Here it is, the sixty-third full chapter of Miraculous Quirks released at the set time I promised each week. Alas the real world is still in effect for me and this was a long, complicated, and tough chapter to write so it took a fair bit of time but it should be worth it as it is now current longest chapter in this story at the time of upload. I couldn't really break it up and wanted to have the whole second half of the test in one place anyway so that is why it is so long. As you can guess this is the conclusion to the Provisional Hero Licensing exam in all it's glory. That is all the administrative stuff I have for now though and as there are no review questions to answer or guest reviews to respond to I will end this note here. Do keep the reviews coming as I enjoy hearing from y'all. Now, though, it is time to sit back, relax, and enjoy the 63rd full chapter of Miraculous Quirks.

Chapter 63: Rescuing and Fighting

"Saving lives is the greatest ambition a hero can have." Ida said as he ran with Midoriya and Agreste on either side of him while Todoroki was on Agreste's other side so the group was just like it had been in Hosu. "This is what we are training to be able to do for real one day."

"We have to do this properly." Izuku said reminding them. "This may be a test, but we need to treat it like the real thing."

"And don't forget, while that Mera dude mentioned points he didn't say anything about how we're actually being scored on this." Adrien added. "So best to just focus on our training and what we have to do. That is what is important, we can deal with our scores at the end."

"Right, it's best to rely on that." Todoroki said.

"In that case let's head to the nearest urban area and help out there." Ida said as he began to lead the U.A. students towards where the damage was the worst. "That's where the most civilians should be."

"No wait, stop." Adrien said realizing that this was not going to work, and he'd have to start earlier than planned but it was for the best as it would help the class in the long run. "We can't blindly run into this."

Adrien backed it up by pulling up causing Marinette to do so as well naturally trusting her boyfriend and longtime hero partner. Between the respect Adrien commanded with Midoriya, Todoroki, and Ida that went beyond what any of the class truly knew because of his actions in Hosu and Marinette's own star that burned bright amongst the girls especially they managed to get the whole class to stop and turn to him. Well almost all the class as Bakugo veered off to go on his own only to have Kirishima and Kaminari follow him once again.

"Wait you're going on your own again?" Mina asked confused.

"Agreste is about to break you lot up, he can see the point of this exercise, I'm just starting early because I don't listen to anyone's orders but my own." Bakugo spat back as he ran off. "Though why these extras are with me again I don't know."

"We just wanna." They said in unison as they ran off grinning as they spoke.

"Bakugo's right." Adrien said as he leapt up with a flip and twist to stand on some rubble and look down to his class, and so that all of them could see him, as he had done his homework on rescue exercises and had to take charge now to make sure that they did their best. "We can't be a big group because that will cause too many issues and delays that the bystanders and injured civilians here can't wait on so listen up."

"Wait since when did Agreste take charge?" Sero asked confused. "Usually it's Dupain-Cheng when it comes to those two. Even in the forest it was only after she'd ordered it."

"Because my Quirk is a lot better for rescue than it appears, so I made sure to beef up on what was best for this kinds of situations when I was preparing for the exam." Adrien said seriously. "And just because Marinette is the natural leader between us doesn't mean I'm not her equal so shut up, we are wasting valuable time that people have to be saved, we can't waste it squabbling. We need to do this properly and pass and that means that we can't do this as a class."

"What?" Ida asked confused. "Why not?"

"The first test, that was class based because it was all about teamwork, so it was best to work with people we knew." Adrien said. "This is rescue work for heroes, especially here in urban work were we may be with who knows what other heroes when we are in the field. We are being tested on how we best use our Quirks, how we work with others, and how we help until the recue professionals arrive. That is why we must split up. A group of 19 is not going to help as many as we can if we are all clustered together so we're breaking up into smaller groups based on our abilities, skills, and Quirks. Starting with who I'm designating team leaders. Those are Tsu, Shoji, Jiro and Koda."

"Me?" Jiro asked as Koda's eyes went wide at suddenly being named a group leader by his classmate. "Why?"

"Simple, right now the most valuable Quirks on the battlefield are search based ones followed by ones that are especially suited to some of the environments that are present here." Adrien said. "That's why I've been thinking on this since I realized the second test was a rescue operation."

"I get." Tsu said quickly picking up on the plan. "And there's a water feature which is where I'll be best by far as water doesn't bother me so much unless it's really cold."

"Correct and you are to take Todoroki and Hagakure with you to help you out." Adrien said. "As for the importance of you two who I am sending with Tsu, water is cold for most humans who don't have Quirks that allow them to withstand it and hypothermia will be a real thing so Todoroki's flames will be needed, as well as his ice depending on the currents, while Hagakure's stealth skills are best suited there as she's more on intel gathering than searching but she can also gather raw materials that will burn so that Todoroki can help more people."

"I see, that is where I am best suited." Todoroki said with a nod understanding what Adrien was asking of him.

"On it." Hagakure said trusting that someone who Marinette trusted implicitly knew his shit when it came to this kinda stuff.

"Good, go and help now but remember to work with other schools and students if needed." Adrien said. "We might not have the best or right Quirks at a given time or they might not so work with whoever needs help. Yaoyorozu, can you make some communication devices so that we can all stay in contact between the groups? At least one person in each group needs one."

"On it." Momo said making the items and giving one to Tsu that was waterproof and another to Hagakure to be the point person in the group.

"Right off you go." Adrien said and they nodded before they left as fast as possible to go and help out. "Next up, Koda, you take Ashido, Tokoyami, and Ojiro to the mountain area where there may be animals that you can command. Use those to scout the area for any in need of assistance. The other three have Quirks suited for destroying or removing large debris and there is more light there than in an urban collapse so less risk of Dark Shadow losing control."

"Good thinking." Tokoyami said impressed by Agreste's assessment and group choice before looking to Kota. "Kota, we believe in you."

"Right." Kota said steeling his nerves and drawing on his desire to be a hero to overcome his usual shyness to lead the group as Mina took the communication device due to Kota's mask. "Let's go."

With that they too ran off and Adrien turned to address the next group. He was on a role, and he wasn't stopping now as he continued his command of his classmates. For the first time, those who weren't in Hosu, or Marinette, were truly seeing that he matched his girlfriend when it came to this kind of stuff and was a true balance to her. It was no wonder that their partnership was so strong.

"Shoji, take Mineta, Aoyama, and Ida and head into the urban area where there is a place for Shoji to set up camp with his Dupli-arms and coordinate you as needed." Adrien continued. "Same things apply about working with other schools and using your Quirks wisely."

"Agreed, this is a wise course of action." Ida said as Shoji took the receiver and they too headed off.

"I've never seen Agreste this assertive and in command before." Momo said quietly to Marinette as almost immediately Aoyama was aiding a student in a full black costume except for his hands and oddly mouthless face with eyes all over his body so that the student could see under some debris he was near. "He's really good at this."

"I know, Adrien can be very commanding when the issue is needed, and he's been really preparing for rescue given his Quirk and how it can be used while I was more focused on perfecting my ultimate move which is combat based." Marinette said with a smile. "And it's such a turn on when he's like this."

"Didn't need to know that." Momo said with a sigh.

"Jiro, take Marinette and Midoriya." Adrien said to the last of the leaders he'd designated surprising everyone with that team, especially Jiro as he'd just handed her two of the top four in the class without a second's thought and placed them under her command. "You're Quirk is the best we have for finding trapped people, better than the rest and this area is perfect. Marinette and Midoriya have the strength or agility to get them out or find those who can help."

"Really, me take those two?" Jiro asked still processing what was being asked of her especially seeing how much she admired Marinette as the girls' leader.

"Yes, speed is of the essence so I am sending two of our best with the best locator we have and don't limit yourself to this area, move on to others like the industrial area where your Quirk can really help pinpoint people in need." Adrien said. "The other two will then take anyone they find to the first aid station that is no doubt being set up by some second years who understand this stuff better than us. You stay around though and give commands to Yaoyorozu on where to find any who are needed as well as helping any student who needs it."

"You can do this Kyoka." Marinette said with a smile at her friend and that support was enough to harden the punk girl's resolve that she could do what was asked of her. "Find us people to rescue. We'll follow your lead here."

"Marinette." Adrien said before they left, and she looked up to her boyfriend while Momo handed Jiro the last device she'd made. "Don't use Lucky Charm unless you absolutely have to. Rely on your strength and yo-yo, and the abilities of the other students, first. I don't like this test; this can't be it and we need to save our strongest Quirk for when it is truly needed. That ultimate move of yours may come in handy today so don't waste your stamina."

"I won't kitty, thanks for the heads up." Marinette said and Adrien nodded before they went off and almost instantly found a crying boy who Midoriya helped after some small lecturing leaving the girls alone to keep moving as they headed towards the industrial area where Marinette's skills would be best suited.

