Snow Ball Fight

Izuku, Catra, and Glimmer were relaxing at the castle library wanting to spend some down time after the several adventures that they'd had. Izuku was reading another book about the First One's but he had yet to find a reason as to why he could read any of their writing. Catra was leaning against him, teasing him about how he'd rather be stuck with his nose inside a book than looking at her. All the while Glimmer couldn't help but wonder how those two had been able to stay friends for so long and not get on each other's nerves.

"Come on, Izuku, that's the third book you've read," Catra whined. "We should do something fun. We don't have missions~."

"Maybe you should read a book, Catra," Izuku countered, causing Catra to lick the back of his neck, causing him to shiver. "Gah! Catra! Why did you?!"

Glimmer chuckled at their antics.

"How are you two still friends?" Glimmer chuckled. "I don't think I could keep up with either of you for this long. I mean, no offense Catra, but I wouldn't be able to put up with your hijinks."

"Oh really~?" Catra jumped on top of Glimmer, giving her a saucy smile. "You say you couldn't put up with little old me after all this time?"

Glimmer started to blush at how close Catra's face was. Ever since she'd seen Catra's body and heard her words when she teased Izuku, she had been having strange emotions about the cat girl and the young man. Her eyes darted for a way to get out of that situation, but she couldn't help but stare at the young cat girl as Izuku tried to pull her off.

"That's enough, Catra," Izuku said, pulling Catra.

"Come on, Izuku, live a little. Help me loosen up Sparkles over here," Catra whines, thrashing against Izuku's hold while the green haired boy gave Glimmer an apologetic look.

Just then, their little game was cut short when someone loudly cleared their throat.

The three young heroes slowly turned around, spotting the queen standing there at the library entrance with Netossa and Spinnerella by her side. The look on her face could extinguish any birthday candle or lit torch in her sight due to how cold it was. It was no surprise that if a parent, queen or otherwise, spotted their child in such a position with two other friends in a highly hormonally-charged moment, they would be giving that same look.

Izuku and Catra jumped back and pretended to be doing something else, avoiding the ire of the queen.

"Hello, your majesty," Izuku greeted.

"Can we help you with something?" Catra asked with her best innocent tone she could muster.

"I see you're getting along," Queen Angella pointed out, raising an eyebrow.

"Nothing wrong here, mom, we swear," Glimmer said, trying to keep her mom from killing her friends or showing her blush.

Queen Angella didn't know what was going on with the three young adults, but she worried that it would lead to some results that were best left after marriage. But she also knew that she had as much control of those events as she could stop the rain from falling.

"Not that I do not believe you, but I'll let this pass," Queen Angella said as Izuku let out a quiet sigh.

However, Izuku, Catra and Glimmer noticed that Netossa and Spinnerella were giving them approving looks and winks. This only caused the three young adults to blush even more at the sight of them having caught them in such a state.

"Um, is there something we can do for you, Queen Angella?" Izuku asked, hoping to change the conversation.

"Right, we have received an invitation to the yearly Snow Ball from the Ice Kingdom, and I was hoping that you would go," Queen Angella explained, holding up the invitation.

Glimmer took the invitation, opening it for her, Izuku and Catra to read.

"The Ball? Wow, this is a big deal," Glimmer pointed out.

"What's such a big deal about this thing?" Catra asked.

"Who are the Ice Kingdom?" Izuku asked. "Do they have a princess and a runestone?"

"They are one of the largest kingdoms in Etheria, they encompass most of the north and are some of the richest in resources." Glimmer explained. "They've long held a strong neutral stand in the war against the Horde since they never turned their sights towards them. The last three queens have been stubbornly in that position."

This explanation made Izuku and Catra look at each other with dumbfounded expressions.

"What? Why would they stay neutral for that?" Catra asked. "Are they too lazy to mobilize and actually fight to protect their homes?"

"I mean, the other kingdoms had valid reasons for keeping to themselves or only contributing a little," Izuku added. "But staying out just because the Horde hasn't gotten to them yet isn't something to celebrate. Um, no offense." He added, trying not to get the queen angry.

"None taken, Izuku. There is some merit to your comments, but there is more to it." Queen Angella pointed to the invitation. "It would seem that they are inviting both the new She-Ra and Izuku, who they are now calling the Guardian Knight of Brightmoon."

Izuku and Catra looked at each other with some sense of pride at the invitation. They had never been invited to a party or an event as fancy as this one. Neither knew what to say or do when something like that was presented to them.

"Yeah, I don't think so. Given it's called the Kingdom of Snows, I'm not interested in wearing a scantily-clad dress in a place that has more snow flakes than Izuku has freckles," Catra commented, leaning on Izuku's shoulder.

"Maybe this is the chance for the new top cat to swing it with the fat cats," Glimmer jabbed.

"Was that a jab at my feline good looks? Not bad, Sparkles," Catra teased.

Queen Angella cleared her throat, reminding the young adults that she was still in the room.

"Sorry, your highness," Izuku apologized.

"No need to apologize, Izuku. Though I am afraid that the situation is a bit more than just a diplomatic event for the elite of the Snow Kingdom and their neighbors." Angella explained, getting a serious feeling from the three youngsters. "The Kingdom of Snows has had some heated up talks within its borders."

Queen Angella had a worried face that would've soured every piece of sweet candy until it turned bitter. The face the queen was often seen wearing, but this time the look was aimed not at Glimmer, but at Izuku and Catra.

"Um, what do you mean, Queen Angela?" Izuku asked.

"Before the first Princess Alliance was formed, the second princess of the Kingdom of Snows married a powerful fire mage by the name of Endeavor." Angela explained.

"Wow, guess the snow ladies needed some heat." Catra joked.

Queen Angela was not amused.

"When I said married I meant it as a formality. Endeavor made himself a powerful ally of the kingdom to then reach a position of power. He is a ruthless man with ideals that many do not agree with, but others see as the ends justify the means. This has led to the Kingdom to be divided between those that follow Endeavor and those that follow the newly crowned ruler, Princess Frosta." Angela explained, putting the room in a somber mood.

"You mean, there might be a civil war brewing?" Izuku asked. "That's not good."

"A civil war right in the middle of a bigger war? Wow, those guys really have their priorities straight." Catra said.

"Afraid not. The council and I fear that if a civil war were to break out, then the Horde would take advantage and conquer it. Which is why myself and the rest of the council have come to the conclusion that something must be done." Angela said.

"We're ready for anything, mom." Glimmer said, standing up and ready for a fight.

"Dibs on slapping someone around!" Catra added.

"I... appreciate your enthusiasm, girls. But this situation requires a more... delicate touch." Angela said, as though every word out of her mouth had to fight its way out.

"What do you mean?" Izuku asked.

Queen Angela turned to Izuku with all her will.

"Izuku, you've done a lot for the Alliance and this might be the hardest thing you've ever done." Queen Angela said, putting her hand on Izuku's shoulder which raised a few eyebrows and some worried looks.

"Wait, I'm confused. What are you saying?" Catra asked with worry.

"Marriage." Angela sighed.

"What?!" Izuku, Catra and Glimmer all snapped in shock

"The Kingdom of Snows has very strict laws that say a new crowned ruler must be married by the third year of her rule or the throne will be passed down to the next heir when they come of age. Endeavor's son will be 18 in five months. Endeavor will use that as an excuse to seize the throne from Princess Frosta. If that happens then civil war will be all but assured." Angela explained despite the dread she felt at even thinking of the plan.

"So your answer is to marry off Izuku like he's some breeding stud?! No, no, no way in heck I'll let you do that!" Catra snapped, tempted to pick up her sword and pull Izuku to her side.

