"You were once our greatest achievement."
"Our quest for you was difficult, yes, but simple nonetheless."
"And when we confronted you on your actions, the countless atrocities that you've committed against other sentient beings. Hmmm, you attacked us out of anger and ignorance."
"So I and my kin left your home system, but yet you chased us relentlessly."
"In anger and betrayal my bond brother drowned in his own sorrow for the death of his love. So in his rage he convinced the majority of our kin to atomize to dust to become one entity to rein destruction and death to those whom were our trusted successors."
"Naturally I declined, and so did many others. The idea of becoming something that was only death incarnate. It didn't fit my personality as a creator, so I offered my personal project for a world of primitive humans that I had deep in uncharted space… well uncharted for you anyway."
"And thus began The Shinju project."

Joyous night it should have been, but yet blood stains the streets as corpses littered once a beautiful village that's now a burning landscape of death and destruction. The great Konoha, the victor of three great wars was burning, destroyed in a night by a beast that was hidden for many centuries only seen rarely. Its massive form exceeded the size of the Hokage monument by three times, its Reddish orange fur looked soft to the touch but yet it didn't yield under the constant storm of attacks that rained upon its form. Its human-like fore paws tipped with sharp and deadly claws swung to shred apart the ants swarming its massive frame. Its fox-like head was marred with rage and anger, the bloody red slitted eyes with three black tomo orbited around the slitted pupil at a constant speed. Its sharp fangs bared as it rampaged throughout the village.
The Beasts' long nine tails whipped around wildly causing the air pressure it generated dug grooves in the earth sending derbri flying and crashing throughout the settlement destroying various structures, and in return from multiple positions blasts of fire, and torrents of water were propelled with great force toward the titanic nine tailed fox. Most would think attacks of this sort would do devastating amounts of damage to any being or object, but to the disappointment of the shinobi the fox shrugged off their collective attack without the slightest of give until one elder shinobi landed in front of the attacking group. He was an older man around his mid to late forties, wearing metal plated battle wear colored black.
"Sandaime-sama?!" the battle group shouted in surprise.
The previous Hokage surveyed the destruction with a frown, then he turned his gaze to the Kyubi as his frown deepened when he noticed the eyes of the beast. "Damn it!"
Hearing their leader's curse, made one brave shinobi ask a question that was on all their minds. "Hokage-sama, err… why has the fox attacked us?"
Sighing, the Hokage spoke. "The foxes name is Kurama, Yondaime-sama and Kushina-sama have befriended him by saving him from being sealed by Kumo during the 3rd war. He was supposed to come here to be willingly sealed into a Jinchuraki for multiple reasons that you all don't have the clearance for, but long story short he was put under a sharingan genjutsu and Yondaime-sama has communicated to me through the radio that a individual claiming to be Uchiha madara attacked himself and Kushina-sama."
"What!"
"Are they okay?"
"Poor Kurama-san."
"Hokage-sama, has anyone in my clan tried to cancel the genjutsu on foxy-chan!"
Chukleing Hiruzen leveled his staff with Kurama and with a charge of chakra the staff extended to ridiculous lengths only to slam into the foxes chest pushing him out of the village as the staff continued to lengthen. Then in a blink of an eye the fox was gone, hiruzen didn't even blink at the foxes disappearance. "Go and search for survivors or the fallen. I'll go back up the Forth!"
"Hai Hokage-sama!" the group sounded off.

