Here it is, the 122nd full chapter of Miraculous Quirks released on time as always. The time skip arc is well underway now and after a little tease of what this chapter would be last chapter it's time for this administrative chapter of sorts that will show something differnet and help set up what some of the things that are to come (both explicitly and implicitly) in the time skip arc and then some. That is all the administrative stuff that I have for you, however, and there are no guest reviews to respond to or questions to answer so I will end this note here. Do keep the reviews coming as I enjoy hearing from y'all. That is all I have for this pre chapter note so that means that it is time to sit back, relax, and enjoy the 122nd full chapter of Miraculous Quirks.

Disclaimer: I do not own either of these great works of fiction.

Chapter 122: Staff Meeting

"Alright, finally on the agenda for the day is the first years in the Hero Course." Nezu said from his usual winter position in Aizawa's binding cloths and not at his seat at the long table at the end of the room because it was warmer here. "Despite them being away most of the week at work studies we still have a lot of plans for them so let's go over the initial ones starting with the planned hostage rescue scenario. Aizawa, care to elaborate on your ideas."

It was the evening after Aizawa had supervised Dupain-Cheng, Hagakure, and Ashido's training battle, and given Ashido her feedback when she regained consciousness, and now he was at the staff meeting that had already gone over several things about the school and was now concluding with the upcoming training plans for the first years in the Hero Course. There were a couple of ideas that had been put forward outside this meeting, so they needed to go over them to make sure that things were good.

Personally, Aizawa had mixed views on the need to discuss this during a staff meeting. Yes, they needed to sort out what the training would be as the students got ready for what the HPSC was preparing them for, not that they knew that yet, but at the same time they didn't really need a full scale meeting for it he thought. There were a few things that had to be discussed sure but he just wanted to sort it out himself or with Vlad as the other first year teacher and then run things by Nezu for approval while asking for assistance from other members of staff when needed.

Unfortunately, that hadn't been the decision that Nezu had made and so now they were here to discuss the upcoming training. Well, if they were going to do so then Aizawa would go over it for them and make sure that other staff members supervised certain training sessions.

"The reason behind this, other than the standard need for hostage rescue training that is, is to try and see if Bakugo can actually do it." Aizawa said with a sigh at his other problem child. "As many of you know he's one of the best combat students in the year, possibly the best but as he and Dupain-Cheng have never gone head to head it's hard to say. However, the one area that Bakugo doesn't excel at is dealing with civilians, which was made clear to him when he failed the Provisional License exam in no small part because of his inability to deal with injured civilians in that scenario. He excels at facing villains but civilians he can't seem to do."

"Young Bakugo has a lot of talents." All Might said. "But I do agree that he isn't the most communicative when it comes to interacting with the public. He fights to win and saves people by winning as his team's performance in the joint training exercise showed."

"Bakugo certainly showed his growth at working with others and trusting a team in that training session but it can't be overlooked that he does need training on the civilian front." Midnight said. "Person to person skills are important as a hero, just as much as it is to be able to beat a villain quickly or save people."

"We all know that, so I approve of this training sessions other goals." Nezu said. "What is your plan for the scenario, Aizawa?"

"I know that it passed a few weeks ago but I was planning on using some of the traditions associated with Setsubun as the basis for a full class hostage rescue training session." Aizawa said and then he added the kicker to it that was key to the additional training for Bakugo. "With Eri as the hostage."

This got some murmurs from the gathered teachers. They all had a soft spot for the little girl who U.A. was caring for, though it was clear that Aizawa was her paternal figure while the others did they best to look after her in the teacher's dorm where she was staying. The best example of that was the debacle around giving her Christmas presents from 'Santa' and how several teachers dressed up, or in Midnight's case barely dressed, for it and then almost died at the hands of the defenses Nezu put around Eri's bed. Still, the idea of using her as a hostage in a rescue exercise was something that caused some worry.

"What's your plan with her?" Snipe asked. "She is still only 6 and given what she went through wouldn't this be a tough on her."

