"Dad, what's the matter?" Tina asked once they got outside

Bob tried to wipe away his tears. "I just- I have so much anxiety about this whole thing," he started to choke up. "My kids are gone…" he put his hands in his face and started to cry silently.

"Oh Dad I- I never meant to upset you I-" Tina stammered, a look of sorry and sympathy on her face.

"It's not your fault," Bob said, sitting up. "I just miss my little girl."

Tina smiled sympathetically and took her dad's hands. "Well, funnily enough we went to the doctor recently, and they said it might be a girl."

Bob's tears started to swell up, and he hugged his daughter tight.

"Don't ever change…" he said

Tina smiled and hugged him back. "I won't."

Bob suddenly pulled back when he felt a thump near his chest.

Tina's eyes went wide with excitement. "I think she likes you."