"M-M-M-M-Marriage?!" Izuku stuttered.

"I think he's about to pass out," Netossa pointed out at the stuttering mess that was Izuku.

"Mom, there has to be another way!" Glimmer pleaded.

"I don't like this anymore than any of you, but if we can't get them to join the Alliance then that'll be the last card we could use. Go to the celebration and get Princess Frosta to join us before the situation escalates and blows up." Queen Angela explained.

"You want us to go there, dressed to the nines and convince Princess Frosta to come with us and support the Alliance? And use an arranged marriage if necessary?" Catra asked.

"We're afraid so," Spinnerella said.

Izuku, Catra and Glimmer looked at each other, knowing that this would be one of the trickiest missions that they had ever been dealt with. They were going to a kingdom that was doing everything in their power to stay out of the war. But they also knew that the Horde would not wait long to go after them. They had to get them to help in the Alliance and avoid a civil war.

"Alright, what do we need for this mission?" Izuku asked.

Queen Angella looked at Spinnerella and Netossa who had a sneaky smile on their faces.

"First, you will need a suit." Spinnerella said, pulling Izuku with her.

"And you two need dresses and learn some history manners," Netossa added, taking Catra and Glimmer with her.

"Hey, shouldn't we get Bow in on this?" Glimmer asked as Netossa dragged the two girls.

"Oh, you don't have to worry about that, he's already been briefed by Perfuma," Netossa replied. "He's her plus one."

The two girls looked at each other with curiosity. They turned their sights on the older woman.

"Um, who else is going to this thing?" Catra asked.

"Every princess, royal and elite of Etheria. Me and Spinny will be going as well," Netossa replied. "Don't worry, you'll be amongst friends if things go south."

Despite their good fortune at not going into the wolf's den on their own, the two girls couldn't help but wonder what would happen. More specifically, they were wondering what would happen if Izuku was surrounded by attractive women wearing fancy dresses with lots of alcohol and other enticing pieces of luxury trying to entice him. And at that thought they only had one thing to say.

"... Oh goodey," Catra and Glimmer both groaned.

On the other side of Etheria, in the Fright Zone, Adora was pacing as her thoughts were racing with possibilities. She had to figure out what her best move would be. She had heard of Shadow Weaver's actions with Shigaraki and how they were defeated by the trickery of the sorcerers. And now she was pacing in search of answers with her most trusted confidants.

"Alright guys, I'm not going to lie to you. Things aren't going as well as we'd hoped. The Horde has been losing ground, the Alliance has been growing in strength and Shadow Weaver wants the heads of both Catra and Izuku. We need to get them back to the Fright Zone and prove that they were being manipulated by the princesses to fight their war. With them we will be able to bring about a swift end to this war. Any ideas?" Adora asked.

Scorpia, Lonnie, Kyle and Rogelio just sat in confusion. After hearing the full explanation from the lips of Adora, they had different things in their mind. However, Scorpia was the first one to speak up.

"Um, are we sure that they're being mind controlled by the princesses? They seemed in their right mind when they destroyed our supply lines and our attack at the Sea Gate." Scorpia pointed out. "I mean, from what I saw at least."

"Yeah, plus Izuku was always saying that we were being used." Kyle added. "From what you guys told me, he was very adamant about it."

Rogelio growled in response, nodding his head. Despite his lack of speech, the lizard man of the team was perceptive enough to know that his former friends were acting of their own volition.

"Hard to believe that he grew up to be such a handsome man." Lonnie purred at the memory of Izuku's muscular body, however, she shook herself out of her fantasy. "Plus Catra was never one to listen to rules or follow orders."

"Guys, they are our friends. We need to get them back before they get themselves killed or worse," Adora argued. "Meeting them on the battlefield won't do. We need some form of neutral ground to talk to them peacefully." She thought out loud.

"Too bad most places are either with or against us," Kyle mentioned while Scorpia pulled out a rolled invitation at the mention of a neutral spot.

"How about the Ice and Snow Ball event in the Kingdom of Snows?" Scorpia handed Adora the invitation. "Their theme for this year is Winter Wonderland."

"Wait, wait a second. Where did you get that?" Lonnie asked, snatching the invitation.

"Oh, they sent it to me, with me being a princess and all." Scorpia replied, causing Lonnie, Kyle and Rogelio to lose their balance, falling on the floor of the room.

"You're a princess?!" Lonnie, Kyle and Rogelio pointed to Scorpia with shocked faces.

"Um, yeah, I thought everyone knew. My family gave the Horde and Hordak sanctuary before they took over," Scorpia explained, scratching the back of her head sheepishly.

"So many things now make sense!" Kyle screamed.

"Back to the matter at hand. It's too bad we can't just roll in there and talk to them. Catra won't listen unless Izuku is in a listening mood." Adora commented, putting the invitation away.

However, Lonnie's mind clicked like a lightbulb. Thanks to all her time in the gladiatorial arena of the Fright Zone, she knew that nothing softens the tongue and the desires of a man than a woman in revealing or tight clothes.

"Hm, Catra would be hard to convince, but there might be a way to convince Izuku to listen. He is a man after all." Lonnie wiggled her eyebrows, hoping that Adora would get the hint.

"What do you mean, Lonnie?" Adora asked, causing her friend to sigh.

"Adora, men in war tend to think in only two things and since you won't be wearing armor…" Lonnie trailed on.

"What do you mean? Of course I'll be wearing my suit. What am I supposed to wear?" Adora asked, gesturing to her armored uniform.

"Oh right, no weapons or armor allowed. Guess we'll have to look around for dresses if we're going." Scorpia squealed in delight. "This'll be the first time I go and have a plus one!"

"And with dresses comes the chance of showing off skin. So answer me Adora: T or A?" Lonnie asked.

"What?" Adora asked.

"What do you have more confidence in? The dress has to make whatever it is stand out." Lonnie explained. "What is your best weapon?"

Adora started to think based on the information that Lonnie had just given her and her lack of social interactions. Her mind drifted past usual civilian wear and went straight to the weapons and armored division of her mind. Shadow Weaver had ensured that her knowledge of a cutthroat warrior was engraved in Adora's mind instead of anything else.

"Hm, T is more useful for overall battle. But A is far more effective in cold areas. A. Definitely A." Adora said with confidence.

"Are you sure?" Lonnie asked with curiosity. "I mean, you have a bigger rack than me so I would've thought you'd go with T."

"I'm sure. Arcane Ore will be better for this mission rather than Titanium." Adora rebutted.

"What? No, Adora! That's not what I meant!" Lonnie snapped.

"Then... wait what did you mean by T or A?" Adora asked.

"Tits or Ass! What are you going to use to seduce Izuku into listening to you?! Tits or Ass?!" Lonnie grabbed hold of Adora's armor and started taking it off in a comedic black cloud while Scorpia, Kyle and Rogelio watched.

"Um, should we be watching or hearing this?" Kyle asked as clothes and underwear started to fly out.

"Okay, let's go!" Scorpia said, pushing Kyle and Rogelio out of the room.

As Scorpia escorted Kyle and Rogelio out of Adora's room, they failed to notice that Shadow Weaver had heard their little plan. She delved into the shadows, with a dark sinister smile under her mask. As she vanished from sight, her mind started to work in ways that could not only work in her favor but would also help her achieve the revenge she desired for her humiliating defeat.

Shadow Weaver came out of the shadows in a different room. This room was filled with machines constantly running experiments and analysis of information for the man or thing that ran the Horde.

At the other end of the room, Hordak was observing a purple crystal in his hand before his eyes landed on his second in command.