"It may be but more than that she wants to help Midoriya and the others and this plays to training for the class and special training for Bakugo." Aizawa said. "The idea is to have her as the hostage in a hut on the hill in the forest training area with 9 of my class as the oni in the exercise with each armed with a cudgel so that one strike knocks out the greater number of students who are going to represent Momotaro. The human students will have 3 balls to represent the roasted soybeans thrown at the oni to drive them off and they have to land all 3 to defeat an oni, the balls can be reused if they miss, and they need to beat all of the oni students to win and rescue Eri."

"In general, this is a good idea." Thirteen said her helmet still on despite the staff meeting. "Even if Eri is going to be in this it is a sensible training idea as hostage rescue is a core aspect of hero work. What does this have to do with Bakugo though?"

"Because he will be an oni and on Eri guard duty with an explicit objective for him to make friends with her." Aizawa said which got a lot of murmurs but he ignored it as he continued. "That will force him to be nice to her and learn to interact with a scared kid, something all heroes have to deal with. I've run this by Eri and she's willing to do this because it will help her get better around people she's not as familiar with as well as at least try to teach Bakugo to be nice."

"It's not a bad idea." Mage said with a shrug. "Works for everything and forces Bakugo to try and grow as a person. It won't happen overnight, but his ego will at least force him to try to pass the test."

"It does and it gives me another thing to do." Aizawa said looking at Mage. "I'm going to have most of the students draw lots for the teams, standard random protocol for training purposes, but I'm going to also assign Dupain-Cheng and Agreste to different teams for it but that will be done by a coin flip at the start so there is still an element of randomness. It's about time they went against each other in a training session."

"Now that is interesting." Mage said with a smirk. "Let me know when this is going down, I'll have to watch it from the observation room and make some bets with anyone who wants to. I am still teaching this semester."

"Yes and you are doing a good job there." Aizawa said. "Hagakure showed her growing hand to hand skills and tactical awareness, though the latter is likely from her work study, by predicting Dupain-Cheng and countering well enough to land a few hits on her in their sparring session a few hours ago but as Dupain-Cheng was able to recover Hagakure still has work to do. Ashido not as much but she knows her mistakes and is going to work on them."

"Do tell more." Mage said intrigued by what had happened as he'd not even known about the training session, but Nezu shot him a look. "Later of course."

"Yes, this is for the future training sessions not past ones." Nezu said. "As for this hostage rescue exercise, it is a good idea and makes a lot of sense so I will approve of it."

"Seeing as you're using Eri can I as well?" Vlad asked. "That exercise is a good one, I'd like to run it with my class and have Monoma fill the role that Bakugo does, he's gotten better but he still has a habit of going off when something causes him to do so, so forcing him to guard a little girl might get him to calm down."

"So long as Eri agrees but I don't see why not." Aizawa said. "It is only fair that she helps your class as well."

"Alright so that is settled." Nezu said moving the meeting along. "There will be a training session with Eri for both classes in a hostage rescue scenario that we will set up when it works, pending Eri's agreement to assist Class 1-B as well. Next up we may as well address the follow up from whatever those three girls did earlier as the request was passed to me after lunch. Aizawa, Vlad, I am right in saying that Dupain-Cheng and Kendo are trying to arrange a training battle under real world situations that is the former taking on all 7 girls from Class 1-B?"

"Correct though no hero costumes will be allowed, this is pure physical combat and Quirk training for them apparently." Vlad said as some of the staff muttered at this. "Kendo came to me today with Dupain-Cheng when the latter spoke to Aizawa about her own training session with Hagakure and Ashido today. They've been planning this for a while I think, since the joint training exercise ended apparently."

"It makes sense." Midnight said. "Dupain-Cheng is easily the strongest girl in that class, if not the strongest overall baring Bakugo or maybe Midoriya now that he has his Quirk under control. Why not test her to prove that she deserves the title that I am sure some of the girls in Class 1-B would like. Class 1-A already accept that as it is clear the other girls look up to her in terms of combat skill, but Class 1-B isn't convinced."

