The female held onto the sink as she looked into the mirror with hatred in her eyes. She was absolutely sleep deprived. She kept hearing the voices, telling her how no one cared for her. That the person she loved thought she was worthless. She heard the landline phone beep as another voicemail appeared. Her eyes darted over to the phone in the doorway to her bedroom.

"Hey, Orion, it's me, Yamcha. You know, the guy that was checking up on you? Haha, look. I am worried about you, he wouldn't want you to mope about. Please call me, I worry for you sometimes… And I mean it, I don't want you to do anything you'll regret… Please. Call back."

The voicemail beeps and ends the call, she sniffles. And turned away. She didn't want to, she couldn't believe he would be worried or anyone in their own friend group was. She only felt that they were obligated because he wanted it, not because they truly cared for her wellbeing.

The feelings were like a raging storm in her head, refusing to calm down. She began to feel like she was unable to think straight. The pain she felt was nothing she had ever felt in her entire life. She slid down and held her knees sobbing.

She didn't know what to do, or who to turn to at all. She couldn't feel safe or comfortable at all with sharing her insecurities even though that's what she could do. But the issue lines itself with how she presented as if she were to… Tell Yamcha and Krillin how she felt. It's not like they knew him for far longer than she had.

She was just a stupid Saiyan who arrived on Earth a year ago, the same stupid Saiyan that ended up falling for their friend. Their companion, the same stupid Saiyan that ended up fighting alongside them, and their friends Goku… The same friend that was supposed to propose to her…

Her lip quivers and she held her body closer, as if she were to let go, she would lose the only sense of security left in them. She longed for someone to hold, someone to understand her, but that person is dead. She gets up after a long cry before another beep was heard. She didn't notice her phone rang again.

"Hey, Orion! It's me Krillin! Yamcha told me he hadn't heard back from you in a while, so I thought I'd try. Um, please call us back? We're very worried about you, even Goku's asking about you… Um, try not to hurt yourself… Okay? We do care about you, and… If you don't call back, Android 18 said she's gonna come over there and drag you from your room herself! So, please call me or Yamcha back, okay?"

She grits her teeth as the Voicemail ends. She was so pathetic that even Android 18 was considering coming to get her and drag her out to talk to them. She couldn't live with the pain anymore. The constant torture… The… The… fear. She slowly made her way to her feet, and went back into the bathroom, rummaging through her stuff she sniffles, and wipes the messy locks of her spiky hair from her face as she sniffles and looks at the switchblade and breaks down. She got this switchblade from him, and she cherished it. She opened the sleeves of her long shirt and began to slide the blade across her arm. She winces as she feels dirty and useless. She would be surprised that anyone loved her after what she did. She winces and looks down and hisses.

"Shit." Orion gasps out, as the blade slid across her arm. She looked down at her arm and blinked back tears. She knew what places would cause the most damage and went with it. She bit her lip and sobbed. She felt so much pain and gags. She collapses and her arm shakes. She felt pain, a lot of it. She shivers and she slipped the switchblade in her pocket and collapsed on the floor. There was a lot of blood, and she felt fuzzy. She needed sleep, she wanted to sleep. She needed to sleep, she wanted to sleep.

And she allowed herself to fall asleep.

The next thing she knew, Orion found herself standing in front of a desk with a red skinned man writing and he looked up. "Oh, hello there!" He smiled. Orion was panicking. Was she… She looked around.

"Where am I?" She asked.

"You're in the Otherworld, my office to be exact." He said, dropping his pen. Orion shivers and looks down.

"I- I died?" She asked.

"Sadly, you did, I am King Yemma. Now let's see." King Yemma faced the cabinet that had all the various files on many mortals in the universe, a file magically appeared in the seemingly endless filing cabinet.

"Ah, someone was just born. That's lovely. Okay. So what's your name?" King Yemma asked.

"My name is Orion." Orion said. King Yemma hums and navigates to the 'O' section of the cabinet. He flipped through the files before ending up in her file.

"Found it." King Yemma pulled out the file, and sat down at the desk, opening the file. He smiled, "Orion, Princess of all Low Class Saiyans that inhabit the planet known as "Planet Orion" lived a modest life on the planet from her father named Orion as well. She was the product between a Low Class and High Class Saiyan whose parents were due to be killed because of their vastly different ranks. But they prevailed. You, my darling, stood in front of the fearsome Frieza and refused to join them. You lived your life to the fullest, often trying your best, before deciding to leave the nest and live on Earth where you met your friends…" King Yemma reads.