"Alright you lot are with me." Adrien said as he heard a cry from behind him that sounded like someone trapped and in pain. "And we're needed so let's move out."

"Why us?" Momo asked. "Just curious that's all."

"Because I know what I have to do when the time comes." Adrien said as he slowed so that she could run with him as Sero, Uraraka, and Sato followed them a few paces behind. "And when it comes you'll need to take over command from me as I won't be able to speak. Plus, you're Quirk will be needed for blankets, cushions, and whatever else you can think of as the situation unfolds. The other three similarly have Quirks that can follow mine to aid the citizens in need when I start destroying this debris. You'll see, trust me Momo."

"I will and I do, you know that." Momo said surprised Adrien had used her first name but given the secret she knew about him a first name basis was probably acceptable at this point and she did briefly switch to French and lowered her voice so that only Adrien could hear. "You trust me with something I'm not worthy of, the least I can do is have trust and faith in you the way Marinette does."

"Good because it's time." Adrien said back in French before switching to Japanese to address everyone as they came to the area where he'd heard that there was an injured bystander. "Get ready to act."

That was because they'd come to a place where two slabs of broken concrete had formed a pyramid thing and were holding other pieces of debris up so they couldn't be moved or floated away without destabilizing the entire structure. In the center of it and deep withing was an older man who was clearly trapped. He'd been the one Adrien had heard call out for help and was going to do so. It was time for his ultimate move but not right away.

"Sir, we are coming but we need to make sure that we have the right plan because it looks like we can't move the rubble without collapsing it on top of us and yourself." Adrien called out to him. "Can you hold on? If not I can aid right away but I want to make sure that nothing bad can happen to you first or anyone else who might be trapped nearby."

"I'm trapped and my leg is broken but the rubble is holding for now." The man called back impressed that the blond kid in black understood the situation and was evaluating it to see where his and his team's Quirks could be of use first but was ready for a desperate rescue if need be, no points lost for him yet. "Please hurry though, I'm not sure how long it will last."

"We will." Adrien said turning to the others to explain his plan. "Ok here's what I'm going to do. I'm going in and I'm going to activate my ultimate move. It's part of why I had this mask made. It greatly increases my Quirk's effectiveness and with concentration I can increase its potency, but I can't speak as I have to focus and the special protein in these capsules will be injected into my mouth at regular intervals to keep it going past its normal limits as it will recharge my stamina and roughly reset my time limit despite Cataclysm being active."

"So that's what those are for." Ochaco said. "Makes sense now."

"However, once it's active no debris will be left in the immediate area, and anything further will at worst be easy to break into small pieces as its molecular structure will be compromised." Adrien continued ignoring Uraraka's point. "Here's what I need from you four. Momo, make a splint for a broken leg, Sero aid with the tape for it as we don't want to move it once it's set in the splint. Uraraka, Sato, you two follow me in but stay back and don't touch me or else your costumes will be destroyed. Once he's able to be moved, Uraraka is to float him while Sato deals with any debris that may be falling."

"Will it?" Sato asked.

"It will be affected by Cataclysm though might not be dust so a punch will destroy it." Adrien said simply. "Once he's clear I'm going to move onto the next building and destroy it and keep that up for as long as I can. I can hear and smell well enough to know if people are around, and this is where I need you lot. Sero, you and Momo are to be with me at all times to catch and ensure any treatment is given. I'm going to be penalized for recklessness I'm sure of it, but it will be for the benefit of the people and once they see the teamwork the point loss should end. Uraraka and Sato are to alternate taking any to first aid station and helping as well. If all goes well, I'll be able to clear a shit ton of rubble myself."

"This is a lot, but we got it." Sero said understanding and trusting Agreste with this as the others nodded and Sato bulked up with some sugar to increase his strength. "We'll rescue them all."

"That we will." Adrien said as he took his baton off and handed it to Sero before handing a pouch to Momo. "Hold these for me, they will be destroyed when I start otherwise."

"Um ok." Sero said surprised but taping it to his leg as Momo took the pouch knowing that it was Adrien's backup food to replenish if needed, which there was a chance that it would be if she understood his plan correctly.

"Ok let's get started." Adrien said as he turned and leapt into the area where the man was, crawling towards him slowly, his senses alert and his moves precise and light so as to not cause anything to fall on them.

The H.U.C. employee had to admit, this kid was impressive. He knew what was going on, had ascertained the situation quickly and efficiently, and was being careful in his approach. That lightness to him though, that was more than just training, and he wondered what Quirk the boy had and what plan he was going to do.

"Sir, I am sorry to not act right away but I need to know a few final things that you might be able to tell me as you are still conscious, is it just your leg that is hurt?" Adrien asked as her reached him. "Can you move your extremities?"

"Yes just my leg." The man said again impressed at the kid. "I can move my toes though it does hurt my broken leg."

"Good then that means it's not a back injury so moving will be easier." Adrien said. "It will hurt a bit, I'm sorry and I know I won't be scored highly for this but my friends behind me have Quirks that will allow them to move you once I get rid of the rubble. All I ask is that you do not touch me unless it is with bare flesh."

"Huh?" The man asked as Adrien looked up at the rubble on the man. "Why?"

"My Quirk, it's called Cataclysm." Adrien said to him. "It's very good for this kind of work because it allows me to create a black energy of pure destruction. Any inorganic material like this rubble will be turned to dust, or at least structurally compromised, while organic material is unaffected. Also, with the the speed and my reflexes thanks to my mother's Cattish Quirk, all this will be dust before it can be a threat. However, I'm going to be using it all over my body as my costume is designed to withstand it so if it touches your clothes, well that could be embarrassing."

"I see." The man said not sure how to evaluate what he'd just heard and leaving it to the practical side to determine as the boy had confident and a calm demeanor that made him feel safe. "Then proceed."

Adrien just nodded as he stood and took a position to maximize what he was about to do. He planted his feet wide, his knees on the rubble around the man and his arms extended to either side. He placed his left hand on one side and his right hit a button on the side of his mask that looked like part of the design at a glance to start the special timer for his ultimate move before he placed his right hand on the other side and lowered his head.

At the training camp Adrien had focused on increasing the speed at which his Quirk worked by forcing Cataclysm out and how long it could remain active by constantly eating to get his body used to having it active for longer. Since then, he'd kept that up but also worked on increasing its potency so that he could control how damaged what he destroyed was while also working on his ultimate move and now it was time to put those together and show it off. Focusing on his core, where he felt his power come from, Adrien drew on it and activated his ultimate move, Full Body Destruction.

Instantly Adrien's entire body from the neck down flared with black energy as Cataclysm engulfed all his surface area that had his costume as it would survive. The move, after some practice, could be activated all over at the exact same moment so that all rubble that Adrien was in contact with instantly cracked and then began to turn to dust as he was putting all his potency into it even if it might reduce his time limit.

The H.U.C employee could only watch open mouthed at the sheer power he was seeing around him as the rubble at the points of contact was all but vaporized as cracks came out from the points before that too turned to dust. The speed destroyed the wedge shape in seconds and the boy had moved forward to stand over him and keep pushing his power into the rubble to get rid of, well all of it.

At the same time, he was protecting the HUC employee from any debris not that it was needed as the girl in pink and black lunged forward and touched his hand and he was suddenly weightless before he could fall down from the rubble beneath him being destroyed. She then pulled him out as the boy in yellow moved to do his best to destroy any debris, but it was already dust as soon as the strange black energy passed over it.

Adrien wasn't idle though. As soon as it was clear he knew the buildings on either side would begin to fall so as the first dose of protein that would recharge him before his time ran out was blasted into his mouth, it wasn't the best visual system but thankfully the mask hit it, he leapt to the right to land on the building there and began moving while continuing to glow with the black energy of Cataclysm.

"Here, his leg is broken." Ochaco called up to Momo who was briefly staring wide eyed as Adrien scampered up the side of the building before leaping to the next one as agile as a cat, his body glowing with destructive power. "Get that brace on and then I can take him to the first aid station."

"Right." Momo said as she took the man who was also gaping at the boy who was now a black blur of destruction, the one in yellow below him ready to act as he kept track of his classmate. "Sero, let's get to work."

"On it." Sero said.

What happened next was a bit of blur for Adrien as he leapt from building to building covering them all in Cataclysm. In the process he making sure to touch as much as possible so that all different aspects were affected as only what was considered part of what he touched would be destroyed as he hadn't learned to extend Cataclysm from one item to the next without touching the second one.

The strength of his power was that once it touched something that thing was done for, and he was making it extra concentrated so that even the slightest shift just turned it to dust rather than simply weaken it. The exception was larger walls as they just cracked but Adrien would follow those cracks giving more points of contact for Cataclysm thus adding to how effective it was.