"What is it that you want, Shadow Weaver?" Hordak asked.

"Lord Hordak, I've got some information that might be of some use to you." Shadow Weaver bowed. "More specifically, how we can land a devastating blow to our enemies and to finally get a crack at the northern kingdom."

"Explain," Hordak said.

"The annual Snow Ball is coming and my spies have told me that the new secret weapons of the Alliance will be there, along with some other members of the Alliance," Shadow Weaver explained. "We could send in a special team to take care of them. With their new weapons out of the way and the leaders of the Snow Kingdom gone, we could easily conquer them and land a devastating blow to the Alliance. If I may make a suggestion on who to send."

"Who did you have in mind?" Hordak asked, getting some interest in striking off two obstacles with one fell swoop.

Shadow Weaver smirked under her mask. She had once more gotten her leader to do what she wanted. If she could terminate Izuku and Catra along with the others on her list, then she could get her hand on another runestone to her collection. All that power would be hers if she played her cards right. She would 'send' Adora and her task force without their knowledge but she also needed someone that would give her the destruction she wanted and with a bloodlust that could match her own at this very moment.

"I have a task force ready to head out if you approve, but I will need someone with a little more muscle." Shadow Weaver growled.

Hordak smiled.

"I think I know just who you're talking about." Hordak agreed. "Just make sure that he gets his fill before returning to the Fright Zone and don't let your task force get caught in the crossfire."

Back in Brightmoon, Catra and Glimmer were going over both forms of etiquette and different dresses that Netossa was helping them with.

"Alright, girls, so what do you think, dress or suit?" Netossa asked, showing the two girls her options.

"I don't know, blue isn't really my color and I've never worn a dress," Catra replied, scratching her ear.

"Wait, seriously?" Glimmer asked.

"Do you see the Horde or the Crimson Waste being a place where you could wear a dress?" Catra asked. "Besides, I'm more interested in what we need to know for this ball thing. I can't take weapons inside?"

"Yeah, it's a neutral zone. No weapons inside. They are very serious about that." Netossa looked at how each option looked on her. "I think I'll go with the dress, it's Spinny's turn to wear a tux. You should go with a dress too Catra, Izuku might like it."

Catra was about to retort before she remembered how Izuku was blushing at the sight of her body when she was wearing her bathing suit. She picked up one of the dresses and looked at her own reflection as she put the dress over her front. She wasn't one for dresses given her upbringing, but she also wanted to dress nicely for him. That thought brought a blush to her face.

"Could we try this one and see where this goes?" Catra asked.

"Yeah, girl," Glimmer replied, picking up another dress. "I think this pink one should give the right message."

"Doesn't that dress show a lot of your chest?" Catra pointed out, looking at the dress. "Or show off your ass."

"I could say the same about the one you have too," Glimmer countered.

"Wow, this boy is going to need a lot of liquids if the others are anything like you two." Netossa giggled.

Izuku was looking at the tux that he was supposed to wear but wasn't sure if it would be his style. His tux was green, almost emerald in color. His shirt was white with red dress shoes and a black tie. He traced the lining of the green vest as he felt the fabric. He'd never touched such soft fabric.

"Having trouble, Izuku?" Spinnerella asked, coming out with her own suit and tux.

Spinnerella's suit was a light purple jacket with matching pants, a darker vest, a white shirt with a purple bow tie and her synonymous purple cape. She had white gloves in her hands and her hair was tied up in a bun with a bang over her right eye. Her suit looked almost painted on her and did the job of showing off her womanly charms when everything else was left to the imagination.

"Um, it's just that I'm not used to wearing stuff like this," Izuku sighed.

"Well you don't have to worry about it. These are just clothes," Spinnerella explained, patting Izuku's shoulder. "You're not still thinking about the whole marriage thing, are you? Look, don't worry. You won't have to do anything if we can convince them. I can be quite convincing and so is my wife."

Izuku felt a weight getting off of his shoulders.

"Thanks, Spinnerella. I feel better now," Izuku replied.

"Of course that doesn't mean you don't get the chance to get a good look at all of us sexy ladies in our finer drapes." Spinnerella struck a provocative pose, winking at Izuku which in turn caused him to blush like a tomato.

The big night had arrived and the team had gathered at the entrance of the massive ice castle. The group from Brightmoon walked out of the carriage that had brought them all from Brightmoon, revealing their dresses and their respective night outfits.

Izuku wore his new green suit that Spinnerella had helped him choose, while she wore the same suit that she had shown him.

Netossa wore a long blue dress that covered most of her body and finished with a choker around her neck. It had a light blue stitching going from her neck to her left shoulder that made it resemble a cheongsam. Her hands were covered in long, elbow-length light-blue gloves and she had light blue high heels that matched her gloves. She wrapped her arm around her wife's waist as she did the same to her.

"My lady," Spinnerella said. "You look absolutely ravishing tonight."

"Oh you just want me to get riled up and convince me for prom sex, don't you?" Netossa asked. "Well, it's working."

Izuku couldn't help but blush as he heard the couple's flirting.

"Hey, wait for us," Glimmer called as she got out, followed by Catra.

Glimmer wore a short poofy purple dress with a pair of crystal-looking high heels with purple sparkles. Her top had light purple straps crossing across her chest, giving her a nice window of her chest but keeping a good sum of modesty. Her skirt resembled a purple flower that had lighter purple petals with a darker cover on top of them. She carried herself like a princess while keeping a mystique with what laid underneath her petals.

Catra wore a dark red strapless dress that blended with her fur like a red lit moonlight. She wore a sparkly white coat on top of her that made it look like a secondary fur coat with her headband on her forehead and a black pair of heeled sandals that were strapped around her legs. She looked like a wild cat on the prowl that made Izuku blush as she grabbed hold of his arm.

"Catra, um, you look," Izuku stuttered as Catra held him close.

"Speechless?" Catra replied. "I know. Also, I'm freezing, so let's get moving."

Before Izuku could take another step, his left arm was grabbed by Glimmer.

"Yeah, let's go inside. Everyone is waiting for us," Glimmer said, pressing herself just like Catra was doing, trying to bury Izuku's arm into her breasts.

Izuku blushed as the two girls looked at each other with defiance. Unbeknownst to him, the green-haired boy found himself between two girls that wanted nothing more than his eyes on them.

They walked up the stairs feeling the cold at every step they took. They passed several other delegates and important people from other kingdoms and important regions of Etheria before they reached the entrance. Just as they reached the entrance two guards were standing between them and the party inside.

However, these two guards had fire-themed armor.

"Invitations please," the guard asked. "Also any and all weapons are forbidden from this point forward. Please, relinquish them and they'll be given back to you afterwards when you leave."

Catra growled, rolling her eyes. She pulled out her sword from behind her coat, causing Izuku to look at her backside, wondering where she'd hidden the sword.

"Be sure not to misplace it." Catra threatened in her nicest voice before she was given the ticket to get her sword back.

The three friends joined up with Netossa and Spinnerella after getting inside. The sight before them was that of a regal gathering of the elite. There were old men and women in fancy outfits talking to each other as expensive horderves were circulating. There weren't many, but there was a decent amount of people in the room, all hovering next to a large icy throne where the current ruler of the Kingdom of Snows sat as the guests presented themselves to her.

"Wow, this place is a lot chiller than I was expecting," Catra pointed out.

"There's Princess Forsta, let's go say hello," Spinnerella suggested.

"We do need to talk to her," Izuku added before they walked towards the large ice throne. "Let's try to make a good first impression."