Orion fidgets nervously knowing what King Yemma was reading, she didn't really like how he was reading about her life. It was painful to think of the past. But she knew what was next.

"So, it says here, you met Goku and his friends… And oh! There's someone special in your life." King Yemma said. Orion slumped in her chair further, hating this very much, and wanting to disappear, King Yemma hummed and looked at the paper closely, "It was obvious from anyone how they could tell you both actually loved one another… From how happy she was. Then he died. Things went downhill."

"I… I suppose you can say that-" Orion began.

King Yemma dropped the folder down, and clasped his hands on the desk looking at Orion with pity, "I've fully reviewed your paper, and well. I…" He looked down and back up at her.

"You would've gone to Heaven…" He started.

"Wait, would've?!" Orion shouts. King Yemma placed up a hand to silence her.

"Well, you did kill yourself, and that counts as murder against you, murder is murder, regardless if you did the act against yourself. Murder is murder, and murder is the act of taking one's life. You took your own life, you committed murder." King Yemma explained.

"Are you saying it's my fault? That I am selfish?" Orion asked, King Yemma shook his head.

"Goodness no, I am just saying you committed a crime and are being punished for it." King Yemma said.

"But- But! I don't belong in HFIL! If I did I would've been bad! All I did was take my own life! Why am I being punished for something that shouldn't be punishable to begin with?" Orion asked.

"I know, but it's the rules. I have to do what I have to do." King Yemma said. Getting up.

"Here I stand at the Gates of Fate,

Orion, your soul arrives, but I hesitate.

It's not my choice, it's the rule I obey,

But your pain wasn't evil, it's just led you this way."

King Yemma looked down at Orion with a soft look. But it turned stern. He seemed to feel some sort of pity but he couldn't really do anything about it.

"I'm the judge, I'm the keeper of the line,

But sometimes the judgment doesn't seem so fine.

You weren't bad, you weren't cruel, you were lost in the storm,

Yet HFIL's the place for souls in their final form."

King Yemma, sadly looked down at Orion who seemed to be nervous and got up on the desk. And pointed at her.

"HFIL bound, I'm sending you down,

But deep in my heart, I wear a heavy crown.

You didn't deserve the fire or the fall,

But I can't change the rule—it's my duty, that's all.

HFIL bound, where the bad souls burn,

But you weren't evil, just waiting your turn."

He laments about how Orion was unable to see the light, but smiled gently looking at her. She seemed to be squirming under the look that King Yemma was giving her.

"I've seen villains, I've seen those who delight,

In chaos and cruelty, in wrong over right.

But you, Orion, just slipped through the cracks,

A heart overwhelmed, and now there's no turning back."

King Yemma looked into the distance, as he imagined the various souls he had sent to HFIL and shook his head, and faced his back towards Orion, holding onto the counter.

"I'm the judge, I'm the one who decides,

But looking at you, there's pain in my eyes.

Not all who fall deserve where they land,

But I'm bound by this task, and I will do what I can."

King Yemma looked at his hands as they shook and sighed and pulled away from the counter, and walked up to Orion as she backed up a bit nervous.

"HFIL bound, I'm sending you down,

But deep in my heart, I wear a heavy crown.

You didn't deserve the fire or the fall,

But I can't change the rule—it's my duty, that's all.

HFIL bound, where the bad souls burn,

But you weren't evil, just waiting your turn."

King Yemma brought the walls up around Orion as she saw mirrors around her, various versions of her life flashed beyond her eyes, and each mirror showed a part of her life, one represents her in her youth, and the others.

"I wish I could tell you, "There's a way to escape,"

But justice is blind, and it's sealing your fate.

You weren't a monster, you weren't a fiend,

But the law's the law, no matter the means."

King Yemma removed the walls, pulling out a scroll, which had a bunch of laws on it, she barely could read the words and she gasped out. Before being pulled away from King Yemma as she felt the ground shake as she was sent below.

"Orion, I'll remember your face in the crowd,

Another soul lost to a world so loud.

But HFIL's the path, for now, it's the road,

I hope your spirit finds peace in its code.