"It will also test Dupain-Cheng against multiple opponents which is something she told me while creating her ultimate move as it was a way her Quirk could be countered hence why she needed a move for it." Ectoplasm said. "And besides, it's something that all heroes should be trained for. Perhaps we could expand on this for the first years and set up other training scenarios to test one against multiple. It will also help with teamwork training at the same time."

"If this one goes well then I am not opposed to implement more training sessions like it." Aizawa said. "Also, the girls of my class want to watch this, and they want it to be a girls only session."

"Given that this is going to be a fight in their PE kits, which is actually a wardrobe issue for Tokage in my class, and with Mineta around it makes sense." Vlad said. "Does that mean that you won't be supervising Eraser?"

"I will be outside to make sure that certain members of my class don't peak in, but I won't be monitoring it." Eraser said with a sigh at the memory of earlier. "I can't really deal with that many of my female students especially if they start using more psychological tricks to win. Midnight, can you supervise and provide them feedback, when they come to that is as Dupain-Cheng has a habit of going for knockout blows rather than standard capture or surrender unless it's one on one."

"You don't think my class will beat her?" Vlad asked his blood getting fired up at a chance to upstage Class 1-A.

"They might but I have faith in one of my top combat students to beat them all." Aizawa said simply not rising to any bait.

"Sure, I don't mind and we can have some girl time around it." Midnight said with a grin as Vlad growled and Mage tried to make a bet with Snipe on the fight. "I've been meaning to have a girls only training session so that I can teach them some of my personal tricks."

"That sounds horrifying." Mage said looking at her as he and Snipe shook on their bet. "I get that it's a valid tactic but still…"

"Aww, just because you can't handle the flirting of a confident, young, woman." Midnight said coyly as she winked at him.

"I'm way too old for dealing with that stuff." Mage said though only All Might and Nezu knew that as everyone else thought that he was only a few years older than Midnight. "But it does make sense that you watch though doesn't Somnambulism work best on men not women?"

"Technically it is on people attracted to me so pretty much straight men and some gay and bi women who like a dominant woman that knows how to handle them." Midnight said much to the awkwardness of several teachers who were still not used to her personality, or who were after so many years and still found it awkward. "If I recall that's how I took down your fellow Guardian one time."

"Don't remind me." Mage said. "We never heard the end of it from Umbra, she's still annoyed that you used your charms on her and has vowed to beat you next time."

"Not my fault she wanted to…" Midnight began.

"Kayama, that's not needed now." Nezu said interrupting what was almost certainly going to be an explicit statement. "Will you supervise this fight or not?"

"Yes though I could use an assistant who can act fast as Mage is right my Quirk won't be as swift as it would be if it was the boys fighting." Midnight said. "That new TA girl around for this?"

"Mage, she works for you technically." Nezu said. "Can Wu come in for this?"

"I'll ask." Mage said. "She's busy right now but I am sure she can find the time to assist and turn it into a training session as well seeing as there is bound to be some hand to hand fighting involved that she can assess."

"Thanks." Midnight said. "That will be helpful."

"If this goes well we will set up some other group on one scenarios and mismatched ones." Nezu said concluding this discussion and moving to the next training topic. "We know villains rarely fight alone and prefer to gang up on heroes, so this is a good idea even if the reason for it being set up is simple pride. Next on the training agenda is an idea from All Might. What is it?"

"Yes I was thinking of a training session utilizing young Agreste's Quirk." All Might said as he gave the pitch that he, Nezu and Mage had worked on to sell this idea to the other teachers though the idea for personal training with Midoriya using Uraraka, Sero, Asui, and Dupain-Cheng was different and not needed for this meeting. "As a precaution of course."

"What are you talking about?" Present Mic asked. "And what does Agreste have to do with this?"

"I get it." Aizawa said quickly understanding All Might's idea. "You are worried that while this mission is to effectively kill Tomura Shigaraki, secure the hospital, and arrest the members of the Meta Liberation Army that something might go wrong, and we end up fighting Shigaraki."