Thanks to Cataclysm now being his Quirk, Adrien was able to make it stronger like this and all that training was paying off as he cut a path of destruction through the ruined urban area. Around him his classmates helped and corralled other students to assist as they picked up the slack in either ensuring the destruction or dealing with the trapped civilians that were freed once Cataclysm destroyed what had been trapping them. Momo did make sure to tell the other students what was happening so that they were fully informed and soon many were lending their aid as they tracked the black blur from U.A.

Was it a little reckless, sure and Adrien lost some points for it, but it wasn't enough to hit failure because he was smart, he went to where he was needed and made sure that things were safe. All the while Momo lead the charge behind and beneath him as she barked orders and information to those around her on how to handle the situation Adrien was leaving in his wake.

Two who quickly helped were Yoarashi and Mora who saw the benefit to this with Yoarashi working with Adrien's Quirk to safely send away all the debris that he was destroying and helping citizens down to the ground. Meanwhile, Mora using his Extend-o-Hair Quirk to assist wherever needed.

The overall result was a huge swath of the urban area cleared as Mera commented on it in shock while all the H.U.C employees, and the HPSC one assigned to Adrien, just gaped breaking character at times because of what they were seeing. This was unprecedent but Adrien knew he was nearing the end as he scaled one of the larger buildings, running along it and through it, even leaping up from debris to debris to destroy it before reaching the top just above him and backflipping before falling towards the ground.

As he fell, he deactivated Cataclysm just as the last of his protein shot into his mouth to recharge him and he twisted to fall feet first. As he was doing so a gust of air shot up and grabbed him before gently lowering him to the ground where had landed in a crouch before Momo, Sero, Yoarashi, and Mora while the rest went about getting the H.U.C employees to the first aid section or moving to other sections now that most of the urban area was clear.

"You ok Adrien." Momo said running up to him, Sero right behind her.

"That was longer than I expected." Adrien said as he slowly got to his feet drained to the point of collapse as Sero propped him up and he took his mask off. "But I got a good portion of the debris here I feel."

"Good?" Mora asked amazed as he and Yoarashi came up to Adrien stunned by how skilled the other French transfer student really was. "You destroyed about 75% of this area. You cleaned more up than anyone should have been able to with a single Quirk."

"Yeah since when have you had that power?" Sero asked as Momo handed him his pouch of cheese and accepted his mask from him though why she was no carrying it she didn't know. "Usually, it's your girlfriend who improves beyond our expectations. The last time you did was when you faced Bakugo in the Sports Festival and used both hands not just one, but you've been quiet since then."

"Oh, I'm sure she'll show me up today." Adrien said with a smile as he took the pouch from Yaoyorozu and emptied the cheese in it right into his mouth and ate it as fast as possible. "But we are U.A., we go Plus Ultra when the situation asks for it."

"That you do." Yoarashi said grinning widely at Adrien. "So passionate, I see what you were saying earlier."

"You don't but this will help." Adrien said as he felt the energy being replenished enough to fight and maybe use Cataclysm one more time if he pushed it. "So how many did we manage to rescue?"

"This whole area is basically clear." Jiro said running up to them though she was alone. "You got a lot of them, and the remaining are being dealt with. Marinette opted to stay in the industrial area as it was better suited to her skills and sent me back here as there's someone there with a good enough search Quirk. Midoriya is still at the first aid station though."

"Good but we needed to be…" Adrien began when there was a massive explosion from the side of the arena and near where Ketsubutsu had set up the first aid station and sighed as his expectations for this getting worse were proven right. "Ready for that."

"What the hell is happening down there." Ms. Joke said her eyes wide as she stared at the steadily expanding corrosion and destruction of a good portion of the urban disaster zone that seemed to be following a general direction with brief paths off in others. "What's causing all those buildings to be, um, vaporized I guess."

"Huh he's really improved that Quirk and it's not vaporized, more turned to dust due to a destruction of them at a molecular level." Aizawa said idly. "I knew he had it in him after I first tested it, his potential was a lot higher than it looked on paper. Good to see that he too understood that and got the right support item to aid him it seems. He's using it well. He'll lose some points for being reckless but not enough to fail as the others are helping. Overall, it will be good."

"Wait that's one of yours?" Ms. Joke asked turning to look at her fellow pro. "Which student has that much power? None of them have shown it off yet."

"The one who didn't really show it off in the Sports Festival beyond a few touches and one moment that hinted at his potential, one of my French transfers." Aizawa said knowing that everything was going well though he was impressed by the sheer amount being destroyed by his student and hoped that the others were working with it to rescue all the H.U.C employees. "Adrien Agreste, Quirk Cataclysm. He can create an energy that destroys any inorganic material it touches at a molecular level. He's no doubt constantly moving while others are dealing with the last bits of destruction and rescue as surface area is a factor, as is the item's density, but I am sure he's found ways around it."

"That's an incredibly powerful Quirk." Ms. Joke said her eyes still wide. "And it doesn't work on flesh?"

"Thankfully no." Aizawa said. "Which is good because it makes it really useful for rescue ops. He did really well in the one training exercise we had for this, his stealth and search skills are top 5, and he's second in my class academically so there was no doubt in my mind that he'd manage it. All this is not factoring in the fact that he's also a top 6 combat student in my class. Of all my class, he could be the most well rounded of the lot."

"True but…" Ms. Joke began as she tried to process just how good this student was to get such praise from Eraser when there was suddenly an explosion from the wall of the arena not too far from the area that was being used as the first aid station that her own students had set up. "What was that?"

"Looks like they've really pulled all the stops out for this." Aizawa said controlling his emotions but surprised nonetheless as out of the smoke a large figure in a suit emerged. "This isn't good."

The number 10 ranked hero, Gang Orca, stood there as the smoke cleared, his sidekicks in full body suits with special capture guns mounted on their arms swarming out behind him. He'd been tapped for this due to his ranking, experience, skill, villainous appearance, and the usefulness of his Orcinus Quirk. Of course, to prevent him from simply demolishing the aspiring heroes he was wearing heavy steel restraining devices on his arms that ran from his wrists to his biceps which meant that he didn't have his usual jacket on but otherwise he looked like he normally did.

"Tell me young heroes." Gang Orca called out to the arena though only those in the immediate vicinity like Izuku Midoriya, who had just finished explaining the condition of the boy he'd carried there to another examinee who clearly had more experience in this kind of stuff, could hear. "Can you rescue people and fight me at the same time?"

"That's Gang Orca." Izuku said to the others at the first aid station, the whole second test now on a knife's edge with the arrival of the pro who was clearly playing the villain for the test. "This isn't good."

"The terrorists have reappeared and are beginning to sweep the area." Mera's voice said through the speaker as Gang Orca's sidekicks began to run down the rubble his arrival had created thus explaining the change in the scenario they were dealing with. "Hero candidates at the scene should continue their rescue efforts while also suppressing the newly arrived villains."

This got a lot of reactions from the examinees who saw how tough the whole test had become and in Mineta's case even complained about it to Ida who was with him. Even the teachers watching realized that this was going a little too far but there was nothing that they could do to stop it.

"Now, how will you react?" Gang Orca said as he strode into the area with a flair of his killer whale themed cape for dramatic effect. "Will you fight or protect? Help or run away? What would a hero do?"

"We need to send the best offensive Quirks to the frontlines to hold him off so that the first aid station can be evacuated, which they are no doubt doing right now." Adrien said as he looked at the others with him while still being supported by Sero. "Yoarashi, that's you given how strong your winds are."

"Agreed." Mora said with a nod at the U.A. student's assessment. "Yoarashi, go and occupy the villain. You don't need to win, just hold him off with your Quirk long enough for the first aid station to be evacuated and to get all the bystanders to safety. I trust the students there have one or two who can manage that as well but get there as fast as possible regardless."

"On it." Yoarashi said as he took off before Adrien could add anything else.

"I'm almost back to full strength without my Quirk and I don't need it to fight someone like Gang Orca, so I'll go back him up." Adrien said as he stood up to show that he could still move. "I can't help here anymore and, well, there's no doubt that Todoroki will run to the fight, so someone has to make sure that they work together. Mora, was it? Can you coordinate the last rescue in this area and then bring any fighters you can to aid against the sidekicks who are no doubt playing the role of henchmen? That hair Quirk of yours could be useful for that."

"You know your stuff Agreste." Mora said with respect in his voice. "I will aid where I can."

"One thing." Adrien said before he ran off. "If you see Ladybug, tell her to go to the frontlines right away. She'll do it normally I think, I know my lady well enough, but just in case. We need her there."

"Marinette is best in the thick of it." Momo said as Jiro nodded in agreement at that.

"If I see her I'll tell her." Mora said not knowing that Ladybug was already aware of the situation and would be on her way in a few moments once she was done with her current task.

