Inko stood before representatives from each country as she told them about International Rescue. "If we agree to allow your operatives to work in our countries, what should we pay them or you?" the president of Brazil asked Inko.
"Nothing as we are funded by I-island, who is then funded by all of you, and they pay us yearly," Inko told them as they nodded.
"You said that two countries have already agreed to allow you to work in their countries. "What are they?" the prime minister of Ireland asked.
"The USA and China," she told them as they looked at her. "China was the first, as they did it as an agreement from our agents aiding those in Andoria City, and the USA joined a few days later after we saved an oil rig that was full of workers," Inko told them as everyone nodded at her.
"What would happen is a country here does not want you working there?" the prime minister of the United Kingdom asked her.
"Then we will leave that country to handle the rescues and situations that arise," Inko said hesitantly. The woman looked at her in shock before she smiled.
"Then the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, hereby state that we accept International Rescue to work within our borders," The prime minister of the United Kingdom said.
And soon, the rest of the leaders agreed with her and allowed International Rescue to work in their country.
But one country leader remained sitting down. "Japan will not allow International Rescue to work within Japan so long as they have Quirkless members," the prime minister of Japan told them all as people looked at the leader.
"That is a racist look on it. Are you sure you want to say that as it could brand you county as not only a racist country," The president of the USA said to the man who looked over, "But if you do not retract that statment, you can be removed from the UN," He told the prime minister of Japan.
"Japan's stance shall not change; the Qurikless are relics that show up from a time that has long passed, and they are not needed," the prime minister of Japan said.
The other world leaders looked at each other and nodded.
"Then let us put this vote, all in favour of Japan, to be removed from the UN, all for yes, raise your right hand," The president of China called out as the only one that did not raise their hand was Japan, "All opposed," She called out as the prime minister of Japan was the only one and had a thunderous look on his face.
Security started to walk up to the man as they began to lead him out of the building.
Inko looked saddened that her home country would do this, but she shook her head and started handing out the contracts she had brought with her.
And even security took one to give to the prime minister of Japan.
Three Hours Later, Medoriya Island, Medoriya Villa
Izuku, Melissa, Kaina, and Fuyumi were in the living room, looking at a hologram of the others. "So, how are things up there?" Hiashi asked as he looked at his screen.
"It's going well; we're on course to reach Mars within the next few hours," Ochaco said with a massive smile. "I still can't believe we're in space," she said as the others laughed.
David walked into the living room and looked at the screen, "Well, beleave it, Ochaco, and from what we are reading from their is storm currently on Mars, so if you can, we would like for you to see what the storm is like," He told him as he took a bite out of a doughnut.
"Dad, you have something on your nose," Melissa said as David wiped his nose and removed some cream from the doughnut.
Inko then walked into the room, "Hello everyone, and I have some good news, but also some bad news," She said as they all looked at her.
"Good news first," Hisashi said from the desk.
"All but want contry wants us to work in within their borders," Inko said with a sad smile.
"It was japan wan't it?" Izuku asked with a knowing look.
"Yes, they said in front of me that so long as we have Quirkless members, we are not allowed to work within the borders of Japan," Inko said as people scowled.
"Well screw them then, if they can't handle that their ego's have been hurt then why should that stop us from helping as many people as we can," Natsuo said as people smiled at him.
"I can't beleave I'm saying this, but Natsuo is right-Hey," Shoto said. Natsuo called out to his brother, and they smiled at each other.
Everyone laughed at the two brothers as they were happy.
Two Days Later, Japan, Shizuoka Prefecture, Musutafu, U.A. Highschool, Staff Room
Nezu looked at his staff, who had just seen the prime minister on TV telling them that they had denied International Rescue from working within Japan and that they had been removed from the UN.
"So were screwed," A man that looked like a hobo said as Nezu nodded at him.
"Indeed, and with how we are now known as a country of racism, we will lose a lot of support, and our currency will start to decrease and even our lives would get worse," Nezu said as a woman who looked like a dominatrix let out a sigh.
She was a tall, curvaceous woman with sky-blue eyes that tilted downward in the centre and were framed by long eyelashes. Her long, thick, spiky, dark purple hair comprised layers of varying lengths, the longest reaching below her waist. Her chin-length bangs were split into three sections: two swept to the sides and one over her face, diagonally down to the left between her eyes. She also had a small beauty mark below her left eye and red-painted nails.
Her hero costume was remarkably similar to one of a traditional dominatrix. She wore a breastless, black leather leotard—similar in style to a corset—over a thin, skin-tight, flesh-coloured bodysuit, which accentuated her voluptuous figure. The centre strip of her leotard was embellished with red gemstone-like accessories in a vertical pattern, extending from her collar to her midriff. She also wore translucent, black, thigh-high garter stockings attached to a burgundy utility belt decorated with gold studs around her hips, a matching pentagonal buckle in its centre, and black knee boots. She had a small red mask outlining her eyes and a handcuff on each wrist. She was often seen carrying a flogger-style whip.
"That's not all," She said as Nezu looked at her.
"What is it Midnight?" He asked her.
"My agency contacted me and told me that my products are no longer going to be shipped abroad unless I ask for them," Midnight said as she looked back at the TV and the man. And thanks to him, we are going to become worse off," she said as the others in the room nodded.
Nezu looked off to the side, and he looked something up before a smile started to form on his face, "It seems that with what he has said, our prime minister's approval rating has dropped significantly, and with the law in place stating that a ruling can not be overruled for three years, Japan is worse off for three years, and then when the new prime minister comes into power realising what has happened, they will allow International Rescue to work within Japan," Nezu told his staff who nodded.
"That's good, but three years is a long time," The school nurse said as Nezu nodded at her.
"This is true and with how we are on the back foot, we will need a miricle for them to see how wrong they are," Nezu said with a grim look.
Tokyo Prefecture, Tokyo, Mighty Towers, All Might's Penthouse
The Number 1 Hero of Japan was listening to the news, and he was shocked before he saw something that shocked him.
It was the ghost of his old master.
They were a beautiful woman with a stern demeanour. She was tall, had a curvaceous figure, and was well-built. She was fair-skinned and had a small mole below her bottom lip, centred to the right, and sharp, intelligent eyes with long eyelashes. Her hair was dark and straight, kept shoulder-length, except for a clump of short bangs hanging above her forehead, and was usually styled in a half-up-half-down bun. Her hero costume consisted of a dark, sleeveless bodysuit with a high collar, yellow gauntlets, and white knee-high boots. Around her waist was a belt with an angular golden buckle. A small cape attached around the back hung down to her knees, and over her shoulders was a longer cape buttoned to the shoulders of her bodysuit.
"Master?" All Might asked the woman.
"Toshi, we have desided," The woman said as she looked at her student,
"Desuded? What do you mean?" He asked her.
"The next user of One-For-All will be the one who piolets the green Thunderbird and if you try to pass it on to anyone elce, we will destroy One-For-All," She said before she faded away.
All Might looked to where his master was standing before he looked at the TV, "Shit," He said as he knew what he had to do.
And he was not ready.