HFIL bound… HFIL bound…"

The last thing Orion saw before being sent down was the sad look in King Yemma's eyes as she is sent below. Then darkness.

In HFIL, a certain Bio-Android has found himself walking through HFIL, as the sounds of the usual greeted him, unpleasant arguing, sounds of birds chirping and of course, the occasional moping of what seemed to be various villains that were gained no chance in Heaven, the bio-android was named Cell. He's been in HFIL since… Well he didn't know how long since the time was blurred in between but nonetheless he's gotten used to the usual shit that happens, some would say Cell was a "OG" of HFIL, as he knew his way around.

Cell found it difficult to live with people who were insufferable, at least he did have his offspring but even they were annoying sometimes. But he was used to them. He longed for some sort of difference in his life, something interesting to look forward to, instead of the usual. He walked to the Garden that Android 16 had created weeks prior. He and he didn't get along- well he didn't like him, since why wouldn't he? Android 16 didn't really have any grudges with him.

So mostly they stayed out of each other's way, and didn't really do much to bother the other. So it was a win-win situation for him, arriving in the Garden, Android 16 wasn't around but Fu was, and Turles. He was well aware of Fu being a scientist and Turles just making more tree forests. So nothing too weird or out of the ordinary. Cell sat down and wondered what to do, until he was interrupted by someone.

"Cell! Cell! You would not believe what happened!" It was the voice of Zarbon. Cell adjusted his eyes a bit and sighed. He didn't really need this right now, and well. As much as he needed alone time, right now he had to answer to Zarbon.

"What happened, Zarbon? Salza and you made yet another makeup branding that once again isn't what you envisioned so you complain to me?" Cell said, sarcastically. Zarbon looked slightly annoyed.

"No- But-" Zarbon began.

"He found a nouveau venu tout seul à l'étage en HFIL!" Salza pipes up from behind Zarbon, who rolls his eyes.

"What did he say? You know I don't speak french, right?" Cell asked, even slightly more annoyed.

"What he said was, I found a newcomer all alone on the floor in HFIL. She seemed to be new, and I think she needs a proper welcome from you. Since well, you are the host here are you not?" Zarbon asked.

"I… Wouldn't say that entirely, I just sit here and relax. There's not much to do except relax. Also did you say she?" Cell asked, Salza snickers.

"Don't get too excited, you pervers! She might not even be your type!" Salza snickers.

Cell rolled his eyes at the blondette, and huffs. "What makes you think I am interested in a female? We haven't seen any in years, the last one died. In the annual purge that happens bi-yearly at this rate."

"Yeah, yeah. We know. Let's get going!" Salza said, rushing off.

"Is it just me or he's far more childish now?" Cell asked Zarbon.

"No, he's probably just acting like that because he's happy." Zarbon heads off, and Cell follows. It's been nearly a few years since a single Villain had ever arrived at this HFILSpawn, he doubted there was any more ready to come along with. But hearing the fact of a potential one arriving, and one that was female, was bound to change Cell's mind, as he walked through the lands. He heard Zarbon and Salza chatting in French, and he just rolled his eyes. Then they stopped.

"Here! She's here!" Salza called, and Zarbon nodded.

"Come." Zarbon said. Cell followed and they brushed the leaves around and there was the female, it was a Saiyan. Cell groans.

"Why didn't you tell me she was a Saiyan?" Cell asked.

"Well, we do have a few others here so what point would it be?" Salza scoffed.

"Because it… Nevermind what now?" Cell asked.

"We start by waking her up. You go and greet her Cell." Zarbon shoves Cell and he stumbled forwards groaning.

"Don't shove me." Cell growls out. And knelt down poking the unconscious female. Cell felt weird near a female especially since he didn't like having to greet newcomers. He scoffs and turns back to see Zarbon and Salza who smiled.

"What if she is dead?" Cell snaps.

"Wouldn't that make her double dead? How does that work anyways?" Salza calls out.

"I mean we do get slaughtered every year anyways. So it wouldn't make less of a difference anyhow." Zarbon adds.

"Whatever." Cell snaps, he turns back to face the body and poked her. Immediately she gets up.

"Where am I?" She panics. And Cell groans.

"Your in HFIL, Where else would you be?" Cell asked.

"What? No! I don't belong here!" Orion yells.