"Momo, Sero, Jiro." Adrien said as Mora set off. "Stay here, help find anymore in need of rescue, and coordinated the evacuation through the communicators that Momo made. Sero, use your Quirk to find out where they are taking them as you can get high and then relay the information. Momo, make sure that you coordinate the class well, I know that you can determine where to send them be it here or the frontlines."

"I can but can you fight Adrien." Momo asked surprising even herself by using his first name.

"Cat Noir never quits." Adrien with a grin as he looked out and stretched. "After all, I was the one who took out Stain for the most part, this is nothing to me."

With that Adrien headed off hoping that the others were dealing with what they had to and accidentally leaving his mask with Momo though it wasn't needed for what he was about to do so it was probably for the best. This was now a complete clusterfuck, but he was sure that they could do it, he had faith in his class and the other future heroes present.

"Get everyone to safety." Yo Shindo said as he ran past Midoriya at the first aid station to take the rear-guard position, his Quirk was best for this, and he already had a plan and a backup one just in case his main one failed. "I got the rear, it's where my Quirk is going to be most effective."

"Shindo wait." Izuku said.

"Do it." Shindo shouted back, he was taking charge of this situation right now and he wasn't going to deal with any backchat from a first year who wasn't fully ready for this situation. "Get them as far away from the villains as possible. I'll start hammering away at the henchmen at one second intervals."

"Right." Izuku said understanding that the older Ketsubutsu student did have more experience and listening to it as he turned to coordinate the evacuation while Shindo unleashed his fist vibration at the approaching henchmen.

"You weren't expecting that now were you?" Shindo asked rhetorically as he grinned at the broken earth and displaced henchmen right until Gang Orca himself was in his field of view a split second later and right before he could get off another vibration.

"Nice try." Gang Orca said in his face right before he unleashed one of his ultra-sonic blast attacks right into Shindo's face causing him to fall back and onto his back, paralyzing him for a few minutes at least.

"Shindo!" Izuku yelled as he saw the hit while Ms. Joke and Aizawa commented on the situation from their spot in the stadium's seating area.

"A single rear guard to hold us back." Gang Orca said dismissively as rose. "You've underestimated me. Not a smart move."

It wasn't looking good as Gang Orca began to move towards them. He was a strong pro, and he was going to show it to the students taking the exam. At least he was until he sensed the sudden drop in temperature and turned in time to send an ultra-sonic blast right at the wave of ice that Shoto Todoroki had just sent at him to incapacitate the pro playing a villain. His reflexes were clearly finely honed and his power more than enough to shatter the ice that was sent at him.

"Todoroki!" Izuku yelled seeing his friend and classmate coming to help and glad for it, he was one of the best present for fighting the villain and buying them time though it was a little reckless as Shindo's limp body was sent flying a bit, so he'd likely lose points for that.

"Midoriya, are you evacuating?" Ojiro asked and Izuku turned to see Ojiro along with Ashido and Tokoyami who'd been part of that group running towards him though Kota wasn't with them which meant that he'd likely stayed back wherever they had been. "We'll help."

"Todoroki's fast." Mina said as Ojiro took the H.U.C employee that Izuku was carrying off him clearly understanding that in terms of rear guard Izuku was best for it of them present, along with Tokoyami though Dark Shadow would be of use evacuating as well as the shadow creature could carry several people at once. "But that's what we've come to expect from him."

"Where have you guys been?" Izuku asked forgetting where they'd been sent by Agreste at the start.

"We found hurt people by the river thanks to Koda's animals." Ojiro said using his tail to gesture to where they'd been while Mina and Tokoyami rushed to aid in the evacuation. "Everyone else went to the city first so we were on the outskirts. Yaoyorozu has stayed behind in the city to help out and relay Agreste's latest orders while Asui and Kota have gone to join her. Agreste himself is on his way too but he's going to be a moment, it seems he went way overboard with his Quirk in a way no one has seen before. Regardless we couldn't standby and watch these villains do this."

"Wait what did Agreste do?" Izuku asked he hadn't been near the city for most of the test, so he hadn't seen what Adrien had done, all while Todoroki went to work freezing the henchmen with his ice.

"Not sure but a good portion of the city that was destroyed is just gone apparently." Ojiro said surprising Izuku. "And only his Quirk can do that. No time for that though, we need to focus."

"Right." Izuku said with a nod as Gang Orca blocked another attack from Todoroki, taunting him in the process and the sound of wind was suddenly in the air. "We need to evacuate them, and someone needs to find Ladybug. Todoroki is good and I think that Shiketsu guy is on his way, but we all know how potent her Quirk is. Add in her combat skills and we need her at the front fighting Gang Orca."

"Agreed, she is apparently on her way, but she was a fair bit away so will be a few minutes." Ojiro said as a blast of wind fell down onto the battlefield and blew away the henchmen but had the unintended side effect of freeing them from the ice as it was strong enough to break through it.

"The guy who turned down U.A. is here as I thought." Izuku said now running with an injured bystander in his arms next to Ojiro while Mina had another and Dark Shadow at least 4.

"Good timing, we just need Ladybug to join then." Ojiro said. "That way our strongest attackers can hold them back while we get the bystanders to safety."

"Yeah if anyone can lend a hand to those two it will be Marinette." Mina said. "And she claims to have an ultimate move, if that's so then I doubt even Gang Orca could stop her."

"Right but let's focus on this." Izuku said. "We can aid her and the others when this is done."

The others nodded while unbeknownst to them they were getting good reports from the HPSC employees evaluating them for prioritizing the evacuation and rescue station as that was the cornerstone of the rescue effort while noting that the two best students for holding back Gang Orca, that they new of, were on the front lines. This was good work and not going to cause any loss of points though no one yet new that it was about to change for the worse as the two students in question glared at each other now that both were on the frontlines together.

After a brief exchange, Todoroki sent out a blast of flames as his ice wasn't working so hopefully they would while Yoarashi sent out a blast of wind. The result was, well, the fire made the wind rise while the wind blew the flames to the side thus causing them to part and veer to either side of Gang Orca and as such not affecting him at all.

That led to another exchange between the boys as they began to just argue with each other and blaming the other for what had just happened rather than realize that it was an accident on both their parts. In the process they were showing that neither was getting along with the other and that they had no teamwork. This caused Izuku who was in earshot to stop and look at it, passing off the civilian he had in his arms so that he was unencumbered. This wasn't good and he might need to act in an instant, so he was ready for that.

Meanwhile, Gang Orca and his henchmen were just watching this with a mix of confusion and irritation. This was not going to end well for the two students and one of the henchmen decided to just end the argument on his own by firing a blast from his cement gun, the special capture weapons they were using to incapacitate the students, at Todoroki. The special cement hit Todoroki in the right shoulder and hardened stopping him from moving his right arm as a good portion of his upper right side was now immobilized.

"This is outrageous." Gang Orca said to the boys. "I can't believe that you two are arguing right now. Take them out."

"On it boss." The henchmen said as they began to unleash a volley of cement shots at the boys.

Still arguing, Todoroki created an ice shield as he could still use his right leg to protect himself while Yoarashi just used the air currents he was controlling to fly around and avoid the attacks. This wasn't good for them or their scores as they were just arguing and avoiding the attacks rather than fighting Gang Orca together. The villain was in front of them, and they weren't doing anything but arguing. If they hadn't failed yet they were probably close to doing so, not that either would have realized that as they didn't know how the system worked.

However, despite the argument, both boys were still focused on the task at hand and in a split second both attacked again. Once again Todoroki used his left side to send a blast of fire right Gang Orca just as Yoarashi sent another powerful gust of wind at him using his hatred for Todoroki and his father to fuel his power. Of course, it had the same affect as it had in the past and the fire was blown to one side and the air up and to the other.

There was one major problem with it this time, the fire was now right in the path of a still down but recovering Yo Shindo causing both boys to gasp in shock and horror. It was not good, and he had no way to defend against it as he wasn't fully able to move yet. That was until there was a flash of green as Izuku Midoriya leapt into action to grab Shindo and pull him free of the flames before they incinerated him.

"Damnit!" Izuku yelled at the boys though as he did he noticed a flash or red and black beneath him and was glad that at last the best person right now was about to enter the fray though he missed the black figure that was standing with an overview of the situation waiting for his own moment to strike having just reached the frontlines as well. "What are you doing!"

During all of this Marinette had actually been on the other side of the stage aiding in the industrial sector as Adrien wasn't working that one and they needed someone with mobility, dexterity, light touch, and a way to get high which she could with her yo-yo. She'd actually been rescuing a HUC employee who was dressed and acting like a worker from a tower about to collapse when the attack came. She had to prioritize the civilian and hurried to safely get him to the evacuation point, able to be quick as he wasn't injured so she didn't need to be too gentle with him.