"We should be ready for all scenarios when it comes to a large-scale operation like this." All Might said. "Including one where you can't use Erasure to stop Shigaraki from using Decay."

"I do know that I am to be on the front lines with Endeavor and Mirko for the hospital raid but I agree that we can't take this for granted given who we are up against." Aizawa said. "But do you expect our students to end up fighting him?"

"These are U.A. students." All Might said. "Tell me you're not worried one or two will end up facing him either on purpose by disobeying orders or accidentally by just running into him."

"I can't deny that." Aizawa admitted as he knew his students too well to expect them to not engage Shigaraki if it came up. "Alright, so your idea is?"

"Hand to hand sparring in Mage's classes where Agreste covers his hands with Cataclysm." All Might said. "It is similar to Decay in terms of destruction but safer to train against as it won't work on organic material so we can use it to prepare for facing by avoiding Cataclysm. A win for Agreste would be placing his whole hand, Shigaraki needs all 5 fingers to make contact for his Quirk to work, on his opponent and that would destroy the PE kit item, but he fights to land the hits with his hands while the others try to knock him out or capture him in such a way that he can't break out. Course he can use Cataclysm on the ground, other Quirks it will work on, or items the other students use as well as Shigaraki might do that."

"That does make a lot of sense and it will help Agreste with his hand to hand, as well as the others who specialize in that style of combat." Mage said. "Range will be harder though, but it would be good practice."

"All should be tried as you should have multiple plans for villains." Aizawa said as he thought on it. "Very well, I can see the logic in this but one condition."

"What?" All Might asked.

"The sessions are segregated by gender." Aizawa said. "We're dealing with Agreste's Quirk so there will be destroyed clothing, which he will have to be careful with for the girls, and I don't want Mineta around for it."

"That makes perfect sense." All Might said.

"Go a step further." Mage said. "Have Midnight be the supervisor for the girls session. Between Somnambulism and Dupain-Cheng stopping Agreste before something might happen he, as the only male, will be stopped almost immediately."

"That is probably a must." Nezu said. "Vlad, Kayama, are you both good with this for your class and the girls respectively."

"I agree with Aizawa, this is a good idea and I'll tell my class to prepare for it though we will work around Agreste's schedule." Vlad said. "And of course, the girls will go at a separate time to the boys."

"And I can supervise the girls sessions and be ready to act to put Agreste to sleep should it be needed, he's an honorable boy so he'll understand the need for it." Midnight said. "I'll make sure that I'm available for those sessions."

"Good that is the general training for the coming weeks sorted then, there is of course more but most of it is on the students to sort it out themselves like we saw today with Dupain-Cheng, Ashido, and Hagakure." Nezu said as he looked over his notes for the next thing. "But there is still other things to deal with regarding the first years that we should address now before this meeting ends. I take it you've seen the latest request from the Heroes Public Safety Commission? We needed to work around that as well."

"Random team ups." Aizawa said. "Why are they doing that?"

"Er, what are random team ups?" Mage asked getting some looks. "What, I'm an international hero, I don't really deal with national stuff and I try to avoid the HPSC as much as possible when I don't have to deal with them."

"They're like normal team ups only for students." Nezu explained. "Whereas normally a team up is a request for aid from a certain hero be it due to ability requirements, specialty skills, jurisdictional issues, or other reasons, are commonplace as you well know, random team ups are a new thing that has been set up by the HPSC to further train our students."

"Great bureaucratic bull then." Mage said. "No wonder no one told me."

"More likely it's due to your position as an international hero so there's always things with the Guardians." Midnight said. "And this is a national initiative so best to stick to the national heroes for it."

"And yet they've asked that I provide my sidekicks for the raids their planning." Mage said. "Not that I oppose that, one of those villains is definitely S-Class so Fei has to be on standby just in case she needs to use her strongest form, but you'd think they'd tell me everything."