"You don't? I mean you are here, so you obviously did something to deserve being sent here like all of us." Salza said.

"Wait, she doesn't have that certain aura to her like any of us. So in a way she is right." Zarbon said.

"How can she not belong here? She's here, right? King Yemma wouldn't make a dumb decision to let a soul enter HFIL if they didn't do anything to warrant being here." Cell crossed his arms.

"I mean, it's obvious she probably doesn't belong here! Come, come! We need to show you around HFIL!" Zarbon grabbed Orion's hand and she yelped.

"You better not sing!" Cell shouts, but he is ignored.

"Welcome, Orion, to this realm so bizarre,

Where the lost souls linger, and the shadows are par.

Il y a des histoires, oh, listen closely now,

We'll show you the sights, come on, take a bow!"

Zarbon starts singing as Orion yelps. While Salza and Zarbon dragged her around she yelped and groaned, Cell tried to catch up to the group.

"Bienvenue à HFIL, oh, what a place,

With evil beings, it's a curious space!

Rires et chansons, we'll dance through the night,

In this land of the lost, everything feels right!"

Zarbon and Salza pointed to the various structures and the lights around HFIL, as various villains were seen doing their daily tasks.

"Here's the Lost Souls Café, the coffee's divine,

With spirits all laughing, oh, you'll feel so fine!

Les fantômes jouent aux cartes, their laughter rings clear,

In this lively underworld, there's nothing to fear!"

Salza hands Orion a cup of coffee, and she takes a sip before dropping it and yelping.

"Oh be careful, Mon cher the coffee's scalding hot!" Salza smiled, poking Orion in the nose, as she shook her head.

"Orion, you see, the shadows can play,

But here, we find joy in a mischievous way!

Look at those lost souls, dancing with glee,

It's a party, mon amie, come dance with me!"

Zarbon attempts to teach Orion how to dance, and she yelps, falling over as Zarbon chuckles.

"You'll get the hang of it." He smiled.

"Down by the river of echoes and dreams,

Where the memories flow, and nothing's as it seems.

Regardez-les danser, the spirits are bright,

In HFIL, we celebrate every night!"

Salza pointed at the river and smiled before twirling her around.

"So join us, Orion, in this underworld's song,

In HFIL, together is where we belong!

Chanter et rire, let's make memories here,

With all of us, you've got nothing to fear!"

Salza and Zarbon finished their song, before panting.

"So, how was that introduction to HFIL? You like it, J'espère que vous l'avez aimé." Salza said, Orion manages a nervous smile.

"Uh, do you always do this whenever someone new comes down here, or?" Orion asks.

"Oh no, that's all improv! We do a different song each and every time!" Zarbon said.

"Oui! Oui! It's our way of making the new souls more welcomed and at ease with their situation… But enough of that! So we have a full scope of the mansion to do and-" Salza began.

"Actually, we don't have time. We have to be in our rooms by the next hour." Cell said, pretty annoyed he chased them across town.

"What, oh come on, why?" Zarbon scoffs.

"Because you know why. It's not up for discussion." Cell crosses his arms.

"Since when did you call the shots? Hm? Last time I checked you were busy worrying about poking Orion awake." Salza said.

"Look, it doesn't matter at all. Point is, you know what the issue is, and I won't repeat it, I just won't. So unless you want to get injured. Then I suggest you get inside." Cell snaps.

"Oh, so we're not going to tell her what happens down here every year?" Zarbon has a smirk on his face.

"No, we're not. Because we're not explaining any of that." Cell huffs.

"What happens every year?" Orion asked.

"Oh, you know, scary things." Zarbon said.

"Scary things?" Orion asked.

"Yep, truly scary things." Salza adds on.

"Don't you dare–" Cell began.

"Oh come on! Why not tell her, she'll find out on her own!'

"It doesn't matter! We don't need to scare the newcomer this early!"

"Where was this care and energy before?"

"Don't get me started on that!"

"Oh, Orion~ Cell is hiding-" Zarbon began.

"Stop!" Cell shouts.

"-The fact that-" Salza adds.

"No!" Cell yells.

"-That EVERY YEAR-" Zarbon added.

"Don't you even FUCKING dare!" Cell warns.

"The Demons come down here and kill us all!" Zarbon and Salza finishes together. Orion was horrified.

"WHAT!?"