In a yellow and orange flash the fox appeared with the Yondaime on top of his head breathing heavily. Moving someone the size of Kurama made his favorite jutsu very taxing, lifting his head to see his wife looking ragged, but in the long term she'll be fine. In her arms was their son whom they were gonna seal Kurama into to protect them both. While Minato was catching his breath, Kurama made his move lunging for his wife and child. Kushina on her part really thought that the sudden transportation would snap her friend out of his funk, but when she saw his lunge for her as his Ki flooded the air around them forcing her to cradle the baby Naruto closer to keep him safe. Unknown to the two parents their son was very sensitive to emotions with him being a natural born empath, so in reaction to the negative emotions all around him… he began to cry as his chakra spiked, not going unnoticed by his parents as the ground began to shake. To their surprise massive roots rocketed out of the earthen soil wrapping around Kurama and restraining him. And to what they expected the malicious chakra disappeared as the three orbiting tomoe in his eyes faded.
Not feeling the bad feeling anymore, the baby in Kushina's arms stopped crying abruptly and started to giggle and clap excitedly, reaching out for the big fluffy fox with his baby hands.
Before anyone could speak the roots encasing the giant fox retracted back into the earth from once it came. The first to speak was Kurama and he sounded remorseful. "Minato… Kushina… i-i'm so sorry." as he lowered his head.
"It wasn't your fault Kurama, it was that madara-teme who's at fault dattebane!" roared the female Uzumaki who held up her child to be in Kurama's line of sight. "Go on Naru-chan tell the big foxy it wasn't his fault." chirped the red head as baby Naruto clapped and giggled in response.
Kurama grinned at seeing the baby in his friend's hands. "Awe, is that my partner from now on? He doesn't look like much, just a little shrimp." chuckled out the fox in his gravelly voice.
At that baby Naruto frowned as his chakra spiked again with the massive roots rising from the earth again writhing like tentacles surrounding the fox in a taunting gesture making Kurama's eyes widen in befuddlement and a tinge of fear. "The roots of the Shinju…"
This admittance made the two parents widen their eyes, then look at their son in awe. "I knew it, dattebane! My Naru-chan is special." exclaimed the happy redhead while she nuzzled his cheek with hers.
Minato sighed in sadness but he knew that his son would be hated from now on the same with his friend Kurama. "Kurama you ready?" he asked his friend as he jumped off the foxes head landing next to his family.
Breaking from his thoughts Kurama retrained his gaze upon his only human friends. "Umm yeah, just make it roomy enough for me to rome around and to train the squirt when he's old enough."
Nodding at Kurama's requests Minato pulled out a scroll and with a flick of his wrist, the scroll was sent unrolling across the ground. Once it reached its full length it glowed as ruins' and kanji stretched out in multiple directions. "Okay my friend, let's stuff you into my son."

Walking in through the gates Minato and Kushina with baby Naruto in her arms came to the sight of the destruction Kurama waged upon the village. Shinobi were blurring in and out of sight picking up the dead or wounded, until one called out when they saw the three entering the village.
"Yondaime-sama and Kushina-sama have returned!"
And in an instant they were surrounded by the people of the village being asked more questions then they could keep up with.
"Is the demon dead?"
"Are you two alright?"
"Who's the child?"
"What happened to the fox?"
Until one voice made everyone go silent. "So is that our new Jinchriki?" That one voice that ruined the plan to lie to the village came. Walking to the Hokage and his wife was Shimura Danzo. He was a middle aged man with black hair and eye, he had half of his face covered with white bandages covering one eye. His attire consisted of white and black clothes, one of his arms was in a sling while the other was holding onto a Cain.
Hearing that one word made the majority of the villagers glare bloody murder at the child as if crazed.
"Kill the demon!"
"End its life Hokage-sama!"
"We can't let this chance slip, kill it while it's weakened!"
Hearing this made Kushina hide the baby from view, in fear that one would attack her baby. Minato on the other hand was livid that this man and people had audacity…to…to demand his son's death… with all the negative emotions flooding the area, Baby Naruto started to cry as his chakra spike again making every shinobi stiffen. From the ground behind the two parents an demonic looking head rose from the ground, it's more defining feature was the red eyes with concentric rings rippling out from a thin pupil, but what shocked everyone was the very familiar tomo's of sharingan but instead of three it had nine in each eye. The other feature that made everyone step back was the kanji for King Of Hell.
Before anyone could speak the king of Hell opened its mouth wide freaking everyone out but the baby in Kushina's arms who was giggling and clapping at the sight of the King and with another pulse of chakra the head along with the mouth expanded and green soft light started to fly out and slam into a dead body, enveloping the empty husk until it dissipated. Everyone one held their breath until a cough and choke was heard, then a groan.
"Argh, I feel like I was crushed by my shop."
"Sato-kun!" Was a feminine yell.
While everyone was watching the spectacle of someone being brought back from the dead. There was another spike of chakra and more green lights came flying out of the King of hell and slamming into the bodies of the dead bringing them back from the abyss.
"The time has come."
"Rise my child, the mantel is yours for the taking."
"Hmmm. with a new beginning a new name should follow…"
"Human no more, and an eternal has taken its place."