The group let Spinnerella and Netossa go before them to get a good idea of what they should do. However, while they were able to see how to appropriately bow and greet the princess, they spotted two men standing next to the throne. The first one was a young man with heterochromatic hair with one side being white and the other red with fair skin apart from a red scar on his left eye. He wore a regal blue uniform similar to that of the guards with red and white accents which made him look more like a prince than a guard. And next to him was a tall man that looked like the living embodiment of a walking fire furnace. He also wore a blue tight uniform with flames coming out from his chest, shoulders, his beard and eyes. He was so muscular that he could give Toshinori a run for his money. He had red hair and a permanent scowl on his face.

"Any chance that that guy might be Endeavor?" Catra whispered, getting a short nod from Izuku.

"And the boy next to him must be his son, I think he was called Shoto or something," Glimmer added. "Look alive, it's our turn."

The trio walked up to the throne.

"Presenting Glimmer, Princess of Brightmoon, Catra, also known as She-Ra, the Princess of Power, and Izuku, Guardian of Brightmoon!" a guard presented as the three friends stepped forward.

Izuku, Catra and Glimmer bowed down to the princess, waiting for the count of three to get up. As they got up they had a good look at the princess, which shocked them a bit.

The princess was a young girl with short dark hair and dark black icy eyes and fair snowy skin. She wore a blue and white fur coat akin to that of an eskimo dress and a blue icy crown on top of her head. Despite her regal presence, she carried a somewhat tired look from all the atmosphere around her. This was Princess Frosta.

"Um, it is a pleasure to meet you, your highness," Izuku greeted. "It is an honor to be invited to the Snow Ball."

"You are most welcomed, guardian of Brightmoon. Your tales have reached our borders as well as those of your allies," Frosta greeted him.

"Yeah, niceties aside, we would like to discuss some certain matters about you hopefully-" Catra began before someone cleared their throat.

"Excuse me, but there is a line, move along," a noble mentioned, gesturing to the line of other guests.

Izuku, Catra and Glimmer were asked to move out of the way, letting other nobles to present themselves. Despite their poor attempt at establishing a conversation with the princess failing due to line movement efficiency, they noticed both the young prince and his father looking at them with the stink eye.

"Well that was a good try, kids," Netossa commented. "But at least she knows you guys."

"Yeah, too bad that we got kicked out and I don't like how those two were looking at us," Catra commented, looking over her shoulder at the father and son duo that stayed their guard. "I think we ruffled their feathers with our little talk attempt. I bet they don't want us to get her into the Alliance."

"We can't be sure about that. Let's mingle and try to get her when she isn't on the spot," Izuku suggested.

"I can see that little head of yours is working now like a strategist, Izuku." Netossa tapped Izuku's head, causing him to blush. "And I gotta say, you don't dress half bad."

"Oh, um, thanks. Y-you also look nice, Netossa," Izuku said. "Blue is really your color, it makes you look cuter than usual."

Netossa blushed at his compliment, only being used to her wife calling her cute. She looked away clearing her throat, hiding her blush which was spotted by everyone.

"Yeah, whatever you say." Netossa coughed. "Say, Spinny, why don't we get a drink?"

"Sure honey," Spinnerella replied before they left the friends. "We'll see you three in a bit." She added a wink to the group as they left.

As soon as the two wives were amidst the crowd, the three friends found themselves at a loss for words on what they could do. They looked around for something they could talk about and avoid the awkward silence of them just standing around in a fancy ball.

Just then Catra got an idea that would get rid of all the awkward tension.

"So, Izuku, what do you think of my dress?" Catra asked, posing in a provocative manner that showed off her curves. "Finally getting a good look at how much I've grown up?"

Izuku blushed at the sight of Catra's pose as he did see. Oh, he saw alright. He could see how her dark red dress was almost painted on her body and left little to the imagination. He tried to look away, but his eyes were glued to hers and she was enjoying it.

"Um, well, you look amazing, Catra," Izuku said with a blushing face, which Catra loved. "The color looks great on you and yet it doesn't look like you're trying to do anything too out of your comfort zone."

Glimmer felt a sting of jealousy before she decided to make her move. She teleported next to Catra before pushing her to the side with a hip bump, showing off her own dress.

"Well, if you're giving out compliments on our dresses, do you have anything for me?" Glimmer asked, crossing her arms under her breasts to make them look bigger.

Izuku blushed more as Glimmer got in closer to him, nearly pressing her chest against his own. He didn't know how or why but his mind was taking in everything about both of the girls' bodies to the point they were haunting his thoughts.

"Oh, um, you look a-amazing, Glimmer. You look like a real princess," Izuku blubbered. "N-not that you didn't look like one before but now it is clearer because of the dress. It really compliments your hair and your personality," he explained as Glimmer blushed while Catra plotted on how to make her pay.

"Izuku, Catra, Glimmer! Over here!" A voice called out.

Izuku, Catra and Glimmer turned around to see Perfuma arriving with Bow by her side.

Perfuma wore a white robe with lots of colorful flowers which made it resemble a kimono with a yellow sash around her waist. Her hair was adorned with a crown of flowers which included roses and tulips.

Bow, for his part, wore a matching white tux with an open belly which matched his usual style.

"Hey guys, what's up?" Bow greeted.

"Perfuma, Bow, so nice to see you here. We heard you'd be coming," Izuku greeted.

"Your outfits look amazing," Glimmer complimented.

"So how did you two get saddled together?" Catra asked, before slapping Glimmer's ass with her tail.

"Oh it was super smooth," Bow replied as Catra and Glimmer glared at each other.

"I asked him while we were fighting the Horde," Perfuma admitted.

…Yeah, real smooth.

"So, how are you three doing so far? It is good to see you again, Izuku," Perfuma said. "I love the suit. You look like a noble green knight."

"Oh, thanks, Perfuma." Izuku scratched his cheek. "I like the flowers on your dress, they really stand out with your personality."

"Why thank you, Izuku." Perfuma bowed as she blushed. "You are such a gentleman."

"Yeah, but I'm more interested in seeing if he is all man under all those clothes," a slightly cynical but flirty voice mentioned before a dark-skinned arm wrapped itself around Izuku's head pulling him into the breasts of the owner.

Izuku's eyes darted up as his left side was smothered by the soft brown breasts of none other than Mermista. She wore a seafoam green dress with a black corset under her breasts, a long sea blue skirt and a pair of golden bracelets and necklace. She looked like the perfect balance of someone that was planning to go to a gala and then hang out with pirates afterwards.

"M-Mermista?" Izuku blushed for what felt like the twelfth time that night.

"Hey, boy scout, miss me~?" Mermista asked.

"Okay, that's enough," Catra growled, pulling Izuku out of Mermista's hold.

"Hey there, kitty~. You dressed up nicely," Mermista flirted. "Hoping to have some fun afterwards? I'll bring the wine."

Catra just growled while not making it too hostile.

Perfuma cleared her throat, making her presence known to the new princess.

"Um, hi, I don't think we've been introduced, I'm Princess Perfuma," Perfuma introduced herself. "And who might you be?"

"Perfuma, this is Princess Mermista of Salineas," Glimmer introduced. "She has also agreed to join the Alliance. Mermista, this is Princess Perfuma from Plumeria. Please try to get along, we are all in this to stop the Horde once and for all."

"She's also a pirate!" Bow added with stars in his eyes.

"Oh that is so amazing! It is such a pleasure to meet you, Princess Mermista." Perfuma bowed.

"Just Mermista is fine. So, when is this shindig supposed to be getting fun?" Mermista asked. "Also, Izuku, what do you think about my dress? Does it put a little pep in your step?" She added with a wink.

"I don't think it's that kind of party, Mermista," Izuku replied. "But it is a very pretty dress. It really matches your hair and your adventurous attitude."