That was where she ran into group leading the evacuation effort to a designated safe point far from the battle and learned of the attack. Passing off the civilian to a student who could handle him, she began running toward the fight. She saw Todoroki and that Yoarashi guy in the fight and could tell that they were arguing but could see what they were arguing about. Regardless she had to help, and she was up against the number 10 hero. That meant that now was the time to use her ultimate item.

However, as she ran she saw that the henchmen were coming towards the first aid station and closing in. At the same time, she saw Midoriya grab someone from a path of fire and get him clear. Some serious shit was going on, but she had to prioritize her situation and that meant fighting the henchmen. Well, her item was for groups, so it was time to use it. Adrien was right, she would need it and she was glad that she'd not used Lucky Charm until now.

"Deku!" Marinette yelled as she leapt into the air. "Get him clear and stay behind me, they won't pass me!"

Izuku had just landed, and everyone had seen the henchmen getting close but those who knew Marinette knew that they were safe now that she was taking over the rear-guard position. Izuku was one of them and he kept his eyes on her as she was in the air but continued to drag Shindo away from the action despite his protests and shouts at what the damned first years had just done.

"Time to face my ultimate move villains." Marinette yelled as she reached the apex of her leap, and the special item came into her mind causing the air around her to spark pink as the item was create. "Ultimate item: One Woman Army!"

"Come and see if you can get past this." Marinette said with a grin as the item formed around her body and the visor appeared across her eyes before she landed on the ground with a thud and a cocking sound as she raised her arms towards the henchmen as everyone who could see it gasped at what she'd just created.

"What the f is that!" Ms. Joke said as before her the item around the girl clad in red with black polka dots formed with the same patter and appeared to form to her body. "That's the same girl from earlier who created that dome at the start of the first test, your student Eraser."

"That it is." Aizawa said his own eyes wide at the item Dupain-Cheng had created as she'd managed to shock even him past his usual stoic expression. "And that is beyond anything I've seen from her to this point."

"Wait what?" Ms. Joke said turning to gape at him. "Another of your students has surprised you?"

"This has to be her ultimate move, which given her Quirk is going to be immensely powerful in battle, a true game changer." Aizawa said as the item came to life. "She took over a full corner of the gym for this and Cementoss had to actually excavate part of the ground to add to protections from it. Ectoplasm wouldn't say what it was though, wanted me to be surprised by it."

"I can see that you are." Ms. Joke said as the girl unleashed her attack on the stunned henchmen that incapacitated the first few rows with ease. "That's saying something. Just what Quirk is this? How strong is it?"

"The Quirk being used is called Lucky Charm and if I'm being honest it is one of the strongest that has ever been recorded by U.A." Aizawa said which just added to Ms. Joke's shock. "After this, well it could be top 5 all time and the person who wields it, well she's one of my top students combat wise, if not the top at the moment. A born leader, one of the three in my class who's passion has lifted up the rest, with a battlefield mind that rivals a pro's, she has experience thanks to the French system she transferred from, and she applies it wisely in situations like this. Still a few things to work out but if she keeps this up, she could become the European All Might."

"What the hell?" Ms. Joke said at this point beyond able to process what was going on. "Just what can that Quirk do to get such praise from you and who is this girl?"

"Marinette Dupain-Cheng, hero name Ladybug." Aizawa said. "She was top 4 in the Sports Festival and has only gotten stronger since then. Lucky Charm allows her to create an item that will accomplish a task or goal she has in mind and based on what I've heard that item will not fail in its goal, nor can it be destroyed short of a Quirk like Agreste's Cataclysm. The only way to truly beat her is to defeat her before she can deploy whatever her item is for, that is how Todoroki beat her in the Sports Festival, well along with her own mistake at the end, so that is where she needs to improve. However, how this item works with her goal I don't know."

"Holy shit." Ms. Joke said as she looked down and saw the devastation to the henchmen that had gone to attack the first aid station as the rest fled from the clearly powerful girl to avoid her. "That is something else."

"Yes it is and she's not done." Aizawa said as he noticed a black blur leap into action against Gang Orca. "Nor are the others in my class so watch Joke and see them in action."

All Ms. Joke could do was nod and look back to the battlefield to see the rest of the test. It was going to be good regardless as things began to really heat up.

"Holy hell, that's Marinette's ultimate move?" Mina asked gaping at what was now between them and the henchmen as the ground shook from Marinette and her item landing on it. "Does she understand how strong she is? She said it would leave us speechless, but she seriously undersold it."

"Unbelievable." Tokoyami said his own eyes wide at the sight. "She's on a whole new level."

"I could take it." Dark Shadow said though even he had hesitation in his voice.

"Focus." Ojiro said. "Ladybug is buying us time, let's not waste this."

The other two nodded as they hurried along with the other heroes in training. All were amazed by what the girl in red and black polka dots had just done but they knew that she was doing this for them and weren't going to squander it.

Meanwhile Izuku was staring in awe at what he was seeing, as was Shindo who realized that now he couldn't use the fact that he was able to tolerate Gang Orca's attack thanks to his own vibrations from his Quirk to his advantage and land a hit on the whale. Both knew that they should help but both boys had to first process what they were seeing. It was, well it was hard to describe it, but it was something else entirely as it was something no one had ever expected to see on a battlefield.

Before him was, well, an honest to god, fully equipped, mech suit like one would see in some futuristic anime. Standing about 10 feet tall and from his angle Izuku couldn't see Ladybug in it with full leg armor with clawed looking feet, thick back armor with thrusters at the base and what looked like missile launchers on the top and no doubt arm protectors it was a thing to behold.

Add in that it was clearly bristling with weapons and other less identifiable things that seemed to be able to be detached from the back and it was, well, a one-person army in form just as Marinette had said it was. She'd really upped her skills and how she used her powerful Quirk, again. There was no longer any doubt in Izuku's mind, Lucky Charm was easily one of the strongest Quirks he'd ever seen and an easy rival for One for All.

Marinette was inside the center with helmet on and a visor across her eyes that gave her all the calculations she could need as well as a synch to her brain so she could control her mech item with just a thought. She had her arms in the arm slots that were currently armed with capture weapons, and her legs in the leg parts. The only part of her that was expose was her chest, crotch, upper thighs and shoulders.

It had taken a while to develop this special item that she could create with a set goal in mind that always created it, but it was what Marinette knew she needed to really have a chance in situations unfavorable to her such as against numbers or a foe of immense strength. Initially she'd tired for a full mech suit like she knew from Ultimate Mecha Strike III but that was too complicated, and her stamina wasn't enough for all the armor it needed. As such, Mr. Ectoplasm had suggested she check out some mech anime, a genre that still had a popular following in Japan, for inspiration.

That had been what had done it and Marinette saw how the Japanese anime style mechs worked better for what she wanted to do. From there it was just watching a variety of animes, including some from the Guardians lost archives from her own day, and researching them to perfect what she was looking for so that she could form a clear picture of the item in her mind thus reducing the time needed to create it.

This was her result. A mentally controlled, mech suit bristling with weapons that she could change with a thought, a defensive system based off another anime she'd watch for research, and thrusters in her back and legs so that she could fly and maneuver around quickly.

Of course, all the weapons were set to non-lethal capture weapons and had the added problem of that they'd vanish when the Quirk timed out as she still couldn't create permanent items no matter how hard she tried. In the the case of this behemoth, her time limit was 5 minutes, her original max as it was so complex and large that she needed more stamina to maintain it, but that was more than enough time for other heroes to do their work to secure the villains that she'd initially captured in more permanent restraints.

It wasn't infallible but it was still the best she had, and Marinette couldn't help but grin as she leveled her arms at the henchmen who were still gaping under their masks. It was time she unleashed her barrage of attacks and protected those evacuating the first aid station.

"Get some!" Marinette yelled as she let loose on the henchmen. "You will not pass me villains."

Just before Marinette began to take down the henchmen with blasts from the guns on her arms that sent out a strange capture putty similar to the stuff she'd used to protect Midoriya, Kirishima, Ida, and Bakugo in Kamino Ward though smaller and targeted to only incapacitate their bodies, things were really going down in the fight with Gang Orca. That was because Todoroki was having a moment of hesitation regarding his current actions and his past emotions around his father that had allowed Gang Orca to close in and reach for him before he could stop the pro.

This however was a feint and at the last second Gang Orca turned and blasted an ultra-sonic attack at Yoarashi just as one of his henchman nailed the wind user with a cement gun in the same spot that Todoroki had been hit in the brief window that the Shiketsu student was distracted during their argument. The henchmen cheered and praised their boss as the now paralyzed and partially trapped Yoarashi fell to earth his Quirk uncontrollable but able cushion his fall as he hit the ground and lay face down on it.

"You reap what you sow." Gang Orca said as he used Todoroki's latest distraction against him to grab him around the throat and lift him off the ground before blasting him point blank in the face with an ultra-sonic attack.