"It is, as you say, bureaucratic bull." Aizawa said. "I can't deny that but at least you don't have to deal with it. Under the program, heroes will be randomly assigned students with provisional licenses for a day to help them and I mean it could be any hero and any student with a provisional license."

"Wait so like someone as notoriously prickly as Mirko who hates working with others unless she deems them competent could get saddled with students for a day?" Mage asked. "And not just any students but say have to deal with the strained dynamic between Midoriya and Bakugo on top of that?"

"Yes." Aizawa said. "And she's not thrilled at being part of all this, but she has no choice in the matter. As are other heroes like Hawks but he just claims it's because he's too busy."

"This doesn't just apply to our students." Nezu said. "But other schools like Shiketsu and Ketsubutsu and they could be paired with our students and then assigned to a hero they've never heard of. It's a bit of a mess but the logic is there because this is going to be a chaotic and challenging operation so having our students learn to handle other groups of students does make some sense as well as having them working with heroes who they wouldn't normally work with as you never know who you may end up with if this mission goes sideways."

"Yeah I can see their logic with this." Mage said. "Just odd that they are doing this and forcing it on students and heroes."

"The students don't have a say." All Might said. "And the first round of team ups is coming up soon, but some heroes do get a say in it. A hero can voluntarily accept a student team up and if he or she does then they can even request the students he or she wants for it. Already a few heroes have decided to do that, some of them are ones who don't normally get U.A. students so they've taken this chance though at least one of them has a peculiar and specific request for four students."

"I see, guess that is also training." Mage said with a shrug. "It's often that we request specific heroes to aid us in normal team ups so having that as well adds to it. For all their red tape, the HPSC does think of everything."

"They have been well established and focused but things are straining now that crime is rising again." Nezu said. "They've got a lot of plans in works and are even going to try to play a role in the raid by trying to lure one of their leaders to them via his legit business. There is a lot in the works, but the team ups are a useful part of them."

"Yeah I can see that." Mage said. "Will it interfere with my work study students though?"

"It might." Nezu admitted. "The random aspect of it could cause issues though if there is a specific need for your work study students you can supersede the random team up. Can you allow them when you don't need your students?"

"Yeah, Dupain-Cheng and Agreste could do with working with more national heroes so I don't mind them participating when need be." Mage said with a nod. "They may opt to stay in Japan when all of this is done and they graduate so this will be helpful to them."

"Speaking of work studies." Midnight said. "How are they going? Do we have any updates on our first years' progress."

"They are going strong." Nezu said. "A lot of good news from the various heroes who have taken our students on this semester. Majestic recently gave a glowing review of Yaoyorozu and Tokage, they're both showing great leadership potential."

"Yaoyorozu has that for sure." Midnight said. "If it wasn't for Dupain-Cheng I'd say she'd be the girls' leader in her class."

"She'll get a chance to show that in a few months' time when the missions start." Mage said getting more eyes. "What, aren't we going to go over the whole assignments for the coming raids? My two work study students are being assigned to the evac team for it so I figured we should address where the kids here are going to be during it."

"Wait why are they on the evac team?" Present Mic asked. "That's the one that's going to be by the hospital."

"Because their Quirks are better suit to that role and their primary hero training back in France was in a city." Mage said. "Yes they're doing a lot better when dealing with rural combat and natural disasters but their highly trained in urban settings so it makes the most sense to have them there for this particular mission just in case things go sideways, and let's be honest we should expect that. I've been around long enough and experienced my fair share of battles to know that no plan survives first contact."

"We are raiding the hospital where we believe Shigaraki is and is likely where that doctor we suspect is in league with All for One is making the Nomus." Aizawa said as Present Mic growled at that, both of them had been really shaken when they'd found out about the base of Kurogiri and while Aizawa was needed for that part of the raid, Mic had personally volunteered for it because he wanted to take down that doctor more than anyone else other than Aizawa. "So, it will be heavily protected. That is more than fine that they are on the evac team though. Do we know which other agencies will be in on that?"