"We'll see~." Mermista chuckled.

"What will we see?" Entrapta asked, sneaking up and startling the group from behind, wearing her normal clothes.

"Entrapta, you can't sneak up on people like that!" Glimmer snapped before noticing that she had her recorder and no dress. "And, um, why are you not in a dress?"

"I didn't have one," Entrapta replied before looking over to Izuku. "Wow, Izuku, are you here to participate in the social experiment too? Is this meant to attract mates?" she asked, touching his suit with her hair.

"What? Um, no, I mean, it isn't that sort of thing," Izuku replied, blushing at her question.

"I must admit that the bright green is quite alluring," Entrapta commented.

"Join the choir, tech girl," Mermista said. "I'm guessing you're Dryl's princess, right?"

"Oh yeah, I am. And I'm still alive thanks to Izuku and his friends here," Entrapta replied. "Wow, you are all wearing such strange clothes. Is this part of the social experiment? Are you trying to do something?"

Mermista and Perfuma giggled at Entrapta's gibberish.

The group started talking, getting acquainted with each other. They had been learning about each other because of their shared adventures. It was a nice reminder that they were all still young and had wasted a lot of their lives fighting a war that none of them had ever asked for. In a strange way, they were acting like normal kids for a change. Talking about their lives and what they were each doing for the time they hadn't seen each other made it all the more desirable. The change of pace made them all feel much better and filled with the possibility of a normal life. They did trip here and there but they managed to put it all forward. They weren't thinking about the war, the delicate political situation, or the fact that Adora and Scorpia had just walked in and were heading towards the throne…

"Adora and Scorpia?!" Izuku snapped at the sight.

"What the heck are they doing here?!" Catra added in similar shock. "Their security is the worst!"

"They must've snuck in," Glimmer suggested. "We gotta stop them before they try anything funny with the princess!"

Izuku, Catra and Glimmer rushed towards the throne, leaving the rest in case that something else might come after the Horde soldiers. Just as they got to the steps of the throne, the three friends spotted Endeavor cutting off both Scorpia and Adora with a fiery glare that would leave a sunburn while Shoto got behind the princess in case they had to run.

"Identify yourselves, Horde scum," Endeavor demanded. "If you're here to cause trouble then let me show you what happens to those that trespass against us." He ignited his flames as he readied a spell.

"Uncle, seize this at once!" Frosta demanded, getting down from her ice throne. "This is a neutral zone. If they got here with their invitation they are welcomed as long as they don't cause trouble."

"Princess Frosta, look out!" Izuku said, jumping next to Endeavor as Catra and Glimmer cut off their escape. "These two are members of the Horde!"

"And if they have something planned," Glimmer added.

"We'll gladly kick them out." Catra finished.

Endeavor for a second lost his train of thought as he saw the green aura that surrounded Izuku. He had only seen it once before, but he would never forget the intensity with which those eyes stared at him.

However, before anyone could do anything, large walls of ice sprung out from the floor, keeping the three friends from Adora and Scorpia.

"Uncle, they have their invitations and as the current ruler of the Snow Kingdom I won't have you attacking our guests," Frosta said in a commanding voice.

"But cousin-," Shoto began, only for Frosta to glare at him, freezing the words in his mouth. "Nevermind then."

Frosta looked at the two new arrivals, who were rather scared now as well once they got a good look at her glare.

"Do you two have your invitations?" Frosta asked.

"Um, y-y-yes we do," Adora replied with a very scared and embarrassed tone. "Right, Scorpia? Scorpia?" she looked to her friend, who was also paralyzed with fear.

Adora lightly elbowed the princess, getting her to react.

"Oh, right, my bad. Here you go, Princess Frosta." Scorpia handed the invitation to the ice princess.

"It all seems to be in order," Frosta said, giving the invite a quick once over. "Please, introduce yourselves."

"Right, my name is Adora and this is Princess Scorpia. We come here with nothing but peaceful intentions on our minds, Princess Frosta." Adora and Scorpia bowed in respect.

Frosta looked at the two representatives of the Horde's former kingdom before sitting down on her throne once more.

"Very well, enjoy your night here." Frosta said. "And no fighting."

"We promise." Izuku, Catra, Glimmer, Adora and Scorpia said at the same time.

Endeavor merely looked away, clicking his tongue.

All the visitors went back to the dance floor before getting a good look at eachother. The sight of both of the Horde members in dresses was a bit shocking but not a completely unwelcomed sight. Scorpia wore a strapless red dress with her hair combed back, making her look like a beautiful woman that was far from the strong Force Captain that nearly tore Bow in two. Meanwhile, Adora blushed deeply as she wore what could only be described as a dress made up of different pink and red straps of cloth that were tied around her body like the wrappings of a mummy, but she was a sight to behold as all her curves and muscles were almost in full display.

Izuku's eyes couldn't help but land on Adora and her body. He turned away, trying to keep a moderate amount of decency on his part, which made Adora blush even more.

Catra and Glimmer spotted that reaction, getting between the young man and the two Horde soldiers.

"So, what brings you two here?" Glimmer asked.

"Really Adora, I thought you had better class than just flashing the guard to let you pass," Catra teased.

"I did no such thing!" Adora snapped with her face matching the red of Scorpia's dress. "Scorpia is a princess and as such was invited to this event."

"You're a princess?" Izuku asked. "I didn't know that there were princesses in the Fright Zone."

"Oh yeah, my grandfather used to rule the kingdom that became the Fright Zone," Scorpia explained before Adora cut her off.

"The point is, we are guests here and we come in peace," Adora said, keeping things civil. "Um, Izuku, you look really nice and very well put together in that suit?"

"Um, thanks, Adora." Izuku replied a bit weirded out by Adora's words.

Adora looked to her ear before giving him a small smile. She tried to do a sexy pose but nearly slipped on her heels. However, she recuperated on the spot.

"What do you think of my suit-dress? You think it suits me?" Adora asked.

"Adora, you, look nice." Izuku honestly answered, causing Adora to blush. "But it feels like you're not all that comfortable with that dress? Why are you wearing it?"

Adora pressed her hand to her ear before replying.

"Oh, I just wanted to look nice and good for this great occasion," Adora lied.

"Adora, we're in one of the coldest places in Etheria, and you're not exactly keeping the girls hidden," Catra commented, realizing that this wasn't what Adora wanted but had come here to do. "Speaking of, why are you here dressed in those drapes? Can't imagine Shadow Weaver letting you off looking like a dog's dinner."

Adora wanted to reply but she was both too embarrassed but also didn't know what to say. She looked away, covering her chest and body the best she could. But that was all the group needed to know that this wasn't a sanctioned Horde mission.

"She doesn't know that you're here, does she?" Glimmer asked.

"Yeah, no, Shadow Weaver doesn't know we're here," Scorpia admitted, getting a glare from Adora.

"Then why are you here?" Izuku asked.

"That is what I'd like to know." Endeavor stood before the group with a scowl that could melt the entire castle with one glance. "You may be guests but this is still a private event where the most influential people of all Etheria come to gather, and I'm not blind to seeing that it'll be a juicy target for our enemies. If I get even a whiff of trickery out of you two, I'll turn you into smoldering ash."

Everyone in the group nodded in agreement, not wanting to get on the bad side of the wizard.

Endeavor's eyes landed on Izuku.

"You, boy, come with me," Endeavor instructed the young green-haired boy.

Izuku followed Endeavor as Shoto joined them, giving one last look at his friends.

This left Catra and Glimmer alone with Adora and Scorpia. Three of the four girls looked at each other with intensity. Catra and Glimmer could already think of a couple of reasons why Adora would be at the ball without any support from the Horde. They also noticed something on Adora's ear.