With Yoarashi on the ground but far away and Todoroki now disabled the henchmen saw this as their chance to aid their boss and rushed to destroy the first aid station leaving the two students to Gang Orca. This was a mistake as they didn't see the figure use that moment to launch at Gang Orca to join the direct fight once the henchmen were gone. Instead, they ended up stopping and gaping as a small girl in red materialized a full mech suit around herself before she began to mow them down with capture weapons on par, if not better, than theirs.

"Let him go villain." A new voice yelled, and Gang Orca looked up in time to see a black form coming down on him with a metal staff in his hands just as Marinette broke the first wave of henchmen and sent the rest running away.

"Agreste?" Todoroki groaned out as Adrien brought his staff down on Gang Orca. "How?"

There was a clang as Gang Orca got his left arm in its restraining gear up in time to intercept the blow. At the same time, he dropped Todoroki, who was now realizing that he was here because of his own actions while nearby Yoarashi knew that he had become what he hated, to engage the newcomer in the battle.

"Not bad, you came to your friend's aid but that won't stop me." Gang Orca said as he prepared an ultra-sonic attack. "I'll dispatch you quickly and then deal with the wind user."

"I'm not going to be as easy as those two." Adrien said as he used the staff as leverage to flip over Gang Orca's head right before the attack thus avoiding it and twisting in the air to land in a crouch before him. "I'm not going to be distracted by petty issues like they were."

"Why you…oof." Gang Orca said turning as Adrien punched catching him in the gut and driving the air from his lungs though not doing as much damage as he would have liked thanks to Gang Orca's unique body.

"I'm the biggest threat to you here so come at me." Adrien said as he backflipped a fair distance away to get clear and bring Gang Orca to him. "So, I should be your focus."

"A lucky blow from a hero will not stop me." Gang Orca said as he looked up an unleashed another ultra-sonic attack.

"Yeah I've seen this before and prepared for it." Adrien said spinning his staff in his hands as fast as possible creating a blur of metal with a green tinge that blocked the attack from hitting his head and thus protected him. "Gotta do better than that to best the hero known as Cat Noir."

Gang Orca couldn't help but be impressed. He of course knew who Adrien Agreste was, he'd been tracking the passing students in real time to prepare and compared them to what he knew already, and he knew a fair bit about the U.A. student who had transferred from the top hero school in France via the special program that U.A. and Shiketsu had with schools out there. Still, this was better than he'd expected from him and ensured that right now he had to focus on Agreste.

The two squabblers were down but not out, however Agreste had interjected himself into the fight to save them and occupy Gang Orca while they were rescued, or if they could, came up with a plan to aid Agreste. It was impressive and showed how good the French kid was. Gang Orca couldn't help but test him as he moved towards the boy. Plus, that punch had hurt, and he wanted to see what else Agreste could do in close combat.

"What are you two waiting for." Adrien yelled at the downed students as he braced for, and then blocked, another ultra-sonic attack from Gang Orca as the pro testing the examinees continued approach. "Do something. Don't worry about me being here, I can withstand it especially in my costume, redeem yourselves and use your powerful Quirks to help me take this villain down."

As Adrien was saying this he again leap at Gang Orca to engage him in close combat. Hopefully the other two understood this and did something to help out because he wasn't sure how long he could fight Gang Orca without their aid.

Todoroki was on the ground, but he saw Agreste in action and knew that he'd come to help. This was just like Hosu, just like how the French boy had intervened at the last minute to save Native and then fought Stain one on one while they got the injured to safety before returning. He'd even had some stern words for Ida back then that had admonished the class rep for his actions.

Once again Agreste was right, Todoroki and Yoarashi had competed for nothing and now they were in this situation. They couldn't take down a top hero because they had no teamwork but there was still a chance, a way to help Agreste if they could work together for once. Yoarashi had to know this as well and Todoroki used that hope for assistance as he ignited his entire left half of his body, the flames shooting up and off him. The heat would make the air rise, and this was their chance, he just needed Yoarashi to work with him and understand that Agreste could handle it.

Yoarashi too knew that he had to work with Todoroki, that he had to do something to make up for his failures. He wasn't sure about the U.A. student fighting but he had to trust that he could handle it as the wind whipped up around him. He could do this if he worked with Todoroki and made up for his mistakes that had landed him here. He did that by sending his wind at Todoroki. Together, with wind and fire, they could defeat Gang Orca.

The wind hit the fire coming off Todoroki and mixed with it creating a raging cyclone of wind and flames and with Yoarashi pushing his Quirk as hard as he could given his situation formed a tornado of flames that arced around the area before forming around Gang Orca and Agreste as the latter brought his staff to bear again only for the former to block it. Now they were trapped in a tower of wind and flame barely enough room to move, and Gang Orca had an opponent to deal with at the same time.

Still, the pro couldn't help but be impressed by the sudden change of events. The flame tornado wouldn't make up for the earlier foolishness those two had shown, but it was a start and showed their potential for growth. Of course, that caused Gang Orca a moment of hesitation that Adrien used to leap up over the block and kick the pro in the head with a downward kick.

"That's what I'm talking about boys." Adrien said with a grin as Gang Orca staggered to the side and he collapsed his staff to put it away as he closed and punched Gang Orca a few times in the chest and face to push him back to the flames and try and inflict enough damage to bring his opponent down. "I can handle this, and the close quarters helps me more than him. All together we will defeat this villain."

Gang Orca just grunted from the blows. He had been briefly distracted, something a pro shouldn't get, and to his credit Agreste had used that moment to punish him by landing the kick that had dazed him and was now punching his chest and head with blows that were above normal human strength. Even more impressive in the fight, Gang Orca knew that this wasn't Agreste's Quirk, he was holding his own against a pro through sheer strength and skill.

The number 10 ranked pro knew that Agreste had an enhanced constitution thanks to years of Quirk Marriages in France which explained this, and how he could keep fighting in this intense heat, but it was still a bitch to be on the receiving end of the strikes from the blond boy. Only a mix of Gang Orca's training, muscles, and unique body type thanks to his Quirk allowed him to withstand the blows. Blubber was good for protection after all.

The pro also knew the rummers that surrounded the boy in front of him. It wasn't confirmed and couldn't be as the actual details were classified but the presence of the 4 U.A. students in Hosu when Stain was captured by Endeavor was known. However, the rumor was that it was actually the 4 U.A. students who had caught him, in particular it was Adrien Agreste who'd faced Stain alone and all but won allowing for Todoroki and Izuku Midoriya to land the final blows when Stain successfully countered against Agreste. Now that Gang Orca was against Agreste he could believe that.

Regardless, that wasn't enough to stop him. It took a moment, but Gang Orca set his feet to stop being pushed backwards and crossed his arms using the restraining gear as impromptu armor to block Agreste's fists. At the same time, he blasted off another ultra-sonic attack as Agreste couldn't block it right now.

"Not bad hero but against a resilient villain you'll…" Gang Orca began but Adrien had already sensed the attack and leap up high into the air the moment his latest punch was blocked.

"Don't toy with me villain." Adrien said as he pulled out his baton and extended it so that the end slammed into Gang Orca's head before he could look up to where Adrien was. "It won't work. I learned from last time, I won't stop until you're out cold nor will I let my guard down around the likes of you."

Gang Orca grunted from the hit, but he used the moment to grab the staff with both hands and use it to bring Agreste down to the ground, through the flames in the process as he knew that the boy could handle it, and thus remove him from the fight so that he could end this damned inferno that was quickly drying him out. However, as he was doing this, Adrien retracted the staff to free it from Gang Orca's grasp before orientating it to slam directly into the ground and stop his momentum midair as the flames licked his back and singed his hair.

It was a brief respite and Gang Orca used that to pull a water bottle out from behind his back and douse his head with it to give him some much-needed moisture as flames really weren't good for him. As he was doing this Adrien slid down that staff as if it was a pole and landed on the ground before charging. All Gang Orca could do was toss the empty bottle away and move forward towards the center of the tower of flame that they were in.

"I'm too tenacious to be felled by you." Gang Orca roared as Adrien leapt up for another overhead strike. "And I've seen this move before. A pro can't be predictable."

"I know." Adrien said as he retracted the staff right before Gang Orca raised his hands to grab it. "You're not the only one who can use a feint."

As this was happened Adrien pitched forward and flipped over Gang Orca's head, kicking him in the back of it with both feet as he did before leaping off and twisting in the air while Gang Orca staggered forward. At the same time, he extended his baton behind him to stop him at an angle and fell to the ground facing Gang Orca's back. This was the opening he was going for and he spun on his left foot to kick Gang Orca in the leg with his right in a leg sweep as he tried to set his feet from Adrien's head blow.