"Endeavor's is so it's a guarantee that Midoriya, Bakugo, and Todoroki will be on that team as well." Nezu said. "As is the Ryukyu, Wash, and Manual Agencies so Uraraka, Asui, Koda, Fukidashi, and Ida will be in there for the mission. At least one, Koda, is needed as his Anivoice Quirk is going to be useful for domestic animals. Most of the others will be on the rear-guard squad."

"That is the best place for the students to be." All Might said. "They can hold the back lines from the villa and deal with the stragglers that make it past Edgeshot's initial attack. The info we have is that that walking disaster that they have, the S-Class monster, won't be woken up without Shigaraki so he shouldn't be a problem."

"If he is we can figure something out." Midnight said. "I'm just worried about how we need to have a few students on the front lines with us."

"As much as I don't want them there they are needed because they have Quirks that will be essential to that part of the mission." Nezu said. "Especially Kaminari. The report from the HPSC on how one of their subcommanders has a Quirk that records say is called Amplivolt which apparently is a ranged electric based Quirk and could cause issues to the initial attack given the training we know that the Meta Liberation Army has. The best way to counter such a power is with Kaminari's Electrification Quirk."

"I understand the need for Kaminari but the others they've asked for." Midnight said. "Tokoyami, Komori, and Honenuki, what's the purpose of them?"

"Tokoyami's being requested because the reports are that the majority of the soldiers, including a chance that Yotsubashi is there and doesn't give into the ruse that the HPSC has set up for him, is underground and thus in darkness." Nezu said. "Which means that the strongest Quirk we could use there is Dark Shadow. It can go down, handle Yotsubashi's Stress Quirk and close off one of the paths to the surface. The other paths will be closed by pro heroes with the Quirks to do so. Cementoss, you've got a lot of work to do on this."

"I know and will do my duty." Cementoss said seriously. "I will make sure that these villains are brought to justice."

"As for Honenuki and Komori, they are needed because they've got good area Quirks that can incapacitate a lot of villains swiftly at the start because it's expected that there will be many defenders in the villa itself and not underneath it." Nezu said. "They will only be on the outside of the mission, once the exits are closed off and the pros have entered the villa that will be opened up by Cementoss they will be taken back to the rear guard by Fat Gum. This is all contingent on them volunteering for it but we do need them."

"I see, I'll talk with them when the time comes then." Midnight said. "I'm going to be with them on that part of the raid, my Quirk is perfect for subduing large groups, so I'll make sure that they understand what they're being asked to volunteer for."

"Alright that is still two months off, give or take, so hold off for now as they need to focus on training at the moment." Nezu said as he looked over his notes and saw that they had reached the end of what he had prepared for this final part of the meeting. "But that is all I have so unless there are any questions then I say this meeting is over."

There weren't, it was late and many of the teachers wanted to call it a night so they just shook their heads and Nezu dismissed them. They'd had a productive and useful meeting, even Aizawa could admit it, but now it was time for dinner and sorting things out back in the teachers' dorm so he helped Nezu out of his scarf and left to work things out with Vlad regarding the training their respective classes would have.

It wasn't until all of the teachers had left leaving just Nezu in the meeting room, which he'd remained in to sort out, that the principal pulled out a final note he wanted to talk about. This one was a meeting that he had to have in private and so he waited to be taken to that discussion.

That came about 10 minutes later and vanished from where he was in the staff meeting room. Nezu was transported almost instantly to the special chair for him in Mage's office with a fine hybrid tea before him as All Might sat on one of the chairs around the coffee table in the office and Mage lounged on the sofa both with tea.

"Thanks you for agreeing to this post meeting, meeting." Nezu said as he sipped the interesting blend that had cooled to just the right temperature to drink. "We need to discuss Midoriya's special training regarding Blackwhip and the other Quirks that will be manifesting but and before that I have a question for Mage that I couldn't ask in that meeting."

"Shoot." Mage said as he picked up his cup of British tea that he favored.

"Can the kwamis be used?" Nezu asked looking at him causing the immortal to blink in confusion at that as he looked at Nezu and took a sip of his tea before responding.