"Well, this has gotten interesting," Catra commented.

"Yeah, but I think it's probably best we keep away from him," Scorpia added.

"Agreed." Glimmer shivered.

"If it helps, we've only come to talk and not to start anything," Adora said. "You have my word."

"Yeah, we'll see. Also, tell Lonnie that she has the clothing sense of a floozy," Catra whispered into Adora's microphone.

"You tell that street cat that she would wish to dress up as nicely as I do!" Lonnie yelled into Adora's ear, making her wince in pain.

Outside the castle and hidden in the shadows lay a small scouting Horde ship. Inside that ship were Lonnie, Kyle and Rogelio, helping Adora and Scorpia as support for their mission. With Lonnie being in charge of all the seduction styles that she could think of to help Adora. But right at that moment, she was more interested in giving Catra an earful.

"I saved up five weeks of rations to get that dress and then beat Octavia to keep it," Lonnie growled. "And if she thinks she can just insult my clothes and get away with it, I'll wear her hide for a bathrobe! I bet she got her dress at some back alley."

"It seems that for all of Lonnie's efforts to make herself look like a gladiator, she still likes to dress up nicely," Kyle whispered, getting a nod from Rogelio.

"And another thing, tell that princess Sparkles that her dress makes her look like cake!" Lonnie added.

Back inside the castle, Izuku followed Endeavor and Shoto to a quiet part of the party. He wondered what the sorcerer and his son wanted to talk to him about. Could it be that they wanted him to aid them in overtaking the kingdom? Or perhaps they wanted him to marry the princess in order for them to tell him what they wanted? Izuku didn't know what they wanted, but he had to remain strong in his position.

The three came to an abrupt stop, causing Izuku to almost crash into Shoto.

"So, I assume that you're wondering why I've asked you to come speak with me?" Endeavor asked.

"I am curious as well," Izuku replied. "What is it that you want?"

"That aura you showed off just a few minutes ago. You are Toshinori's disciple, aren't you?" Endeavor asked.

Izuku was a little surprised, he had only known that the queen knew of his master.

"Yes, I am." Izuku admitted.

Endeavor looked at Izuku from head to toe, examining him like one would an opponent before a battle.

"It's good to know that that grinning fool found someone to carry on his legacy. You seem to be a competent fighter to get noticed by Etheria's elite and be a new key member of the Alliance." Endeavor stated with small hints of surprise. "Let me guess, the Queen of Brightmoon asked you to come here, didn't she?"

"Yes, we hope to keep the peace," Izuku admitted. "And, if possible, have her and the kingdom join the Alliance."

"So that means we're on the same page, then." Shoto said, throwing Izuku for a loop.

Izuku blinked twice.

"Wait, you want to fight the Horde?" Izuku asked.

"The Horde is coming closer every day. The attack on Mystacor is proof of that," Endeavor explained. "It's only a matter of time before they turn their sights on us. We might have strong natural borders, but that won't stop them. We need to be ready to fight back if need be. Maybe you can help bring Princess Frosta to her senses."

Izuku was a bit conflicted by Endeavor's explanation. He was expecting that the princess would be the one wanting to fight while Endeavor being the one that wanted to stay out of it. But in retrospect he didn't know why he thought about that as a possibility. But now came the hard part, convincing the princess that this was the right thing to do without sounding like a stooge from her uncle.

"I'll, um, see what I can do," Izuku said, walking away from the two.

"You think we can trust him, father?" Shoto asked. "I don't want Frosta to get hurt."

"She won't. But that girl needs to stop thinking that being isolated will actually help her people when the Horde is busting down our doors." Endeavor stated.

Izuku went back to the group and filled them in on what he had just learned. They reacted accordingly to what he expected.

"So what now?" Catra asked. "I don't think we need the M-card, so you're fine Izuku."

"Yeah, but we have to convince Princess Frosta to join up with us," Glimmer mentioned. "Not to mention we have a couple of vultures floating around." She pointed to Adora and Scorpia as many of the men paid Adora some flirty winks and Scorpia stuffed her face.

"Okay, so, we keep an eye on them while we look for the princess." Izuku planned. "And no shenanigans."

"When has that ever stopped us, be honest here?" Catra asked.

The group looked for the princess but also kept an eye on both Adora and Scorpia. They figured that the best way would be to tell the other princesses about them and hope that they could keep an eye out.

Izuku looked around amidst the crowd of guests in search of Princess Frosta with Catra by his side. It was hard enough to spot the princess when everyone was constantly moving and the waiters were in constant circulation.

"Where could she be?" Catra asked.

"I don't know, but she should be around here somewhere," Izuku said. "I can't help but wonder what those two are trying to do here if they didn't get ordered here by Shadow Weaver." He looked at Adora as she tried to get away from the nobles.

Catra couldn't help but roll her eyes at Izuku's thick skull.

"Because she's trying to seduce you with her body. You may not have noticed until now but we're all grown up," Catra muttered, causing Izuku to flinch. "Man, you are so thick that I've wondered if we could use your pretty little head to bash down doors. Why do you think we're all wearing such skimpy clothes?"

"Wait, what?" Izuku asked, causing Catra to blush.

"I-I-I mean, it's just normal for girls to dress up nicely and show off to get the guy's attention," Catra blushed. "We like to remind them that we have nice bodies and that maybe if they actually pay attention to them, they could get more."

Izuku was at first unsure of what Catra was trying to say, but he noticed how she was getting redder and redder in the face. It started to click for him, causing his own face to turn red.

"W-Wait, are you-?" Izuku stuttered, causing Catra to realize what she had just said.

"Hey look, that's the princess right there!" Catra snapped, pointing to the princess.

As soon as Izuku spotted Frosta, Catra used that chance to slip away. He looked for Catra but wasn't able to see her. He felt like a fool for not noticing what she meant before. He shook his head, remembering that he had a job to do. Izuku made his way towards the princess, hoping to talk to her before anything else.

"Princess Frosta, my apologies if I did anything to make a bad first impression before." Izuku bowed, getting Frosta's attention.

"Since you are only a warrior that's not used to the ropes of diplomacy, I shall let it slide," Frosta rebutted. "I saw you speaking with my uncle and cousin, is it safe to assume that you want me to join the Alliance and its war against the Horde?"

"I mean, that was my intention, but I'd like to know why you think not getting involved is the best choice," Izuku replied.

"I-Excuse me?" Frosta asked. "The Kingdom of Snows has a long tradition of remaining neutral in outside conflicts. Most kingdoms often stay out of our own businesses unless they need something from us. Whether it be our resources or to use our home as a base."

Izuku couldn't help but notice that the princess was talking about some valid reasons, but it didn't feel like her. He could tell that these words had been rehearsed. He needed to get an answer out of her without offending her or her kingdom's traditions.

"Those are some good reasons, princess. But what will happen when the Horde comes to your kingdom?" Izuku asked. "If you are only safe because of your natural borders then it will only be a matter of time for them to find a way to break through them and attack you. Your kingdom would have a better chance at doing so if you would join the Alliance."

"You might be right. But I won't risk the lives of my people for something that won't happen in a long time," Frosta replied. "The Kingdom of Snows won't aid you."

"Is that what you think, or what's expected of you to say?" Izuku asked.

"I beg your pardon?" Frosta raised an eyebrow at Izuku.

"Your family has long held the tradition of not getting involved in matters of other kingdoms, from what I understand. But something tells me that you don't think that," Izuku explained.