Alas the pro was a lot sturdier than Adrien was expecting and all it did was stagger Gang Orca more. The man showed his training by using that to spin himself and kick at Adrien's head. Adrien got his left arm up in time to intercept the blow, only able to because the restraining gear slowed down Gang Orca and it hurt like hell, that sent him skidding to the side.

Adrien still countered though as he swung his now staff around to catch Gang Orca hard in the side with it under his left arm. It was a risky move, but Adrien had managed it as he put his hand down to stop himself just before he went through the wall of fire.

This was the moment that Gang Orca had been waiting for. He'd created enough space and he could tell that the tornado was weakening due to the amount of exertion the two near incapacitated boys were putting into their Quirks just to keep this up. He had his moment, and a desperate villain would use this, so they'd better be ready for what was next.

"What now heroes?" Gang Orca said as he unleashed an ultra-sonic attack all around him that destabilized the wind and fire at its base thus blowing it apart, causing Adrien to leap back and crash to the ground out of the way putting more distance between them all as Gang Orca now stood there smoking but still standing. "What have you got?"

Nothing. That was what the two on the ground had. Todoroki had used up all his strength with the fire and an ice shield to block henchmen attacks when they realized that he was the biggest threat to Gang Orca. With the wind broken Yoarashi too was at the end of his strength and as such he too was unable to do much while Adrien was too far away, but he knew that it wasn't over, he had done his part now it was time for the end of the fight with the villain of this scenario.

That was because as he had been fighting Gang Orca in the cyclone of wind and fire, the rest of the henchmen had been defeated and captured by Midoriya, Ojiro, Mina, Tokoyami, Tsu using her new ultimate move called camouflage which allowed her to blend into her surroundings making her almost invisible, and a pissed off Mora who'd come to help after Yoarashi had disgraced Shiketsu with his actions.

At the same time Marinette had finished protecting the evacuation of the first aid station and flown her mech, basically just skimming it over the ground, around to the other side of the fire. She'd seen Midoriya waiting and looking at it once the henchmen were taken care of and made sure that she was opposite him for what was to come. She also changed the weapons on her arms with a thought for things that would be better suited for what was to come.

That was because now the flames were out and Gang Orca was approaching Todoroki to render him unconscious finally, Izuku leapt into action. The fire had distracted the pro, Agreste's battle had weakened him more, and the henchmen were all taken care of. Now it was time to end it and he was going to start with Endeavor's son.

"No." Izuku yelled as he came down from the sky to kick Gang Orca in the head. "Get away from those two!"

There was a clang as Midoriya's leg was intercepted by the restraining gear on Gang Orca's right arm as the pro took a step back to avoid the blow. The force though cracked the gear showing just how strong the green haired boy was. Still, Gang Orca held Midoriya in place but that was right where Izuku wanted him to be.

"Midoriya." Gang Orca said surprised by the newcomer as Izuku pushed against his arm while Todoroki looked at him in shock as once again the boy was here right when they needed him just as Agreste had been earlier. "I'll…"

"Not so fast villain." A feminine voice called out as the sound of something being shot from what sounded like an air canister was heard. "This is where you surrender."

Gang Orca had been raising his left arm to grab Midoriya and toss him away, he wasn't sure if he had the strength for another ultra-sonic attack after the beating he'd taken from Agreste and the energy that the flames had sapped from him, so he was just going to throw the newcomer to the side. However, a grappling cable ensnared his wrist and pulled his arm back forcefully causing him to turn and look as he tried and failed to pull against the powerful winch system that now had ahold of his left arm. At least it was one of the few candidates he'd expected to have to battle when he joined the scenario.

"Dupain-Cheng, at last you've come to face me." Gang Orca said his eyes wide at her mech as he hadn't seen it before. "You I was expecting from the start though not this machine you seem to have created."

"Yes and you're done for." Marinette said raising her right arm as the weapon at the end glowed, the left had the grapple cable that was holding him steady as there was no way the pro could counter the mechanical strength of the machine the French girl had created, before a gout of flames shot out of it showing that it was a flamethrower though it only covered half the distance as if it was a warning shot. "Fire is a weakness for you, is it not? You seem a bit out of it after that little tornado you just dealt with. No matter how strong or tenacious a villain is, good teamwork will win out in the end. The boys have done their part and allowed me to be here to restrain you."

"It's true, Ladybug no doubt has another weapon trained on you to capture you should you make a move." Adrien said getting to his feet as he walked closer to Gang Orca as the rocket launchers on the top of Marinette's mech seemed to flair a bit as if to back up Adrien's point. "You're surrounded and we have something to really weaken and even capture you. Surrender and…"

Before Adrien could finish there was suddenly a loud claxon sound that got everyone's attention. It was the same sound as what had happened at the end of the first test which meant…

"Um, yeah, so at this time all the H.U.C members who have been deployed have been rescued from the disaster zone." Mera's voice said over the speaker system as the last two who had been with Kirishima and Kaminari while Bakugo led them away really pissed at the whole thing reached the evacuation point that marked that they were clear. "It may seem anticlimactic but with this the provisional licensing exam has officially been completed."

"It's over?" Izuku asked now standing on the ground having used Mera's announcement to leap away from Gang Orca though Marinette hadn't let up even if she was looking to the press box where Mera was, as was everyone else, to confirm it.

"After we've tallied the scores we will announce the results here in the arena." Mera continued. "Anyone injured should go to the infirmary. The rest of you are free to change clothes and wait wherever you like."

That was it for the test and Marinette finally let her Quirk end as she dismissed her item. She'd pushed herself past 5 minutes through sheer willpower and with the final changes she'd made to it to face Gang Orca she was now well past her stamina. All she could do was fall the short distance to her feet before slumping backwards to lie on the ground looking at the sky unable to move as she panted heavily where she lay but knowing she'd have help soon.

"Sorry boss, I guess we didn't do our job all that well." One of the now freed henchmen said to Gang Orca as the students began to disperse from the arena. "And your restraining gear must have made it pretty hard for you to move."

"No, the gear wasn't the problem, in fact it came in handy at times when I was facing Agreste." Gang Orca said scratching his cheek, he would need an ice bath and possible a healer after this as he could feel the bruises forming from Agreste's blows. "That tower of flame was an inspired attack and Agreste trapping himself with me knowing that he had the strength and body to withstand it and my own blows was what I'd expect from a pro who understands his limits. Even without using his Quirk, probably because it was a hinderance in that fight, he still gave me a good beating in there that weakened me a lot and added to what the fire was doing. He's one to watch."

"Really, he's that good?" The henchman asked sounding surprised.

"Yes, anyone who can get into U.A. through the Foreign Exchange Transfer Program that they and Shiketsu have with other top schools is akin to a recommended student and he showed that." Gang Orca said his suspicions about whether Agreste was the one to truly beat Stain or not now all but confirmed having faced the boy in combat himself. "He's clearly experience in battle and knew what to do. I bet he also expected the rest knowing his classmates and partnership with one of them. With Midoriya and Dupain-Cheng's surprise counters once I'd been weakened by the other 3, we might have had a hard time if the test went on. In fact, with that weapon Dupain-Cheng had on her we would have lost."

The henchmen were stunned but they accepted this, especially the ones who'd been felled by the girl wielding a damned mech of all things so they knew how strong it was, and together with their boss they left the arena. However, there were still some on it and they had to deal with a last few things.

"Midoriya, make sure that Marinette is ok and help her with some of her protein so that she can begin to regain some stamina." Adrien said as he put his baton back where he kept it and began walking towards Yoarashi who was still on the ground unable to move and nearest him so Adrien would deal with him first. "I'll take her in myself, but I have to do something first."

Adrien was annoyed at these two heroes in training. He'd tried to help in the waiting room, but it was clear that his words hadn't been heard by either of them. Well, he was the best to free them so he could do that and have a brief chat with the pair, starting with Yoarashi.

"That was insanely stupid what you did at the start of that battle with Gang Orca." Adrien said bluntly as he placed his left hand on the cement on Yoarashi and flared a bit of Cataclysm in his hand to break it up though he had to end it right away as he was well past his own limit for using it right now. "Now get up."

With that Adrien grabbed the front of Yoarashi's costume and heaved him up to his knees so that he was in his face, he was too tall for Adrien to pull onto his feet. It was time to give the Shiketsu boy a talking to.

"What the hell did I say to you in the waiting room to you, huh?" Adrien said anger in his voice to make it clear how pissed he was as his green eyes, made more unnerving by the special lenses in his mask that mimicked how his eyes looked when his Miraculous had been active back in the day, bore into Yoarashi's black ones. "I told you not to lay the sins of the father on the son and what did you do, you did just that and when it mattered the most during the test. I don't care about your beef with Endeavor, that I can actually get as he comes off as a complete asshole so it's probably earned, but you can't blame Todoroki for it nor whatever he did to you at that recommended exam you guys took."