"Come again?" Mage asked as he set the cup back in the saucer and made it float so that he could look at the bear, dog, rat, thing that was Nezu.

"I know that you can't be there, your vows have made sure of it even if you're covering your inability to join the raid with the whole international stuff but what about the kwamis?" Nezu asked again. "They've been around for a while, you've even used some of their powers before with Quirkless people, so can they be used again?"

"Maybe." Mage said as he thought on it. "Remember that they are sentient, they can chose not to aid if they don't want to and even if they do they need a holder as there are, let's say complications, to a kwami using his or her power without a holder. Plagg is especially egregious with this problem, but others aren't great or in Kaalki's case don't think there will be repercussions. Without the cure that Tikki can do but only if active at the time there could be some serious issues that would be hard to explain away."

"Of course, this is all on them and we will abide by any limitations that come with their powers." Nezu said. "I know that Dupain-Cheng and Agreste have their powers as Quirks now, but you were never able to change the other aspect of the Ladybug Miraculous if I recall so I will keep that in mind."

"It's too different from the core power." Mage said. "So I couldn't do that but if Marinette was to use her Miraculous and then use Lucky Charm through that she could. That said there is one thing I'm not sure about."

"What?" Nezu asked.

"How a Miraculous would interact with a Quirk." Mage said. "It's never been done."

"It hasn't?" All Might asked.

"Nope, I've only ever given them to Quirkless teens who proved worthy of them." Mage said. "Several had their DNA recoded after excessive use like with Adrien and Marinette, but I've never given one to someone with a Quirk because I don't know how they'd interact and after my mistake 230 years ago I've become more hesitant with things regarding the Miraculouses that I've made."

"That is understandable." Nezu said. "But is there a way to see if there isn't an adverse effect? They could come in handy in this mission if they could be used."

"Perhaps." Mage said as he thought on it. "It will come down to situational issues but there is a way that it could be tested. It hasn't been needed yet but theoretically it can happen and with the work studies now more active than before there's a better chance of it happening. If it does happen then the result will be that someone with a Quirk will need to use a kwami's power."

"Vague." All Might said.

"Gotta be, it's hard to explain it so better for me to keep an eye out for it." Mage said. "There is a chance that it may happen and if it does then we may be able to use at least one."

"Understood." Nezu said as he took another sip of tea. "They would be useful but within your realm so I will leave it to you. Now, let's discuss Midoriya's special training and the next Quirk to train for. Of all the ones he will get there is only one we can train for so let's prepare him for Float."

All Might nodded at that and pulled out a training notebook he'd made regarding the past users and their Quirks so that the men could discuss Midoriya's special training. He of all of the class would need it because they knew what this raid was really about. The next clash between All for One and One for All was on the horizon and those in the know fully intended to be ready for it. As such they began to discuss into the night as the other teachers got their own training prepared as the semester continued and the day of the raid drew ever closer.

Not the most exciting chapter I'll admit but it is a necessary one as it sets up most of what is to come with rest of the time skip arc as there will be various training chapters along with other things that will happen that were hinted at in general as the students prepare for the coming war. Plus, there are a few teachers only chapters in the School Briefs books so they do exist in the canon material they just don't appear often. That said this one is not based off any of those as this is purely original though the Setsubun training is going to be based off a chapter in the 6th book though there is a funny teachers chapter were they all get wasted other than All Might, who can't drink following the injures he suffered at the hand of All for one, and it shows that all the teachers are different kinds of drunk. Anyway, this was a more administrative chapter to help show what it to come and smoothly work through the time skip arc (which as of right now has all remaining chapters in it planned out) and as this is all I have for this chapter I will leave it off here. As always, if you like it or have any questions please let me know in reviews or PMs, I will try to answer them as best I could and post any questions asked between uploads at the start of the next chapter and do follow and favorite this, so you are alerted to future uploads. Do keep the reviews coming as I like hearing from y'all as you enjoy my work, it motivates me to keep producing the best work I can for y'all to enjoy. Until next time.