"You think I want to fight the Horde for my own amusement? No. I've been queen since I was thirteen and all the duties of my house and kingdom rest upon my shoulders. That's the legacy I am burdened with as I'm sure you have yours." Frosta gulped down her drink before giving Izuku a sharp look.

"I understand that. But you must understand that there is more out there than playing to be a queen when you still have your whole life ahead of you," Izuku countered. "I'm not telling you to make any decisions yet, but you can't wait for trouble to come for you. Sometimes you need to fight it."

"I-I," Frosta began only for her eyes to dart around for an out. "Hey, don't just sit there! Excuse me, sir."

"Izuku is fine, princess," Izuku said, as Frosta darted away.

"I see that you're having some splendid luck at convincing her," Glimmer commented walking next to him with a drink in hand. "Here, you seem to be in need of this." She handed him the drink.

Izuku took a sip of it, letting the warm alcohol take hold of his tongue. His face cringed a bit from the taste before turning to Glimmer.

"Thanks, Glimmer. I was getting somewhere, but she bolted." Izuku shook slightly from the taste. "Anything on your end?"

"Apart from everyone just complimenting me and the other girls while putting a few cat calls here and there, nothing much," Glimmer replied. "At least you managed to get her to talk."

"Yeah, she seems conflicted. If we could get her away from everyone and privately ask her to open up," Izuku said. "Any suggestions?"

"You could try doing the whole handsome hero approach," Glimmer suggested. "It's certainly worked on the others." She muttered the last part.

Izuku looked at Glimmer.

"Others?" Izuku asked, giving Glimmer a chance to put on her own stunt.

Glimmer pressed her body against his body, gazing into his eyes with the most seductive look she could muster.

"You tell us exactly what we need to hear to help us. Just like how you comforted me back at Mystacor and every time you try to help others," Glimmer whispered into his ear, pressing her breasts even more. "You can be so manly when you want to be but you're such a gentleman too." She approached his face, getting her lips close to her own.

"What are you doing?" Entrapta asked, causing Glimmer to jump back in fear. "Is this part of the courting ritual that adolescents participate in? Should I join you?"

"Um, no Entrapta, that's not it," Izuku stuttered, leading Entrapta away. "This way please."

Glimmer kicked the floor in a huff of annoyance. She was so close.

Entrapta couldn't help but feel all warm as Izuku grabbed hold of her body. She felt her face light up with desire and wanted more.

"So what was it that you were doing and can you show me, Izuku?" Entrapta asked.

"It was just a talk between friends, at least I hope," Izuku muttered the last bit.

"You seem conflicted and deep in thought, Izuku. Is everything going alright?" Entrapta asked, using her hair to look at Izuku.

"I-I, I just started to learn that I've only learned some things that I wasn't aware of yet." Izuku explained.

"Is it because of their clothes? I've noticed that most of the males here have been giving the women and the members of our Alliance lots of compliments, but none to me," Entrapta commented. "What do you think about that?"

"Um, I think it's because they are wearing dresses and you're not. Which is a shame," Izuku blurted out.

"You'd think I'd look pretty?" Entrapta blushed.

"Um, yeah," Izuku admitted as her hair wrapped around him like a tight bind. "You'd look very pretty."

"Really?" Entrapta gazed into Izuku's eyes as he blushed, nodding. "I'll go see what I can get!" Releasing Izuku from her hair as she sped away, leaving the poor boy spinning both mentally and literally.

A hand landed on Izuku's shoulder, stopping his spinning. He looked back to see Mermista with a seductive smile on her face.

"Look at you being a casanova," Mermista teased. "I believe it's my turn, boy scout~."

"Oh um, Mermista, you look lovely tonight." Izuku shook slightly at her lustful gaze. "But this is not the time nor the place for that."

"Oh, I know, besides, I like it when my partners are all for it. I might've been a pirate but I had standards." Mermista gave Izuku a drink to calm his nerves. "But if you are interested I can take you down some waters you will gladly drown in, and maybe teach you and Catra how to navigate them to the point that no ship will be out of your control~." she moved her skirt enough to flash Izuku a good deal of her baby blue panties.

Izuku covered his nose as it was filled with red. He rushed away, leaving Mermista with a smile.

"Oh I really hope he doesn't get his brains fried from all my teasing, no matter how cute he looks," Mermista sighed.

Izuku cleaned his nose from all the blood that had nearly shot out like a geyser from his nose.

"Are you hurt, Izuku? Your nose is bleeding," Adora said, approaching Izuku.

"I-I'm alright, Adora. Just got surprised, that's all," Izuku replied.

"Even after ten years, you still have trouble talking to girls that aren't me or Catra." Adora smiled. "Makes me miss those days."

Izuku's mood took a somber turn.

"Yeah, those days seemed fun at first glance. But you can't assume that they were all good. Even now I'm surprised by all the things that they got away with because we didn't know any better," Izuku stated. "Why are you here, Adora? If you think I'll go back to the Horde, then you're wrong. You can keep silent about what they do but you need to understand that Hordak and Shadow Weaver are using you and everyone else. They only want power and control, no matter how many innocent lives need to be taken to get them."

Adora looked down, sighing. She looked at Izuku, a bit surprised by his more manly tone and look.

"Izuku, I-," Adora began.

"Please, Adora, I beg you to think about what you'll say next," Izuku said firmly.

"Damn, Adora. Izuku sounds like a fully grown man with fiery intensity." Lonnie stated over the radio. "I'm almost tempted to double team him with you, if you're open to it."

Adora pulled out her ear radio, thinking of what might be her answer. She looked at Izuku, as she formed her answer in her mind.

"Izuku-," Adora began before what sounded like a massive explosion echoed through the ballroom.

Everyone turned towards the entrance as a massive monster of a man stomped out from the icy mist and smoke.

"The life of the party is finally here!" Muscular called out with a gleeful and sadistic smile.

Everyone was thrown off their game. The appearance of Muscular and several Horde soldiers and robots ignited a flare of panic as they started firing upon the nobles and elites attending the ball. Like being plunged into the icy waters of a winter night, the people of this kingdom were struck with the cold reality of what was happening outside their borders. Fueled by panic and fear, the elites and guests from other kingdoms ran away from the scene as the Horde soldiers fired upon them and Muscular laughed at their fear.

"Now this is a party!" Muscular grew in size as his muscles broke out of his skin, making him larger with a blood lust to match.

Muscular backhanded an incoming guard, sending him back and to where Izuku and Adora stood.

Adora tackled Izuku out of the way of the incoming guard.

"What's he doing here?!" Adora asked.

"He's not with you?" Izuku asked.

"I told you we came alone without Shadow Weaver's knowledge, as far as she knows we're just scouting new supply lines." Adora defended herself and her friends.

"Then you better get going, before things get ugly." Izuku stood up with his green aura around him. "It was good to see you again, Adora. That dress may not be your style but it does look good on you." He made Adora blush, feeling her body heat up.

Izuku shot forward in search of his friends, leaving a blushing Adora as Scorpia helped her up. As Izuku kicked and knocked back the soldiers, Adora and Scorpia ran along with the other guests, keeping one step ahead from all the lasers and soldiers.

"Man girl, how did Muscular know we were here?" Scorpia asked.

"I-I-I don't know." Adora put back her radio as they ran. "Guys, what do you hear from the soldiers?"

"I'm patching into their radios." Kyle replied. "I got it. They're saying that Shadow Weaver's instructions were correct, the distraction worked. Their mission is to wipe out everyone in charge of the kingdom in one strike!"

Adora's blood ran cold. Shadow Weaver had used her and her team to make her own move. A part of Adora hated to admit it, but Izuku was right.