Adrien paused for a breath, but he wasn't done, and he wasn't going to let Yoarashi get a word in even if the boy could though it looked like he was still suffering from the effects of Gang Orca's ultra-sonic attack so he probably couldn't move or speak at the moment. Good. That allowed Adrien the time he'd need to say his peace and then let Yoarashi decide what he wanted to do about his failures.

"He's changed since the start of the academic year, and so have you." Adrien said when he was ready to continue. "Don't let your hate and anger become the very thing you can't stand. You did that today and will likely fail this test because of it seeing as there is no way that you passed after that display you two did. Get over your issues and find a way to move on, you two have strong Quirks that will be great when you are heroes but today you both proved that you don't deserve the title though that cyclone at the end shows that you have the potential to redeem yourselves. Grow up and face the consequences of what just happened so that I can one day fight alongside such a passionate and strong hero as yourself."

With that Adrien let Yoarashi go, and he flopped back to the ground as he needed to go to the infirmary due to the paralysis he was still suffering. However, the taller boy didn't focus on that, no he was letting the words from a passionate, strong, and dedicated student sink in and accepting them. He'd been a fool and messed up and he'd have to pay the consequences for that when the results came out.

Meanwhile Adrien had moved on to Todoroki and was reaching his classmate. He was even more pissed with his friend because he thought Todoroki knew better after all he'd been through but apparently he still had some issues to work out before he could truly be a great hero.

"Don't think you're getting out of this either." Adrien said crouching down to break the concrete on Todoroki with his Cataclysm like he did with Yoarashi before he grabbed the front of Todoroki's costume and heaved him to his feet so that he could glare into the other boy's heterochromic eyes. "I'm even more pissed with you in fact because I thought you knew better after everything you've been through to improve and surpass your past. Did you just forget what Midoriya did for you in the Sports Festival, what Marinette added to that, what happened in Hosu and all that we spoke of afterwards? Do I have to follow their leads and beat some sense into you because we both know that in a fight I'd win as I have the perfect counter Quirk for yours."

Adrien was now right into Todoroki's face and to his credit Todoroki didn't look away but stared back the shame clear in his eyes. He knew that he'd messed up and deserved this chewing out that he was getting. He'd have to formally apologize to his friend once this was all over.

"You have severe daddy issues; I get that because I have them as well and they are in a lot of ways similar to yours even if we have some clear differences." Adrien said his voice low. "But you need to get over them so that you can have the future that you want. I told you not to let that guy's words get to you and yet you let them do just that almost as soon as you two had a confrontation on the battlefield, something that cannot happen in a real-world situation. Lives will be on the line then so you can't have some petty squabble with a guy who hates your father in the midst of a villain attack."

Adrien paused for breath, but he wasn't done just yet. He still had one more thing to say to Todoroki and he was going to say it so that his friend fully understood what he had to do to improve and grow from this experience.

"Clearly you still have a ways to go and hopefully this exam and the results that are likely inevitable at this point humble you into realizing that and help you figure out how to properly deal with your issues." Adrien said. "You need to be better than Endeavor because we both know he's a scumbag so you will find many who will hate him and see you as the same as him or an extension of him depending on who they are. Show that you are different and can be better by becoming what your father is not. Use today as a learning experience because in this regard you failed spectacularly. Get healed up and be prepared to face the music Shoto because it's sure as shit coming for you."

With that Adrien let go of his friend and Todoroki proceeded to collapse backwards to the ground. He was still numb from the ultra-sonic attack and his shame at his actions was immense. Adrien was right and he really needed to work on what had just happened so that it didn't happen again, he just didn't know how to go about it. He knew where to start though, and he would apply for the chance to see her the moment he could.

Adrien of course didn't know any of this as he turned and walked over to Marinette where she was still lying on the ground with Midoriya by her side. It was clear she'd gone too far and needed his help, so Adrien was coming to assist his partner, girlfriend and love.

"Midoriya, is my lady ok?" Adrien asked his classmate.

"Yeah she's eaten some of that protein you guys have but she's waiting for you to help move her as she can't move right now." Izuku said getting up and turning to Adrien, Dupain-Cheng having insisted that only Adrien could move her not that he'd do so unless it was an emergency given her relationship status with Adrien. "Um can I ask you a question?"

"Sure." Adrien said as he reached them.

"Why did you go to those two first and not Ladybug?" Izuku asked using Dupain-Cheng's hero name as she was still in costume. "Just curious. I know you two are an item so why not see to her first?"

"Because I knew that you were around to help, that her only issue was exhaustion from overuse of her Quirk, and my skills were better suited with those two." Adrien said jerking his thumb back at them as Mora was already on Yoarashi and using his hair to help his fellow student out while Ojiro and Tokoyami were on their way towards Todoroki. "My Quirk can free them from that concrete stuff, and I needed to have some words with them about their behavior during the test. Even in an aftermath priorities are needed, and I knew that those two were my first ones."

"It is what a hero should do." Marinette said from the ground. "Even if we are dating, Adrien knows what is best and did that just now. Remember that if you ever get a girlfriend Midoriya, trust your partner and know when and where they need your help and when to wait to help them. She'll do the same with you."

"Oh, ok though I doubt any girl would like me that way." Izuku said going pink at the idea while showing his lack of confidence in that area and not sure why a certain cute, round face with rosy cheeks and brunette hair swam in his mind as he spoke. "But good advice."

"You'll be surprised." Marinette said knowing full well that the green haired boy had already fully captured one of his classmate's hearts completely though it would be a while before he learned that as she was holding those feelings in check until both had achieved their dreams. "Now go help Todoroki while Adrien takes me to the infirmary."

"Right." Izuku said turning and running off to aid Todoroki as Ojiro and Tokoyami who were currently dealing with their classmate.

"How are you feeling bugaboo?" Adrien asked as he bent down and picked her up princess style to carry her to the infirmary. "That mech was something else. So that is what your ultimate item is, I am certainly surprised and impressed by it as I always am by you."

"It's a great trump card for sure." Marinette said as she raised her arms to put them around Adrien's neck and he began walking off with her in her arms and rested her head against his chest and perhaps milking the situation just a tad to get Adrien to carry her like this. "And it worked though it really drained me. I don't think I can use Lucky Charm for at least a day after that. I'm going to have to work on my stamina to be able to use that move without such a drawback."

"I can tell, if it wasn't for my mask that Yaoyorozu has right now I would be like you as it really kept me going when I was clearing debris earlier." Adrien said as they left the arena for the changing room. "So, let's get some stamina and healing before finding out how the results went."

"Ok but on the way tell me what happened in that cyclone and in the urban area." Marinette said as she really wanted to know what her boyfriend had been up to as she knew it was impressive from what she'd been able to see and learn during the test. "I saw the destruction; it was something else and you went toe to toe with Gang Orca and are still standing. That's impressive so I really want to know what happened and this time you aren't restricted from telling me like what you did in Hosu."

"Well, it all began…" Adrien said as he started to tell Marinette the story of his experiences in the second half of the provisional licensing exam.

The exam was over, and they had done all they could to pass it. Soon they would know for sure but first they needed some healing and then it was just waiting for the results. Whatever the case, it had certainly been one hell of a test. Hopefully soon they'd know if they had secured their provisional hero licenses and be one step closer to returning as Ladybug and Cat Noir in this new society that they were in.

I think that's a good place to stop this long chapter. I was planning on ending this with the cliffhanger that the episode had but I decided that that was too cruel, and this chapter has run on a lot longer than planned but that should have been expected given how it is the full second half of the test in one chapter. I hope y'all enjoyed it and Adrien's latest upgrade with Cataclysm. There is still one more thing for him to improve on, but you will see that when the time comes. I know Marinette wasn't big in this chapter, but I wanted to give Adrien a moment to shine, he hasn't really had it since Hosu, so this was his what with his rescue stuff, his use of Cataclysm and of course his fight with Gang Orca. Marinette was just as active just not as interesting and I want to leave the mech suit of hers up to you guys but don't worry, her ultimate move will be back when needed and hopefully it worked. For anyone curious, the design for it in my mind is based mostly off Maple's Machine God Mech in BOFURI: I Don't Want to Get Hurt, So I'll Max Out My Defense in terms of size and sheer offensive power but there are elements from mechs in other animes that use them like Hundred and Infinite Stratos that will be mixed in as I perfect it over time. Anyway, that is all I have for this long chapter for you so I will leave it off here. If you like it or have any questions please let me know in reviews or PMs, I will try to answer them as best I could and post any questions asked between uploads at the start of the next chapter and do follow and favorite this, so you are alerted to future uploads. Do keep the reviews coming as I like hearing from y'all as you enjoy my work, it motivates me to keep producing the best work I can for y'all to enjoy. Until next time.