Back on the battle, Endeavor and the few guard soldiers stood between the guests and the Horde forces.

"Soldiers, follow me and keep the guests safe!" Endeavor ordered, summoning a fireblast from his hand. "Shoto, lead them out of here via the secret passages and get your cousin out of here!"

"Yes, father." Shoto wanted to argue, but Endeavor's gaze made him do as he was told.

Endeavor used his fire magic to push through the soldiers, unleashing a flare of magic fire on the soldiers. The fire fists landed on the soldiers but didn't do much to hold back the advances of the enemy. Endeavor growled as his fist melted the armor of one of the soldiers before turning to glare at Muscular as he shattered the throne of ice. The fire sorcerer ignited his arm, sending a powerful inferno at the musclebound monster, managing to push him back.

As the remaining soldiers did as Endeavor instructed, Izuku landed next to him, punching one of the Horde soldiers in the face. Before the fire sorcerer could ask him what he was doing, the heir of One For All spoke up.

"So, what's the plan?" Izuku asked.

"I'm honestly not surprised that you decided to stay and help, kid," Endeavor admitted. "But it's pretty simple, beat these bastards out before they take any more lives."

"And here I thought this night was going to be boring," Catra said, getting next to the two warriors. "For the Honor of Gray-" she began only to notice that she didn't have her sword.

Catra's eyes looked past the Horde soldiers and to where the weapons had been stored. And there she saw her sword, laying on the ground with a small army of soldiers and a large steroid fueled monster standing between her and it. If Catra had been one for irony she'd be laughing now, but now wasn't the time.

"Seriously?" Catra groaned.

"Don't worry," Mermista said, controlling the liquids from the bar, standing next to Perfuma, Entrapta and Bow. "We've got your back, kitty. Also, this is such a waste of good alcohol."

Muscular bursted out of the wall he'd been thrown into, glaring at the enemy with a hateful glare.

"Get the sword, I'll handle that monster," Izuku said, knowing that he had no other choice.

"Attack!" Muscular ordered in a mighty roar.

The two groups charged at each other.

Endeavor summoned a powerful blast of fire, melting the weapons of the Horde soldiers.

Bow picked up the dropped forks and knives before tossing them at the soldiers like if they were weapons. He had picked up a trick or two from the Kitchen Brigade.

Glimmer teleported around the ballroom, snatching the soldiers before sending them flying out of the castle before they plumitted away.

"And stay out!" Glimmer called.

Perfuma grabbed the flowers from her dress, turning them into large vines of great power. She used her newly created vines to swat away the soldiers that attacked the guests with great skill and swift movements, like those of a trained snake.

Mermista aided Perfuma with the defense by using her improvised liquids to block any laser blast that managed to get past the fires and the other attacks.

"Such a waste of good alcohol," Mermista sighed.

Entrapta meanwhile was at the back taking notes on everything that was happening.

"This is a very impressive social experiment, and I am deeply invested in it. It turns out that massive fights are common and, hold on." Entrapta's hair snatched one of the soldiers before tossing them out the window. "And I believe that for the next one, it would be more effective if I get one of those dresses."

Izuku clashed with Muscular, kicking him in the face. As the giant recoiled from his kick, Izuku formulated a plan on how to beat him. He jumped back, avoiding the large fist of the demented force captain as it shattered the floor. He ran around the large arm, punching at the elbow of the massive giant. But as soon as his fist collided with the arm, the muscles wrapped around his.

"Bet you didn't see that coming, brat!" Muscular snapped, slamming Izuku down into the ice three times over before tossing him away. "Now let's have some real fun!"

Izuku skidded to a halt, glaring at Muscular before thinking of a new strategy.

As all the chaos was taking place, Catra kicked off her shoes, going all cat. She sprung quickly, with the agility of a wild cat, she crossed the destroyed ballroom. She ducked under the laser shots before slamming her knee on the face of a soldier before using them as a springboard. She spotted her sword on the floor before her, sliding under another soldier before kicking him on the back. Catra grabbed her sword with a smile on her face.

"Finally!" Catra called out, before hearing a loud boom behind her.

Catra turned around to see Izuku dodging around Muscular's rampaging fists as they cracked the ice-floor.

"Oh no you don't! Get away from my Izuku!" Catra roared. "For the Honor of Grayskull!"

Catra transformed, rushing towards Izuku and Muscular, swatting away the remains of the Horde soldiers.

However, Catra wasn't the only one that was observing. Frosta was watching the whole fight as Shoto asked her to come with him. A fire began to burn in her at the sight of Izuku resisting the onslaught of the vicious Muscular. As he blocked one of the punches by crossing his arms, Frosta's fists were covered with ice.

"This is my kingdom," Frosta growled.

Izuku narrowed his eyes as he looked for an opening. His heart was pounding against his chest as his suit was being shredded by the extensive movements of his body. He sped past the rubble, using the flying ice parts as platforms to push himself forward. He stopped underneath Muscular, landing an upwards kick right under his chin. Izuku spun in the air, landing another punch to the temple of the large brute. Despite the wincing face of the brute, Izuku knew that his attacks were not enough to take him down. As Muscular turned his arm into a large club made from his muscle fibers, Izuku spotted a weakness in the big brute.

"Time to squash you like the tiny ant that you are!" Muscular shouted, bringing down his arm on Izuku. "Your power is nothing compared to mine! I am the superior warrior here!

Izuku couldn't dodge the attack. Instead, he charged forward, holding up his left arm in protection. His arm burnt in pain as Izuku pushed forward as the weight on top of him was getting too heavy for him. The ground cracked under him as Muscular smiled with sinister glee. But Izuku's determined eyes never lost their flame. He reeled back his right arm as he channeled more power into his arm. Izuku jumped forward ready to strike.

"You think I didn't notice you going under for another surprise move?!" Muscular taunted. "My body will take your puny punches with ease now that it's fortified with all my extra muscles!"

"Then it's a good thing I didn't aim for where your muscles are supposedly strongest," Izuku commented.

Muscular looked confused.

Izuku punched Muscular's leg at the joints, where it was less protected. He could hear the bones of the large man shatter under his fist's power. As Muscular screamed in pain, Izuku looked up at him with his bloodied face and arm. He started punching at the large man's face and chest with increasing speed. Every punch he delivered broke and tore the muscles of his opponent, pushing him back. The heir of One For All could feel the sting of every punch as his wounds were taking a toll on him, but he kept pushing forward with all he had. With everything he had left, Izuku landed a punch at the face of Muscular with the remains of his strength, sending him flying back in with a bleeding face before crashing into some rubble.

"SMASH!" Izuku screamed as he took one last step as the attack took its toll on him.

"Izuku!" Catra caught Izuku before he fell down.

"Hey Catra, what took you so long?" Izuku jokingly asked.

Muscular roared in a berserker rage, in one final attempt to kill Izuku.

However, the large brute was stopped by ice. He looked around to see thick layers of ice covering his body.

"This is my kingdom," Frosta said, walking towards Muscular with a furious look. "And if the Horde thinks about coming here and harming my people, then you have another thing coming!" Frosta commanded the ice to punch Muscular far away into the darkness of the cold night with a large ice fist.

Frosta turned around to see the shocked look on both her uncle and cousin.

"I guess neutrality is no longer an option," Frosta said sheepishly.

Meanwhile, while everyone wasn't looking, Catra grabbed Izuku's face and gave him a deep kiss.

The kiss was deep and made them both turn red. Time seemed to slow down for the two of them.

"You finally got it through your head?" Catra asked.

"I-I-I" Izuku passed out from exhaustion and the intensity of their first kiss.

"What a dope," Catra sighed. "But you're my dope."
